This most recent Charlie Ward video helps answer that question.

Charlie’s short answer: The Alliance has already won.

For those unfamiliar with Charles Ward, he is a fascinating, well-informed and uplifting Englishman who lives in Spain.

Charlie started making videos when the lockdown began in order to get the truth out to people. In a matter of weeks he went from a few subscribers to over 60,000. I am one of them.

Charlie is very positive about the fact that we are moving into a world that is going to have a Revaluation of Currencies, a Global Currency Reset and the implementation of NESARA and GESARA. (1.)

Charles Ward: “I’ve been moving money around the world for a number of private clients which range from the super-rich to government officials to other officials around the world for many many years now. I tend to work in the Middle East mainly. I live in Southern Spain but I commute between Spain and Dubai most of the time.

Basically, when I was moving a large amount for a specific government 6-years ago I was with a member of that government who informed me as we were traveling, that they were going to collapse the world’s economies in a few years’ time. That was 6-years ago.

Then 2-years ago they said we’re nearly ready now. We were doing another job, we’d taken in a large amount of money into India just to assure that (Prime Minister) Modi got into power. But he said to me, “We’re nearly there now. We’ve got Trump in power so we’re getting very close.

Then I saw him again in December of 2019 and he said we’re going to do it at the start of next year. We’re going to collapse the world’s economy. And I just said as a joke, Really? How are you gonna do that then? He said, you wait and see. We’ll collapse the world’s economy just like that (snaps his fingers.)…

What surprises me now in hindsight
is we were 4-weeks into this lockdown when they told me,
“We’ve gone past the critical point.”
What they meant was that Trump and his Alliance

As of this writing, it is being reported that Ghislaine Maxwell has a secret stash of copies of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex tapes as her personal insurance. (2.)

Doubtless, the Alliance’ chief concern is that Maxwell remains alive to name names, which is why she is surrounded by Military guards and not just Police officers, as was the case with Epstein.

Please look at where your attention is focused now on the planet. We know there are many distractions from the dark forces who would like to remain in control. We can tell you unequivocally that they are losing and have very little time left.

They are desperate, angry, and fearful which are the energies they are trying to instill upon you. Their desire to control you is futile, especially for those of the light who know the truth.

We would like to make some suggestions so that you can overcome more of the hurdles that they are sending your way. Please remind yourself what a formidable being you are to be in the position you are in right now even though it is uncomfortable. Stay in your strength and your power and align yourself with the light.

Maintain your spiritual practice, your meditation, walks in nature, your sense of humor and creativity, and your friendships with other like-minded ground crew and family members. Reach to the stars and look at the stars. Watch the sky and see the beauty that is around you that is being prepared for you to help you rise above your current stressful situations.

Remind yourselves that you are creating your new world of light and love, harmony and balance, joy and abundance, community and friendship. Embrace us as the Galactics and your brothers and sisters. Get ready for the magic and the miracles that are coming your way.

Stand back from the chaos and the rubble remembering that this is just an illusion. You are not victims, you are victors. You are some of the most highly-evolved beings in creation. You would not be on the planet now if this were not true.

Remember that control comes from fear. Do you see how afraid the dark forces are right now? Stay away from anything that makes you fearful. Make new choices of where to put your focus.

During these times give yourself the best that you can give yourself. Pay attention to the energies around you and if you are feeling discordance it is best to remove yourself. Keep your vibration up as best as you can.

Know that you are stepping into your mastery. Masters don’t always know the answers to whatever they were going through but they will always find the solutions. This is the process of mastery. When you are complete with your mastery you won’t ever have to come back to the Earth again unless you want to.

This planet is considered the blue jewel of creation and will become a vacation spot. We appreciate you for staying on the Earth and for seeing this process through to completion. We are almost there so thank you! It will all be worth it!

Confused About Expressing Your Joy?

Dear Ones,

Please know that codifying your need to be right with symbols and words is not assisting you or others. This is a time for you to focus on joy instead of division.

Of course, ignoring division is not necessarily an easy choice for most. For we have drummed into your thought processes that all will find love and joy. So it is many of you have turned those concepts outward. Believing that until the outer world expresses love and joy, you cannot or should not. That it is wrong for you to be happy in your environment. For so many are suffering you have no right to live in joy.

Such is the result of your 3D lives and your current understanding of Universal principles. Even though we have continuously stated ‘you are one,’ that Universal concept is likely different than your current understanding. You have accepted the belief that you are as important as others, that self-love is not bad, but you remain confused about expressing or sharing your joy.

Should you not be fearful, angry, or sad, as is much of society now? And what if you do not feel joy? How can you conjure up joy? Issues that have more to do with your 3D training than your current reality.

In truth, you are afraid to be different. To smile when others are crying or frowning. If you feel joyful, you believe you are betraying your friends, relatives, and society. How can you be joyful when others are not? So it is many of you cling to social sadness, not because you need to, but because you feel you should.

Is your life terrible or difficult? If so, how are you shifting that reality? If not, why are you sad or angry? You continue to believe that issues outside you are the culprits when in truth, you create your reality.

That ‘you create your reality’ phrase was one of your first introductions to transition concepts. So it is ‘you create your reality’ is alive and well in your life and the life of anyone who believes such is so. You do not need to worry about your outer world unless it is so unpleasant as to make you feel hopeless. For your feelings, shift your world, not others in external situations.

You are pining for yesterday when life seemed right and comfortable. Yesterday never was.

Yesterday was an earth filled with rage hidden by some platitudes and a few actions that spoke to your 3D heart. Rocks covered the unseemly pieces you refused to acknowledge, as was true for most of your society. Those rocks are now being overturned. Such does not mean the garden is no longer lovely, merely that it is time to address what is under the rock. Your society is doing so.

Your role does not include patronizing those discovering what is under the rock. Your role is to shift into joy and express that joy. For even that which is under the rock is beautiful, just different than the remainder of the garden.

