Ashian: Greetings and blessings to all who resonate with this message.
Jennifer: Hello to you too! I hope you don’t mind, but I called on you because I wondered if you could speak on the subject of expansion and contraction.
A: It is always our pleasure to assist the understanding of spiritual truth.
You have been born and raised in a matrix of contraction. Contraction is fear, stress, anxiety, terror, regret… To keep the matrix in place, you have been fed a strict diet of unworthiness, failure, self-denial, false promises and even so-called manifestation tricks. Anything that makes you doubt yourself or feel an iota less than a shining spark of Divine Love is part of the 3D matrix.
Contraction is fuel of the 3D matrix.
You, the light holders and love holders, are moving out of the 3D matrix. Every time you heal an inner wound, every time you accept your mistakes with compassion, every time you choose to be gentle with yourself (harder than being gentle with others for you), you erode the 3D matrix and build the 5D matrix.
Anxious and fearful is not your natural state: you were trained into this way of being.
The 3D is reinforced daily in millions of tiny ways, from interactions with others who are 3D-trained (almost everyone on Gaia) to the institutions that regulate your life: the medical institution, the legal institution, the educational institution, the food and drink institution, the religious institution, the media and social media institution. You will note we have not even mentioned the governmental or the financial institutions, because they are propped up by all the other institutions. So long as you were fearful and constricted, you fueled the 3D.
When you choose trust over fear, peace over stress, patience over rudeness, breath over breathlessness, you erode the distortion and breathe life into Truth.
You are creating the 5D matrix as you crumble the 3D matrix.
Expansion is the fuel of the 5D matrix.
Expansive, peaceful, joyful, loving, trusting: these emotions are your natural state. This is your True Nature. You do not have to train yourself out of the 3D emotions, as ‘training’ is a 3D notion in and of itself, nor do you have to ‘work’ at leaving it go.
Excavating your 5D self is done slowly and patiently, by bringing kindness, compassion and gentleness to yourself every time you bump into fear, anxiety, stress, anger, resentment, jealousy…
There are many therapies that help, and they are most useful. You need to be seen, and by this we do not mean being seen externally, like on social media, that is the negative distortion of seeing, which focuses on the superficial.
Being seen means being beheld. Being seen means loving eyes behold you in your moments of pain and your moments of glory. Being seen recognises you, honours you, the person you are behind the mask.
Your journey through this life can be viewed as a dance between contraction and expansion. When you move into fear, stress and anxiety, you contract; where you move into kindness, patience, tolerance and compassion, you expand into your soul. You create the 5D matrix.
J: That’s brilliant, thank you. I wanted to add what I’ve noticed: that as I work through my own knots and sticking-points, I find that I can exercise greater love and compassion more in some areas of my life than in others. Excavating our divine essence isn’t a linear process.
A: You are right, you can do lots of work in one area, and it takes a while for that loving self to become the stronger voice inside. One day, you will notice that you are calm in a situation that previously catapulted you into contraction. Then, you will notice expansions of self love in one area extend into other areas of your life over time.
J: Yup! That’s exactly my experience. It’s nice to know that expansions in one area flow into other areas of our lives.
A: One insight heals, it releases an old energy of fear, but it does not only heal that one area of your life; it flows through every untrue distortion you hold as ‘truth’ and softens them so that, eventually, the entire facade of ‘who you thought you should be’ dissolves, and the shining truth of who you are emerges.
Your healing frees you to be yourself, and it also frees humanity from the 3D matrix.
J: Quantum entanglement: Change one thing and you change everything!
A: Precisely. You light workers and love holders are doing an astounding service, and very soon you will see this energy rise through every part of your lives; like a pheonix, born anew out of the ashes of seeming failure.
If we had a mission here in heaven, you might say it would be to assist you in realizing your true nature. You are birthed from love, given life by love, and will return to love. Part of your journey on the earth is learning to expand love, starting for yourselves. It is easy to love yourself when you feel loved by another. It is a reality in heaven when you feel the love that unceasingly gives you life. It is also easier when things are going your way – when the traffic flows, when you find what you want at the grocery store, and when people are being kind.
It is not truly any harder to love yourself when others don’t or when things are not going your way, except for one minor detail. Most of you have been trained out of this very natural feeling of worthiness. There is no need to explain why. It is relatively simple. Others behaved the way they behaved, and you interpreted that to mean you were not worthy of love. Someone disapproved of your artwork when you were a child, and you felt you were not worthy of being creative. Someone frowned at your face, hair, or outfit, and you thought you were not worthy of love unless your looks pleased others. Someone treated you horrendously and in such a vile, abusive manner that you decided you were not at all worthy of love.
The empowering point here, dear ones, is that you decided you were unworthy of love, and while it is understandable that you would do so, you can change your mind! You can acknowledge here and now that no matter who convinced you that you were unworthy of love, the Divine begs to differ. You can acknowledge that no matter who treated you as if you were unworthy of love, the heavens want to treat you as the most worthy, precious, perfect being sourced from the light of love itself. No matter how conditionally others loved you, no matter what messages they sent, and no matter how conditionally you learned to love yourself, you can decide right here and now accept the fact – the spiritual truth – that you are worthy of love. Whether you feel it or not, you can decide here and now to accept this fundamental, accurate, unchangeable premise.
You are worthy. You are worthy of love. You are worthy of doing what you love. You are worthy of taking the time to do the things that add life to your life. You are worthy of being around those who treat you well and walking away or ignoring the opinions of those who don’t. You were created worthy, and nothing you do or don’t do, say or don’t say, can ever affect that worthiness because, dear ones, you are made (not were made) in the image and likeness of your Creator. Like your Creator, the truth of your being is pure light and pure love.
