A lot of people think that if they’ve ended up in a space of not knowing, they’ve done something wrong. Let us reassure you, it is quite the opposite! It is a sign of success!
Not knowing means that you’ve done such a good job of exploring the energies you’ve been in that you’ve exhausted the possibilities, and you are ready to move on to the next level or stage. It also means that you are ready to move beyond 3D creation, which involves creating within the known, to 5D creation, which involves allowing yourself to be led into the realm of potentiality to the possibilities you aren’t aware of yet.
This is cause for both excitement and celebration. In fact, many of you are feeling that excitement now.
When you don’t know, you are ready to change your operating system to that of surrender, faith, flow, and trust. You are ready to reconnect with your curiosity, a trait which many of you haven’t used since you were children which allows you to experience wonder and magic. You are ready to allow your soul and your heart to lead the way; a wonderful place to find yourself.
Not knowing is a sign of growth, a sign of being ready to up-level, and a sign you are honing a new navigation system that will take you to so much more than you’ve ever experienced before. So allow the unfoldment, and know this is not a punishment, but rather an opening and opportunity. Enjoy having arrived in this new space and be willing to flow into the new, enjoying the just rewards that are the fruits of your labour.

When you make the broad intention that you would like to experience more of a certain energy, the universe immediately begins to cooperate with you in having that experience. You participate by being willing to be guided in that direction by following the signs and synchronicities and the path that opens up in front of you, even if you are not sure exactly where it is taking you.
Your faith, trust, and curiosity, along with your willingness to move, explore, and receive, are vital aspects to the unfoldment of your highest life expression. It might help to think of it this way. If you just sit on a bicycle but don’t pedal, you tip over and don’t get anywhere. You have to get into movement in order to find your balance, learn new skills, and make new discoveries. You can’t guide something that isn’t willing to move!
Many of you have been conditioned to wait to take action until you have assurances, but that system rarely works for two reasons. First, it is trying to create from a space of fear, doubt, and control, which are all constrictive energies. Second, it doesn’t work because it is trying to create solely from your mind, and your greatest creations come from the guidance of your heart and the beckoning of your soul. Those are the parts of you that know your fullest potentials, and have an entire team of helpers to assure your success!
So get brave, Dear Ones. Be curious. Don’t give up before the flow has a chance to show you where it is trying to take you. Dream big and beautifully and open-heartedly. Be willing to be led to the discovery of what exists as true potentials for you beyond what you already know, and get ready for your life to expand and bloom in the most marvelous ways
Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased we are to be connecting with you during these extraordinary times. We honour you for your courage, your tenacity, your kind and loving hearts, and your commitment to both your own evolution and the shift of consciousness that is occurring on the planet.
There are many key aspects we would like to cover that are going to be themes in the energies of 2023.
It usually takes several months for you to get a good feel for the energy of a new year. That is especially true for the energy of 2023. You are in a corridor of energy, a birth canal, if you will, that started with the December solstice and will last until the Spring Equinox. This will be one of the most important passages you will ever go through. It will mark both endings and beginnings, and from there, the new will be truly birthed.
Many of you feel the winds of change blowing, but you are not sure what is happening. On a soul level, you are feeling the importance of this period of time you are in. There is anticipation, there is excitement, there is discomfort, there is wonder – all hallmarks of a birth!
Some of you may step into service for the first time. Some of you may experience a shifting of your service. Your surroundings may change; either your physical location, the people around you, or both. Some of you may move suddenly to places you had never considered before, or you may change careers. Expansion of all sorts will be occurring.
If you have been in what has felt like a long waiting period, tangible external expansion may finally be upon you. If you have been acting as an energetic space holder, you may find yourself finally released from that duty. It is all divinely orchestrated to unfold seamlessly when others are ready to step up and fill your position so that you can move on. It is designed to serve the highest good of all.
You might think of it this way: if you feel you are someone that has been holding space, we invite you to imagine a train station. You are standing there, clipboard in hand, guiding people to their trains and marking their names off your list as they board. You have been waiting there patiently for as many to show up as are on your list. But now you look out at the platform and you realize it is empty. Everyone who is going to show up has, and it is time for you to also board the train.
