You have within you all the love and wisdom you need to be whole and live in a holy way in the world. Each time you seek outside yourself for these qualities, you find a little more of your confidence and self-esteem slipping away.
This is not to say that you should not seek advice from others. But when this advice is received, there must be a time of reflection before you act on it. When advice is appropriate for you to act on, there will be a sense of resonance within you, a little feeling of rightness, if not a wholehearted Yes!
Sensitivity to this resonance can be developed. Pray to know what is in your highest good beyond a shadow of a doubt, and be willing to act when this knowing is clear. This is taking responsibility for your life, and will pay off in large future dividends as you begin to know the truth within yourself, and act accordingly.
Looking to others for your truth throws your whole body out of balance. Energy moves into the head as you strain to listen only with the mind and not the heart or your gut. The old sayings about gut-level knowing are extremely valuable. This way of knowing goes beyond common sense, to an uncommon sense of what is right for you. No one else can tell you what is right for you. Pray to know your own Truth.
This is a time of change on the planet. Many are finding that the old ways no longer work. Businesses are struggling; so are families, relationships, and governments. It seems the challenges are so large that the answers are unclear. We can know that if we were enlightened enough in any situation, we would see that there is always an inspired and creative solution. We can affirm and pray for this in the world, as well as within our own lives.
All that goes on in our outer world is often a reflection of our inner world. So when we begin trusting our own answers within, these small steps will lead to leaping bounds in our lives. We have spoken of the resonance available within when others speak to you of what they believe is correct action for you to take. This same inner knowing is the mechanism to be used when you look to your own inner guidance.
Take the time to stop and breathe, before acting. The breath holds the connection to Divine Guidance. Experience this feeling now, as your energy field expands along with your body when you breathe deeply. Feel your feet connecting to the earth and notice the Pillar of Golden Light bringing energy from above your head to below your feet. As you do this, you become a Bridge from Heaven to Earth.

We come at a time of great transformation on planet Earth. We, like our soul comrades, the Arcturians, come with news of the great war of light and dark as it plays out on Gaia. Karmically this long lunar eclipse marks the beginning and end of one phase to another. Waking up has completed its cycle due to seeds sown by brave souls fighting a dark web collective conscious. The August Great American lunar eclipse of 2017 marked the illumination across western and northern territories. The coming lunar eclipse will vastly accelerate this process, adding fuel to it’s ever growing wildfire. To change the direction of humanity, to steer a great craft, takes passion, vision and integrity. You who identify as travellers, outsiders, volunteers, we are in awe of your warrior spirit. We see angels walking as humans, we understand that you are already receiving your updated missions. The Healer and the Warrior will now step out from the shadows, for the shadows have evaporated. The new frequencies you inhabit operate differently. You have reached the next level.
Many variables are at play in the fourth realm. Instant manifestation means your environment reflects your state of mind and vice versa. If you are grumpy the reality you experience will be grumpy. As the timelines unfurl, expand, shoot off in many varying directions, your thoughts are the engine driving you through timelines you’ve created. Primary moments, pre ordained contracts still hold for some, but all can be ended. Sovereignty is the big bonus in the fourth dimension. Surrender is the key to understanding and being, in the fourth. Fifth Dimension highs are closer, quicker, easier to access. Keep lightbody activation on track with self care, the organic body is necessary in the lower fifth, to stay on board the ascension train. Alignment nutures balance of mind, body and soul. The word is out on the astral plane just as it is on the material plane. Truth is ascension. The task you have agreed to is monumental within the scope of normal incarnations of growth. Your past 3D fears have been understandable for you either experienced similar fears, or someone else has. Three-D fears were limited to the known. Such is no longer true because you are entering a new life as a new being.
So as you activate your new skills, fears may dominate your being. Not because such is necessary, but because you have no knowledge of your new normal. Everything is new and therefore a bit frightening.
Puberty was a frustrating, fearful time for many despite adults informing you that your erratic emotions and physical changes were to be expected, that all was well in your life.
But no one of the 3D earth is reaffirming your rightness now for you are no longer functioning as either you or they expected.
Of course, that last statement sends a shiver of fear through many forerunners for you are now worried you might grow a tail or act so different as to be ostracised by your community.
Such is not the case. For you know what you need to do to be part of society. The difference is you likely no longer wish to play many of those roles.
Perhaps think of the butterfly as it leaves its cocoon. Do you not suppose that butterfly is a bit frightened when it takes its first flying test run? So it is for you.
Innately, you will activate the skills you created for this transition. But that first attempt to do so will probably seem a bit frightening or awkward for you have no one but us or your transition community to inform you of your rightness.
Your special skills are now coming to the forefront – and they will appear without effort on your part. But as they do, you will wonder if you are normal. Something you have been taught for eons to fight for.
You seldom have if ever relayed your special skills to others while of the earth. So it is you are frightened by the possibility of doing so will set you outside the norm despite your innate knowledge that such is your role.
Of course, you are not necessarily able to look within a butterfly’s thought processes, but we will tell you that at every new stage, the butterfly questions the wisdom of its ways until it initiates the next stage. It is confusing for the butterfly to transition from a caterpillar to cocoon. And equally confusing to leave its cocoon and fly away.
