You were created free, free beings whose true and only nature is Love.  That has never changed, and never canchange, because what is created is perfect and eternal.

That does not appear to be so for the vast majority of humans, because the dream or unreal environment you constructed collectively in which to experience separation is, by its very nature, imperfect and decays over time.

Time is simply an unreal characteristic of the physical environment in which you live your human lives, causing you fear of the seemingly final point – termination and death.

You are not physical beings, you are spiritual beings having a very temporary exposure to limitation, and the feeling of not being free.

You sense that love is not within you and needs to be given to you by another.  But because your true nature is love, to sense or believe that it is outside you, making you dependent on others to give it or withhold it from you is terrifying, and that is why you spend so much of your lives seeking it.

You need Love, and you are Love – without It you would not exist.

Love is the life force that flows through you in every moment of your eternal existence, but, as limited beings in human in form, you are mostly, because of the apparent reality of your very unreal human nature, unaware of this unchanging and eternal Truth.

You may believe it, but you do not feel it, so you have doubts.

To awaken is to return to knowing yourselves as perfect divine beings created in Love from Love, and therefore to know and experience yourselves eternally at peace and living in joy at One with Mother/Father/God.

To awaken – to find Love – is your one true desire as humans.  But because of the nature of the unreality of life in form separated from Source – often tending towards egotistical narcissism – you feel alone, lost, and abandoned, and so you experience an intense and ongoing need to be seen, heard, fully accepted, and loved by others, others who are undergoing that very same sense of being alone, lost, and abandoned.

All the wise ones throughout the ages have advised and encouraged you to go within, to your holy inner sanctuaries, and allow the deep inner knowing of your true nature that resides there permanently to arise into your conscious awareness.

Very few manage to do this for more than a few moments before their egos flood them with distractions.  This happens because your egos do not want you to find that deep inner peace.

If you can find and maintain that peace, then you no longer have any need of your egos, and therefore your egos will fight you desperately to remove or destroy any sense of peace that may arise within you.

It is a case of Peace/Love or your egos!  There is no room for both, and your egos know that if you find that inner space where Love resides, you will remain there shutting them out.  Therefore do it and find within yourselves the Love and Peace that is your True nature.

As I said above, and as so many wise ones have told you repeatedly, your nature – the Life force within you – is Love, and nothing else, so offer It freely to all.

It/You is utterly accepting of all, and there are no exceptions to this, this is your human purpose.

However, when you look out on the world around you, you do see deceit, corruption, the maltreatment of others, and it is extremely difficult for you not to judge very negatively what you see and those apparently causing it, thus damming or obstructing the natural flow of Love through you and out to all of humanity.

It is essential, therefore, that you release your attachment to judgment.  It will arise within you, so be mindful, be aware that it arises as a reflection of your own unacknowledged but hidden negative self-judgments, then forgive yourselves for whatever you feel or believe is unworthy or unacceptable in yourselves – it is all unreal – thus allowing Love to flow through you and mightily assist in humanity’s awakening.

You are here on Earth as humans right now in order to participate and assist magnificently in the collective awakening process, and, of course, you are, each human presently in form, an individual and, at the same time, an inseparable part of the collective because there is no such state as separation.

For you to awaken, all must awaken, and you were fully aware of that when you so lovingly chose to be incarnate at this moment, completely and enthusiastically participating in bringing this miraculous event to its inevitable and most beautiful consummation.

Hi everyone, just to let you know that i am in Queen Romana’s group and for the last days i have been witness of an amazing operation done under her orders to assist all people with food supplies or anything else done with the support of the military and benevolent donators from across Canada. She has even set up groceries groups all around the world, i am part of one of those groups (Greece) and people are being assisted for paying their utility bills or buying them groceries and even basic clothing for the winter going up to 1000$ per person per month. Good Samaritans are helping which is a miracle of itself to witness. This is to say there is an incredible movement taking place to assist each and everyone as i am sure they were expecting this to happen and were prepared for something like that.

As you progress through the weeks and months, so there will be more revelations to advance your understanding of the truth. You have previously been given a minimum of information but you are now more advanced and ready to learn some greater truths. Many of you have grasped the fact that your souls are eternal and realise that you must have had many, many lives. It will undoubtedly surprise you to know that any incarnation can be “called” back as a live person that you could speak with. It could for example open up a lot of possibilities that allow for the truth as history to be verified. The examples are endless, like being able to speak with family members that had already passed on before you were born.

After having been isolated on Earth to some extent, it will be exciting to be able to converse with other “off planet” Beings either directly or through the power of thought. The possibilities are endless and will open up a new phase including family and friends regardless of how far away they may exist from you. However, there is always a word of caution before you are let loose which is why it must be safe for you as there are still negative entities in your solar system. Bear in mind that we are looking into the future, and matters will first have to improve upon Earth before these changes can come into being.

Now that you are gradually lifting up, the future looks very exciting and understand that as time passes you will be preparing yourselves for a great leap forward. In reality only a small number of souls are sufficiently advanced to be ready to ascend, but it is never too late to aim for the highest level possible. Meantime, you can help others by setting a good example by being in harmony with all other souls. It is a state of mind that allows you to keep calm regardless of whatever is happening around you, and even directed towards you. You may find that you have to walk away from such situations rather than engage in disputes that can often lead to negative exchanges.

There is nothing like actual experience to test your ability to keep calm in all circumstances. Any doubts will soon be overcome and when you can handle negativity you will be surprised how easy it is. By now you possibly realise the need to keep control of your emotions and how much better you feel as a result. Getting annoyed or worse losing your temper upsets your body functions that take some time before they settle down again. In the worst scenario you may also become ill which is why it is a good idea to leave before things get out of hand. It is continually testing your resolve to keep control of your feelings, and the more you can do so the easier it will gradually become.

Dear Ones, nothing would give us more joy than seeing you overcome any changes in your resolve to keep a peaceful countenance in all situations. It clearly helps if you can avoid situations where you may be subjected to abuse or even worse by physical harm. We will be with you but there is a limit to what we are allowed to do to physically help you. There are some situations where we are unable to intervene but we are never far away, and you may at times feel you are alone fighting the odds against you. Sometimes you must make your own way forward, when we know you have the ability to control your own future.

Because you are entering a new phase in your evolution where the greater truths are starting to be revealed, we ask you to keep an open mind so that you can adapt to the changes. It is best that you release your old beliefs where possible, so as to allow for an expansion of your understanding. The old beliefs were limited to keep them in line with your ability to absorb and use the information. Now it is time to learn some of the greater truths about life and the world around you. The illusion that you were the one of the only life forms in your Solar System has been broken. When you bring peace to the Earth the floodgates will open and many of your off world friends will be free to visit you.