Those in the second and third waves of awakening are expressing the totality of the beautiful garden, including that under the rock. Their joy in doing so is what you are beginning to sense.

Such is also true with COVID-19. Even though this virus is shifting your life dramatically, it is also allowing you to express yourself more freely. For social rules are falling one by one. You may feel lonely or restless. But at the same time, you are experiencing freedom from the outside forces that encouraged you to act, dress, and behave in specific ways. New-found freedom that is beginning to feel delicious. Acknowledge that. And acknowledge that your need to state who you are instead of who others think you should be is also delicious. Even though this virus is shifting your life in ways you do not always like, it is opening up your freedoms to be.

Some will argue with that last statement. Believing that society is telling you how to behave. Such is true to a certain extent. But then, you are also discovering new ways to address your new life.

This time is about finding out who you are and what you need to be free. Some relationships will not survive. Other relationships will formulate new interactions. And others will be instrumental in creating new relationships.

You are no longer bound by the dress, food, verbal, or action codes of 3D. So it is you are discovering your new inner codes. A joy you might not understand or relish until later.

At the same time, you are discovering new interests and directions. Key among them is not caretaking those uncovering what is under the rock. You do not need to review fear and pain for you have already done so.  What is joyful in your life? Nature, activities, conversations, laughter, renewing relationships, new beliefs and actions, and on and on.

You are becoming a new person. This in itself is joyful. You do not yet understand the powerful position you are in. Instead, you are a bit like a teenager who wants to be popular but cannot get the popular kids to acknowledge you.

What you will soon discover, if you have not already, is that the popular kids are not who you are, nor who you wish to be. You are a new being with new directions – most importantly, new joys. Not how terrible society is, but how wonderful your new freedoms are.

Who are you? And how are you expressing the new being you are becoming? That is your joy and your power. So be it. Amen.

Rain,Sleeping Rough,Lucid Dreaming and Light Cities.

Everything happens for a reason.2 nights ago we had strong rain in the area where i am currently living (Greece,Ioannina).And the funny part of the story is that since now almost a month because i really like to sleep outdoors,i have arranged a camping setup in my balcony using my legendary small tent that is almost falling apart as shelter from humidity.And so the tent and bed got wet so i had to sleep inside that night in my normal bed but i couldn’t sleep because the energies were very strong and it was also hot.And so i took 2 yoga mats i have arranged a very elementary ‘japanese’ style bed that tend to be hard to sleep on…and so i couldn’t really sleep either for too long…and then opening my eyes on the side ,i look on the full of starts night sky and i see a big bright light moving from south to north and instantly i know it is galactic ship.The ship stayed visible for at least 2 minutes and while i keep sending them love i am also asking for confirmation and boom a flash comes from another point in the sky confirming to me:WE ARE HERE!and this is not the first time it happens.It happened also many times over while in Ibiza while i was doing my best to speaking with Ashtar…And so there is something in my guts telling that one of these ships is my own.And wait this doesn’t stop here,when i fall asleep i start lucid dreaming and because my sleeps are being interrupted from not feeling comfortable in my usual bed i really remember it:It is so vidid and real and during my dream i see that i am flying over a very luminous Golden Light city..there are lights everywhere,the view is so amazing that truly words can’t describe:is this one of The Light Cities IAM ambassador of?because IAM of 3 ,one over Athens,one over Ioannina and one over Ibiza.And usually the first answer that pops in mind is the right one.And i am not going to hide from you that is that while lucid dreaming i had also lately the most amazing sex ever,one even was with 2 female partners.These dreams are so vidid and real that I have deep knowingness that they are not dreams,they are really REAL and the way i feel about them shows also what is my inclination towards each theme.Universe bring it on baby!!!All of it!Thank you,thank you,thank you!

Much is happening as humanity prepares for the pandemic restrictions to be eased, and then hears that in certain areas new restrictions are being brought into effect .

It is very confusing for you, but those who are setting the restrictions are themselves very confused because the situation is not unfolding as they had planned and intended. There is much resistance arising as people all across the world come to the realization that they are being asked to conform to rules and regulations that are ineffectual in controlling the ‘pandemic,’ while severely restricting their basic human rights.

Those who would control humanity are finding that they are no longer able to do so, and this will shortly begin to be reported in the mainstream media as those media start to reclaim their own right to report the real news instead of promoting the views of those who have been controlling them.

Truly, the collective awakening of humanity is very close, and so it makes the most sense for you to prepare to celebrate rather than to worry yourselves unduly by attempting to guess what will happen next, either locally or globally.

You do know that the divine plan is unfolding perfectly, the only possible way for it to do so, therefore continue to set the intent at least once daily to be only loving whatever arises. When you do that you open your hearts to invite Love to enter, which It does immediately, and then It flows powerfully into your energy fields to interact most beautifully with the energy fields of any one about whom you think, even only momentarily, and of course also with anyone to whom you talk, text, Zoom, or meet in person in order to commune, uplifting and inspiring them as they feel the loving energy surrounding you and which is enveloping them in those moments of togetherness.

You are all extremely powerful beings, and the more frequently and intently you choose to be only loving the more effective you are in carrying out your particular assignment in the collective awakening process.

Remember, each of you is playing an absolutely essential part that only you can play, so trust yourselves, trust your intuitive guidance – we are always with you ready to offer our assistance should you choose to call on us – and go about your daily lives knowing that you are, in every moment, precisely where you need to be in that moment.

Whatever occurs or arises in the moment is a wonderful opportunity for you to move the awakening process forward, as you choose to respond to it lovingly, just as you planned before incarnating when, with love and total freedom, you chose to volunteer to be in form at this time.

