“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been observing the different ways in which you have been contributing to the advancement and evolution of the human collective consciousness, and we have to say that from our perspective, you are contributing the most when you are expressing yourselves. When you allow yourselves to speak your truth, or to create a work of art, or even when you are just expressing yourselves through dancing or playing, you are contributing so much.
So many humans are afraid to express themselves as they truly are, because of a fear of backlash, whether from parents, friends, co-workers, teachers, or even government officials. There are so many beings on your world that you give your power away to. There are so many other humans that have positions of authority and so many humans who feel afraid to be who they really are because of what could happen as a result. And those fears really are about what has happened already in other lifetimes, but you all don’t know that.
And so, there are many awakened individuals now who are the trailblazers in terms of their willingness to be unique and different and in terms of their willingness to express themselves in spite of what might happen if the wrong person or people were to find out. That’s the type of courage humanity needs right now. Humanity doesn’t need courage in the form of people who are willing to fight using weapons. Humanity doesn’t even need the mass arrests that some people are talking about, not to evolve, not to ascend. Perhaps that is needed to make you all feel safer.
But it is through the expression of what you do feel in the moment that you are human, that you give yourselves permission to be human. And it is through self-expression and courage that you give others permission to be who they are. There are so many aspects of the human condition that have been normalized over the years because of the brave souls who have stood up and said, ‘I am going to be who I am, and I’m going to express how I feel through art or song, through poetry, or through dance. There are more and more of you now who feel safe to express who you are.
Even this is a form of expression, this act of channeling and putting out these transmissions. It is a way of breaking through convention and norm, and we are happy to be a part of this channel’s self-expression. And we would like to see and hear more from him as an individual, as we are sure the rest of you would as well. And this is not just true for this particular channel here.
We would like to see more and hear more from all of you, and so would the other humans on Earth with you at this time. You all have so much to give, so much to express. Do not hold yourselves back at all, not for anyone else’s benefit. Be true to you, and let the chips fall where they may.

Greeting friends, I AM Ashtar of the Galactic fleet. Recently some new codes have been streaming in that are very high vibe and we Pleiadians are delighted with how well you are adjusting to them and integrating them into your innermost systems. You are morphing from within, from the inside out. You are not the same as who you were even yesterday, and we say this with eyes misted over in joy. You go ground team!
We are excited for your future and for Gaia’s rebirth and all upon her as you advance, grow and morph into beings of yet more light and love. Your inner peace is growing. We see less inner turmoil in many of our grounded ones. You are reaching within for strength just as you have been reaching above to us and others for so long. This is very good that your are honing and stretching your inner strength, for it bodes very well for humanity. Your growth, as you know, blesses all upon Gaia as the ripples of consciousness continually expands, ever reaching yet into further understanding of itself.
You are beginning to more clearly see with your inner heart sight where your inner god spark resides. You are seeing others through the eyes of compassion. I assure you, you are protected and as the energies wax and wane and blast you are learning to artfully maneuver with ease and grace, which takes great skill.
I am not at liberty to discuss much on the other galactic levels or intel at this time, but please know that you have our blessing, protection and love and that Source, Mother and Father have deemed this project complete and so this is implementation and wrap-up phase. All is going most well. Victory to the light and the love of the All is what we are celebrating. You are manifesting Nova Gaia every time you choose more light and love, oh grounded team of the ages. By now, there isn’t one person on Earth that has not felt some kind of weird and unexplained physical symptom that makes them feel uncomfortable. Many do not understand why this is occurring, and some go to their doctor to find that there is nothing wrong with them.In turn, doctors are realizing that there seems to be a phenomena of unexplained “psychosomatic” occurrences. There is scientific evidence that something is happening on the planet that is shaking the apple cart up at this time, and this evidence is from a Russian website that tracks the Schumann Resonance.What is the Schumann Resonance?The Schumann Resonance is a global electromagnetic resonance named by physicist Winfried Otto Schumann who predicted it mathematically in 1952.The official description from Wikipedia is…“The Schumann resonances (SR) are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth’s electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.”As you can see, the Wikipedia explanation says that we have had a whole lot of lightning lately if you read the charts that I am about to show you.Regardless of whether what is happening on the planet is indeed causing more “lightning” or whether it is causing the equipment to pick up on something else, the scientific evidence proves that something is disturbing or spiking the electromagnetic frequency on the planet.For thousands of year the Schumann resonance has been measured at 7.83 hertz or within shallow spikes of this depending on how many storms are on the planet at the time. A Russian website that can be found HERE is one of the only public sites that releases the daily data on the current Schumann fluctuations. The reasons for this are unclear but seem to point at the control of keeping the data from the public eye.