You don’t have to worry if there were people on your passenger list who didn’t show up to catch the train! You had a list of potential passengers. Each person uses their free will to decide when they’d like to board the train. There will be other space holders with their clipboards to take your place to assist them. And there will be many, many more trains available for them to take whenever they are ready. You did not fail them in any way. Your success came from honouring your service contract to the best of your ability.
Now, the people who are on the train still don’t know exactly where they are going! They know where they want to get off because they feel the energetic match of where their next adventure begins. But they don’t know exactly what it will look like, who they will meet, or what wonderful things they will experience. But they do know they have done the work, and they are ready to receive the fruits of their labour.
When you get off the train, you will be navigating your path through the compass of your heart, which will lead you to your true north. Many of you will still be in a space of not knowing. The difference is, the past several years for many of you had you in a stationary not knowing. For many of you this year, you will still be not knowing, but you will be in movement, making your highest choice one now moment at a time, and allowing the unfoldment of your highest life expression.
As you move forward into the energies of 2023, we urge you to settle into the gift of not knowing. When you don’t know where you are going, you become more present. You get curious. You don’t have an attachment to anything looking a certain way, so you naturally open to many more potentials.
Not knowing helps you become a pioneer, an expander of your own path and the possible pathways for humanity. Not knowing is an essential aspect of moving into the new energies, because you simply cannot create the new with only the energies of the old.
There will continue to be pockets of energetic intensity, but you are becoming very adept at moving with the energies, and giving yourself what you need instinctively. You might think of it like a video game. At the end of a level, you might have a very intense task to accomplish that takes all of your concentration and focus.
Once you complete that task, an entirely new level will open to you, with new areas to explore and new tools to discover and use. Your evolutionary journey is like that. It involves playing in certain energetic levels until they have nothing left to offer you. You finally burst out of that cycle into a new level that has become available to you due to your consistent efforts and skill set.
Another interesting aspect of 2023 is that you will see many more people begin to awaken and start to move away from conspiracy theories. Becoming interested in conspiracy theories often marks the beginnings of a person’s spiritual journey. It all starts with questioning, and when you question, answers are sure to come.
Many people will begin to move away from conspiracy theories because enough time has gone by where many of the promised events have not come to pass. This is a very common occurrence in your awakening process – having believed information that later turns out to be false. This may have come from those who were spreading disinformation, to psychics, healers, or spiritual teachers who weren’t working from a space of integrity.
While this can be a disheartening experience, ultimately it helps hone the skill of discernment, and leads people to connect to their own truth and inner wisdom. Shifting away from misinformation into heart truths will ultimately begin to heal the division that has been prevalent on your planet.
Many of you with very strong service contracts have been out of balance, only willing to give and not willing to receive. If that is the case for you, 2023 is the year to prioritize your own self love practice. You simply cannot move into unity consciousness and leave yourself out. You cannot proceed in your own embodiment process if you are busy denying yourself at the same time, either.
You will be called to finally include yourself in your unconditional love and tender care, which for many of you is the final frontier. You will move out of perpetual self neglect into self care, self acceptance, self presence, and self respect. This is the whole model of a self love practice, and one that is long overdue for many of you to move into.
If you have been feeling like there has been a major piece missing that you couldn’t identify, it is highly likely it is your own love that you are seeking. Once that is in place, you will be of even greater service in a way that honours everyone, and that is exactly what we wish for each and every one of you.
By stepping into being your own loving guide, parent, and shepherd, as well as working with the divine combination of surrender, faith, flow, and trust, you will have all the elements in place that will allow you to make deep, true, abiding progress, because you will finally be out of resistance and working with all the energies that have always been there to guide and assist you.
Many of you will move out of the habit of being in perpetual troubleshooting mode with yourself and start to trust yourself and your divine competency. That is what we mean by into the true. You will finally trust yourself to navigate to your true north, not the north everyone says you should aim towards.