From time to time there have been isolated visits from other civilisations but these have been closely monitored and controlled. It was important that your experiences were not disturbed by outer happenings. You had lessons to learn and it was important that you were not distracted. Your experiences have been controlled but at the same time your freewill has still been observed. You have often appealed for outside help little realising that we have always been on hand to do whatever was permissible.

The real you is a much more advanced soul than you might imagine, for purposes of ensuring you get the necessary experiences to evolve each life is carefully planned to ensure the most successful outcome. As individuals it is your Guides who ensure you follow your life plan as far as possible. Although it may not seem possible, every life is set for certain experiences including any karma that needs clearing, although many souls have already done so. It is all down to the individual’s needs and some no longer need to experience karma as such.

No soul is left behind because there is no deadline as such to achieve ascension, and as now there are times when the circumstances are more favourable. Your brothers and sisters such as the Pleiadians have closely followed your evolution and as we have mentioned recently, are present in your solar system to help you through the end times of the last Solar Cycle. You are continually helped in far more ways than you are aware of which is why you are still alive today and have avoided an early demise. For example we took steps to prevent a third World War that would have destroyed the Earth.

However you are assured of a safe experience leading to Ascension and as always we at our higher level will ensure it is so. Attempts by the dark Ones to destroy the Earth have been to no avail and they will answer for the evil they have been responsible for.

A Message for the Holiday Season from Arcturus ∞The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very attracted to other beings and collectives who are also interested in the evolution of consciousness there on Earth, throughout the galaxy, and throughout this wonderful universe of ours. We feel the attraction moving us closer, vibrationally, to those who have similar perspectives, desires, and agendas, and we come together quite naturally in that way that beings and collectives do when there is no way to call someone up and set an appointment at a particular time and on a particular day. Instead, we let our vibration be what calls others to us, and we let their vibration be what is most interesting to us, most alluring, and most satisfying.

That is not to say that we would avoid beings and collectives that were far off from us, vibrationally, but usually it will be challenging to get on the same wavelength with those others who are not vibrating in harmony with us. We don’t force it; we don’t force ourselves to be around those we don’t want to be around. We couldn’t possibly do it without lowering our vibration.

You will find that the same is true for all of you. You can force yourselves to be around people you don’t really want to be around, but you will find that you lower your vibration to do so and that you are then relieved when you once again get to choose with whom you associate. This is, of course, a timely message for the holiday season, where people sometimes gather out of obligation. Sometimes they make an appearance just to keep up appearances.

But it is important to remain true to yourselves throughout this holiday season and to not go to the parties and dinners and gatherings that you can feel yourselves lowering your vibration when you even think about attending those particular engagements. Instead, we highly recommend focusing on your own vibration, what does call out to you, what you are attracted to, and notice where it is you want to be in the world, and do allow yourselves the luxury of going to those places, being around the people that you do harmonize with vibrationally, even if that is just yourself, your pet, or Mother Nature and Mother Earth.

Be kind to yourselves during the holidays; be warm in your hearts and open-hearted to those who may want to spend more time with you. But also be willing to send a transmission of love instead of sending your body, and let go of all feelings of guilt, whether they’re coming to you from within or someone outside of you. They do not serve you. You are there to hold a high vibration, and that does mean to love unconditionally, but that does not mean that you have to sacrifice your own vibration in order to be of service to others. You can be of service to others in so many ways and still maintain that high vibration that you want to be in all the time.

That is what we recommend, and we trust that you will all close your eyes, take a deep breath, and ask yourselves where you want to be over the next five weeks or so. And if you’re honest with yourselves, you will be able to absorb more of the energies coming in, you will be able to ground more of them, and you will be able to be of greater service to your fellow humans.

As you progress along your enlightenment journey, you may find yourself spontaneously entering a shifted space of flow that we call autopilot. This occurs when you have become non-resistant enough to allow your higher self to take the lead. It is always safe to trust this flow because it is being guided by your own innate wisdom.

This is not acting unconsciously but rather instinctively. This starts to occur because of your heightened level of consciousness. You may even find yourself observing the fact that you are an automatic flow. From that space you recognize you do not need to step in and stop it because you know there is something unfolding for your highest good.

You might even find yourself spontaneously preparing for something that you, on a deeper level, have a knowingness is about to occur. It is being aware of your own guidance system taking the wheel and leading you. In this way, you could consider it precognition.

This is just one of the wonderful and magical traits you may start to experience as you begin to discover the gifts of the energies you are shifting into. Pay attention, Dear Ones, as you may start to simply embody abilities that feel both new and matter-of-fact to you. These are the natural rewards that come from the incredible amount of work you have been doing in your own evolutionary process. Dear Ones,

It is nearly Thanksgiving in the U.S., marking the official beginning of the holiday season. Know that in this unique time of the year, there is an awakening in you of the spirit of Gratitude. It is the true essence of Thanksgiving. When you can immerse yourself in the flow of pure Gratitude, it catalyzes new abundance in every area of your life. Gratitude can provide an energetic containment field for your heart to open into.

It is a true gift for yourself when you live in Gratitude. The power of giving thanks can help to lift you above the appearance of disharmony so that a new life emerges within you, opening doors to amazing possibilities. Your deepest dreams are being awakened and your heart is being offered an opportunity to create manifestation of these Soul’s longings. When you open to these desires that have the potential to fulfill you in massive ways, an energy begins to work in you that you have never experienced.

You are unlocking of the gateway to a new dimension, with thanksgiving as the key.

When you create new attitudes about thanksgiving in your life, it attracts powerful streams of light-filled energy to bless all that is honored in this way. When a blessing of thanksgiving is made in any moment, it confers Divine energy upon the person who sends it, as well as the situation being blessed.

In challenging times, it may seem difficult to find something to feel grateful for. In spite of this, one way to create a positive change in your life is to give thanks for what you have now. You can even give thanks in advance for what you want to create. This allows a shift in your perceptions so that you begin to attract new beneficial energy into your life.

Gratitude is an attitude that can profoundly change your consciousness. When you live your life in thanksgiving, it can affect your being at a biological level, training your mind and body to live in a higher state of health and well-being.

When you find nothing else, you can give thanks for just being alive so your soul will evolve. It is a gift to be in a human body and your body is a miraculous instrument. Consider the fact that you have a heart within you that needs no conscious assistance on your part to continue beating. Remember that you don’t have to tell your digestive system to do its work.

