Children of the light, we greet you from
the light. We greet you with love from the womb of our planetary
mother, Venus. We are known as the planet of love, for that is the
dominant vibration here. Love has been so maligned upon your surface
world. We say surface for we know that the inner realms of your Gaia are
teeming with love and light and the areas that are not are becoming
transmuted and transformed.
We are the Venusian High Priestesses of
Light. We see many of you longing for love, longing for your twins,
longing for partnership. True partnership, we gently remind, begins
within. For when one is at war with oneself no harmony can be achieved.
The human psyche has been so damaged and programmed that true inner
harmony and peace is a rare find, although we see our lightened ones
with whom this message resonates are becoming closer and closer to
achieving this inner harmony and bliss, which brings us great delight,
for we know how you have so longed for it. The discord of the outer is a
reflection of the inner. And thus, higher vibrational beings with inner
still waters of peace and deep thought dwell in realms where this is
reflected outwardly.
We are the Venusian High Priestesses of
Light. Many of you have visited our realms of healing in your astral
travels. It is not so hard to come here. We offer healing with our
yellow skies and purple seas, the beauty here heals many a troubled
soul. Many of you rest here in between lifetime sojourns upon earth, for
healing, for quiet, for time-space of deep contemplation. We are known
here as the goddesses of love, for we work with the frequencies of love.
We are aligned. Our chakras are balanced and operate as a steady plasma
flow of light. There is no true separation of these chakra systems for
we are all united in our energy flow. We wish to invite you to work with
us. This need not be sexual in nature. Every chakra, every body system
is equally important. All must flow united. We work with the energies.
As the infinity symbol the energies flow thusly. (I am seeing a
plasma-like infinity symbol running through the body with the nexus
points at the heart). In your ancient times and temples many priests and
priestesses offered sexual healing through the act of sexual
intercourse and alignment of energies. It is quite possible to be
aligned. It is quite possible for you. When one’s sacral chakra is free
and unhindered, healed and whole, then the energy flow is unhindered,
unblocked and the whole system flows better. We see that many of you
reading have memories now being rekindled of being such a priest or
priestess. In the higher realms there is no perversion, only healing,
alignment, discovery, bliss. We wish for you to be able to comprehend
the love and alignment within these words. For there is no judgement
with sexual union when free will is delightedly observed and honored. We
wish for you to be furthered in your sexual healing, for this will
propel you towards the higher dimensional realities that await you more
smoothly. Imagine a plasma pillar within your trunk of your sacred
temple body. Imagine lightening within it. Imagine all of the jagged
edges that a lightening strike has. This is how many individual’s
energies feel within one’s body when it is not aligned. Now imagine
smoothing out the jagged edges of the lightening bolt so that is is a
smooth bright pillar of light. Run it through your system. Infuse with
colors, balanced, whole. The light transforms the darkness, the jagged
edges of bolts that light up the night. (I am seeing a black stormy sky
with lightening bolts suddenly become all light). No, this is now a
continual moving, living, breathing plasma crystalline pillar within
you. Sexual harmony intermingling with harmony of the other systems.
This will best prepare you for your twin reunions, which if they have
not already occurred are in the process of becoming solid.
We are the Venusian High Priestesses of
Light. (I am being surrounded by lotus blossoms). The lotus comes in
many colors. There are many petals, there is much light within this
flower that grows from mud and blossoms in beauty. It transforms its
environment into beauty. Such is what is occurring on your surface world
now as the light workers become more light, more aligned, as the light
workers shine their light in their cities, in their work places, their
homes. This pillar of light that you have activated is very powerful,
very potent. Feel the alignment within. All pain is transmuted within
it. An aligned body assists an aligned spirit, and blesses an aligned
heart. You are a mighty being of Source light having an earthy sojourn.
Do not lose sight of the importance of your own healing amidst the game.
For your healing heals Gaia. Sexually aware and awake beings, balanced,
healed. This is how we see you in this now moment. There is tremendous
alchemy within the sexual act but it need not wait for twin reunion. You
as aspects of your own twin can have this feeling of balance, of yin
and yang in this now moment. This is why this one saw the infinity
symbol for we utilize it. We are fully balanced aspects of ourselves and
in so doing fully bless our twin as well. Breathe in the light. Become
whole. Become freed from the bonds and ideologies of what sex is in a
lower dimensional matrix. It is the creation of life. It is the creation
of eternal bonds of light, of experience and it is a deep inner balance
and peace that can be held deep within the sacral chakra space for a
firm foundation of peace, of balance. It is the cornerstone to a
balanced life for it grounds you to your other and to yourself. This
weight of balance, of sexual energy, is a part of you. You can deny it,
you can veil it, you can ignore it, but it remains constant. As an
ascending soul these energies are a tremendous assistance. You need not
experience sex to work with the energies. They are within you. Envision
the infinity symbol deep within your pelvic floor, balanced, strong,
healed. Build upon this. Envision the infinity symbol traveling up
balancing your male and female halves and aspects, your sequential
chakras. Now envision the infinity symbol of what you have experienced
to what you wish to experience. You are all masters of experience. You
have had so many. You have so much to offer. When you pass through and
are able to access all of your akashic memories, it will be overwhelming
to observe and re-feel what you have experienced. This is part of your
healing. We heal through light, through infinity symbols, through plasma
waves. You have access to all of these things through such
visualizations. Peace. Be balanced. Be complete in your sexuality.