To awaken, as you are all doing, is to move from fear to Love as you think, speak, and act, and you all chose to be in form as humans at this time in your spiritual evolution to do just this. You do not need to think deeply about what it is that God/Source/Divine Wisdom wants of you, because It just wants you to be here now, being yourselves.

Release yourselves from any egoic masks that you may have fashioned for yourselves, as seemingly insignificant human beings, to wear in public – that is when you were not alone and used to believe that who you are had to be improved on when interacting with others – because not only do they no longer serve you, they seriously distract you from your divine work of being Love in action.

You are all here on a divine mission for which you volunteered, and Love, in her divine Wisdom, accepted your offer. There is no separation, All are One, and therefore everyone is involved and has their own personal assignment in the ongoing human awakening process, an individual assignment that no one else can do for them because, until you awaken, you are still engaging with the dream or illusion of separation.

What you are all doing – COOPERATIVELY – is creating the most wonderful event that has ever happened on Planet Earth. It was brilliantly planned eons ago, at the moment when the collective choice to experience the unreal state of separation was made and put into effect, and now is the moment in which it is to come beautifully to fruition.

Remember! There are no accidents and no ‘coincidences,’ because all is divinely planned to assure total JOY for All that Is – You, and You, and You, and You . . . The free choice to experience separation was not unexpected by Source, but until it was actually put into effect it was not appropriate to design a program to bring the experiment to its completion. There is only NOW! And, in the Now, all is designed, created, and put into effect. Everything – every situation, event, opportunity, activity, interaction – occurs NOW! To repeat, there is only NOW!

Humanity is awakening NOW, and that is the divine Will and, therefore, humanity’s Will, because there is only One Will, the Divine Will, YOUR Will!

Therefore: Relax! Enjoy these last few moments when it seems that separation from Source is real, knowing, as you do, that ALL is divinely taken care of, and your return to Joy is imminent and inevitable.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

What an incredible time you are living within! Everything is coming up and out. You’re going within, taking inventory of your feelings. You’re taking inventory of your life. You’re getting clearer on who you are, what you want in your life, and what you don’t. So is everyone else.

There is wonderful growth and expansion, as never before. During quarantine you sent tsunamis of desire unto the heavens. “Yes! We are in it together!” “Yes! We love to see our mother earth clear and pure!” “Yes, we want to be safe, healthy, happy and connected.” “Yes! We are coming to life as never before, craving to show up in the world in a whole new way!” “We want to live! We want to breathe! We want to experience our unity!”

Then dear friends, as light is apt to do, it exposed areas of darkness. The desire for being “in it together” triggered the exposure of all areas in which you were not. Divisions that have been festering for centuries are coming to the surface, Disagreements are becoming more and more heated as people become clearer on who they are, what they want, and what they believe. Tempers are flaring.

It is easier to love, when people make it easy for you. It takes fortitude and courage to love those who do not make it easy. We would suggest that you are never really angry at another person. Rather, if you are more honest – deeply, deeply honest – you will see that you are angry because you feel that they make it hard for you to love them Or in some cases, you feel that they make it hard for you to love yourself. This enrages or depresses you. You do not like giving up your power to love and feel lovable. Deep down, you know that belongs to you and you alone.

We ask you to think about this. Why is it so hard to love someone who disagrees with you? You would not have a massive argument with a friend over whether or not they should eat dessert at a buffet, and yet some of you would argue to near emotional death about politics, masks, or how systemic racial inequalities should be fixed. We see your hearts dear ones. In your deepest truth you want to love. You want to share ideas. You want the diversity of ideas and ideals because from that you can create a better and more amazing world – not by insisting on “my way” or “your way” but rather by sorting yourselves out according to who and what resonates with you, and taking the best of all ideas to create something greater.

Why is it so hard for you to love someone who disagrees with you? Most of the time dear friends it is because you fear them, or you fear their ideas. You fear that what they believe in will not work, that it will put your life or life style in jeopardy. You fear it will compromise your health, make an unpleasant dent in your finances, hurt someone you care about, hurt themselves. You fear that maybe you really are unlovable, unworthy, or wrong because they refuse to validate you or your ideas. The list goes on. When you are feeling fear, you find it hard to love, and nothing aggravates you more than feeling disconnected from your very own essence, which is love.

So next time you feel angry with someone, try thinking about it differently. Try saying to yourself, “I am angry at this person because I fear ____. When I fear ___ I find it hard to love. I really want to love. I really want to feel safe. I really want to be connected to my essence. I really want to love myself. I want to feel worthy, lovable, and right, at least for myself at least. I want to feel my connection with the Source. I want to be who I truly am, and have a sense of connection to and faith in the only real power in the universe.”

Then dear ones, ripe with this truth in your hearts, find a way to start connecting with love. Walk away from the argument or agree to disagree. Seek to understand, or if you can’t stand their views simply say, “I’m sorry. I know you have a right to think however you like and that is right for you, but I do too and our views don’t resonate. I love you, however. I hope you can love me in spite of our differences. We’re both good people. We both want peaceful happy lives and we just have different ideas about how that might look. I’m sure yours are right for you and mine are right for me.“

It is true that many who want a fight would look at you as if you are absolutely insane if you spoke and acted this way but the truth is that you would feel like you and that’s all you have to do!

Stop seeking agreement. Seek instead to understand.

Conversely if someone is taking out their anger upon you, look at them, and simply say, “Ow, that hurts. I prefer to be spoken to kindly so I’ll talk to you later,” and walk away. Hang up. Leave the situation or if you can’t remain silent and walk away when they’re done. They might not be able to help themselves. They may be in such pain and fear that their unconscious mind has hijacked their ability to think lovingly. This is not about you dear ones. They are showing you their fears. Be kind to yourself, when others cannot. Agree with yourself when others cannot. Love yourself when others cannot.

In a space of self-love, others who aim their anger at you will appear like children throwing ridiculous tantrums, and their words about you, will mean nothing to you.

