There has never been a time when you were alone, no matter how you felt.
If you only knew how much you are loved and cared for, you would see your life in a different light. There are Angels who have been with you since your birth, and some from before your birth who have been with you for eons of time. These Angels are here to bless you, to protect you, to care for you, and to love you as you walk your earthly journey.
You have only to turn within and you will find us. You have only to look around you, and you will find Angels manifested in different forms everywhere, giving love to you.
Open your mind and heart to receive this love and you will find miracles manifesting in your life. It is this willingness to receive that allows miracles to occur for you.
In your darkest hours we have been there. It is not that the Angels are here to take away your pain or your lessons learned through experience. The Angels are here for you to turn to in those hours of need. We are here to assist you so you will have the courage to go on, and find peace within your heart.
You are on this planet to learn and to choose between the darkness and the light. Even if you choose darkness, there are Angels who will neither forsake you nor leave you. However, if you choose darkness you will feel very alone, and life will be a continuous struggle.
If you choose Divine Light, the Angelic voices are raised in magnificent rejoicing and all manner of assistance, seen and unseen, will be there to illuminate your path.
Choosing to live in the light can simply mean to turn over your burdens and struggles to a Higher Power, and to ask the Angels to assist you in finding your way to peace, happiness and prosperity. These are the qualities of God in which you are meant to live.
Choosing Light means praying for the Divine Presence to fill you to overflowing with love and peace. It means taking the time to visualize your self filled and surrounded by light, and even drinking in the Divine Light in order to nourish your heart and soul. Not only will this affect your mental and emotional state, but your physical body will also benefit.
The Angels are God’s messengers. We live in the Light. All the forces of good in the Universe are here to assist you. So you too can live in the Light and find peace and happiness within yourself. It is up to you to ask to know this as truth in your life. Open your mind and heart to receive all the love that is here for you right now. Remember your message from Archangel Gabriel for today:

Greetings, humans reading these words of divine encodements. Throughout all time space the universe watches with keen eyes to see the evolutionary pace of humanity. We are agasp with your success, with your determination, with your progress to grip the light. I Athena have spoken. I work with the violet ray with St. Germaine. I work with the sacred energies of the divine feminine who now sits equally by her male counterpart. You have already heard from my sisters. We all work together in a sea of oneness of creative energy melding. Co-creation is a privilege of the gods, and what does that make you, humankind? Ye are gods and goddesses. You hesitate less now at these words. Religion of doctrine must evolve to religion of seeing with the eyes of the heart, as we see you, fellow initiates of great change.
This one is asking for an uplifting message for humanity. I am trying to process the best type of message for humanity. For not always is uplifting and encouraging the most appropriate path. Correct? Sometimes on a hiking path as this one is about to do you encounter boulders, thorns, loose stones, and so one must be careful when one is hiking on a journey. And yet, what propels the hiker onward? Is it the promise of adventure? Of that most breathtaking view? And yet, we caution you to not only be focused on the view ahead but also to see with the eyes of your heart as you journey, for the journey itself is the jewel of experience that you seek. Many messages in this now are the same in their feeling for many of them, true? Keep on, push ahead, it is here and these sorts of sentiments. I, Athena, wish to add my vibration of change to these messages, for far too long humanity has been enshrouded in doubt, the debunked programming that must be changed. Doubt no longer! Doubt not your ability to change anything, for you are co-creators of the way, of the light. Co-create with Source light with great intention and enjoy the view of your journey as you hike ever onward. Do you see the importance of living in this now? Do not live for the promised bliss ahead of you. Nova Gaia is within you. All that you have ever needed is within you. The universe beacons and spins for you to realize that all that you have ever needed is within. The God, the Christ, the Sophia flame is within. You have forgotten. You are remembering. It is good. It is time. It is time to rise like the Phoenix for the age of ashes and pain is past. Source has decreed that this experiment is destined for light, for balance. It is the time of the great rebalancing.