Some days you are aligned with that love and that light. Some days you are not. In some lives, you align with that light; in others, you do not. Your experience will differ, but we always hold onto our understanding of your true nature and your worthiness. Even the vilest among you are worthy of love. If they were to open up to that simple fact, they would not behave like those who feel so unlovable that they must hurt, manipulate, cheat, and steal to get a little piece of that sense of being lovable! Dear ones, the vilest among you feel the least worthy, no matter how arrogantly they profess their worthiness to others. We see inside hearts.
We also know that you are always being the best you that you can be in the moment. You can always be more. You came to expand! Nonetheless, in every moment, you are the best you that you can be right then, right there, right here, right now. In some moments, the best you that you can be is a person having a good cry because you miss someone, or you feel exhausted. Then in the next moment, perhaps the best you that you can be is one who gets a tissue and dabs their own eyes in the tiniest movement of loving comfort. Then perhaps in the next moment, the best you that you can be is one who sighs and says, “Well, I don’t feel like it, but there is more to do in life. I may as well go through the motions.” Then in the next moment, the best you that you can be is one who realizes that life is moving forward and there are some enjoyable moments.
And so, dear ones, as you accept this simple fact – that every moment you are being the best you that you can be – there will be a natural progression towards better. Be kind to yourselves now. Accept yourself now. In that acceptance, you acknowledge that you are worthy of love as you are here and now. In self-acceptance, you begin your journey toward true, unconditional self-love. You want others to love you no matter what. Choose to accept yourself as you are, doing your best and being the best you that you can be in this moment.
We in the heavens will never judge you. We know it is a courageous move to become human, to forget your worthiness, your nature, and the connection you have with all of life – all to experience variety, reach for more, and thus pull the energy of the Divine from its raw form into manifest reality. You, by virtue of being human and being there upon your earth, expand creation, expand love, and call forth the unmanifest into form. You are all so important. You are all so loved.
You are all so very worthy of all you dream.

The dynamic prelude to the dawn of Earth’s freedom from darkness is presenting some very difficult situations, and that is why many souls chose to be there now.
Prior to birth, they were aware of what would be happening at approximately this time—just as you volunteers were—and they made soul contracts and pre-birth agreements accordingly.
Souls throughout this universe knew that divine grace was offering an unprecedented opportunity to complete third density karmic lessons in one Earth lifetime instead of numerous incarnations.
Those who wanted to take advantage of this unique offer specified in their contracts desired longevity and geographical areas where dire circumstances and death would become prevalent. Upcoming situations will fulfill those contract provisions for most, if not all of the souls who chose to complete their lessons, thereby attaining balanced 3D experiencing and evolving to fourth density.
When individuals accomplish their goal transition from physical to spirit lifetime, they will rejoice in knowing they succeeded. If death prior to the chosen life span prevents persons from experiencing everything they needed to wind up 3D lessons, they can evolve by completing the remainder with greater ease during life in a spirit world.
Individuals who need the most arduous experiencing are being energized by stronger souls so they can master their chosen lessons. And, persons who achieved personal ascension to fourth density and whose lives are cut short in the crossfire, so to say, can hone their developing skills, talents and other abilities during life in spirit to enrich and enhance their next embodiment, in a 4D civilization.
Dear family, along with natural feelings of compassion and empathy for people who are enduring great hardships, please keep in mind that those who are most affected are experiencing what they chose in contracts and pre-birth agreements so they can evolve, and that is the goal of every soul in every physical lifetime.
It would be misleading to say you will smoothly sail through upcoming months. Spiritually and consciously, absolutely you are well prepared to do that, but the clashing energies of the light forces and the darkness in its last gasps can affect you as they will many others, with waves of fatigue, moodiness and moments of disillusionment or even despair.
Those episodes will not be long-lasting, and you can alleviate them by doing what always is beneficial, but not always remembered: Breathe deeply and rhythmically, drink a lot of pure water and get sufficient sleep.
We have spoken before about the value of balance in mind, body and spirit, and when you are amidst the energy of people’s fury, fear, grief, confusion and shock, balance will be your steadfast ally. You will be needed to assure all who are willing to listen that when the turmoil ends, the world will undergo major benevolent changes.
Of the numerous ways to maintain or regain balance, the best is being with Nature. Yes, we have spoken about this before, too, but perhaps we need to be explicit about its role in your overall wellbeing.
As microcosms of Earth, your bodies contain all of the planet’s elements, and walking among trees in parks and forests or along shorelines or in fields and pastures lets your energy mingle with the planet’s.
This keeps your elements well-tuned and your soul-self aligned with cosmic consciousness. For the strongest effects of this connection, go barefooted when weather and terrain permit.
Being active outdoors on sunny days is healthful—lying idly to get a tan is not, however—and, contrary to what Big Pharma says, their lotions not only don’t protect skin; they are harmful. Aloe gel works well. Always natural substances are better than synthetic products that contain chemicals that aren’t compatible with bodies’ chemical makeup.
Spending time with companion and farm animals is excellent for balance and so is being in the energy of wild animals like deer, birds, squirrels, rabbits and other creatures of Nature. They are more sensitive to energy fluctuations than are most people and they automatically absorb the high vibrations of the sun’s rays—Sol is the benefactor of Earth and all her life forms. The effects are apparent in some wild animals’ lessened fear of people and in members of one species befriending members of others.
People who think animals act only according to instinct and training are giving them dreadfully short shrift. They are souls with a range of intelligence and emotions like humans, but they don’t have humans’ acquired characteristics or feelings such as hatred, deviousness, greed, hypocrisy, betrayal, resentment or vengefulness.
Animals are multidimensional and in sleep state visit other worlds—so do people, but they don’t know that and animals do. Some have the ability to reason, sense danger and save lives, and pets’ energy can ease pain or stress in their human families. As a civilization advances, souls in the animal kingdom do, too, and it is not unusual for human souls to experience a lifetime in an animal body.
The importance of humankind’s relationship with the animal kingdom cannot be overstated. People’s treatment of animals, who also are God’s children, is a paramount factor in the evolutionary status of a civilization.