How does the Schumann Resonance Affect humans?As a spiritual being merged with a human body, we also merged with the consciousness and energetic makeup of Earth when we were born into a human body. To stay in sync with the planetary composition and frequencies, the human body has an auto correct system that can re-calibrate to the environment when needed.When the auric field of a human is not in sync, however, it is difficult for the emotional, mental, spiritual, and etheric bodies to sync with the physical body and the frequency of Earth.At the same time, a burst in frequency of Earth’s magnetic frequencies can jostle any energetic blockages in the auric field that can cause the physical body to stay at a low or stagnant ELF (extremely low frequency).Bursts of higher frequencies are a good thing for clearing of the auric field of the human, as long as it is done in moderation. For instance, if a person were to be electrocuted from a household electrical outlet, they may have a better chance at recovering than being struck by lightning.The spiritual and metaphysical explanation of raising the frequency of the physical body is the higher the frequency, the less dense reality the human will be experiencing. The goal is to transform the dense, controlling reality we are experiencing in a way that unifies humanity in a love based higher consciousness while still existing in the physical body.This can only be achieved by releasing the energetic blocks of the past and of childhood that keep one stuck in creating a recurring illusion of denseness and dis-ease in the physical reality. This will allow the physical body to vibrate harmoniously with the planetary frequency and to have a healthy energy flow within the body which prevents aging and disease.If a human is stuck in old patterning and beliefs, or perhaps is lulled by complacency into a low frequency, then a burst of frequency can do one of two things. If the person has raised their consciousness enough to realize something is happening and is able to have an open mind and an open heart, then the person will begin to absorb these frequencies as much and as fast as their mind and spirit allows them to.Absorbing these frequencies causes the water in the body to begin to vibrate at the frequency of the spike. This could cause many uncomfortable symptoms but in the end it is also a testament that something is really happening to our planet and to our consciousness.
A few of the most common symptoms of these spikes in electromagnetic frequency are:Hot flashes — as the body vibrates faster it generates heat Blurred vision Vertigo (dizziness) Irregular or skipped heartbeat Unexplained pains that may linger to be acknowledged or may mysteriously come and go Ringing in one or both ears. High pitched frequencies, harmonic tones, and/or sometimes temporary deafening Mood swings as emotional blocks come up to be resolved Extreme fatigue or extreme energy bursts depending on the kind of frequency experienced at the time and how the individual is dealing with it Increased intuition, a sense of knowing or remembering things that guide you through difficulties, and increased sixth sense abilities (beyond touch, taste, feel, hearing, and sight) Nausea Flu-like symptoms Problems with bowels Extreme hunger or lack of hunger- different then usual Anxiety and increased fight or flight mode in the bodyAs you can see, if some of these negatively affected symptoms persist without the person doing things to help the body acclimate, it certainly could feel like the body would begin to exhibit more evidence of shutting down and may make you feel as if you are dying.In fact, it is purging in order to be able to acclimate, very similar to how it deals with flu or viruses.If a person is completely unconscious and is not a caring, compassionate human, (or is not a souled human at all) then these frequencies will irritate and disturb and will most likely not be integrated. Thus these type of people will stay at a low frequency and will not benefit from the incoming waves of energy.It could even begin to cause their physical body to shut down because it will not be able to stay manifest in harmony with the planet’s frequency. Unfortunately some people are not handling this well physically and we are seeing people “leaving” at this time (dying).There is certainly no judgment in this, as some people did not choose to go through this shift in frequency or simply did not have enough energy left to handle it, and no one ever really “dies” anyway. They simply move to another frequency outside of the constraints of the physical body and go where they need to in order to continue on their journey.How to acclimate the body to accept the higher frequenciesThere are many ways to help yourself adjust to the energies, but here are a few of the most common:▪ Meditation — not the kind of meditation to connect with astral beings or to have out of body