My dear friends, we love you so very much,

As the human race continues your transition into the 5D reality, you are learning a very different way of living – one that has always been the way the universe truly works, but one that is more obvious than ever before.

Your focus determines your thoughts. Your thoughts (or silent mind) tune you into a vibration, and your vibration is made manifest first through your feelings, then by what shows up in your life.

In 5D it is becoming increasingly apparent that this is how you create your life experience:

Focus. Think or Silence. Vibrate. Feel. Attract/Allow. Experience.
Re-adjust Your Focus. Think or Silence. Vibrate. Feel. Attract/Allow. Experience.

For centuries, the 3D paradigm has been just the opposite:

Experience. Focus. React/Act. Think or Silence. Vibrate. Feel. Attract/Allow. Experience again… focus again… react/act again…

You have been taught to interpret “reality” through your five senses. You’ve been taught to observe and then to say, “That’s the way it is.” This is why in 3D you often keep attracting the same thing. You look at what is in front of you, focus on it, act on it, think about it, vibrate to it, and attract more of it.

You have a saying, “Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.” Our 5D version is “insanity is focusing on the same thing – vibrating the same – and expecting different results.”

For example, there could be many wonderful, uplifting, resonant people in your life, but you might have a tendency to focus on the one that bothers you. In truth, they don’t make you feel bad. Your focus makes you feel bad. They didn’t lower your vibration. You allowed your vibration to be lowered. They didn’t “dump energy” into your field. You focused on an energy you don’t resonate with. Dear ones, no one can insert their energy in your field, no matter how empathic you are, unless you focus upon it. A radio with all its broadcasts cannot make you listen. You can change the station, walk away, put on your headphones and listen to something more pleasant. You can choose to love the broadcast and feel better anyway, but in any case, the radio is just an object broadcasting and it doesn’t jump up, insert its wires in your head and make you feel a thing. Likewise, no one else has the power to choose what you focus upon or tune into.

We understand that there are many “blaring radios” on your planet right now broadcasting their opinions, some kindly and some not, but you can still choose your focus. If someone is yelling in front of you you can focus on the cute message on their t-shirt, on the light within them, on the birds singing overhead, on a pleasant thought within you about all the good people in your life. You get to choose. Some people make it easier for you to focus positively. You love them. Some people make it very difficult for you to focus positively. If you don’t manage your focus, you get upset at them (while you’re just upset at losing your happy focus and blaming them!) Nonetheless, the power of your focus still belongs to you.

We don’t say this to shame or blame you. We aren’t making you wrong for not knowing any better. You have all been taught to observe and react to life, to blame life for your feelings, rather than focus and then feel good. You just didn’t know how the universe worked because for centuries, this has been knowledge well-guarded in secret societies and mystery schools. Now, thank you on earth, it is becoming mainstream. You are not powerless. You are not subject to the whims of the world. Your feelings do not have to be tugged and pulled and jerked around by external circumstances.

You are the owner of your own mind. You alone get to choose your own focus no matter how compelling others try to be. You get to tune to the vibrations you choose. When you consciously strive to choose vibrations that feel good to you, your life will become better and better and better and better… no matter what anyone else is doing.

You can solve your world’s problems by focusing with great enthusiasm on the feeling of the solution. How would it feel to go outside and see blue sky and breathe clean air, and have clean waters? You know the problems are there, but focus instead on how would it feel to have them resolved. Some of you will simply empower the vibration of the solution with your loving focus. Others of you will be motivated by the Divine within to act upon this vibration and become part of the tangible change.

You can solve your relationship problems, at least inside of yourself, by focusing on the good in another, what you once loved in another, or if that is too difficult, on all the people you do resonate with and adore. You can focus on the birds, the sun, the wonderful things about yourself. You can work yourself into a good feeling space and just love the light within everyone. Stay around those you prefer, and when you can walk away without guilt from those whose behaviors don’t resonate with you.

You don’t get any awards in heaven dear ones for making nice! You don’t get any awards for martyrdom. You are all loved equally whether or not you enjoy your life experience. You can choose a reality that supports an easier, kinder focus, and a higher vibration. If you don’t have that in front of you right now, then you are in spiritual “boot camp” learning to master your focus independent of the influences of the world around you.

