Dear embodiments of my love, I did not create you to suffer. I created you to enjoy the many facets of Self and to see what we could collectively create in our shared experience. I never intended for you to feel lack, disease, loneliness or a whole host of other less than loving feelings in your 3-dimensional reality. I want only for you to feel my love, and to experience it in countless forms and circumstances.

Today I wish to invite you upon a journey of discovery of all that you are, all that is the Creator and the current purpose of ascension. ‘Lord Buddha, please integrate your high vibrational frequency and light with my soul and entire being. Discovering your Frequency and Creating your Frequency

Many souls, especially those currently incarnate upon the Earth, ask me where they should direct their focus in terms of their ascension process. As Planetary Logos, I am overseeing the ascension of the Earth and Planetary Level, so this is a very good question to direct to me often during your meditation experience or quiet time. In doing so you are allowing and requesting me to assist your ascension process and point out to you the most important area for you personally to focus upon.

‘Lord Buddha, I invite you to be present with me now, to guide and assist me as I ask you, where should I direct my focus to advance, accelerate and reveal my ascension process now? Lord Buddha, I receive your light and guidance with an open heart and mind. One of the greatest and most fulfilling answers I can give you to this question of where to focus your attention to aid your ascension is to stand in the space of your frequency. Your frequency is akin to the rhythm or energetic coding of your entire being both on the Earth and the inner planes. It is everything that you are as a being who exists upon the Earth and the sacred essence that you are on the inner planes. Your frequency is pure and untainted. It is like a song you continuously sing that expresses all that you are. As well as all that you are as the Creator. To stand in the space of your frequency is to claim your power, love, enlightenment and wisdom. To claim everything that your soul is at the purest level. Remember that you are immensely expansive and so this is an empowering experience. When you stand in the space of your frequency you discover your frequency and begin to create the higher vibrations of your frequency in your current reality. You become the creator of your frequency. To stand in the space of your frequency is to know and accept yourself more fully.

You may be wondering; how do you stand in the space of your frequency? In truth, there is a need to make space within your reality and being to exist in peace. It is important to contemplate what does space mean to you? What do you need to do or focus upon to feel as if you have space? When you allow yourself to experience space of the most appropriate kind for you, then you give yourself the opportunity to connect with and realise your frequency. It is as if you dissolve distractions and allow yourself to see, sense and acknowledge the truth of your being.

As for what you will discover when you stand in the space of your frequency only you will know as it will be unique and personal to you. It is to see yourself with clarity and truth.

Bringing Forth the Clarity of the Divine

The purpose of my encouragement of you standing in the space of your frequency is to assist you in bringing forth the clarity of the divine and your essence into manifestation within your life and being. This is especially important now with all the energies anchoring into the Earth to aid ascension. When you stand in the space of your frequency you naturally express the clarity of the Creator through all that you are, experience and create. If you place conscious awareness and focus on downloading clarity from your frequency you will balance and empower the power and love of your essence within your being. Thus, becoming an expression of clarity.

‘As I stand in the space of my frequency, I learn to discover and create my frequency within all aspects of my being, reality and ascension process. I naturally recognise divine clarity flowing over and through my being and life. I now choose to download clarity from my frequency to be of service to myself, Mother Earth, the Universe and the Creator. I choose to accept, embody and express the clarity of the divine, knowing how healing and enlightening this will be for me and those around me. And so, it is.

It is important to realise that this simple intention has the power to shift the consciousness of humanity so that all may recognise the Creator within and around them. Contemplate for a moment how much positive and loving change this would create for the world.

Windows of Divine Inspiration and Ancient Knowledge

When you stand in the space of your frequency and consciously download the clarity of your frequency to experience the Creator fully within and around you, you open a divine window. This divine window allows for sacred inspiration and ancient knowledge to flow from the divinity of your frequency into your current awareness and reality. It is akin to a veil becoming thin and the unseen becoming seen. The window of divine inspiration and ancient knowledge may be experience by you as a portal opening or a download of information. There is much for you to receive and retrieve to further the ascension of all as well as yourself.

‘Lord Buddha, as I stand in the space of my frequency and consciously download divine clarity, I invite you to assist me in opening the windows of divine inspiration and ancient knowledge in the most appropriate way for me. As I am now open to receive, support me in accepting the sacred wisdom and understanding that will aid my ascension and encourage me to assist others in doing and experiencing the same. Thank you.’

Please know that sacred wisdom and knowledge may flow into your conscious awareness instantly or with divine timing, in the way that is most appropriate for you to accept and receive.

Hello everyone.

For the past 11 days I have been trying to sort out my mailing list problems, to no avail. My nerves are shot from being on the phone to my IT server and trying to work things out on my computer. Drained to the core!

I feel, without a doubt there are those who do not want these messages of Light to get out there, and would like to send me to the funny farm! LOL … ( As many of you may recall, I went through all of this back in March!)

I begin rehearsals full time on Monday. The Universe always provides me with one professional show a year … (that is all I ask/need). Therefore, there will be no more channellings until the end of Sept. This is the only way I have of letting people know.

After the show is up and running , I will be looking into a new server for bulk emails and I am so very blessed to have had a lady from the US offer to sponsor me for a year’s subscription. I choose to find an Australian-based one. Less complicated … one hopes.

Ok. Well done if you are on my newsletter and have found this! I would be so grateful if emails could be kept to a minimum or sent without needing a reply … during my ‘playtime’!

Hello, my friends. Without any doubt in my mind, those of lesser Light are doing their very best to drive me insane! And it’s working! Once again, I cannot send my newsletter out to inform people that a new conversation with us is posted. I won’t go into it here, yet I guess it is wonderful proof that what you have to say is of Truth and is trying to be quashed. So, let’s ‘battle on’! Could you talk to us about how to connect more consciously with the Energy boxes you spoke of last week?

