Take a breath. Take time to appreciate something you overlook every day. Perhaps the grass is soft under your feet. Go out and feel it. Perhaps there is a warm sunbeam that falls on your patio at a certain time of day. Experience the pleasure of it upon your skin. As you run the water from your faucet feel its coolness or warmth flow over your hands. Take time to smell your morning beverage and appreciate it. Listen to the sizzle of food in the pan before dinner and enjoy the tiny flecks of oil jumping about. Tune into the hum of the bees on a warm day and feel their collective vibration. Take the time to appreciate the sensory delights of your physical world.
An act as small as this – one simple moment of appreciation – immediately elevates your vibration above the problems in your life and begins to open you to all you desire. If you were to practice this regularly – simply appreciating all your senses in the moment – then all you wanted would flow to you because the universe reads your energy. It doesn’t care what inspires your high vibe or your low vibe. It only reads the energy you are emitting in a given moment, and the higher your vibe, the more you are drawn to that which is loving, good, kind, easy, and gentle. The higher your vibe, the greater the state of flow in which you will exist.
You don’t have to meditate or engage in any spiritual discipline to keep your vibration high, although all of these things certainly work and have great value. When done on a regular basis, they condition you to stay in a higher vibration. However, by simply enjoying your day and taking delight in your senses, by appreciating life in front of you right here and now, you create a bit of a “temporary” state of meditation where the brain is calm and the feelings of goodness, love, and appreciation, are engaged.
This is particularly important to each of you at this time upon your earth. There are certainly many vibrations vying for your attention. There are the vibrations of atrocity – violence, war, anger, and so forth, that are very compelling, and somewhat addictive once you become hooked into them. However, there are always the vibrations of true Life, love, kindness, generosity, beauty, goodness, and simplicity awaiting your attention. Dear ones, for the sake of your own spirit and for the gift you can offer the world, do your best to avoid getting drawn into the anger, the despair, and the sadness that is so strong at this time upon your earth. Do your best to focus on all there is to appreciate, no matter how small.
In doing so you become those who help to keep the balance on your planet. You become “keepers of the peace,” “keepers of love,” “keepers of appreciation.” In these beautiful vibes it is easier to pray with compassion than to engage in hate. In these kinder vibes, you will be more open to your guidance. It is alright to live and love your own lives, even as others are going through hell because only in your love can you be of true service.
In your love, you are guided to do what you can, vibrationally or physically. In your love, you elevate humanity – one soul at a time, above the vibration of conflict and violence. In your love, you become a drop in the pond that ripples outward. In your joy and appreciation, you become positively “Infectious” to those in need of love. You unwittingly appreciate the produce in your market and someone sees you in rapt appreciation. “Look at this beautiful apple,” you say, and suddenly, for a moment, this other person is drawn out of whatever was concerning them and into a beautiful present moment. You are not trying to change anyone or anything. You are sharing from your love, your joy, your kindness, and dear ones those vibrations are far more contagious than any virus or any vibrational strand of hate.
Your love is needed at this time. Your joy is needed. Your appreciation is needed. As you engage in these frequencies you feel wonderful and you become the bearers of hope, inspiration, light, truth, and above all love upon your earth. You benefit first, even as you radiate outwards, changing souls and lives, one person, one moment at a time.

The Company of Heaven said this intensified influx of God’s Comprehensive Divine Love will enhance and greatly amplify the tangible results of the Violet Flame that is bathing the Earth for the entire month of May. The Full Moon Eclipse and the Golden Buddha of Enlightenment All of the events in May will enhance the blessings Humanity and the Earth will receive during another influx of Light that blesses the Earth during the Month of May. You are such an amazing ground crew. I want you to know how important you are to the whole Divine Plan for the ascension of the earth.
As you might have realized by now, the ascension of the earth is a complex order of things. They are interlocking and intertwining, almost like the wiring of a computer but far more complex. The complexities contain past, present, and future considerations, which are also modulated and modified with ongoing, ever-changing quantum circumstances.
Some of you may ask, “Why isn’t this happening sooner?” In all sincerity, you are about to see everything expedited to lightning speed. The crumbling old system is chugging its way to a halt. It’s like seeing a runaway train that suddenly comes to a stop. It shakes itself loose and all that is left is a foundation, an amorphous form remaining with which to work.
This is a simplified way of saying your lives are in for a big planetary change. You have been sleeping on the earth and most people are still not awake. What is about to occur is going to be like a blast off into a whole New World. It is going to be taken care of simply and easily. You will awaken to a New World, a new you, and a glorious planet.
We are telling you this now because it is the right time. We know some of you have been hanging on for years. We understand how your patience has worn thin. We don’t blame you for having had enough. We know it is impossible for life to be returned to the way it was. You thought it was normal to live the way that you were living, yet that is far from the truth.
What is real and true about how to live is in peace, harmony, joy, kindness, cooperation, abundance, and respect. The way you have been living is the antithesis of what we have just described. The ease with which you will be living could be shocking for a few minutes until you realize you are out of the old mold. You will never return again. This planet will never be treated the way that you experienced it and you will never be treated the way that you were treated either.
Together we are creating a New World. With this consciousness all of life in all of creation will be celebrating. You are to be honored and glorified for your good work. Your dedication and devotion have made this possible. Soon we will be able to unite as one big galactic family.

