Jennifer Crokaert ~ Ashian: The Pre-Stages of the Ascension Event

Jennifer: Well, this may come as no surprise to you, but I’ve been avoiding you! A lot.

Ashian: And we thank you for returning ~ if indeed there was anywhere to hide! ~ you were missed by us. Would you care to share?

J: I hate to repeat myself, but here we go…

It’s raw. Life is far too raw at the moment. There’s too much pain in my own life and I know from what I’m being told, many light workers (myself included) are tired, deflated and ~ quite frankly, although I will never quit ~ I have lost sight of the finish line.

In fact, I think I’ve passed several lines I thought were finish lines, and we are still here, holding on, without significant change.

I’m probably not meant to say this but I’m tired and angry. There you go. I said it.

A: And we welcome you with soft, open arms; each one of you who is angry, tired, confused, dejected, unsure, burnt out or fed up. Feel us now wrapping you in our arms…

Close your eyes…

Allow the feeling of our love, our embrace to penetrate your energy field. Love melting into you.

Do you realise how loved you are? How special you are? Do you realise it’s ok to be angry, tired, deflated and a million other emotions? Even all at the same time!

J: Would it be wrong if I said I thought we had to fly the flag for ‘holding the line’?

A: Nothing is ever ‘wrong’. There are only distortions. Understandings that are yet to unfold within you, clarity that is yet to arise.

We have told you before, you are perfect. Even when you are blocked, you are perfect.

Every blockage, every ‘wrong’ thought, every ‘wrong’ emotion you identify brings you closer to freedom. Not because it was ‘wrong’, but because it shows you some aspect of yourself where you have not moved into love, where you are still living with a judgement.

We do not judge you. You are never ‘wrong’. You are always being you. When you can be YOU, gloriously, without fear that you are right or wrong, succeeding or failing, judged or approved… then you have gained another layer of freedom, another layer of mastery.

Holding a human body is a lesson in patience, in compassion with self, in gentleness unfolding from within. We know that. You forget that!

Which is as it should be, the forgetting is the veil through which you are passing. You are remembering unconditional love, and you are integrating that into your lives, your emotions, your DNA… into the fabric of all life, one thought at a time, one healed emotion after another. One loving acceptance after another. No wonder you are tired; you are working so hard.

J: That is reassuring. And yet, when does it end? When is there a sign? I know we harp on about signs and signals, but still, I need to ask for some balloon onto which I can tie my string of hope.

A: Beloved hearts and brave souls, you are the balloons, you are the string.

J: That doesn’t help. It’s poetic, but it doesn’t help. Not one iota.

A: 🙂 The focus of your work, our collaboration, is not to forecast the future, but to develop the skills that allow you to navigate the day-to-day turbulence of life with greater ease and grace. We attempt to provide insights to help you ‘fast track’ your evolution, to facilitate the alignment between your personality and your higher self, your higher wisdom or consciousness. We do not ‘do’ dates!

J: Nice side shuffle there lads!

A: Or was it a direct alignment!? The truth of that resonated, did it not?

J: It did. Darn it!

A: So, in that vein, would you like the Cheat Sheet? The last line of the last page in The Handbook of Life?

J: I know what you’re going to say, but go on then…!

A: In the end, as in the beginning, there is only Love.

Expanding into that love, believing yourselves worthy of giving and receiving love, is the journey of lifetimes. The veil of forgetting is thick. But the veil is lifting, it has been almost fully removed ~ in great part ~ due to the diligent emotional healing of lightworkers over the past seven decades.

We have said many times that ‘soon’ is a vibration, a frequency that you are approaching; it is not a date. That vibration, that frequency, where humanity as a whole is able to behold the love that they are, and accept that love within, is almost upon you.

J: Are you referring to what I’ve heard called ‘The Event’?

A: Yes, the Ascension Event. But don’t focus on the external event for the globe. Try to keep your focus on your internal emotional compass ~ when it is pointing to joy, love, peace, forgiveness, rest, acceptance, gentleness, kindness, patience… then you are already in the pre-stages of that Ascension Event.

Remember, time is not linear. You can be in a moment that is asynchronous with the rest of your brothers and sisters on the planet. You can be in the pre-stages of the Ascension Event, even while those around you are not.

So hold an internal focus on your emotional compass. That is our suggestion, our ‘Tip of the Day.’

When you are exhausted, tired, annoyed, raw or just about to give up, consider that it as an alarm bell from the Universe. Love yourself. Do anything that will bring you back into joy, peace and happiness again. Return to your true north, your happiness, your bliss, our love.

J: I have to say, I had no idea where you would go today, but that was a gem. Thank you so much Ashian and crew <3

Jennifer Crokaert ~ Ashian: Redefining Success and Failure

Jennifer: Hello! Surprise!

Ashian: Indeed! Hello you! Though we laugh, we are delighted to see you back again. We have missed your presence and the energy of those who connect with these words.

J: Really? It makes sense, but I would never have thought of you missing us.

A: Why not? Do you not see that we are in collaboration with you? You are part of our team. While we do not feel sorrow and pain, as you are imagining in this scenario, we do feel the absence of all of your presence.

J: Wow. Well, that’s a massive surprise and it makes my day. Where shall we start? Oh no, I’ve seen where you’re going, must we really?

A: If you wish not to go there, we can change topic…

J: No… go for it.

A: Thank you. We wish to discuss the redefining success and failure. We are aware that our dear Jennifer is by no means the only person on Gaia at present who has had more than one divorce. Her 3D fear is that people will believe she is not committed, or has certain failures in her personality.

This could not be further from the truth. This transmission for all of you who feel you failed: repeatedly.

Many people have chosen this lifetime to finish all their karma: to wrap up all the loose ends. All of them. This can look like erratic behaviour on the 3D plane and it can feel like failure to you, our dear friends, when you are going through it. But it is not. It is the accelerated clearing of old karma.