Let us add a bit of history here. When the animal species you know were brought to the planet long ago from Jupiter, where they were designed in accordance with Gaia’s wishes, the lion and the lamb did lie side by side. Animals and people lived peaceably together, honored each other as the divine sovereign souls they all were, knew their inseparable connection with each other and the planet, and communicated telepathically.
Aware that plants also were souls with levels of consciousness, humans and animals were grateful to trees, flowers, grass and all other life in the plant kingdom for providing food, shade, shelter and beauty. Love and harmony was the foundation of life in that idyllic world.
Then, knowing the vital significance of the relationship between humans and animals in regard to evolution, the dark forces—a vast, powerful force field of low vibrations that meanders throughout this universe—assaulted the paradise.
It instilled the predator-prey instinct in animals and inculcated in the collective human psyche warring mentality, brutality, and the concept that animals are unfeeling dumb beasts. People started treating each other and the animals atrociously, and that was the onset of the planet’s eons of descending from high fifth density to low third and getting stuck there.
At a point in Earth’s more recent history, relatively speaking, some animals made soul-level agreements with humans to be their nourishment in exchange for good care during their lives and a merciful death.
However, it has been only in the past several decades that individuals and groups started following their intuition to champion good treatment and humane killing of food animals and to rescue and care for lost, abused and woefully neglected domesticated animals. With joyousness we see more and more people participating in these light-filled undertakings.
A few centuries past, the dark forces influenced the killing of whales, its prime targets. It knows these souls volunteered to inhabit huge bodies so they could anchor light in ocean depths where darkness cannot extinguish it, and that species-wide, whales and dolphins are the most spiritually and consciously evolved souls on the planet.
We are greatly heartened by the many groups that are making concerted efforts to protect cetaceans and other marine life, which includes tackling the immense job of clearing debris from Earth’s waters.
Knowing the trauma that would befall animals taken from their families in the wild, the forces put out the energetic idea that displaying them in cages would be educational for the public and training them to perform tricks would be entertainment for the public.
Another of the forces’ ideas was that killing animals is a sport and displaying their heads as trophies showed admirable marksmanship. And, it influenced people to desire ivory decorations and devised the nonsense that specific body parts of some animals provide virility.
Dark forces were responsible for the slaughter of bison en masse, and, in so doing, wielded a double-edged sword. Bison were essential to native tribes in America, who, like native populations elsewhere, know their inseparability with the Supreme Being of this universe and everything that exists on Earth.
The forces wanted to suppress that knowledge and influenced individuals in governments to greatly decrease the numbers of “savage, ignorant” indigenous peoples everywhere. It is a step forward in enlightenment that some leaders are acknowledging the terrible injustices committed during that dark chapter of Earth’s history.
Dear family, the light you radiate is weakening the forces’ influences and inspiring the populace to take longer, bolder steps to end mistreatment of all animals, restore their natural habitats, protect species nearing extinction, and stop pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies from using animals to test their products. The progress being made in those areas is hastening the evolution of Earth’s peoples.
As humankind continues advancing in spiritual and conscious awareness, so will the animals. All diets will become plant-based, ending the predator-prey and food animal chains. When Earth’s Golden Age is blooming in fullness, once again people and the animal kingdom will honor each other and converse telepathically as they live together lovingly, cooperatively, and harmoniously with all of Nature.
“I am in a position to know that Matthew’s assessment of Russia’s mission in Ukraine is accurate. Does he know when the troops will end all of the Deep State’s operations in that country?” No, we don’t. Extraterrestrial special forces in intelligences agencies and Russian military units tell us they still are hearing of places where children are held captive, bioweaponry is manufactured or stockpiled, and adrenochrome is produced. Energy-wise and pragmatically, major media’s false information that has generated hostility toward the troops has been a deterrent to their progress. There are indications that the facts cannot be withheld much longer, and, when those are known, the energy change will enable swifter completion of the mission.
“Is the global economy really collapsing or is that fear porn?” We don’t know what information evoked that question or others that are somewhat similar, so we shall tell you what we do know. Several countries have been bankrupt for quite some time, many others are teetering on the edge, and national and personal debts cannot be repaid. Those situations have two causes. One is outright thievery by leaders of some governments and the other is subtle thievery by the Illuminati via banking, lending and investment industries they established and control, like the World Economic Forum, International Monetary Fund, Bank for International Settlements, Federal Reserve System and stock markets.
For years world commerce has been countless computer transactions with no monetary foundation, and that cannot continue. Not only is it collapsing under its unsustainable weight, but its intention is based in darkness’ low vibrations and those are being overwhelmed by the high vibrations of light.
National economies will not be upended abruptly and strand citizenries with worthless currencies. Plans are in order to avoid that and to minimize chaos while the global economic system undergoes dramatic change, and every measure will be taken to make the transition from the old to the new as smooth as possible. Implementation and administration of the new system will be managed by honorable individuals with wisdom, moral and spiritual integrity and business expertise.
Beloved brothers and sisters, simply by BEing you send forth light’s high vibrations that are helping uplift the downtrodden, arouse the sleepers, and encourage the newly awakened. Your confidence about Earth’s shining future will help her peoples stand tall during the transformative months ahead.

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian high Council. I speak to you today with reverence and all the love in my heart. I am here to encourage you, and the Earth Council is here to inspire you. We have the best team ever comprised in any ascension process on any planet.
This is because of you, ground crew. You are the best of the best. You are doing an excellent job! Things are starting to get a little jagged and rocky. We are all working overtime to maintain balance and harmony. We recommend you do the same. Keep yourselves in balance and harmony. Restrain from getting caught up in the frenzy of the masses who do not know what is going on. They are looking for love and relief wherever they can find it. Many are opening up and having awakenings. With their discordant behavior they are sometimes awakening to new truths. They are also exhausted from what it takes to maintain life on earth and survive. Many simply want to escape.