Experience the freedom and joy of one who is balanced and healed.
We are the Venusian High Priestesses of
Light. We love you. We are aware there is much to heal from in this area
of experience upon Gaia. We are sending colors from our realm, lavender
and yellow, to you now. May you be transmuted and ignited. Bring these
colors of healing deep into your body and experience the alchemy of one
who is balanced in their own power. Longing you need not experience. It
is within you. Just as the lotus blossom continually shows a new petal
this healing may take some time. Yet another petal of new hope is always
being revealed. There is hope all around you for those of you healing
from sexual trauma. Lightening rods can power great cities or destroy in
an instant. Sexual alchemy is something to be treated with reverence,
with great respect and with promise of joy and renewal. We see sexual
alchemy as a process of infusing Gaia’s populace with new energies quite
literally as more and more higher dimensional spirits wish to take on
the form of a human child, as new energies of new life are infused into
Nova Gaia. Bodies will be made young again. Family expansion will be a
possibility again.
We are the Venusian High Priestess of
Light. We fill your body systems with light. Know you have the tools for
sexual healing and balance and rest in this space. Every portion of the
lotus blossom has a purpose, including the muddy roots. The DNA of the
lotus is in the roots as well as the flower. All things work for
healing, for beauty. We bring the lotus blossom down now into your
sacral chakra. It is now the foundation for the pillar of plasma light
within you. Hope, purity, beauty. That is who you are as Source
fractals. Remember who you are, dear children of light. Do not be afraid
for that is the old way. Be empowered for that is who you are now and
who we see you now as Nova Gaians – balanced, strong, sexually renewed
and renewed in every capacity.

in the muddy bank, to experience the growth up through the dark waters,

reaching ever further for its own glory to be revealed. This is how we
see you. We see your inner glory and beauty being revealed to

Channeled Message from John F. Kennedy
Hello, I am John F. Kennedy…Jack…as many have called me in the past, and the name I am going by for these purposes.
I am so very glad that I have been able
to communicate with you patriots at this time in our world. As you can
imagine, I have felt very invested in these times even though I am not
physically living in these times at the moment. I hope to convey to you
that I am like you, and I am with you, and I am trying to guide those
who will listen to my words. I am very intrigued at all that is going on
right now in your world…although I feel that it is my world, also.
It is very important that you listen to
my words because I have the experience from the past, and also from the
future in many ways, given from where I have been perched lately, for so
many years. So, I have much knowledge and experience to pass along at
this time.
Let me say, my message is one of
hope…it is one of inspiration…it is one of love, and possibly a bit
of sadness. I want to primarily however, provide a message that is
inspiring and hopeful. So I will say in this moment…you all are doing
an amazing job right now in trying to expose the secrets that have been
secret for far too long.
I knew about the cabal’s secrets way
back when I was on earth, so they have been secret for a long time.
There are many, many new patriots who are now waking up, especially
because of the virus situation. That is wonderful…we are gathering
more and more numbers…greater numbers, and that is exemplary and
important…and I wanted to profess to you all, that I wish I was there
right now with you all, physically, I truly do. I am actually a bit
envious that you are able to experience these transformational times.
Although I can experience them somewhat from within my muse, and others
of you who feel a strong connection to me…so I appreciate you all very
much, all who are open to hearing, and connecting with me.
I have been channeled by many muses…I
chose this muse for a series of messages because she and I both are very
idealistic and expect the best at all times. The times right now do not
seem to be the best, but you who are patriots know that the times are
getting better…you can see it, and you can feel it, and I encourage
you to hang onto that feeling, as much and as often as possible.
During the times when you don’t feel
quite so hopeful and positive, you can send your love out to all others
and that will allow you to feel better also…because the love flows
through you, from the universe, out to others. So, when you send love to
others, you are also sending love to yourself!
I have learned this since I have been
gone from earth. I did not understand spirituality back then as well as I
do now. I am just adding that because it may seem very strange to
others to hear me talk in this way…especially among people who have
known me in the past…they may say, “it doesn’t sound like JFK because
he didn’t talk about love!”…however, I say he has learned (chuckles)
since that time, about love…unconditional love.
So, when you are feeling hopeless, try
to concentrate and focus on love…in any of its forms…and hopefully,
that will help you.
I am also feeling, not just from my muse
here, but from others too, that they are feeling much pressure to
educate others about all of the “Disclosure” topics…and there are a
myriad of topics, that is the truth!
However, there are so many of you who
are feeling such pressure from that particular task, including my muse,
and they are allowing it to bring them down. When you are dispirited
that much, and that often, it is not good, for anyone. It is not good
for you, and when you are in that mode it doesn’t help the people you
are trying to educate, truthfully.