Welcome to you Dearest Blossom and although we are aware of the ‘delicate frame’ you are residing within at this stage, we are also aware of your strength of Light and that you are still able to keep your Vibration High in order to ‘tune in’ with us. Many thanks.

These Higher levels of Energy filtering through in their own sweet way … would we say … have a life of their own. We would not so much say that they are programmed, yet, more so, that they are intelligent Energy threads that know exactly what to do and where to ‘deposit’ themselves. You, in your Human form, yet, as your ‘SoulHighSelf’ know too, how to connect with them, by simply ‘addressing them’ as your friends. For indeed, each incision is one that is part of the agreed plan.

Incision? Bit of an odd word to use?

We are using this term in the sense of infusion/cutting through.

Yes. I get you. That’s what I thought. Assuming too, that the I AM THE LIGHT. I AM THE LOVE. I AM mantra is a very powerful way to connect with them.

This is so. For the ENERGY CODING within those words is like a magnet to them.

The Higher YOU as an individual … Each One of you … have allowed yourself to awaken to, the ‘right place’ is found within these ‘Spheres’ to meet up with.

Now then. You suddenly have changed the word from boxes to ‘Spheres’. Yesterday, I met up with some dear ‘exceptionally clued up’ friends (wanted to say Masters?) and they said the boxes were actually Spheres. The lady of the partnership had ‘seen them’ when ‘Being out there somewhere’.

This is so. Spheres of an enormity that you cannot quite comprehend.

With respect … out of my own curiosity … why have YOU not used the term ‘Spheres’ before?

We are now. When they were mentioned moons ago, ‘Boxes’ was more appropriate for the metaphor and then, as of our last conversation/communication … we believe … with respect … you brought the matter up using the term as in the past … ‘Level 1 2 and 3 boxes’. There is only so much we are able to ‘fit in’ within our time together!

That has amused me and I can tell you are also amused as you bring this through. I know my friends will be happy that you have confirmed this. I suddenly feel very emotional (Far from unusual at the moment!)

Dearest Blossom, Dearest Souls who touch base with us via these communications and on an individual Soul-Love communication … THESE TIMES ‘ARE’ VERY EMOTIONAL!

Not only are you releasing the old way of … thinking/Being … from yourselves and on behalf of others … you are also … attuning/blending … with these Higher Energies that are offering a Higher Vibration of Love itself.

As your BEING … attunes/adjusts … to these levels, then your very souls are recognising that which they are coming … into contact with/in touch with … and it puts one’s heart into … ‘overwhelm/overload’ … in a GOOD WAY … and yet, due to all the unravelling of everything … it all FEELS as if it is all wrapped up into one.

Which it is … I know not if I am Arthur or Martha!

This is an indication of what we are meaning by … Topsy Turvy /upsidedownness. For this does not only take place on a … Universal/Global … level, Yet … on /within … an individual one, also.

Back to the ‘Sphere’s’ if we may … for I feel they are important.

We would say … there is nothing more important. Imagine 7 vast spheres.

I am sure that is the number my friend saw. In days of old I would have questioned myself about this coming through you now, because my brain received the info yesterday from my friend. Not anymore. I’m all growed up now!

Imagine … two lines of three and one beneath. Tune in via breathing and the ‘I AM’ mantra/chant/connection and feel yourself be taken to the Sphere that is suited to you and remain there for your meditation.

Please note. This is for enhancement of your Light. It is a way of connecting and yet, it is not that you are actually entering into these Sphere’s literally, for it is not possible for you to do so. It would be too much for your soul to do so. Yet, it certainly is a ‘tool’ to assist you in connecting with them. We would say it is of an adapted version … for your Being to ‘use’ … during this transitional period.

Am I right in thinking … no matter what … we could not enter these Spheres due to the enormity of their Energy Vibration?

Correct. Yet, to work on connecting with them is a very Powerful thing to do.

Ok. So, this may be a pointless question yet, where exactly are these Spheres?

They are circling your Planet.

All of them?

A question difficult to answer. The best we can say is ‘their presence’ is known to the outer layers of your Planet and yet, they phase in and out … releasing ‘levels’ of Energy Light as and when appropriate.

So, are they actually ‘visible to the eye’ should one be passing that way?

To pass that way, one would have to be of a particular Vibration to begin with. We would say YES … they are visible to those that can see them!

I get you. Fair enough. And they obviously are very much involved with what is going on right now on our Planet? Silly question!

Yet, one we can answer. Yes, indeed. They have been ‘Keeping watch’ for eons of ‘your time’. They are of an intelligence that can assess all that is taking place.

Wait, when you say all that is taking place, do you mean literally? As in who is the president of each country? Who is dodgy? Who is not? You know what I mean? Like in a way that ‘we’ are shown?

No Blossom. Not of this way. They operate on an ENERGETIC level. They assess the Energy of your Planet … not just as an entirety yet, ‘sectionally’ also.

Whoa! I’ve just suddenly warped up into a Higher Feeling Energy … and … Go!

THESE SPHERES ARE OF LOVE.

A LOVE THAT DEFINES LOVE WHEN KNOWING THEIR TRUTH … WHEN FEELING THEIR TRUTH.

THEIR PURPOSE IS TO PREVENT YOUR PLANET FROM FALLING ANY FURTHER.

THEIR DESIRE … THEIR MISSION … IS TO RAISE YOUR PLANET INTO A HIGHER PLACE … WITH YOUR ASSISTANCE.

THESE SPHERES ARE YOUR FRIENDS.