On this holiday in the US that celebrates independence, remember the greatest freedom that any of you have is the freedom to think the thoughts that give you joy, to feel the feelings that feel like love, so you can attune to the Divine, and in that energy, receive, allow, and experience whatever it is is you are truly in alignment with!

Your freedom to manifest in this fashion does not depend on the agreement of anyone else. The power that creates universes lives within you. Align with that love and there will be no need for agreement from anyone, for the essence of all your dreams can be fulfilled. Choose love. Choose joy. Choose any better feeling you can find when you’re upset or sad.

Choose little by little to move your mind towards the thoughts that make you feel good. As you do, then dear friends, no matter who agrees or does not, no matter which politician is “in charge,” no matter who is or isn’t wearing a mask, no matter your finances, your health, your support or lack of it, no matter whether or not you have a supportive spouse or a horrible ex, you are aligning with the Source of all creation!

Dear ones, claim your God given power and employ your freedom to choose your own thoughts!

Love is your nature. Loves is what breathes life into you even as you read these words. Love feels better. Love may not always be a warm fuzzy feeling but sometimes is simply a choice to be kind. Love may not always equate to “like” but you can nonetheless honor diverse ideas if you don’t agree with them. Love, dear friends says “I exist in all thing and all beings. I never intended to be the same. I never intended to think exactly as anyone else. In my diversity I am more than I would be in sameness.”

Much like the cells in the body are a diverse but harmonious population, and much like the trees and animals are diverse but live in harmony within a given ecosystem, you the souls, who are cells in the body of the human race, were never designed to agree with everyone else. Instead you were designed to be yourself, honor your own ideas and ideals while aligning with love, and in that reality, you will be guided in a harmonious way to dance with the rest of creation.

Next time you feel angry because you disagree with someone else, or they disagree with you, remind yourself. I prefer to love. It feels better. I want to agree to disagree. I need not fear because “although I walk in the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil, for thou art with me.” The creator is around you and within you dear ones. You need not fear, and therefore, you need not argue, and then, (sigh of relief) you are free to love.

I was woken in the middle of the night with a very direct communication. I felt someone tap on my shoulder, small taps to waken me without too much alarm. I then felt the weight of someone sitting on the edge of bed. I rolled over to see a being I had seen in council meetings but had never interacted with before.

He asked me to come to a briefing. It seems that he had been working on getting my attention during the waking hours but I wasn’t paying attention. That very evening when I went to close the bedroom door it reopened 3 times until I finally said “Stop it!” without inquiring who or why. I was just so tired! I guess the decision was made to let me have a few hours sleep before poking the bear again.

In the briefing I was shown that there will be a signal sent from Source out to the entire Galaxy. This happening in alignment with the lunar eclipse. They explained that a signal such as this had been sent before, but not during my lifetime. It is a clarion call of sorts. (as I heard this it brought to mind Gabriel’s trumpet)

This blast or pulse from Source happens when the lowest density planet in the universe (Earth) has reached a new level of sustained higher frequency in the majority of the population. This blast of codes, light and energy comes forth from Source and touches everything that has been created. There is no space left untouched by this signal.

(The vision I was shown looked like a sound or energy wave so big that it continued on into infinity.) It was explained that it is a time of great joy when this happens. This energy is very beneficial as it helps to “call all home within themselves”.

However while the energy is beneficial, it can bring great dis-ease, confusion, apathy and even aggression to those that find the signal to be at great odds within their form. It may appear to some as if Humanity is spinning out of control or going mad. Some will see the behaviors as us going backwards as a collective, but this is not the case.

They clarified that if one disconnects from all that is taking place around them in the outer world they will find peace. It will become essential to ground within yourself and not be drawn into the turmoil of the collective.

It is important to understand even with the chaos, there is a path that is created from the signal that is sent from Source. The Signal is a homing beacon that “assists us all in our journey of returning home from once we came.” (What is being referred to is every civilization that exists is also working their way back home, just as we are.)

“This burst of energy will assist one in uncovering more of the obsolete programming running within. Programs that are held deep within the cellular structure.”

Removal of such programs often requires sleep as the body goes into a still point within so that much can be removed. It reminds me of when you delete a program off of your computer, you must shut it down and then restart to make sure all the files are gone. Besides exhaustion, people may experience body pains, anxiety, sensitivity and irritability. Giving yourself and others the space and grace to utilize this blast from Source will help tremendously.

Some may find tremendous upheaval in the next few weeks as their body and subsequent reality adjust to the signal. It was shown that the more we are able to look within to find the cause of discomfort and unease rather than looking to another person, place, thing or event as the reason for our pain, the faster we will assimilate the higher energies.

This pulse of code from Source will serve as an activation of sorts as it will simultaneously help us to unburden ourselves from false programming, while helping to activate the divine blueprint that is available yet dormant in most of humanity. It is through this blueprint that we will be able to heal ourselves in ways we have only dreamed about.

The unburdening & activation begins immediately once the pulse has been sent and received. The more we are able to clear what is not in alignment with Source, the more the we are able to access and utilize our pure divine blueprint.

“Within the blueprint is a homing beacon that will lead you back to Source. Understand that it is not Source out there (he pointed up) but the one in here (pointing to the heart). Once one has activated and empowered the Source within themselves it becomes a path that has the potential to shift not only your reality but the reality of the whole.”

I was shown this path as very much like Moses parting the red sea. It would be clear and it felt protected. I asked what it meant to fully activate Source within ourselves and was told that “One that is activated will be in complete congruence in all that they are, in words, thoughts, and deeds.”

This is a really exciting time and while it feels like it is going to get really turbulent, we as a whole are still making progress. This signal from Source is here to help us undo all programming that is not in our highest good and to come home within ourselves, to the place where Source resides WITHIN.