As you step into the energies of the next phase of your incarnation, there will be a changing of the guard, so to speak, with some of your guides having completed their mission with you, and new guides coming in to assist you in this new phase. It is a time of great celebration when you are ready to bring in new guides!
You might find yourself suddenly needing to sing, hum, tone, or make repetitive noises. If you speak soul or light language, you might find yourself speaking a new dialect that you haven’t spoken before. All of these are wonderful occurrences because they are means of shifting into vibrational alignment with your new guides.
Many of you will bring on new gifts. These gifts aren’t really new, per se, they are more a remembrance of what you have done in other incarnations very well. Many of you will be picking up from where you left off in what you consider to be your most successful incarnation, and dusting those gifts off to take them to the next level in the new energies.
So many of you will be finding your way into unique ways of being of service. You may step into tangible service for the first time, or you may be expanding the services you already offer, or changing them completely. There is no one-size-fits-all service path. That is by design. You all add to the mosaic of the whole through your authenticity. By having many people offering different kinds of help, you efficiently serve the whole.
How do you know you are doing the right one? By following the compass of your heart to your true north. We urge you to honour the service paths of all, for you are all integral to the needs of the planet.
Many of you are dissatisfied with the way the world is. You can’t create the New Earth with expired energies. You must be willing to move beyond what you can see into the realm of potentiality, where the solutions exist and are awaiting your discovery. You become a stabilizing force on your planet by being willing to be the change, both by holding the energies you wish to see more of and also by honouring your own embodiment process.
Moving forward isn’t just about identifying what you would like. It is taking the time to honour what your soul craves. Your most authentic self is your greatest gift to the world, for it is through your authenticity that you contribute the purest essence of you, which is exactly what you came onto the planet to do.
You are ready. You have done the work. Your soul has prepared you well for these exact times, to both assist and create. You find your truest matches and your truest purpose by allowing your heart to lead you into the exploration of what exists beyond what you can see, where the truest riches and your highest lines of potential are waiting to be found.
Of course, many of you will still be at differing stages of your journey. Some of you were meant to go first and pioneer a way forward, while others will be content to awaken once the path is cleared. All is divinely perfect for each of your individual soul intentions, and each method comes with its own unique benefits and challenges.
What we do want you to know is that all of you chose to be on the planet at this time to participate in this grand awakening, and your souls could not wait to experience the times you are in right now.
Last, we wish to remind you that it is difficult to truly gauge your progress from your own vantage point. That is why certain themes loop back around to you, over and again, so you can see them and handle them based on your latest level of attainment. You are always being offered opportunities to learn, to expand, and to finally embody your highest expression of self.
If you could only see yourselves as we see you! You would be amazed at your beauty and how much you have accomplished. Stay the course, get back to the basics of presence, gratitude, and the divine combination of surrender, faith, flow, and trust when you don’t know where you are going, and allow your true north to magnetize you to the new vistas that await you.
Please know we are with you every step of the way, because you are an honoured and beloved member of the ground crew. Your beingness is always more than enough, and your growth and presence is your service. We simply cannot wait to see what you will create and where your expansion will lead you because you never cease to amaze us. This is what we wished to share with you today. It has been our great pleasure.
Perhaps you are concerned you are not adjusting to your new being rapidly enough or correctly. That just being feels counter-intuitive. That you have to do something or be something to continue transitioning.
The truth is you have transitioned. And an element of that transition is peace. The ability to start and end your day without agendas, have-to, or shoulds.
Many of you believe you must meditate, pray, journal, or do this or that because others claim they can help you continue your journey as long as you follow the actions appropriate for them.
You no longer require teachers, gurus, exercises, or the right thoughts or actions. You have arrived.
From this day forth, you determine what is fun or right for you.
Some of you are concerned that you do not have indicators allowing you to know what to do. Or it’s easier and faster to follow dictates from those who claim to have answers for you.
No one other than you has the answers or techniques that are correct for you. You have transitioned from student to instructor.
That last statement does not necessarily mean you know all the answers for yourself – and most definitely not for others. But instead, you are a new instructor graduate peacefully pausing as you determine what actions seem interesting.