I am Athena. Become rebalanced within you. There are truths in the great myths of old. Truths can become twisted by 3D perception, remember the truth is within you. Of course the gods worked with the humans in the days of old. But perhaps not in the way that was recorded in your mythology legends, for when filtered down through fear and centuries of oral tradition truths seem to shift. But unconditional love remains. Begin to see anew with the eyes of the heart and the truth will be more readily apparent to you. Shift within. This is the dance of the great internal shift and naturally the external of Gaia will shift as well. Find the inner truths within you. Remember the mystery schools teachings of light within. Remember your mystery. For that is what you are. And so, I wonder if this is the message that you were seeking? That all is already within you? Do not wait for others to create your future for you. YOU create the future that you want. You pull your experiences of love, of joy, of bliss to you. You open yourself up to great joy and it will find you. No longer wait for external circumstances. Create these external circumstances by being aligned within with them. Align with joy, with light, with all good things. State to the cosmic soup kettle that you are ready for all good things to come to you. And suddenly the vibration of heaven is within and all around you, comforting you like a thick soft blanket from the great Mother. It will cushion you in the days ahead that hold much shifting and chaos. Be grounded. Ground the light.
I am Athena. I am an ancient being, aligned with the divine feminine. I have seen many galaxies being birthed, many humans giving birth. I have been many things. No one story may define me, just as you, humankind are so much more than you know. I have been the handmaiden, the servant, the goddess, the creator, the lover, the destroyer. Crossing borders, exploring new paths and extending your journey far beyond your imagination – this is what this message is about.

As of yet, fear of repression and possible consequences if you revolt against the conditions of this matrix, is still widespread. “Revolutionaries” rarely ever came to a peaceful end, and their lives were full of unfortunate consequences that left deep imprints in their karmic consciousness – and these “revolutionaries”, these “prophets”, are amongst you now once again. This is addressed to some of you following this transmission.
Now it’s time to dismiss all your wounds from your energy bodies, to invite the light in, so that it can resolve these dramas, blockades and traumata.
Today the time has come for these healings, because for what is to about to happen here on earth, it takes human beings who are no longer haunted by these images from past lives.
Your range of activity shall no longer be limited, but expand into complete freedom.
Two things need to be realized now:
1.) inner peace and inner equanimity
2.) outer action on that basis
Today masters are shying away from going public. They are afraid of contempt, of scorn, of attacks on mind, spirit and body. This attitude, which is quite understandable, causes some delay or even complete absence of some developments.
ANYONE WHO KNOWS THEIR MISSIONS …
Anyone who is connected to God’s light, the source of all life, knows their missions – and anyone who knows their missions but can’t complete them for the reasons mentioned, is called upon to take these steps into freedom.
For mankind needs clear souls, courageous spirits and peaceful warriors of light.
TODAY your light may procure something great. TODAY you are not left alone when you step up for the ONE.
TODAY you are many, and there will be more and more of you.
Anyone who feels the vocation and mission is called upon to observe their own blockades and to examine them regarding their value. Are these barriers still serving you or do they represent an obstacle? Achieving freedom on all levels, that is the goal. You can accomplish this if, with the help of the divine light, you reveal the reasons for your bondage, look at them without judgment, and dissolve them.
The time has come when an individual can bring about great change, and many individuals, together and in alignment with the light, can change everything.
THE FENCE OF ILLUSION GETS TRANSPARENT
The fence of illusion surrounding this matrix is woven tightly, but it is getting transparent and is in the process of dissolving.
The dark rulers know this, and so they take massive action to maintain their position in this game. This demonstration of power on many levels will only last for a certain amount of time – and every individual is co-deciding how long that will be.
By awakening and taking yourself out of the game, you are giving the greatest support to the rapid dissolution of this reality – a reality that puts humans in a prison they can only escape from if they become aware of this.
Therefore it is of great importance that individual warriors of light awaken, take heart and first dive into their old wounds in order to then be able to escape them.
Being healed completely and owning your full power, this is where you are headed. That way, the small trail into the Golden Age turns into a wide path that more and more people can walk on.
I am with you for this meaningful process, because once you attain full power as a conscious human being, everything that is no longer nourished will perish and a new Garden of Eden will blossom in this world.
Dig deep into your own secret, retrieve the treasure of freedom and knowing, of peace and of love. Then the kingdom of heaven is in you, and you have arrived.

Pushing Your Security Rock Aside
Dear Ones,
Perhaps you were prepared for the worst – and the worst did not happen. Or, you were in fear and discovered that your fear had no basis in your new reality. For who you were, and what you once suffered is no more.
The past few days have been a self-test, much like the United States broadcast warning test for a nuclear attack. When the tests first began decades ago, citizens thought about escape routes and what-ifs. Today, those same tests are merely program intrusions. And so it is now with your greatest fears. You have pondered, worried, and created escape plans only to discover that what was is no more.