Now, some people will have repeated failures because they are not aligned with their truth, or because they are unwilling to learn lessons… how do you know if you are completing karma or making more karma?

That you are reading this is already an excellent sign, if we say so ourselves! It means you are on a path towards self-knowledge, you are attempting to consciously live your life guided by your intuition and your inner knowing, not based on external wants, needs or gains.

J: Excellent points, really. But I will say when I was looking to try to find where I ‘went wrong’ I see all sorts of personality distortions, mistaken decisions… I can truly see how ‘failure’ is ‘my fault.’

A: There is no failure. Ever. Never. There is only the expansion into new levels of understanding that change how you act from the inside out, based on your intuition.

Don’t try to keep your own score, the level of karmic clearing you are undertaking is far too complex for you to know your own score.

A better use of your focus is to become aware of when you are deciding from your inner knowing, not in response to outer fears, gains or even what others will think/say about you.

So, to conclude… you are a success when you make 5D decisions; decisions based on your inner sense of what is right and wrong, your intuition, your discernment. Don’t look at the outer effects of those decisions, because that’s the 3D and it’s not an accurate reflection of You and your creations, because it is so filled with distortions.

If you are reading this and realizing that many, or even some, of your decisions are made in order to gain something – whether it’s money, power, status, admiration, respect – or to avoid something, like disapproval, contempt, consequences for past actions, you are to be congratulated for coming to that awareness. It is a seismic shift if in consciousness as it opens you up to consciously access your 5D self.

Don’t worry about getting decisions right or wrong. Focus only on expressing your inner truth.

Let your inner knowing become so strong it is louder than anything in the outside world, then you have set your 5D compass.

The rest will fall into place, as if by magic.

Your Purpose is 5D not 3D | Ashian via Jennifer Crokaert

Jennifer: Greetings! So, let’s start really generally… what do you want us to know?

Ashian: Beloved hearts, greetings to you, too! It is our joy to connect and to have the opportunity to collaborate actively with you.

J: Collaborate?

A: Well, in your war analogies, you light workers are the ‘behind enemy lines’ troops. You bring your light to every situation, not through the jobs you do or the successes you have, but by being YOU. That energy, YOUR energy is acting like a catalyst, clearing psychic debris, dissolving density; everywhere you go, you are working. Your energy is hard at work, and the team that works with you is constantly partnering with you to bring you to the places where your energy can best serve the highest good.

J: We’ve touched on this before…the teams that work with us, would you care to say more about this?

A: So many of our dear brothers and sisters feel alone, as though you have been abandoned, on your own, behind enemy lines, and the Universe has forgotten you exist. This is not the case.

Each light worker has a team working with them: this team varies in number, but is 8-11 members strong normally, consisting of what you would call Angels, Guardian Angels, Guides, Galactics, higher dimensional aspects of you and Ascended Masters. Yes! You may have an Ascended Master working with you, assisting you in your daily life, as you shine the light that is YOU, everywhere you go.

J: Goodness, that’s quite a sobering thought, to have an Ascended Master working with us.

A: It’s an indication of how powerful you are; light workers are here on a mission, with a purpose, a divine calling that is far beyond your 3D personality, job, status, family etc. You undervalue your divine creator power to create and manifest change.

We would suggest spending some time each day becoming aware of the members of your team, getting used to hearing their subtle voice of intuition, developing conversations with them. They are here and willing to interact with you; they chose you, they want to work with you. Up to now, it has been a passive relationship, where you have not fully grasped that you are actively collaborating, but now… now the energies are shifting. The veils between the worlds are parting, and you can begin a conversation with your team.

Allow it to develop gently. Write down what you think you hear in answer to your questions, leave it for 24 hours and then read it. You will recognise truth when you read it. It will resonate in every cell in your body if you are channeling answers from your team.

J: Thank you. Now, to change tack a wee bit, where are we up to on Project Ascension? What’s happening?

A: Yes, we felt that question burning a hole in your mind, while we digressed!

J: There goes that last brain cell then!

A: We are laughing! So… as you have been saying, for we suggested you say it … imagine a sphere of light, where the energy at the outside of the sphere seems random and chaotic, but at the center, there is a ball of cohesive, blinding light ~ a pure, refined energy of divine, creative potential and potency.

Every human emits an energy streamer, the more aligned you are, the smoother and higher vibration your streamer is. All streamers meet at the centre of the sphere, in the ball of energy.

As the streamers of energy increase in vibration, harmony and cohesion, they will ~ very soon [!] ~ reach a frequency that resonates with the central energy of the sphere. When that happens… there will be a quantum change.

J: Dare I ask for details?!

A: You may! And yet…

J: Here we go…

A: The fundamental purpose of the quantum change will be to bring about the ascension of humanity on Gaia. What is still in flow, is exactly how that will be achieved. Each person has free will, and this changing energy has to be calibrated into the overall outcome. The intelligence it takes to conduct this can only be Divine, such is the complexity. Beyond influencing you here on Gaia, your ascension triggers changes across space and time that you cannot yet begin to comprehend.

J: Yes, I see that, the vastness of the project, so I’m not even going to go there. But let’s return to ‘soon’…

A: Ah! The ‘s’ word!

J: Indeed!

A: There are, shall we say, three probable timelines in which this will happen. Not all have the same probability, but of the infinite possibilities, three timelines are present possibilities.

We find it interesting that Easter is a season of rebirth and there is much change that is upon you this Easter, this rebirth.

J: Would you care to elaborate?

A: No! But you will all be where you are supposed to be. Not a detail is missed, as the final scene plays itself out.

J: You say everything and nothing at once.

A: Because you have free will, if we focus you on anything other than trusting your instinct, living in love and kindness, we are manipulating your free will. WE can only offer you a road map that details the easiest route: you may choose to take other roads and you also get to choose what you see as you journey down those roads. That is your power as a divine creator incarnate.