All of these body parts are functioning in a wondrous Divine plan of perfection. When you turn your attention to these systems within your body, when you begin to give thanks for the incredible processes that continue 24 hours a day within you, they will function at a higher level. Your focus of attention with gratitude and blessings will bring more light and strength into your vital organs.

For extra energy, consider filling these organs with a healing color such as pink or green, which brightens them with Divine Light. For fun, you can imagine a smile on a body part, such as your liver or your heart. This will not only bless your organs, it will lighten your mind.

Your Body and Science

Dr. Emoto in Japan proved that beautiful crystalline structures were created when words of Peace and Love were placed on a glass filled with water. Imagine what grateful thoughts and words of kindness can do to your body with its high percentage of water content. Science has also proven that the cells of the body can become healthier when one has thoughts and beliefs that are positive. The subconscious mind hears all the words you say to yourself and interprets them as truth.

Athletes have used creative visualization as a powerful asset in their respective sports. Studies have shown that the mind makes very little differentiation between the act of physical practice and the mental visualization of a highly trained athlete. It is extremely valuable to remember this and apply it to your own bodies.

The act of giving thanks for your wondrous, healthy, strong and flexible body can lead it to respond in positive ways that assist in creating new healthier cells. Your body contains a Divine Blueprint of perfection that can be called forward into present day experience. It begins with giving thanks for your body right now, just the way it is, and adding the ideas of what you would like to create within you.

When you give thanks for your mind that is clear and serene, for a brain that functions with balance and precision, and especially when you give thanks for the Divine Light continually empowering your thinking processes, there is a positive response within you. Your gratitude will bless your mind and allow it to function at a higher level of vibration.

These simple acts not only change your mind, they inspire your emotions to respond with delight. Imagine the idea of delight, and the thought of this, sometimes less than familiar feeling, will spark a new level of inspiration in your being. Your imagination is an influential tool of empowerment, and it can be used for ill or for the good in your life.

Gratitude is the Attitude that will take you into your Heart

Consider the idea that your thoughts are like prayers reaching out into the Universal flow of life. When you use your thoughts consciously, they become prayers that shift your perspective so you can see a greater picture of what is actually going on in your life.

Prayers of gratitude are very powerful, and stimulate an increased flow of spiritual energy into every situation. This force can create miraculous change for good in your life. It may take a little effort to find something to be grateful for when you are feeling down, but prayers of thanksgiving can help create a beautiful shift in your mind when you do so.

It is vitally important for your future to nurture compassion for yourself, the mistakes you made as you were learning about life, and forgiveness for the person you were in the past. Be grateful for all that you have learned and all that you are. This act is a good beginning for a peace-filled and happy future. You can open new doors for tomorrow with your grateful thoughts today.

No matter how it feels, you are never alone. You are here on earth to remember your connection to the Spiritual Presence in your life. You are meant to live a happy, abundant life with deep fulfillment. In order to do this, it is necessary to step out of the challenges life presents and into the flow of God’s love, which will bring you more creative solutions. There is one place where you can always go to feel the power of Divine Love, and that is in your heart.

It does not matter if you see nothing in your life for which to feel grateful, just the act of giving thanks opens a door in your heart that allows Divine Love in.

Here are some possibilities for prayers that may help you to lift your thoughts and connect your heart to the essence of Gratitude. You can choose one or more that resonate with you and use them as a spiritual practice for the day. Masters suggest 21 days of a practice to create a new habit within your brain.

During times of energetic acceleration people may find themselves branching off on different paths or moving at different speeds than those they had been sharing their journey with. We urge you not to take this personally!

Think of it this way. Imagine you are on a race track. You are in a Ferrari. A dear one of yours wishes to walk. You are both on the same track, just moving at different speeds based on what your soul needs and what you are ready to experience.

Although you are moving around the track at a very different speed and method, you will still loop around to check in with each other. You might roll down the window and ask if they are ready to ride and if they aren’t you can continue on your merry way. You might be surprised that there are many souls on the planet you know very well and like to check in with periodically.

You aren’t necessarily better than the walker if you are in the Ferrari. It just means you are ready for accelerated growth and the person on foot is embracing the benefits of a slower flow. Both phases serve the participants beautifully. In fact, the walker might be giving you a chance to catch up! Or you might swap places and find yourself on foot one day as the other person jumps in their own car for some laps around the track.

What we want you to understand is if the person rejects getting in the car with you or walking next to you, it doesn’t mean they are rejecting you. They are simply not ready for the pace of the path you are currently on. It is not personal, it is energetic. All is in divine order, and if you can stay open and accepting you leave the door open for re-connection whenever the time may be right for both of you.

Possible Med Beds Roll Out.

Hi everyone, while it is my desire to see this coming forward as soon as Mid December and Mid January as it is being suggested, because just today there was something that did not occur as the one presenting it spoke about, i am going to rather say :use your discernment , while it is good to know this information, it does not mean it will be exactly like that. Anyways, we are going to find out sooner than later if the dates are respected. I prefer to take this position than coming all excited that this will be so for the simple reason that yes i like excitement but i don’t like dissappointment from expecting something on a particular date, as it happened today with one of her predictions. WHAT IS A MED BED?

1. Med Beds. They use a technology to transform your body to its optimum health by using the original codes in your DNA. This technology has been tested. With this technology, our society will move to focus on wellness rather than illness in the medical field. There will be no reason for any industry to profit from illnesses. With the Med Beds, every human being will be able to freely restore health and live a healthy life into older ages than we’ve recently been able to experience.

2. Technology. This technology has been available for 50 years and is perfectly safe. The Secret Space Program has successfully used it over the last 50 years.

AVAILABILITY
Funding. Med Beds are being set up in specialized healing centers. Initially they will be available away from the current health care system. When the med bed technology is disclosed, hospitals and big pharma will be phased out. This is because our medical system will not longer be based on illness but on wellness.
The technology will be completely funded by the white hats/military.

Cost. There will be no cost to use the Med Beds. They will be available to the public free of charge. The cost of the Med Beds will be paid by the military and white hats.

Rollout. Each country will have a central center for people to book an appointment. The first appointment will be a consultation which will involve a medical history and full body exam. Then the patient’s information will be entered into a quantum computer in which the computer will decide the urgency of the patients’ medical needs. A nearby center will be scheduled based on that assessment.
2. Launch. Anticipated Launch. Currently, it is anticipated that appointments will start mid-

January 2022. That date may change due to military activity.

Initially, the Med Beds will be heavily controlled by the military for a time period, so the technology does not get abused. There will not be any preferential treatment because of status in society. All people will be treated fairly and beds will be available first for the people who are in critical need.