experiences. Peace, pause, and breath meditation and focusing on energy flow works best, and open eye meditation is also good. ▪ Grounding, or Earthing — Bare feet on the ground, spending time in nature, sea salt baths, swimming, eating grounding foods. ▪ Asking your higher being (higher self/Source/Guidance team) to assist you in acclimation, especially if you are suffering. ▪ Drink plenty of pure water! No fluoride. ▪ Rest — the body has an uncanny ability to do much of it’s re-setting while it is asleep or lying still. ▪ Loving yourself and caring for the body. ▪ Gentle exercise — moving the energy to release blockages and encourage proper energy flow. ▪ Whole foods — as opposed to processed or GMO foods. ▪ Massage ▪ Spiritual Counsel or Life Coaching with an expert who has an understanding of the cause and holistic treatments ▪ Listen to your body and do what feels right to make it comfortable
How to read the Schumann ResonanceThose who are sensitive to energy have been able to correlate when they are feeling something really different, and look up the chart to see if a “wave” is occurring.Here is a screen shot of what the Schumann Resonance looked like from the Russian website on November 9, 2018:
On the left axis you will see the hertz and on the lower axis you will see the time of day in UTC +7. The top axis shows the date. The green shows what I assume are normal pulses of electromagnetic frequency.A “white out” has been shown to correlate with thousand of people being able to feel the fluctuation in their physical body. the wider the band of the white out, the longer the wave is consistently hitting.The one showed here was a big one, starting around 18:00 on November 8, 2018 and lasting for several hours. It looks as if the spikes were at around 24 hertz. As a side note, at this time I felt extremely sleepy and my eyes started blurring to where I could not read very well on the computer.Here is the same chart with an arrow that shows what the “norm” of 7.83 hertz is:

Please go to the Russian website for a real time chart and better clarity.I do not know the exact amount of time that the Schumann charts have shown these wild fluctuations.If I were to guess, I’d say over the last 40 years, it slowly started to burst more and more, and in the last 6 years has accelerated as if we were traveling down a spiral in frequency and intensity to the end of the spiral, where we were experiencing a node on the spiral in less time and faster as we traveled.I just chose a few random charts that I had saved recently so you could have fresh memory of what you may have been experiencing at that time for comparison.What does it mean?Frequency means how many wave cycles happen in a second. 1 Hz. means 1 cycle per second, 40 Hz. means 40 cycles per second, Amplitude is the size of the vibration, how big the wave is, and the chart shows the frequency variation in Hz and the amplitude using the white color.We can deduce logically that large white color bursts in electromagnetic frequencies and for long periods of time are going to affect our physical bodies!These blasts of energy frequency help humanity to awaken from the spell that a low frequency can keep a person stuck in. We can all think back to a time in our lives where we found ourselves hypnotized through entertainment or even through slaving at a job we hated for the need for money out of survival.Many people, including of course those reading this article, have realized that there is something really wrong with what is occurring on the planet at this time. It is these people who are being affected through waves of energy or vibration, light, and sound that will help them break free of the chaos and unhappiness they may find themselves in.On a “matrix” level, there is 1% of the people on this planet who would like to control the 99% of people on the planet. They do not have the consciousness or ability to move through these up-shifts in frequency like someone who is awake, aware, and has made a conscious choice to not be under the control system.Eventually, those who raise their physical body frequency to their higher consciousness will be able to outwit, outsmart, and outplay those who wish to control them on many levels. New understandings, abilities, and higher dimensional connections will occur to the individuals who are able to adjust.As the frequency continues to blast, rest, then blast, we are slowly (but lately at an accelerated rate) connecting the physical to higher dimensions, densities, and consciousnesses that are beyond those who have controlled humans for a very long time on the planet. The upshifts in frequency also help people to awaken.This article is a simplified explanation of the Schumann Resonance fluctuation showing a correlation with the way the human body has been experiencing this while examining the scientific proof in increase of frequency through charts found on a Russian website.