The information should be expressed in a
pure form when you provide it to others. There are many, many of you
who are doing an amazing job at educating others…and I am so very
pleased to see your great works! However, I am concerned about those who
feel the pressure to educate others, when it might not be their path to
be doing so. If they are feeling too much pressure from it, maybe it
could be their path to, as my muse says, “hold the light” for
society…for humanity, instead…just as an example. All paths are
challenging to follow, no matter the form it takes.
Hence, there are those who want to
educate others and are able to do it and somehow not become depressed by
it. Those are the souls who are on their true path.
My muse here has been diligently trying
to educate others because she feels it’s important…as it is…but she
gets depressed by it quite a bit. So, she is learning to lessen her
involvement on that path, and instead, do things such as
this…channeling messages for others…and at this, she excels, and she
is also quite passionate about it!
I wanted to impart to you, my beloved
patriots, that not everyone has to take the same path as others. Each
and every one of you has a unique path…it may be similar to another’s
path, but it is still unique.
I have referred to this in other of my
messages also…and that is everyone has a unique role to play and bring
forth on earth at this time. I am just so blessed to be able to watch
you all from above, and to assist some of you, to speak through some of
you, and to inspire some of you. I am so very proud of all of you…this
is not an easy time to live in, right now. You are doing it
though…you are doing amazing things. Even though it seems at times
like progress has been slowed, or not moving at all, I hope you know
inside yourself that is not accurate…because things are moving forward
every moment, even every millisecond of a moment!
We have galactic help, we have spirit
help, we have ascended master help, and we have our own humanity
helping. The percentage of humanity who is waking up now is growing,
moment by moment! I tell you this with no hesitation because I can see
it!
So, what you are doing, all of
you…whatever unique role you have, and you feel excited about, and
passionate about…those things are helping in every moment, to help
awaken others. Even if you are not feeling compelled and guided to
tweet, or to facebook, find what you are passionate about. Find the way
that you want to best help others in this moment.
After I crossed over, I was amazed at
the world I saw…not down here, but the world in which I then found
myself…and it is an amazing world…well, it is more of a dimension, I
would say. However let me just say this…that dimension clued me in to
many, many new ways of thinking, and everyone should be open to
changing their ways of thinking…if it is truthful and feels right in
your soul. That is what it did to me…my soul learned many new things
after I crossed over…and that is why some of the things I am saying
now do not sound like the “old Jack”…but I guarantee you, I am
Jack…a new and improved Jack, let us say! (smiles)
So, I guess we will just leave the
message as it is right now. Hopefully, I provided inspiration to some of
you. My muse and I are trying to get the word out about certain aspects
of the world right now…and the most important aspects of the world.
Truthfully, the United States, is the world, right now. No offense to
any other countries…they are all beautiful, the people are all
beautiful…everyone is beautiful on planet earth. Right now, however,
the events that are happening, are all about the United States right
now…and Trump. I will get more into Trump next time, I promise that.
For this time, I will say I love each
and every one of you with all of my heart. I am watching over you, and
trying to assist in any way I can…and I will be back soon with another
message through my muse. I encourage everyone to live your life
uniquely and as passionately as possible. All else will be taken care of
perfectly.

Some of you may be feeling very detached and rather emotionally removed. Please don’t let this make you think you have suddenly become a very unkind or uncaring creature! If you know in your heart that you care deeply about others and your planet and are normally very empathic and energetically sensitive, it can be a sign you are being of a certain kind of service.
Let us reassure you ~ detachment often indicates shifting into a different vibration in order to hold the space and act as a stabilizer, and that role is very important during turbulent times.
Love can be expressed in many different ways, and holding the space is one of them. A parent lovingly staying calm and ensuring safety while a child throws a tantrum is a wonderful example of that. A certain level of detachment is required in order to fulfill that role to the best of their ability. If they lose their balance the situation only accelerates, is prolonged, and opportunities for growth and change can be missed.
If you know your intention is one to assist the whole, trust that whatever is presenting is doing just that. You have spent far too long cultivating your compassion and love to suddenly not care at this point. Trust in who you really are, Dear Ones, and know that the many ways you serve are making a difference.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are fully surprised by humanity all the time. We never cease to be amazed by what you are able to create on your own. We know that many of you are aware that humans are routinely helped by extra-terrestrials when it comes to technology and making advancements in various fields. But you are far more creative when you are putting a paintbrush to a canvas, writing a song, or crafting a screenplay that will become a movie.
And your creativity doesn’t stop there. You have made so much with so little since the beginning of time that we know you would’ve gotten to all of those technological advances on your own if you had never reverse engineered a fallen UFO, and if you had never received any help from any extra-terrestrial beings. You are magnificent creator beings on a path of ascension, and it is a path that you have been on since the day that humanity was born.
You don’t need help, but we and others like us love helping. We love giving you that nudge, showing you how we did something, and we know that you will always put your own unique spin on whatever you are given, because that’s how creative you are. You are souls seeking experience. You have gone way past survival, and you are exploring the vastness of your own consciousness. That’s when beings and collectives in higher-dimensional planes get really excited, because then we see ourselves in you.