3. National. When the Med Beds are released, a national call-in line will be set up for people to book appointments.

4. Production. Med Beds are being replicated using advanced technology. It’s estimated that 1,000 Med Beds per day can be produced for distribution.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF
1. Medical Staff. Med Beds are an advanced medical technology. At first Med Beds will only be available to specific healing centers and will not be available to purchase for your own clinic or home. Like all advanced medical technology, there is quite a bit of training needed to safely use the technology. It also takes a substantial amount of knowledge regarding biological, medical, and disease. For someone with no medical training, it would take at least 12 to 18 months of training. When they are first rolled out, the Med Beds will only be used by professional medical staff who have been trained by military personnel.

The clinics will be run by the medical departments of the military alongside benevolent beings. Those who will be using the beds as practitioners will be asked to work by invitation only. Later, there will be courses and job openings available for medical professionals.

A person cannot operate this medical technology without medical training. For instance, if you have a patient with heart failure or with severe injuries from a car accident, you need to know first aid and how to treat the patient prior to entry into the Med Bed.

A professional will need to know how to read certain anomalies which the bed is picking up. Many people will not understand the MEDICAL technology. This is not technology that someone can simply push a button to operate. It’s not like that at all.

2. Centers. My understanding is initially they will be in the main centers scattered throughout each state and not available for purchase. As far as I know your application will depend on need, already available services. There will be opportunity for other technologies while waiting if they are needed.

3. Training. Do you know if there will be a training schedule for either Med Beds or the lesser tech available for those that haven’t been indoctrinated at a university? There may be a short supply of doctors since many of them will be brought up on charges for crimes against humanity.

Basically, health care workers or people with medical knowledge who are truly of a higher vibration will be approached first. Initially medical professionals will be selected by invitation only.

People will be trained in all the types of Med Beds as each center will have multiple types of beds. Each staff member will need to be trained to operate the Med Beds.

4. No Cost for Training. The military and benevolent beings will provide the training. There is no cost for the training initially. The type of training will be relevant to your individual background. For example, an assistant nurse will require more training than a brain surgeon.

5. Team. If you want to have a Med Bed Center, you’ll need six operating rooms and seven Med Beds; two in one of the rooms that would need to be extra-large. There will need to be a pre-procedure room and a recovery room. Both with about 30 beds each. Also, an overnight ward with about 27 rooms, each with four or so beds. There would also need to be approximately 15 to 20 counsellors plus any other holistic staff. You also need support staff like receptionists, cafeteria staff, cleaners, laundry staff, wardsmen, etc. Then come the doctors and technicians who will be operating the beds. In addition, you’ll need many nurses for pre and post care. It’s an enormous task which is why for quite some time, Med Beds will be controlled by the military and alliance.

TREATMENT PREPARATION AND EXPECTATIONS
Initial Appointment. Procedures last anywhere from a few minutes to 15 hours depending on what you’re having done. So, when you call your national center, they will set up the initial consultation with the center near you. When arrive to the consultation session, the medical staff will go review your medical history. At that session, you will have a full body scan usually wearing a type of hospital gown that only lasts a few minutes. Then they will discuss the findings of the scan and the details of your results. You’ll discuss what you want done and that information will be entered in the computer. Then the computer will decide on where you will be placed on the list, and you will be notified of your treatment date, time and place.
On the day of your treatment, when you arrive, you’ll be asked to change into a gown and given a light sedative. Then when you get on the bed, a sleeping gas will be released. This gas will keep you asleep for the duration of your treatment. When the treatment is complete you will be moved to the recovery area and seen by medical professionals. You may also be seen by counsellors depending on what type of procedure you have experienced.

2. Sessions. The majority of issues will be healed with one visit. More complex cases may require up to 3 sessions.

3. Preparation for a Session. Everyone is given a sedative before going in the bed then put to sleep for the duration of the treatment whether it’s a few minutes or 15 hours. Claustrophobia is not an issue.

4. Priority. The unvaccinated will take priority over vaccinated. People who have suffered side effects from willingly injecting poison into their bodies from vaccines will be treated after those who did not vaccinate. Tons of information has been available regarding the potential dangers of vaccines for some time. Everyone was able to do their homework and learn about the potential harm. Those who were born with severe illnesses and have diseases with other medical issues will access the Med Beds first. Everyone had a choice of whether to get a vaccine. The risks were available for everyone to choose for themselves.

Even though there will be priorities for the unvaccinated, it is anticipated that all individuals needing treatment will be promptly treated. There is no need for concern as to being treated in a Med Bed.

5. Homelessness. There will be humanitarian teams who will reach out to the homeless for treatment. No one is left behind.

6. Expectations. You will also need to realize, with Nesara/Gesara the world will change as we see it now. There won’t be homeless, panhandlers, poverty, suffering, or starvation. EVERYTHING will be changing.

TREATMENT ABILITIES
1. Health Benefits. Med Beds can correct patient medical issues to restore an individual’s body to optimum state.

2. Regrowing Organs. The beds can replace or grow limbs and organs.

3. New Bones and Healing. For those who have a prosthesis, the prosthesis will be removed by the bed and dissolved so beneficial healing can be carried out.

4. Surgery. Surgeries in the Med Beds will give immediate results. For example, a baseball pitcher needing surgery can get into a Med Bed and be ready to pitch very soon after the treatment. In actuality, they will be ready to pitch before they wake up and get out of the Med Bed.

5. VAX Damage. The beds can reverse the damage caused by the vax, however those who are unvaxxed and have natural injuries, their injuries will be a priority.

6. Heart Patients. Med Beds heal heart issues of all types.

7. Addictions. Yes. Addictions can be healed. But people will still need to work on why they became addicted in the first place.

8. Dissolving of surgery added pieces. The beds will dissolve any surgically added pieces and repair the damage, returning the body to the healthy state before the issues began.

9. Chemo. The Med Bed not only heals the damage done from chemo but returns the body to complete health removing all abnormal growths.

10. Allergies. Allergies will be eliminated.

11. Dentistry. All Dental issues will be repaired. And teeth will regenerate. Teeth will also restraighten if needed.

12. Overweight. Yes. You can return to your ideal weight.

13. Vision & Hearing. Yes. Your vision and hearing can return to its optimum state.Cataracts can be corrected as well.

14. Scars. Scars will be repaired and will disappear.

15. Schizophrenia. Mental issues can be repaired.

16. Autistic. Autistic kids can be helped with healing.

17. Ortho. Ortho issues such as the adjustment of bones and bone correction will be handled as well.

18. Depression. DEPRESSION will be helped gradually. Eventually an individual will have to deal with the trauma in a positive way. There will be many spiritually trained counsellors both human and non-human to help anyone with depression.