Too strong for you now. Yet, when your humanity as a … new race/new beginning … arrived, your ‘State of Being’ was certainly able to … be of it/part of it/within it.

Did it create us?

No. Would we say they were your ticket from the stars, to your Planet.

Seriously! This is such an untimely time to bring this up … as I am unable to connect with you for a while after this communication … we will all be left dribbling! What you have said is making me feel as if these Spheres were sort of … how do I put it … ?

Let us try. What we are feeding through to you Blossom, is that … these Energy Spheres were your carriers ‘down through dimensions’ and then releasing the Energy of Humanity … the Beingness of Humanity … onto/into/within … a level, that ‘aspects’ of your Higher Soulself could be deposited into the creation of.

Yep and yet, as I say, due to me being off hire for a while … how can you ‘put this in a nice little box and wrap it up’?

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have a great deal of excitement about the energies that are coming in for humanity at this time. Many of you have desired to have greater access to your fifth dimensional skills and abilities, and these energies coming in are meant to reactivate those abilities and skills within you. And we say ‘reactivate’ because you have all been fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensional in previous incarnations. That means you have had physical bodies, and you have accessed these abilities that you have heard about and wondered when they were coming.

We know that many of you desire to access your ability to shapeshift, your ability to teleport, and your ability to move things with your mind. These are all skills that you have mastered in previous incarnations, and they are coming back. You are going to receive these energies that contain the codes that will reactivate those abilities within you. Now, not everyone is going to receive their telekinetic abilities at the same time. Some will take longer than others to access them. Some will have blocks to their telepathy because of a previous incarnation where someone read their mind and got information that was not meant for the public to know about.

So you see, you have a history with these skills and abilities that is both positive and negative, and for some of you, it will take time to get past those traumas and those blocks. But these energies are going to expedite the process, because first you have to have access to them, then you can go through your memories of when having that ability caused a particular trauma, and then you can work through those experiences to get to that place of comfort, that place where you can access all of your abilities without fear of repercussion.

Now, some of you might be wondering why everything always has to be so hard. You might wonder why it all has to be wrapped up in this Pandora’s box type of experience. Well, this is simply the way that you all wanted to experience the reacquisition of your gifts. When something comes to you easily, you tend to appreciate it less, and everything is an opportunity for you to grow and to know yourselves more as Source Energy Beings. Everything that you experience is meant to get you to feel something as well, because unless you feel everything, you will never know what it is like to be Source. And that’s what this journey in this universe is about for every single one of us.

Your prayers are a beacon calling to you the Love and the Wisdom that You Seek.

Just as a ship at sea can find the land it is seeking through the beacon light on shore, so it is the power of your prayers. The guiding light of your prayers sets an intention for your life that leads the way to all you require for an abundant, healthy and joy-filled life.

Prayer is an alignment with God’s energy. It connects you to the abundant Source where all is provided. Prayer is not something you save until there is a dire need. Prayer is a way of aligning your thoughts to create the opening for miracles in your life.

When you pray you are sending out a powerful thought which is like a beacon light. This thought not only attracts what you are asking for, it sets a pattern of energy for the highest good in your life. It increases your conscious awareness of the power of great possibilities. Prayer creates a shift in your attitude so you can be a magnet for your good.

Your prayer does not have to be an elaborate ritual. Simple words that work for you are the easiest way to attune yourself to God. Prayer acts as a reminder that there is a Higher Power available to assist you in every area of your life.
Practice:

Knowing that an attitude of gratitude can lift your awareness, it is often helpful to begin your prayers by giving thanks for that which already exists in your life. Proclaiming Divine Order is another powerful prayer when you don’t know what else to ask for. When Divine Order exists in your life, you live in harmony, love and abundant joy.

Sometimes God seems very far away and too vast to comprehend. At those times, calling forth your guardian Angel is like calling on a friend, someone to talk to and pour out the deepest feelings in your heart. Know that it is all right for you to ask for what you want. The abundant resource of spirit is equal to every demand, and you deserve to be happy, and abundantly blessed.

It is often helpful to know the qualities you desire to attract to you when you pray. If you are lonely and asking for a mate, know clearly what you want in a life companion. These qualities could include a deep heart connection, understanding and harmony. When you ask directly for the qualities behind the physical attributes, it allows for a greater opening in your consciousness so you can receive at a deeper level.

Visualization can also assist your prayers. Imagine that you are a lighthouse on a rocky shore, a beacon of light. Feel the expansiveness as your light reaches out into the world around you. Know that your light is attracting your good to you and that you are assisting others by your beacon.

When you become this light in your thoughts, it expands your consciousness and prepares the way for you to receive even greater light. It creates a new level of calming faith within you. So let your light shine. You are meant to be this beacon of light shining forth into the world for all to see.

Each person has this ability to shine, because each person is a part of the light, love and wisdom which is God. When you recognize this power within you, it will create the energy for miracles to occur. Believe that all the good in the universe is available for you, just because you are a beloved child of the Creator.

As you shine your light into the world, know that you are not alone. The abundant energy of God is pouring into you to assist you in keeping your light strong. They are able to easily transition into alternative realities and dimensions. They are well provided and protected. The fire cleanses. Visualize healing waters from the heavens blessing the parched places with rain, with relief. All life is internally reeling, shaking as these tremendous changes shift. You are all shifting. Some towards the light, some towards the dark. All paths have been chosen in this now. And have been for awhile. You will see, and then you will really SEE with your third eye. Many of you are already there.

