“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are interested in the paths that you are choosing at this time to bring yourselves into a greater awareness of what is going on inside of you. As many of you know, your thoughts and emotions are clues that indicate to you what exactly you are vibrating at your core. If those thoughts and emotions do not get your attention, then you will create something in your experience that will magnify the vibration that is inside of you, and hopefully that will get your attention. Hopefully, that will tune you in to what you are vibrating, and you will do something about it.

You have so many opportunities to do this when looking at your outside world as well. It doesn’t even have to be happening to you in order for something to clue you in as to what you are vibrating. If you keep seeing accidents between cars, then that should clue you in. If you keep hearing about, and interacting with, people who are getting very sick, that should be a clue. And even if all of the news that finds its way to you is about some disaster, some cataclysmic event, that should help you to realize that you’ve got a vibration going on that needs addressing.

Pay attention to what comes into your awareness in the outside world, and of course, pay attention to what’s going on inside of you so that you can make course corrections. You do not have to get sick or into a car accident. You do not have to have a hurricane come to your neighborhood. These are options. You are, in fact, constantly presenting yourselves with options, different timelines that you could take, some of which have a higher potential than others.

Now, this is true when it comes to predictions as well. You might hear about, or read about, a prediction, and you might get triggered by it. Or you might read about it, or hear about it, and feel excitement. If you feel excitement, that means you want to move towards that potential reality, even if it is far-fetched, unlikely, given where you are.

There is still a reason why you put that prediction in front of you, because you do create one hundred percent of your reality. So pay attention. Pay attention to everything, and you will know what’s going on inside of you. And if you don’t like what you are feeling, then it means you need to feel that feeling. If you do like what you are feeling, it means that it serves you to continue to go down that path with that feeling and with whatever evokes that feeling within you.

You are going to get better at this. We know that you will. We have the utmost faith in humanity, and we see that the energies that are upon you are making you more sensitive. They are waking you up to how you feel, and being awake to how you feel is so important that those experiences in the outside world will get closer and closer to you until you feel what you need to feel. It is only then that you can vibrate what you want to vibrate, attract what you want to attract, and experience what you want to experience.

Adama: Peace Through War

9/18/2020   Earthlings are the only race in the galaxy that believe the way to peace is through war.

Me: I just watched Fahrenheit 9/11 and I’m pretty disgusted. Good for Michael Moore for revealing so much of the story, but of course there’s more. He didn’t tell us that the CIA was behind the felling of the World Trade Center buildings and he didn’t tell us that it was because the St Germaine funds were being stolen back from the Alliance. But he revealed enough to get you thinking anyway. I put a link up on my red pill website. I’ll link it below as well in the description.
I was pretty pissed at the woman who lamented the death of her son in Iraq. “Why did you take my son, God?!” she was filmed as saying. God’s answer would be: So that you learn your lesson, lady. If you’re going to offer him up, he might very well die in a war. Why did you deny that this was at all possible? Denial isn’t a very good tool to use when your son is signing his life away to the Bush cartel. What’s more, why are you lamenting the loss of only your son, and not the sons and daughters of other people, or the people who died in Baghdad, including little children? Maybe they wanted to live too.
War isn’t just about your family or your kid; it’s about everyone who has suffered through it. Maybe this woman will get her eyes opened a bit and see that maybe he died because the Iraqi’s were only trying to protect their own against him and that he’s been listening to a bunch of propaganda, pushed onto him and the rest of the country by controlling mobsters who are only into making loads of money. And they don’t give a shit what they have to get you to do to get it for them.
It was good to see these soldiers who were disillusioned at serving in a war with no apparent purpose for them. There was, of course, but these things are all hidden from all except the Deep State. They know why they want war and of course Moore made a point of pointing out how much Dick Cheney’s corporation, Halliburton, made in Iraq “repairing the country,” which really means installing Deep State infrastructure, economic staples such as Walmarts, McDonalds and the ubiquitous Deep State banking systems. These soldiers realized they were fighting an “enemy” that was no contest against the Deep State Military Machine. Of course not.

Oh yes, and if you think it’s only money they want by making sure all the Illuminati henchmen sit on the boards of all the big corporations and banks, just wait until you decide not to comply with their plans going forward. You’re going to find that your debit and credit cards don’t work or you can’t buy food at your local deep state owned grocery store. This is about control. It always has been. And it’s control over you they’re after.

If you stop thinking you have enemies, that’s a good start. Don’t let anyone tell you you do. Decide for yourself.