Many of you claim that such is so natural the butterfly does not worry about each transition. Such is true to a certain extent, but as is true for a plant pushing through the soil despite the effort it takes to do so, the butterfly innately knows what it needs to do but not why. So each stage creates confusion and some fear until it is a butterfly.
Such is so for you now. You are likely somewhat confused for you know you are changing, but you have little idea how you will do so. Will you wake up one day with a magic wand in your fingers? Will you feel the need to sit in a cave for years? Will you be the envy of your neighborhood as you create one toy after another?
Who knows? Most certainly not you. And that is your fear. Why does this give me joy and not this? Why am I changing? Why am I not changing? Shouldn’t I be more skilled by now?
So it goes as you shift your fears from 3D memories to forerunner skillsets.
You no longer fully understand yourself, and no one can explain you to you. For the Universes are not as informed as you would like about your new skills. We are more like your parents knowing you will change during puberty but not when or necessarily how. When will my voice deepen? Will my breasts be large, medium, or small? All similar to the questions you have now.
You are evolving emotionally, spiritually, and physically to meet the needs you forerunners created throughout the eons to initiate and complete this transition.
So it is you started this transition more rapidly than we thought possible and you are completing it in the same fashion. It is just that you want the answers today even though no one including you know what those answers are.
Suffice it for you to know you are extremely skilled. You will complete your transition role. And the skills you need to do so will appear when appropriate. So be it. Amen.

Yes dear, it is your Mother God speaking. It has come to my attention of late that many of you dear light workers are feeling downtrodden, fatigued to the point of no return (it seems) and hope seems dim. Yet, it could not be further from the truth, dear hearts. For we, the COH, are watching you grow before our very eyes. Every time you choose love, you choose trust in us. It strengthens the eternal bond of faith between us. It strengthens you and your resolve to continue to ascend. It emboldens you, when you face the seemingly insurmountable odds and yet choose faith, that is when you are the true hero of your story. And I say your story because that is what you’re living; the contract that you signed up for, designed with me and co-created with the COH for what was the best way to advance yourself and the collective during this precious, tender time of ascension. You knew it would not be easy, and yet you begged to dive on in, arms wide open with love for your fellow being. It brings tears to my eyes. I see you in your full glorious Christed light self. You are just coming to realize how magnificent you truly are, as was your agreement. To do the work you must have a blindfold on as it were to challenge you, to test your faith, your grit. And you are.
Your faith is so much stronger now even than last year, would you not say so? Now, if you’re are having an off day and struggling a bit, that does not negate your faith or your progress. That’s just real life human emotions coming up for healing, for clearing. It is true. Today through this one and many many others you are processing abandonment, fear, raw pain of separation. But children, give it to me to assist you with transmutation. For how can we ever be truly separated? See, I am right here within you, speaking to you, holding you closely like a mother cuddling her small child on her lap. Crawl into my lap dear heart of my heart, and let me sing you a lullaby of peace, of renewal, of pure joy. For that is how I see you. And frankly, that is how you should see yourselves. You should be very proud and excited about all that has been accomplished in such a short amount of time. Forgive the experiment, as this one has been doing. Forgive, accept what is, and release the past. And after you have been comforted for awhile perhaps you will see with clear sight, the way I, we – your father and I – see you with the eyes of love.
Love yourselves. Love your splinters in your feet for they have taught you to be careful. Everything, every experience is your teacher. Allow the lessons, remove the splinters – the pain of them – and move on ahead, joyous and free, light of heart, light in spirit, coasting on this new evolving rush of high energy that is delicately bombarding your psyche, your everything. It is time that you see yourselves as we see you; as adventurers of the utmost love and generosity of spirit that you should fractalize yourselves and serve the all in this way. And that is precisely what you are doing. So give yourselves a pat on the back and let me hug you tight. I am your Mother God. Be at peace. All is most well. I am your Mother God. See I am right here with you! You are never truly alone.