If you had to keep your past, but paint an entirely new future, what would you paint?
Consider these questions for just a little longer my precious child. It’s important information for you. You cannot create without knowing what you wish to create, otherwise you will end up with a muddy brown painting.
You don’t need precision. You can be as vague or as specific as you wish; perhaps you wish to feel peace, or to heal Gaia, to cleanse water, to travel, to explore your artistic side. Allow this to come to the surface, notice it, honour your Youness. Because you are the gift you came here to share. YOU.
Being YOU, following your interests, passions, healing your wounds, loving in your unique way. All this is Your gift to the ascension, your gift to Gaia, your gift to humanity. Your gift to yourself.
In some ways, slower is better. Allow your journey, your passions to unfold within. Avoid stressing over ‘I don’t know what my purpose is’, because your purpose is to be YOU. To think, do, speak and love as You do.
That’s it.
Your passions, joys and healings are the road signs to your purpose. It’s no grand destination, merely a process of settling into who you truly are, gently, lovingly, patiently.
You are my joy. Be your own Joy.
That is your purpose and your greatest gift to uplifting the collective vibration. Don’t wait for others, or for this or that to happen. Expand into the next greatest version of you now, even if only in a tiny way.
I love You. You are my delight. You are my Joy. Your joy is my gift to humanity.
My beloved Children. You are not my children: that is an illusion. You are ME, in form; pure drops of Me.
You are the ocean in a drop, not a drop in the ocean, as Rumi noted.
Let that sink in. What does that mean about your beauty? Your power? Your strength? Your sovereignty? Your ability to dream, create and shape?
You have it all. You ARE it all. Everything is You; Within You; Of You; Through You.
Allow yourself to sink into these words even more deeply. As you look around you, do you like being you? Do you enjoy your life? When are you in-joy? In peace? In love? In creativity? In serenity?
I am not suggesting you change everything right here, right now. My purpose is more subtle. I wish you to find joy in being you, because you are a sacred, divine god. I wish for that knowledge to unfurl within you, so you may be enriched by your sacred, divine birthright.
You are beyond noble, royal, human…You are divine; a powerful, manifesting creator of love, joy, peace and kindness.
Enjoy being You. Move into the enjoyment of being you in every moment. However wonderful, troubled, gifted, failed, loving, problematic or fabulous you think you may be, let it go.
I’m giving you a clean slate. Choose to enjoy some aspect of being You.
You are a rich, complex tapestry of elements that you accept and reject, love and loath. Allow it all to simply be.
That simple awareness will help you expand beyond your self, your consciousness and into your divinity. That simple awareness will plug you into my stream of consciousness, and together we create miracles.
Even if nothing else in your world changes, by settling into the awareness that you are me in form and consciousness, you will transform your experience of your world, thereby transforming your world, effortlessly.

With the Solar Eclipse coming up on Saturday 30th the Taurus energies are intensifying.