We want you to know that all of the downloads and information that you receive is coming from you. You’re just getting it from another aspect of you with some help from your guides, with some help from collectives like us. But there is no separation, so even when you receive from a collective from another star system, it is still you that is giving the download, that is giving the information. You cannot possibly reach outside of yourselves, but you can reach. You can go beyond the ego. You can go beyond what others have done before you, and that’s what you are doing every time you set out to create something new.
And that’s when we get excited, surprised, and amazed by the will of the human spirit, the creative force coming through a person living on Earth at this time. This is why you all are the greatest show going on in the galaxy, and why there are so many e.t.s tuning in to see what you will do and what you will create next with all that energy that you are being given on a consistent basis from higher-dimensionals, like ourselves.

STEP 2 – PREPARATION for PLANETARY REBOOT
You are a Universal angel. And it is time to start acting like it…Your current earth fears are very old. Stop looking and feeling back.ENOUGH….Your new personal counselor is joy.
Dear Ones,
Even though we have addressed your need to be right in previous blogs, we want to explain why such is so and why it is no longer appropriate.
When you lived in a 3D world of fear, you required divisions to maintain your fear boundaries. Even though the boundaries could vary a bit, you were mostly immersed in good and bad. Neither of which was an easy position. For those in the supposedly good sections had to be constantly alert to those from the bad sections encroaching on their territory. The same was true for the opposite position.
Eventually, 3D humans were always alert to the possibility of those of the opposing view taking over their life. As a result, humans were exhausted before this transition began waiting for the opposite side to pounce on their being or viewpoints.
Something similar is at the forefront now, causing all who remain trapped in 3D worries to be alert, to negate anything but ensuring that the opposing view does not permeate their carefully drawn lines of defense.
Many of you reading these materials are once again in the 3D pose of protecting yourself and others from those who have a different view. Your sensors, your total being is immersed in the flight or fight response.
Such is no longer required for you are retired. Not only from your world-saving role but also your need to worry that others may be bigger or stronger than you. A vague phrase that now has multiple meanings. For you are likely more worried about different beliefs and concepts than you are physical harm. Fears that feed your 3D fight or flight patterns.
What you have yet to realize is you are more powerful than any concept or ill will.
You are a Universal angel. And it is time to start acting like it.
Enough with crying to others that you will be overtaken by this or that boogeyman. Enough with your need to isolate yourself so you can maintain your new you status. Open the doors. Open the windows. You no longer need to cower in the corners. Nor do you need to physically remove the ‘bad guys.’ Such a statement frightens you for you are near the edge of your ability to accept anything other than sunshine.
It is like bringing a slingshot to an atomic war. That last statement does not mean war is inevitable; it is merely an example of how much more powerful you are than any boogeyman you can conjure up. And right now, most of you are conjuring up thousands of boogeymen. They are there and there and there. All the while, you are safely enmeshed in your life whether you are self-isolating during this COVID season or wary of those who are.
Do you not understand how limiting your beliefs have become, and therefore, your actions? You are so enmeshed in finding and destroying boogeymen that you do not have time to rest or find your joy.
Some of you dislike that thought. For you respond, you are protecting your home from fires, or someone you love has COVID, or those liberals or alt-rights cannot be contained. All factors designed for you to revert to your 3D fears.
ThreeD is screaming it’s last gasps of fear as it burns from the earth. Those 3D screams are so loud as to be deafening, as to roar louder than any sweet bird call or child’s laughter. Causing you – despite your Universal angel status – to ignore all that is right in your life. To see the fires, but not the healing wonders of new life. To see the hate, but not the sparks of love that have permeated 3D life and are now starting to roar back.
This is a new world.
You are initiating your new life in your new world with worn-out 3D fears and angst. Such is not to mean you are bad or stupid for doing so, merely a time-waster in this beautiful environment with your fully functioning Universal being. Allow yourself to flit through various times in your earth lives, to visit other dimensions or frequencies, or to travel to other earth places on without the physical implements you believe are necessary.
Most of you are moaning that you are not capable of any of the aforementioned activities. That you are of the earth and that earth is experiencing so much pain and anger, you cannot see beyond either. Ah, The old phrase, “But Mom, everyone is doing it, so why can’t I?”
Yes, most earthlings are involved with this last gasp of fear, and such is so for a reason. Those in the second and beyond waves need to fully experience that fear, so they understand how to shift it. Many of the second, third, and beyond waves have likely not experienced as many earth lives as you – or any earth lives. So they are fascinated by the fears as they do not have the memory bank of fear of you forerunners.
You hear, see or experience fear, and your 3D PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) kicks in, causing you to become overly dramatic about how terrible something is. Those in the second, third, and beyond waves note the same actions with interest and thoughts similar to, “That’s interesting, I wonder why they are doing that and how can that pattern be shifted?”
The waves following you do not have your earth history. They have not experienced fears of the depth you did lifetime after lifetime. For those waves following you, the earth is similar to a science experiment. For you forerunners, it is reliving the fearful past.
LET GO. This is not your ‘rodeo.’ This is not even your earth any longer.
You have transitioned beyond mere human existence by combining your Universal and earth beings. You are new. Your current earth fears are very old. Stop looking and feeling back. You are no longer of the earth with the deeply hidden limitations you experienced lifetime after lifetime that you could not address until now.
