Author of Christian relationship guide says he has lost his faith

The American author of a bestselling Christian guide to relationships for young people has announced that his marriage is over and he has lost his faith.
Joshua Harris, whose biblical guide to relationships I Kissed Dating Goodbye sold nearly 1m copies around the world after it was published in 1997, has also apologised to LGBT+ people for contributing to a “culture of exclusion and bigotry”.
In his book, Harris, a former pastor at a US megachurch, urged young Christians to reject dating for “courtship” under the guidance of parents and observing sexual abstinence. Young couples should not kiss, hold hands or spend time alone together before marriage, he said. Dating was spiritually unhealthy and a “training ground for divorce”, the book argued.
The book, written by Harris when he was 21, was widely circulated within evangelical Christian youth groups, helping to promote a “purity culture” and vows to preserve virginity until marriage.
Harris later became a senior pastor in the Covenant Life church in Gaithersburg, Maryland, which he left in 2015. The church had been accused of covering up allegations of child sexual abuse by failing to report the claims to police.
Last year, Harris disavowed the ideas in I Kissed Dating Goodbye, saying in a statement: “I no longer agree with its central idea that dating should be avoided. I now think dating can be a healthy part of a person developing relationally and learning the qualities that matter most in a partner.
“To those who read my book and were misdirected or unhelpfully influenced by it, I am sincerely sorry.”
This month he announced on Instagram that he and his wife were separating after 21 years of marriage because “significant changes have taken place in both of us”.
Another Instagram message posted nine days later said he had “undergone a massive shift in regard to my faith in Jesus”.
He wrote: “The popular phrase for this is ‘deconstruction’, the biblical phrase is ‘falling away’. By all the measurements that I have for defining a Christian, I am not a Christian. Many people tell me that there is a different way to practise faith and I want to remain open to this, but I’m not there now.”
He added: “I have lived in repentance for the past several years – repenting of my self-righteousness, my fear-based approach to life, the teaching of my books, my views of women in the church, and my approach to parenting to name a few.
“But I specifically want to add to this list now: to the LGBTQ+ community, I want to say that I am sorry for the views that I taught in my books and as a pastor regarding sexuality.
“I regret standing against marriage equality, for not affirming you and your place in the church, and for any ways that my writing and speaking contributed to a culture of exclusion and bigotry. I hope you can forgive me.”
His bestselling book was to be discontinued because of its “flaws”, he said.

Dear Ones,
Many of you continue to be someone you are not.
Even though there is a need for you to live within the confines of 3D rightness, such is so only for a short time. For you are finding it more difficult to do what is expected of you instead of what you wish to do.
Perhaps you believe you must continue a job or action you do not necessarily like, to maintain your home or family. Such is not terrible, merely a 3D fear. For your fear of the possible pain if you do not perform as you think you should is the fear of what used to be.
What you have discovered, or soon will, is that what was is no longer. For when you are true to your inner-being, the fears of yesterday are not valid. A bit like watching the snowfall with fearing you will be uncomfortable once you walk outside only to discover that the snow is fun to play in and explore.
Because you are no longer a 3D being nor is the earth, what was cannot be.
So it is that your 3D fears continue to guide you despite knowing deep within that you are not the person you once were, hiding your beliefs and feelings behind the shoulds and have tos of society.
In 3D, your outer world was of the greatest importance, so you catered to those surrounding you while most often ignoring your needs and wants. Now, you are clamoring to be free.
The result is that many of you are uncomfortable as you attempt to maintain what was, even though doing so provides you with little joy. You respond that you must keep this job or that relationship even though doing so makes you sad, even angry for without that connection, your life would be miserable. If you believe such thoughts, your life is already miserable.
What does your inner-being wish to say or do? That is your new guide.