I see you and we acknowledge your self sacrifice. The tide has turned. The energies streaming in cannot be stopped, only magnified, sizzling away that which no longer belongs in the higher planes (I am seeing eggs frying). Big revelations are underway of being disclosed. Disclosure is imminent. All good things, including the revaluation of the currency reset – all good things are imminent. It is time for good things to flow to humanity, and you all know this, for you are now creating more opportunities of goodness and joy into your lives. You can always come and sit on my knee too. We are the Arcturian Group, a collective of ascended Arcturian beings from the eighth dimension here to assist Gaia and her people during these times of ascending consciousness. Know that these messages as well as others that may resonate with you are in reality your own state of consciousness manifesting as the particular message. If this were not true, you would not be drawn to or be able to understand them. You, who are spiritually prepared to expand beyond the illusion and integrate truth are the forefront of the ascension process. You chose to be on earth during these times of intense energetic chaos and change in order to complete your own third dimensional spiritual journey and become the first wave of ascension and example for those following. You are preparing the way for those of the second wave–individuals spiritually ready to awaken but who until now have resisted doing so. Know that the Light of so many now awakening out of three dimensional sleep state, is shifting and dissolving the old paradigm, even when things appear to getting worse. Try not to give up hope but rather stand back as an observer for you are soon going to see much that will restore the hope you may have lost. You serve as living breathing examples of unconditional love for those around you when you realize and begin to live out from a consciousness that knows unconditional love is the only reality and that anything else simply represents conditioned beliefs about love such as; its absence, concepts about, or its reality. Unconditional love can only ever be all there is because there is only ONE–one substance, one life, one reality, one law. Love is the energetic glue connecting everything within this Infinite ONE and those who ignorantly continue to believe in and live out from a consciousness of separation and duality create for themselves the illusory forms of these beliefs. You can ignore, but never change the reality of Oneness by judging from outer appearances as proof of its nonexistence. Continuing to hold to the third dimensional belief system after outgrowing it only delays a person’s spiritual evolution because Oneness is the foundation of all reality and must be acknowledged at some point. For some it may be in a future life, for you it is now. There are some who present a very religious face to the public, preaching ideas of love, but who do not practice them when confronted with experiences or opportunities that may result in personal inconvenience or lifestyle discomfort. Unconditional love cannot continue being flowery words spoken or written, but must become an attained state of consciousness. Because Love/oneness is the only reality, all false concepts about love must be allowed to fade away and be replaced by a deeper realization of what love really is. The third dimensional belief system has created and promoted hundreds of concepts of love, the grandest of them being romantic love. Romantic love is based in the belief that everyone is half of a couple. This concept would be true if humans were simply physical, but they are not and never have been. Although appearing to be just physical, the reality is that everyone is a whole and complete expression of Divine consciousness having the experience of being in physical form. Many, even the very evolved are reluctant to move past their favorite three dimensional concepts of love but as long as an individual continues to seek wholeness, happiness, and fulfillment from another, they remain just that– half of a couple. This does not mean that spiritually awakened individuals will or can never have happy and fulfilling relationships, it simply means that their relationships will unfold in new and higher ways, without the seeking, yearning, and intense game playing that constitutes most three dimensional relationships. When a person attains a consciousness of being whole and complete, the mind interprets this outwardly in forms that represent wholeness and completeness for the individual–a surgeon may get new ideas for surgery, the mechanic may get new ideas for fixing something, and the right life partner may show up–or the opportunity to live alone–whatever represents fulfillment for the individual. Those of you hoping for right partnership must accept, live, be, and integrate the truth that completeness and fulfillment already fully exists within. Consciously bring to mind; “I am one with and can never be separate from my perfect partner-Divine Consciousness”. Once again we remind you that you are creators. Attachment to another even when there is no energetic alignment has to do with many things. Two people may of had happy relationships in other lifetimes as partners, siblings, or friends and are drawn to do it again. This is why some are drawn to same gender relationships. Frequently, and especially in these times of closure for many, two people will come together in order to compete some unfinished lesson or experience from an earlier lifetime. For some it is their opportunity to once and for all resolve some long standing karmic situation in a loving way. Occasionally two people come together in spite of intense dislike because sub-consciously they know that the higher frequencies of Light pouring to earth at this time will enable them to clear and move beyond the negative past life issue between them. Anyone who understands higher truth is spiritually ready to let go of and move beyond concepts of love promoting that family, friends, country, church, etc. must always be fully supported and accepted whether right or wrong because this is love.
Love is the unconditional realization of another’s Christhood. Since in reality there is no time, you can always acknowledge another’s Christhood after the fact, when you remember that you forgot to do it when with the person. This is how you practice living, breathing, and being Reality. Let go of concepts proclaiming that things need, should, or must be a certain way in order to be correct. Most of the worlds’ “should’s and shouldn’t’s” have been carried in collective consciousness from earlier times when they may of actually made sense for personal safety. Others are nothing more than rules and regulations given by third dimensional thinkers, governments, and religious leaders often to promote their own agendas. You are ready to come out from under the bondage of three dimensional thinking because you have evolved beyond the need for someone to tell you what is right and what is wrong–you already know what is right and wrong. Allow yourselves to be who and what you are. If family or friends think you have become a “weirdo”, simply laugh, bless them, and move on. Does God need outer validation? Where could it come from since IT is all there is? You validate yourselves and it is called evolution. When you can finally move past commonly accepted beliefs and replace them with truth, you stop energetically feeding the manifestations of duality and separation. You must accept that you have attained a consciousness that no longer needs to seek, search, and struggle to find God. You are no longer beginners or you would not understand the deeper truths. It is time to live your attained state of consciousness without further doubt and procrastination. Many come to intellectually accept truth but continue to live exactly as they always have, considering truth to be a nice idea, but not practical. Many go to church regularly in the belief that this makes them spiritual. There is nothing more practical for a whole, complete, and joyous life than a consciousness fully aware that these qualities are ever present and available within. In order to get to where you are today, you have had thousands of experiences and studied truth in its various forms and modalities throughout many lifetimes. In this lifetime, some of you are now living or have lived and carry with you in cellular memory strict religious beliefs with all their rules and regulations but finding that you no longer resonate with the teachings. For some it takes a great deal of courage to live truth when it begins to unfold from within. A person may be afraid to speak of these things to those of his old mindset be they family, friends, or church elders. Living truth is not for the faint hearted especially in the beginning, but continuing to align with some organization or individual out of fear of criticism serves only to keep the person in energy he has outgrown and where he will continue to create experiences reflective of that energy. The choice is yours, dear ones. Do you choose to be what you already are or do you wish to continue with the illusion of being a poor human constantly suffering third dimensional problems and continually seeking a savior, human or Divine, to save you?. Stop waiting for someone or something to change the world for you. Only the awakened consciousness of the collective can and is shifting the three dimensional world out of illusion. Allow the real YOU to create your experiences. You are your own Light should you choose to accept this fact. You are Divine Consciousness in expression. Claim it. We are the Arcturian Group

Some of the baggage you were carrying was needed and carefully planned, and some of it, which you had decided to carry of your own free will, was more than was necessary. But now, though, all of those collective misconstructions are released and completely gone. Some of you had held on and kept a few veils to cover your light and brilliance, and yes, had used millions of reasons and excuses to do so.