This pulse will bring up within us all that is not in alignment with Source and for us to work to change it. Our job is to also not get caught up in all that is collapsing and to look within ourselves instead of “out there” when we experience the dissonance between density we may hold and the frequency being sent. Not an easy task, but understanding what is happening really does help. This pulse from Source feels as if it really gives us a big push on our journey home.

The Galactic Codex

Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the Dark Forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.
As the Galaxy was being liberated form the grip of the Dark Forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.
We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.
Section I: The Law of Divine Grace
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience .
To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.
Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life. Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity. Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur. Let us explain the subsections:
Section I/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance
This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.
Section I/2: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to Ascension
This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.
Section I/3: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family Mandala
This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.
Section I/4: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to all information
This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.
Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.
Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings
This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.
Section III: The Law of Balance
Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh
This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.
Section IV: The Law of Intervention
The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws
This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces. The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light. On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene. This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.
Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws
This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces. The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth. The situation on planet Earth just indicates how much more power darkness had over Light on this planet. Fortunately, this is changing now.
Section IV/2: The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary
This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force. The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free. Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.
Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true. Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation. So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.

Especially when you are inundated with media reports of turmoil around the world, it is important for your health in mind, body and spirit to frequently breathe deeply; then exhale slowly to release stress so it doesn’t accumulate and cause imbalance. Please, dear family, take a moment now and do that for yourselves. Thank you!

Now then, two global situations are keeping Earth’s energy field of potential in fervent activity. Let us speak first about the protests against racism and excessive police force that started in the United States and quickly erupted in many other countries. Essential change doesn’t start with leaders, but with demands of the peoples.

You may have seen films of George Floyd’s death and noticed unusual circumstances: The policeman who had his knee on Mr. Floyd’s neck looked “vacant” as he gazed at the person who was filming him, and the three policemen who were standing nearby appeared to have little interest in what was happening.

The very second the incident started, those five souls and others in their respective pre-birth agreements amended their soul contracts so they could participate as they did. The policemen’s apparent lack of emotions and lack of dread in Mr. Floyd was the effect of their subconscious processing as they acted in accordance with their newly-agreed-upon roles.

They did so to thrust racism onto the global stage so dramatically that this pernicious aspect of humanity no longer can be brushed aside. Earth’s civilization cannot advance in spiritual and conscious awareness until the unjustness of systemic bigotry ends and healing can come to the society.

The other global situation is the continuing saga of the coronavirus. Keeping in mind that most national borders are closed to travelers, you may ask how that disease reached countries that had been free of it. It happened the same way it did in China’s Hunan province—the virus was released by drones, or, in the new countries, perhaps by crop-dusting as well.

Although the two areas differ greatly, both were prime targets for the Illuminati to unleash their virus. Along with dense air pollution, Hunan is saturated with 5G technology whose emissions are damaging to bodies; both conditions compromise immune systems and render the residents susceptible to contracting a contagious respiratory disease.

People in the countries where covid-19 was more recently introduced are equally vulnerable. They have low immunity due to existing health issues caused by malnutrition and other substandard living conditions.

The spike in numbers of cases and deaths in the United States was predictable. Masks prevent normal respiratory functioning and that severely affects immunity. Stress also adversely affects immune systems, and a great deal of stress has been caused by “stay at home,” mass unemployment, economic hardships, child care for people who must work, and the exhaustion of hospital personnel and first responders.

The ones behind this pandemic want you to believe otherwise, so the finger-pointing is at people who are not wearing masks or “social distancing” and businesses opening too quickly. Another aspect of the rising numbers is that cases and deaths from numerous medical issues are falsely reported as due to covid-19 or complications thereof.

Contrary to what may appear as the dark ones winning this round, they are not. They’re digging their graves deeper, in a manner of speaking. The truth about the laboratory-designed, patented coronavirus cannot be hidden from the public much longer.

Removing from the Internet the testimonies of individuals who know the truth isn’t preventing the posting of other truthful information, and labeling it “conspiracy theory” is not going to work on the dark ones’ behalf either.

To readers who also asked if Bill Gates and Dr. Anthony Fauci are among those responsible for the pandemic, yes, both are heavily involved. So is the CDC, whose “guidelines” often are mandated.

Now about Q and Qanon. According to Nirvana’s monitors of Earth, Q is a few individuals who have extensive personal knowledge of “Deep State,” the secret society we call Illuminati and others refer to as the cabal, One World Order, Shadow government and other designations.

Qanon, a loosely allied group of individuals who research or have personal knowledge of information not readily available to the public, follow Q’s enigmatic messages posted on an Internet site and interpret those with varying degrees of accuracy. Because the intention of all these individuals is to expose the dark ones, information coming from Q or Qanon also is ridiculed as “conspiracy theory.”

Mainstream media are controlled, information on the Internet is a mixture of authentic and false, and social media is a hotbed of opinions along with facts, so be discerning about information from all sources. Ask within—the truths you are seeking reside at soul level.

“I heard that your president [United States President Trump] ordered the military to destroy underground bases where they found many children in cages and released them. Please ask Matthew if this actually happened.”

Nirvana’s monitors can’t confirm that the rescue order came from President Trump, but it is true that military troops released hundreds of children held captive in the Illuminati’s mammoth underground bases; then destroyed the bases. The children are receiving medical and psychological care.

Dear ones, we know from our own lifetimes in worlds that are loosening third-density shackles that it is exceedingly difficult to always feel positive and confident.

You come from civilizations where only joy, kindness, honesty, generosity, forgiveness, gratitude and other emotions with high vibrations exist. And now here you are in the midst of Earth’s emotional spectrum that includes impatience, anger, disappointment, intimidation, discouragement, hopelessness, pessimism, frustration and fear. Dispelling those negative sensations by radiating the light of high emotions to inspire Earth’s peoples to manifest the better world they want is why you chose to be where you are.