We are multidimensional beings. This means we reside as consciousness in many dimensions. There are 352 dimensions in our Universe (according to a channeling of Natalie Glasson). And so we reside in all of them as we are all ONE with Mother Father God and All That Is.
And as incarnations in our physical body ascending from 3D to 5D we get to live in both worlds and be aware of it. And so as we are focusing on being in the 5D awareness and beyond, magic happens in 3D, attracting more of what we wish to experience in the physical reality. That is how we become Masters of our physical reality.
And so this morning, i catch my ego telling me : hey, during the course of all this earthly life we have, we managed to go to many places, be and have a lot of things and yet there was also some kind of limitation in being able to choose more freely, more spontaneously to do things because we were one way or another limited by time or not enough money to do certain things that spoke to our heart. Or maybe we managed to do certain things we did but it felt like all went by so fast. Maybe because back then we (we :my ego and me as my Higher Self) did not appreciate that much being in the present moment as much as we do now. And indeed it was so.
So the ego goes back to having certain material things and not having other ones that will make our incarnation more easy and comfortable.
It feels like the ego wants to take care of the physical reality in a way that it was never done before. And while there are many talks out there speaking about forgetting the ego ,i feel this is a moment in my life that i truly recognize my love for my ego because i recognize that it played and always plays a protector role, now adapted to this new 5th Dimensional awareness working in tandem with Higher Self and choosing together what works best. To me this is just WOW WOW WOW. And here goes the ego saying: you remember when you lost a partner in life because she chose to go on the other side on the planet and you could not go because you were engaged in your career and you did not have the financial means to go on visit her even for a few days?
Well , guess what guys. This is all about to change now, not only with all the new technologies coming in like anti gravity technology and teleporation devices but also learning ourselves to do it with our own consiousness, teleportation or telekinesis. We all have the technology within us to do and the more we remember who we really are ,the more we imagine ourselves doing that, the closer we get to manifest it. In 5D what we imagine, has already happened. So the higher we go vibrationally the closer we get to see our super powers coming forward. I truly believe that. Now this does not mean, i will not enjoy the technologies coming forward…that is where my ego comes in again and says : it is all about enjoying the journey along the way, taking it easy, ,being in full appreciation of what is and eager of what is coming (Abraham Hicks).
I truly feel now this balance taking place within me while i am fully aware there is a big journey ahead discovering more of the even higher dimensional aspects while still in a physical ascending body.

Infinite gratitude to God Creator Source and All That Is for creating me, creating all of us!
Perhaps you feel unsure of your actions and reactions. Similar to how you felt when you were learning to maneuver your bicycle without training wheels.
Such is so because you are emotionally crossing into new territory. A land of heeding your needs and hopes instead of those of others. At the same time, others are in a similar process. So it feels – and rightly so – as if two-year-olds reign in your world.
Of course, stating it in that fashion makes you laugh, for you can see how ludicrous your emotional shifts have become. Your friends, relatives, co-workers, and employers are reacting similarly, allowing for an all-out mixture of me, me, me.
Many of you have been concerned about this mixture since we, of the Universes, indicated you were learning to love yourself as much as others. You are likely now experiencing your worst self-love nightmare. You have trained for earthly eons to care for others before yourself. Now others are demanding more of you because of their new needs while you feel you must try to fulfill their needs as you search for your peace.
In a sense, you are living in a world of two-year-olds. A phase that will end within a few days.
What you will discover in this awkward phase is that you have new need requirements. That despite the needs of others, you must fulfill your needs first. You are transitioning from feelings of 3D selfishness to knowing you must place the oxygen mask on yourself before doing the same for those you love.
Many of you think you have been practicing self-love for months or years. We, of the Universes, beg to differ. This self-love phase is more direct. Those who crossed the 5D Rubicon months ago tested self-love with an inner message of “What about them, am I considering them?” before acting on self-love.
You are now experiencing an inner shift from placing your oxygen mask on first with questions of morality and rightness to doing so automatically. A two-year-old does not care if they make you late for work – they have a need to declare their rightness loudly and specifically. As is becoming true for you. Self-love is no longer a process but an inherent right you never before claimed in any earthly life.
You will perhaps remind yourself of a previous earth life where you were a leader, wealthy, or seemingly negated social mores. Yet you acted upon society’s outer-directed rules by adhering to the clothing, comments, actions, or whatever framework was necessary to continue your supposed right to rule.
No one can rule without the consent of others. And that is what is so confusing to you and others now. Even though you do not wish to follow anyone, you want to remain part of some social circles.
In the future, this earth shift will be expected and accepted just as the 3D terrible twos are now. Until there is no longer a need to shift anyone or anything from outer-directed 3D to inner-directed beings.
You are now in the midst of this personal chaos. Something that horrifies you for this new self-love seems counter-intuitive, even mean at times.
No longer are you the shy adult wondering if you hurt someone’s feelings. You are an independent individual fully capable of honoring yourself. Others will try to force you to return to your caretaking mode because, like a two-year-old, those of 5D do not care what you need at the moment and those of 3D never really have. For in 3D, caretaking was not as much about the individual as it was about social needs and mores.
The result of self-love will be a new earth order in which the individual is more important than society. That phrase seems almost impossible now, for if everyone acts upon their needs, how can anyone fully interact with others?
A large part of your 3D fear life was worrying about social mores. That part of your world is over. You are beginning to act on your inner voice, the voice bathed in love that is creating your new world.
This current self-love phase allows you to separate from the masses – even those you love – for a short time. Which will enable you to find comfort and ease within your new inner-being. Accept this world of terrible twos for a few days so you can adjust to the new center that speaks from your heart instead of the social rules you have lived by for eons.
The result will not be the chaos you currently experience, but instead, a different range of interests highlighting for you and others that social rules no longer dominate. Your social circle will be created by you to meet your needs. You might be with one group or an individual until they are no longer of interest only to find new interests. And so it will go for all who have transitioned beyond 3D – a number multiplying by millions daily.
You created a new world. Now allow yourself to fully experience it even if this current phase is a bit uncomfortable. You are declaring to yourself and others that you are finally you while of the earth. So be it. Amen.