We honour the divinity in you by not giving details, but by treating you as the divine creators you are. You are creating this, we are the audience; we watch, we shout our support, but we don’t jump onto your stage.

J: There’s food for thought. Powerfully put. Thank you.

Jennifer Crokaert ~ Ashian: Magic and Miracles

Jennifer: Hello! Happy Valentine’s Day! I don’t suppose you celebrate Valentine’s Day?!

Ashian: You are both right and wrong!

J: That takes some genius on my part!

A: Underlying any celebration of love is an honouring of the divine connection between two people, because love is your divine essence.  It is what is ‘essential’ to you for your very creation, and it is so important to the quality of your lives that you seek love at every stage of life, whether a child or elderly.

Love is an expression of divine expansion; what you would experience as tenderness, compassion, excitement, passion… the entire gamut of love expressions.  We honour this in everyone we meet throughout our day. As we meet each person, we honour the vibration of love that we share with them in our first salutation with them. It is an energy that is felt, honoured and exchanged between us.

The love that you celebrate on this day has really only the lightest flavour of this honouring of sacred love ~ whether for friends, parents, spouse, children, neighbours, and so on. Much on your planet is done for show, and not because it truly flows from the heart of you.

J: Yes, I do see that. I love the idea ~ as I experienced it while you were expressing the idea of meeting someone ~ where both people take a moment to be conscious of the expression of love between them, in whatever form that may take. It’s as though they create and seal a sacred space together. We are only just learning how to honour others, and create meaningful, sacred space together.

But we digress! I had a question!

A: You have understood correctly, dear heart, and nonetheless, we greet all of you with the most expansive, unconditional love you may experience, for we are you, in a different form, so you are sacred to us.

J: Hang on! Forget my question.  “you are us”…we had better address this. What do you mean by that exactly?

A: It is multi-layered. We are all a part of the Divine Oneness, so on the greatest level, we are one. But many of the Galactics overseeing your Ascension have come from what you may consider both your past and your future timelines, to assist. And then there is the actual bilocation of many of us, who have incarnated as humans on your Earth plane. It is like in your film Avatar, your Galactic self is in stasis while you project yourself into this human life.

Dear Jennifer, the ways of being human on your planet at this time are many, varied and complex. It is not as simple as you have been told to believe, and there is really not much more we can say on the subject at this point in time. More will become available ~ sooner rather than later.

J: OK. I know that will really disappoint a lot of people. But one question: How would we know if we were a bi-locating Galactic?

A: In its simplest terms, you would feel it. You would be drawn to all things ‘extra-terrestrial.’  You would also have a knowingness and deep affinity with sky, with space, with Galactics, that you cannot explain. You would dream of flying, of freedom, of expansion into a body that is not as dense and solidly packed as this carbon-crystalline form you currently inhabit.

J: So what you’re saying is that the clues are hidden in plain sight?

A: That is one of the secrets of the universe: there are no secrets! It’s all out there, obvious, waiting for you to claim it.

J: Hmmm! There’s food for thought! I’m not really sure, but I think my initial ~ now seemingly mundane ~ question may actually follow on rather well from this: Kinda!

I am currently practicing looking for the magic and miracles in my day, because I believe that the more we do that, the more we free ourselves from logical, sequential thought and action, and open ourselves to quantum experiences, divine interventions and, well… the sort of asynchronous events we define as miracles.

A: Yes, it is freeing your consciousness to look beyond the programming that was forced upon you for millennia, and reclaiming your Creator Self, your Divinely given Creator ability.

J: So yesterday, a friend changed their mind about something they would do, and it had a very strong emotional impact on me. I couldn’t believe how quickly it diminished my energy, and I immediately labelled it ‘bad’; strictly not in my ‘miracle’ category.

But as the day went on, even though I still felt quite low, I came to see that it was necessary. I had to see how this event would affect me, because it gave me an entirely new perspective on my life. I began to see that it was actually a huge miracle, a blessing. I wanted to know what you would say to the events that we label ‘bad’ in life.

A: Excellent!

J: I can actually see you clapping in delight! Why do I feel like the last person in the class to catch up?

A: Not at all. It’s wonderful, truly. Because when you are able to transcend ‘good event’ and ‘bad event’ thinking, you transcend binary programming logic. Nothing is either/or. It is All/Everything…altogether.

You have been programmed through your media, and many other nefarious means, to stick to a very narrow lane of ‘good’, pleasant, easy. It was to make you docile, programmable, acquiescent.

Every single time you let go of the idea of what is good or bad, you step out of the matrix, the 3D realm, and step into the 5D realm, where you are creators not recipients, active not passive.

So yes, look at all the things that you have labelled ‘bad’ in your lives, and you will find that they were the catalysts for your growth, for bringing you to be the person you are today, right now.

It won’t always be necessary to grow through challenging events, but in these times of great flux, pain is the most direct way of waking people up to the need to create real, substantial change.  Change is only created when you own your power: your Divine Creative Power.

As each person awakens to their Divine Creative Power, their ability to create magic and miracles in their lives grows, and their need to grow through pain, suffering and challenges dissolves. You step into the vibrational field of your Galactic self.

So, expand into your Divine Self and claim your Divine Creative Power. It’s hidden within you ~ in plain sight ~ you just need to claim it.  A brilliant first step is moving beyond ‘good’ and ‘bad’, and understanding that your entire life is made up of magic and miracles that you are creating, except that now you are aware, so you are owning your Divine Creative Power.

Jennifer Crokaert ~ Ashian: Freedom and Breaking Down 3D Grids

J: What would you like to discuss today?

A: We would like to discuss freedom.

J: Unusual! Go for it.