Yes, indeed, reasoning is involved, but you don’t have to eschew emotions to use good judgment, make wise decisions and employ common sense. Furthermore, life without any emotions would be a dim, hollow existence.

  On July 4th we will be blessed with a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse that will complete the powerful Triple Eclipse Series we have been experiencing for the past month. This event coincides with the celebration of Independence Day in the United States of America. According to the Company of Heaven, the synchronicity of these two events and the unprecedented events that are happening around the World are paving the way for the fulfillment of a facet of the Divine Plan that has been unfolding in the Realms of Cause since the United States of America lost our way after the founding of this country. No matter where you abide on the face of the Earth, your assistance in bringing this facet of the Divine Plan to God Victorious fruition will benefit ALL Life evolving on this Planet. Please read the following information with an open heart and mind and respond according to your Heart’s Call. Your Light is needed NOW!   In October of 2019, a huge portal of Light that once pulsated in the Heavenly Realms above New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington, D.C. was activated and once again opened to full breadth.     Now, through the Supreme Eternal Mercy and Compassion of our Father-Mother God, the Cosmic I AM—All That Is, I accept the Divine Fiat that is allowing NEW frequencies of the Yellow-Gold Flame of Enlightenment from the very Heart of God to Awaken, Enlighten, Empower, Guide and Protect ALL of Humanity in ways that have never before been attempted. Lunar Eclipse Meditation July 5th(Europe) – 6:00-6.44 CET.

Blessings Beloveds ~
Here we are at the final eclipse of our Triple-Eclipse passage. Energies may make us tired-and-wired. Magnetic shifts are literally pulling apart density and making way for the NEW REALM, which landed last week, to reveal in the physical realms.

Be sure to commune with nature and ask the plants, rocks, animals, water and elementals to express their Crystalline New Earth Self. Feel it, they respond quickly to our heart-based open-conduit of Source radiation.

Remember this is a very mystical few weeks of rapid change. 

Our Divine Empowerment requires learning how to utilize our Creator BEingness, our Creator State. All focus and invocations on the creation of Freedom, within and without. Feel it, command it, create Freedom for all through pure Unity consciousness!

The End Game is Love A gentle re-hearter: Spiritual Disclosure of the Divine HUman and Unity Consciousness is End Game. Ascension is not something you wish, watch, or wait for. We are in a phase of consistent waves, solar flashes, and stargate flows to support an experience. As Gaia said, it’s happening NOW. Many are swayed into choosing sides or saviors, because it gives them comfort with the vivid unknown that is 2020. Let those aspects have their experience, and try not to be disheartened by the dismantling (even your own). Remember you don’t have to watch it burn. You have the Divine Birthright of free will to co-create and have a new experience. This passage is tough on the mental and emotional levels, which is why we focus on balance and stability within, to assist with balance and stability without. Be sure to unplug from the scramble of narratives often; it literally interferes with your coherence, which affects your DNA’s ability to do something new, which affects your reality. Apply uncommon sense. Duality and judgment have a very short shelf life. Remember this year is filled with sleight-of-hand, and many realities need your agreement or verbal reinforcement to manifest (ie: saying *they* are going to do this or that). Choose wisely, dear hearts. We are all learning unity consciousness under global duress.

Only empower the thoughts, words, actions and feelings you desire to see manifested. Forgive those who dishonor life, utilize discernment as you focus on peace. Don’t let social distancing become heart-distancing, or you’ll miss the bigger thing unfolding in this Now.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are interpreting the energies that are coming to us from the higher-dimensional realms in the same way that this channel is interpreting our energy and creating with us these daily transmissions. What we have noticed in our channeling is that the collectives in the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth dimensions are very interested in seeing how you all are going to continue to expand and evolve there on planet Earth, and they are also expressing how much love and compassion they have for you all, as well as how much they want to help. You will often ask a collective, or an Archangel, for help, for protection, for a particular manifestation, not even realizing that the help you are asking for is being given to you freely by these higher-dimensional beings, and they are even assisting you in raising your vibration so that you can be a match to what you have been summoning. Now is a very good time for all of you to acknowledge the helpers that you have around you at all times. Remember that we are all in this together, and you do not have to earn the right to receive anything from any being in this beautiful universe of ours. The truth is that engaging in an act of service, being kind to someone else, naturally puts you in a higher-vibrational state. And when you are in a higher-vibrational state, you are then more likely to receive what you have been asking for. This is the lifetime where you shift from that archaic paradigm to one where you recognize yourselves as co-creators and colleagues with the collectives that exist in the higher dimensions. Now is the time to recognize that you are not separate from them. Therefore, these higher-vibrational beings could never forget you, never leave you out, or not notice when you are calling upon them. But again, you need to do the work, and the work we are referring to is not hard labor. We are talking about meditating, being open and receptive, and putting yourselves into those higher-vibrational states by following your feelings. Greetings to all of you who are reading or listening to this message. I bid you great tidings, for all is well on the surface of planet earth. Despite how it may look in outer appearances. This is all to do with the way you see things.

It’s important that you cultivate an ability, to see things as your heart does, to live in heart awareness, heart consciousness. To be still. To allow your heart to open, fully open, to the full potential of the consciousness that you truly are.

There are many beings of light around you, that are assisting you at this time, to help you to do this. But it is important that you take the steps and the time to centre yourself daily, to allow yourself to become the still point, the very centre of your heart. In doing so, you will discover aspects of yourself, qualities of yourself, a feeling of yourself, that you have only dreamed of. It is right there for you, it is sitting right in your heart centre, waiting to be tapped into fully, completely, lovingly and openly.

It will become apparent to you as times move forward, just how easy it is to connect to this still point, relax with this, have fun with this, for this is the easiest way to do it, to bring yourself into your still point.