Maybe you tried hiding from the expected pain of one of your 3D fears. Only to discover that there was no there there. That which once frightened you has dissipated, lessened, or disappeared. So it is you are daring to come out from under your rock of fear.
First, you peeked out, prepared for a quick scurry back to your hiding place under your rock. But little by little you have pushed your rock of protection away only to discover that you are more powerful in your light than you ever dared be under your rock of fear.
It is over. You are claiming you and declaring to the world that such is so.
Some of you remain under your protective rock waiting for the worst and hoping for the best. Do not fret if such is so. You too will soon have an experience exposing your worst fears as merely “what ifs” instead of “what is.” You will discover that you no longer need to hide under your pretend rock of fear.
For the fear you created throughout eons of earth lives was merely a cover for your inner-power. A power you did not wish to expose before the time was right. Granted, you suffered within your physical being and perhaps still do a bit. But the overall sense for most of you now is that no fear is deep enough or better said, real enough to stop evolving within your new being.
In the past, you needed to hide your power. You also wanted to add fear to your emotional repertoire in preparation for this lifetime. For if you had not enmeshed yourself in fear when fear was part of the earth experience, you would have difficulties understanding those now following you. Just as we often had difficulties understanding how fear impacted you when you were fully of 3D. We observed, but we could not experience the full-body fear that overwhelmed so many of you throughout most of your earth lives.
We could not understand how stating a seemingly wrong phrase to someone you felt more important than you, could be so debilitating. Much less the physical fear you experienced in many social interactions from, “Will he emotionally harm me?” to “She is pointing a gun at me.” Emotions held deep within you lifetime after lifetime in a cumulative fashion. So it is you created a safety hole covered with a huge rock you could hide within physically or emotionally.
Even though we informed you that you were always safe. You knew deep within that only you could prove to yourself that you were no longer part of the battering ram that became your society. The need to be better or right or stronger or wealthier or the right skin color and on and on. Informing you daily that even though you did not quite measure up, you were acceptable on certain levels, but most certainly, not all. So your place under the rock became your go-to place that grew larger with every earth experience informing you that you were less than perfect.
You are beginning to move that rock aside a bit as you accept that your earth experience is safer than ever before. Some of you have even dared to push your rock aside. You are safe.
There is no longer a need for that rock, but you must discover that for yourself – and so you are. Some of you with a push and exit from your fear hole and others with a slow slide to see the sun.
That pain, that fear is yesterday’s security blanket that you need no more. So be it. Amen.

And the energies that are upon you right now have been reminding you more and more of the necessity to stay focused on what you do desire. The current energies among you will bring you what you are focusing upon at a faster clip than you have previously experienced.
Manifestation is going to continue on this path of the faster pace for the rest of your time in the fourth dimension. And so you need to let go of the past now more than ever, because the past certainly is no indicator of what you are doing now and what you are moving into. As we have said, there are fewer limitations on you now that you are fourth dimensional, and with these faster moving energies among you, there are also fewer limitations on your ability to manifest what you want to experience. You have always been the creators of your reality, but it has been more challenging for you to see that truth in your lives because of the long stretch of time that could elapse between you offering a vibration and receiving from the universe the reflection of that vibration. Now that you get to experience it all more quickly, it is like having a practice round for the fifth dimension, where everything will manifest instantaneously.
As the energies move faster, you all need to slow down, because it is only when you have slowed yourselves down that you are capable of the level of attention and focus that we are talking about here. Our suggestions remain the same as always. We recommend that you rest, hydrate, ground, and be present and heart-centered. Let the energies work with you and for you and know that the universe supports all of you because you want what is best for the entire collective. You have moved into this space of deep compassion for your fellow humans, and all beings in the universe are noticing that shift in humanity’s desires.
You are the ones who are leading this shift in consciousness. And so, we tell you this not to burden you with that truth. We tell you this to ignite the flame that will sustain you and reveal to you the power that you have to focus that is within you.

MONEY MAKER Millionaire vows to give away his money – and all you need to do is ask
A GENEROUS Twitter user has said he will give away $1milion by the end of the year if he gets one million followers.
Bill Pulte, 31, who describes himself as a “philanthropist and inventor of Twitter Philantrophy” has vowed to give away a sizeable chunk of his fortune this summer.
This week alone he has handed out $4,000 to help a single mum escape an abusive relationship, another $890 to help a struggling family buy groceries, $675 to help pay the bills of a stage three cancer patient and another $20 so someone can buy fuel to get to an interview.