A: Where do you see yourself as trapped? In what ways do you see that you are stuck, powerless or a victim? What do you avoid, and pretend you don’t notice that you are avoiding?

Each beloved person has areas in their emotional world where they feel that they have been beaten, where they have to endure what happens next, where they are without the power to exercise their divinely given sovereignty.

We would like to suggest that this is the time to take back your sovereignty. We are not saying to react, to lash out, or to be reckless. Not at all. Those are 3D responses based on fear programming.

We are suggesting a 5D mastery approach that uses intention and attention to create change and transformation. During your day, if you pay attention to your decisions, you will begin to notice little clues that show where you are bound by a distortion that is not love, but fear.

These little awarenesses are to be noticed joyously. They are inviting you to welcome home the parts of you that, over this and many other lifetimes, have been closed off from your conscious vision. You are returning to your fully healed expression of self, as you move deeper into the ascension energies.

J: Oops! “…move deeper into the ascension energies”? What do you mean by that?

A: Ascension is a process of integrating increasingly higher vibrations of Divine love. This begins slowly, building, growing and expanding, until it finally explodes. There are human experiences that will remind you of this process!

J: Think I’ve heard it all now, coming from a Galactic!

A: We return to our initial point! Fear has been programmed into humanity for millennia. It has become so deeply ingrained in your collective psyche that you are often unaware of just how pervasive it is, and how much it shapes your daily decisions ~ or lack of decision.

Simply by coming into this awareness, you bring embedded negative programming into consciousness. With the intention of healing yourself and humanity, you dissolve the bondage of fear, creating new pathways for choice. In this way, you are assisting everyone; you are freeing the collective consciousness, not just yourself…but everyone.

J: What do we do once we notice it?

A: Dissolving works on two levels. The first is bringing it to awareness: when you are aware, if it is a disintegrating program, it will begin to dissolve as your awareness inspires you to make new decisions. If it is deeper ~ either within you or the collective ~ it will require some patience to work through it, and sometimes energy work is very helpful in this instance.

We would also like to add that the Galactics are assisting humanity by actively dissolving these negative programs at a global level so that each person can rise up and through the limits previously imposed by the distorted negative programs.

J: How are you doing this?

A: Two ways: we are raising the vibration through what would look like collective love meditations with the intention of raising the vibration of humanity; the second way is through work with Starlink to beam an increasingly high vibration into the Gaian energy field.

J: You work with Starlink? I mean, I’m surprised you mention it, you haven’t before.

A: There is much that has not been said before, but you are now coming of age, Galactically speaking. You are about to learn a lot more in a relatively short period of your time that will make the love, care and connection that we feel for Gaia and humanity very clear and apparent.

J: Bring it on!

A: We have!

A: Greetings and blessings to you all.

J: Someone emailed to ask if you would comment on ascension, and those who had the “injections.”

A: We would be delighted to comment. The first thing that we would wish to say is that there are many competing narratives around the injections. The different narratives reflect the different aspects of time/space reality that commentators are accessing:

• Some access the scenario which seems successful, but ultimately betrays, injures and kills;
• Others access a scenario where the injection has no affect on those who take it;
• Yet others see a partial negative impact from accepting the injections.

All are true, because time is not linear.  All realities described here are playing out simultaneously. However, the time line of the greatest majority is the one on which we are currently focused ~ your now moment.

For clarity, we would suggest that we need to go back two paces from the question. This is not so much about the injection, but about the sovereignty engaged in making the decision to take or reject the injection. When a decision is made that is free from fear, and aligned with the inner knowingness and inner resonance, the result is different from a decision taken through fear or coercion.

The degree of sovereignty employed in decisions is the barometer for ascension, not the injection itself (or anything else you would give power over you).

Sovereignty can be engaged prior to the injection or after the injection. The injection is the catalyst, not the cause. So if one awakens after the injection and comes into full sovereign alignment, they place themselves on the ascension timeline. Those who, at a soul level, decide to remain in victim mode, or in slave mode or in passivity, align themselves with a different experience of ascension.

J: So what does that mean? Sorry to ask such a crude question, but will some ascend and others not?

A: Yes and no.

J: Brilliant! That cleared up a lot!

A: Let us consider ascension this way: Ascension is an energy vibration, a frequency of the divine. The closer you are to that frequency, the more clearly you can receive that energy. If you are not closely aligned with a frequency ~ like a radio for example ~ you will hear some of the music, but it will not be so fulfilling an experience.  It will be partial.

Translating that, (before you ask, Jennifer!) we mean that they will benefit from as much of the ascension energy as they can hold.  What they cannot hold will be held “on account” for them, until such time as they are able to resonate with it more fully.

The Divine is not an autocrat or harsh.  The Divine energy is infinitely loving towards all beings.  This wisdom shares only what is aligned with each being’s highest self. You would not give a priceless sports car to an 8-year-old who can drive a go-kart! You would wait until they were able to appreciate the car and use it appropriately. So it is with ascension energy: it is held in trust for all, and as your resonance comes into alignment with it, you access more of that energy.

But there is another aspect to this question that we would like to address: beneath this question we sense fear, concern, apprehension.

These are emotions that are not aligned with the energy of ascension, and while we understand them, we would like to suggest this: every soul has made their choice aligned with their higher self. It is only then, in response to the soul’s decision, that the Divine pours forth the ascension energy, which is like an explosion of love from the heart of the Divine.

No one is forgotten, ignored or left behind.

Everyone is gifted an abundant experience that is tailored to their higher self’s decision. No one is left behind. So do not fear, dearest hearts. Can you trust that there is an infinitely compassionate wisdom beneath this entire experience?  Come into your sovereignty, your light and your love. In that way, you assist everyone in refining their frequency so that they may accept even more ascension love.

Jennifer Crokaert ~ Ashian: Proof That You Have Made a Difference

Beloved lights of Ascension, we are pleased to connect with all who resonate with these words.