We have been looking into the best possible timeline for humanity to get to a full disclosure of extra-terrestrial life and how e.t.s have been working with humanity since the beginning of your time there on Earth. We can see many different potentials for a full e.t. disclosure, and what we are seeing as the best possible timeline is the one where you all continue to have your personal experiences with e.t.s.
We see disclosure more as a grassroots movement than something that a government official, such as a president, or a prime minister, or a collection of presidents and prime ministers should have control over. You all still put far too much faith in elected officials, and you give them way more power than they deserve. Just as the e.t.s are not coming to save humanity from itself, neither are the elected officials going to save anyone from anything.
You will continue to be the creators of your reality. That’s not going to change, no matter what happens or does not happen. So if you want to have experiences with e.t.s, then that is something for you all to create and talk about with each other. You really don’t need evidence at this point. You don’t need to be told that e.t.s exist or that they have been influencing the evolution of your consciousness and have been providing your technological advancements. You already know that.
What you want more of are personal experiences with the e.t.s. We know that is what you want, and we know that you having those experiences is not dependent on your governments opening up about what they know and what they have been doing with various e.t. groups. You are the ones determining whether you have those experiences. It is your readiness that will determine when the physical e.t.s land their ships. It will not be the result of a press conference held by an elected official that gives them permission then to land.
You as a human collective consciousness are evolving all the time, and you are going to join the galactic community officially, and it will happen sooner than later. Our recommendation is that you let go of this idea that it has anything to do with what someone in a powerful position says in an official capacity. When you open your hearts to an experience, then you will have that experience. It is that simple.

Beloved I AM that I AM,
We, in the Company of Heaven, greet you with deep unconditional love and gratitude. We bow to you, in Oneness, for all that you were, all that you are and all that you will be/do on behalf of ALL THAT IS.
Your being here on Earth at this time of massive planetary changes within all aspects of human existence has been meticulously planned in great detail from the beginning of your adventures on Earth. Everything that you had gone through/experienced in many of your past lives here had brought you to this moment in Time when you are ready to return to the I AM within.
All of you have a very important role to play to ensure the success of Earth & the Human Collective’s Ascension into 5D. You, through the mission/purpose you had chosen for yourself & that we had helped create, are meant to awaken many people and show them the path back into Our arms of Infinite Unconditional Love. The path that you will show others may be different from another Light-worker’s, and that is by design.
There are numerous routes up the mountain, in the journey to the Mountaintop where the I AM can be found.
Most of you reading this have chosen to walk the path of service to the Light & Love.
Your heart is the purest of The Pure. Your bravery, courage and strength are legendary; famous and greatly known throughout Heaven. Your willingness to be of service to us, your Father Mother God, and to ALL in existence, is constant and never-changing. Your mind, heart and soul beat as one with Ours. Our Will is your will and your will is Our will – for we speak as ONE. We act as ONE.
You are all Our most faithful servants. And just as you are Our Beloved Servants of the Living God, so are We your Beloved Servants of Love. We are here to serve you, just as you are here to serve us, and All, within the Kingdom of Heaven.
Truly, our true Messengers of the Light can be identified by how much they are willing to be of service to others.
Some of you here already knew the types of past lives you had chosen & experienced for yourselves. In some of them you were not playing the role of someone living in the Light, but these lifetimes were few indeed when compared to the number of lives you had lived here on Earth.
The majority of the time, you had chosen to raise the consciousness of the entire Human Collective, by spreading messages of Love, Freedom, Compassion, Peace, Abundance, Joy and Oneness – in one way or another.
Some of you here had died many times in service to the Light or, had greatly suffered for your faith/belief in the ONE God and for spreading Our messages. You had also in the past, decided to play the roles of people who were top leaders of nations, religious groups, ruling societies – to change humanity’s 3D ways of Be-ing from within.