Perhaps our statements seem odd given that with a few words, we of the Universes indicate you are an instructor. So who are your students? Those following you – and you. You are a student of yourself.
As you evolve into that role of self-instructor, your statements, actions, and reactions will be the classroom for those who follow.
You are no longer of 3D, including the eons of roles you took for granted. Many 3D instructors amazed themselves by discovering they learned as much as their students preparing or presenting certain materials. So it is for you now, only in a different format.
The 3D format of instructor teaching concepts to a classroom of students is no longer necessary. Your instruction will be your life actions. The student/teacher division has disappeared.
Granted, the student/teacher format will continue for some time in the 3D world. But those who have transitioned beyond 4D will not find those interactions interesting. Instead, learning will be life lessons acknowledged as that life is displayed.
Instruction will be more observing and incorporating those observations into your being without formalizing the action with, “If you say or do this, you will be successful.”
What is suitable for others is no longer right for you. Not because they are trying to cheat or harm you, but because you are no longer part of 3D group think. You are a unique individual with unique needs and actions.
Many who base their teachings on their rightness of action will discover that fewer are interested in following their path. Their followers will expect broad parameters of interest – with limited or no shoulds.
There is no longer a diet, meditation, action, belief, or interaction applicable to all. The only directive appropriate for you now and forever is what interests you as generated from within.
The channel or guru who once provided you with a sense of rightness or safety no longer shines that brightly. For you are a new independent being in a new world.
In the past, everyone was a green thread in the earth’s life tapestry. So those who successfully mastered the green thread life had an expertise valuable to all who wanted their green thread to shine.
Now that the earth’s tapestry of life has become a vibrant tapestry of millions of colored threads, no one person or activity is an expert in the new earth’s totality.
While it is true that those who are the gold, green, or blue threads might find one another and share experiences, each thread may also decide to change color or create a new color. Everything of the earth is in flux and will continue so forevermore.
Your new world is about exploring new earth colors, actions, and places, as well as exploring the same in other locations. There are no longer any givens. As a result, there are no longer valid instructors for the masses. ThreeD teaching can only occur when the end product is a given.
Allow yourself to flow into this and that thread of interest. You are doing so to explore as much as you like in your new hybrid being of heaven and earth while residing solidly of the new earth in its new multi-colored format.
New is your direction. Expected formats no longer apply to you or any being transitioning beyond 3D. So be it. Amen.

How we feel is everything as how we feel is what we vibrate as how feel is what we attract. So basically how we feel is who we are each moment. When we feel good it means we are aligned with who we really are and hence whatever we desire comes to us effortlessly, less active work to do when we don’t feel good it means 2 things: or we are expanding and hence we must find alignement or our environment (social media, some news, people etc.) took us out of our center either way to take action to feel good brings more results in few minutes (15-20 meditation/visualisation or 68 seconds of positive thinking followed by appreciation all along the rest of the time) than what would take years to accomplish with action. The true action is to deliberately choose to find alignement within which looks like non action but basically is the best of all actions since who we truly are is one with Source/Universe/God. Then from that place inspired action will follow and that inspired action will bring one closer to what they desire almost instanly than active work in struggle for many years.

When you are in a situation where you begin to feel powerless and less than another, this can be viewed as a wake-up call. We are referring here to any situation in which you feel devalued, not necessarily one of obvious abuse.
If there is another person who wants to have a certain level of power over you, consciously or unconsciously, your physical body is often a good indicator that something is not right. You may notice a feeling of discomfort in your solar plexus area. Perhaps a weight descends on your shoulders, and your head hangs down. Paying attention to your bodily discomfort can help you become aware and allow you to disengage yourself from the situation.
When you feel strong in yourself, you are less likely to stay in situations that may harm you, or allow others to treat you with disrespect. You do not have to stay in places or around people who do not give you the respect you deserve. However, it is also not necessary to react in anger. As much as possible, stay in your heart, bless the person or people involved and remove yourself from the situation.