For even if you once bridged the gap by dancing between 3D and 5D, you can no longer do so. You are of 5D. Even though such a statement is not a new concept, the actuality is probably starting to be uncomfortable. “Who are you?” needs to be one of your first thoughts in the morning, and your last thought before bed. For just as was true in 3D as you evolved from childhood to adulthood, what was is no more.
Many of you are procrastinating, trying to halt your 5D evolution. Not because you wish to remain of 3D, but because you do not yet trust 5D you. So it is you are walking a tightrope between the two worlds and you are exhausted. You feel as if you are neither here nor there, accepting that which makes you uncomfortable and fearful of trusting your heart, your inner voice.
What is your inner voice telling you at this moment? Is it pooh-poohing your leap into new you or is it sparkling in joy at the thought? We venture to guess that your inner-being is exhausted from trying to find joy in your joyless activities. Granted, you can change your perceptions, but even that is no longer enough to satisfy your need to fly into your 5D being.
Many of you are ready to leap into 5D totality – tomorrow, next month, or next year – but not today. What if you ruin a relationship, lose your job, or offend a dignitary by being you? If that is the message floating in your mind before you speak or act, then you are harboring the need to remain of 3D while talking or thinking that 5D sounds glorious, just not now or this week.
Even though you have tried to take the easy route of being of two worlds, such escapism is no longer valid. For not only have you proclaimed yourself of 5D, but your physical being has adjusted. You are not of 3D in either word or action. Allow that to be. Then allow yourself to act on that thought.
Your seemingly evolutionary thoughts will not isolate you for there are now enough followers that your new thoughts and deeds will not be as revolutionary as you now imagine.
You are not the only one thinking or acting as was true in many previous lifetimes when guarding your radical inner thoughts often meant the difference between life and death. This is a different time for a reason.
In previous lifetimes, you tested all sorts of approaches, attitudes, and actions. Even though you were doing so in isolation, your role was to return the results of those efforts to your cohorts, as was true of your creation cohorts in lifetime after lifetime. The information you and your cohorts gathered was then combined to create the 5D approach you and your group have so successfully used to create new you and New Earth.
Those tests also created fearful memories of death or punishment. So it is you dared to create the 5D umbrella for yourself and the earth, but are now hesitant to fold your umbrella and stand in the sunshine without protection. You are stronger than you now imagine, and you are not alone. So it is you no longer need to hide yourself or your inner thoughts.
There is no need for you to stand on the corner proclaiming your rightness. But it is time for you to do so within your being, and as you feel appropriate, in your actions. You will know what is right by the joy you feel during and after your action. At the same time, you will know when you are following 3D dictates by your discomfort via anger, fear, or depression.
Allow your new being the freedom it deserves for you have worked for eons to uncover it while of the earth. It is time for you to display your new being in all your beauty. So be it. Amen.

We have been placing a great deal of emphasis in our transmissions on the empowerment of humanity. We want very much for you to experience yourselves as powerful beings, both as individuals and as a collective. We want you to experience yourselves in that way because you are powerful beings who create your reality, and we also give you this in response to what we see. We see many awakened individuals giving their power away.
One of the ways that you do this is by assuming that you are living out a predetermined set of circumstances. You give your power away to the you that was present in the seventh dimension when you were deciding on which set of circumstances to be born into in this life. Another way that you give that power away is to people who make predictions.
When a person, or an entity, makes a prediction, and you then believe that the prediction is set in stone, you are also no longer embracing yourselves as the creators of your reality. Another way you are giving your power away is to believe that someone in politics, someone in a cabal, or extra-terrestrial beings have the ability to either control and manipulate you without your consent or be your savior.
We seek to empower you because we want you to realize that you are Source Energy Beings creating all of this, even those malevolent beings that ARE trying to control and manipulate you. But it could only happen by agreement, and you have the power to not agree to be controlled or manipulated. You also have the power to choose what timeline you’re on. You have the power to make yourself your savior. You have the power to manifest the reality you want to experience. You have the power to accelerate your shift, and all of that must mean that looking outside of yourselves is not acknowledging the powerful being that you are.