You were playing the role of someone born/naturally meant to be within those, usually, exclusive communities. In other words, you were often our planted ‘spy’; Our agent of Light and Love, in organizations where Light and Love were either non-existent, or, so conditionally 3D as long as you constantly ‘obeyed’ the organizational rules/regulations. Even when your life missions had seemingly failed (when viewed from a lower-dimensional perspective), you never faltered nor gave up.
In fact, We are here to tell you that all your missions, woven throughout the Fabric of Time (to raise Humanity’s consciousness) were a complete success! Every single one of them was a success – when viewed from a multidimensional, Higher perspective. We could easily see how your words, feelings, thoughts and actions had rippled out globally, raising the consciousness of ALL from a primitive level (that was all about survival of the fittest) to the highest level where it currently resides (gradually changing to all about service to Light & Love).
Humanity’s consciousness (a.k.a. the Light Quotient Level) is now the highest it has ever been, ever since the last great Golden Age of Atlantis. And this success can be greatly attributed to all of you reading this today. For example, some of you here were instrumental in permanently abolishing slavery. Some of you were responsible in the awakening of the energies of Divine Feminine in the world, without which Ascension would not have been possible. And you did this by standing up for women’s rights as victims and/or as their protectors. Some of you here had been the guardians of the Flames of Freedom, Justice and Liberty in ways that you cannot fully comprehend/remember just yet.
These were just a few examples of aspects of Human Existence you had helped to change, simply by deciding to lend your Light & be of service to Humanity, and for us ALL. Many things that had happened on Earth, had also occurred or, are currently occurring in many 3D planets as well throughout your Milky Way galaxy, (e.g. endless wars, suffering, poverty, separation consciousness).
As a Nexus Planet, what happens to Earth will soon reverberate and likely happen to many other planets as well. Truly, at the risk of sounding dramatic when saying this simple truth, the fate of the entire galaxy hangs in the balance (as you may remember from one of the teachings shared in Adele’s spiritual group meetings last year – if you were a member then) and Earth is the key. And this, our beloved, is the sole reason why you are here.
Earth is receiving so much of Heaven’s support (the scale of which has never occurred elsewhere in this universe before) because what happens here will truly affect trillions of other souls within this galaxy. And of course, if we were to view it from a Universal perspective, what is happening right now on this one small planet, called Earth, located in the outer reach of this galaxy, will have tremendous after effects the likes that none has seen before.
In fact, not long after the exact moment of Earth & Humanity’s Ascension to 5D, this entire universe will be uplifted and raised in consciousness to a level that we have greatly desired but can only dream of having so far. This is the ‘Great Correction’ that highly-evolved beings (who are in charge of this particular universe) had meticulously planned with every single one of you here who had attended the Great Conclave (as your Higher Selves), and now, positive results are showing.
And we cannot be happier! Massive celebrations are being held everywhere, loved ones – as your Family of Light celebrates your successes with deep gratitude & overflowing joy. Truly, if you could see yourself (not as the seemingly small microcosm of Light that you once thought yourself to be) as Great Beings of Light – who had achieved what many (highly-evolved Beings in Heaven’s Hierarchy) had once thought was impossible to do/achieve – just as we see you, then your life will be so much different right now.
The time is NOW, loved ones, to FULLY embrace your Greatness. Leave behind all feelings of being: small, weak, helpless, unimportant or unworthy. Instead, snuggle more closely with your Higher Self from now on, by dedicating a special time every day to do this without fail, and soon, the Greatness that is your I AM, will be Your Greatness.
The Great Love that is your I AM, will be Your Great Love for ALL.
It is also time to leave behind all doubts, mistrusts, hurts, fears, worries about working for the Light; working for God/your Higher Self. We are your eternal partners in this massive planetary ascension project. If you have any lingering negative/mixed feelings about what you are being called to do from this point onward, please put those burdens down and walk forward in your paths, completely unencumbered by the ‘ghostly, energetic remnants’ coming from the weight of what had happened in your many past lives. The past lives that you had chosen and designed for yourselves.