Many of you are feeling overwhelmed by the response of others when you speak your truth, or when you simply choose to stand in your sovereignty, even silently. Why is this so?

It is because those who appear to be sleeping have felt the resonance of truth in your words and actions. Your truth has vibrated deep within them, and this throws them into confusion and denial. Your words and actions don’t align with their programming, yet they register them as truth. The result is confusion: emotional dissonance, spiritual dissonance and cognitive dissonance.

So how do they react? By hiding. They hide behind stone walls of silence, behind words of anger and rage, behind accusations that shame and blame you. They make you wrong because they cannot cope with the idea that they are wrong. Not yet.

You, dearest hearts, are not to blame. You are acting as a catalyst. Your intention is to honour your truth, not to create unrest. Trust that the resonance of your truth is so infinitely powerful that it is creating change – especially when you are on the receiving end of a disproportionate reaction. That is when you know your seed has been planted, your light has shone into the darkness of untruth and fear.

It is uncomfortable for you, but remember it is not personal to you ~ their anger is aimed at you because their pain is too powerful for them to handle in this now moment.

The time will come when they must re-examine what they thought they knew; they will remember what you said, the light you shone will shine within them and guide them on their journey back to truth, to love, to unity with Source.

So, as much as you can, accept the anger, fear, rage and stonewalling of others with compassion. See it as a sign that you have made a difference; it is a signal that your divine light has been seen and has assisted another beloved soul to awaken a little more.

We are with you.

Ashian: Greetings to all who feel these words.

J: Hello! Today, it was late when I left to collect my son from school, so I said a prayer to get there quickly, but there was more than that…something happened… I got there quickly, but it seemed very different. Would you care to comment?

A: We would! You projected your energy into what could be called the ‘slipstream’.

In the sky there are winds of different speeds, there’s a lot of bluster and movement; anyone who has been on a plane knows how turbulent these winds can be.

J: Not something you suffer from, I imagine!

A: Above these chaotic and turbulent winds is the slipstream. Imagine it as a highway instead of a bumpy lane.  Imagine it as a smooth, coherent stream of energy.  Imagine that it is a river of grace that effortlessly brings you to where you wish to be.

When you got in the car, you decided that a pathway of grace and ease would bring you to your destination on time, regardless of how busy the traffic was. You allowed others onto your lane, demonstrating grace instead of stress.

You engaged with and activated the slipstream. You shifted from the 3D to the 5D energy flow.

Your planet is in a time period where the 3D grid of reality is squeezing, crashing and crumbling. When you are engaged with this energy because you are feeling low, angry or fearful, you are buffeted by those 3D winds and the chaotic energy around them.

When you acknowledge that the 3D is thrashing about, but choose instead to focus on the vibrations of love, peace, kindness, compassion and forgiveness…you engage with the 5D, you activate portals of the 5D, you enter the slip stream of grace. Here, all things are possible when you are in 5D alignment.

As often as you can, choose to enter the slip stream of grace.

Here, your alignment creates both the process and the outcome; here your vibration, your intention, your resonance create grace and ease, even while others around you feel buffeted by the winds.

J: Hi, Ashian.  As you may be aware, the energy is all over the place.  Those of us who are holding the light are tired and overstretched, and that’s the kindest, shortest version! What can you say to help us along?

A: Greetings and blessings to all who feel this message.

J: Actually, why do you say ‘feel’ and not read?

A: Because when you (or any channel) channels a message, you draw into the field of consciousness a particular vibration.  The higher that vibration is, the greater its resonance and the more people are affected by it, even if they have not read the channel.

That is why being thankful is good, because gratitude changes the amplitude of humanity’s vibration. That’s also why we would encourage you all to do free writing/speaking/drawing/dancing/daydreaming, because in your creativity, you are channeling.  You are drawing down insight and vibrations from higher dimensional aspects of yourself and the ‘invisible team’ that works with each of you.

J: That’s brilliant! Thank you. Now, I know you’ve discussed the ‘invisible team’ with many of our clients, but I think it would be great if you could explain that to those reading this blog.

A: A wonderful suggestion! Many humans are aware of the concept of a ‘guardian angel’, or a guide that stays with you through your lifetime, indeed, through all your lifetimes. This is only part of the truth.

You all work with far more than just one being. Every person has a team which can vary in size, but eleven beings is not uncommon for light workers. That team includes about three members of the ‘global team’, for example: Ascended Masters and Archangels with whom you have a special connection.  This could be Mohammed, Jesus, the Divine Mother, St Germaine, Krishna, or an unnamed aspect of the Divine, as well as any specific Angels or Archangels with whom you feel a sense of connection. They know you, and they work consciously with you and your energy.

Also part of your team is your personal team: these are often members of your soul family, your galactic family, higher dimensional aspects of yourself and any other higher dimensional beings with whom you share a specific connection. They help you to develop your talents and to remain as true as you can to your life plan.  They never take away your free-will, except in the instance of protecting you from something that is not your karmic balance.

You see, you are never alone! They do not intrude, often working with you when you are asleep, daydreaming, or when your mind is occupied deeply in a different issue.

The beauty of this is that you can develop a much closer relationship with them.  You can ask them all to give you a hug at the same time to uplift you when you feel tired or depleted.  You can ask them to assist you in your day ~ for example, by helping you to see the best decisions with clear insight, or to help you develop your intuition. The possibilities are endless, and the invitation to work consciously with them is open to you. Enjoy your partnership 🙂

J: That’s wonderful Ashian, thanks. I think so many of us feel battered, tired and worried that we aren’t doing well enough.

A: The fears and doubts are “thought blankets” that have been used to undermine humanity’s intuition and ability to take action. The more you follow your knowing ~ even if you’re not 100% certain, but only 55% certain, the more you destroy the vibration of that “thought blanket.”  Then go for it!