Know that both personally and globally all is proceeding according to plan, the Divine plan for earth’s ascension. It is a time for courage but also for hope and joy because that which you came to witness and be a part of (the ascension process) is exactly what you are now doing. It has become very easy and popular to compare today’s world with imagined concepts of how wonderful things used to be. Do not allow yourselves to get trapped in this thinking for you did not choose to incarnate simply to live a happy three dimensional life although that can and will be part of it.
As spiritually evolved individuals you volunteered to be a part of the ascension process because you knew that an increased presence of evolved states of consciousness would add Light to the collective consciousness allowing increasingly more individuals to awaken. Three dimensional energy presently vibrates at a low, slow, and dense frequency. What is seen with physical eyes is not God’s perfect Idea earth but as with all material form, is a three dimensional concept of God’s perfect creation. Earth’s three dimensional form began as a jewel of beauty and life reflecting God’s infinite creativity and perfection until ignorant, hypnotized minds, conditioned with beliefs of duality and separation, began to plunder earth’s gifts selfishly with no regard for her as a living being.
They began destroying earth’s perfect three dimensional form and the result over time is the world you see now. However, all Divine Ideas remain intact as facets of God and earth will once again manifest at a higher frequency as mankind awakens.
Earth is a living Divine being, as is every person and life form. Everything that exists expresses the vast infinity of Divine Consciousness for nothing else exists. Matter is simply the mind interpretation of a Divine idea through collective and personal states of consciousness. The underlying reality of everything expressing materially remains forever in Divine Mind as an indestructible Divine Idea. When you are centered in truth it allows the Light of your consciousness to flow and align with those receptive wherever they may be in the world because of Oneness. Remember, you are not here to fix, heal, and correct the three dimensional world. There are those whose work on earth is to assist on a three dimensional level, but the work of those awake to higher truth, is to BE a light in the presence of darkness. Your awareness of the reality underlying every appearance in the material world helps awaken others and adds truth to collective consciousness. Old cellular memory and obsolete third dimensional beliefs continue to surface personally and globally in order to be recognized and cleared. Low resonating energy is unable to align with the higher dimensional frequencies pouring to earth and being integrated by individuals at this time. Old energy still active in cellular memory is rising to conscious awareness and being experienced physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually by many as part of their clearing process. Consciousness vibrates at varying rates of Light or density. This is energy. Everyone is aware of it, but most do not really understand what it is they feel. Certain places like some bars, junk stores, old and unkempt neighborhoods, prisons, closed down psychiatric hospitals, and places of past violence and suffering continue to hold energy that vibrates with a heaviness that can still be felt. Places simply manifest the energy of the consciousnesses that formed and may still support them. There are individuals as well as earth herself working to clear and replace areas of dense energy with Light. The energetic vibrations you experience in certain situations is how intuition works to guide you away from experiences of low and perhaps a dangerous resonance. Trust your intuition always for it is a facet of your reality as Consciousness rather than a human mind with only a limited three dimensional belief system for guidance. Every individual has a permanent real body, a Light body that the majority cannot see and knows nothing about. Your light body is you as an individualized expression of Source. You have had a Light body since your beginning. You had it before entering the lower dimensional energies of earth, continue to have it while utilizing a material body, and will have it when you no longer need a physical vehicle and return home. Your Light body is simply God’s perfect expression of ITself individualized as you. The reason there are so many diseases and health issues on earth is simply because at this time most states of consciousness remain conditioned with beliefs of good/bad and separation from God and the real Self. Because the outer manifests the inner, human health issues of infinite variety and form reflect the world’s belief in duality (sick/well) and separation. Because mind is the interpreter of both individual and collective states of consciousness, there really are no victims, but you cannot say that to those who are suffering because most are not yet be able to comprehend spiritual truth and live lives fully under the influence of the three dimensional belief system. Know that there is always more going on behind the scene in every situation other than what appearances would seem.
Every person is on earth to learn and spiritually evolve through the experiences they need, are spiritually prepared for, and have chosen before incarnating. Many appear to be learning absolutely nothing, but that too is part of their learning. When a person “dies” and returns home, with the loving help of their Guides they go over the details of their most recent life and evaluate how well they achieved the goals and choices they had set for themselves.
A returning soul is never blamed for their actions on earth and suicides are not condemned as many believe. Rather every soul is helped to see and learn from their choices and experiences even to the point of planning their next life on earth which may include a re-do of certain experiences. Suicides are required to once again get to the point at which they gave up and then move through it which may not be in their next life but after more evolution has taken place. Hundreds of years of false doctrine and teachings about heaven and hell, a punishing God, and sin, originally for the purpose of control over others, has caused and continues to cause many to live with a fear of death and the harsh punishing god awaiting them instead of realizing that God knows only ITself as them which is love and oneness.
Being an expression of God, man also creates. Some who have lived very un-evolved and self serving lives while on earth will after passing on unknowingly create similar situations for themselves while others may drop into the heavy energy of self hatred and remorse. Both create for themselves a hell of sorts. Guidance and love are always available just awaiting every soul’s receptivity regardless of how they lived on earth. This does not mean they will avoid the lessons and experiences necessary for them to learn and spiritually evolve beyond their present state of consciousness, but know that there is no such place as “hell” for God can only express ITself–love and oneness. There is NO DEATH; never doubt this. Everyone’s home is the higher dimensions and not earth. At some point everyone chooses to go home which is nothing more than a change of location. No one is meant to stay forever in the low resonating energy of the third dimension. At this time earth is a school of learning. As earth’s frequency rises, life spans will automatically be longer if desired because beliefs of disease, aging, and deterioration, etc. will no longer exist as reality. The war activities taking place at this time will cease in a month or two. These activities represent an intense clearing of the “power over” energies that have remained alive and well on earth for eons. Throughout the ages man’s ignorance has increased and added energy to “power over” beliefs as a way to feel complete which in reality is nothing more than the false belief of separation. Every soul seeks to experience its innate Divine completeness but those not yet spiritually evolved enough to understand this, seek completeness in the outer through various forms of power, sex, and money. Throughout the ages, those governed by ego and a sense of separation have sought satisfaction and their sense of completeness through power over those they believe to be less valuable or deserving than themselves. This belief in personal superiority and separation has allowed them to do and take what they want from others without regret because they believe they are entitled to it. Tremendous pockets of “power over” energy are now manifesting but rather than being met with general acceptance by the majority as in the past, “power over” is being recognized and met with rejection by a world that is evolving beyond beliefs of separation. A new and higher collective consciousness that no longer supports “power over” people, leaders, governments, countries, religions, laws, teachings, etc. is being born. Mankind is awakening. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual violence of all kinds leaves an energetic imprint until cleared. You will not know exactly what old energy may be surfacing because some are very ancient, but many of you will feel their energy as they clear. Never accept some negative or dense energy you may experience as being personally yours. Do not resist it but rather simply acknowledge and allow the unwanted energy to flow through, recognizing it for what it is and giving it no power. Your Light is assisting these clearings to take place. Dark energy which is not God ordained and sustained but rather is simply formed from beliefs, cannot exist the in the presence of highly evolved states of consciousness. As increasingly more awaken and begin live truth, that which is false must automatically dissolve.
Cease giving power to all appearances–this is good, but that is bad, the flowers are good, but bugs are bad, the air here is good, but there it is bad, a particular food is good but that one is not. Follow your intuition because even the simplest things can reinforce the energy of duality if believed. We understand that on earth some things really do act as good or bad and that practical human actions are often necessary. However you who are awake must first bring to conscious awareness whatever truth is underlying the appearance before taking the human steps needed. Attempting to live and depend on absolute truth before attaining the consciousness of it is not wise nor spiritual and has resulted in disaster for many sincere students of truth. However, the absolute must first be intellectually known and practiced in order for it to eventually become an attained state of consciousness that will then manifest outwardly in, as, and through the individual. Everything IS–neither good nor bad but just IS.