When you said “yes” to the Mother just recently, that you wanted to be reborn, and all of you stepped bravely forward and wanted to do so, well, you had agreed to reveal yourselves, and let go of all of these covering veils, and literally, all of the old and heavy, enslaving memories, and programmings. So, with the emergence of the New You, everything of the old is dissolved and gone!
Feel the freedom, feel the lightness and the playfulness of your bodies. Feel the excitement and the exuberance of the New You that is ready to take on the new life, full of promises, and the new world full of possibilities and miracles!
Yes, dear hearts, you do have the memories of the old experiences, but you also have the clear understanding of not wanting to repeat the harsh lessons in an arduous and painful way. The self-judgment of the old you, that belittling of your small and limited selves, is just not possible any longer from where you reside in this New You of yours. Therefore, you would not get dragged into judging others and into the density of the old.
Many of you – the healers and the empaths – will continue to send your compassionate, loving, and healing energies to the ones in need, but from a safe place, without taking into your sacred space their diseases and disturbing energies.
This false grid of being a universal surrogate for the pain and suffering of the entire collective was very sneakily inserted into your cells, so you felt it was of real service to take away everyone’s pain and then to deal with it, to process, heal, and transmute it. This is not part of the New You, and it had never been part of Mother’s Plan, for the Mother never desired, nor expected you to be of service in a way that made you uncomfortable, or worse, caused you pain.
And yes, your physical vessels have always given you clues and cues of where you were stretching and overextending yourselves.
It is time for you [to] start communing and collaborating with your extremely intelligent physical body. And it is your body’s desire that you start listening to its feather-like communication and not waiting until pain and extreme fatigue or lack of stamina is urging you to take corrective actions…the way you feed yourselves, the way you claim and hold onto certain thoughts and beliefs.
Really, all that you do while taking care of yourselves in the physical world and everything that you ingest or place in your body should be done by consulting with your wise physical vessels that have a great desire to assist you in this current journey so that you remain healthy, vibrant, and full of energy and vigor for at least a few hundred years.
Yes, dear ascended ones, there is no need to place any limitations on this new self! Any low vibrational energy foods or beverages, and any harmful supplements or medications should be removed from your environment, and only light and nourishing foods should be eaten, truly as a way of celebrating and grounding yourselves on planet Earth, and not as a way of decreasing your awareness as you have done in the past, by distracting yourselves from the world and from a reality that was not pleasant.
The New You physical body doesn’t need much from the outside world, but mainly that loving and nourishing energy from your soul. And as a result, it will be rewarding you greatly, along with all the other balanced and wise mental, emotional, and energetic bodies, by increasing your awareness and by assisting you in expanding your consciousness further. Endeavor to listen to and tune in with all of them always, before, during, and even after taking any type of action. Love and honor all of yourselves dearly, for you are perfect, and you are special indeed!

Greetings dear ones! I AM Raj, I AM Sanat Kumara, Holder of the Planetary Logos, teacher and implementer of the Universal Laws, your beloved brother and family.
It gives me pleasure to come here today to address thee and to commune with you, with this New wonderful You. I love you and this New You, but we do understand that it doesn’t come with much in the way of instructions on how to navigate these times of transition.
I would like to assist you in having the smoothest and pleasantest journey forward, despite the quagmire of chaotic energies swirling around thee. And yet, while you have to immerse yourselves into this world that is changing so fast, and where fear seems to be screaming in everyone’s ears, you are asking and praying for answers as to how to constantly maintain that high vibrational position.
And you are asking me, “How do we travel the world, living our lives, and yet not be of the world?”
I do understand your dilemma, for you did not have a previous experience of being reborn as an ascended master in form and then re-immersed into the third dimensionality, with a slight but yet significant shift in your awareness of who you are.
In previous lifetimes, the old way in which you had achieved ascension was by isolating yourselves from the world, and relinquishing everything that it had so that you would not be distracted or tempted into the old superficial ways of living.
And that was a way of living that many of you remember with ease, for it was a clear cut shortcut, black and white, but nevertheless, a very arduous path to ascension to return into the heart of the One. Those memories are serving you well, dear hearts, to keep your course and light direction. But this time around you had decided to do it while walking through the chaotic energies, and for some of you, this is while you are still processing a few remnant core issues. It is not more difficult than that past, individual journey of ascension, nor is it easier either, it is just different.
This time around, just as you did in your previous lifetimes, you do need to constantly maintain that awareness of where your energy field travels, and how strongly you focus somewhere else instead of remaining fully in your loving hearts.
That doesn’t mean that you are not seeing, interacting, and briefly communing with other beings in your daily travels, to work, recreationally, or just being.