Allow this white light to burn bright with your heart space and become enlivened by these new energies. This one’s forehead is burning bright. Invite this fire within to burn away all that no longer serves, all that is blocking you from your highest and fullest potential. Dear Ones,

You are shifting from acquiescing to the needs of others to informing them of your thoughts and feelings. You are no longer the agreeable mime that others want you to be.

Of course, this information is not new. What is new is that you no longer feel guilty about your truth. You no longer wonder if someone’s feelings are hurt or worry that others might not care for you if you do not participate.

So it is you are feeling feisty, adhering to your inner principles even though others might be angry or bewildered by your actions.

For eons, you have known you are powerful. But you used that power to fit in instead of becoming. You were an easy target for anyone who needed something you could or would provide as a caretaker.

Now that you are exploring your inner-power, you are a stronger, more vocal being. Someone who no longer sifts through the needs and thoughts of others before finding your voice. So it is others are surprised – and not always pleasantly so – by your new demeanor.

Those impacted by your new voice might try to return you to who you were. And that is when you will surprise yourself and others with your declaration of freedom. The freedom to be without the constraints of who others want or need you to be.

This freedom, this voice will be raw without the sugar-coating of social graces. You are exhausted by the current earth chaos. So it is you are unwilling to roll back your thoughts and beliefs to those which better suit those around you.

You are rapidly discovering that trying to fit in, to be the nice boy or girl you were trained to be, is more uncomfortable than you ever imagined. A bit like those musically inclined finding it painful when they hear the wrong note in a song.

Those around you will want you to return to the kind, gentle person with whom they have always interacted. You are the caretaker of the world are you not? For that is what they expect of you. And that is what used to give you comfort – hiding behind a false caretaking curtain as you ignored your needs and powers. A bit like Clark Kent never entering the phone booth to become Superman.

Now you superwomen and men not only want to be discovered, it is necessary that you are. For the world, the Universes are waiting.

Likely, you have no interest in saving the world. By being yourself, you are saving the world. For until you force others to take responsibility for themselves, you will continue to pretend to be someone you are not.

Humans do not change until the discomfort is painful enough to do so. If you continue to catch others when they fall, they will never be uncomfortable enough to change.

Just as it is not appropriate for you to always pick up your children’s toys because it is easier, it is also no longer appropriate to ensure that others do not fail or fall. You are only responsible for you. And the same is true for all.

So it is that you are feeling exhausted, emotionally drained. Even though your caretaking role no longer feels right, others fully expect you to continue, so they do not have to take responsibility for their actions. Imagine those following you as children wanting you to pick up their toys – just as was true for you when you started your transition.

At the beginning of your transition, you constantly asked for direction and assistance, crying out that this transition was too difficult for you to bear. We countered with, “You’re your own guru” and thousands of other words encouraging you to become you.

So it is now that those following want you to do their work for them. They will try many emotional ploys to once again ensure you are engaged in their life. For how much easier it would be for them if you guided them through the rough parts by holding their hand and using your super-duper sword of light to cut through their pain? You wished for the same throughout much of your journey. And even though we often wanted to make it easier for you, we knew doing so would merely prolong your pain.

So it is for you now. You are no longer caretakers, your brothers or sisters keepers. You are you with new powers to explore. Powers that are you being you without the filters of who society or those following want you to be.

All involved in this transition must find their own voice. Such will only happen if all are allowed to do so.

But we forewarn you that just as was true for you in your dark night of the soul and phases thereafter, those following will expect you to help them carry their burdens. That is not your role. Your role is to allow them to see and sense the outcomes of daring to be free.

You are not a caretaker. You are not their parent. You are not their guru. Your role and only role is to be free of the social and personal constraints that dim the light necessary to shine more brightly than hate and fear.

Allow those following to find their place, their joy. For their joy is no longer your responsibility even though you may have played that role in this life and many others. They must find their path which they cannot do if you carry them on YOUR path – slowing or halting your growth. So be it. Amen.

Welcome dear readers of the Arcturian Group messages.

Increasingly high frequency energies pouring to earth at this time are serving to bring up deeply buried personal and global fears on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels for many already awakened as well as for the un-awakened.

Much of this fear has its root in the programing that has taken place for everyone on earth throughout their hundreds of lifetimes. Mankind has been taught that if they are “good”, obey the ten commandments, go to church, and follow the laws and rules of those in charge, God will reward them–if not on earth then in the afterlife.

These teachings epitomize the myth of separation, one in which spirituality consists of pleasing a male God made in man’s image and likeness that resides somewhere up in the sky and who spends his time watching each person’s every move in order to assign them to his naughty or nice list for future placement in heaven or hell. You who read and understand these messages have long moved on from this myth, but sticky remnants of it can and do often pop up to effect even the most evolved.

Intense higher dimensional frequencies of Light are exposing these still active lower resonating energies. This in turn is causing issues to surface through one or more areas– physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Rather than reacting with shock, resistance, or denial if or when this happens, rejoice, for it indicates that you have attained the spiritual readiness necessary to acknowledge and clear these obsolete energies.

Occasionally the energy of some past life trauma or disease will physically or emotionally re-manifest for a short time as their clearing takes place. It is fine to seek some basic relief if a clearing becomes painful or intense but avoid remedies that obliterate the clearing process (heavy drugs).

As uncomfortable as some clearings may be, they are a necessary part of the ascension process as low resonating energy cannot exist in the higher frequencies. Do not assign power to uncomfortable clearings but rather simply allow the process to unfold and you will find that it soon completes.

Some believe that by clearing all old energy, they lose their individuality and become spiritually “neuter”. Nothing could be further from the truth. Every life experience serves to create individuality. Energetic clearing removes energies of attachment, fear, and power accumulated from certain experiences, but not the lessons learned or the joys experienced which become a part of one’s state of consciousness and unique soul signature.

