My dear friends, we love you so very much,
It is time upon your planet earth to care about how you feel and to tend to your own feelings. Like a gardener nurtures his or her plants in all phases of development – whether they are lying dormant in dark soil, sprouting, blossoming, or releasing their seeds – so too you can gently tend to your heart at all times. Whether you are in a phase of dormancy, creating new life, enjoying a harvest, or letting go, your feelings matter. Your feelings let you know whether or not you are in a higher vibration and traveling on a grace-filled path. They are your guides.
All periods of life are equally important. Without being dormant in the soil while waiting for water and warmth, a seed would not be motivated to reach for the light. Without the growth, it would not bear fruit. Without the fruit and release, it would not bear seeds to create new life. So too, all phases of your life, and cycles of your growth have value.
Some of you are in a resting, dormant phase right now. Like a seed in soil you aren’t terribly motivated to do anything. In this phase you honor your feelings by resting, relaxing, removing any pressures you put on yourself, giving up artificial deadlines, and cocooning. You may crave time to daydream, contemplate what you want to create or who you want to become, and time to just “be.” You will want to take extra good care of your body, eat gently, move gently, and allow nature to take its course in your mind and heart. You will feel good when you listen to your body and mind and refuse to push yourself.
As you give yourself this tender time to rest and relax, the force of life itself is growing and creating movement within you. If you honor your feelings, you will love these dormant phases of your life. Even while resting, you can be in a delicious, peaceful, passionately appreciative high vibe, and therefore on your kindest path. If you fight your feelings, however – even if you get the physical rest you need, but your mind is not at rest – you, like the seed without water and warmth, will need to stay dormant much longer. Better to listen to your feelings and get back in the natural flow of your soul’s journey.
Some of you are in a phase of sprouting right now. Like the seed pushing above the soul, your energy is guiding you to think and act in ways that will help you create new life and change. In this phase your feelings might be inspiring you to get things done. You may have an urge to learn, grow, re-organize your home or life, shift your diet or physical habits, create a morning or evening routine, get to work on a project, work to shift your mindset, or do anything that you feel impulsed and interested in doing.
This is a phase of guided growth, where your positive feelings help steer your actions. In this phase, if you fight your feelings, you might feel frustrated, cranky, or even angry because life is pushing you to think or act in ways that you genuinely want. You might be less tolerant about interruptions, drama, or tasks that don’t catch your interest. We know you have certain things you are required to do so while you’re in this phase, you may have to prioritize a little time each day for your inspired action.
Some of you are in a phase of harvest. Like the seed that has grown, blossomed, and borne fruit, this is a time to celebrate and enjoy something you have accomplished, be it a dream come true, a project you desired to achieve, or a new awareness that you have been growing into. In this phase, your feelings might guide you to enjoy you to enjoy your creation and bask in your success. Even if you are growing past a tough situation, in this phase your feelings will guide you naturally to acknowledge the gifts and the growth so you can reap the harvest from all you have experienced. You may feel like sharing your gifts and/or wisdom with others, because you feel full and abundant in your heart and life.
If you fight your feelings during the time of harvest, and push yourself immediately towards new growth without taking time to enjoy and celebrate what you have created or how you have grown, you may feel burnout, numbness, or a sense of emptiness. These feelings remind you that you deserve to enjoy the good you have created. You deserve to reap the rewards of your own growth. You deserve to feel and bask in the fulfillment of your efforts and your accomplishments. Your feelings remind you to enjoy the harvest as much as you would enjoy a ripe tomato plucked from the vine rather than immediately burying it so the seeds could grow a new plant. This phase of harvest and enjoyment is needed. It is a high vibrational platform from which to create your next set of dreams!
Lastly, there are times when you are in a period of release. Like the plant that has bloomed, borne fruit, and now dies unto itself to release seeds to create new life, you too will have phases where you have either outgrown your own creations, beliefs, or ways of being. Your previous creations may feel satisfying and a little boring, as you start to feel the seeds of desires for more. You may find that suddenly thoughts, behaviors, relationships, or situations that you previous felt fine with, no longer feel good, or even tolerable. In these phases, you are not only releasing the vibration of a former creation so you can create more, but also planting the seeds for your future. You are dying to something, in order to create new life.
In phases of release, you may feel the urge to change jobs, shift relationships, clean out, repair, sit quietly and dream, let go of old disempowering thoughts, beliefs, or habits. If you listen to your feelings, they’ll guide you to do so easily, without pushing yourself. If you don’t, you’ll feel upset, frustrated, stuck, clueless, or even angry at the past. Life itself is urging you to move forward, let go, and create more.
These cycles of life occur in both grand and small ways. They occur every day, several times a day. On different topics you may find yourself at different phases. For example, you may be enjoying the harvest of creating new friends, while enjoying the release of a job that no longer serves. You may feel completely uninspired to clean out your closets, but you have great desire to create art.
We offer these cycles and their typical feelings as examples to help you figure out and fine tune your relationship with You!
We’ve said this many times, but it bears repeating – In the 5D reality that you are entering, your energy matters far more than your efforts. Guided, inspired, good-feeling action is productive, whereas dutiful, forced, uninspired action is not helpful at all.
If you pay attention to your feelings, you will know when to rest, when to act, when to celebrate, and when to release. If, in the minute you notice you are not feeling good, you turn your sights away from the external world and back to your own heart, then you will be able to quickly raise your vibration, feel good again, and get back on a kinder path.