J: Do you mean a kind of programming?

A: It’s more than that.  It’s programming: like radio, television, memes, apps, songs, advertising and  gaming…but it’s also a distorted lower vibration that was ‘beamed’ into your planet. If it was just a low vibration, many of you would have been able to raise yourselves above it as you evolved.  However, by making it a distortion, they managed to make it more “sticky.”  The distortion made it significantly more difficult to rise above it and to evolve beyond that way of thinking.

J: So are we there now? Beyond/above it?

A: Yes, and the system has been dismantled. What is occurring now is like the fading of a piece of music as the song ends. It’s weak, and you can easily rise above it by focusing on the good and the positive.

J: Wow! Ok, this conversation did not go in the direction I thought it would when we started, but I think we covered a lot! Thank you.

A: It is we who thank all of you for your perseverance and commitment. Our love is always with you.

J: Hello! Well you’ve just come through with this rather stunning message, and when I relaxed into it, I found it made complete sense.

A: Hello and blessings to all who feel this message. We are glad that it made sense to you, let us explore it a little more.

Many of you are used to thinking of the white hats as an elite group of off-world beings and political and military personnel who are working for humanity’s release from the matrix of torture that has imprisoned you. That is correct, and yet it is only part of the truth; yes, it includes these people ~ the names you are familiar with are at the higher levels, they are the ‘public face’ of this group.

But you lightworkers are also white hats, because to ensure the success of this operation, there had to be what we will call associates in every town and city, every community and country…  The movement to free humans had to be embedded in society at every level and in every way, and many wise beings and starseeds volunteered to be those associates.

This is a war in the 3D but also in the 5D, so it is a physical war, a mental war and ~ perhaps above all else ~ it is a vibrational war. You who have decoded clues to discover the truth were playing out your pre-birth agreements to assist, to be a white hat, to share the knowledge and to create a ground swell of opposition to the corruption that has become endemic across Gaia.

Those of you who have been committed to healing others have been on the front line of the local battle of hearts and minds, too; and those who have remained committed to lifting their vibration have engaged in the 5D aspect of this war, the vibrational revolution.

All lightworkers  ~ If you care for and work towards a world of love, harmony and kindness, then you are a lightworker.  You’ve contributed to the success of your Ascension and have been a member of the white hats.

So if you are feeling tired, if you are feeling as though your energy is shattered, if you feel injured…this is why. You are engaged in a war, where the weapons used against you are more sophisticated than you can imagine, targeting your thoughts, your emotions, your body and even your vibration in order to control you.

But they’ve failed.

You’ve won.

Much of the architecture of their empire has been dismantled, and the last pieces can no longer be supported because of the lack of foundation on which they are balanced. It will visibly fall, and very soon.

Already in its place, there is an architecture designed to emit vibrations that heal and uplift humanity so that you may be gently restored to a higher vibrational level. This technology has been developed in collaboration with the Galactics, to create as smooth and as gentle a recuperation as possible to humanity for the crimes of war that have been perpetrated upon you.

As your vibration restores, you will find yourself remembering information, lifetimes, insights and timelines that seemed erased. You will also find it easier to make healthier choices for yourself, your family and your community. You will have a greater understanding of the delicacy and subtlety of your planet, and you will naturally start to move in harmony with the natural cycles on your planet and in your body.

This upliftment will be alongside other innovations and endeavours that are all aligned for the betterment of humanity, as quickly and as gently as possible.

J: Someone emailed me to ask who – or indeed what! – is God?

Ashian: This is a wonderful question and one that takes lifetimes to answer.  However, we shall attempt to be brief!

Can you imagine a void? Nothingness? And then a bubble appears, from nothingness. The void is the Divine Masculine – it is everything and it is nothing at the same time. The bubble is the Divine Feminine – it is creation, expression and – ultimately – also nothing, at the same time.

They are two energies of perfect and equal balance that require each other for expression, and they cannot be separated, despite the appearance that they are separate. This is one understanding of “God.”

For us, the concept of “God” does not exist.  We work with energy and vibration. The closest we could come to express the form you label “God” would be as a constantly refining vibration of expression that leads to an increasingly inexpressible vibration of pure expression.

Does that make sense?

J: It does actually, but let’s see if we can open it up a bit more…

A: In the 3D to 5D transition, your understanding of all things is changing and evolving, whether it is the concept of work, home, money, health, law, education, religion or God. Two of the most potent forms of oppression on Gaia have been money and God.

As the Divine Feminine is the expressing energy, it was purposely sidelined, distorted or written out of the teachings of the great prophets, who only became such great prophets because they understood that the Divine is both feminine and masculine. However, that creative expression was omitted.

J: So what’s the masculine and why hype ‘him’?

A: The masculine is beingness, is ‘holding’, is expansive.

J: But that sounds more like feminine traits?!

A: You see the distortion! Masculine energy is strong and grounded, it holds space for highest good.  It does not distort and it does not manipulate or control. It holds space for the highest good and works to support that.

Feminine energy is creative, dynamic, and maybe even explosive in its purest form.  It’s like the creation of a child, which is a creative explosion of physicality and spirit in the moment of conception.

Your order has been inverted. The masculine energy has been deprived of the joy of “holding the energy” ~ why and how that was done is beyond the scope of this message ~ and the feminine energy form has been deprived of authorship and creative expression.

And so we return to “God”…the most common concept of “God” on Gaia is a distorted male authoritarian figure who could be seen as holding a secret rule book that “he” uses to judge and condemn.  Perhaps he can forgive, but he often seems cold, aloof and only compassionate when pleaded with or bribed with good deeds etc. Where is the Divine Feminine in “God?” Vanished to the sidelines.

Many, many have woken up to this distortion and prefer to connect with the Divine Source, with All That Is, with the Universe… there are many names, but the overwhelming feeling is one of loving connection that is beyond male and female.  It is an energy that flows through beingness and expression, the ying and yang of perfect balance.