Mr Pulte is the chief executive of the private equity firm Pulte Capital and the grandson of William Pulte, a billionaire who founded the PulteGroup in 1956.
When his grandad died last year, Bill inherited an unknown sum of money.
Since July he has pledged thousands of dollars to a number of good causes which have included helping out with the funeral costs of Emma Hernandez, 9, who was mauled to death by three pit bulls while she was out riding her bike.

Ley Lines in Ibiza.
All places are special, but there are some that have been considered especially special since ancient times. Ibiza is one of them, it is neither better nor worse, it is different. After spending years touring temples aligned to other temples, it is perceived that there is something in common around the world that relates some places to another, even crossing continents and oceans. It may be coincidence that the location of some very important places of the past are aligned, but there are times when chance is very short when explaining locations and distances, in other cases that could be coincidence, it does not stop making those alignments, as coincidences often surprise. These lines have been called Ley lines in England, Dragon lines in China, or megalithic alignments, and travel the entire world. In England we have followed for years the lines of Saint Michael and Saint Mary, named for the amount of churches, hermitages and cathedrals with those respective names they go through, and something extraordinary is there. It is difficult to define the feeling that you have when you travel those lines and those places, but it happens and has happened to many people, especially those who allow the instinctive and sensitive part of their brain is not collapsed and silent on their part rational. The reason is very useful for our species, but we can not let it handle the whole brain, if it will not happen to us as it is happening to our civilization, too much mind, little instinct.
It is assumed that in some cases there are currents of underground energy, produced by faults, underground rivers, deep currents of magma or some unknown geological cause, which can be felt by both animals and humans. These lines intersect with others and that is where some of the ancient main sanctuaries are located. In the case of Ibiza, I am convinced that there are several lines that link ancient sacred places, some are geographical, others geometric and equidistant, but they make it appear that in the past there were geomants or people who knew a lot about measurements and spatial geometry. One can only conjecture with these ideas, since there is no evidence of the intention of their placement, but I am convinced that in this island there is an enclosed cat.
The most important line crosses the island from one end to the other, coincidentally it is the solstitial line, from the center of the island looking to the southwest, we would see the sunset of the winter solstice above the line, just above San José de S ‘Atalaya and above the islet of Es Vedrá, both the highest points of the Pitiusan Islands. And looking northeast we would see the summer solstice sunrise over the line. This divides the island into two practically equal parts. From the center of the island, there is the same distance to the sea from south to north, from east to west, from southwest to northeast, and from southeast to northwest. That center through which this line passes, which we might call imaginary, passes through the well of Gatzara, in the same geographical half of the island, one of the most historic and oldest wells in Ibiza, where since time immemorial, before Muslims have even performed rituals and ancestral dances.
Es Vedrá, Ibiza
This main line, which passes over Es Vedra island and the summit of S’atalaya, passes through several curious places. From Es Vedra, it passes right by the viewing platform, where there is a Phoenician sanctuary, of which a few stones are left. From there it passes just above the Phoenician necropolis of six Countries of Cala D’hort, in which there are several tombs that can be visited, from there it goes through the top of S’atalaya and directly passes next through the church of San José, which is very likely to be located where there was once a mosque or a Roman or Phoenician sanctuary. It continues several kilometers to the northeast passing through the geographic center of the island, by the Well of Gatzara, in Santa Gertrudis. From there it continues passing through the church and the Muslim constructions of Balafia and continues towards the church of San Vicente passing very close to the Phoenician sanctuary of Es Cuieram. It may be all a coincidence, but a very beautiful and special chance. Interestingly enough, and speaking of the Phoenicians, the Phoenician sanctuaries through which the line goes on and on the island also have their meaning. For the place where you see the summer solstice sunrise, where the line begins in the northeast, there is exactly the same distance from the coast to the Phoenician cave of Es Cuieram that from the place on the coast where the line ends at the southwest, at sunset of the winter solstice, to the Phoenician sanctuary of Ses Paises. The sanctuary of the cave on the dawn side is dedicated to the goddess Tanit, Phoenician female divinity, goddess of love, motherhood and life, and on the side of the sunset is the sanctuary to the dead, the necropolis of six Countries The sunrises and sunsets have always been considered in the ancient culture related respectively to birth and death. The idea of this main line, I found in a book about peasant constructions and the relationship of Ibiza with the Phoenician and Egyptian cultures. There is another very curious line that links the Neolithic stone circle of Ca na Costa in Formentera, with the top of the Dalt Vila, in which the main sanctuaries of the island have been since ancient times; Phoenician temple, dedicated to the god of medicine and healing Eshmun, Roman, Muslim mosque and Christian cathedral, passing through the Phoenician sanctuary of the hill of Puig D’en Valls and arriving again at the center of the island in the Well of Gatzara , another cluster of surprising coincidences.