When you feel strong within, good about yourself and centered, the area of your solar plexus is filled with energy. When you begin to feel drained, that is literally what is happening to you. When we say no one has power over you unless you allow it to happen, this is the first place where your power is given away. It is now time to take it back.
Sometimes people become so used to being devalued, disempowered and talked down to, they accept this as a natural state. It is not. Every soul on earth deserves to be treated with respect. To stay strong in yourself, steps must be taken so that you feel your inner power, that connection to the light of Pure Spirit that is within you. The solar plexus is the area most affected by the power maneuvers of another person, so the following visualization is helpful in achieving and maintaining your center of balance.
Practice:
Breathe with conscious awareness into the area from your rib cage to below your navel. Imagine this area filled with the warm glow of a huge sun and allow this bright, golden light to radiate out from this place within you and to fill your entire being. Then see or feel this light moving from the base of your spine into the earth, so you can be connected to that rich, nurturing and grounding presence. Continue visualizing the golden light of the sun filling your solar plexus, centering you with a clear, steadying power that will allow you to take the necessary steps to care for yourself. With practice, you can draw on the calming power of this light and the steadying presence of the earth whenever needed.
Begin today to respect yourself. Know that you are a radiant child of God and that you have purpose, presence and connection to all the love in the universe. Call on your Guardian Angels at all times and know that you are guided and protected by the light of God. Begin to know your personal connection to a Higher Power, the true power containing all the energy you need to do whatever is required in your life. Fill yourself with the golden light of the sun and feel the nurturing presence of the earth beneath your feet. Reclaim your true power and remember you are never alone.

JANUARY 15, 2023 Welcome dear readers. During these times of change and new beginnings, remember that all is proceeding according to a Divine plan. High frequency energy is omnipresent because it is in and of Divine Consciousness but the majority has not been at levels of consciousness able to align with them. Because there is only ONE and because there are now increasingly more highly evolved states of consciousness on earth, more and more people are starting to access Light energies that have always present but mostly unknown allowing them to be experienced and integrated by more individuals which in turn is enlightening collective consciousness. Everyone is beginning to experience these higher frequencies and translate them according to their state of consciousness. For some it may be fear and confusion but for others it means shifting to new levels of awareness that allow them for the first time to recognize that many commonly accepted world beliefs really represent “power over” under the heading of what is in the best interests of others. Many concepts of right and wrong are dissolving and will continue to dissolve as individuals evolve beyond the need for others to tell them what to do and begin trusting and living from their intuition. Many concepts for “right living” will simply fade away without the energy of belief to maintain and sustain them. As increasingly more individuals awaken to the fact that much of what they have been taught by parents, teachers, priests, rabbis, and ministers is simply not true, the world will change.
Evolving into a consciousness of personal spiritual empowerment is frequently preceded by the full or partial collapse of a person’s three dimensional foundation. The fear and chaos that results from the breaking down of a person’s firmly established and never questioned three dimensional foundation is often the only way those who are spiritually ready for more can evolve to their next level. In spiritual circles, this is known as a “wake up call”. Everyone innately desires peace, comfort, and security, and seeks these things according to their state of consciousness. Most are as of yet unaware that these are God qualities and therefore can only flow from within to the without if they are to be permanent. The three dimensional state of consciousness seeks these things in the outer, attempting to build themselves a “perfect life” from concepts of duality, separation, and two powers.
When one’s “perfect life” collapses the result is shock, confusion, and frantic attempts to restore everything back the way it was even if what it was no longer resonated and the person was miserable. There is emotional pain, fear, and confusion because personal foundations are built from what is believed to be true and necessary for happiness and a person a sense of security and confidence.