And, by developing a personal relationship with that energy, they create their own definition of the characteristics of the energy so that both ‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’ aspects of it flow freely through them according to what is required to bring them into perfect harmony, perfect balance.

J: This is going deep! So I just had the idea (it was you, wasn’t it?!) to look up God in the dictionary, and I got that it comes from ‘g̑heu’, which has Indo-European roots, meaning ‘becoming’ or ‘invoked’… that isn’t a ‘person’ at all, it’s more like an action, an alignment, a vibration.

A: Yes! The concept of “God” is a placeholder, a marker, a concept that reflects ~ or more accurately ~ creates the consciousness of the masses at any given time. How this being is explained to humans is highly controlled. Breaking free of that control and moving to ‘invoke’, is to discover your own relationship with the Divine, and the infinity of that Glorious expression.

Beloved brothers and sisters of Gaia, very soon you are about to see the rules, norms and cultures of your world unveiled as lies and manipulations. Many of you are aware of much of this information already. Most will have a great deal to learn. Even those of you who know a lot will find yourselves presented with new, more deeply upsetting information.

How to cope with this implosion?

The lies are being made visible in order to dissolve them in the light of clarity, compassion and love. Darkness is dissolved by the light, and you are the light. It is for that reason that every action you take in the name of the light will expand the global grace required to transmute this time most quickly and effectively.

What we present below is a reminder of what you already know, and it is by no means exhaustive. It is a cheat sheet! It is a reminder for when your mind goes blank and your heart goes numb: return to the basics.

1. At your essence, humanity is of the light.

Recentre in your hearts, in your love. It is worthwhile noticing what makes your heart sing now, so that you may develop a menu of solutions and pathways to the feelings of love and lightness.  This will help when you feel overloaded and can’t even remember how to feel love. Suggestions include thoughts of family, friends and pets, meditation, being in nature, practicing yoga and deep breathing….take notice now and make a list of what helps you reconnect with your inner light, your inner divine self, your sense of love.

2. Limit your exposure.

When you feel overwhelmed by the situation, it’s appropriate to take time out for self care, self love, self nurturing. You cannot be there for anyone if you have lost yourself: there’s a reason adults must put on their oxygen masks before children in a plane. Many will return to the experience of child-like overwhelm ~ you cannot comfort them if you have lost your centre.

3. Remember: this is a phase.

It’s been the most painful phase in many respects. It will end. This flood will clear, cleanse and purify more than anything ever has, so when you feel overwhelmed, remember that the worst of this will end…soon.

4. Be Gentle.

Be gentle with your self, and with others. Compassion, forgiveness, heart-centred listening, kindness… these qualities are your soul-compass. When in doubt about how to respond, return to these qualities.

5. Channel anger and outrage appropriately.

This is not the time to divide against each other, it is time to see reality clearly.  When your innate sense of decency is so appalled that you are overwhelmed by anger, take time out, immediately. Write out your anger, speak it out to a plant, cry into a pillow, draw it…there are as many ways to dissipate anger (without hurting or scaring others) as there are humans.

6. Deep breathing…

…is one of the most transformative exercises you can do. It opens up channels to your deepest heart, your innate wisdom, and divine source.

When stressed, B R E A T H E. It is magic.

7. Allow others to have their reactions.

Most will be unable to respond in thoughtful ways. If you are prepared for this, you will not take their reactions personally. None of it is aimed at you. If you are sensitive or empathic, as is likely if you are reading this, be consistent in clearing your energies, daily and even hourly. You may use any and all methods you currently use, from smudging to using light tools such as St Germaine’s violet flame, where you imagine his violet flame dissolving all negative thoughts, feelings and fears from your energy field instantly.

8. Self Care.

As far as you can, use all tools at your disposal to keep your energy clear.  This includes breathing fresh air (open a window), drinking clean water, and making healthier food choices when you have access to them. Zoning out using addictive substances may seem attractive, but it does prolong the pain.

9. Generosity of spirit…

…towards others, and sharing your time and resources, will reassure others that humanity is good, kind and loving. Many will need this reminder, it will be their safety net.

10. Be yourself.

You are the strongest of the strong, the bravest of the brave. You have awoken to be a conscious light in this time. While others will see only tragedy and terror, you will have greater insight and a wise heart. Trust yourself. You are where you are for a reason. Allow your mastery to shine with kindness and compassion.

11. CALL UPON US.

Whoever you turn to in times of trouble, call upon them. Whether you turn to a divine source, galactics, angelics or nature – whosoever you turn to, bring them closer to you. All who assist humanity on the subtle levels are here for you, as equals, as partners. We are all One. Notice signs, symbols and coincidences: these are our ways of signalling our presence.

Beloved sisters and brothers, it is our great pleasure and honour to revisit you this day. You are both on the cusp and in the moment. This is an historic moment that those of the dark side have tried to steal from you, to vanish from in front of your very consciousness, but they could not, as they had stepped beyond the laws of the Divine Oneness.

This is the legacy that you were always destined to experience, and although it has been delayed more than you may like, it is in perfect alignment for this now moment.

The truth is unfolding in layers; what seems “true” one day, is revealed as lies in a subsequent now moment. ‘Truth’ as you understand it, as you conceptualise it, is a process; it is created in layers, and each layer reflects your consciousness at that point in “time.”

It is for this reason that there are many layers of “truth” all being shared in this now moment, because there are many layers of consciousness currently co-existing in your now moment. These will very soon converge around two dominant “truths” that reflect two dominant world views and two consciousness vibrations.

For this reason, we ask, are you distracted? Are you externally focused? Waiting for revelations and change? Waiting to be “right?”

Or are you internally focused?