I kept measuring with the rule, thinking that I could find some more lines of union of sanctuaries on the map. I thought that the older the civilization was, there would be more of these alignments as it happens in the rest of the places in the world. I looked at the most important Phoenician places on the island, and there they were, exactly aligned and equidistant. The place of Sa Caleta was the first Phoenician settlement on the island, a world heritage site. From there they moved to the city of Ibiza, to the top of the Dalt Vila, also Heritage. And the third important place was in the Cap des Librel, where the temple of Baal Amón was located, the main divinity of the Phoenicians, in which there are still some vestiges. Uniting the three, with center in the castle of Ibiza, there is a perfect straight line, with the same distance from the castle to Sa Caleta as from the Castle to the temple of Baal. Extend this same distance with the compass from Sa Caleta and it gave exactly in the Phoenician sanctuary viewpoint in front of Es Vedrá, through which the main line passes. Would these points be united and equidistant on purpose or is it just coincidence? We may never know, but this type of alignment does not occur everywhere, and I believe that the ancients took them into account. Maybe all these things and many more have made Ibiza a special place. There is not only sun, beach and party on this little island, and the ancients knew it. For something, Ibiza was dedicated to the Pythian-Egyptian-Pygmy god Bes, divinity of hedonism, revelry, dancing and debauchery, to the female goddess Tanit and representative of love, and to God Eshmun, god of medicine and healing.

Feeling Off
| Dear heart, Whether it’s noticed as a rumbling of deeply buried emotions, the sense that everyone around you is on edge and about to explode, or just a feeling off from your known sensations of alignment, there is no doubt that something big is going down on planet Earth. At this moment, the majority of energies that create feelings of being off kilter is the gravitational force of our planet literally shifting into 5D consciousness. While many people have grandiose notions of what life will be like on a 5D Earth, many overlook the sacred milestones that let us know that such a shift is underway. No matter how hard you work to stay positive, remain centered, or be as present as possible, such activities employ the ego to do the busy work, while often perceiving moments of ‘feeling off’ as some sort of punishment or indication that enough work has yet to be done. This is why in the new spiritual paradigm, endless spiritual busy work is replaced with authentic self-care. Such self-care won’t guarantee specific outcomes, but it will transform your daily experiences — out of the brink of despair and into the light of true emotional freedom. In understanding the inner workings of alchemy, feelings of displacement indicate movement, whether occurring on a physical, emotional, or energetic level. Movement, whether the movement of thought, the changing of your emotions, or even the birth and death of each passing moment acts as the evidence of change in motion. If run by a spiritual ego, you are likely to perceive the alchemical movements of change in action as proof of feeling off. Once defined as a problem or a less than desirable experience, your ego will work hard to change your experience, even though that may not be anything close to what you need to face, heal, and process in any given moment. Then, when the ego cannot decisively shift your experience out of the ‘offness’ you perceive, it creates a bigger enemy out of what is merely the evidence of your highest evolution in progress. While your ego has the right to dislike any way in which this process unfolds, it doesn’t mean your energy field has malfunctioned or is less aligned with the Universe. It’s simply a matter of undergoing a radical awakening process, where your ego is being stripped of its imagined sense of control, while it works diligently to control the nature of your experience. As we learn to relax our nervous system through extensive breath work, authentic self love, daily entries in a gratitude journal, along with many other facets of self-care, we are able to cultivate a vibration of consciousness that allows the nervous system to remain relaxed, even when the tumultuous terrain of change is occurring. As your nervous system learns to welcome change and even be excited about change, instead of intimidated by it, there become fewer and fewer messages sent to your ego asking it to save you from what is truly your highest expansion under way. The ego is often a forgetful homeowner, who chases construction workers off its property, forgetting the crew was hired to rebuild the home that once dwelled on a plot of land. In the same way, your ego attempts to undo all the healing underway, just so you can feel more immediate relief, even though it truly plays no part in how, why, and what you manifest. Gone are the days where you needed to live every moment in some fantasy of alignment, as if the Universe is waiting for your most incredible spiritual performance before giving you the things that are already destined to be. When not blinded by the ego’s insistence on what should happen, when it should happen, and why, you are able to see high vibration as an awareness of this process, which makes it so much easier and far more magical to get through. Whereas, in a low vibration, there is less awareness of a divine plan, which makes it nearly instinctive to believe in perceptions of fear, struggle, doubt, scarcity, and separation. The more we allow ‘feeling off’ to be the vital proof that we are expanding into 5D consciousness, the less controlling the ego tends to be, as your nervous system relaxes in the presence of existential progress. When ‘feeling off’ can be a tangible sign of