There are no wrong ways to feel. They are emotions that feel good, indicating you are on a joyful path, and emotions that don’t which remind you to take note, and get back on a joyful path. All have value. None of you are “too sensitive” from our perspective. All of you were born with a highly-refined, sensitive inner compass. You felt deeply as children. You were deeply guided. Now is the time to pay attention to what you feel once again, since this guidance is increasingly important in your 5D reality.
Dear ones, you matter. Your heart matters. Your feelings matter – in fact a very great deal because they are your spiritual barometers in life. You were meant to enjoy your lives. You were meant to choose thoughts that make you feel good. You were meant to naturally gravitate towards what resonates and away from what doesn’t. Care about how you feel, and try not to let the external world push and pull your heart towards its own ends. Again and again, we will remind you that caring for yourself and about yourself is not selfish.
A happy, inspired, high vibrational human being is a mighty light upon this earth. A person in their natural flow is naturally and organically guided both towards their own desires, and also to serve in ways that are mutually satisfying, joyful, and create even more abundance and flow for all involved. Trust your feelings.

One of the prevalent traits of the transformational energies you are currently in is the opportunity to come to a place of peace with past trauma.
There is a persistent belief system in many human beings that you cannot heal beyond trauma, that once you have experienced it you are forever scarred or broken. What we wish for you to understand is you absolutely can move into a space of reintegration and wholeness.
In fact, the fact that you have a challenge indicates you also have the full potential to heal it. You simply would not choose to come into the body with a theme to explore without also holding the potential to master that theme. To have one without the other would serve no purpose.
This doesn’t mean you will forget about where you’ve been. Your experiences are part of the mosaic of who you are. But what we are saying is that you absolutely can come to a place of acceptance and peace with it as part of your story and the past will no longer control your future.
Please understand that trauma memories may come up for you during this time. This is not in any way proof that you are forever broken. Far from it! The trauma memories appear because fragments that occurred at that time are ready and waiting to be loved into wholeness.
You are your safe place, your healer, your nurturing parent, your soother, your comforter, and your open-armed welcoming committee that is so excited to reconnect with those innocent parts of yourself that have been waiting to come Home to you. How glorious that you have evolved into the knowing that you are absolutely capable of being that love for yourself.

Many enlightening human beings do not need to be on the planet at all. They came because they love, because they had a deep faith in humanity, and because they wished to be part of the great shift that is occurring. Since they didn’t necessarily need to incarnate, many have decided to pick up where they left off from their highest spiritual lifetime and grow it from there.
This means that as you step forward in this next phase of your incarnation, your service may grow and evolve. A knowingness of old skills may suddenly come into your awareness. You may be drawn to express and serve in brand new ways, taking ideas and expanding them in exciting new directions. You will have an opportunity to take your last highest level of embodiment and to grow it exponentially from there.
This is part and parcel of the shift you are in. These are the times you hoped and prayed for and are now so excited to experience! Your growth is your service, your embodiment your gift, and your love in action is what makes it all possible.
Joy is your nature and nothing can disturb or change it because Love, which is eternally unchanging, is, by It’s very nature, Joy.

Reality is where you are in every moment.
So you will awaken Now, and when you do it will seem that you were never asleep, as the joy of this eternal Now moment continues to embrace you and enfold you in the field of divine Love that is Source, that is You! You have never left Home because there is nowhere else, there is nowhere that you could go. You are One with Source in every moment as You constantly co-create in concert with and utterly harmoniously with the One, with the All, in a glorious symphony of praise that is continuously being offered to and accepted by Source, Mother/Father/God, One, Love, Wisdom – You! Joy is your nature and nothing can disturb or change it because Love, which is eternally unchanging, is, by It’s very nature, Joy.
As humans in form, experiencing the dream, the illusion, the nightmare of separation, it is almost impossible for you to conceive of it in any meaningful way. You have faith, you know that you are inseparable from Source, and yet what you are seemingly experiencing is separation! It is indeed an enormous paradox for you, and as you live in what appears to be an either/or world, enormous doubts arise in your minds. Therefore let go of your minds, take your attention away from the almost constant flow of thoughts arising there, and relax into the underlying stillness that is All. Just intending to do that, as you sit to temporarily still your minds, brings you some peace. Modern medicinal practices have confirmed that doing this, taking time out to meditate, is most beneficial and reduces stress, blood pressure, and the likelihood of premature death. So both the illusion and Reality are confirming for you that taking time out daily is essential for the health of your physical bodies, and to dissolve your doubts about Reality.
You are all divine Beings, magnificent Beings of Love, Beings shining brilliantly as the Light of God flows into you and out into the vast and powerful multiverse which, in its entirety, is within you, an ongoing creation of grandeur which is so magnificent that, while in human form, you are totally unable to conceive of it. Do not let that thought concern you in the least, because all is taken care of as the grand scheme of things – that is the ever expanding field of conscious awareness that is Source – unfolds, thrives, and flourishes in an ever increasing multitude of Self-expression, God-expression, Love-expression that is both unchanging and forever new.
Forever new and forever unchanging is the crux, the center point, the essence and substance of Reality. You were created perfect in every way by and from Love, which by Its nature can be nothing other than perfect, and so you, each and everyone of you, are absolutely perfect. The state of imperfection that you experience as humans, and which disturbs many of you, and which some of you try to improve upon, is but a temporary and illusory state that only lasts while you continue to make the choice to engage in and play your parts in the game or drama of separation.