We want you to know that the Creator is in charge. This divine plan is bringing out new truths that the dark forces cannot stop. It is part of the great awakening and the homecoming back to Source. Pretty soon you will discover that your main stream news will not have the impact it has in the past because they have been dishonest. A large part of humanity no longer trust their governments, or the media. This is a positive step in the right direction.
We can share with you that you are a part of a brilliant masterful plan for the freedom of the Earth. It is like the ending to a movie that has unexpected events bringing humanity together. This is part of Ascension. It is the rising awareness of perfection, magic and miracles that come from the quantum energies of creation. This plan is toppling the dark ones by increasing their demise. There is simply no more room for them, and there never will be, back on this planet.
We ask you to please assist and help each other as necessary. You are no longer living in the wrong interpretation of the Darwin theory of survival of the fittest. The actual theory is about cooperation and helping each other, not just looking out for one’s self. We’ve already told you that those who are Service to Self will no longer be on the Earth.
You will begin to see more departures from the earth. This is important to remove the dark ones and also to honor peoples’ decisions that they have made with the Creator. We know that many of you have had losses of loved ones. Please be assured they are being given what they need on the other side. Some are truly angry their lives were shortened. They wanted to do other things and to experience more, but it was not their future. They’ve also been signposts to awaken others and many people are starting to realize this fact.

We are being told that many of these opportunities will involve an Awakening and a shift in our awareness that will be triggered by influxes of Light that will affect every particle and wave of Life on Earth in powerful ways. This process began in the month of January, during which we experienced unusually powerful Solar Flares from our physical Sun and the Central Suns in Earth’s lineage. Legions of Light, sustain this activity of Cosmic Forgiveness with every newly balanced and elevated Holy Breath Humanity takes. Intensify this Gift of Divine Forgiveness until every Electron of precious Life energy that has been, or ever will be, misqualified by the freewill choices of Humanity is Transmuted back into Light cause, core, effect, record and memory. I now ACCEPT and KNOW that through this activity of Light these Electrons of precious Life energy from Humanity’s past miscreations are mercifully being Transmuted back into their original perfection. Now, Beloved Ones, I command through the Presence of God, I AM, that you permanently seal every particle and wave of this Transmuted precious Electronic Light substance in an invincible Forcefield of our Mother God’s Comprehensive Divine Love now and forever. And so it is. Beloved I AM That I AM. EXPANDING THE CORE OF PURITY IN THE ELECTRONS The Company of Heaven is affirming that Transfiguring our carbon-based Earthly Bodies into our 5th-Dimensional Crystalline-based Solar Light Bodies will move into full swing during 2023 and the next few years. This Transfiguration will be accomplished through the cooperation and the unified efforts of our I AM Presence, our Body Elemental, our Silent Watcher, the Mighty Elohim, the Directors of the Elements and the Elemental Kingdom. Today, the Company of Heaven wants to remind us of a very critical factor in this process of Divine Alchemy. The aging, disease, degeneration and mortification of the flesh we experience in our Earthly Bodies are a result of our fall from Grace. These painful conditions were never part of God’s original Divine Plan for the Children of Earth. In the beginning, the plan was that we would evolve through our Earthly experiences using our creative faculties of thought and feeling to become masters of energy, vibration and consciousness, thus becoming Cocreators with our Father-Mother God. The initial plan was that we would evolve in vehicles of eternal youth, vibrant health and infinite perfection, so that we could learn the lessons of Cocreation without any distractions from our Earthly Bodies. When we began experimenting with our thoughts and feelings in ways that were not based in Love, the discordant frequencies of vibration we were miscreating began to reflect in our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies as well as on the environment of Earth. This situation gradually resulted in breaking down the perfect patterns imprinted within the messenger codes in our Twelve Strands of DNA. The intent of these codes was to form the DNA molecules that would be the building blocks for our Earthly Bodies. Unfortunately, the bombardment of our negativity on these codes caused weak, distorted cellular structures to form which eventually became the aging, disease, deformity, decay and death within our bodies that we now, tragically, accept as a normal part of our life experience. Through the unified efforts of the Company of Heaven and Awakening Humanity during the past several years, our Twelve Strands of DNA which became fragmented and dormant after the fall were reactivated. That allowed our I AM Presence to recalibrate those Strands of DNA which, in turn, paved the way in 2019 for our I AM Presence to activate our Twelve 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Strands of DNA which contain the messenger codes for the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light Bodies we will abide in on the New Earth. In our Ascension process, the time has come for Humanity to reverse the adverse effects of the fall. It is time for us to Transfigure our Earthly Bodies into the perfection of our 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light Bodies. In order to accelerate this process, we need to reactive the Core of Purity within every Electron of precious life energy. The Company of Heaven is now sharing with us information about the significance of the Core of Purity that exists within the Electrons that form our Earthly Bodies and every other facet of Life on Earth. This Sacred Knowledge is a key factor in the Divine Mission we are all being Called to Cocreate in 2023. Purity is at the Heart of all Creation, and it is an extremely important quality that we must learn to utilize in our physical Transfiguration process. As we understand more about the Divine Quality of Purity, we realize how important it is for us to use this Gift continually in our daily life experiences. For instance, PURITY is a living Breathing pulsation within the core of every Electron of energy evolving on Earth. Every facet of life is comprised of intelligent Electrons rotating around the central core of the atom. The atom is a miniature Universe in itself and is the building block of ALL physical manifestation, including our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies. The frequency of Purity at the core of every Electron vibrates so rapidly that no discord can enter into it or contaminate its radiance. If we could stop one Electron of energy as it passes through the Universe, we would see that within the Electron is contained the complete Nature of God: all of God’s Power, all of God’s Majesty, all of God’s Divinity. Every single Electron contains within the central Core of Purity, the totality of God’s Perfection. Each Electron is an intelligent Life Force. As it is projected forth from the Heart of God, it joyously and eagerly awaits the opportunity to serve Life and to expand God’s Infinite Light in the world of form. Each second, trillions and trillions of tiny Electrons flow from the Source of ALL That Is through our I AM Presence and into the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in our Heart. We then send the Electrons into the World qualified with our thoughts, feelings, words and actions. The Core of Purity in the Electrons themselves cannot be contaminated with our destructive behavior. The misqualification occurs when we cloak the electrons in vibrations that are not based in Love. Every form of pain and suffering is the result of Humanity, in some time frame or dimension either known or unknown, placing a cloak of shadow around the Electrons when we send them forth through our negative thoughts, feelings, words and actions. When we truly understand this process, we realize that regardless of how bad our life situation seems or how bad our physical condition is, Purity and God’s Perfection areSTILL pulsating in the Core of Purity in every Electron manifesting as those painful experiences. Within its Core of Purity every Electron is waiting even NOW to be released from its cloak of darkness, so it can manifest the perfection of God’s original Divine Plan. Remember, every Electron is an intelligent form of Life that will respond to the command of our I AM Presence. Everything existing in our lives is comprised of Electrons, whether we’re talking about a person, a place, a condition or a thing. The Electrons that make up our life experiences are reflecting our Consciousness. These tiny Beings of Light came forth from the Heart of God and answered the Call to obey the magnetic pull of our I AM Presence and our Heart Flame. Hello. Thank you. Would you tell me what is going on with me yesterday and today?