But are you able to truly sense and see what others’ intentions are? Are you setting your clear and strong boundaries at every level of your being, while at the same time keeping your hearts open and bright?
So very often we see you extending your love and opening up completely to close soul family members, as well to more distant beings that come your way, thus becoming vulnerable to their less than loving energies, that many are quick to send your way consciously, and many times without any clear understanding of the consequences.
Therefore, shielding and setting boundaries is now even more important than ever! Do so before interacting closely with anyone, especially if you are an empath and a healer, and every single time you plan to go into crowded and public places. Keep your hearts open and beam your light, for your love is strong! When your entire being is full to the brim with loving energies, there is no way that anything less than that will be approaching, never mind attaching and therefore affecting thee. But when you focus on that which is less than love, which may happen while in this period of transition, then you tend to lower your vibration, even if only in a few parts of yourselves, thus making yourselves vulnerable and attracting negative energies. When that happens, take rapid action, and while aligning with the Law of Love, the Law of Repulsion, and the Laws of Constancy and Continuity, say a clear and firm “No!” See and feel these energies detaching and moving out of this new powerful you.
Dear hearts, this applies to your close and sweet soul family members when you tend to lessen your defenses, even when you sense that there is some disturbance and dis-ease. In the old ways, you have allowed their energies to come to thee, and you have even taken them as your own to process and transmute, for you do love these sweet souls and feel that you need to resolve all of their issues. You had lowered yourselves to their energetic level – and thus lowered your own vibration – trying to help and comfort them. Not anymore! This is not of love of your sweet self, nor of all others!
This New You requires honoring, gentle and constant self-love, and the maintaining of high levels of integrity.
Call on me, dear ones, whenever you are in need, for it is with great delight that I come to assist thee. Congratulation. I am with you always and closer than ever!

And yes, I come today to congratulate thee on your recent major upgrades, you’re being reborn, or, you might say and call it, your “New Yous!” It is refreshing to see you bouncing and full of stamina, joy, and anticipatory excitement in your lives. It is indeed a delight to commune with thee this day.
And we have said to you that this day would come, and you are seeing it happening, because it is a process of unfolding and becoming, not quite a snapshot – but a picture perfect of love. Well, it starts with you, dear hearts, and it starts with the few that have committed and said “yes” in the deepest loving devotion to the Mother, now and always.
You see, humanity, as a collective, has reached that tipping point where the few, bright and strong can manifest and bring heaven into form for all. And so, it will become easier, faster, and clearer for everyone. Chaos will be dissipating, while harmony, peace, and love will reign once more.
It is fun and we are all excited to be here with you in this year of miracles and magic.
You are the ones that are doing it, and while you are in this process of becoming, emerging as the full powerful ‘yous’, while you are perfecting your magic and manifesting skills, we come to bring a few suggestions and clues so that you can uncover and make use of all the power that lies within you.
And so, you are starting by asking how to be in this world that still seems to be in constant revolt and upheaval? How do you walk in a war zone – to give the chaos a name? How do you travel with these brand new clothes, the regal, godly ones that the Mother has given you, and not get them trashed or dirty?
And I am saying to thee that you have to take the time and look inside your dear selves and yes, look into a mirror and see the wholeness of who you are! See that everything has changed, not just the exterior and the outside of thee. Own your true selves, and step firmly into your divine authority. See the deepness of your being and the power that you possess. Do not shy away. Look beyond this label – the New You – and feel the greatness, the potential that lies within your being!
No, not in an egotistical way, not in a way of placing yourselves above anyone. Not at all! In fact, this is why you hesitate to sit and look at yourselves for too long.
But, do you believe that the Mother doesn’t know your hearts? And yes, She knows your egos as well. But She knows you in your wholeness, and She trusts you to use all of the gifts, all of the powers, and your unique and beautiful abilities and talents, for the goodness and great benefit of all!
And so I say to thee, do you wish to sit in silence with me to feel the extraordinary creative power that had been bestowed on thee? Do you know deep down in the very cells of your being that there is no limitation that anyone can place on thee? Try to imagine anything, ask for anything at all, regardless of how outrageous it might be, and then feel into your hearts, feel that certitude and clear knowing that you can and that you will bring it into manifestation…not by working hard and wasting lots of time, but just by being the loving being that you are.
There are no more doubts or fears in this New You! Of course, you know this…you can feel this truth. Do you feel the creator within, smiling, becoming more alive with every minute that passes, growing and shaping up, bringing forth new ideas and great inspiration for the new life that you are planning to live? Yes, of course, you do!
Do not limit your sweet selves any longer. Stop hiding and holding yourselves back in smallness, trying to match the rest of the world. No more. Let’s not go there anymore. Enough of this nonsense. You have done this for way too long, and it has not served you or anyone else well. Humanity has had enough of this. No more!
Let’s proceed dear brave ones. Let’s get going, hand in hand, connected heart in heart, and let’s start building and co-creating this Heaven on Earth one beautiful gem, one peaceful meadow, one glorious City of Light, and one miracle at a time!

We have been enjoying the ride that humanity has taken us on, and we invite you to enjoy it with us. We want you all to feel the certainty that we have that life on planet Earth is getting better and will continue to get better as you move forward here.