You collectively invented the game, and all the rules and limitations that are part of it. Because you are beings of enormous power and intelligence the game you invented does appear to be absolutely real, and that was your collective intent in doing so. Now, as you enter ever more fully into the awakening process, you find the insanity of the situations and events with which the game keeps presenting you ever more unsettling and disturbing. This awareness that it is insane is the wake-up call that you all needed to experience so that you would set the intent to awaken. This you have done, and what is arising for you all is an intensifying awareness of this insanity, which further strengthens your intent to awaken.
Everyone is aware that there has to be a better way for humanity to live peacefully and harmoniously together as one community, while fully accepting and honoring all the differences between you as to race, color, ethnicity, culture, religious persuasion, and general life philosophy. This awareness is growing and strengthening in every moment, leading to a multitude of conversations and discussions taking place across the world which are seeking to resolve all the issues that have for eons been so divisive and destructive for humanity. You are all one, and your science has also finally realized this, so now the collective intent is to repair the damage to your planetary environment, and to eradicate the lack of cognizance of the field of interconnectedness within which you all have your eternal existence.
The intellectual knowledge is now present and available to all, demonstrating that there truly is no separation, that everything is connected to everything else. Now this knowledge has to be integrated with your heart-knowing so that you can live as individuals while also living as one, and in so doing actually feel and experience that Oneness, which, for you in human form, is a puzzling if not almost incomprehensible paradox. However, as more and more paradoxes arise in your awareness it becomes far easier for you to accept and honor them. By doing so you effectively feel your way into them, making them sensible to you, so that eventually you say to yourselves “Of Course!” thus moving yourselves further along the path home to the one and only Reality, the One from which you have never departed.
Reality is humanity’s destiny, and it is the Home that you have never left, even for an instant! However, because you made the experience of separation so totally real for yourselves, it does seem that to be separate is a normal and unchangeable fact, the only state of existence remotely possible. This is because of the way in which different energy frequencies interact, making things appear impenetrable and solid in the world of form. Even though it is now becoming generally accepted – due to recent scientific advances demonstrating this very clearly – that everything is indeed inseparably interconnected, you still experience a physical environment of space. Space in which things – from microbes to galaxies – exist and can be seen, touched and interacted with. To come to an understanding, or better still a knowing that this environment is unreal, illusory, is still very difficult for you, it is a realization that many are having great difficulty in accepting.
Many of those who have invested time and have focused their attention either in meditation, contemplation, or deep thought have actually had brief encounters with Reality which have convinced them beyond all shadow of a doubt that the physical environment is unreal – even though while in form you do need to deal with it – and that Reality is way beyond form, and is an experience of Presence and aliveness that is unimaginable unless it has been experienced. Those who have “been there” never again have any doubts about Reality, or their own eternal existence within It. They have “seen,” and therefore know the infinite vastness that is Love, Source, God, and have felt this unconditional acceptance, this belongingness, their utter inseparability from this state, and this gives them enormous joy and peace. As a result their previously held self-deprecating attitudes, beliefs, opinions, and behaviors, change as they embrace Love, and then share and extend It to all unconditionally and without reservation.
These people are easily and readily identifiable by the power of their energy fields which are, from that moment forward, completely in alignment with Love, Source, God, because they now embody Christ-Consciousness. Christ-Consciousness is an energy field that is completely palpable to others in its vicinity who are either immensely attracted to it, or, if they have chosen a path that shuts out Love, are strongly repelled by it because it terrifies them. These non-loving ones may well react spontaneously and immediately, moving rapidly away from it without any idea of why they choose to do so. As you have so frequently been told Love is of infinite power, and therefore Its power has to be stepped down when interacting with beings in form so that their forms do not either disintegrate or spontaneously combust.
Nothing in form, from microbes to galaxies, can remain in form and be present in the fullness of the energy field that is Love, because energy of that intensity utterly dissolves form. When Love is Present form is utterly surplus to requirements which is why your human forms would dissolve if Love was encountered full on. However, while you are in form, Love is always with you because you are Love and separation from It is impossible, It just makes Its Presence felt at a far lower level of intensity. The idea is for humans to evolve spiritually, and they have been doing so since they first evolved from lesser beings. To evolve spiritually is the way Home, and it happens in stages that suit each individual perfectly. You are all on your path, even though from the human perspective that may not appear to be the case.
We reiterate that “small is beautiful” and much will revolve around relatively small groups that are easier to run.

There are two main groups on Earth at present occupying each end of the spectrum, you would know them as those of the Light and the Dark. They are both fighting for control of the Earth and as it stands the Light is leading the way. The dark Ones will try by every means possible to regain their position but it will be to no avail. You could say that the dark Ones have had their day but they will not accept defeat. However, as events move on and the vibrations increase their place and influence will cease to have the power to dictate the future of mankind. With the arrests that have been taking place their strength has been diminished and their plan for world domination is in tatters. It is difficult to see it with so much unrest all around, but the people have awakened to what has been going on. They have been making their protests all over the world and will eventually be heard and taken notice of. In reality it is the people who hold the power and when they put their petty squabbles behind them and come together amazing things can be achieved.
Understand that the people are the backbone of society and when properly organised can achieve almost anything they set their minds upon. We for our part will guide them and protect them so that they can make progress. So the sooner Man gets himself sorted out the sooner we can help to ensure his efforts are productive. Covid19 has caused such a mess on Earth, it may seem that it will be eons of time before it can be sorted out, but with our help we can assure you things will progress quite quickly. After all there is much to be done and without our help it would take you much longer. You have earned the help that awaits you but first we must see you taking the right actions in preparation. With a grasp of the full situation we can plot the future to ensure you get the best results.