All is proceeding according to plan. Have no fear for the success of Gaia’s ascension process because the “train has left the station” and cannot be stopped at this point. Because the third dimension is under the influence of time and space, ascension can only take place as a process and that process is activated and governed by the collective consciousness of the people on earth.

No matter how many evolved galactic, Higher dimensional Beings of light, and spiritual Guides stand ready to assist, under the law of free will they cannot step in with their advanced technologies and higher ways to change and “fix” earth’s problems. Change can only manifest from the consciousness of the people because consciousness is the substance of all form.

This is why so many Starseeds and highly evolved souls are presently incarnated on earth while more continue to come. They have chosen to be on earth at this powerful time in order that the Light of their evolved consciousness can become a part of the collective thus helping to shift world consciousness.

You are them

Love is the frequency of ascension. When an individual evolves to where they understand and accept love to be the interconnectedness of the many within the ONE, they begin to experience this state of consciousness throughout all aspects of ordinary daily living where peace manifests and flourishes.

Love is continually preached, sung about, written, and filmed but usually in accord with three dimensional beliefs of blame, judgement, conditions, and concepts. Unconditional love is an attained state of consciousness that is able to see through appearances to the Divine that lies hidden within every person or situation.

This is not easy to change one’s way of seeing the world because throughout eons of time and hundreds of lifetimes everyone has been three dimensionally programmed. This is what you are in the process of moving beyond at this time which doesn’t mean you ignore or remain uninformed regarding personal and world events, but rather means that your daily agenda is no longer based in three dimensional values.

In the beginning, most students of truth continue to respond to certain people and events with “knee jerk” reactions. This is normal. Never judge, criticize, or feel yourself a spiritual failure for reacting in some old habit because this reaction is your first step toward recognizing old beliefs still being carried in consciousness. Ask yourselves; “What am I believing that is making me feel this way?”

As you begin to recognize and acknowledge old programming, you initiate the process of sweeping out the little hidden corners of your belief system that were not previously a problem. This in turn allows unconditional love to become natural and easier. You begin to meet situations, personal or global, from a higher sense of love, one not based in emotional attachment to someone or something but based in the realization that only God is.

Life gets easier as you attain a consciousness of Oneness. The I that I am flows ITself through energies of harmony, orderliness, wholeness, balance, cooperation, cohesiveness etc. An attained consciousness of Oneness cannot help but manifest as Divine harmony without personal struggle or thought. Solutions to even the most mundane of problems often simply appear and synchronicity becomes the norm.

This is how many master musicians, scientists, inventors etc. created their masterpieces–somehow and often without conscious thought they opened themselves to receiving original and high resonating ideas from within as well as from High resonating Beings there to help them bring original and often necessary ideas into form from the other side.

Some learned to be silent for a bit which allowed those never before manifested ideas in alignment with their profession or talents to flow into conscious awareness. Some believed that these ideas came from their mind but others began to recognize that there was a Source other than themselves.

Truly original ideas and solutions can never flow from the human mind but rather flow through it because the source of all knowledge and creativity is only present within just awaiting recognition. The human mind on its own is only able to access information already present in the collective.

Love is the key dear ones, for absolutely nothing exists but the one Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Consciousness you call God and therefore of which, in which, and from which everything must be formed. There is nothing else–period. It is false, conditioned, and erroneous states of consciousness that form the world of duality and separation mankind has come to accept as reality.

All are brothers and sisters within the Infinite ONE, made of the same Substance and therefore embodying all the qualities of that Substance. Attaining the consciousness of this truth is to remember, live, express, and forever be the fullness of what in reality you already are. This is the goal of evolution.

Beings living on already ascended planets live their lives in the higher dimensional energies of oneness. Earth is being observed and assisted by these beings who understand because they too have experienced an ascension process although most planets did not begin at the density levels of earth.

Humans are not alone in the universe as so many continue to believe, nor are they the most intelligent species as you have been taught. Humans are an integral part of the vast collective of Divine consciousness manifesting Itself in infinite form, variety, and individuality. Those who continue to believe that they are alone in the Universe and that the human mind is the pinnacle of intellect are in for a great surprise.

Be not impatient with the process, for there remain many just beginning to become aware of the bigger picture behind world events and personal experiences. All will continue to move forward dear ones, for evolution can be ignored, denied, and avoided but cannot be stopped.

You are spiritual beings made of Divine Consciousness and can therefore change form but will never cease to exist. You are God individualized and not lowly beings subject to and needing protection from every three dimensional belief floating about in the universal collective consciousness. This is the reality of you, your essence, your soul, your real selfhood.

Never forget this and once and for all stop allowing others to persuade you otherwise regardless of how many college degrees they may have attained or what three dimensional positions of power they hold.

I project gratitude, Love and Light, I project my being, my energies, my thoughts deep into the magma of Mother Earth, yellow, purple, orange in color, asking for the assistance in bringing the energy of the creative magma iup through my feet, up to my root chakra or coccygeal Plexus, nto my second sexual and sacral chakra, the Plexus of Creation. I call on Divine Creative Source and Archangel Jophiel the Beauty of God, the Archangel of Creative Power and Illumination, The Guardian of the Tree of Knowledge with Archangel Uriel. I reach and project gratitude, Love and Light, high into the heavens, calling forth the golden-white light from Source Energy, bringing down the golden-white light through my cerebral chakras, down through my heart chakra adding love from my heart, and down to my sacral Plexus or creative center just above the pelvic bone. The changes that are taking place are all the result of the uplifting of the vibrations, and they are continuing to rise up and for those souls who are still tied to the lower vibrations, it is proving to be an uncomfortable time as they are unable to adjust to the changes. Consequently they are destined to stay at their present level until after Ascension when they will find themselves moving onto a similar planet to Earth.