Allow your physical body to loosen, release the tension, let go of your worries, your anxieties, your fears. It is a little, as this one imagines, to holding on and clinging on to the side of a swimming pool, just as you might do in your daily life, in the many actions you take, it feels like you’re constantly clinging on in a certain way, and then when you relax, you feel as if you can release yourself. In truth you are letting go to the very truth that you are, you are surrendering. And imagine if you will, in this analogy, of holding onto the side of a swimming pool, and then allowing yourself to drift, trusting, that you will float, that you will always be supported, you are eternally supported. You are eternally supported by yourself, your higher self. The true fabric of who you really are. And in that state of being, there is nothing to hold onto.

You see, from a very young age, you have all been conditioned, programmed if you will, to grip, to hold on. And by doing so, you take yourselves further out of heart consciousness, and into mental control. This is one of the many things, that the energies coming in right now, are changing for you, and helping you to change. But you must be a willing participant, you must be a conscious participant.

We recommend that you go in daily, to your heart centre, surrender. Allow yourselves to drift freely, into melding into your heart centre. And instead of searching for the still point, allow it to draw you in, surrender to it, surrender to the truth that you are. Much like the analogy of releasing your grip from the side of the pool, in full faith and love and joy, that you are eternally supported and you are absolutely safe dear ones.

This is important because you see, whatever you can let go of, is not you. And when you let go and allow yourselves to drift and meld into your still point, you become aware of who you really are, you become aware of what you are. You become aware of when you fully let go, when you immerse yourself in your heart centre, you become your true state of being, this is what it is to live in the fifth dimension and above.

These are glorious times, in the unfolding’s that you are moving through at this time.

Love Is Always Present

As you wait expectantly for humanity’s awakening, be aware that it is imminent even though that may not appear to be the case as you read and digest the daily global news offerings of pain, suffering, and political disharmony.

These are indeed interesting times, and it is all too easy to become depressed and disillusioned as those in authority continue attempting to withhold your sovereign freedom and persuade or command you to obey rules and regulations that are socially divisive and which tend to lead to conflict among you.

Their desperate attempts to control you all are becoming self-defeating as more and more start to realize that the motives of those in power are almost totally self-serving, and have practically nothing to do with serving humanity’s best interests, despite their claims to the contrary. The time in which the many submit in unquestioning obedience to the few has gone on for far too long and is now reaching its inevitable endpoint.

When major changes – ENORMOUS changes – occur in the way that humanity perceives itself, leading to major alterations in the way that people relate to one another, chaos and confusion arise as well because people are being shaken out of their normal daily routines, intensifying the underlying sense of uncertainty that is a major and unsettling aspect of life in form.

This is precisely what is happening now all across the world. Global confusion is seriously unsettling for humanity, extremely unsettling, and there are very few among you who are not feeling the uncertainty and anxiety, even fear, as you wonder: “What on Earth is going on, and what is going to happen next.”

You have all grown from infancy to adulthood and quite naturally learned to live in uncertainty to a certain extent – what will the weather be like tomorrow, will I have health problems, does my partner really love me, how will the children cope with school, college, the adult world? – but the uncertainty arising now is far more intense and alarming than anything previously experienced.

It seems that things cannot return to what appeared to be ‘normal’ because restrictions on your personal freedom remain in force presently, prohibiting you from meeting with others except in very small groups while maintaining ‘social distancing.’ And maybe you are realizing that you were not as free as you thought you were before the corona-virus, and the restrictions imposed because of it, arrived and changed the way you lived your daily lives.

For most of your recorded history small groups of influential people – royalty, aristocracy, religious organizations, and military leaders – have developed systems of rules to control and direct the lives of the masses, in order to provide themselves with a better and more enjoyable standard of living,while forcing those masses to live lives of back-breaking servitude and poverty.

Now, as more and more of you become aware of the dishonesty and lack of integrity in so many of those who hold positions of the greatest human power and authority, their ability to maintain control is collapsing as they attempt to impose even more stringent restrictions on your divinely given human freedoms in their desperate measures to maintain the status quo. Their time is over. However, during these final moments there will continue to be major disruptions in the short term in many areas, as they try to enforce their desperate measures.

As you have been told so often by so many wise teachers, Love is the path, the only path that can lead you safely and successfully through the areas of human interaction in which intense disagreement divides you, areas in which it seemed that the only practical resource by which to achieve satisfactory results is through force of conflict. 

However, conflict only leads to further division and suffering for many, as your history demonstrates very clearly. The vast majority have now realized this, and so the will to engage in conflict is failing, and people are looking for more intelligent ways to resolve divisive issues, and are coming to the realization that what the wise ones have been telling them for a very long time is absolutely valid, namely that LOVE alone is the way forward.

It does take courage, in a world where the power of force has ruled for so long, to choose to engage only lovingly with whatever arises, but those who have started to do that are finding that it most definitely does work.

Going within daily, to your holy inner sanctuaries, if you allow yourselves the time to relax there quietly, and be undisturbed by others or by your communication devices, will bring you respite from the concerns and anxieties of your daily human lives.

With respite established Love can flow into your hearts demonstrating to you Its effectiveness as your anxieties and concerns become less intense. If you can maintain a regular unbroken or uninterrupted practice of going to that quiet inner space for about three weeks – every day for just 21 days – you will find that you are more at peace with yourselves, less disturbed by unexpected and troubling events or interactions, and you will find yourselves dealing far more calmly and satisfactorily with the everyday issues with which life as a human presents you.

Love is the energy field of Life, of Consciousness, of Source, within which all that has been created has its eternal existence. There is nowhere and nothing else.

What you are experiencing as humans in form is an unreal state of existence, an idea or concept that you collectively chose to establish purely to experience the unreal and make it appear totally real. The unreal is a state of separation from Love – even though it is impossible to be separated from Love – in which that which is in opposition to or not in alignment with Love appears to be utterly real. It is, as you are well aware, extremely convincing when you are living lives in form, but form itself is unreal, there is only energy – LOVE.