The time lapse has given you an opportunity to judge whether your proposed actions meet the needs of the moment, and there is so much that needs revising. There is much debt in the world and you clearly do not want to add to the problem. It will be a long haul to settle down again but with care and planning you will eventually overcome your problems. Many souls have come to Earth specifically to help you through the inevitable difficult period you face. You are entering one that will be the start of a new era and if it is handled correctly you will benefit enormously. We wish we could come to you openly and such an event is to be part of your introduction to the Galactic Age.
It is an exciting time to be on Earth and when the dust and remnants of the old Age are cleared away you will see the new Age emerging. Passing the marker has opened so many doors for you and is why you will be overjoyed at what they will bring. The New Age is exactly what it says which is why we encourage you to think forwards and leave the rest to the history books. It has taken a long time to reveal the methods of the dark Ones and they are not finished yet, but they are in retreat. Slowly but surely all that which was unseen is coming out of the shadows to be cleansed by the Light. There is much preparation being made to ensure that those who have hidden their actions against the Light are brought to justice. There will be nowhere to hide and all will be eventually revealed.
Many projects are on the drawing board that await the appropriate time to be released. The time scale is up to you but as soon as you are perceived as ready, there is much that can go ahead. We reiterate that “small is beautiful” and much will revolve around relatively small groups that are easier to run. The big conglomerates are no longer ideal for such a set up and they are busy planning how to tackle the changes forced upon them, and clearly they have to downsize quite considerably. Changes of this nature come from time to time and it is led by the needs of the people. The changes will be far reaching but should not cause great disruption as some believe, and there is no reason why they should not involve a smooth transmission.
Clearly free energy is going to bring about major changes as it affects almost every aspect of daily life. Such energy comes from an everlasting source, and how nice that would be in one of your coldest winters by not having to worry about the cost of heating. No more cold freezing nights when you cannot afford the heating you need to keep warm. It is going to take time for the benefits to be spread widely but how comforting it is to know that great hope is on the horizon. Yet free energy is just but one of the benefits waiting to be introduced.
It is nice to know that the future is going to be vastly different to what you have been used to, and all for the better. Humanity is due for great changes and not before time, can you believe that you have been deliberately held back and denied many changes that have not seen the light of day. The dark Ones have so much to answer for and their day of reckoning is approaching ever nearer. It must be difficult for you to understand that a group of human beings can have so little caring for what you might call the rank and file. Be assured that there will be a day not far into the future when their activities will be drawn to their attention and have to be answered for.
We have to tell you that the worst of the dark days have passed, and as soon as you have straightened yourselves out the changes will begin in earnest. You have been promised much in the past that has not always been possible to introduce, but now the situation is much better and we see no reason why good progress cannot be made. In the past you have been let down by the politicians, but in the future you will be truly represented. Politics at present is in something of a mess and does not work correctly for the people but soon that will be put right.
You have been very patient and deserve every benefit that is coming your way and so far we have only scratched the surface. In time you will have been compensated for all of your troubles and life will take on a totally different meaning. Words cannot do justice to what we see lies ahead for you and we know you will not be disappointed. Soon the true leaders will come to the forefront and you will know that they are genuine.

We are so very happy to be speaking with all of you who will receive this transmission. We are very pleased to report to you that the progress you’ve been making has been making waves throughout the galaxy. More and more beings have been paying attention to those of you who are opening yourselves up to extra-terrestrial contact and to the higher frequency energies coming from the non-physical realms. There is of course quite a bit of talk about when each of you who is awake will be ready for full, physical extra-terrestrial contact.
Some e.t.s take it upon themselves to connect with you, even when others in the discussion think you are not quite ready for the experience. But from what we can see, all of you have handled your e.t. encounters very well and have integrated what the e.t., or e.t.s, were wanting to share with you. There are so many downloads and upgrades that you can receive in those moments. Some of you relax and allow the activations to occur. Others of you tense up, close yourselves off, and do not receive the full force of the transmission. But in those instances, you are still getting better at receiving them. You are still getting closer to a time when that type of contact will be commonplace for you.
We so enjoy witnessing those interactions and making the mental notes to ourselves about what works and what doesn’t. Many e.t.s and collectives come to us for advice about how to approach humanity, or about how to approach an individual who is awake and shows signs of being ready. We do our best to give them the advice that we believe will lead to a positive interaction where everyone gets what they want. For the most part, the e.t.s that you connect with are interested in activating within you certain extra-terrestrial DNA, or memories of when you were a part of their race.
That type of knowing within you can build a bridge between humanity and those e.t.s., and when the bridges are built, you can have that contact that so many of you have been waiting for and desire. We want to say to those of you who are impatient about your contact experiences that they are coming, be patient, live your lives, know that there are plenty of e.t.s walking among you, and consider what a melting pot Mother Earth really is. You are surrounded by extra-terrestrial energy. You are comprised of it, and the sooner you realize that, the sooner you realize that, the easier it is for them to then connect with you.

Dizziness is a common symptom of transformation. It can be felt when old templates are dismantled and new systems and templates are in the process of being anchored into your energetics. When you are in the process of transitioning between the two you may feel somewhat untethered or confused and dizziness can occur. You may find grounding difficult in these in-between phases.
The good news is these phases don’t last long. They also act as mile markers to let you know your own evolutionary process is continuing along beautifully. Practice good self care. Rest if you need it. Ask your body what it needs and be willing to listen to its innate wisdom. Pay attention to what is going on astrologically or energetically and take notes so you’ll remember what brings you comfort for future events.