Naturally, those who have lifted up their vibrations will ascend with Mother Earth. There is no picking or choosing as you simply go to the level that is compatible with your vibrations. It is what you have been working for since the last Solar Cycle began and you are to be commended for having reached the higher level.

The importance of getting close to nature cannot be sufficiently emphasised, even to the extent of running barefoot through the grass. It is a way of getting closer to the Earth and benefitting from the energies coming from it. They are healing and uplifting helping you relax and enjoy the “feel-good factor.” Not least of all the Sun itself gives off energies that are vital for your good health.

Nearly all of the best healthy foods are provided by Mother Earth, and the more you can feed yourself on fresh unadulterated foodstuffs the better it is for your body and digestive system. As soon as chemicals are added the quality, the goodness can be affected and could result in illness or disease taking place. Your body is like a superb machine that does need looking after to get the best performance.

You talk of a balanced diet and indeed it is essential if you are to maintain your body in good health well into old age. People believe that because there is not necessarily an immediate effect from a bad diet they are not at risk, but beware of the long term danger that exists.

We do not like to preach at you. With the vibrations lifting, you have the opportunity to take full advantage of them by extending your life expectations, still enjoying good health, and you will need less and less solid food and eventually live off the energies around you.

Oh yes, we can hear some of you saying that you enjoy your food as it is and would not want to go without it, but you will find it quite different when you actually experience the satisfaction of eating less solid food. The answer is that when you are ready you will have no hesitation in changing your lifestyle and enjoy it.

Your task now is to avoid situations that could result in negative changes to your vibrations and to maintain the highest level possible, thus ensuring that you take your place in the 5th dimension. The differences compared to the old vibrations will be substantial and very much to your liking.

The most acceptable change would undoubtedly be a beautiful environment that is self-sustaining. Your joy and happiness would be in knowing that you will at last have reached a level where the negative or unevolved souls are unable to exist.

You will as a result have that never-ending peace and happiness that comes from throwing off the shackles of the lower vibrations. (1) So bide your time until the change comes about by helping other souls to also raise their vibrations, and sending out thoughts of love and harmony, thereby helping the changes to take place as soon as possible.

You are in a New Age and the operative word is “New” so eventually the old ways of living will change for the better in good time. Yet already there are those who have made progress and are ready to introduce new ways of doing things that are to your advantage.

There are new ways of looking at old problems that can make life more comfortable and usually more pleasurable. The present time may not be right for their introduction but major changes are afoot, simply waiting for the right time to go ahead. You have great help to enable you to go forging ahead and much relies on the right people being able to emerge and announce themselves.

At different points in your evolution people always emerge who have specifically incarnated on Earth to assist you take some major steps forward in your evolution. You can be assured that higher Beings oversee your advancements and are active in “waking up” souls who are on Earth to help you.

Dear Ones, you could consider yourselves as living in a time warp, because as we have mentioned previously, you are some 50 years behind the progress you could have made. For example, your news sources are not as free to report events as you may think and are subject to a form of censorship. It largely arises from the intent of the major countries of the world desiring to keep new discoveries to themselves. (2) There is a continual race to be the first to gain knowledge that will put them ahead of their competitors.

Naturally some advancement cannot be concealed and you benefit from it. However it is becoming more difficult to maintain the level of secrecy. There are sources that are independent and keen to publicly bring their inventions into view. It must happen in part to alleviate the suffering that many people experience in the underdeveloped countries. So keep faith that soon there will be revelations that will lift you up onto the next level of existence.

Through the system of reincarnation it has been possible to give you souls who know what is needed, to give you the advantage of their knowledge and experience that will benefit you. Matters cannot be changed overnight, but the foundations can be laid that will ensure that beneficial changes cannot be held up indefinitely.

The Age you are now in is for growth and the introduction of new ways of doing things that save time and make life a lot easier for all people. The Big Brother approach and enforcement of what they deem suitable for you cannot succeed, as progress must be allowed to follow its own path. Life could be so much easier and more comfortable if you were allowed to benefit from time-saving inventions that do exist already.

Not too long ago you were told that you were not ready for the advancements that could have been made and that it was more a matter of the poor living standards that many experienced. That scenario has improved over the years and what you call the Third World has progressed and is ready to become a major player where the world’s needs are concerned.

It has often been only a matter of confidence to fully enter the world markets. Their potential has been recognised for some time now and they will eventually take their place amongst the big countries. You cannot hold back progress indefinitely and there is so much more that could be released for the betterment of all people.

That you are in the midst of big changes is in no doubt and the people are ready to take those steps that will take them fully into the New Age and all of its benefits. So do not feel so frustrated by the lack of changes that would improve your standard of life, as they are simply waiting for the best opportunity to be introduced.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are setting the bar very high for humanity because we think very highly of you. We are impressed by all that you are able to face and feel in your lives, and we are certainly impressed by the fact that you are all still there, as hard as it is to be on Earth. We want you to know that we are not alone in holding all of you in very high esteem. We discuss humanity with other high-frequency beings and collectives all the time, and the consensus is that you all deserve a lot of respect for being able to endure the harsh reality of your circumstances.

We also want you to feel for the amount of compassion that there is coming to you from the higher realms, because it is immense. We all listen to your cries for help and your prayers, and you give us the opportunity to feel even more compassion and love than we could otherwise. So we are grateful to humanity, and we want you all to know that the help you have asked for is on its way. The prayers that you have sent up into the heavens have been asked and answered, and all that we ask from you is that you let go of your problems, and your fears and worries long enough, to be in the high vibration you need to be in to receive what is coming, what has already been sent.