Now, a lot of that can be attributed to the energies that you are receiving, but you all deserve credit as well. You deserve credit for hanging in there, and you deserve credit for being the receivers of the energies. You certainly have the option of deflecting them.
We also want you to acknowledge you for all that you have endured, and we want you to know how significant it is that you feel compassion for people that you have never met and probably never will meet. You have broadened your horizons to include more than just those in your family of origin, and you have expanded beyond thinking of only those who are in your community or in your country.
You are including more people in your prayers because of your awareness of the suffering of others all around the world, and this is significant. It is significant to know that their pain is your pain and your pain is their pain. It is even more significant to recognize that what binds all together is not your race, your religion, your nationality, your gender, or your sexuality. What binds you all together is love.
The commonality of that experience is something that is far more significant than you will ever know. It is the frequency of Source, or the best possible way you have of knowing Source, and knowing yourselves as Source. The love that binds you all together is eternal and infinite, as are you. And nothing can take that away from you.
So celebrate it with us, and look for more ways to enjoy this journey that we are all on together.

Celebrate your new earth year and new you. Of course, we have talked about both for some time, but this is a different celebration for a number of reasons.
Never before while of the earth have you allowed yourself to claim your true being, your Universal power. So it is you are discovering that your focus produces different creations than you once allowed yourself to believe possible. For in your 3D earth beliefs, all creations required great effort and dedication to one goal.
Many of you are now discovering that your focus is not as intense as you once believed necessary, nor are your creations as you expect.
Perhaps, you had fleeting thoughts about a new job, and that job arrives without effort on your part. But your bigger dream continues to prove elusive. Such is so because you continue to use 3D techniques to create your big dreams. ThreeD techniques are no longer valid for they are based in fear.
In 3D, you feared that the gods would not grant you what you wished because you had been a naughty girl or boy in one or more lifetimes. Or that you didn’t deserve anything beyond what society told you to expect. So you chanted, prayed, meditated, visited one guru after another, read the right materials only to maybe create what you hoped for and proclaimed it a miracle.
Your new you method is much easier and productive. Ignore your fears that such will not be created. Go about your daily activities fully expecting that what you want or need is now part of your life.
Fear is no longer a dominant part of your life, so why do you continue to believe fear will produce what you want or need? Your creative tools are joy and expectation.
Such is not to say you will create what you wish or need today or tomorrow, but instead that you are declaring yourself free of creation fears and are slowly, in our view, starting to accept that you are a powerful creator.
The overriding creation message you ignore or forget is that you are the creator of your life. So even if you found a guru who viewed life in similar terms, he or she would no more be able to create what you desire than someone with totally different beliefs from you.
You have matured in so many ways beyond your belief in a God who gives you what you need when you are good – maybe. Such was a fear-based model that had nothing to do with your earth reality.
Ignore those fear-based, unworthy-of beliefs. And start creating your world, your life in joy.
Many of you claim you have tried and tried only to eke out an existence that provided you with some basics – continuing the 3D belief of work, work, and more work. Or that earth life is difficult. Or that you do not deserve anything more. All 3D beliefs based in fear.
You have allowed yourself to become a mere mortal while of the earth despite your god/goddess totality. Stop believing you are limited and start believing in you.
Have you not envisioned a God or angels who can create earth or any object within minutes or days without assistance? Such is so. You have the same skills.
Do you suppose God or whatever entity you choose to put on a pedestal requires assistance and/or worries about his or her skill to create? Or do you imagine that such superior entities can create at will whenever they wish easily and effortlessly? If you are a god/goddess – which you are – why do you suppose you do not have the same creation skills?
At the same time, you are perhaps beginning to think of yourself superior to those who are not forerunners. That is an incorrect assessment for all earthlings are of the Universes and merely need to be reminded of their skills.
You forerunners are not anomalies. Instead, you are beacons shouting loudly and clearly, “It’s safe, come out, come out, wherever you are.”
You are beacons for a world filled with joy, the joy of creations, the joy of laughter, the joy of one.
As you accept that mantle, others not yet beyond 3D will begin remembering their Universal skills and interests.
You are the beacon. You are not better than, merely different from because you trained yourself to remember to be the beacon for this transition. So be it. Amen.

Greetings, I AM Mary. Greetings, I AM Maré [i.e., the Ocean of Love], Universal Mother, Mother of Hope, Mother of Change, Mother of One, Mother of you, Mother of all. Welcome my beloveds, ascending and ascended angels…welcome home…for you join Me this day in the Heart of One, in the 13thOctave, in the place and the state of reunion.
When last we spoke, just prior to this time you think of as Christmas, I have offered you a gift and it has been the gift of being reborn – in every sense of the word. No, not like dying but crawling back into my womb, into the Essence of One, the Essence of All, and reemerging refreshed, renewed, reborn…there are many ‘re’s’…reconstituted, rejuvenated.
Many of you have said “yes” and you have come to me and surprisingly, confusingly, and understandably, some have said “no” and some have not answered at all! And they have said “no”, or not answered because they did not believe in resurrection, they did not believe in rebirth, they did not believe in the potential of miracles, and they did not value themselves deeply and wholly enough to say “yes”.