If the person continues attempting to recreating the past, the process may take awhile but at some point every individual tires of the struggle, begins to move beyond the past, and opens to new ways of looking at the situation. At first it may simply consist of opening to intuition and allowing it to guide them to three dimensional sources of help. Most then begin to question the situation and their beliefs about it gaining a deeper awareness of themselves, past choices, what they really want or don’t want, and a recognition of beliefs that have held them in bondage. Empowerment is a spiritual quality, a state of consciousness. The process of attaining this state of consciousness is initiated by the Higher Self and may simply unfold naturally but because most resist change “Wake up calls” are often necessary. Empowerment is a consciousness of truth about Self and all life which in turn manifests as living that awareness while expressing it in practical ways. It is the ability to lovingly but firmly state; “Enough is enough.” or “Thank you for your opinion, but I am choosing to do this.” Regardless of who these words are being spoken to. Empowerment is women integrating and living in balance with their masculine aspect and men integrating and feeling comfortable expressing their feminine with mutual love and respect for both. Most of you have already done this work. In the presence of physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual distress, always remember–God is. If God alone is, IT must be omnipresent. Where does omnipresence leave fear? What does it say about who I and all other life forms are? If God alone is, where is the need for petitionary prayer or rites and rituals meant to bring one closer to God? If God alone is where does this leave beliefs of death, lack and limitation, separation, suffering etc.? Do I really believe that God alone is?
Because human beings are in reality expressions of God, they are like God, creative. A collective consciousness of ignorance and the rejection of ONEness manifests in and as infinite forms of duality and separation. Yes, situations created out of beliefs of duality, separation, and two powers seem very real on earth and those involved and must deal with them in accord with their state of consciousness but you who are awake are on earth not to get caught up in the illusions of sense, but to add the Light of your evolved state of consciousness to the collective.
Increasing more dark information and actions are going to be exposed but your job is not to fix things on a three dimensional level, but rather to always have a part of your awareness in alignment with the truth that God alone is. What does this mean? It means remembering that aches, pains, and diseases have no spiritual law to support them. It means that an empty wallet or lack has no spiritual reality. It means that every world wide situation of good versus bad or us versus them has no real Divine law to support, sustain, or maintain it because God alone is.
Once a person realizes that 2 x2 is 4 and not 5, where does the 5 go? It only existed in thought. This is how truth works. You wake up and begin to live from truth rather than the false, no longer accepting 2 x2 as 5. There is a statement made by Jesus that is often quoted incorrectly which is; “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John) The “You will know the truth” part is often left out which is the most important part of the whole statement. You must know, live, be, trust, and allow truth to grow and strengthen before it can evolve into a state of consciousness that can and will then manifest outwardly.
You are the Light illuminating pathways for those coming along behind you even if you never say a word. The Light of even one evolved consciousness constitutes a majority automatically because there is only ONE.

Never tell yourself what can’t be done. Never explain to anyone why you can’t have what you want. Never believe anyone who tells you that you can’t change, whether the change you want is a change of habit, a change of location, or a change in your health. Every time you explain to yourself or anyone else why you can’t be what you want, have what you want, or do what you want, you are telling the entire universe that you don’t believe in the Divine. You are blocking God’s work in your life!
The Divine is always, without fail, attempting to guide you to the solutions you seek, the answers you want, and the joy that you wish to experience. The Divine is working to guide you to that perfect job, to find the home you dream of, and to either fix the relationships that you mutually desire to improve or guide you gently away from those who don’t. The Divine is constantly informing every cell in your body how it can operate in greater harmony, and the only reason you stay ill, dear ones, is because you focus more on illness than on things that make you feel better.
We know this is challenging to put into practice. You all grew up with the model of reward and punishment. “Be good little girls and boys, and you’ll get your reward. Mess up, and you’ll be punished.”
The model of reward and punishment is how humanity treats one another. The Divine operates with the model of love. You are loved without condition. Your loving desires are supported without condition. You are not rewarded for good behavior or punished for bad. You are loved. The reward of love is feeling good. If you must see it this way, the punishment for disconnecting from love is feeling bad. No matter how wealthy, acclaimed, or seemingly happy one is, if they are disconnected from love, they are secretly miserable. Your connection to love is heaven. Your disconnection from it is hell. You all experience these polarities by degrees.