I keep finding myself part of social media groups I never asked to be part of, one of these was a christian group and I started seeing posts from it, so there’s absolutely no doubt in my mind I didn’t sign up for that group. Facebook keeps adding me to groups and I keep taking myself out of them. Daily. They want my newsfeed filled out with all kinds of stuff that doesn’t interest me. They just want me to spend time on there. I do. I spend about 15 minutes every day on there and repost stuff others have put up, otherwise I’m not on it. And my life is more peaceful. So I have to ask myself, instead of getting angry that I keep getting posts I didn’t ask for, why don’t I consider my peace of mind first and put that before all else? My recovery from chronic fatigue depends on it.

It’s a question of what’s important to you. And I’m finding out at this late point in my life, that the things I didn’t value when I was younger are almost being forced on me now. Like keeping calm. Of course that’s the door to the soul, so now I have to go along with Aurea’s desire for me to embody more of her in my daily life. I’ve changed my diet and sleeping habits, my youtube preferences, reduced computer time and increased time in the sun, just to allow her to predominate.

It’s what’s important to you. And you are your soul, not your embodied personality.

It’s when you realize that you could have been born into any body on earth that you realize that we are all One. You could have been born in any country, and born into any type of body. So that you can experience your lessons in a certain way.

When you understand that you have sisters, mothers, fathers, brothers and children anywhere out in the galaxy, you realize that we are all one family.

So you don’t see the point of war. You also have to understand that the beings running this earth now, the deep state, the dark ones, are the reverse of life: they are anti-life or evil if you care to spell it out. Evil being an anagram for life, pretty much. I’d put money on it in some old form of English that life was spelled with a v instead of an f, so evil would have been a perfect anagram of life.

Why deliberately make yourself feel bad? Why deliberately hurt other people? When you start to ask these questions, you don’t see the point behind war.

Adama: It is that you are asking these questions that’s important. The person who doesn’t question what they believe continues to live on in aggression towards others. Your focus is on winning. The corresponding emotional state is fear because love knows it always wins. That is the state of love: always winning. There is no loss with love. Because there is nothing to lose.

Me: What about losing your life?

Adama: Exit points are planned. And in the disembodied state one experiences their wholeness.

Me: Ah. I see.

Adama: Someone who would continue to live their lives in absolute grief or with such bodily harm, does not choose to continue. Some will, for the lesson or to teach others. Your people value your physical lives more than they do your etheric lives and this has to change. You all believe that this life is the most important life. No, the most important life is your total life, the one you spend as a disembodied consciousness because then you resemble most the God you seek so much to know in the physical. Your body separates you from God. The job is to reconnect with God, even though physically embodied.

You tend to believe paradoxes, such as the way to peace is through war. The way to peace is by being peaceful. It is not about taking up aggression or not being able to resolve one’s difficulties. You see this now as Trump brokers peace deals in the middle east unheard of in prior years. Because he has removed the problem makers. Those who did not want peace. Now you will see peace on the surface. Your people have to learn you are beings of peace, not beings of war. Reptilians and draconians are beings of war, they know nothing else but their urge to dominate and exploit others. Even then, some are learning, they are more evolved. But the ones who control the surface are who I speak of. They have tricked you into believing you’re like they are. You’re not. You have their DNA. DNA can evolve through the continual cessation of urges to dominate and be warlike. It can be done and it has been.

You believe the paradox that in having a physical body, it makes you whole. No, in fact it separates you from the wholeness of creation and your memory of yourself. This is sad.
You believe the paradox that you must seek love, when in fact you are who you seek. You are love. You put yourself down, yet seek outside of yourselves for someone to love you.

Me: LOL No wonder we don’t make sense.

Adama: The positive in all of this is that you can easily turn your thinking around. You can stop berating yourself when you realize that you are the love you seek and what you desire is to share yourself with others, not what you have been told at all – that you are asking others to share themselves with you. This is why extraterrestrials are of service – they know they are love. Those who are service to self do not realize this yet.

Me: It all makes sense.

Greetings dear ones of the planet earth. We come back to you at this time, although we never really left. We have been watching and assisting from the higher dimensional realms, to help our human brethren, our brothers and sisters, through these tumultuous times, into the next phase, which is soon to be upon you.