This is why we also emphasize going within. We want you to experience that power viscerally. We want you to know it as a feeling, as something you vibrate. We want you to know it as something you are. You are the power that you seek. You are the manifestation that you wish to be living, but unless we and others like us can convince you to access all of that within you, then you will continue to look outside of you for the next set of circumstances that’s going to control whether you get what you want or not. And that goes for you personally and you collectively.
What do you want for all of humanity, including yourself? Put your focus on that creation, vibrate in harmony with it, and then let it go. Let the universe do the heavy lifting while you sit back, relax, meditate, and live a life of joy, whatever that looks like to you. There is plenty of joy to felt, to be shared, to be experienced. You don’t have to wait until you are fully fifth dimensional to start living in joy, and that is something else that we want for all of you. Do what brings you joy. Activate joy within you, and the universe will respond, because that’s how the universe works.

We have the ability to be everywhere, all at once, and also to be nowhere in the sense that we are non-physical. We are non-local and non-dualistic. You are living in a dualistic, polarized dimension where you often feel restricted, confined to a physical body. You even need permission to travel to another country, and are usually only allowed to stay for a certain amount of time before you are legally obligated to leave. You are having a very different experience from the one that we are having.
But you also have the ability to feel so much more relief than we will ever know again. The way that your reality is set up gives you the opportunity to experience getting hungry and then eating. You get to feel tired and then have a restful night’s sleep. You get to feel cold and then warm up. You get to know chaos and then peace. If you can embrace the experiences that are the opposite of what you want because they are giving you the opportunity to then experience what you want, you can move through those experiences much more quickly. When you don’t get what you want right away and shake your fists at the heavens and scream, ‘Why me?!’ you delay the process a bit more.
You are not, in that moment, allowing what you want to experience to flow to you naturally, but it’s all right. Even that experience has its positive aspects. Your desire is heightened in that moment of screaming. Your appreciation for getting what you want has the tendency to be increased because you went to that pit of despair.
Oftentimes you hear stories of monks or wise elders, and in those stories, the individual doesn’t react to a great deal of emotion to either good news or bad news, and the point of the story is to show that you don’t have to. The wise one in the story is meant to be an example of someone who is more evolved. However, from where we sit, we find it more impressive to see you having a true and real emotional reaction to something and then to clear that emotion by processing it and to even bring yourself to a place of calm and peace while nothing about the circumstance has changed. That is true mastery.
Those are the stories you need to be telling because you have a lot of emotions inside of you, and the purpose of life is not to transcend your feelings. It is to have your feelings and to recognize that whatever is causing you to have those feelings can also be embraced. You can learn to feel empowered. You can know that nothing outside of you is stronger or more powerful than you are, because you take the emotional hit, bring yourself to that place of calm and peace inside of you, and you get on with your life.
You get on with the process of creating what you do want to experience. When we see one of you doing that, we know we are observing a true master.

The unsettled countries of Earth continue to sort themselves out, suffering troubles and strife as major changes are often hard to introduce. People become used to a system of management and are reluctant to entertain something different, often fearing the changes that may be necessary. When the obstacles are those who govern some form of confrontation seems inevitable, yet it does not deter the people for holding out for what they want and believe in. It means that conflict is often unavoidable and no matter how long it takes the people will emerge as the victors. Since the New Age commenced in 2012 you are helped by new energy that has taken hold and it is lifting people to a level where ultimately only the truth can exist.
It means that as the vibrations lift up it will disempower the lower vibrations that will eventually be unable to continue. It will not create a vacuum as the new energies are bringing out a different and more acceptable way of life. At this time people find it difficult to foresee the outcome not realising that the old unworkable ways must be replaced if you are to lift up. Those of you that are ready and awakened to what is being placed before you will be the ones who will show the way forward. The changes are inevitable and Mankind will become more mature and able to handle the responsibilities for introducing them. It will be soon realised how much better off you all are and with it will come a peaceful way of coexistence.