huge energetic processes being worked out in you and throughout the planet, you are able to see through the veil of fear and step beyond the threshold of superstition once and for all. When ‘feeling off’ doesn’t remind you of how misaligned you are, but simply reflects how much self care is needed to support the huge leaps in consciousness being made on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, you will have outsmarted even the spiritual ego with the wisdom that only unconditional love may know. You may not like how it feels and you may not know where any of this is headed, but you most certainly couldn’t ever be off course, unless your personal agenda differs from the divine plan of Universal will. It’s not wrong to’ feel off’. It’s a sign of massive expansions under way. The question is, can you allow yourself to relax and welcome in this depth of healing, even when it doesn’t feel the way you desire? These feelings won’t last forever. Life most certainly will get better and will most likely begin to shift once ‘feeling off’, triggered, resistant, defensive or shut down is not wrong to experience in any way. Once its not against the spiritual law to feel exactly as you do, you will have created the proper space and perspective to tune into your needs and assist in the healing progress — now that any part of your healing is no longer being judged. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have discovered that there is a fine line that humans walk between the idea of being in love with someone and with being obsessed or infatuated with that person. You have many examples of when that initial feeling of love goes to the extreme of obsession in your history. There have been individuals who have committed crimes in order to impress someone that they were infatuated and obsessed with. People have committed suicide over having been rejected by someone they had that strong feeling for. And there many other examples of people going to extremes because of something as beautiful a feeling as love.
So it is important to understand what is really happening when you feel that sensation within yourself so that you can activate it and access it when you want to, in spite of whether your affections are reciprocated. When you are in love, you are in that vibration. You find the state of being within you that aligns you with the truest aspect of who you really are. When a person feels that the state is dependent on being able to have access to the individual they love whenever they want that access, and then they are not granted that access by the other person, it does feel like that separation from Source feeling that is so problematic on your world.
People spend so much time and effort and take so many actions to try to get to that place of reconnection to Source, which is obviously something that can never really be lost. When people talk about life as an illusion, that is the primary illusion. The primary illusion is that you are separate from Source. And then, follow that illusion with the one that says, ‘I need that person to love me back, and I need to have access to that person in the flesh, or I will feel that separation from who I really am as unconditional love.’

We recognize that being in love and having that love reciprocated does make it easier to be who you really are as a Source Energy Being comprised of unconditional love, but you cannot control another person. All you can do is make it your mission to be the love that you want to have reflected back to you, and when that is your mission, you are definitely on the right track.
When you love a flower or a sunset, that is when you know you are accessing the love that you truly are very easily. The more conditions you place on being in that state of being, the harder it is going to be for you to be in your physical body and be happy and healthy. So you have to find a way to experience love, to experience your true essence, and we recommend that you do that before you get into the romantic relationship, which may or may not be forever. Accessing that love within you can be as simple as deciding to do so, being heart-centered, and feeling for the love that you truly are. And that is our recommendation to all of you.

THE JOURNEY OF THE SOUL
Beloved masters, we have told you that “You are the Inbreath of the Creator.” These are unprecedented times, whereby you have the potential to resolve all past karmic issues, to move into harmony with your vaster Being, and to be an integral part of our Father/Mother God’s plan for the expansion of this Sub-universe. Are you ready, once and for all, to let go of all the old restrictions, beliefs and limitations that are keeping you from moving out of the quagmire of pain, lack and suffering? Will you allow your mind and heart to open to the higher wisdom of your Soul and Spirit? The ethers, or higher vibrational fields of consciousness, are filled with vast potential just waiting to be molded into your greatest dreams and desires.
Once again, we will review some of our teachings from the past to assist you to understand the complex Journey of the Soul every human Being is in the midst of, whether it be at an entry level of awareness or as an advanced Self-master on the Path. There comes a time when the Soul has reached the furthermost point of Its experience in separation, fragmentation of Self and the co-cocreative process within the lower physical realms. The Soul entity is then ready to begin the process of “reunification and integration” for the current cosmic round of Creation. The Soul-Self is gradually infused with a Divine discontent which slowly filters into the consciousness of the human mind. Hopefully, that is when the human entity begins to turn inward, to tame the ego personality and reconnect with the Soul, the resident OverSoul/Higher-Self, as well as with the multiple Facets of Its greater Self.