And most of all, celebrate the fact that you have come to the point in your journey where you can assimilate higher and stronger energies than ever before. You are all doing such an outstanding job and we continue to be amazed at your commitment, your courage, your resilience, and your grace as members of the ground crew on a rapidly ascending planet. You truly are love in action and we honour you for all that you do.

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. I am also placed in the Earth Council for the exact purpose of this Ascension process occurring now with your planet. As most of you know, we assist other planets with their Ascension process. We have a precious and vested interest in the earth. We are here to assist humanity, all of life on the earth, as well as the earth herself.
We are dear friends with the earth. We know love and respect her immensely. We celebrate her ascension for she deserves this graduation from the enormous and atrocious forces of darkness. Some of you may be feeling lighter frequencies due to the dark ones’ isolation and removal from your beloved planet. You might be feeling as if you can breathe again.
Right now, you are at a critical juncture in this grand shift. There has been a deep drilling down and taking out of the forces of darkness. Even though they know they are done with the earth, they are fighting tooth and nail to the very end. We want to assure you that this is nearly over and that Source has the upper hand.
Please focus your attention as much as possible on the light and the beauty of this unfolding. The plan is a brilliant one and the resources are many. Hold the light and keep your hearts open to each other.
We understand that many of you are challenged and struggling. It takes courage and strength to participate in the end of so many years of darkness. You are right there at the threshold of light. You can feel it and see it. The light is real. You are nearly Home. In fact, we already have many celebrations and reunions planned for you. Of course, these will all be the unmasked version where we can see your fully beautiful faces, read the light in your eyes, and feel the love in your hearts. You will indeed see the same with us.
Promises and prophecies have been made throughout the ages. It is now time for them to come to fruition. Beloved ones, you shall inherit the earth.

Dear Ones, we wish to remind you that all movement is forward movement. We understand that you get concerned about people’s beliefs and choices because you don’t want them to make a wrong turn, but let us reassure you there is no such thing.
The act of surrendering into the flow with your faith and trust is how you make great leaps on your journey. While some of you can find your way to surrender without the catalyst of great discomfort, others require an energetic bottoming out – the dark night of the soul, if you will, before they find their way to their surrender moment.
For some the energetic bottom is a faster path to the surrender moment than getting to the point of simply making the choice without a catalyst. Rest assured if someone is following a belief system or path that doesn’t ultimately serve them, it will in time become obvious and they will choose again. In fact, it is guaranteed that at some point it will become too uncomfortable to stay the same because it will not be energetically supported for them to do so and they will embrace change to find some relief with a better energetic match.
Your soul always knows the most efficient way to get you where you wish to go. Trust if someone is going down a path that is not supportive of them, they will eventually get tired and redirect. Some people find it easier to navigate their path through grace and ease, others by having the experience of what they don’t want before they will find what they truly desire.
Some will experience disempowerment in order to find their authentic power, while others will just naturally bloom into the experience organically because it is what feels right. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Energy surges that are propelling Earth along her ascension pathway are raising vibrations throughout your world. This will continue until she reaches her destination in high fifth density, where Gaia, the soul that embodied as the planet, remained during the long ages that amassing negativity spiraled her body downward into deep third density.
Only readers of information from messengers of the light know Earth is steadily ascending into higher astral planes, but two effects of rising vibratory levels, although not attributed to such, are clearly evident.
One is the sense that time is passing faster and faster. Linear time exists on Earth because all third density civilizations that have inhabited the planet needed a chronological means in which to function in a coherent fashion. However, that concept of “time” actually is energy fields in the timeless continuum, where what you consider past, present and future are a series of simultaneous happenings.
In one way we could say Earth is approaching the continuum, but it’s more accurate to say that her population is interpreting the sensation of successively lighter energy as time seeming to pass more quickly than previously. And, going by your clocks and calendars, it is—what was a week only 20 years ago now is “condensed” into two days. Because of divine grace, let us say, laws of physics that govern this universe are regulating the tides and the rising and setting of the sun and moon so all are occurring as you expect even though linear time is crunching.
The other effect of ever-rising vibrations is the continuing magnification of characteristics and behavior, both positive and negative. The latter accounts for the notable increase in homicides, random shootings, massacres, acts based in bigotry, and other violent and criminal acts that have been happening around the world.
Mainstream media report those distressing events but rarely mention high vibrations’ positive effects—the increasing abundance of kindness, helpfulness, respectful communication and cooperative efforts—qualities and actions that will keep expanding within the society in consonance with heightening vibrations. The energy of dark intentions and activities emits low vibrations, and those cannot coexist with high; whatever is based in darkness will keep declining until it has no more energy, thus comes to an end.
Also, you are feeling a more intimate effect of “high vibes”—their impact on body, mind and spirit. Now then, another glaring omission in mainstream media is the growing backlash against everything related to the “pandemic.” Instead, they feature “experts” who emphasize that vaccinating people worldwide is the only way to combat covid because this is science. No, that is not science, it is against science! Your bodies are designed with strong immune systems and self-healing mechanisms—introducing foreign elements that are incompatible with those capabilities jeopardizes their functioning and leads to health issues and death.
Let us reply here to questions as to why information from medical specialists is contradictory: Those on TV say if you must go out, wear masks and socially distance, get tested for covid and even if results are negative, get vaccinated. The specialists who speak in Internet videos explain why those requirements are damaging to health.