Seek to feel heaven! If you let love into your life in any way – for example, simply by looking for the things that feel like love, being loving as often as you can – to yourself especially – and caring about the way you feel, then Dear ones, you will enjoy this love in the form of all that you seek. You can pet a dog, inhale the scent of your tea, admire a person, or enjoy the expansiveness of the sky. In these moments, you are connecting to love. It is far easier, moment-to-moment, than you think. It is as simple as choosing to focus on something that feels good.
If you believe you must suffer to be worthy, you will suffer to prove your worthiness to a Source that already knows you are worthy. If you believe you must help others even when you genuinely are not feeling guided to do so, then dear ones, you will resonate with resentment more than love. If, however, you are honest with yourself – doing only what feels better, thinking what feels better, seeking things to focus on that feel better – then you are acknowledging your worthiness, and you will experience what a worthy person experiences – help, health, happiness, abundance, joy, love, you name it!
As you practice thinking thoughts and choosing a focus that feels better – one moment after the next – at first, you will only feel a little better. At first, you may even say, “Well, I feel a little better, but what good is this? I still don’t have the money I want. I still don’t have a partner.” Hang in there, dear friends! Keep seeking the better-feeling focus, the better feeling thought. Your good feelings will gain momentum. Your feelings of worthiness will grow, and as they do, you will allow in the guidance and love that is always present.
We know you’re worthy of all that you desire. The Creator knew you were worthy when you were created, and nothing, absolutely nothing, can mess that up. You deserve, first and foremost, to be happy, but we cannot force you to be happy, nor can we deliver temporal, superficial happiness unless you vibrate at the same frequency, and then it will come to you with ease.
When you enjoy thoughts of expansiveness and beauty, you will allow that home you desire. When you think thoughts that feel abundant and fulfilled, even if you are thinking about your meals, you will attract a job that feels the same. When you love life, love people, or even love your dog, and don’t muddy the waters with doubt, you’ll allow that love you desire into your life.
You are learning, and we are guiding you into a 5D paradigm where your vibration matters more than anything you say, do.
You are already worthy of love. Practice feeling it more. Practice looking for things that feel good. This simple discipline can change your life because it will change your vibration. Do it often enough, and you’ll feel the change starting to happen because you’ll just feel better. Do it longer, and your life will start working better. Do it even more, and you’ll start seeing ideas come to you as if by magic. Keep it up, and miracles will become the norm as what you want flows into your life.
Make this year the year that you choose to be kind to yourself, and to live as if you are worthy of feeling good. Make this the year to choose thoughts that feel better. Then, watch your life respond.

You are ahead of the pack, dear ones – part of a small fraction of humanity learning to manage your vibration. Your vibration is, and always has been, the key to creating a life you love. Now that you know this simple truth, you can learn to manage your vibration and honor it as more important and influential than any uninspired action. With a single thought and then the next and the next, you can start a chain reaction and momentum that will change your life!

A Light is always at the end of the tunnel and the question is how quickly can you reach it and that is down to you.
How quickly can you center yourself with the Light and keep your focus upon it whilst you are rising up in vibrations. It sounds easy enough yet all of the time there are distractions that sometimes can be difficult to ignore.
Success comes with a positive outlook and ability to keep focussing upon your goal. Many of you have already successfully maintained a strong position, and are able to keep calm regardless of what provocation you experience. You are the living proof that it can be done and once you are on that path and acknowledge our presence, we come to you with our guidance and protection.
Our influence is far greater than you may imagine and we do protect all of those souls who are of the Light. We play by the rules whereas the dark Ones are a law unto themselves. It may seem that they have an advantage. That is true up to a point, but be assured that the Universal Laws still apply to them.
Ultimately they will have to answer for their actions, and their return to the Light will be a very hard lesson. Naturally the Laws apply to all souls but those of you who have lifted yourselves up will be unlikely to lose your way. Your Guides as with all souls are always working with your best interests at heart.
Most of you have had many, many lives in this cycle and through those experiences have evolved and fully deserve this “end of cycle” opportunity to leave all of the old vibrations behind. Your reward is to never have to return to the lower vibrations, and so to say be able to spread your wings with much more freedom to follow your heart’s desire.