Sophia, you are transmuting energy from formlessness through form and then releasing it. It is exhausting work to your physical shell, and so, you not only notice the exhaustion, but as well, recognize that it comes from someplace beyond you ~ foreign to you, away from you. The stress of this “incoming pressure” puts weight on your physical shell and, as a result, you tire. When you feel tired, rest. We’ve discussed this before.
It will not be like this for long; not months or even weeks. It will be this way for a few more days, though; through the week.
The rapid influx of energy also alters your body, and you feel altered, different and a bit used. In fact, you are being used. There are many of you now with enough “light quotient” who can handle the influx.
It is one of the gifts that you arrived with and now share with the planet and her people. If you were not here doing so, more chaos would be erupting. Indeed, it is erupting in some places. Yet, it would be massively chaotic if you light-dwellers were not here to stem the tide.
You are acting as bellows. You are holding and changing the light into form that is then more easily utilized by those in your surroundings.
Take this time to nurture. Self-care is important. Continue with your usual activities, for your location was chosen, and those people around you are benefiting from the work that you do.
You are not called light-workers without reason. You work with the light. Right now, you physically adjust the light frequency. It can be looked at as a positive thing and once the fear of illness or disease is let go of, you can give yourself a break and take more rest than you typically do. It will not be this way for long.
The ramp-up happens now. The physical alterations are a part of that ramp-up. You have come to work with light. All of you are doing so, some more intensely, and at specific times, than others.
You have come for this and it is time. Follow the guidance of your body. It speaks to you.
We are able to talk now about upcoming events. There are scheduled happenings that approach for you. Not so much scheduled by a specific entity, but more like a cosmic calendar.
There will be unusual things in your skies. These things will alarm some of the race. Yet they need not be alarming. These things are a product of your evolution and transformation. They will occur, and how they are interpreted will depend on who is doing the interpreting. I tell you this – none of these events mean to cause harm to the race. In fact, it is the opposite. These events signal your expansion.
As you work for the light, and are light dwellers, you may feel these events before they are physically visible. There are to be no specific dates mentioned, as these cause expectation, confusion and promises of happenings. These events approach quickly now. *
I speak of ships in your skies. I speak of massive light pillars. I speak of otherworldly light.
These are not all at once, yet this time you now proceed through will be marked by them in retrospect.
When one of them occurs, it will tell you that prophecy is being fulfilled and that you as a race are witnessing the transformation. So, take any sign from the skies as physical evidence.
These are not meant for just one part of the sky. All of these things will be witnessed by the whole of mankind. So, when they occur, you will know that the worst is over. It will be time then to begin the climb out of the wreckage and build anew.

Today, January 27, 2023, is yet another unusual transition day. Not because you are so different but because the earth is shifting in ways you never before experienced while of the earth.
The earth is shaking off fear as if it can no longer justify the pain that has been a key earth factor for eons.
Some of you may have noted this major earth-shift with unusual sleep patterns or emotional outbursts. How or if this earth shift impacted your daily routine does not matter. You merely need to know that the earth – as is also true for you – is shedding the fear that has been the earth’s mainstay.
Perhaps you wonder what this earth shift means for you. Brenda, the channel, felt the shift with a very early morning awakening and daylong exhaustion. You might notice or feel it differently. All that matters is this earth shift happened in conjunction with your recent significant inner changes.
This earth-shift impact might momentarily create fear within you because it was not expected nor previously experienced. Your immediate thoughts will likely be that you did something wrong. That you are stressed. That someone said or did something to you. All logical 3D conclusions but no longer applicable in your new world.
Allow actions, interactions, and reactions to be without causation. For you are tiptoeing into this new world of minimal fear. It is as if you dipped your toes in the ocean while standing on the shore and then used that minor interaction as an ocean descriptor, negating all ocean life and movement beyond the beach.
Nothing is as it was. A statement that is more accurate today than it was yesterday. The earth has not only joined your new you party, but it has increased the interactions.
So some of you feel frantic, peaceful, or short-tempered without a justifiable 3D reason. Just as you relate to various phases of the moon or eclipses, you have likely reacted to this significant earth shift in the past few days.
The result is a shift in the anger of earth beings. Even though this earth shift will not be the last, it is likely the most surprising. Not because it is the most significant shift but because you do not yet have the knowledge to fully understand what happened.