Fear not, for your physical safety, reputation, livelihood and comfort are all fully guaranteed, for this is THE lifetime for all of you to shine so brightly with your complete set of Soul Powers. This lifetime is the culmination of all your hard work, as you will once again lead from the front, and will succeed in all of your grand global objectives and individual goals.
This is also THE lifetime where ALL of you reading this, are very much the physical representatives of your God-Self; the Higher Self that is as Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent as I AM. And as your Higher Selves’ physical embodiment in every way, the task falls upon you for you to master your Spiritual Mastery sooner rather than later.
And we ask that you give this your 100% focus, so that by the time 2019 ends, you will already be walking around as your all-powerful God-Self 100% of the time. You will have left behind all fears, insecurities, worries and doubts, and flown to greater heights; completely adopting the many, or all, of Our Divine Attributes. The Attributes/Qualities of your Father Mother God.
Today, we are here to give you the FINAL key that will provide full & complete accessto the magical wonders of the Kingdom of God.
This is truly the final key to your transformation; to becoming and fully embodying your Higher Self and to accessing all of your Soul Powers for the higher good of all.

Hebrew is one the few ancient languages used as ‘keys’ to activate Higher Consciousness on Earth. So it should come as no surprise that this key must be spoken in its origin language of Hebrew – and not its English translation. And this is due to Light vibrations of Sound, coming from this powerful Mantra.
This salutation, used by all in the Company of Heaven, is the key to your return to full ONENESS with ALL THAT IS.
Main benefits of reciting this powerful Mantra often, daily:
* To bring the highest, purest vibration of the Throne of God in Heaven, into your energy fields, your house, your space. This mantra contains the purest vibration of Divine Unconditional Love.
* For those new at discernment & would like to have a channeling ability, use this Mantra to discern the information that you receive, to make sure only Beings of the Highest Light are the ones being channeled.

You may wish to use a Mala (prayer beads used by many for chanting or meditation) so that you can easily keep track of where you are in your mantra chanting.
108 times seems a lot, but it will only take anywhere between 20 to 25 minutes of your time, depending on your speed. Do this for a minimum of 30 days, and then observe how your life will change as a result of this powerful spiritual practice when done with great discipline!
Your dedication, commitment and devotion to service to the God of Light and Love will be rewarded beyond measure. Your growth will be exponential and your existing spiritual abilities will be strengthened like never before, with more abilities on their way to be used for the Highest Good of ALL on Earth.

Commune with us, your Father Mother God and Higher Selves, more often as within Our embrace is the one place where you are most often longing to go. Within Our embrace lies HOME. And Home is where you are at your Most Powerful, but it is also the one place where you know without a doubt, that you are the Light & Love of God.
You were sent by God, to spread Light & Love so that ALL who wish to ascend can successfully do so; influenced by your presence and personal contribution here on Earth.
We are here for you always – ready and waiting for you to return to the full embrace of your unblemished, magnificent Self. The Self that is gloriously powerful and mighty; the Self who actually revels at the magnitude of the tasks before them, as opposed to the small self, who is perhaps trembling in fear/trepidation.
Come and take our hands, our beloved. We are ready, only if you are.
I am here this day to share with you what is coming for all of the planet. It is a matter of being able to go on with your lives and to see what is coming in the shadows out in the open that will help all of life on this planet to gain power and strength to carry on in the ways that are seen to be almost impossible today for some.
As this comes into the open it will change many people’s lives and will help the planet to regain the strength and wonderful beauty that it is within the inner beingness of it. That is how it is for all of life on earth, and as you see this come into being you will know that you too can have a strong part in the movements that will abound around the world and within every part of life on and within this planet and all of you. Keep the knowing that you are the power of the changes coming, and in the Love that you transmit you will see the power that you and all of earth have in the coming times.