19. Improvements. Med Beds can make someone more empathetic, intelligent, etc. Additional languages can be learned/downloaded as well. It is important however, to have a reason to use the improvements you are requesting for download. For instance, there wouldn’t be a reason to download all languages on this planet if you don’t plan to use them. And a big part of the experience on this planet is the process of learning the knowledge that you need.

20. Perfect Health. Beds will restore your body to optimum health.

21. Heal the Mind. When you heal the mind, you heal the body.

22. Vitality. The Med Beds return individuals to optimum health. If you are 80 years of age for example, you will have the best health for and 80-year-old. That doesn’t mean you will be as agile and fit as if you were 30. Age regression is possible to extend your life. Not everyone will be approved for age regression. It’s not something that is taken lightly. It will be approved for the right purposes.

23. Issues from Birth. The beds can correct issues that even showed up at birth.

24. DNA. Med Beds will reverse genetic expressions that are turned off such as MTHFR, estrogen dominance, and methylation issues with the detox and cleanup of DNA.

ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL CHANGES
1. Hair. You can change your hair color and your hair growth.

2. Eye. You can change your eye color. Eyesight and eye issues can be repaired as well.

3. Height. Your height can be changed however, only under extreme circumstances.

4. Gender. Med Beds can switch gender back to your original gender if desired.

5. Memories. All memories will return if they were subdued.

6. Tattoos. Med Beds can remove tattoos.

7. Teeth. Teeth can be straightened and regrown.

8. Smoking. Med Beds can undo damage from years of smoking.

9. Knowledge. Information downloads are possible. Any information can be downloaded to your brain including other languages. However, part of the human experience is the acquiring of knowledge.

MENTAL TRAUMA
1. What is Excluded? Mental and emotional trauma will not be fixed. The technology can suppress the memories but at some point, you will need to deal with the trauma.

2. Ascension. It seems that the Med Bed only fixes the physical body, but the emotional and mental issues is something that each person will need to work on themselves. Obviously working on those issues is what makes an individual raise their vibration. So perhaps, having a machine to do that would hinder the ascension-process for the person. That might be why the Med Bed stays focused on healing the physical body.

I. TIMETABLE OF TREATMENT

1. MAX Three Times. At this time, the only thing that the beds can’t do is age regress someone more than three times as the brain cells are not great for more than two regressions.

2. Beliefs. Some folks seem to believe that healing must engage our will and all the difficulties that implies. They may believe that they need to resist miraculous healing.

It’s everyone’s choice to believe things like this and we must respect their beliefs.

3. Free Will. Each person has free will. For those who are negative thinkers, they might leave a Med Bed session and by the next day be as they were prior to the Med Bed due to their thinking. Some people enjoy their problems and pain.

Med Beds and the new earth are not here to change people to how you prefer them to be. This technology is here to assist health and vitality physically. It is each soul’s choice to think, feel and behave a certain way in order for that soul to experience that particular life and it’s against universal law to interfere with that choice of experience.

J. AGE REGRESSION

1. Age Regression. The Secret Space Program has not perfected the technology to deal with the effects on the brain from age regression. Age regression is a very different process than healing. The technology works differently in age regression than it does for healing.

At the present time, if you age regress more than three times then dementia, scar tissue, neurological and motor skills issues become more likely.

2. Age Regression Limits. You can be age regressed twice safely. The third time, the brain cells begin to die.

K. PETS

1. Pets. The beds work on pets as well. That includes all animals. Dogs, Cats, Horses and any living creature for that matter. All animals can benefit from Med Bed technology.

L. LIFESTYLE

1. Lifestyle. People may need some education on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that they are not dependent on technology. It’s like if you have a treatment and then you keep going back and doing all the stuff you’ve been doing, your results may start to fade. And yes, there will need to be better lifestyle choices in many cases.

2. Lifespan. You cannot choose to live forever. You can regress no more than three times after that brain cells begin to die. You would need a soul transfer to continue.

3. 100 Years+. Yes. You will be able to live more than 100 years and be healthy. In fact, it will be possible for people to be able to live for more than 200 years.

4. Frequency. The frequency and energy patterns access the DNA and the way it organizes itself geometrically. The DNA itself is an antenna, drawing the frequencies/energies from the primordial source (field). Therefore, each person is specific in his personal expression of the source and even the physical appearance is an expression of its individual aspect.

Being Open to receiving the blessings is VITAL.

FUTURE OF HEALTHCARE
1. FDA. The FDA does not need to approve this technology. The FDA will be shut down. They are NOT for humanity.

3. Prosperity and Abundance for all. Expect for mankind to have health, prosperity and abundance in the near future. The Med Beds are part of that prosperity.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in the process of discovering how best to deliver the latest batch of energies to humanity there on planet Earth. We often do take the direct approach and send the energies directly to your fields, where your guides can then grant you greater access to them when they feel it is appropriate to do so. We also target individuals that we know will receive the energies we are sending and do something with them. We know who the teachers, channels, and leaders are at the current moment there on Earth and which ones are ready to do something creative with the energies as well. We are aware of the artists and writers, the poets and musicians who can create something for many, many people to enjoy that will also result in the up-leveling of their consciousness.

One of the purposes of this message to all of you is to let you know that if you want to receive energy directly from us and others like us, then do look for ways you can share what you get. Look for ways you can express what you are getting. Look for ways to utilize the energies that you receive to help others, to serve humanity, and you will receive more. It’s not that we are rewarding those who take the energies we deliver and do something with them. It’s that when you do something with the energies, then there is more room for more energy to flow to you and through you. You are more in the flow, more open, and therefore, it just makes more sense to target those individuals for whom the energies are a useful tool in the advancement of their teachings or their other creations.

That being said, the current energies that we are intending to send to all of you, and especially to those of you who will use them, are about accessing more of the energies that Mother Earth has to give you. The energies that we deliver will inspire people to connect with Mother Earth. They will inspire people to remember their relationship to Mother Nature, to the trees, to the oceans, to the mountains, to the wind. The energies we are about to deliver will help people to open up their root chakras to receive directly from Mother Earth, as you have that ability to receive from that which is below just as well as you have the ability to receive from that which is above.

The energies will help you to feel more aligned, more anchored, more grounded, more rooted, and more capable of doing what you came to Earth to do in the first place, because you will be more aligned with the Earth energies that are guiding you and supporting you just as much as the galactic ones are. Sometimes you need these little reminders, and you can also consider this message to be one of those. We are excited to see how many of you open up to receive this next batch of energies that we have cooking up for you right now.