The only way you will heal is to let go of your fears and take a leap of faith in yourself.
You believe that someone or something out there is going to save you, make your life better. NO! You are the one. You are your guru and your savior. Those in the second and beyond waves have internalized that concept. So they feel quite comfortable addressing the fears that are sending you into your crevises, your hidden areas of fear. That is why it is so essential for you to address you.
Those fears making you feel as if the world is crumbling are merely replays of lifetimes that have nothing to do with your current life. Such will only become apparent once you allow yourself to focus on you and why your fears are coming to the surface.
To do so, you need to explore anything and everything that gives you joy.
Much in this new earth is reversed or different than any earth you have yet experienced. Finding your joy is how you are going to heal.
Revisiting your fear and pain is what you are now experiencing. Neither of which allows you to live in peace.
Your new personal counselor is joy. Your 3D counselor was exploring pain after pain. Except for those deeply hidden pains that have been part of your earth life for eons causing you to enter earth time after time with fears that only increased with each passing year.
ENOUGH. Your past earth fears are no longer. And you will only discover such is so once you begin to live your life in joy. So be it. Amen.

2020 is a bridge between the old and the new. It is the energy of flux. Its purpose is to help you gain clarity on where you would like to go, what you would like to create, who you really are, and what you truly align with. It is about releasing the past and shifting toward connecting into the energies of 2021 and beyond.
Do you see? Bridges are for connecting one land to another. You don’t build a house in the middle of a bridge.

While many of you may feel like you are in a pregnant pause, much is going on that you may not be aware of. You are releasing. You are receiving. You are integrating. You are anchoring. You are getting clarity on your preferences and your needs which will prepare you well for the next phase of your incarnation.
It can feel uncomfortable to have no tangible movement when you can feel there is much going on behind the scenes. It is much like being above water that has powerful undertows underneath. You know there is strong movement happening at deep levels even though the surface of the water may appear quite normal.
Strong lulls are always followed by tangible progress. Action phases are always followed by times of rest and recalibration. Large waves of either phase support each other in equal amounts as well as the larger model of profound, sustainable forward movement.
Trust the process and your ability to move with the flow as well as your ability to create change within that flow with your focus and intentions, Dear Ones, for you are the ones that are the co-creators of the New Earth and all the wonderful potentials and possibilities that will be born from these transformative times.
We are in the process of intense and immense transfiguration – thus a changing of form and existence.
The old Duality and Polarity Consciousness and thus way of life and living has been left behind – and thus with it we need shed the old personas, the old acting, the old stages. All of these do not work anymore, and the more one desperately clings onto all of the Old, the more all will disintegrate. It in truth exists no more.
I am going, and have been going, through intense transfiguration in the last few months and especially the last weeks.
When this happens, one has left the old behind. One is transfigured and now enters the realms of no-form. Formless. Not yet formed. This is in truth the state where one so become ATONE with the Divine SOURCE and All-That-IS, that one BECOMES it! One starts embodying it, yet it is not a physical embodiment, but the highest TRUTH of BEING! The I AM THAT I AM!
In this state there is no polarity. The is no duality. It does in not exist. There is just ONE. Unity.
The message I clearly got, is cease striving, cease expecting, cease to create form where there is none. For when you are no form, you exist in all forms and expressions, yet there is no attachment. You literally become the ENERGY and co-create within energy AS ONE. The Divine Source in truth is pure ENERGY and thus when one is formless you are in truth All-THAT-IS!
This transformation and transfiguration is what all of you will go through, at some stage, if not now. Within the formless, lie the seeds of Co-Creation: the New Golden Age, the highest form of existence. It is the breath between breath. It is the breath and the breathing itself. It is the Word which vibrates and creates and send out cosmic ripple effects on the whole.
The new YOU is emerging yet needs now to experience no-form in order to be formed into the highest Divine Soul Self.
It is indeed a miracle within miracle within a miracle.
Embrace this state of non-Being, no form with joy and love.
The more open the heart center, the more the Gateways and Portals within yourself open and the more the ATONENESS grows. Wholeness. Completeness. Peace. Equilibrium. Transcendence.
One cannot polarize anymore.
As this is a total transmutation, the past is now totally dissolved and left behind.
The Future is still taking form and shape.
The PRESENT is all there is and allowing oneself to be the non-form and in the non-form embracing the whole Omni-verse within!
Therein lies the blessing – the gift.

J: Hello, my dear Ashian – well, this is a surprise! You don’t normally give me a title! There doesn’t seem to be an intuitive on the planet who doesn’t think that the next four months are going to be an exceptional rollercoaster ride, yet you seem to be taking it lightly!
A: Dear Jennifer, you are not wrong!
Consider this: have you ever had an ache or pain that would not go away? The more you fixated on it, the bigger and more powerful it became. If you were to continue down this path, one would find the pain would grow, your body would distort to accommodate it, then it would become calcified into your bones: it would become you.
J: Although not in such an extreme way, I know what you’re talking about.
A: Well, the next four months are going to be intense. Already there are millions of light hearts around the world unconsciously stiffening, bracing themselves for the onslaught. That act of stiffening, of tensing, is incorporating the tension: in-corp-orating: bringing into the body.