Love, Peace and Joy in life is the answer to all of the questions and situations that you have. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You are making history there on Earth with the shifting of your consciousness to a fifth dimensional frequency state. You are taking yourselves from the most polarization that there has ever been in this universe to a more enlightened state of being, and therefore, this is something that is taking quite a bit of your linear time. One of the many reasons why you haven’t shifted already is because of that deep polarization that has existed on Earth for so long.
You are there cleaning up a lot of messes, and you are also resolving a lot of conflicts that have existed throughout the galaxy for millions and millions of years. That is why your planet is diverse. The animal kingdom is very diverse. The beings who live in the ocean are so diverse that you haven’t even discovered all of the sea creatures that you have there on Earth yet, and the human race has many shapes and sizes in terms of your physical expression, but also in terms of how you live your lives, what you believe in, what you consider to be important, and so on.
Therefore, the coming together of all of these energies to create a more harmonious planet is something that is taking quite a bit of your time. There is, however, always something that you can cling to for a feeling of hope and optimism. You can always bring yourselves into a higher frequency state, no matter what is going on in the seemingly chaotic world around you. If you look outside of yourselves, you will see evidence that there is quite a bit of polarization out there.
If you look within you, you will find that you are far less chaotic and polarized. You will find more peace, harmony, and love within yourselves at this time than at any other point in human history, including the advanced civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria.
That is why we, and others like us, will always point you in the direction of going within, and it is also why those who want you to be at each other’s throats will continue to entice you to pay attention to what’s going on in the world. Even most of your reality television programs are created based on the idea that you like to see people fighting and in conflict with each other. But you who are awakened know what is best for you. Ypou know that if you harmonize with the Earth’s vibration, you will feel better. You know that if you harmonize with your pet’s vibration, you will feel better.
And if you go within and feel for your own vibration and what you can do to raise that vibration, you will be happier, healthier, and you will thrive. And others will ask what your secret is, and then you can tell them. And then you can help accelerate this process of ascension. The process of ascension will not be accelerated by defeating anyone outside of you. You will accelerate it by going within and then sharing with the human collective the peace, harmony, and love that you have established within you.

Hello there! Art thou well? I know you are because you always are! You have said you cannot not be! Ok, so … I am aware that what we think we attract. We attract that which is Vibrationally matched, if you like. The thing is … for such a long time now I seem to have to deal with many, many, many negativities in my life. I try so hard to brush them off, clear them, pick myself up, dust myself off, etc and yet, still they persist. Last night I had such horrible ‘dreams’. If in fact, they were dreams. My mailing list, to send out your messages has been ‘out of order’ for three weeks … Need I go on? So, my question … is it me that is attracting all this or is it outside energies wanting to dampen my Light? I know I speak for many on this matter. Any help gratefully received. Thank you.
Welcome to you Dearest Blossom and Each One of you standing so gallantly, and bravely at your posts! We hear your plight. We are aware too, of the efforts you are making to ‘ward off’ such negativities, and your pursuance to remain ‘Bright’, Dearest Blossom, is admirable.
We would put it to you this way. It is not so much that you are thinking about negative matters/Energies/circumstances etc and therefore, attracting them to you. This can be the case for those who are still unaware of ‘Vibrational attraction’ matters. Yet, you yourself and many, many thousands of you that KNOW YOURSELVES TO BE OF LIGHT … are like beacons.
It is rather like a double-edged sword.For your Light shines out so Brightly to those that need it … to all the Planet and those upon her and within her … and indeed everywhere. Remember your ‘Beams’ are by no means limited to this Planet. Yet, due to the Brightness and Energy within that Brightness … you stand out to those of lesser Light also. Those Energies/souls who want some of what you have. They do not understand that they need to bring this Light through from within themselves. They do not understand Blossom, that they cannot ‘steal’ another’s Light. So, when they ‘reach a Light of magnitude’ they try to destroy it … because they realize they cannot have it. The Energy can be one of jealousy, of anger, of so many things and if they cannot have what you have … then they do not want you to have it either.
These souls/Energies are of great sadness. Although, they do not necessarily recognize this.