Dear Ones,

You have a need to move faster than you are yet able to. Even though you are of the 5th dimension or higher and have passed through the mysteries of the Universes, there are a few sparkling vistas to pass through before you are fully competent.

These few sparkling steps are happening during the most social time of your year. So it is you will have mixed feelings about running hither and yon to placate this relative or that friend. 

A part of you will feel joyful, but another will attempt to maintain your hibernation despite all. You might feel as if you are torn in two. Neither direction is terrible. You are merely learning to listen to yourself instead of following the expected social graces. 

Perhaps you claim you have followed your inner voice for months or years. Which is true to a certain extent. But you do not yet understand that as you become more of 5D or beyond, your inner voice shifts. What seemed fun as a 3D ten-year-old is not at all interesting at age 25. So it is now. Your inner voice is maturing – much more rapidly than you understand. It is as if you are maturing at warp-speed within your being.

Your physical body shifts will not necessarily be visible to others – particularly 3D others. At the same time, your inner voice is shifting so rapidly that your interests are changing daily, even hourly.

So this holiday season feels jumbled.  Perhaps you wish to return to your 3D holiday festivities only to do so and feel little or nothing. The next day, you do not wish to participate in any festivities only to feel lonely or left out – much as you felt not being invited to a grade school birthday party.

You will be confused this holiday season determining what you feel or need. Similar to your teen years, as you floated between childhood one moment and young adulthood the next. 

You might think of the weeks until the beginning of your new calendar year as your 5D and beyond young teen time – jumping between 3D longings and 5D and beyond needs.

Do not fear. You cannot make a mistake, for you are of 5D. You are merely maturing within 5D more rapidly than was true in 3D.

Your physical appearance will change because your features will become softer and more peaceful – beckoning others to your new being. Even though some of you might change your physical shape slightly, that change will not be remarkable enough for 3D others to notice. Your demeanor will be your most dramatic shift. From worry and fear to peace and contentment. Softening your words, your physical being, and your actions.

Even though the next few weeks are more of an inner than a physical shift, the result will be as dramatic as was true when you matured from your early teens to young adulthood. Your moods, actions, and interests will never be as they were in 3D.

Although you will attract new friends and interests in the near future, the next few weeks might be very confusing. Allow yourself to mature at your pace, just as was true when you were a teen. And acknowledge to yourself that you will be a fully mature 5D or beyond entity within a few weeks but you are not yet there.

So do not punish yourself for jumping between actions or decisions – changing your mind and feelings from one moment to the next. Such is to be expected given how much your inner-being is undertaking as the energies burst through and around you the next few weeks.

Allow yourself to be.

There is no need to apologize or change your behavior to be something you are not. Any more than you need have ongoing angst about what you said or did as a young teen trying to fit in despite your need to be a unique individual. You are you – evolving, shifting, and maturing minute-by-minute for the next few weeks.

At the same time, your society is shifting. So everything seems topsy-turvy – because it is. For you are about to become a new mature being in a new mature world.

Trust us when we, of the Universes, tell you that you will be a different being with different needs in just a few weeks. For not only are you maturing internally at a phenomenal speed, so is the earth. You and the earth are in a 3D junior high phase that will shift to maturity in weeks instead of years.

You probably wonder what will happen to those who want to remain of 3D, who wish to live in fear. Nothing. Anymore than was true for those beings from your school who remained immature. You did not find them interesting enough to maintain relationships with them, nor they with you. Two maturity levels in adult bodies – neither of which is likely to maintain contact with one another. And so it is. So be it.

I am your Saint Germain. I come at this time to bring the message that I intended for the last time you were together, where This One was not strong enough, though, to allow for the message to come forward.(following a 2 week bout with the flu/covid – never got tested)

But the message this day, my friends, is hold on.

Hold on to your mission. Hold on to who you are. Hold on to everything that you know dear to your heart. Not to the old illusion, not to the old programming, but to the new programming. The new paradigm that you are forming within yourselves.

And as you form this new paradigm within yourselves, you are forming it with the collective consciousness of the planet as well, both people, plants and animals, and the mineral substances here on the planet. All of it is coming together as one, as you create it. And you are the creator, each and every one are the creator. Not only of your own lives, but you are the creator of the collective lives of this planet as you are moving the timelines forward, moving the timeline into a higher vibrational timeline.

That is what this is all about. These times now, as you focus on those things that are going awry across the planet, know that even as they seemingly are doing so, know that the vibrations are increasing because of what is happening across the planet. Because people are saying, “Enough!” Because people are rising together and saying, “No more! And certainly we will not go gently into the night. We will not give up without a fight!” You are all fighting now, fighting as the Light Warriors that you are. Where you are saying “No, I will not comply!” And all of you must not comply with any of the old programming that is being shown, the fear programming.

Do not let yourself become afraid of anything, whether it is the virus, whether it is some type of illness. Whatever it is, you will move through it. And whatever does not kill you, will make you stronger. And you know this.

That is a saying that you know of. But fear, fear holds you to the old illusion. Do not let fear do that. Rise above the fear. Rise above the old vibrational programming. And know that you are creating now, right now in this moment, you are creating the new timeline. the timeline that is going to move you all through ascension. And you must continue to remember that. Do not become ensconced in the old vibrational programming, in the old fear in all that ‘they,’ being the cabal, those forces of darkness that are continuing to try to hold onto control of the planet.

Know that they cannot do that. They are being defeated in every way now, in every direction. Even though you do not fully see it, know that it is happening. Many are being removed from the planet in various ways, so that they can no longer control or attempt to maintain control.

And even they know they have lost the control, that they are cornered animals now, and they continue to fight, continue to bring up out of the shadows the truth. Even though that is not what they intend to do, they cannot help but bring the truths forward. And the truth, as you know, shall set you free. And the truth, my brothers and sisters, is coming, and is even here now in many respects.

So allow it to come forth. Allow the truth to be known. Allow the shadows to be revealed by the light, because the light shall illuminate all across the planet.

I am your Saint Germain, and I leave you with this: continue to fight! Do not give in to any of the control structure, to any of the old programming. Because it cannot hold you down any longer, unless you let it hold you down.

All of my peace and love be with all of you. And allow, and continue to allow, the Violet Flame to continue to work its magic across the planet and within your own individual lives.