Dearest Blossom, might we suggest that it is a matter of balance? Indeed, to pretend that your World is nothing but … Light filled/infused … would not be a correct assumption, and yet, which world would you choose to be involved in?
If you are to indulge in rabbit holes that one cannot be sure of as a Truth, then what service are you offering to your Brothers and Sisters and indeed, your Planet? Yet, if you are to ‘pretend’ that your world IS INDEED LIGHT INFUSED and ONLY LIGHT INFUSED, then such Honoured Service are you rendering.
Yes. I understand why we have been asked to indulge in that which brings us Joy and Laughter and yet, should we not know of the darker goings-on, so that once absorbed and released we can assist others when they find out such atrocities? Yet to do so, means going down some nasty rabbit holes which does not uplift the soul. Hence my question. I mean … WILL THE TRUTH EVER COME OUT?
Oh indeed, Blossom, it has to.
So, ignorance is not Bliss really … and yet sometimes, I think how much easier this all may appear to the heart if I was still snoring away! Not being baffled by that which has come to Light and not thinking ‘What the dickens is going on!’ The more that is coming out … the more one finds it unbelievable and yet, here we are trying to find Joy and Peace amongst the chaos.
Which is precisely what you came here to do … and so many of you are doing it so well.
Yet everything is so controlled. We are so manipulated by outside forces … much of which we cannot control and so we sit and discuss the ‘puppetry’ of our lives and say a thousand times ‘who knows’! Do you?