The Illuminati/Deep State/cabal—those and other designations refer to the same malevolent secret society—control mainstream media and choose the “experts” who speak or are cited in press reports. They control World Health Organization and multinational Big Pharma; in the United States, they control all agencies under the medical establishment’s umbrella, including Centers for Disease Control, National Institutes of Health, and Food and Drug Administration.
Spokespersons for those agencies and others may be Illuminati themselves. If not, they still may be profiting from investments in companies that are making fortunes from all covid-related products and equipment. They may be supporting the massive deception about the “pandemic” because they have been bribed, blackmailed or given death threats. They may fear being professionally blackballed, losing medical accreditation or even their lives, all of which the Illuminati have done to practitioners who dared use effective therapies the dark ones have banned precisely because they are effective, inexpensive and non-injurious to bodies.
The Illuminati also design curricula used by medical and nursing schools, and many graduates do what they were taught—operate, use chemo and radiation, prescribe pharmaceuticals. They believe what they were taught: Natural remedies are worthless because there is no scientific evidence to support claims of their efficacy and vaccines are life-saving. They are applying to covid what they learned—adhering to medical science guidelines and being vaccinated are imperative to public health.
Even without any awareness of Illuminati tentacles around the entire healthcare industry, people who once believed mainstream media reports now are questioning: Why are simple remedies prohibited even though some doctors have successfully used them to treat covid patients? Why are we forced to wear masks when some specialists say they prevent normal respiratory functions, thus lowering immunity and increasing susceptibility to a variety of illnesses; and they prevent oxygen from reaching the brain, thereby damaging brain cells especially in young children whose brain power develops quickly? Why would hospital staffs be told to list deaths as covid even when they’re due to other causes? If vaccines are safe, why are medical personnel in many countries warning about their dangerous effects?
The Illuminati may remove from the Internet truthful information about the “pandemic” as soon as they discover it, but they cannot stop individuals who saw those films and articles from spreading that information.
People also are seeing that mandated restrictions have led to an increase in depression, suicides, drinking, domestic violence and other crimes; businesses have gone under, families are financially desperate and school closures are psychologically harming students. Logically, they are asking: How can that be good for any of us?
As refusal to be vaccinated is growing, Illuminati are pressuring leaders from community to national levels to urge Get vaccinated! Protect yourselves and your loved ones! In some nations, life has been made very difficult for individuals who don’t comply, and most international travelers must show proof of vaccination as permission to leave their country or enter another. Not only is tolerance of those conditions growing thin, but people are tired of living in fear about “catching covid.” In one country after another, crowds are gathering without wearing masks, schools are reopening and so are small businesses that managed to survive.
We understand your concerns about vaccines—they are justified!—and while we cannot dispel them, let us ease them. It is so that gene-altering tissue and programmed nanochips that interact with 5G technology are in the solutions for the purpose of producing a race of automatons that can be remotely controlled. By divine authority, scientists in extraterrestrial special forces who reduced the potency of coronavirus-19 and prevented what the Illuminati intended, the death of billions, also erased the programming and reduced to the extent possible the viability of the tissue in the solutions. Still, many people with weakened immunity have died or experienced serious adverse effects from what is called “vaccine,” but actually is the Illuminati’s gene-altering experiment.
Then there is the issue of airborne particles from vaccinated individuals affecting those who haven’t been. There is truth to this, but not to the dire extent you may think. Due to the particles’ reduced viability, their life span in the air is extremely brief. And, in instances where persons have been affected, the particles exacerbated diagnosed or undiagnosed issues such as hormonal or chemical imbalance, short-circuiting electrical systems, hypo-metabolism, circulatory difficulties, nutritional deficiencies or a combination of existing conditions that caused minor or major adverse reactions. We advise drinking as much water as you can. Keeping bodies well hydrated aids in removing toxic materials, and, by helping energy systems flow smoothly, precludes blockages wherein those thrive. And always, sunlight greatly benefits body, mind and spirit.
Also we have been asked if the claim by some “experts” is true: Covid is here to stay because the virus will keep mutating into variants. “Keep mutating” is but another scare tactic and covid is not there to stay! Like everything else in existence in this universe, that illness, which is a kind of flu, is energy, and its survival depends upon energy continuously put into it.
The Illuminati need people’s fear of catching covid to provide the energy their concocted “pandemic” requires, and fear is abating. They need people’s thoughts and feelings about the illness to sustain its energy, but the interests of the populace have turned to regaining a semblance of normalcy. They need people to have high stress levels—stress lowers immunity, making bodies more vulnerable to health disorders—but as people are taking back their stolen free will, their stress levels are dropping.
Furthermore, because of the dark intention of manipulating a virus to become a contagious disease, covid’s energy is in the lowest vibratory range. As vibrations keep rising on the planet, they will overpower everything with low vibrations because, as aforementioned, the two extremes cannot coexist.
To all who feel you cannot do anything to help end a global situation as pervasive as covid, we say, “Indeed you can!” In previous messages we urged you not to give your energy to anything related to the “pandemic,” and we do so again. So why have we just given that a great deal of our energy? Intention has its own energy streamers with benevolent or malevolent attachments. Not only is our intention—offering truth and upliftment—benevolent, it is given with unconditional love for you, our dear sisters and brothers.
We remind you of other things we have spoken about. Simply by BEing the pure love-light energy of Creator Source, you are radiating into the world the most powerful force in the cosmos. Your every thought and feeling is prayer, and prayers are powerful, so think and feel positive and optimistic about what is ahead. Words, spoken and written, have power—be mindful to choose your words wisely.