These are exciting times, although we do know that many of you see these as disturbing times, as times you would rather have avoided. But alas, this is how it had to be, this is part of the grand, great plan. A plan that has been in the works and dynamically changing with the ebb and flow of love returning to this planet, like the tsunami of love which you have all heard it called before. These are wonderful times, if you have the eyes to see it as it truly is, a metamorphosis, a transformation of the greatest kind ever to have impacted a planet. We say it like this as there has never been a grand planetary ascension like this before. This is the first. And it has succeeded beyond all wildest dreams. Again, even though you may not see it like this. From our eyes, our perspective, in the sixth density as you might call it, this is the greatest of times.

We urge you to see it from the perspective of your heart, now more than ever, it is so important for you to connect into your heart space. Merge, blend, into your true essence within your heart centre. Your truth is right there. It never left you, it is not hiding around some corner waiting to be found. It is ever present. It was always there, it is there now, it shall ever be there.

It is an amazing gift, to give yourselves, to simply enter into your heart space and be who you are, remember who you are. THIS IS THE GREAT AWAKENING!

To become awake to your god/goddess self your true nature. You are source energy beings, as the Arcturians are so fond of reminding you (smiles). And this is good remembrance.

We wish to convey a further message through this one, and that is one of great hope.

Please do not see these times as signs of things to come, this is a birthing dear ones. This is a removal of the old outdated paradigm of the dark. Their ways and consciousness is dissolving into the light. And it is not going with ease, but this is as expected.

The light pouring in now is of such measure, such depth, that is rocking the very foundational core of what was. Much was built on top of this, and so to is shaking to the ground. These include your societal structures, your scientific paradigms and even the very fabric that your buildings are made of. The strata of the earth is changing, the water is changing, everything is changing, it has to dear ones. It has to align with the new fifth dimensional matrix, the new light grids that is.

Oh dear ones, this is birthing very fast now. Those that are sensitive, you can feel this, you know this.

We wish to convey this message with peace and love in our hearts for you. We have watched you labour long and live through the trials the tribulations, the ups and downs, the torments, the pains and the sufferings of your great journeys here in assisting Gaia in this magnificent process, this birthing process, that is soon to come to completion.

These are glorious days dear ones, oh we wish you could see it as we do. You would not worry or fear, you would rejoice.

One of the most important questions that you can ask yourself on your spiritual journey and especially during this tumultuous times is “Is this mine?”.

This was hit home to me in an incredible but painful lesson. I posted an article on Facebook that I didn’t think would be controversial but boy was I wrong. I posted the article before I got off the computer for the day around 3 pm.

I have deleted Facebook from my phone as I found it too tempting to check out and mindlessly scroll, so I didn’t check to see the comments. Around 5 pm that day I was BEYOND cranky. Completely uncomfortable in my own skin. My husband asked me what was wrong and I said that it must be the energy and a meditation and nap were in order.

Later that evening my husband was on Facebook and informed that I had really made someone upset by the article I posted. I then hopped on to see that this person was completely triggered which surprised me and also bothered me as I didn’t understand it.

As I went to sleep that night, an image of the person that commented floated into my mind. At first she was light and sparkly and then she turned into something dark that projected major negative energy towards me. I dismissed the image and chided myself that just because someone is mad at me or disagrees with me, it doesn’t mean that they are psychically attacking me or that they are dark.

I woke the next morning with an unbelievable headache. I assumed it was due to the changes that we are going through which can include tremendous cranial pressure. As the day went on the headache didn’t subside and neither did the crankiness.

I went onto Facebook and when I saw another’s good news or accomplishment instead of being happy for them like I normally would, I felt envious and even disgusted that someone had something I wanted. The energy was very much like “Why does she have that? I deserve it, not her!”. It was absolutely awful. I sat in observation of it and thought that I was seeing a layer to my shadow, something that I needed to dig into and heal. Not once did I stop and ask “Is this mine?”

By mid-day my head was still pounding, I felt nauseous and my tailbone was burning. I had an appointment scheduled that afternoon with cranial-sacral but I really knew I needed assistance as soon as possible. My head was hurting so bad that I didn’t feel that I could connect in and get answers.

I contacted a friend that I had trained with and told her what was taking place physically and she texted immediately saying “Who did you piss off?!? There is a woman in your field and she is sending you nasty energy!” I gave her 4 names and the name my friend chose was the one that had gotten quite upset with me on social media.

I was honestly shocked and annoyed that I didn’t heed the warning I was given as I drifted off to sleep the night before. She was able to assist me some, easing the headache, but not the tailbone burning.

I went to my magical cranial sacral practitioner and explained what had taken place. She found that my root chakra was completely blocked and that my cerebral fluid was not working properly at all. As she was unwinding the block I heard so clearly “You assumed what you were feeling was yours, this invited it into your body so that it could take hold at very deep levels.” Ah… there was the lesson.