Now, does this mean, in any way, shape, form, reality, dimension, or realm, that these ones are ignored or released? Of course not! We never do that. But what I wish to speak of is this new beginning that has confused some of you. Now, for some of you, this has become a major event and you have woken up on Christmas morning feeling bright and shiny and reborn.
But for the majority of each and every one of you, dear hearts, even though you have a long-standing love affair with events, you have embraced and entered into the process of rebirth. You have literally crawled back into my womb, settled upon my lap, cradled within my arms, and you have said, “Mother, I have yearned to be back with you. And I am tired, I am worn out, I am exhausted, so let me be home for a while.”
It is not that you have, in any way, shunned or abandoned your beautiful mission of fulfilling My Plan, and yours, upon this beautiful planet Gaia. But, you have come back, and I have welcomed you because you needed a break. So, for some of you, it has been a time of confusion… you’ve said, “Mother, I’ve said ‘yes’, and yet I am more tired, more exhausted, more immobile, more confused than ever.” And that, sweet ones, is because you have chosen and I have chosen to have this period of reconstruction…the brushing away the troubles and woes, the disappointments, and yes, even in some cases, the despair…and the renewal, the reintegration, the elevation of you.
This is the time of Epiphany…yes, what some, what many, think of as a religious event. But, what this occasion marks is, in fact, more gifts, the Gifts of the Magi, of which St. Germaine was one, Serapis Bey another, Sanat Kumara another. It was the marking and the honoring of the Christ Consciousness, of the love consciousness upon this planet.
So, what I offer thee this day, at the beginning of this New Year of 2019, is the gifts of hope, and trust, and forgiveness, for this is the retinue that you most deeply need in this beautiful array of the 13 Blessings and Virtues. Yes, you require Fortitude and Beauty and Compassion to sustain you, but in this moment and in this year, you need, and I give thee, hope, and trust, and forgiveness; for hope and trust, as you well know, are brothers and sisters, first cousins and family.
Hope is the ability to see beyond, to hold and to know Divine presence, both within your sacred self and in all things, all situations, all environments, no matter what. It is the ability to be on the earth, on the planet, but not of it and most certainly not of the chaos…that is still being cleared.
And trust is the impetus, the excitement, the joy to move forward, not merely to embody the Divine Qualities but to claim your birthright, to claim your ascension, to claim the truth of who you are, and to act accordingly, to live this life that you have come to live.
Yes, I have spoken to this channel…if you do not put yourself front and center first, then who are you putting first? And you say, “Oh Mother, I am putting you first!” I do not want to be first, dear heart. I wish, we wish, to walk alongside of thee, arm in arm, hand in hand, in the sacred union of our family. You are the wayshowers, you are the pathfinders, you are the pillars and the portals…you are this because of my faith and trust in each and every one of you. And that is why I have given you the gift of rebirth!
And yes, this year, this brand new year of 2019, yes, is a year of resolution and completion, but it is also a year of rebirth…of rebirth of you, of rebirth of humanity, a rebirth of ideation, of values, of societies, of institutions. The old is being swept away by my final waves of my Tsunami of Love…and this is My Plan. It does not mean that we abandon those who have said no, or maybe, or thanks but no thanks, but what it means, regardless of those who ignore, is the new paradigm emerges, anchors, is fully present. And it is not merely fully present because of our input, energies, downloads, teachings…it is fully present, beloved ones, because of you, because of your choices, your decisions, your actions, your interactions, your creations.
I have said to the channel as we have discussed Conscious Creation this week, that the history…you think of current history, and when I say current history I mean the last several thousand years…the history of humanity has been about ten percent creation into the physical realm. This is particularly true of love-holders, light-bearers. Ninety percent of what you do has been beautifully, magnificently, powerfully in the unseen realms and it is those creations in the unseen realms, which, at times, have been so frustrating to you, but it is those creations that have allowed this rebirth, this reemergence of humanity.
Now, what we do in this coming year and in this golden age is we begin to shift so that you become…let us give you a new nickname – the fifty percenters – so often that is looked on and referred to as an insult. Fifty percent of what you do will be creation in the physical reality of bringing forth and anchoring and building Nova Earth, in the physical, tangible, experiential realm that you can taste, smell, touch, experience.
Remember what I have said, “Love, in the human realm, is what you experience and what you express.” Now you are bringing into physicality so that you can experience it physically, so that you express it physically. The other fifty percent remains in the unseen realm and this is a new concept known as balance and this is the time of balance. And yes, you are tired sometimes and that is why you are being reborn. But this is the key, this is the key and this is what lies ahead.
And so my beloveds, my children, my angels, I fortify thee with the Gifts of the Magi, with the gifts of hope and trust and forgiveness…forgiveness of all, of self, of others seen and unseen. There is no room for injury and grudges, revenge, hatred, greed; there is only room in your hearts, in your love, in your life, for what brings you joy. And let me be very clear…what brings you joy ignites my heart and the heart of every legion throughout the omniverse! You are loved, you are cherished, you are valued, you are powerful, and I am with you, next to you.

From our perspective the Ascension Process is proceeding rapidly and effectively on the earth. The energies are perfect to set the stage for the new. The energies of this new year 2019 are clear and clean. They reflect the illuminated cleansing that occurred in 2018. These energies released expressions of darkness that had to be cleared. The horrific situations were beyond the understanding of those with heart and soul. There will be long-term ramifications of those events. Those involved affected everyone, helped people open their hearts, and helped people to see how important it is to help each other and to come together in oneness.