Smiles and laughter, generosity, gratitude, compassion, empathy and every small act of thoughtfulness send vibrations soaring, and visualization also is powerful. See crowds of people dancing in joyful celebrations and children happily playing with animals. Visualize Earth immersed in brilliant golden-white light. Imagine the planet with pristine waters, forests instead of scarified lands, crops growing in land now deserts, fields of flowers as far as the eye can see, air free of pollution.

Let’s Dance!
The dance floor has been a place for many of us to heal and express ourselves freely through dancing raising our frequency and being with like minded people. Unfortunately the blindness of few to make more money without carrying about the well being of all brought the clubbing scene to its knees (call it C19 or anything else). We live on a planet that is ascending with human beings equally ascending . This means our bodies are changing to accommodate higher frequencies of Light and since dancing and celebration is one of the best ways to keep raising our frequency, i am asking myself what the future holds in relation to coming together to celebrate as ONE, this time being careful of our health and sleeping patterns as new beings living in a new world with each and everyone aware of our ONEness. I can only imagine and feel into this moment where we dance and express ourselves freely again .The dancefloor so far is the only place that i found LOVE is expressed more easily by all present. Call me a conspiracy theorist i don’t care. I have witnessed the degradation of the clubbing scene and i feel that once more and more among us are able to face our darkness and love unconditionally ourselves and all others and forgive, creating by the same authentic joy from within, the clubbing scene will flourish again not because we need to dance to be happy but because we are happy within at all times and we celebrate our new found freedom together as ONE dancing and expressing freely as the ‘good old times’ with an important tweak from inside out that makes the whole difference of our existence as humanity that made it this time. Oh what a celebration this would be!!! and because i know this is already achieved in the higher dimensions, i already celebrate in this now by feeling into it more and more and playing music that i love and dancing even if there is nobody around that gets it so far

Psychic Agreements (Contracts)
In your daily life, you are constantly making psychic agreements, or contracts, with people. Some correspond to conscious agreements such as luncheon dates, or telling your housemate you will do the laundry if he or she will cook dinner. When the activity is completed, the contract dissolves and no hooks are left over. However, there are many types of contracts you make with others that are totally unconscious or subconscious. For instance, you may have a friend who has a strong tendency to blame others. You, on the other hand, may be afraid to disagree with people for fear of making them mad at you and losing their friendship. So you and this friend have created a subconscious agreement: you will always side with him or her against others, no matter what, and your friend will never get angry at you.
This type of contract is very codependent. You assist this friend in remaining blaming and negative, and he or she helps you stay afraid of anger and rejection. Neither person has much freedom to grow and evolve in these areas of life. Therefore, when you discover or even suspect that you may have unhealthy contracts with others, it is important to clear them.
Some contracts need to be released because they usurp your free will in inappropriate ways. For example, I have had numerous clients who, after ending relationships, cannot seem to let go completely and make way for new relationships in their lives. Often I find clients holding such contracts as: “If you ever change, I’ll get back together with you” or “I’ll wait forever for you” or “I won’t ever allow myself another relationship because I left you and you were hurt and angry about it.” I have also found contracts between ex-lovers to have children together even though they do not intend to get involved again. These types of agreements literally paralyze you in the particular area of your life they rule; they do not allow you to change your mind, forgive, or do whatever is needed in order to move on.
If you tend to take on other people’s emotions and problems, you probably did that for one or both of your parents when you were very young. Most families have at least one member who functions as the emotional dumpster for the parents and/or other children. People’s contracts for this arrangement vary with respect to specifics, but they have similarities. The following are examples:
1. You take on your mother’s fear so she will be more capable of meeting your physical needs.
2. You absorb all the anger between your parents so they do not hurt each other or you, but you never have permission to express anger.
3. As the oldest child, you take care of the younger children’s physical and emotional needs, and put your own needs last.
4. Since Mom has stopped nurturing and being sexual with Dad, you become surrogate wife, absorbing his excess emotions and sexual energies, and letting him take your second chakra energy whenever he feels the need.
5. Mother can drain your life force any time she wants because she gave you life, therefore, you owe it to her.
6. You feel guilty for being a burden to Mom or Dad, so you volunteer to take on their emotions and pain and give them your energy.
This list is not intended to make anyone look like a bad guy; it is meant to awaken you to the nature of psychic agreements in a society that tends to encourage emotional repression, codependency, and denial. Following are other common types of agreements:
1. Family members never ever acknowledge a parent’s drinking problem, violence, bad temper, financial lack, or whatever else there might be family shame about.
2. You take on another person’s fear to prove you will not hurt him or her like others have in the past.
3. You exchange sex for financial support.
4. You never disagree with the boss, so he will not fire you.
5. You will never marry until after your mother dies, nor will you live far away from her. Therefore, you will always be available if she needs you or is lonely.
The list could go on and on and on. Hopefully, by now you have a sense of the nature of personal contracts. There are also societal and planetary contracts. Examples of societal contracts are:
1. We who live on the east side of town do not associate with the other race or general lowlife on the north side, and we agree that the west-side residents are snobs.
2. People in our social group do not wear bright colors.
3. We support each other’s victimization by playing “poor me” games and agreeing with one another that we do not have a chance in this world. “Misery loves company” is another way to say it.
4. We will only associate with members of our church because we are the only good people in town.
Some of the planetary contracts I have found and cleared in myself and/or clients are:
1. We agree that everyone on the planet must be under the rule of and answerable to an organized government. If that government has dark entities running and possessing its leaders, we must submit to them as well.