In view of the way things are at present you could be forgiven for thinking that finding a peaceful solution to your problems would be virtually impossible. Yet already the seeds for a peaceful world are growing, and it will manifest in the not too distant future. Help the changes along by promoting peace wherever you go and allow others to see how confident you are. Obviously with peace there are many changes that need to be introduced and be assured that by then the world will be ready for them and adjust very quickly. It is your destiny and you shall see much of it take place in your lifetime. Thoughts come first and are then energised and become your reality.
Dear Ones, we know that patience has been asked of you many times and yet again it is most important, as a degree of calmness is needed to get through the present times. The prize is peace and happiness and is yours to take and enjoy, so whatever effort and determination you put into achieving success it will ultimately be rewarded. We of the higher realms see the whole picture, so whilst we talk of events to come it may sound as though they are much nearer than they actually are. However, we do see the potential and know that exactly when and how it comes into manifestation is very much up to you. The more of you who focus on a positive future the quicker it will come about.
The Earth is the focus of a lot of attention and in recent times it has increased because of how near you are to ascending. It has to come as so many of you are ready to do so and in the context of the last cycle that you have passed, you have much outside help to ensure that you do so. Ascension of souls who are ready is at any time one of great celebrations, as we know only too well how much you have gone through to reach this final surge to completion. It is a great accomplishment with yet a final feat by ascending in your physical body. Naturally it will change in the course of going through, so that it is in accord with the higher vibrations. What an experience that will be, and it will be echoed all through the Universe.
Do you begin to understand that you are special in our eyes as you will have achieved a goal that was thought to be too much for you. Not only that you have come through with “flying colours” and exceeded expectations. You will have achieved a marker that will be recalled many times. You will have realised by now that there is absolutely nothing to fear, indeed it will be a great fulfilling experience that you will feel privileged to have taken part in. With our assurances you can look forward to an exciting experience that you have well earned.
The question often seems to arise regarding as to who will ascend, as those families and friends that feel close to one another would like to be assured that they will all ascend together. On balance the likelihood is that close groups of any kind will most likely stay together, but it must be remembered that souls are not necessarily on an equal level when it comes to spiritual advancement but it is recognisable to us, yet some souls may defer their opportunity to ascend for personal reasons, that may well include a loyalty to their close ones and it will be honoured. When you are in the higher levels It is of course possible to still connect with others who have not yet ascended, and where a love link is concerned it will always be possible to keep in contact.
When you look around and see other souls playing out their roles bear in mind that you are not seeing them in full, as when incarnating on Earth you only need the skills or attributes that are necessary to fulfil your life plan. In the course of hundreds of lifetimes you have virtually done it all, and seen it all yet with each life further progress is made, even if sometimes it is two steps forwards and one step backwards. Your life plan is such that you have every opportunity to advance by your experiences, but as you must know by now there will always be another chance should you fail. Believe us, you get so much help to be successful, and if you would only listen to your intuition or Higher Self you are guaranteed success as the vibrations continue to lift up, and you will find that it becomes easier to achieve a clear contact with the higher realms.

My dearest children, as you walk into the phase of golden light, where the old seems to crash down around you while the final titles of the movie roll, you are invited to look towards the light and focus on this.
If your work is not in the field of accountability – and you will know clearly if that is the case – then your work is Ascension.
Now, what does that mean? It means that you are invited, or may I even say that we pray of you, to focus on all that is positive, all the change that can now allow for growth, for freshness, for creativity, for a clean start. (1)
It is true that the end is not clean. It is dirty, messy and deeply upsetting.
But the start, my beloved children, the start is a fresh page for humanity. Here anything is possible. All of creation is stretched out before you. All your creativity is coming on line soon, and you are being invited to dream, to create, to grow… to expand into all that is joyful, sacred, dynamic… You are in and of this creative moment.