The one’s about where this Planet is heading?

I guess I should have asked what has to happen before we get to that bit? My thoughts are … that until the MSM and MAJOR control of everything is taken over by the Goodies, nothing will really get going. We need EVERYONE to WAKE UP to the lies, and they won’t until the MSM is revealed for what it is!

The ‘Waiting for the world to change?’ Yes. The ‘Let’s get on with it?’ Yes. The ‘Something actually taking place when it says it is going to?’ Yes. How many times can a celebrity, a leading politician, or ruling monarch indeed, be executed, before they are actually dead? The things that are circulating once again, I have heard time after time, year after year, and yet the ‘Newbies’ get so excited with such news expecting this and that to happen any minute. Whilst, us ‘oldies’ have been there, done that, heard it all before!

Yet, the baddies, as you call them, Blossom, were fighting for their Truth at the time.
You see … there you have it! It’s all about war! Fighting, killing, greed, throughout history. Not that we know the Truth about that either. Why did this ‘Game’ even start? I wouldn’t recommend one skipping off to buy it with your pocket money!
The Game didn’t start, Blossom. It evolved.

A seed doesn’t start. It is … and blossoms through different stages, into what it is to become.
Many find it difficult to accept that your Planet is one of Free Will.
Yes, we have spoken of this, also. Is it Free Will? Doesn’t feel like it these days.
Yet, it is you that have the Free Will. You have the choice to respond in ways of Light or dark, positively or negatively, to that which is being presented.
Of course, not everyone makes the same choices. Yet, it is not for you to be disturbed by the choices of others. It is for you to stand and REMAIN STRONG in the choices you have decided to partake in.
How YOU choose to be affected by anything is YOUR Free Will.
We understand that it is difficult to understand The Game … and the players.

This is correct. Yet there is Universal Law.

Blossom and All, we appreciate that you are tired. Tired in Energy and tired of waiting … and tired of the fight. Some would not agree on the word ‘fight’ … yet, we would say that which you are experiencing is indeed, a battle between Light and dark.