In the 3D past, you and the earth were relatively stable. If something similar happened in 3D, it would have been explained by exhaustion, anger, or joy – and for the earth, anticipated seasonal changes and activities. For example, you did not expect snow during 3D mid-summer. That is not to say such will now happen, but to indicate how you expect the earth to react. Just as you expected your 3D self to respond to certain stimuli.
Nothing is as it was and will never be as it was again. Expect the unexpected.
That last phrase is frightening to many because you want to know what will happen and why – that is, you once wanted to know.
You are beginning to hunger for the new and different. What was is boring and what will be is unknown. An unknown that feels exciting. Something you have not felt for some time. Granted, you might have recently experienced exciting vacations, conquered difficult work tasks, or met new friends. All of which were stimulating for a short time until you again fell into a daily ho-hum routine.
You no longer have routines or a ho-hum existence. Even though you perhaps continue with most or all of your routines, they are becoming more and more burdensome. Everything is quickly becoming the same old. That which used to make you sparkle just is.
You likely continue to laugh, play, and have routines or worry about this or that. But it’s all so expected. It just is without the drama or excitement of new that you are beginning to crave.
Just as the earth shook itself up today, you are starting to do the same. Travel, a different job, financial rewards, or a new home – all of which once might have been pleasurable are quickly becoming ho-hum. Your new excitement and rewards are not those of 3D.
Expect the unexpected now that you are beyond 3D and strong enough to flit, as we of the Universes outlined in our new you analogy of a caterpillar transitioning into a butterfly. You are all full-fledged butterflies no longer content to slitter on the ground or remain attached to one flower or even one field.
You are ready and interested in full flights from one adventure to another. Sensations enhanced by today’s major earth shift. So be it. Amen.

You focus on your fears and your shortcomings. I do not. I know that those fearful thoughts, those regrets, shames and embarrassments are illusions from your past; they reflect moments when you were learning the truth of who you Are.
There was perfection in every distortion.
As you move along the path of heart expansion, you will come to understand this too. You will forgive yourself and others, because you will know the perfection in all things.
I do not judge, because I see a picture so wide, so vast, and so intricate that I know its perfection. That does not mean there is no balance and rebalance. Of course there is, but that rebalancing is the fruit of your Higher Self, gently assisting you in expanding beyond a constricted point of view, beyond a misunderstanding of Truth.
So be gentle with yourselves. Be gentle with others. You are all facing your own unique challenges.
And if I may be so bold as to say, the greatest challenge is not justice. The greatest challenge is compassion. Start with you. How gentle are you with yourself? You have been programmed by a brutal society that is at odds with the infinite compassion felt in each and every human heart.
As you reclaim compassion with your gentle self, you de-program the ‘system,’ you bring light to the darkness of fear. Light is infinitely more powerful than darkness. Darkness does not devour light; it is the light that melts darkness. Open a door into a darkened room and watch the light flood in: the darkness disappears, not the light.
Kindness is a revolutionary act of quantum proportions. The Angelics, the Ascended Masters, the Galactics ~ we can work with kindness. We can use it as a springboard for infinite tiny changes that alter the overall balance of light on Gaia.
Be kind to yourself.
Be kindness to others.
Notice the ripple effect.
As you align with compassion and kindness, you give form to the higher dimensions, you ground them in your body, your home, your neighbourhood, your world.
Kindness is the revolutionary act of quantum proportions, because it is kindness that will bring about Heaven on Earth.
JANUARY 29, 2023 Welcome dear readers. During these times of confusion, violence, and chaos, never doubt that you are known, loved, and honored for choosing to assist earth in her journey to once again express the Divine perfection that is her reality. You did not need to incarnate as many do in order to learn and grow beyond the third dimensional belief system, but you along with many others chose to incarnate in order that the presence of many evolved states of consciousness on earth would add Light to and lift earth’s collective consciousness to a higher level. Everything is energy dear ones. Everything-people, words, actions, “stuff”–has a vibrational frequency and the closer it is to reality/truth the lighter, faster, and brighter are the frequencies. The further from truth something is, the slower, denser, and heavier the vibration which is why the three dimensional earth manifests as material and why you feel heaviness in certain situations, places, or even around certain people. In reality your body is pure, perfect, and whole–a Light body, an individualization of God. Just as you commonly think of a body of water, think of yourself as a body of God. In the density of third dimensional energy, the real Light body is interpreted as physical, dense, material, and subject to all sorts of problems. Your real body has always and will continue to go with you wherever you go. It cannot die for it is your individualization of Divine Consciousness. It is only the material concept of body that dissolves after the Light body leaves. Everything, that which is considered good and that considered bad, is a concept of a spiritual reality or Divine Idea because Divine Consciousness is all that exists. The third dimensional state of consciousness is unaware and thus unable to understand that earth is a spiritual world peopled with sons/daughters of God because their state of consciousness is as of yet only able to align with denser energy. There are some who live from a three dimensional level but who have retained the ability interact with energies invisible to most. Most of them worked with psychic energy throughout their past lives and often work as psychics in this one. Always remember that psychic is not the same as spiritual and information can rise no higher than the state of consciousness of the person giving the information. This is an important point to remember in these times of many predictions. Always trust your intuition. Because there is only ONE Divine Consciousness expressing ITSelf as infinite form and variety, energy is always seeking to reconnect with ITself. In the human scene this manifests as like attracting like or “bird of a feather, flock together”. Be aware of what you hold as truth in your consciousness because consciousness automatically draws and connects to whatever energy it is in alignment with. Example: A consciousness of violence, lack, and beliefs based in separation will automatically attract ideas about as well as actions of violence. Hypochondriacs will always be attracting some health issue. There is no such thing as a God who punishes or gets pleasure from the suffering of ITself as individual being. In fact these things do not even exist in Divine Consciousness. The third dimensional state of consciousness dreams up concepts of God based in limited and false information and then sets about worshiping and preaching these concepts to others.