This new world, this golden age is to reflect the very best of you. It will evolve and grow as you will evolve and grow. It is a virtuous circle that cannot be halted or extinguished.
It is the reason you came here now; to play with a template, to experience the divine aspect of creation in physical form.
Let your hearts, your minds, your souls run free, my dearest beloveds. Let this be your greatest dream fulfilled.
Yes, there is much to clear up from the past. But this shall be achieved far more quickly than you imagine, and with far greater ease than it may currently appear.
If the souls who have contributed to the darkness had not played their role, the ascension project could not have happened. So, there is need for gratitude to them, as well as forgiveness.
Their lives have served their karma and the collective ascension. They are shocking many into wakefulness; that in itself will stand to their credit, even while they experience the rebalancing of the energetics of their thoughts, words, and deeds.
Beloved children, in this time of storms and chaos, focus with the determination that I know you carry within, on the light and the birth. Forgive and pass on to the creation process. Now is the moment.
We are constantly with you, surrounding you in the love, light, and infinite grace of the Divine, so that you may share these qualities with all aspects of yourself and with others. Call on us when you need us, for we are always here for you.

We are not saying that you have no reasons to be angry. You do. But it is more important for you to process and feel that anger than it is for you to go looking for more reasons to feel it.
Tune Yourselves to Higher Frequencies ∞The 9D Arcturian Council
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are sending you transmissions in every moment of every day. They are energetic transmissions, and so is this. This is an energetic transmission that this channel has been able to pick up and run through his physical body, and now here he is making sense of what we are sending and what he is receiving. You can do this as well. At any time, you can pick up on our transmission. There are many, many other beings and collectives who want very much for you to pick up on their transmissions. You all have to decide which of us you want to tune yourselves to.
And of course, some are not choosing to tune in at all. When someone is not choosing to tune themselves to a higher frequency, they are unknowingly tuning themselves to a medium or low frequency, and they are then getting what they are getting as a result. Most people are walking around, receiving all sorts of information, and because that information is a vibrational match to how they’ve been feeling, it seems real to them. It resonates. If you’re angry, and there’s a talk radio show host who spends a couple of hours a night screaming into a microphone about how this group or that group is harming America, or whatever country that person is living in, and the angry person who is listening to this show feels as if the host is speaking for them, then the entire broadcast is going to resonate. It’s going to hit home.
This is why you needn’t go looking outside of yourselves for information. Whatever you are vibrating will bring you information, thoughts, experiences, people, and so on, to reflect to you that vibration. This is how the universe works. This is why it’s more important for you to simply sit, go within, breathe, and raise your vibration than it is for you to gather pieces of information that will then inform you about what you should be doing. Instead, we recommend just sitting, opening yourselves up, raising that vibration within you, and then waiting for the inspired thought to come.
We suggest that you tune yourselves to the higher frequency beings and collectives so that you can receive directly what it is that is most appropriate for you to receive. Perhaps it is just a message that says, ‘slow down, or ‘relax,’ or ‘pay attention.’ There are so many small messages that carry so much weight, but you have to tune yourselves to these higher frequencies first, or you’re just going to get the angry talk show host who riles you up. We are not saying that you have no reasons to be angry. You do. But it is more important for you to process and feel that anger than it is for you to go looking for more reasons to feel it.
We want you to feel the love that you are. We want you to feel joy, and then we want you to create more reasons to feel love and joy. Again, that is how this universe works.

The Event. Let us explain this. Yes. You are. This is.
There seems to be some lingering question among our readers about whether or not ‘we are actually into the change’ – whether or not you are into what most have come to think of as The Event. Let us explain this. Yes. You are. This is.
Now the changes are many and extremely complicated. The event, like any other, can be broken down into component parts and is therefore a process. Although there will be a climactic happening. Isn’t there always?
We have told you multiple times in these messages that you entered this process when you passed the marker more than six years ago. There has been a distinct ramping up, of energy, of what you may call velocity, of intensity, all of which we have spoken of, have we not?