We, the angels, could easily tune into and feel your every hateful and fearful thought. We can tune into your anxiety, your jealousy, and your insecurity. We exist, by our choice in a high and beautiful vibration of love, not because we can’t feel lower vibrations, but because we choose to focus on the love we have for you. In that reality, we can witness and know the world’s pains while holding a focus only of your highest, deepest, truest, most beautiful self, and gently, constantly, reminding you of your power to feel and experience that too. We don’t fear your negative energy dear ones. We feel only our love for you, and in that reality, we become part of the change you are all seeking to create.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are more than just observing your ascension there on Earth. We are seeking to help you without interfering in your growth and evolution, and that is very challenging for us, but we do love a good challenge. We notice when you make even the slightest bit of improvement in your overall vibration as a collective, and we have noticed that the human collective consciousness has a vibration now that is markedly higher than it was just a few days ago in your Earth time.

We are noticing how you all are affected by the higher-vibrational state of the collective as well, and it is so enjoyable to witness so many people finding their joy. You have to understand that no matter what is going on in the world today, you always have the option of vibrating to such an extent in the higher frequency ranges that it does not affect you. Now, we also want you to always feel connected to your fellow humans and to feel your feelings and to feel compassion for everyone else, but you also have to focus on yourselves and what you are vibrating at some point, if you really want to see change in the world outside of you.

And enough people have made that commitment to their joy, to living their truth, to being in a higher-vibrational state, that everyone is benefitting. You all are so woven together with your energies, with your stories, with your histories, that you cannot help but benefit others when you decide to go out and pursue something that puts you in a state of joy. You are free to decide, always, what you focus upon and free to choose to vibrate in such a way that you are of greater value to the human collective and the consciousness you all share together as one.

You know what brings you joy, you know what puts you in a higher vibrational state, and you also know what lowers your vibration, so you do get to choose. Yes, there are certain things in life that you have to face and certain things that you have to do, and there definitely are those things that you have to feel. But there then are those moments where you get to decide whether you are going to sit and wallow in self-pity, mulling over something that happened a long, long time ago, or conversely, choose what it is that you know will put you in a state of inner peace or get you to feel love or excitement. This is the ultimate use of your free will.

You don’t just have free will to do whatever you want to do; you also have free will to choose to focus on what you want to focus upon. And that is the ultimate power. You have the power to move the needle for the entire human collective, and when you do, you are not being selfish because you decided to go within and focus on what brings you joy. You have laid the groundwork for others to follow in your footsteps. You can always set a very positive example for your fellow humans, while also affecting them in ways they probably don’t know about. It is the easiest choice you could ever make, and yet, how often are you making that choice consciously?

Just ask yourself that very important question, and make a decision to be a part of the group of humans who are affecting the level of consciousness and the overall vibration of all of humankind, and you will have our support and the support of so many other higher-dimensional beings when you do make that choice.

Canada is well on its way to following the Philippines and Britain!

They know how to deal with protesters. They realize we’re just the small minority of people in many countries. They have already been taking protest leaders, arresting them, fining them, and making them look like the bad guys – not the good guys that they actually are. And people believe it. People just think that anyone arrested is a bad guy. Yes, Nelson Mandela was arrested, Martin Luther King was arrested, and JFK was killed. Were they bad guys?

Why? Because the governments and all the agencies, big business, etc. everyone behind the vaxx program, are all making it look to be for our best interests, not an agenda that’s intended to kill us.

The difference between these protesters and everyone else is they’re not afraid to speak up.