Not once did I stop to ask if all that I was feeling was mine. Instead I took it in as mine to clear and heal. The reason I had not experienced jealousy to that degree prior is because it was never mine. This was a huge AH HA! moment for me as I know so many of us on the spiritual journey are doing the hard work, digging in, and healing our layers.

However, what if we are processing and clearing things that were not ours in the first place. We know that we cannot clear for another, it doesn’t work that way. I may clear energy from clients but I simultaneously share the pattern that allowed the energy in. Otherwise, discordant energy can be cleared, but it will return.

Clearing things that don’t belong to us only stops us from reaching our full potential. It keeps us running in circles, drains our energy and ensures that we are so busy that we don’t have the energy to embody all that we are. Looking at Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs shows us how being constantly stuck in the cycle of clearing keeps us from our own self-actualization.

Digging in to our shadow, clearing programing and beliefs is essential to our work on this journey. We have to see all of ourselves. It is a lot of work and so incredibly worth it. It’s a big job, one that doesn’t need to be made bigger by processing, clearing, and healing what is not ours.

The simple question “Is this mine?”, would have saved me a lot of mental, physical, and emotional pain. I have used this technique many times, even taught it, yet I obviously needed the reminder. This question can also be used to check in with your belief systems. Asking if a certain belief that you have always had is yours or if it was given to you by our world can help us to sort through programming.

The Council of Light has described this time period as the Great Shake-Up. We are being shook up individually and collectively. The pot has been stirred and debris are flying around. We have to make sure that the only debris we are dealing with are our own. I hope that this message finds you well and not feeling too overwhelmed in the energies. Isn’t playing human fun?

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Be kind to yourselves. There is only so much you can control in your external reality by using external means. You can’t control the behavior of others, even if you’re trying to help them choose a happier life. You can’t control the outcome of elections, although your vote certainly counts. You can’t stop a hurricane by standing with arms wide open, nor put out a wildfire with a garden hose.

It is easy to feel that your efforts to create a better world are futile in the face of such “large” conditions, but just as a healthy body depends on the health of each of its individual cells, so too a healthy human race, and a calm, peaceful, harmonious world depends on well-being of each individual that comprises it. Your work, your words, and above all, your energy vibration matter in the greater scheme of reality more than you can possibly imagine.

One of you, in conscious connection with the Source within, is more powerful than thousands who are not. Even if you cannot single-handedly change the outcome of an external situation by external means, when you are consciously feeling connected to the Divine within, you are vibrationally powerful enough to calm storms, soothe fires, and to vote (with your vibration) for the most loving outcome for your entire human race. In connection with Source, you are plugged into the power that creates worlds.

Perhaps most important to you personally, is the fact that in your loving vibration you will be guided to live a peaceful, happy, safe, and harmonious life, no matter what the rest of the world is doing.

Anytime you are in connection with love, you are experience your connection with Source. Anytime you receive love from the universe – be it an inspired moment of appreciating the sun upon your face, the rain upon your skin, or the grass beneath your feet – you are flowing love. Anytime you allow yourself to think a thought that feels good to you, you are flowing love. Anytime you focus on the good within another, or even the spark of light within them, you are flowing love. Anytime you do anything with authenticity and integrity, you are flowing love.

It is not so difficult dear ones, in a million tiny ways a day, to connect with love, with the Divine, with the Source of all goodness. The more you do this intentionally, the kinder, calmer, safer, healthier, and happier your own life will be, and the greater will be your contribution to the world. Try it and watch for the tangible results – good feelings, joy on the journey, ease, grace, guidance, flow, synchronicities, connection with helpful souls, and eventually, all that you have dreamed and more manifesting in your life. In this connected reality, you are a contribution. Some of you will contribute with inspired effort. Some of you will contribute with inspired words. Some of you will contribute simply by living a happy, peaceful life and rippling that peace outward. You are each inspired to do something, even if that “something” is “nothing,” for many of you are being guidedright now to rest, be at peace in the center of the stormy vibrations, and to emanate waves of calm into a chaotic world.

Your world is restructuring itself. There is a great stirring of soil, cells, and souls, as your Mother Earth releases the pent up energies of the human race. You feel it within you. Many of you feel anxious, unrest, or a simultaneous urge to get going, while not feeling like doing anything at all. It is all OK dear ones. Focus on your internal connection with Source, with Love, first and foremost, and in that loving vibration, your reality will be far kinder than the one you see in the external world around you.