You will be the master of your choices and have the freedom to decide where your next adventures take you. The “prison” that you called Earth [Gaia] will also be freed from the responsibilities placed upon it, having supplied all of the opportunities needed by the Human Race to evolve.
You have a lot to thank Mother Earth for and she has now commenced to clean up and has sacrificed much to allow your freewill actions that have destroyed much of the planet. Yet it can be put right quite quickly by means of technologies of which you have no real concepts.
For a start there is more than one Earth (1) and those of you that are ascending will go to one that already exists and is ready to receive you. It will be in pristine condition having been prepared in advance for you and you will be over-awed and stunned by its beauty.
So do not allow yourself to be pulled down by the experiences of Earth, because what you have been seeing is the unsuccessful attempts of Man to accept the responsibility of looking after the planet and the life forms upon it.
The vibrations continue to rise up and slowly but surely the dark Ones’ power is diminishing. Be assured that they too are evolving and will continue their experiences on another planet prepared for them. Realise that nothing happens by pure chance that has any bearing on Humanity’s future, there is a greater plan of which you are probably unaware.
There is too much around that has the handprint of God upon it to account for all things that are wondrous and of utmost beauty. Think on a greater scaler than ever before and be prepared for many revelations as you steadily move into the higher dimensions.
Everlasting peace will soon be within your grasp as the vibrations continue to rise. Most of you whether incarnate or not are being given the opportunity to ascend and that day looms large and will come in most of your present lives.
With chaos and much unrest around you it is hard to relax and not be distracted from your objectives, yet the more peaceful you can be you are also helping others to be the same. The energies within your aura stretch out quite a long way and people around you can sometimes pick them up – so they are helping to introduce the “feel good factor.”
At the other end of the scale many have experienced the opposite energy that feels cold and uninviting. If you could see auras you would get another indication of high vibrations with beautiful harmonious colours and gentleness. The opposite is very off-putting and unpleasant to feel.
The people are very resilient and have the strength to get through present problems having survived many obstacles to make progress so far. The older generations have additionally experienced the effects of a World War and handled it admirably and are all the stronger for it.
The Human Race in general is very adaptable and able to survive the most pressing situations such as the current crisis. It makes for a brighter future when changes to the “normal” bring Humankind a new outlook more suited to their needs.
If you could see the potential for the future you would not have any concerns about it so press on with full hope and expectations, even if you cannot yet see it coming. Every cycle at some time has to end and make way for a new one and you are at that beginning now.
Be assured that all of your experiences will have been well worth it. A lot of old karma is still being cleared but the end is in sight, from which point a great leap forward will take place.

Dear Ones, it is time to up-level your manifestations. When you try to create within what is already known, or within what you think is possible, you limit yourselves. If you have been feeling like you don’t know where to go or what to do next, it is because you have already gone as far as you can in the energies of the known.
The old method of manifestation, which involves holding a very specific vision of what you want, does work, but it is still playing within the energy of the known. That method involves micro-managing the universe, and completely limits what you are willing to receive. It is like having access to an entire ocean, but only being willing to accept what can trickle through a straw.
But you are pioneers, and your soul craves expansion! It is time to allow yourself to be led into the discovery of what exists for you just beyond what you can see, in the realm of potentiality. You get there by casting your net wider, being curious, and by being willing to be led. It involves letting go of all expectations and attachments to things looking a certain way.
It means allowing your soul, and your guides, to reveal the highest matches for you that you never could have dreamed existed. It is through your broad intention and willingness to move forward, even if you don’t know where you are going, that you become a truly empowered co-creator with a universe that adores you.
If someone asks you to change for and meet their needs, you may never attain it. Know that you are good enough for you.
If someone wants you to be different than who you are, it may never happen. Know you can be different in a way that suits your needs.
If someone wants to hold you to some mythical standard that only they know about, you may never achieve it. But you can become the best you that you can be.
Define yourself by, strive for and celebrate your accomplishments and release the needs to meet others’ expectations. You are the most perfect you that you can be in any given moment, and The Universe loves you just the way you are! ~ Creator