We are always searching for the best possible ways to reach humans with our energy, which we consider to be very helpful. And we have been noticing that there are opportunities presenting themselves to us that are new and exciting. You all have been more receptive to our energy due in large part to how many positive depictions there have been of extra-terrestrials in your science fiction. People are seeing a new breed of e.t.s.
Extra-terrestrials are being seen now as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and perhaps even more evolved spiritually, and that is helping to bridge the gap between humans and extra-terrestrials. We know that science fiction writers, directors, storytellers of all kinds, are receiving downloads, and those downloads are showing up in the work that they produce. But the evolution of e.t.s in your science fiction is also related to the evolution of your consciousness.
When you first saw e.t.s depicted in your various storytelling works, they were grotesque, evil, and out to take over your planet and annihilate all life. Now you are seeing a much more realistic depiction of the extra-terrestrials that you share this galaxy with. You are seeing that some are very good, very high-vibrational, and very much want to help humanity, to connect and co-create with you. And of course, you also have the other end of the spectrum. You see that there are still depictions of e.t.s that are malevolent and want to hurt and take over every planet they come across.
We want you to know that in reality the number of benevolent e.t.s in the galaxy far outweighs the number of malevolent ones. It is the same on your world. As above, so below. And the more that you recognize that your fourth-dimensional extra-terrestrial friends are not that different from you, the easier it will be for you to have open contact. And so, we recommend that you put your attention on the well-intentioned e.t.s and seek out that personal contact, as it will only bring you to a place of feeling more whole and complete as a being, as a traveler, as someone who has their very own galactic history.

We realize that adjusting boundaries can seem daunting, especially if they’ve been in an unhealthy pattern for a long time. But healthy boundaries are essential for helping you, and everyone around you, meet their highest potentials. That is exactly why they are coming up for reexamination for so many of you.
We wish for you to know that shifting your boundaries isn’t mean when you are doing it from a conscious place, although people may accuse you of being mean or unfair as you do so. That is simply because they may be fearing change, or because they are invested in things staying the same. Shifting boundaries isn’t about punishment, it is about seeking an overall balance that is fair.
Most people who resist healthy boundaries are trying to avoid stepping into their own authentic power in some way. This is detrimental as that is exactly what you are on the planet to do! You may have noticed that when you have unhealthy boundaries with another there is a lot of blaming each other involved. When you are consumed with what another is doing, you are not putting your focus on your own growth and evolution.
In some cases, you may need to make a big shift in your relationship to stop old patterning. If you have been in a dance of unhealthy boundaries with another for a long time, you may fear this will end your relationship but the reality is your relationship, if it is wildly out of balance, is doomed to fail. Moving into healthier boundaries is exactly what will give your relationship a chance.
In other cases, you may slowly start shifting things in a way that won’t feel as drastic to others. This can start by you simply feeling into your truth before you answer or act. Ask yourself, is this fair and empowering for everyone involved? You can start saying no to others (or yes to yourself!), or start delegating activities to others that they can easily do for themselves, slowly but surely, to start to enact more gradual change. This requires commitment on your part to stay consciously aware and not fall back into old patterns.
Again we remind you that boundaries are there to support fair, empowering connection for everyone involved. That is always a good thing, and your inner wise one always knows where that point is. You may need to be very firm in extreme cases, or you may gently shift things slowly, but no matter how you get there, rest assured your boundaries exist for the highest good of all, because they allow you to use your energy much more consciously and to finally move out of old cycles and patterns into true forward movement.
As we close out this week’s series of messages on boundaries, we would like to discuss how to know someone has changed enough to let them back into closer proximity to you.
You may have had to create a firm boundary with someone if their behaviour was inappropriate and unacceptable, and wasn’t changing despite your making your feelings known.
If you have been in an unhealthy dance with another for a long time, suddenly becoming firm and deciding you no longer wish to continue with them can seem like a rude awakening. It can feel like shocking someone awake with a bucket of cold water when they have been in a deep sleep.
Any forced, unexpected change can throw another into what is often referred to as the dark night of the soul. Deep change often follows similar steps to the stages of mourning. And they are, in a sense, grieving the loss of the old way of being, even if that way of being was not for their highest good. Most people, when faced with this, go through the following stages:
Stage One: Shock/denial
Stage Two: Emotional reaction
Stage Three: Trying to keep things the same without change
Stage Four: Emotional bottom
Stage Five: Opening to change
Stage Six: Temptation to backslide
Stage Seven: True change
It is common for people who are attempting to enforce better boundaries to falter when the person in question is in any of the earlier stages, but as you can see giving in too soon would not create any kind of lasting change. It would only be agreeing to continue the same old patterning.
People do change all the time, in fact, that is exactly what the energies you are in are insisting upon. There will absolutely be times when people change for the better and become a safe person to have near to you again. But true and lasting change is a process that requires self awareness, introspection, and true and consistent action steps that reflect their authentic desire to be different.
It is a wise human being who doesn’t rush back in but allows the other the time and space they need to evolve out of the old patterning. If the person is willing to do the work of changing, and if you are willing to give them the space they need to do that work, as well as exploring and healing what made you a willing dance partner in the old patterning, there can absolutely be an opportunity to come back together in a new, far more healthy and mutually beneficial way.