I am Archangel Michael with my weekly message to all those in the Angelic Warrior Light Group.
We are now past thirty weeks and we have accomplished a lot.
For those of you who are unaware of the impact your light has upon this world, understand that one lightworker can change the fortunes of thousands of earthlings, as the earthlings are in a depleted state right now. When hundreds of lightworkers come together we can create change upon this planet, the likes of which has never been seen before.
Have they tried to cull the people of the planet off before? Yes they have. The Light has stopped them before. There were other lightworkers and starseeds who lived on planet earth who have since left the planet and returned home. Others became trapped or stayed on earth of their own choice, and they are some of the ones who require you to rescue them.
Rescue them? You are asking. Why do I have to rescue others? Who am I to do this? You are a powerful being of Light, a being so strong that the dark ones have sought to bring your frequency down. What you may not realize is this is only possible WITH YOUR COOPERATION. When you do not cooperate with them, you become unstoppable, so strong is your light. How did you cooperate? You ask. It was when you were placed in society and when you learned its rules, the rules that became your enslavement and contributed to your belief system. That is how you cooperated. You were tricked into lowering your own Light.
Now is the time for all upon planet Earth to say, “No,” to this regime and to choose better for themselves and for their children.
Part of this is the process of utilizing your Light in order to regain control of systems and facilities that are not working in your favour, and this is what we have been doing via this group.
Again, we ask you to open your chakras and pull in Light from the God source. In doing so, you can then ground it into earth’s 4D grid, and this will help stabilize the earth and the processes and outcomes required to enlighten all upon earth to the trickery that has been thrust upon you for so many years. The more Light that is sent into the grid, the more those attached to it, and that is most earthling, will find the power to wake up. The more their frequency will rise because of your increasing the frequency of the grid. This will weaken their darkness and bring more Light into their lives. This will help the world to vibrate faster and create change faster.
There are other groups doing such things as well. Some choose specific dates in order to maximize the potency of their Light. Please indulge these groups as well. You came here to hold Light and to give it to earth. Your Light is the breath of God.

Quiet your mind and heart for a moment, and listen deep within. You will note a presence there, speaking to you and all humanity, that has not been present on the Earth for many thousands of years, and perhaps, never at the level at which it now reaches you.

Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this moment with you today.


Today, our writer again has questions for Saint Germain, and so we share this now:


COR: Greetings, Lord Saint Germain! Thank you for speaking with me again today.


SAINT GERMAIN: Greetings, dear one!

How may we be of assistance to you and your fellow Light Bearers?


COR: I am feeling two things simultaneously, one more quite challenging and one inspiring.

For one, disaster scenarios that are coming to mind occasionally about what might happen to humanity while still under the current corrupt power structure.


That’s no doubt been triggered by the common human experience of carrying post-traumatic stress over many lifetimes.

The survival brain exerts scenes of one oppressive situation or another, as a reflex after all the rough news of the last few years.


Yet the other set of images obliterates those fears. It is enlightening, because its Joy is so palpable.


I am experiencing moments when I feel that the Light pouring onto the planet is sentient, and almost physical—I can feel and see it in the air.

This is not like other sparkling bits of sunlight we might see.


This seems to be a presence you can speak to and connect with in a visceral, almost physical way.


It almost feels solid. And in those lovely moments, I feel it reaching the whole of my spirit.


I feel it speaking to the physical cells—mine and all of humanity’s—seeking to lift us to the next level of our evolvement, and to encourage us.

As if to say, “None of what you fear is real.”


Then walking to the store today, as I took in this amazing Light, I heard the phrase “The Healing Times.”


I was hoping you could explain that, as I don’t feel I came up with it on my own!

I wasn’t thinking that that is the time we are in.




SAINT GERMAIN: And yet, it is so that this moment has arrived, and humanity shall experience such at increasingly levels now.


What you speak of are the parallel experiences of Light and dark, now traveling through Earth experience at a great rate.


And we say a great rate, because the acceleration and the magnification of the power of the Light will only continue.

The dark knows it is failing in its intent.


It has not included a plan for capitulating to the Light should it not win against the Lightstream, as ego and the false self have ever led the darkness, and ever shall, till it moves into higher resonance in this Universe.


And so the dark agenda plays on, as if its players were oblivious to the signs you have noted—signs that the New Earth is already here.


Signs that millions are being called to recall their soul power while in a human body, and to claim that which they were born in this era to claim, or re-claim.


This explains the great rush that those playing the role of low vibrational intent are making toward inserting A.I. into the human body.

And this is why the news media and their vibrational technology are transmitting vibrational distress signals, pitched exactly to alert and alarm those aspects of the human psyche that have been trained for millennia to respond with fear.


From that response, which obliterates clear thought, “the masses will do as they are told,” has been the reasoning of the dark realms, and the dark governmental structures—that which quietly controls the visible governments people see on a daily level.


Of course now, many are realizing how deep the shadows go, and that in those shadows dwell persons, energy forms, and intentions that have no interest in keeping anyone “safe.”


COR: So many are bowing to the old order now, out of the fear you are describing.

What hope is there, in that scenario where so many could lose their individual thought and sense of agency?


SAINT GERMAIN: There is great hope, dear one!


You are aware that many beautiful beings and energetic influences are at work now on the Earth’s surface, and in Inner Earth, that work toward the liberation of the race, and of the planet herself.


You cannot look at the dark aspect of the story and expect that it is equal in resonance and effect as the Light aspect, though we delineate such to make a point.

You are aware of the old parable of “The Blind Men and the Elephant”?


COR: Yes, of course.

So in noticing what feels to be increasing disaster—one kind for those who play along with the old power crowd, and another kind for those who don’t—I was feeling only the tail or the trunk of the elephant, when there’s a lot more at play here.




SAINT GERMAIN: And you are aware of such.


But again—”all the stops have been pulled out” as they say, to pitch humanity into such a fear-for-survival reaction, that your better, higher instincts have been shoved to the side many times over the last few years.


Yet you note what is happening, as the higher Light from your Sun flows in—its language, its tonal vibrations.


The Angelic legions’ tonal vibrations are also being sounded all around and through the planet now.

They call to all upon Lady Gaia, to remember their own higher aspect, and the resources therein.


Even the rocks, the soil, the mountains—even these ring at a higher level now, that which seems not to breathe, though it does.


COR: The mountains may be receiving some help, if there are dragons awakening within them!


SAINT GERMAIN: Of course, this is so!

Yet recall that the very cells of your body, and every drop of water, every molecule of air, all components of all created things, know and remember at a deep level their Creator’s voice.


That is what you are hearing now. That is the nearly solid presence you noted as you were walking outside today.