There are thousands upon thousands of changes required to effect this “Change” that you await. None of the final result can occur until the groundwork has been laid in a myriad of places. There are mental changes, societal changes, technical changes, legal, governmental, physical – and on and on.
So, look around you now. When we said that some time ago, many of you could not see what we spoke of. When you look now, can you not see much of this beginning in earnest?
We also warned you often about your wish for us to ‘bring it on’. Well, you have brought it on, just as was necessary. We said that there was more involved than you knew or would ever want to know. That is still true. There is more involved than many will be able to believe.
We said that you should fasten your seat belts. You should. The ride is about to commence in earnest. Now here is a trick. When you keep your arms, and your attention, inside the ride, it is much easier on your senses. You are less likely to lose your breakfast. Keep your focus on your own inner progress. Let this stuff play out. It may seem endless, but it will not be.
Always know that it is all necessary, and it will lead to the world that you will create in its wake. Why can we say that?
We can say that because you have learned, and continue to learn, that you do create it. You have created it. You will continue to create it. It will be as you determine it to be.
Participate in that this time. This time, have your way. Do not allow. Create. Only alone, which you never really are, do you seem powerless. Only alone, which is an impossibility, can you be controlled. But you can believe this impossibility to be possible. That is what you have been taught to believe. It is a lie. Cease believing the lies.
This is where you are going. And so, yes. These are the changes. And they are beautiful even though they appear very much not to be.

The signs of humanity’s most wonderful awakening are clearly visible, as ever more choose to engage in contemplative or physical activities to assist in this most marvelous event. The awakening process is proceeding apace, and there is no one on Earth who remains completely unaware that something of great importance is occurring. A great release is in progress as much buried or denied anger, resentment, bitterness, and hatred is arising into people’s conscious awareness and shocking them. There are very few who have not buried or denied aspects of themselves that arose and were acted upon when they believed that they were under attack, physically or psychologically. These aspects that are not in alignment with your true nature – Love – have to be released because they are effectively the screen or veil which hides your true nature from you, leaving you feeling separated, abandoned, and unloved.
Love is the life force that flows through your human forms, and it is immensely powerful when you allow It access. You cannot shut It off completely, and you would not want to because death of your human form would follow. However, your unloving attitudes and beliefs prevent you from having full access to Its enormous power – the power to move mountains! So you can understand why you have to release these blocks in order for you to awaken, and that is what is happening now all over the world as people find seemingly shocking and unconscionable memories of past thoughts and actions, which they had denied or buried, arising unexpectedly into their awareness. This brings with it a sense of guilt and shame. This too must be released.
First, you are the beloved children of God and are, therefore, eternally and infinitely loved. Second, because the environment in which these seemingly shameful thoughts and activities occurred is unreal, they did not really happen. Yes, to you in form, it certainly seems that they did, but that was all part of the unreal nightmare from which you are in the process of awaking. You need to forgive yourselves for your own apparent misbehaviors, and you also need to forgive all others for theirs. God has forgiven you, knowing, as He does, that nothing untoward has occurred, and that you remain His beloved children who have made some errors that are being most perfectly corrected and released.
You have all been children, and many of you have had children yourselves, so you are very well aware of the difficulties and problems that arise for a person as they grow from infancy to adulthood. You all understand that things will be said and done that are painful to experience, and that cause suffering, guilt, and shame. But you also know that you have learnt lessons from these experiences that have proved to be invaluable. Being in form as a human is an ongoing learning experience, and as lessons present themselves, are learned and understood, maturity develops, leading eventually to a certain amount of wisdom.