What happens to one affects everyone. Many sacrificed their lives, their livelihood, their homes, family, pets and their well-being. Needless to say, many lessons were learned and are still being learned through these heart wrenching events. The planet is in a state of flux. It is important not to take things for granted and to be aware. Being grateful that all needs are being met is integral to living daily on the earth right now.
In this new year there will be more shocking news, earth shattering events, major political upheaval and heart awakening. Humanity will begin to learn more of the truth about how they have been living, and the truth behind the scenes. It will be given in doses so that it can be processed at a rate that will not overwhelm the masses. This is part of enlightenment so that humanity can be freed.
Much is going on behind the scenes that cannot be revealed this time. The earth Council, the Light Alliance, the Angelics and Masters, are all working together to assist in aligning the energies that are not for the highest good of humanity. We are looking out for all of you. Clearances will be given at the appropriate time for information and action. Those who are part of the Galactic’s will become further involved with their missions. They will be coming together as teams for divine assignment. There is a lot of work to be done. Re-settlements will also need to take place so flexibility could be important.
We want to remind you to take excellent care of your selves and each other. It will all be worth it because the shift is nearly here. If you feel you need extra assistance please call upon us. We hear you, know you, and are with you.

The intention of this blog is to bring a deep and simple meaning in understanding what Ascension means to each and every one of you and to lead you towards your personal breakthrough living a miraculous life in 5D:To be in the world but not of it.
So here is my perspective expressed in the simplest way i that i suggest to integrate in your daily holistic life style practices:
1.Starting the day with gratitude for living in the now and everything in our life and with Meditation:going within for at least 15-20′ after asking support from company of Heaven and Mother Father God.The purpose of the meditation is to find the sweet spot of feeling truly peace within connected one with The Creator.I meditate 3 – 4 times/day for about 15-20′ or twice when doing longer sessions.
2.Doing some kind of exercise each and every day even for 10′-15′:It can be running,yoga,stretching,pilates,chi gong or a combination of all those always making sure to not exceed more than 50% of our capacity.Less is more.Ascending bodies need more Love and Care,less hard work.The rule of ‘no pain,no gain’ is of 3d and has no meaning here.We don’t need to work hard,we practice with joy being mindfull of how body feels in the now.
3.Dancing and singing is 5th dimensional existence at its purest form.(Ecstatic Dance or Healthy Clubbing Celebration).
4.Laughing:At times and especially when there is some type of frustration or anger appearing it is good to ‘turn the other cheek’ and simply laugh,even if it a little forced.Laughing Yoga is very good for that ,speaking out these loud for about 5′:hahaha hihihi hehehe hohoho houhouhouhou
5.Having a balanced light vegan diet,if possible at 90% raw vegan organic foods,drinking fruit juices and adding super foods such as spirulina,maca,cacao etc.can help the digestive system to work less and therefor more energy remains in the body with result to keep vibrations high all day long with ease.
6.Drinking a lot of water,preferably alcaline by adding 1/4 of bicarbonate of sodium and lemon after each meal.We always bless our water and foods with Gratitude.It changes their vibration.In the end of the day,we eat and drink what we:Pure Love & Light.
7.Walking,preferably in nature and Resting and Sleeping whenever one feels so and especially during the days that huge amounts of energetic upgrades taking place:Also sleeping is the easiest way to release resistance.
8.Grounding :Make direct contact with Mother Earth, bare feet with Gaia every morning first thing after meditation and before taking a shower for a balanced body starting the day.Buy grounding shoes if possible.Grounding our bed is equally very good.
9.Sungazing:looking at the sun when it rises and when it sets:it is the best angle and it is the best news and the freshest intel one can get directly from source.Exposing the body in the sun as much as possible equally.
10.Taking a shower,a bath and/or Doing short duration spas 2-3 hours :Sauna,Jacuzzi,Swimming pool.Water is a conductor of Ascension.And of Sea & Sun is one of the best combinations for Raising Your Vibration and this you already know.
11.Going to bed at night always at the same time.It is very much accepted in Reiki cercles that the best time for the body to recover is between 22h-02 am.
12.a.Listen often to Guidance from masters of manifestation such as Abraham Hicks.b.Make a list of affirmations to speak out loudly:I AM LOVE,I AM LIGHT,I AM GOD,I AM ABUNDANCE,I AM PEACE,I AM UNLIMITED,I AM ALL THAT I AM,I AM PROSPERITY,I AM FREEDOM,I AM TRUST etc.c.Making rampages of appreciation:Writing or speaking out gratitude for more than 17”uplifts instanlty.

14.Doing any kind of Humanitarian work,volunteering or supporting a charity with a donation,or donating simply at a light worker’s website,or for examle helping/talking to a homeless can greatly help in raising one’s vibration.It is in giving we are receiving.
15.And here is my very own special way to raise vibrations instantly,something i learned from The Pleiadians:spinning 33 around myself looking at my thumb clock wise.When stopping keep looking at the thumb till eyes stabilize.
16.Give Real Hugs of at least 20 seconds as The Mayas do where one can feel the exchange of energy and truly connect.