Now, you spoke of the phrase “The Healing Times,” and you are correct that your logical mind did not devise that.


It comes from your higher aspect, and the Angelic connections all higher selves enjoy.


You were inwardly tuning in to the vibration of renewal and awakening now spreading everywhere on the planet.




We invite all who are reading this to do more than simply take that in at a level of intellectual interest.


Quiet your mind and heart for a moment, and listen deep within.


You will note a presence there, speaking to you and all humanity, that has not been present on the Earth for many thousands of years, and perhaps, never at the level at which it now reaches you.


COR: And it can actually heal people, as well as our Earth?


SAINT GERMAIN: Most assuredly. It has been doing so for several years now.


Yet its intensity is increasing, because humanity has responded by asking for more assistance, more evolvement, more active remembering of Who you are, and why you are here now.


COR: As you speak, Lord Saint Germain, I am feeling that the whole of humanity is beginning to reclaim aspects of our being that have to do with our ability to receive clearly and directly from the higher realms, without a middleman.


These might be messages, tonal vibrations, visions. Or they might just be quiet energetic downloads that only make themselves known over time.


Yet I feel our spirits, our hearts are being lifted by this Light that is speaking to us, in a language we are beginning to remember.


And so that is not my imagination—?




SAINT GERMAIN: The imagination is only a portal into higher thought, once placed in a vibration of openness to such.


It is not a channel of wishful thinking or nonsensical thought, such as you have been taught on this Earth for far too long.


COR: It’s been used for much lower purposes than it was created for.


SAINT GERMAIN: Yet now it seeks to be used as a channel for your inspired, higher thought.


Which will not be imagination, in the lower sense.

It will be imaging, but it will not be “made up” as you have been trained to see it.

It will be a revelation of true self, of your Universe as it actually is.


COR: In the Healing Times, will we finally know who we are, and who our soul families are?

Will we have conscious memory of past lives, of our times on the ships in the etheric as we sleep at night, and our whole soul history?


SAINT GERMAIN: At a pace at which you are able to grow comfortably into these new abilities, which you already possess within your higher aspect.


Yes, that and far more awaits you.


Open the door, dear ones!

Know that the rays and flares of your Sun reach out to you for nothing less than the return of your fullest, most beautiful forms of Light consciousness.


All is not lost. The darkest of the night ever gives way to the dawn.

    The future is an open book and there are so many opportunities coming up to satisfy everyone so set yourself on a course that achieves your ambition. Good things are coming and waiting to be activated to open up a new vista that will give you a new perspective of life. So look on the bright side knowing that your future is assured that it will bring you much happiness. The dark Ones will have been left behind finding the higher vibrations beyond their reach. The turmoil that you are in at present will reach a point when all will settle down to give you the start of a peaceful period. So as you look into the future be positive and help the better be times an opportunity to manifest. Clearly there is much to sort out before things can settle down but it will come because it is your destiny.

    We say again that as you think so you are helping create your own future, so see it as peaceful as you can imagine. The negative influences are slowly losing their power and no longer control Man’s future. So shake off the negative energies and only think and act in a positive manner. You will find it rewarding and even exciting as you will see the bright future coming into view. Many who have already passed on will start coming back very soon and grow up with the new energies. They will have bodies that do not succumb to illness and stay healthy all of the time. Also as we told you recently, they will be born with all of the abilities and skills they had previously. You will now understand that the higher vibrations will lift you to a new level.

    Already you have noted that there is a more helpful approach where many are concerned, There is a more friendly approach to each other and help given where it is needed, and so it will continue and we look to those in power to organise it. You are all brothers and sisters in the eyes of God and in essence capable of being loving and caring Beings. You are all One and colour and creed count for little in the higher dimensions. You name it and you have been it through your many, many lives as you have evolved.

    Dear Ones can you not feel the Oneness of all life forms and accept that all life comes from the One Source you call God. You have periodically been called back to the Godhead only to be sent out aging to experience further, and so it continues in the great Solar Cycles. How crazy it must seem that Man fights with his brothers and sisters often to the extent of death. Man draws lines between others simply because they are outwardly different, not realising that in essence all souls are equal and the same. All playing a part in the great drama of Human life to the best of their ability to live as One. Well many souls have awoken to their true selves and go forward to the time of Ascension and find themselves as a Higher Being.

    It is very difficult to find adequate words that can describe the peace and beauty that you will finally experience, but your intuition will sense the changes that will take place. Heaven on Earth may spark your imagination but even so the sheer beauty of the higher levels has to be experienced to be believed. How can you describe colours outside of your spectrum, it is nigh impossible as it would the unending natural beauty of nature. You are used to plants dying off even after one summer but imagine those that never stop blooming. You haven’t really lived yet but through your experiences have learned to appreciate the experience that you have had.

    In actual fact over the course of your many lives you have acquired much through your experiences. Believe us it does take quite some time for a new soul to Earth to get used to living in such an environment. Imagine the contrast from living in virtually a totally different life because of the temperature changes. Then again there is the lifestyle from one continent to another, it can be quite challenging. However, you would never be put into a situation that was totally alien to you. Certainly the experiences you gain hold you in good stead for greater challenges as you progress to a point where you will have learned the lessons they have given you.

    You have a plethora of experience that helps you take on more challenging life plans and often to guide others along a path that helps them evolve. Holding out a helping hand is instinctive with humans who are basically very friendly towards their fellow travellers. After all you are on the same path and have the same goal in mind even if you do not realise it. Evolution is ongoing and accordingly your life path may change according to your needs. Choice does come into it and before you incarnate your needs are discussed so as to give you an experience that furthers your advancement.

    The time has come to reflect on what you want out of life because your actions will speak louder than words. You are projecting an energy that creates a path ahead of you and attracts what is needed for it to become your reality. It is being careful what you wish for as few realise the power of the spoken word. It does not take much to imagine what you are creating for yourself with negative thoughts. After all these also attract similar energies to you, so be careful as to how you express your thoughts.

    We have often pressed home the need to express yourself in a positive manner by using “I am” rather than “I wish”. You may for example say “I am happy” in which case you will attract more of it to yourself that is clearly desirable. Try to be positive about your needs, then allow the energy to respond in its own way. Unlike the past the present time is of a higher vibration, and responds more easily to your positive vibrations. By looking ahead and preparing yourself for a gradual upliftment in your vibrations, you will be assured of staying on your chosen path. Clearly each soul that is ready should create their path to Ascension, and take this wonderful opportunity to evolve beyond the lower vibrations, never again to have to face them. It is a state of mind and not nearly as hard to maintain as you mighty imagine.