Wisdom understands that lessons need to be learned and understood, and it knows that accidents, misbehaviors, and vindictive words and actions will occur as part of a human’s learning experience, as a person progresses along the path of spiritual evolution, the main path which a human, prior to incarnation, planned and designed, in order to be able follow it and learn the desired lessons. And that wisdom understands that shaming and blaming are not in the least bit helpful to an individual. Wisdom – your spiritual support team – offers gentle guidance to you at all times, if you choose to listen to it, and always encourages you to trust yourselves when you operate from integrity, and to forgive yourselves for any errors you make. The errors are lessons that you needed to learn, and you should not judge yourselves harshly for making them, or for allowing them to occur, and most definitely do not take on that useless and most painful burden – shame – because it serves no useful purpose, and only leads to enormous reluctance to engage fully with life as you move forward, when that is precisely what you incarnated to do.
Errors are inevitable, they are an essential aspect of your evolutionary process. To evolve is human, and humanity has been evolving since the moment of apparent separation. As long as you are in human form you will be capable of evolving, because evolution is an ongoing and endless process for those in form. However, many are distracted from doing so either by the many alluring possibilities with which life in form presents them, or for fear of making errors, of being wrong. Hence reincarnation is always available, in order to engage with new opportunities for your spiritual evolution.
Often when an entity leaves human form behind and returns to the non physical realms it is amazed and shocked to realize how many wonderful opportunities for spiritual evolvement were presented to it that it either did not see or chose to ignore. Do not concern yourselves about this, because it most certainly does not lead to harsh judgment or punishment when you lay down your physical forms – that is utterly impossible in Reality where there is only Love.
What happens is that a most loving being greets you warmly, completely and utterly accepting you, just as you are, and guides you as you make the choice either to reincarnate into form or to remain in the non physical realms. There is no pressure, judgment, shame, or blame, just a most loving welcome as any suffering and regret is dissolved and healed.
To transfer from human form back into the non physical realms is always a great joy as the Love that is All That Is embraces the one returning Home. However, while in form it is essential to use every opportunity with which that state presents you to further your spiritual evolution, because those opportunities are only available to those in form, and, as I said above, when an entity leaves form behind and returns Home, it is often shocked when it becomes aware of the many wonderful opportunities it did not see or chose to ignore.
Therefore, while in form live fully as a human, and empower your evolving spirituality by daily going within, to your holy inner sanctuary, and setting the intent to be only loving whatever may arise in your daily lives. Doing that brings you peace and contentment, and an inner intuitive knowing that you are on your path, and living the life that you planned before you incarnated. And that knowing gives you the strength, motivation, and enthusiasm that makes life a joy, and demonstrates to you the immense value of a human life experience.

This is a resting stage.Allow your physical body to catch-up to your new totality.The gates will open when you are fully capable of running instead of walking as is true for most of you now.Allow yourself to rest or function as your inner-being directs for you are no longer on 3D time.
Dear Ones,
You are probably feeling the need to advance your 5D self before your physical body is ready to do so.
For you are tired of drifting from one cocoon stage to the next without much intent or joy. You want to do this or that as predicted by our information or that of other channels. So it is you are attempting to push yourself into actions not yet available or fully developed, just as is true for most young teens.
You have passed the 5D Rubicon. There is no need or advantage to pushing yourself in any direction for you have reached your mellow plateau. Even so, many of you are functioning as if you need to do something to proclaim your new being in ways other than breathing. That you should create something big to dramatize your new being, to shine your light more radiantly.
In truth, just being is shining your light more brightly than in any earth lifetime.
Yet you pine for a physical expression that will convince you and those following that you have completed your transition preparation. Such is likely not to be for a few days or weeks. This is a resting stage. Something 3D you is not necessarily comfortable with. For in 3D, resting meant stagnation, rather than preparation. ThreeD was displayed outside yourself.
If you rested in 3D to gather information or prepare your physical being before moving forward, you and others wondered if you should see a specialist to determine why you were listless or uninterested in that which you were once interested. Instead of congratulations for daring to review your 3D needs in private, you often accepted social labels such as depression, anti-social behavior, anxiety, etc.
So it is you now wonder what is wrong with you instead of congratulating yourself for achieving the ability to follow your inner directives.