An enormous cognizant awareness of the infinite power of Love is arising within humanity, an awareness that It truly is the only power, and that all other power is unreal and dissolves, disintegrates, fails, when you open yourselves to allow and invite Love to enter.

When people choose – everyone has free will and is making choices all the time – to engage with anger, resentment, hatred, judgment, and other unloving feelings or emotions, they are blocking Love from their hearts.

It has not gone anywhere, because It is always Present, being the life force that maintains your eternal existence, and by holding onto or clinging to those feelings a person is choosing not to acknowledge let alone welcome Love into their life, into their awareness. 

While people engage with what is unloving, Love waits patiently for as long as it takes for them to change their minds. All will change their minds and choose to remember that Love is their true and eternal nature, because that is the divine Will and, therefore, the will of every sentient being but, being free, they are free to choose when that will be.

Collectively most have chosen to remember their true nature, and that is why so much change is now occurring worldwide. For those who have chosen to awaken – and many are as yet unaware that that is a choice that only they can make for themselves and is indeed one that they have already made – awakening is very close.

In these momentous times it is vital that you make sure to set the intent at least once daily to be loving, and only loving whatever arises, and by so doing you most effectively play your own essential and individual part in the wakening process.

Little Update from My Perspective & Observation:

What do outdoor kiosks sell mostly in Greece?only healthy thing to consume:water,if not added fluoride in it.All else sugar,salt & cigarettes & some toys.Now if one considers that most supermarkets work the same way one can realize how much of toxic substances go into the bodies of those consumers without them being aware of it,including children.And so,no wonder the rise of frequencies on the planet behooves all those that do not wish to face their soul’s call.First one needs to set the intention to clean body from all toxicities.Then one needs to move forward and do inner work in silence for at least 15-20 daily to find peace within so to be able to remain peaceful and loving in all circumstances.And the light coming in is now forcing the way so to speak as there is no coming back to what it was.While the current structures are doing the best they can to keep up the status quo,they are doomed to fail as we begin to see with the taking down of vatican for example.But this is only on the surface,as there is war also underground.Know that we are not alone in this and at this moment .The Galactic Federation of Light with all their ships are so densely patterned around our planet and solar system that if we were to see how many ships and craft there are, we would almost not see the sky.

J: Ashian, I am here to today to ask what you wish to share.

A: Beloved Jennifer, it is wonderful to share with you as always.

We are with you, all of you. We are now so densely patterned around your planet and solar system that if you were to see how many ships and craft there are, you would almost not see the sky!

J: Really!

A: Surprisingly, yes. Vibrations are rising; great, universe-affecting revelations and changes are about to occur. We are all here, both to witness and to support you.

J: Can you say more about these revelations and changes.

A: They go to the very heart of your power and economic structures. All you have been told is false; you have been programmed to believe the lies and not notice the truth. This is about to end. The lies are now crumbling, soon to take some crashing blows.

J: Like what? Dare I ask!

A: My dearest, you may always ask! We may not always be at liberty to divulge. When the time is ready, you will see it, know it. And more information is to follow then.

Right now, you are in a ‘mini-lull’, a tiny moment of calm. Regroup. Recentre. Use what time you have – for we are aware that this period has brought enormous stress and strain to almost all – to nurture yourselves. We cannot say this often enough or powerfully enough.

J: We matter!

A: You do. Each and every one of you. Your well being determines your vibration. Your vibration determines the speed and ease of the awakening process currently unfolding on Gaia.

J: So loving and caring for ourselves isn’t… selfish?

A: Nooo. Not at all; my dearest hearts, each and every one of you, you are more precious to us than you can ever conceive. Your well being is our paramount focus. Not just because of the ascension process, but because you Are us. What happens to you is felt by us too.

You currently live in a shroud; a veil that prevents you from feeling the interconnection of All That Is. But how could anything exist outside ALL That Is? It is, as the reference point implies, ALL That Is.
Your well being increases your compassion and forgiveness for yourselves and others. That matters at this time because the frequencies of these emotions are what make the difference between riding a formula 1 car or a bicycle.

J: I get the picture! Self love, self care puts us in the faster, easier ride of a formula 1 car. Can you say more about self care? What should, or could, it look like?

A: We laugh with your self correction! There are no shoulds, there are only opportunities for different vibrational pathways.

Self care is anything that makes you feel more centred in your heart, any practice or hobby that leaves you feeling peaceful, content, and energised… There are no shoulds, for each one of you are unique and exquisite beyond measure, so that which replenishes you will also be unique.

J: You were going to say more about compassion and forgiveness…

Yes, these two emotions are powerful when directed inwards, because almost all of you are maintaining blockages due to the unconscious holding back of forgiveness towards yourselves, for things you have done, said or thought, which – now you are wiser – you would have chosen differently.

Free yourselves first. Forgive yourselves first. Let it be ok that who you were then, is not who you are now. It shows how far you have traveled on your journey, and the journey of each soul is sacred to All That Is.

J: Goodness, that feels very powerful coming through me. I hope those who read this channel can experience the enormous wave of acceptance, compassion and forgiveness you are flooding through me as I write.

A: It is not just for you; it is for everyone. There are no corners to All That Is, no pockets, nooks or crannies where the unconditional love of All That Is refuses to flow; you may refuse to accept it and that is your free will, it is honoured by all of us.

However, for All That Is, there is no holding back. There is only the flow of love. You, each one of you, may stop the flow by blocking forgiveness, but pure love is always there, waiting for you to allow it flow through you. You are the love and the light. We are all the love and the light.

We leave you with the guarantee of our deepest compassion for you, you who read these words. Right where you are. Right now. On this in-breath. You are perfection exactly as you are now. Exactly as you have lived every second of your life to this point.

Feel the depth of our unconditional love for you, you are worthy of it. Every. Single. One. Of. You.