This journey is a journey of consciousness, first and foremost. The external landscape changes to reflect the evolution in your consciousness. Your ascension is what matters.  Your ascension is the focus and the pivot point, your alignment to your Divine Self, your Christed Self, your inner Yoda…  That is the focus.  That is the engine of all external change, truth and evolution.

Look inside! Look at your heart, your actions and motivations. Become as clear as you can be: that love is the super-power of your evolution.

At one level of consciousness, love of self is seen as a failing. At a much deeper level of consciousness, love of self is seen as the quantum power driving this evolution. Without surrendering to the totality of who you are ~ the light and the shadow ~ you cannot embrace the totality of another in compassion and understanding.

The wise men and women who walked your planet were revered for the love they extended to others, but they all began with love of themselves ~ that was gateway to the ocean of love.

By truly loving yourself, you mark yourself as a Master, where upon you are accepted into the ocean of love, so that you may bathe in it and allow the love within to flow from you to all around you.

So we ask you: Are you distracted? Are you looking at the external world waiting for change? Or are you focused on the real transformation at hand: the evolution of consciousness, the Ascension?

If you are focused on expanding love ~ your love for yourself and your love for others, you are in complete alignment with the Divine Plan. You are effortlessly creating external change, through your internal transformation.

J: Hello! I have a question about a thought that ‘landed’ in my head recently: ‘You are a portal’. I feel as though I intuitively know what you mean, but could you say more about it please?

A: Greetings! It is wonder-full to be with you all in this discussion. Yes, you are correct when you say this thought ‘landed’ in your head… or perhaps it evolved?

J: That’s entirely possible, because I’ve been thinking that we can expand the potency of our light, our meditations, our actions, by seeing them aligning with the light grid, thereby adding our power to the light grid and almost gaining quantum traction, for all that we do by consciousness alignment with the light and with the collective.

A: That is entirely correct, and yet it only goes so far. That is expanding the potency, the resonance at the collective level, but it also creates a personal affect too.

When you’re in a state of constantly dedicating your thoughts, words and actions to the collective, to the ascension energy, your vibration begins to raise higher and higher, so that you create a portal within yourself.

J: Will I fall into it?!

A: No! Consider it this way, a portal is a higher vibrational vortex; it is a now moment of much higher alignment than is usual in a given space-time moment, it is a connection to a higher vibration that is pulled through space and time to a specific now moment, in this instance, within you in that now moment.

J: Yes, that makes sense… It feels like a bubble or an expansion of love and energy through my chest.

A: You describe it well, like a bubble that connects to another, higher expression of energy. Like will always find like, and high vibrational energy will pull high vibrational energy to it, even if it seems that it is not present in that moment.

Can you see how you are acting as a portal now?

J: Yes. I wanted to check with you, I’ve noticed sometimes in the past, the feeling of joy, expectation, love and connectedness – especially in the early morning sunlight – sometimes creates a similar experience?

A: It does. There are many ways, but what is happening is a high vibration is attracting a similar high vibration, which comes from a space-time outside your now moment. This is why we go on and on and on about feeling love and joy, about following your bliss, about seeing yourself as divine beings undertaking a divine mission. They are all pathways to creating the internal 5D vortex, the 5D portal within you.

As more and more of you are able to expand your energy this high, and hold your experience for longer, you are anchoring the 5D on your planet, and moving closer to the tipping point.

J: Oh… the tipping point… We’ve heard a lot about that: 10% of the population, 60% light quotient for the population as a whole…

A: There are many tipping points! As your light level increases, you hit new energetic ‘markers’, that then prompt new actions in your timelines, almost like a graduation, where each marker or tipping point moves you on to a higher vibrational energetic, a higher timeline. It is like you are graduating from one class to move to the next and the next. Each new timeline is faster and – believe it or not – smoother than the timeline you have graduated from.

J: Are you sure about that?!

A: We are! You do not know what you have left behind, and that is truly for the better. Focus your energies on the now moment, on expanding love within, on dedicating that love to collective… that is light service.

J: Thank you so much.

A: It is always our pleasure to be with you all. We are always with you all, simply call upon us to feel us closer.

J: Thanks, I know so many of us are tired and many are lonely.  It’s good to feel that you’re close and you have our backs.

A: We are as close as your breath, if you call upon us.

My dearest brothers and sisters of the Light, you have done it!

You have created amazing change in unprecedented time. You are through the veil.  You are now in a very different time-space, and your now moments will begin to flow with greater ease, grace and speed. We salute you and we cheer you.

With all this being said, we do not wish to suggest that the process after lift-off in your space crafts is easy; you may feel pinned to your seat, you may feel that you will pass out from the power of the G-forces, you may also feel the excitement of moving past gravity and wondering what weightlessness will be! The now moments after take-off can take a toll on the body and the mind, so caring for yourself is more important than ever. If you are exhausted or depleted in any way, you cannot care for yourself.

Allow me to share some insight into life on our craft. We consider our craft our home, but it is also an extension of us, a consciousness that is linked to us and to our well being. If we neglect ourselves and if we get run down, our craft suffers and all our team suffers. That is not a good thing to happen in space!

For this reason alone, it makes sense that caring for ourselves is a central priority.

This does not mean that we are arrogant, demanding, spoiled or greedy. It means that we are lovingly disciplined in noticing when we are feeling tired.  It means we would eat foods that are wholesome, uplifting and blessed.  It means that every day, we align with our service to the divine and our galactic family of light.  It means that we enjoy nature (we have some creative ways of doing that!) and it means that we spend time alone every ‘day’ to connect with our inner wellspring of divine love and light.

So, while there is great celebration at the level of light you have integrated, we must lovingly urge you to move into self-responsibility for your well being. Holding and expanding this new level of light means you must honour, respect and care for your wondrous self with the same care and attention you have lavished on others up until this time.

Care for yourselves with the tenderness of our care for you.