It is not yours. It is not yours to hold.
You, all light workers, are here to pass through this, not to hold it; to go lightly, not to trudge.
Now, this is not to say that we think you need to be flippant, or foolish. We are saying that there is great relief, great nurturing to be found in lightness, in passing through rather than incorporating … in noticing the humour in life rather than living in the pain, sorrow and regret. Pass through those stages, but don’t choose to live there, to become those emotions.
You may experience many, many emotions, but do not devour them, do not eat them. They are poison being released. The antidote to dark poison is lightness. Become aware of the emotions, name them if you wish, or draw them, or dance them, or sing them… let them express so they may leave your body.
Then, incorporate lightness wherever you may find it. You are light workers, light is your essence, light resonates within you, light radiates from you. Make the light your home. Let your heart return to lightness as often as you can … be light-hearted.
To be light-hearted, is not to diminish the pain and suffering of millennia, it is to honour it and show the pathway forward towards the light, so that those who were previously unaware do not drown in their own grief, betrayal, anger, shock…
Being light-hearted, being light of heart, allows you the space for compassion, for deep listening, for forgiveness, for non-judgement.
That is why you came here, our beloved brothers and sisters of the galaxies. You are reading this, because this is your purpose. You are reading this because this is your truth. Practice finding light-heartedness now.
J: I know some people may feel that this is all terribly disrespectful and that light-heartedness is utterly the wrong focus for this moment, but could I add in my own thought here?
A: But of course, we are in partnership.
J: I read about this, perhaps it was you or someone else – sorry I don’t remember: my memory is shot! – and I noticed, when I was overwhelmed with shock, I watched suspense programmes to almost numb myself to my own feelings, and I would go to bed heavy, wound up … not in a good place.
Then I made a decision to watch some comedy, even if for only for ten minutes before bed, so that I could laugh. I found it hugely helpful, because the laughter actually seemed to melt much of the tension in my body, it relaxed me for a better night’s sleep. It actually does work!
A: This is exactly what we mean! Perfect, perfect, perfect! Music, comedy … uplifting activities of any kind will dissolve the chemicals released by stress, and reprogramme your hormonal template to a design more of the light than the dark.
We would suggest that there are many humans who are here to trudge through the coming revelations; your job is to shine the light, like light houses, to remind them of the truth and the glory of their divinity, so that they never loose sight of that, even when in the mire.
So be in the light, be of the light; use love, use generosity, use compassion, use humour, use all the tools of your light box, to return to your baseline, your ‘home’ vibration of the light. Then you teach others, through your example, how to rediscover their divinity, their Light.
J: Brilliant! Thank you. I really like that. I’m not sure if it came through as I typed, but I clearly understood that you’re not saying we won’t be knocked sideways, you’re saying that we don’t need to live there. Feel it and then release it, blessing all involved with love, compassion, healing…
A: Exactly! That is precisely what we mean. You will be knocked, but surf the wave, rather than get towed under by it.

STEP 1 – PREPARATION for PLANETARY REBOOT
this life is the culmination of your eons of effort…This life is your Olympic gold, silver, and bronze medals.
Dear Ones,
It is time to address your fears that your future will be even bleaker than has been true these past few months. That all you hoped for will not come to fruition. For you have been acting on this plan of joyful earth for eons. Only to have your previous earth lives end before you completed the task. Or being punished for trying.
Such are your past memories of what happened to you and other forerunners lifetime after lifetime – until now. For indeed, this life is the culmination of your eons of effort.
You do not quite understand why your current waves of terror are surfacing. You believe such is so because of political, racial, environmental, religious, sexual injustices, or any other fear now displayed throughout the earth. And so it is in terms of your immediate knowledge base. But deep within the recesses of your being are the terrors you experienced lifetime after lifetime of not being able to complete the task you were assigned. Or suffering emotionally or physically for trying to do so.
Those are the fears now surfacing – the fears that stop you from functioning or moving into joy. For deep within, you do not trust that all is progressing far faster than you now imagine. That you will finally live in joy and love while of the earth. Many of you are starting to believe that such might happen, but not in this lifetime. That a joyful life continues to be out there somewhere with promise after promise from the Universes.
Such is so about Universal promises. But what you cannot yet remember is that those promises were, until now, that you would focus on an unattainable earth goal. You have done so for eons despite minimal rewards, fear, and isolation – all for this lifetime of joy.
So it is you have difficulties letting go of those fears – all the while holding your inner breath waiting for the punishment that always occurred when you focussed on this moment, this drive to joy.
You tremble not because of the future, but because of past memories in your inner-being. Finally, you are allowing those deeply hidden fears to surface, knowing within that this life will be that promised life of joy. You hid those fears deeply so you would dare volunteer to be of the earth lifetime after lifetime. Now that you sense the ending will be as you always hoped, you are allowing yourself to access and clear those fears.
The difficulty is you are discovering those hidden fears are attached to the world or local events creating reactions out of proportion to those events. Perhaps you have difficulty breathing, getting out of bed, shake uncontrollably, or your physical body reacts with ailments. Yet, the next hour or day, those fears seem almost trivial until another unfocused wave of fear strikes.