This is a group effort, and there are beings whose job it is to soothe all of you, to give you a reason to feel good. Take your spirit guides, for example. They do everything in their power to get you to look at that sunset or to spend time with your loved ones. They are doing everything that they can to keep you out of despair so that you can receive all of the higher vibrational energies that are coming in in answer to those prayers and cries for help.

The next time that you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders, just remember how much help you have. And the next time you are worrying about someone that you love very much, remember all the help that your loved one has. Some of you are perhaps scoffing at this assertion of ours that we and others have been answering those prayers and those cries for help, because you don’t see it. You look around at your reality, and you wonder where it is.

But please hear us when we say that you need to slow down enough, and relax just a little bit, so that you can open yourselves up to receive, so that you can let yourselves be in that higher vibrational state. Survivors of the crime of Commercial Exploitation of Children (CEC) are today aiming to become top-notch lawyers. They have different stories. Some were child brides sold into prostitution by their husbands, some were sent away by their families as domestic helps into unknown houses.

But they all seem to have one thing in common, the one thing that pushes them to aim for the best.

They want justice.

They want to study law to become public prosecutors to stop crimes against our girls. They are backed by the School for Justice. This is no ordinary school. They’ve collaborated with the top law colleges in the country. I spoke over the phone with their incredible and candid Francis Gracias, the CEO of Free a Girl Movement India.

How distressful is the picture of the Commercial Exploitation of Children in India?

Francis Gracias: There’s this study by ECPAT which was conducted in 2014 that tells us how 1.2 million children are the yearly survivors of this crime in South Asia. And the strangest thing is that the number is increasing year after year! But there’s only a fractional number that gets reported. In 2014, there were 3345 cases reported out of which only 384 went to court. Of the 384, there is a minuscule 10%-14% conviction rate. Would you believe that?

There’s no fear of this crime. When this negligible punishment is doled out, impunity develops around the crime. Had there been more cases and convictions, there would’ve been more distress in the criminals. Unfortunately, that doesn’t exist currently.

When it comes to convictions, enforcement of the law is the problem. Laws like the POCSO, ITPA are in place, but their implementation is not good. Sometimes it is due to the lack of will of the police, sometimes it is the genuine lack of resources.

Can you explain it with an example?

Francis Gracias: There are these specialized units that are supposed to be deployed in each district called Anti-Human-Trafficking Units. On paper, they are supposed to be cracking down on Human Trafficking – but they are not funded or well-equipped. To further reduce their specialty, they are given regular cases, too. In many districts, they aren’t deployed at all!

Thankfully, they do exist in major urban centers, but there, they have to deal with political pressure.

Infrastructure dedicated to CEC is in very bad shape. There is an immense lack of resources, a backlog of pending cases, overburdened authorities and a lack of specialized courts.

Did you have to face risks and threats as you challenge this massive trafficking and prostitution mafia?

Francis Gracias: In my early days, before I founded the School of Justice, I did. Especially when I was involved in the ground investigation, when I visited the Red Light areas I ruffled a lot of feathers. I had to act as a whistleblower against their owners and I got into some trouble.

But I, sort of, was aware of the consequences of what I was doing. I knew that usually when I was intimidated, it was an empty threat. They couldn’t attack men, they could only try and scare me. And that wasn’t going to work.

Thankfully, since we’ve founded the School of Justice, I’ve never faced any threats. But, I am sure as we enroll more girls and make a lot of noise; we’re going to get into all sorts of troubles.

The stories of the survivors are just heartbreaking. Tell us about the trauma the girls are going through and how they are dealing with it?

Francis Gracias: Well, the good part with the School of Justice is that most of the girls we’re working with had been rehabilitated. Especially, since we’ve been providing them education and vocational skills, they are looking forward to the future. Trauma is usually the most intense during two stages. One is during the rescue operation and the other is during the trial.

The girls with us are very positive in their outlook, but they still have a hankering for justice. That is why they are so passionate about wanting to be a part of the solution. They want to help other victims. The system has failed them but instead of being repulsed by it, they are actively working to become a part of it and amend it.

Tell us a little about how the classes for the survivors work. Are these like regular college classes or are they special classes?

Francis Gracias: We wish to enroll them in regular classes at good colleges. Now see, they come from different backgrounds. Some, we help to appear for the CLAT exam (Common Law Admission Test), while some we encourage to pursue University exams. CLAT is a little more challenging because there’s a lot of time required to prepare for it. Those who cannot clear CLAT are admitted to the Law Department of State Universities.

I sit down with our Law experts from across the country to map the skills of each girl. Then we talk to the Law Colleges and tell them, “Our girl has cleared your entrance test. But she’s a survivor of Child Prostitution and we want to partner with you to get her a good education.”

How do you meet these girls? What is the process for enrollment?

Francis Gracias: Currently, there is a problem with funding so we have to stick to a strict filtration process. We scout our children at protective homes and shelter houses. We work with their probation officers and counselors. We spend a lot of time counseling them, guiding them through the entire process and ensuring they really want to pursue this.

We’ll certainly expand the filtration process as time passes by. Right now the lack of funding restricts us quite a bit.

The identity of girls has been revealed on the website. Are you sure that doesn’t pose a threat to the safety of the girls?

Francis Gracias: That’s a great question and many people are concerned about this. See, we’re a bold initiative that way. The whole point is to dismantle the stigma that the survivors face. However, we’re only revealing their identities with their consent. We talked to them for hours and made sure they were as onboard with this as we were. And, they were! I remember what one of the girls told me.

She said, “I’ve gone through so much already that this (identity revelation) doesn’t bother me.”