2. We are the only living beings in existence. There is no life beyond Earth.
3. Women shall be held in oppression with the “Adam and Eve” lie that women brought down darkness upon the planet.
There are many, many more. By now, at least one example of a contract probably has a familiar ring to it for you personally, and you probably have ideas about ones not specified. You can clear these agreements using the following process. Begin with one of the planetary contracts mentioned above, then do a personal one of your own.
1. Close your eyes, ground yourself, pull your aura in, and check your boundary colors and roses.
2. Optional: Run cosmic gold and Earth energies and put them on Automatic.
3. Visualize a legal document that says “CONTRACT” at the top.
4. At the bottom of the contract, on one side, see your own name.
5. On the opposite side see the person’s or group’s name with whom you have made the agreement. The first time you go through these steps, see “All citizens of planet Earth” on the side opposite your own name.
6. Now, simply tell yourself what the contract is about, or visualize the words on the contract, if you prefer. The first time, imagine that the contract says, “All human beings on this planet must be under the rule of an official government and the government’s controlling entities.”
7. Write “VOID” across the contract in your own handwriting in large red letters. 8. Rip the contract in two and burn it in a normal-colored fire.
9. Repeat the process from step 3 on, this time using a contract you have with a person or group.
10. When complete, open your eyes.

Last year, when I was preparing to go to the USA, I was called to do a lot of remote energy work on sacred sites there, and in the process was working with the Sacred Ancient Ones and the Those Tribal Guardians and Keepers who indeed merely have withdrawn into a much higher dimensional frequency band and are very much still present everywhere. I never work with sites, without asking permission, and thus they made themselves known to me.
I was shown the sites in their original forms, long before the Great Floods were and afterwards when the Tribes indeed were led to these sites and indeed assumed co-guardianship and keeperships of these lands.
This morning I woke up and White Feather appeared, one of the Ancient Ones, and he showed me what is happening, as the drums are beating and indeed are calling.
I was taken to the Hopi Site where the Great Hopi Prophesy is stored and I was shown what is happening here, and the Ancient Ones and the Tribal Guardians and Keepers were gathering around me.
As the drums were beaten and talking, two distinct lines appear: The First line had split from the bottom line, and indeed this line was white-golden. This stream of souls indeed now were completely splitting from the bottom line and indeed as they progressed into the New Earth, they were being transformed into a totally New People and indeed they became White-Golden (energetically and figuratively). They are the New Golden Race, the New embodied race of much higher Beings, who indeed are AS ONE with the Great Spirit (The Divine Source) and are thus living in Unity and Harmony, with the New Mother Earth and All-That-Is.
The bottom line indeed was sinking lower and indeed pulled down more and more into the quagmire of their own inability to rise out and above it, as the Old Earth is disintegrating. Indeed, this is of their own making and their own free will and choice. I was shown who all is dissolving and indeed the Old Earth cannot hold form in any way anymore.
Then I was shown how all the tribes around the world and those souls who are leading them, the Great Tribe of Souls if you like, are indeed all doing the same. Indeed the Higher Stream are far fewer than the bottom steam, but the higher stream is indeed being lifted ever higher and higher, for as they step into the New Earth, they are resurrected into the True Soul Self, and then assume their truthful Divine Soul Self, and thus infinite space is opening where they can cocreate the New with Love, in Unity and Harmony and AS ONE.
I was then shown that the Highest Steam, the White-Golden Stream, all have their heart center fully open and now live from the Sacred Heart. They are united with each other through the Heart and Soul Centers and live from ONE HEART and are indeed ONE HEART AND ONE SOUL.
I saw the Ancient Ones, celebrating, as the drums indeed started beating faster and indeed the songs of Joy rose from the White-Golden Stream of Souls, as they are rising ever higher into the Oneness and Unity. Indeed all the Cosmos joined in song and celebrations.
I was then again shown the Sacred Sites, not only in Americas but all over the world, many still totally hidden from humankind. I saw them filled now with the White Flame and indeed filling to capacity, as they are being reactivated and lifted too, into the New Earth.
And within me THE ODE TO JOY rises as I join in celebration.
I thank White Feather and the Ancient Ones, the Elders, the Guardians and the Keepers and Sacred Ones for showing me this, with the Divine Source and all my Counsel of Elders who surround the Throne of the Divine who work with me and the High Orders.

Eligible recipients of an elusive tax refund related to unemployment compensation lit up with joy over the holiday weekend with reports that some have finally started to see the checks roll in.
Some social media users on Twitter and in Facebook groups who have been monitoring the payments said they received notice from their bank, credit union, or online tax transcript beginning on Friday. Although the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) had said the payment would begin to be delivered in May, it has not said how many, nor has it provided much information about which taxpayers would receive them. Many who believe they are eligible for a refund have been communicating in online groups for weeks, attempting to confirm whether the payments had begun.
A spokesperson for the IRS told Fast Company it expects to have more information about its progress this week, including details about how many payments have been delivered so far.
In an update on May 14, the agency said it began automatically correcting tax returns to reflect changes to the law authorized in March by the American Rescue Plan Act. Those changes excluded up to $10,200 of unemployment compensation for 2020, which means some taxpayers who filed early have now overpaid.
The first phase of refunds were expected to go to single filers with the “simplest tax returns,” the IRS said. Based on some of the responses from elated social media users over the weekend, that appears to be the case.