These deeply hidden fears could not be addressed until now, for doing so would have likely stopped you from returning to 3D earth. So it is you volunteered lifetime after lifetime to complete the preparatory tasks necessary for this lifetime.
You can finally see the light at the end of your long, arduous tunnel of skill development and preparation. Perhaps it would be beneficial to imagine yourself as a star athletic perfecting their craft. Star athletes do not initiate their process as a star athlete. They experience failure after failure and physical exhaustion doing so. So it was for you developing the skills you implemented in this lifetime as you helped earth transition beyond 3D.
Maybe you can best address what you have felt the past few days periodically or might experience shortly, as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Allow yourself to know it will be short-lived for just as is true for star athletes, their pain and fear dissipate or disappear once they achieve their goal. So it will be for you.
In this life, you will experience joy, self-love, peace, and loving interactions globally. This is your reward. This life is your Olympic gold, silver, and bronze medals. This life is finally allowing you to clear your deeply hidden PTSD.
This is the life you have been waiting for. So be it. Amen.

We understand it can seem like your consistent efforts are not reaping rewards. Let us reassure you that is not so.
Just like you may decide change is required for your physical body if you have found yourself to be out of shape, the first step is the intention. The next step is the action of perhaps getting yourself a personal trainer, changing your diet, joining a gym, or getting more active on your own.
You will then enter a phase where it seems like you are putting in all the effort but not getting results. You may find it difficult and discouraging. But if you stay with it, slowly but surely you create new habits and start to feel something shifting internally. You might notice more energy and find your mood improving. But outwardly nothing shows.
Then you might start feeling very definite changes in your body. You might even feel muscles forming beneath the surface! You start to feel your internal structure starting to change and operate very differently. You move differently. You are stronger. You have more endurance. But this is still evident only to you.
But if you keep at it you will one day look in the mirror and see change in your body that is unmistakeable, and others will start to notice, too! That gives you even more encouragement to keep going because you finally have tangible proof that your efforts are really paying off.
And if you continue with your focus and dedication before you know it you will have transformed yourself into a brand new version of you that has so many more options and possibilities and much better matches who you want to be.
You are now at the phase of your transformational journey where tangible results will start to show up, Dear Ones. Keep holding your focus and don’t give up! You are doing a magnificent job and the rewards will be well worth your efforts

1.All Children , All Women and Men live in an environment where All Are Safe and Sound?
2.Where everybody Has Basic Universal Income and can choose to work or do other activities according to what brings each and everyONE true Joy?
3.There is a Holistic Health Care System for free for everyONE on the planet with true knowledge of The Ascension process and use of Celestial Chambers/Medbeds that can rejuvenate anyone from 80 to 20 years if he/she so wish and use non invasive technology for healing anything?
4.There is is Free Energy for all uses available to all the planet?
5.There is amazing mobility that respects Mother Earth?
6.All Life,including Animal and Plant kingdom is valued and respected at all times?
7.There is abundance of whole organic foods and clean water for everyONE on the planet?
8.There is Abundance of Vegan and Raw Vegan Restaurants serving High Vibrational Foods that are truly nutritious for each and everyONE?

14.if everyONE is liberated in having authentic sacred parternship(s) with self or the lover(s) of his/her choice without judgement by any other?
15.If everyone is free to live in the country and home of their choice to travel freely with open borders anywhere and choose their new dream home as he/she is being guided?within in a beautiful community?to become a future city?to become a Light City??? 😉
16.Where all kind of Arts and new ways of expression and playfulness and FUN truly flourish?

Dear readers, welcome to our message.
All is proceeding according to plan although it may not seem that way when observed with three dimensional eyes and through concepts about how a spiritually evolving universe should look.
Over eons of time, dark energies became deeply embedded allowing them to penetrate every aspect of life on earth. Generation after generation has been and still is being taught that duality and separation are the reality. These energies are gradually surfacing in order to be recognized for what they represent and eventually clear as people cease energetically feeding, maintaining, and sustaining them for this is all that holds them in place.
Most people are experiencing high levels of anxiety at this time. Do not resist these feelings in the false belief that as an awakened person you shouldn’t have these types of emotions. Simply acknowledge them, remember that they are always impersonal, and then move on. Worry and anxiety are not qualities of Source and therefore have no law to support them.
As you evolve, your energy changes and begins to vibrate at a higher frequency causing you to automatically be more sensitive to the energy of people, places, and things. This can result in experiencing emotions like fear, anger, anxiety, etc. that are not yours. Be alert not claim them as yours, but simply allow them to pass through and out with out giving them power.
We are aware of what most of you are feeling during these times and we say to you that all is proceeding according to plan. Do not get involved in the energy of outer appearances but rather stand back as an observer, not denying or trying to change, heal, and correct appearances but rather as a watcher watching from a place of detached awareness, conscious of the reality underlying all things.
Earth
is a spiritual universe peopled with children of God and governed by
Love. However, the majority are still hypnotized by appearances to the
contrary. Try to remember always that everything you see, hear, taste,
touch, and smell are concepts of a spiritual reality that is being
translated by the hypnotized collective mind as being good or bad
according to current duality and separation belief.