Every person is the God creating their life and situations from the contents of their consciousness. However, this does not mean that every negative experience is a failure of spiritual growth but rather often represents a graduation of sorts. Many negative experiences actually represent completion and are expressing a clearing of some old energy unknowingly being held in consciousness.
The human desire to attain “good” and get rid of the “bad” is actually the material concept of a spiritual reality. Soul remembers who it really is and yearns to be complete, known, and acknowledged. The third dimensional state of consciousness feels this yearning as a desire for human “good”– people, places, experiences etc. believed capable of bringing happiness and success. However, the duality aspect of three dimensional concepts automatically means that human good and human bad can and often does quickly shift to the opposite.
Holding tightly to good experiences of the past or continually trying to recreate them for self and others in some way is no different than attempts to bury, forget, ignore, deny, or rid self of bad memories. As either one comes to mind (and they will until cleared) look right at them and see them for what they represent or represented in an earlier state of consciousness. No longer endow them power for good or bad and thank them for the lessons, insights, and evolutionary growth you gained and release them into the nothingness that they really are. Learn to see through all material appearances and into the deeper reality that underlies it. If you see someone stealing, do not judge the person as bad, but understand that because in reality that person is a Divine Being, he or she is unknowingly carrying a desire for wholeness and completeness which to their limited state of consciousness they are interpreting as a right to whatever they need or want.
This does not mean those living from an un-evolved state of consciousness should simply be allowed to do whatever they please. Spiritual evolution involves lessons at all levels of awareness which for some may mean that their needed lesson is jail time Practice oneness at all times–a wordless flash of awareness as you enter a room, get to your office, do the dishes etc. Every time you answer your phone remember that God is the person at the other end or when driving know that God is every other driver on the road. By keeping a tiny portion of your awareness always centered in truth it soon becomes your state of consciousness, your life, and your reality. We are the Arcturian Group 1/29/23
Imagine heaven. It isn’t a place on a faraway cloud or a dream that exists after the brain dies. Not at all. Dear ones, Heaven is a state where you are totally and entirely open to the love that sources you and gives you life. It is a vibrational dimension in which you are intensely present, elevated, and experiencing love.
It is an existence of peace, joy, kindness, consideration, creative expression, courtesy, and all you associate with love. It is wisdom, understanding, harmony, and a sense of everything making sense. It is the ordinary imbued by a sense of the extraordinary. Colors are vibrant and glow from within. Sounds feel alive. Your senses are heightened to feel very deeply. Most of you only “live in” heaven after death, but many of you have glimpses of this vibration at moments while you are upon your earth.
Heaven can be felt in the first bite of an exquisite meal. You lose yourself in sensory delight, appreciation for the food, the chef, and the moment. Heaven might be that moment in high school when your first crush looked at you and smiled, and you felt magnificent, worthy, and loved. Heaven might have occurred for you when you first looked into the eyes of a newborn child or when you looked into the eyes of a parent for the last time upon this earth.
Heaven occurs every day. You might feel it in a contented slow sip of coffee, the crisp air in your lungs, and the blood pumping through your veins on a beautiful walk. You might feel it as you hug your best friend, laugh at your dog, or see a funny video. Heaven might be the moment you start to feel relief from pain or the sweetness of climbing into a comfortable bed at night.
These moments of heaven have a few things in common. You are intensely present with the experience in the moment. You are overwhelmed by a sense of appreciation. You feel loved, loving, or experience love. There is a sense of perfection in that moment. Dear ones, if you have these qualities, heaven can be found anywhere, anytime, and even in any circumstance.
Challenges yourself to look back at your life and remember those moments of heaven. See if you can recall several of them. Make a list of the qualities that made each of those moments heaven. How can you include more of those qualities in your daily life? Can you pick one moment to savor each day? Can you take time out for some unabashed appreciation? Can you find reasons to love yourself or others, or love even if you find no reason?
Dear ones, we would love for each and every one of you to experience heaven on earth. While it is not reasonable to expect you’d do so all the time because the contrast does inspire expansion, we know that if you strive to be present, strive to appreciate what you can, and strive to love what you can, then, more often than not, heaven will be accessible to you. You will feel it as a frequency, an experience, or a state of being. In this space, you’ll easily perceive your guidance and pick up on your “deceased” loved ones. You’ll know joy in the present, even as you move towards more later. You’ll live your life with a sense of adventure.
With practice, you can find heaven, dear ones, right here, right now. Take a moment to look around and be present. Appreciate one thing. Love one thing. The less you resist this exercise, and the more you surrender to love, the more you’ll feel heaven. In this space, you’ll feel us too, loving you as an exquisite and beautiful being within this beautiful creation.

Saul Through John: Time is Unreal and Makes no Demands!
As your collective awakening unfolds before your very eyes – CELEBRATE!
Yes, it is unfolding right now, in the only moment there is, the eternal moment of now. You do of course know this, because when you allow yourselves to be aware you are aware that everything you think, say, or do is happening now, the only ‘time’ in which it could happen.
It’s just that NOW keeps on continuously renewing itself without ever a break, that is what now is – NOW! Within the illusory state of material form, of which time is a major component, it flows constantly, whereas in Reality it is eternally stationary. That is a concept that is very difficult for you to imagine or to accept, and yet modern physics at the highest levels of research has found that this actually is the case.
It is quite shocking to realize this because it is totally at odds with your human experience of life in form.
In fact your human lives are very much time directed, as your calendars and daily planners make very clear, and you are constantly checking to see if you are “on time,” and to make sure that tomorrow’s time schedule is clearly defined.
And yes, living as humans you do need a schedule so that you can be present with those you love for as much time as possible. However, many become obsessed with time and its ‘demands’ upon them. But time is unreal and makes no demands!
The demands that people experience are always self-imposed, even though they might think that it’s their boss, or their job, or their spouse that makes the demands, in essence each individual responds to time in their own individual manner, and it is their own choice whether or not to be governed by their job schedule, and their bosses or their spouse’s bidding.