But, hasn’t revealing the identity opened up the girls to an array of discrimination in a society that often considers them accomplices in the crime.

Francis Gracias: Oh, we’re certainly endeavoring to inform the society on the whole against this perception. Many people see these women as prostitutes who did this willingly. They aren’t seeing them as survivors of a crime that happened against them. Leave teachers, the police themselves aren’t sensitized enough. One Hawaldar, that we were trying to work with, called them prostitutes right to our faces. So we’re working with Police officers, Lawyers, Judges, and others to try and change their opinions. Bring about more acceptance for these brave girls.

Is there any sensitization program designed for the teachers and professors?

Francis Gracias: Now as the first batch is getting into colleges, we’ve started talking to the administration. We negotiate with them and sensitize them towards the struggle of our girls. We’re increasing their awareness about the risks that they face but also trying to encourage them to be a part of the revolution. We want them to support our girls a little more.

Do you think families are often inadvertently involved in this crime? If so, how can the awareness be increased?

Francis Gracias: That certainly seems to be the case. In our first class itself, 50-60% of the girls were sold by their immediate family. They either personally sold them off or colluded with criminals. In many cases, the girls are married at a young age and then sold off by their husbands. So, these girls want absolutely nothing to do with their old family.

In around 40% of the cases where the family is innocent, we try to contact them and reconcile. In that case, we involve the family in our School of Justice, too. We tell them everything and work with them to educate the girls.

The School of Justice boldly shows you the faces behind numbers and statistics. When we hear that 12 lakh children are being sold into prostitution every year in India, it is scary. But when we hear the individual stories of the girls from the school, it becomes much scarier. These girls are working hard to someday become public prosecutors to serve a society that wronged them. We salute both the spirit of life of the girls and the foundation that Gracias’ School for Justice provides them.

We are here to once again support your presence in the dense, challenging reality. We invite you to pause, take a deep breath, and acknowledge that all is well and more. It is a simple exercise; however, you will discover that this is a simple method to reset your energy.

In the world of quantum physics, everything is energy. Realize that the tissues and organs of your body are composed of cells, the cells are made up of molecules, the molecules are composed of atoms, atoms are made up of sub-atomic particles and sub-atomic particles are made up of energy!

You are pure energy – light in its most magnificent form and expression. You, as energy, are constantly changing and you actually control it all with your powerful mind and awareness. You are one big stellar and powerful Human Being.

Your entire existence, all matter, all life, all experiences, everything owes its existence in the physical world to energy Absolutely everything is energy.

Right now the energy of your reality is really unpredictable. Humanity is riding chaotic waves and navigating massive energy oscillations. Notice when you go from being peaceful to being frantic, and unfocused.

Remember the importance of resetting your energy. Pause, take a deep breath, place your awareness in your heart and create a coherent energy vibration of compassion, appreciation, love, forgiveness and allow that vibration to radiate out into your personal energy signature. Allow this energy field to surround you and touch all those you encounter. Trust us, the others will feel this calming energy that you offer.

There is an opportunity to create a new earth template. You are a part of the collective consciousness as an awakened and aware multidimensional being who is setting these goals and calling them forth.

Consider for a moment that there are multiple timeline patterns that are crossing your current time line. When this occurs there are opportunities to use these moments as portals of change. With your focused energy and intent you can call forth a new pattern from the future.

Using your focused energy and imagination, envision, invite, summon, or command a reality for this dimension that is life sustaining, honoring for all, an evolution of consciousness. Invite your future self to assist with this creation. Allow yourself to feel this realization, celebrate this realization with gratitude.

Imagine the possibilities that these realities will be carried in your own energy field and act as holographic communication to all that you meet or encounter. In this manner you are seeding the field with awesome future possibilities.

Watch what you focus upon. Where you place your focus is where your energy goes. So don’t feed your energy to a reality that you do not want to continue to create. You are powerful beyond measure. We will continue to remind you of this fact until you truly step into that power. You are here to assist the transformation of this dense dysfunctional reality. There is a future reality awaiting your invitation and command, never doubt that.

Imagine that your desires and dreams come from a future dimension where they already exist. Imagine that it is your future self that is inspiring the desires and the dreams and is willing to show you all the possibilities.

We will continue to remind you that you are the creator of your reality. This truth has been expressed in many ways and many languages. We support your understanding and awareness of how truly powerful you are.

We invite you to continue to free yourselves from the limited concepts of linear time by becoming sensitive to your own natural rhythms, and to the galactic support and energy that is being gifted.

Humanity is healing the past and encoding the future by awakening their hearts in the present. Begin to ask yourself how are you encoding the future? What is your focus? Where have you placed your energy and awareness?

With these simple questions you begin to step into your power as creator. Notice when you are engaged in some form of limited thinking, some negative or misqualified thought. Catch yourself quickly and reset your focus. This just takes a little practice before you will begin to see and experience the shifts.

Recognize that many of your limited beliefs have been given to you by others influenced by this 3D field of limitations; these are just old programs in your thinking process. It is time to begin to shift, delete and transform these limitations. First begin to recognize and acknowledge them. Say to yourself, that was certainly a limited thought. Then have fun replacing that limiting thought with an outrageous thought.

This awareness is occurring within the minds and hearts of humanity. Earth and all other living systems have a magnetic field and your scientists are discovering that those energy fields connect you all and actually carry biologically relevant information. You are triggering others codes to awaken and you are also being triggered by others who are awakening to their multidimensional divine self.

Step into your true power and call forth from the future a new template for this time and reality. We acknowledge you for the work and service that you continue to offer. Honor and accept the galactic gifts that are being offered to all those who understand who they are.