The first concerns inflation, and the struggle and hopelessness felt. Food and gas are almost beyond reach for people. Is there any hope that can be offered here?
Next there is a question regarding earth’s physical changes, which in the past you’ve indicated would happen. A reader is noticing an increase in the strength and frequency of the wind, which frankly so do I. She sees it as an indication of man’s current level of confusion, which is also increasing.

There is a correlation between the race and the weather, for Gaia does her very best to manage and contain the energy of her children who are residing on and in her. Currently, there is an uproar in emotion, and it builds. This building of tension requires an outlet. It will be expressed somehow. As this increase in the level of conflicted energy builds, there will also be other results witnessed in natural weather systems.
Keep in mind that manipulation of the weather remains a tactic here. There are systems in place that function still, even without leadership. These will be dismantled eventually, once there is a more obvious turnover.*
It is advised always to allow nature to decide the force and direction of weather systems.
Regarding earth changes. There are two things to say here.
The first is that you will know them when they occur by the sequential nature in which they appear. It will be like a ripple, undulating beneath the earth’s surface.
The second is that Gaia will react to this unmasking of deep corruption and control of the population. She, too, has been at the mercy of these methods of control that involve destruction and poison. You will discover that her reaction will help to rebuild areas of the planet into foundations for growth, abundance and cooperation. These may not be immediately evident, but they will be eventually.
It will be said here that the suffering of mankind that is witnessed and experienced now, alters the landscape a bit. There have been predictions made for levels of catastrophe that will not take place because of this extended suffering. The decision for how this proceeds is a joint one ~ Mankind, Gaia and the One.
The winds are indications, yes. There are others. Forms of extreme, severe or unusual weather will tell you that there’s been a disruption in the Field.
Know that this is an inevitable conclusion to a natural process. It will be yet another Marker of these end-times of which you are a part.
The focus of your light and your love is the most beneficial way to participate now.
Regarding inflation. This can be looked at in the same way as inflating a balloon beyond its ability to hold the air. There is only one result, and that comes either as the balloon popping, or the balloon deflating. Either way, whether explosively of gradually, the balloon is no longer.
The inflation will end.
What happens now is that you are seeing just how much inflating that the balloon can hold and still be functional. It will not last much longer in its current state.
Soon, a new balloon** is introduced to take its place. This struggle, that of uncertainty and fear, will be in your rear-view-mirror when that happens. There will be a bit of chaos felt with the switch. There are some who chose this route for the eventual growth it inspires. Yet the chaos will not last long, and it will not cause deeper damage. It is akin to confusion. There are enough of you who are now aware of and looking for this change, and who will help to explain and assist in the changeover.
It won’t be long now. You’ve heard these words before. It is hoped that you appreciate the learning and growth that takes place through this long wait. No doubt, you are in a deeply different place than you were two years or ten years ago. This growth is necessary, and was chosen by all of you.
There is a conclusion. It arrives quickly now and saturates you with such joy and such love, that your suffering now will pale in comparison.
You are in for such a treat, my dear, dear human. You will not be disappointed.
Remember what it is you are doing. You are throwing off the chains of thousands of years of oppression. It takes Masters to pull this off, and with each step and setback ~ your actions reinforce the truth: that these Masters are You.