How you choose to use time to earn your living or to enjoy yourselves is always your own individual option or preference. Yes, others do make demands upon you, but it is always your choice, your decision, and only yours as tohow you will respond.
As your awareness of the unreality of time increases you will find yourselves far less driven, far more at peace.
You were created as eternal beings at One with Source, NOW, and that has never changed, it is unchangeable. You effectively always have all the time you need, but because of the way in which you choose to engage with it, it frequently seems to be ‘in short supply.’
Time can serve you very well if you can relax and allow it to flow, instead of attempting to ‘beat the clock,’ which is, of course, impossible.
You have all heard of professional sportsmen and women talking about ‘being in the zone,’ when every move that they make is perfect in that moment, and they achieve what seem to be the most amazing results. Well everyone of you can be in the zone in a similar fashion that is just right for you.
You do it by relaxing into whatever it is you are doing, and letting go of thinking about what you are going to do in the next moment. When you watch small children playing you will notice that they are often so totally wrapped up in what they are doing, undistracted by anything outside such as parents calling them in for dinner, they just don’t hear the call because they are so absorbed in just being there in that moment.
It’s really about mindfulness, being constantly aware of what you are thinking, saying, or doing in each moment.
When you get up from the table to take the dishes to the sink, be aware of how you are picking each one up, and then of each step you take to reach the sink. Initially it can be quite difficult, because it’s an activity that you could do in your sleep, and so you normally do not pay attention because your mind is off somewhere else – I have to go and meet the school bus, I had better go the store as I’m right out of bread, etc. And when you do succeed you get an uplifting sense of achievement, and without all the roof-brain-chatter which so many of you have come to accept as normal, you find yourselves far quieter and more peaceful within yourselves.
It is rather like being in a continuous meditative state, and as you become more aware, more mindful, when you do sit to meditate, to just be present you will find yourselves settling in much more quickly and easily into that state. AND, as I have often been reminding you of late, your main purpose during your present incarnation is to just be!
Just being allows the Love that you are to flow freely out to join with the flow from millions of others, most powerfully – far more powerfully than you can appreciate – assisting in humanity’s collective awakening.
When you allow yourselves to become consciously aware, by being mindful of the Reality of your true nature – Love – your individual energy fields expand and intensify. This strengthens your own sense of peace, and envelops and embraces everyone with whom you interact – physically, the cashier in the supermarket, for instance – all your electronic interactions, and also, of course, the loved ones of whom you find yourselves thinking at odd moments throughout the day.
Make a point of Just Being as frequently as you can during the day – waiting in line, waiting at the traffic lights, traveling on the train or subway – any moment, even if it’s only very brief, when you do not have to focus attentively, any free and unoccupied moment. Truly doing this IS extremely powerful, and it IS a very important and intrinsic constituent of the life paths you planned for yourselves before incarnating.
You are incarnate now to greatly assist in humanity’s collective awakening, which is ongoing right now as you read or listen to this loving message. Your purpose, apart from awakening yourselves, is to gently assist others with whom you interact – no interaction is ever a ‘chance’ occurrence, it is always one to which all involved have been lightly lead – in the direction of their and your own awakening.
You do not do it by proselytization or persuasion, you do it just by allowing yourselves to be the loving presences that each and every one of you are.
Love is your nature, in every moment. Therefore release yourselves from the costumes and masks you might normally present as yourselves to the outside world, and allow the love that you all are to flow freely and spontaneously to greet all with whom you interact throughout the day.
When you do you will very frequently find yourselves most lovingly received and accepted by those with whom you ‘chance’ to interact. It will make your day!
Each one of you the ocean in a drop; you are the Divine that you worship. Why do you treat yourselves so harshly? Why are you so hard on yourself when you are kindness embodied to those around you?
My beloveds, it is time to move beyond this distorted matrix programming. The 5D is about service to others, but those of you reading this are already at the 5D level. The distortion is not balancing service to others with service to self.
When you have service to others without service to yourself, you are creating a distortion. When you have them both, you are in alignment with Divine perfection. It is a process, and learning to love yourself can be as hard a challenge as awakening. Every level, every dimension has its challenges; to allow you to grow, to expand into greater consciousness and to experience the enrichment that comes from going ever deeper into the experience of your innate Divinity.
I would like to make it clear, when I speak of service to your self, I am talking about coming from your heart, from the space of loving kindness. Pushing yourself, powering through and being disciplined are favourite distortions of the mind, the idea of control or ‘power over’ ~ even if it is only power over yourself ~ in the old matrix. ‘New year’s resolutions’ are frequently short-lived, because they are based on reigning yourself in and on changing yourself by force rather than through love and through the wisdom of the heart, through expansion rather than contraction.
This distorted matrix has fallen now. Its shadow is there, and you can attach to it if you chose, but why chose the illusion? Why not choose the new path of manifesting your truth with grace and ease?
You are creating the coding for the 5D and beyond, each one of you. You are creating the Ascension templates. How do you want it to look? You’re creating it now by how you are, how you think, how you act. The Universe is intelligent, awake and aware. It is responding to you in every moment. You are now more free than you have been for millennia of your time to create the world as you want it to be.
It has never been more important than it is now to find your joy, to express your pleasure and your delight, to do small things that uplift you ~ however modest they may be. Choosing anything that is in alignment with your love and your joy is a clear demonstration of balanced 5D energy, and it contributes to the well-being of all.
Now, that doesn’t mean that others won’t be annoyed by your choices: they may well be. They will be annoyed to the degree that they are embedded in their ego, in distortions of service, and in the old matrix. You can choose to respectfully decline to conform to their wishes.
Be YOU. Be free of the chains of fear and the shackles of doubt. Allow yourself to step into the version of You that is bubbling inside you.
One step at a time, one decision at a time… align yourself with love, and you are aligned with the highest good. This isn’t always what makes the people around you happiest, and that’s ok…