There is nothing wrong with you. In truth, everything is right. For you are allowing yourself to grow from within, despite your concerns that it might be wrong for you to do so. Believing such is a 3D extension, not a 5D reality. Because you are changing by the minute, you might find yourself sad, joyful, angry, and filled with remorse within minutes, just as was true in your early teen years. You are no longer a child (3D), yet not quite fully a 5D adult. So you pine for skills you likely are now discovering but are not yet able to fully actualize.
You feel as if your 5D interest or skill is floating somewhere out there where you can sense it, but not touch it – just as was true when you were a teen. Even though you could see the freedoms you would have as a young adult, your parents or society likely stopped you from claiming those freedoms prematurely.
So it is now. You might be able to sense your new skills and interests, but you are not yet physically prepared to fully claim them. Allow your physical body to catch-up to your new totality. If you remember, your physical being has been the last to adjust throughout your transition phases.
Many of you wonder when this rest period will be over for you are restless. Not that you know what you wish to do, only that you want to do something to spark your interest in life. For it seems like years since something was of interest you. In a sense, such is true. For your transition even though short-lived in Universal time has consumed much of your adult you earth time. You are like a racehorse at the starting gate fully prepared to give your all waiting impatiently until the gates open, and you can run free.
You spiritual and emotional beings are ready, you are merely allowing your physicality to catch up. But that explanation probably does not make your wait any easier. For those of you at the forefront are Olympic champions created to run, create, to be in joy and love.
So it is you are becoming more impatient by the day. The gates will open when you are fully capable of running instead of walking as is true for most of you now. Rest. Anything else will be counterproductive.
You are not a slow learner nor less developed than your 5D cohorts. You are in exactly the right place at the right time. Now allow yourself to rest or function as your inner-being directs for you are no longer on 3D time. So be it. Amen.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have evaluated several of the instances there on Earth where there has been open, physical contact with extra-terrestrial beings, and one of the conclusions that we’ve come to is that things have not ended well for humanity in the majority of those instances. We are referring to the time that humanity was assisted by the Lyrans, the time when humanity was deceived by beings known as the anunnaki, and we are talking about the instance in Egypt where several different extra-terrestrial races came to both assist humanity and also to take advantage of humanity’s view of extra-terrestrials.
So oftentimes e.t.s have been seen as angels or gods, and they have taken advantage of that belief that the humans held about them. When you have had full, open, physical contact with e.t. beings, more often than not, they have taken advantage of the fact that humanity assumed they were something other than what they were. And now, you live in a time where you are better served at questioning everything that comes to you in terms of information, stories, even firsthand accounts. You live in a time where it is very easy to put information out there that seems true, that sounds true, and even has some truth sprinkled into it, but that ultimately contains more of a desire to deceive than a desire to inform.
Those of you who are seeking that open, full, physical contact with e.t.s must take into consideration what humanity has already experienced. Even though you are going to connect with benevolent e.t. beings who will have your best interests at heart when they do land their ships in an open way, you will still be dealing with the trauma of Lemuria, Atlantis, and the feelings of abandonment you experienced in Egypt, India, Scandinavia, and in countless other times in your history.
And so, this is another factor to take into consideration when you are so certain that you want that full, open contact with physical e.t.s right away. Some of you think that the sooner this happens, the better. However, you are still working through your trauma of e.t.s as a collective. All of you were present during at least one of these instances that turned out to be quite traumatic for those of you who took part in those contact experiences. You are ready for that experience. Those of you who are receiving this message have done your work. You’ve cleared trauma. You feel ready for e.t. contact because you are, but you are a small segment of the human population.
The work is being done to ready your fellow humans, and you are doing a huge part of that work. Continue doing what you’re doing, and be open to having your own personal experiences with benevolent e.t.s. And just know that the rest of humanity is moving at a pace that is pleasing to those like us who can see the bigger picture here.