Humanity is in the midst of a mass awakening. A transformation of mass proportions has begun, which involves a global, galactic and Sub-Universal reunion – the beginning of an ascension into a heightened state of Creator/Spirit-infused consciousness. At a cosmic level, the Supreme Creator is now sending down the radiance of itself via the Great Central Suns, which is being filtered down upon Earth in great bursts of Cosmic White Fire Essence of Life, through the Sacred Heart Core of our Father/Mother God, by way of the Sun of this solar system.
Your Higher OverSoul-Self could be described as an etheric White Fire Memory Seed Atom of pulsating Life Force energy, which is composed of many smaller Seed Atoms containing your Divine Blueprint for this Sub-Universe. The portion of your Soul-Self that you have embodied (according to your energetic signature) resides within the Sacred Heart, along with your multi-faceted Diamond Core God Cell.
Your Diamond Core God Cell contains the Twelve Rays of God Consciousness for this Sub-Universe: the virtues, qualities, aspects and talents that you are seeking to activate once more so that you may become the proficient cocreator that you were designed to be on the material planes of consciousness. The Soul may be only a small Spark /Facet of Life within the heart area of those who are still ensnared in the illusion of the lower Dimensions. However, as it blooms and blossoms into its full dynamic power, it expands and becomes the “Solar Heart Center,” which encompasses the solar plexus, the heart, and the thymus and throat area. In the past it was called the Three-Fold Flame, and the heart has been called the Seat of the Soul.
The Soul communicates to you via both your emotional and your mental bodies: the emotions through the heart center, and with the mind via the pineal gland, thereby igniting the Seed Packets of Light Wisdom stored within the higher vibrational portions of the brain called the “Sacred Mind.” When the connection is complete, the physical vessel begins to reap the rewards by way of better health and vitality, as well as a deeper connection with your Body Elemental.
We tell you emphatically that you cannot become a lost Soul or lose your connection with the Creator. You may lose your way, and you may become diminished in Creator Light, but your Soul is immortal and can never be lost or destroyed. You save yourself from pain, suffering and the illusion of being disconnected from the Creator through the integration of your Soul, the multiple Facets of your Higher-Self, and your personal God Ray. The mass consciousness belief structure of the past is slowly being replaced with Lighter, more refined and liberating thought forms of the new Divine Plan. It is important that you understand that there are many levels on the spiral of ascension – it is never-ending – as Creation ebbs, flows and evolves.
At a cosmic or Omniversal level, you are Spirit, a Facet or a White Fire Memory Seed Atom of Divine Essence sent forth from the heart core of the Supreme Creator. At that level, you are fully conscious of who you are and of your connection with the Supreme Creator; you are aware of and know your “I AM” identity.
At the Universal and Sub-universal levels, you are a Divine cocreator, once more sent forth on a great refracted Ray of Light to manifest worlds without end in the name of our Father/Mother God. You are aware of the overall Divine plan for this Sub-universe and the part you are to play in it; however, you may or may not remember your origins or identity at a cosmic level.
As Spirit, which we call your “God Ray,” you are a great Being of Light who also sent forth Facets or sub-rays of yourself, leaving OverSouls or parts of your Essence in different dimensions, galaxies, star systems and worlds throughout this Sub-Universe. In turn, each of these great OverSouls also sent forth Sparks or Soul Fragments of their Essence.
The current you, now incarnated in a physical body on planet Earth, is one of those Soul Sparks who agreed to journey forth into the unknown void, to create diverse worlds, to inhabit them, and then to experience what you helped to create so that your unique experiences can be incorporated into the universal consciousness and ultimately into the Cosmic Mind.
When your physical vessel was first created, the Etheric Body sent forth billions of tiny Elemental Sparks throughout the bodily form. These Elemental Sparks were programmed to convey the Adamantine Particles of Light (the gift of life) to all the different parts of the body: the organs, the blood stream, muscles, tissue and bone structure (much as the Nature Elementals transmit the Adamantine Particles of Sun Light to all of the Nature Kingdom, and any Facets of Creation which are not ensouled with a Sacred Seed Atom of Creator Consciousness).