When you find yourself reacting to some thing or some person in a
negative way use the occasion to honestly examine your beliefs.
Accumulated obsolete three dimensional beliefs often remain unknown and
deeply hidden in consciousness until something occurs to activate and
bring awareness to them. It is at this point that you simply and with no
guilt or resistance, ask yourself; “What am I believing that is making
me feel this way?”
There are no pairs of opposites in Reality, good appearances are just as illusory as the bad ones. Reality is spiritual but most have not yet attained a level of energetic resonance capable of aligning with higher resonating frequencies and so believes they do not exist. This is why a great deal of trust is necessary during these present times. Not a continuing trust in government, organized religion, friends, family, or the so called experts, but a trust in truth, that the reality is and always has been One omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent Divine Consciousness manifesting ITself as all that is.
Since God/Divine Consciousness is all that is, IT is and always has been the only cause and therefore the only effect. Ponder this.
Awakening to truth does not mean you suddenly stop living your life. You are on earth at this time to evolve into enlightenment while in physical form, not to deny, hate, or try and avoid humanhood as some religions teach. The days of convents and monasteries with rigid rules and regulations regarding spirituality are long past. Mankind is ready to learn how to be in the world, but not of it.
Enlightenment simply means living each day from your highest attained level of awareness which then allows more truth to unfold. Do what needs to be done–go to work, cook dinner, wash dishes, mow the lawn, perform surgery, teach, repair cars or do absolutely nothing…but do it conscious of the fact that all activity is spiritual, with none being more spiritual than another. Yes, we realize that many activities have become perverted by human minds, but the reality is that activity is how individuals express the innate qualities of Source that lie within them.
There will always be some people you dislike which frequently comes as the result of some past life interaction having nothing to do with the present. Other times it is because certain individuals seem totally out of sync with your belief system. Do not judge yourself or them as bad or un-spiritual but rather bring to mind that no one is good or evil in and of themselves since God is the reality of every individual. Know that they are hypnotized and acting out from impersonal false beliefs based in duality and separation regarding themselves and others.
This does not mean you try to be best friends, or ignore what may be troublesome or hurtful actions on their part but rather means that after you remember the truth about them, you then take whatever human footsteps may be required. Being a loving and spiritually empowered person never means being another’s doormat, nor does it mean “walking on eggs” in order to keep a false sense of peace. Silently greet every person you meet as the Christ, and send Light to those far or near in the realization that they “know not what they do”.
The need for laws and jails will exist for awhile yet, but the collective is becoming increasingly aware that actions and solutions based in unconditional love serve to rehabilitate and heal better than force and aggression.
It is a powerful time to be on earth because the ascension process now taking place is allowing souls to heal and complete issues that they may have been carrying though lifetimes. Many wanted to come but were not permitted for some reason or another. Much is yet to come that will awaken increasingly more individuals and give credence to what we are saying.
Many are and more will yet suffer and even die during this process, but know that most are volunteers who lovingly chose to assist in awakening the people of earth. For some, their experiences were karmic completions chosen to be done publicly for others to see and learn from. For others it is a personal choice as to how they can best serve the ascension process, but all are helping in their way to bring universal consciousness out of the dark ages and into the Light.
Those in the higher dimensions are observing and sending high fives to all even as appearances on earth would testify to total failure. Know that things are not as they appear to be. All is proceeding according to plan. Rejoice even in the midst of dark events for these things reflect earth’s journey out of density and the processes bringing change.
Many continue to awaken out of the hypnotized sleep of erroneous belief in spite of continuing attempts by some to keep mankind locked in old energy. Remain alert and aligned with your intuition when you read channels, watch the news, or observe the actions of others for much of it is not what it seems to be.
Opening to higher levels of awareness is inevitable and cannot be avoided. Put off yes, but never avoided for every person is a Divine Being, an expression of God whether they like it or not. This is a fact that can never change regardless of how many lifetimes a person spends in denial.
Be at peace dear ones, rest in your heart, and meditate often. Meditation need not be the rigid structured process that most of you were taught when learning to meditate. These methods were and are necessary for those unable to relax or allow themselves to be silent without the help of structure. The purpose of meditation is nothing more than to reach a place of silent and secret alignment with the “still small voice” within. The process of getting there is what all the structured guidelines have been about.
Resting in “I and the father are one” can be done anyplace and at any time with eyes open or shut–a pause at your desk, a trip to the bathroom, stopping for a red light, sitting under a tree, walking down a busy street, or being at the bedside of someone who is ill. Every activity of daily living offers an opportunity to center, align with, and silently realize; “I am Divine Consciousness”. Eventually and without conscious effort, you begin to live meditation 24/7 and it becomes no longer something you do, but something you are.
Be not afraid dear ones, for you are exactly where you planned to be before incarnating. The planet is becoming increasingly filled with awakened souls who have chosen to assist in earth’s transition to a higher frequency. What you are witnessing is a world that is experiencing the strong and painful labor pains necessary for birthing a new world consciousness based in love and truth.