The other day, a Canadian census taker came to my doorstep. The door was open so I asked him what he wanted. He said he wanted to know why I hadn’t filled in the census. Well, that was the wrong question. I told him that I’m not a citizen of the new Commie-Can and I won’t be counted in the census.
He said, “That’s a five hundred dollar fine, you know!”
I said, “So what?! Get off of my property!”
He said, “I’ll have to tell my boss.”
I said, “Go ahead. Get off of my property.”
He said, “Can I leave a copy in case you change your mind?”
I said, “Do I sound like my mind is that feeble? Get off my property!”
He left. Without leaving another copy of the census.
I figure they’re just trying to figure out how many people they have left to cull. Seeing as I’m 60, I take exception to the fact that I’m first on their list of “useless eaters.”
Ashtar, I’ve got Archangel Michael who’s put out an excellent message to all of the Light here on earth, this is through an anonymous contact: “We of the angelic realm cannot do it all for you. This is your planet; this is your ascension. This is the time to step up the game. Join us, again, join us. This is a clarion call to all lightworkers. There is a job to be done. There is a planet to liberate. There are humans that need help. We all together as one soul can do this. Let’s create a collective so powerful that darkness has no choice but to retreat. So powerful that the thought of infringing on your free will will never occur to them again. We are all one in God the Father. We are all one in a grand purpose. My question to you, Ashtar, is, “What are we waiting for?”
Ashtar: In respect to all the people who are not waking up?
Me: For example.
Ashtar: They have not experienced enough.
Me: Are we going to be able to save them when they have ankle bracelets, ID tattoos and are mind controlled by the DS? Is there going to be any help for them?
Ashtar: There are many people who are awake but do not realize what they should do.
Me: What should they do?
Ashtar: Work at it through the mind level. Such as taking part in the Archangel Michael Angelic group exercises every week. We need to become one force, as he said, determined to win this planet back from the dark ones. This is one thing.
The other thing is that people need to realize their personal power in this. For example, their purchasing power. That is one way that you can impact very much so the DS – they exact money from you and then you deposit it in their banks – what if all people stopped depositing money in their bank accounts?
Me: What if there was a bank that wasn’t crooked like they have been? The first thing that Royal Bank did in Canada when their market value dropped was to close their doors and seize customer bank accounts to keep themselves afloat. I keep my money somewhere else now, not in a bank account. I don’t get any interest on it anyway, so why bother? It’s just as safe where I keep it as it is in a bank, as a matter of fact, even safer because the crooks are the bankers.
What if people stopped using the banks?
Ashtar: The QFS is running and we are changing the banking system over. Many bankers have been caught with their hands in the pie, and are being arrested.
But people need to realize their own personal responsibility in this.
What if a group of people marched into a store and refused to wear masks? Could they stop them? Maybe, but it would make the others happy that are wearing them, and would be an example for them. Like you said, protesting is irrelevant because they know how to deal with that. Unless the city shuts down and people refuse to go to work, there will be no end to this.
Me: Civil disobedience. They can’t arrest all of us. They’ll probably go for the instigators first. Like me.
Ashtar: You will be picked up by a ship if they come for you. We have your back, Sharon.
Me: Thank you, Ashtar, but I know that, so I don’t shut my mouth. I personally think protesting is pretty useless. What are you going to do when the protests don’t work? Have you thought of that, or is it your only recourse?
If Canada wants to fine me for not filling in the census form, that’s fine. I’ll hire a lawyer and take them to court. I just have to make sure the lawyer isn’t on the take or more crooked than the politicians because they have them in their pocket too.
The whole system is rigged against us.
Walmart has become the new city hall. People are so driven by what they need right now, they don’t think a year down the road. They just keep doing what they’re told to do. Get vaxxed, wear a mask, follow the arrows in the aisles. By the way they’re there to make sure you visit every aisle in the store and buy more than you need. I ignore them.
Ashtar: So what solutions are required to deal with these problems? Because they are valid problems. How do you get people to notice what is happening to them, and to stop living for what they need today and start understanding their children’s futures are being whittled away day by day.
Me: How to get people to wake up to this fact… yeah, how?
Ashtar: On a grander scale, we are creating new media sources. People will have a choice as to whether they wish to watch the DS news or the truth movement news. Once we reach that level, there will be significant change in the stance of most people.
Also, the QFS is now operative which means bankers are being arrested for fraudulent practises. This means the banking system is now reverting to honest principles.
Presidents and prime ministers, other DS politicians are arrested and being put in leg braces.
Of course they’re fighting us in every way they possibly can.
Me: I think a lot of it hinges on the media.
Ashtar: That’s why Ivo is working on a television station that will be run on the quantum system.
Me: I just don’t know what we’re waiting for.
Ashtar: Are you waiting?
Me: No, not me personally. I’m doing everything I can to forward the light agenda. But it doesn’t seem like enough.
Ashtar: When the right directives are in place, with the corresponding infrastructure, there will be many changes upon earth.
Remember that the DS is making a lot of noise about their programming. How can they possibly create anti-vaxx programs against so many people on earth when their corrupt systems are waning? In Ontario, for example, the police refused to support many lockdown directives.
Me: Yes, they did. My neighbours were out fishing and the cops said they were exercising. They just lie for them.
Ashtar: Exactly. Everyone must make ways to take personal responsibility in this. Stop waiting for the Alliance to complete all their measures. Ask yourself what you can do now.
Some examples:

  • When purchasing foods, do not purchase from the major food companies such as Nestle, Monsanto, Heinz, Pillsburys… etc. All these old food labels are illuminati owned and operated.
  • Do not put your money into large banks – use credit unions, which are owned by the people who buy shares in them
  • Research and find companies that are not allied with the deep state, then use these products and services
  • Research your food products and do not buy poisons
  • Support small business in every way possible
  • Save many months’ worth of money and food supplies, as well as water but check the company that you are buying the water from is small business, not illuminati run
  • Buy vegetables and fruit from local farmers as often as possible
  • And work on reducing negative reactions and creating loosh

The only way is to starve them of money and energy, Sharon. Every family and individual can do this. In any way you can, it is worth it because if everyone does it, you will take your world back. They created the system, now you have to bust it. Busting it is easy if everyone does it.

And yes, boycott Walmart and Amazon. Find small businesses on line that provide the same goods and services.

Me: Like Smashwords for books.
Ashtar: You don’t have to vote. You just have to be conscious of who you’re fighting against. And it can be done one decision at a time. Even if the majority of what you consume is non-Illuminati based, that is wonderful.

There are so many ways, but yes, people seem lost and stuck in their habits. It might be uncomfortable to create this change, but so worth it for your planet’s future.

The “Border” Children Give their Message

We are One now, those of us who were children at the “borders.” We are safe and loved now, but we would still like for our “story” to be heard. We feel it is important.

We were children mostly from countries outside of the United States…and we were “used” as leverage, and hostages at times, so the organized crime members could then gain large amounts of money for “us.”

Sometimes, we came to the border for the very real purpose of our families intending to make our lives better, but when we reached the border itself, our parents were snatched aside, and offered large sums of money for us. Our parents were “promised” that we would be safe and well taken care of…and that we would even be able to keep in touch with our parents and siblings. Of course, none of that happened.

Since our families struggled mightily to even feed all of their children in our home countries, being told that their children would be taken care of, and would want for nothing, our parents believed that “letting their children go” (which was heart-breaking for all!) was their way of “doing their best” for their beloved sons and daughters.

We harbor no ill will toward our parents as we have learned that this is the way the evil ones manipulate those who are in dire circumstances, in order to get what they (evil ones) want and need…and that was, and still is, us.

We won’t go into details as to what was done to us for nefarious purposes as that has been addressed already, in its many forms…and all of it is true.

We just wanted to tell you about the primary methods of manipulation that are used at the borders.

The primary way that children are brought across the border begins in our home countries – where we are either abducted outside of our homes (yes, sometimes they even lure us with sweets!) or we are “bought” by the evil ones, because they know our families are poor and in great need of money (and our parents also have “too many mouths to feed”).

The very real situation of “poverty” in our home countries was actually “created” by the evil ones so that would then result in an “abundance” of children who are “available” for purchase!

So, until the ones who are “ruling” our countries are exposed and replaced for the many heinous agreements they have with the evil ones, these abductions will continue.

We do see recent signs that more positive steps are being taken to oust the evil ones and we are grateful!

We thank all of those “Soldiers of Good” who have been sacrificing their lives to save our own. We will never have enough Love to give to you, as our way of saying our most heartfelt “Thank You!”

We now understand that we are all One – and we are learning to forgive our transgressors.

We thank you for allowing us to tell our story.