The master teachers of the past often made reference to the Human Body Elemental and the Etheric Body or Etheric Web. The deep, esoteric teachings of the past were often written so that only the most advanced students on the Path could decipher the true meaning of the lessons. It is time that those teachings are revealed, upgraded and simplified so that all serious Souls on the Path of ascension can understand, and then gradually integrate them in order to expand their conscious awareness. Gaining the advanced knowledge and then integrating the wisdom from the universal teachings of the higher realms are vital components in the process of ascension.
The ancient teachings state that your physical bodies were originally created from etheric substance. You first came to Earth in your radiant crystalline form, and gradually over many ages you developed your beautiful physical body from the Adam/Eve Kadmon Divine Blueprint for this Sub-universe. The distortions began as you sank into the density of the lower Fourth and the higher sub-levels of the Third Dimensions. The ego desire body gradually took control of the mental and emotional bodies, thereafter, in each lifetime less and less of your OverSoul consciousness embodied in your Diamond Core God Cell within your Sacred Heart. That process is now being reversed.
In addition to the four recognized elements – fire, water, earth and air – ether is said to be the fifth element, thus comes the term “etheric.” The Etheric Body or Etheric Web, which is much finer in substance than the earthly body, refers to the invisible counterpart of the physical body. It holds the blueprint for your three lower-physical bodies (physical, mental and emotional). It is sometimes called the “memory body,” for it sustains and vitalizes the material form. It is susceptible to your thoughts and emotions, both positive and negative. Disease or debilitation occurs first in the Etheric Body and then gradually infiltrates into the physical vessel. The Etheric Body sustains and vitalizes the components of the physical body, and it controls the digestive and assimilation processes. It also repairs the damage in the physical body caused by the wear and tear of living in the Third- / Fourth-Dimensional density.
There was a failsafe program encoded within the Etheric Body so that when you sank so deeply into the density, and you were nearly to the point of self-destruction, your Body Elemental Memory Seed Atoms went into a semi-dormant state – they have remained in that state for thousands of years. Just as you are awakening to your true nature and your Divine state of Being, so is your Body Elemental consciousness. It is gradually beginning to respond to your positive affirmations and the higher frequencies of Light you are integrating.
It is vitally important that you understand that there are subatomic dark crystals throughout the bodily form of everyone who resonates to the lower frequency thought forms. These crystals are packed with negative waste material created and recreated over many lifetimes, some of which are inherited negative patterns that you brought with you into the physical form to heal.
Thesubconscious mind – your subjective mind – is part of the Etheric Body consciousness, and it records and stores everything you experience, what you see, hear, think and feel emotionally. The subconscious mind takes everything literally, and it does not matter if you have experienced an event or just imagined it vividly, the subconscious mind registers it as fact. That is why it is so important to change negative, debilitating, past memories into positive memories. Your thoughts and intentions resonate to specific frequencies, and by changing the frequency patterns you project through the use of will power and conscious effort, you will gradually create the life, physical health and circumstances you desire.
You will become aware of your physical body consciousness as your Body Elemental wakes up, so to speak, and begins to work harmoniously with you to gradually correct all the miscreations you have created in your bodily form due to erroneous thoughts. Over time, you will gradually become more sensitive to your Body Elemental’s signals. Your body cells are all conscious to one degree or another. Some are disharmonious and create chaos and discomfort within, while others resonate in harmony, thereby vibrating at a higher frequency and conveying a sense of balance and well-being. Metabolizing Light is an important, intricate process that is necessary for your well-being. You might say that you have been on a starvation diet of half-spectrum God Light. Your trillions of bodily cells must relearn how to recognize and utilize Light as a vital energy source.
The reality of the senses or physical body consciousness: When you are in the flow of Spirit, you will exist very lightly in your body, often with no pain or discomfort. You may experience some diminished bodily sensations, except within the Solar Power Center and especially within the deep Sacred Heart area, where you will gradually begin to feel loving bliss and joy as they blaze forth from our Mother/Father God. More and more frequently you will experience a great sense of well-being, harmony and peace.
Brave hearts, we ask you to study what we have revealed to you over the years, and to endeavor to get the universal schematic we have created firmly established within your mind so that you will be able to understand and implement the next phase of the wondrous cosmic events which are unfolding before your eyes.

The main objectif of Feel More Than Fine Africa,our non profit organisation created in Senegal in 2017 is to manifest solutions so that every child in Africa and across the planet is being fed,so that every child is safe and sound.