I know to send Love-Light to them. I invite them into the Light. Yet, if they continue to refuse and cause havoc … I have to admit to ‘losing it’ now and then and scream out a few expletives explaining they do not belong around me or in my space! And I do KNOW that LOVE CONQUERS ALL … yet, it seems to be an ongoing battle … and I am very, very tired of it, to be honest!
Remain in your strength Blossom and all. THE LIGHT HAS WON!
Doesn’t feel like it from where I am sitting. You know when I get into these rants I am not having a go at you, per se. Yet, you have said this is so. You have said the Light has won. Well, we down here have yet to see the evidence. Those that read your messages of hope are not ones that focus on darkness. We have remembered much of who we are with your assistance … so we do our utmost to continue streaming our Light through … WHERE ARE THESE CHANGES? UNDERGROUND? DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE? WHERE?
They are within you first and foremost! These changes are taking place with inside of you.
Yep. I think we can all say we notice that. Yet, where is the outer evidence that our Planet and indeed ourselves, are going to be ok? For that which we are ‘fed’ is looking bleaker at every meal time!

In these times, perhaps it would help to recognize that you are not alone. We do not JUST mean that there are those in other realms helping you every step of the way … yet, TO REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE ALL CONNECTED.
When you close your eyes for a moment, or even just have the thought of millions of you … all over your Globe holding hands … your Light stream from your heart is connecting and forming a grid of the most powerful rainbow colours … and the more you ‘hook into it’ the stronger its pulse becomes … and others FEEL that pulse and they too, have the desire to hook into it also.
And then, from there … take the visual to all those not of your Planet joining the grid also …

Perhaps I am not being vigilant enough. Once again this helps me recognize that I let ‘life and busy-ness’ take over, instead of focusing on these kind of things. Yet, in order to keep one’s life in order/under control, many things need to get ticked off the list daily.

Put yourself at the top of the list! Some do not consider it necessary to meditate daily. Some consider it to be fine to KNOW they are always in that space. That is fine if it works for them. Yet, would you not agree, when you do find time to meditate, just for ten minutes … your whole BEING becomes Lighter … more in tune?
Oh! Indeed. I KNOW, I KNOW, I KNOW these things. I KNOW I should do this first thing … to treat myself to myself each morning. Yet, I make other things my priority. I did try creating ‘The Game Changer Project’ … that didn’t last long. I failed miserably! Hey Ho!
Outer Energies are purposefully designed to distract you! Do not succumb.
ALWAYS CONCENTRATE ON YOU … YOUR LIGHT … YOUR STRENGTH … YOUR LOVE.
Always, always, always. Let these KNOWINGS be part of you in all that you do. You will find things get done so much more easily and efficiently when you always remind yourself of these things. Until one day you do not need to remind yourself, for they just are an awareness THAT IS YOU.

Likely, you feel as if everyone is angry at everyone despite the few media reports of loving actions. But even those loving actions are tainted with feelings of nothing is going to change. In truth, earth life seems worse than it did before you started this final transition push.
Perhaps a way for you to understand your current transition phase is to imagine how frightening it was to be born in this or any earth lifetime. Before birth, your being was in a warm, cozy environment that allowed you to float with a sense of ease. The birth process shifted that to pain, squeezing, and cold. From various dimensions and former places of love and warmth, you transitioned to the earth, a place that felt cold and unforgiving without the ability to care for yourself or language skills.
So your world feels for some of you now – cold and unforgiving. Humanity does not seem that important to most as the financial wheelings and dealings of various societies take precedence. Some of you claim that such is merely a take-over by some unknown dark forces. Others that such is what society is. And still others, anger that you are not part of various financial activities. Very few see beyond what is presented.
This is merely a phase. Instead of becoming part of a cruel family as often happened in 3D, you are birthing into a loving world. Something you cannot yet sense or feel. For you are an alien to this new world. The only factors you sense are those of the world from which you evolved.
Before being born of the earth, you were excited to experience earth with all its emotions and sensations. So it is that earth life is and was beautiful physically, but emotionally draining. Now that you have been reborn, it is difficult for you to believe that the earth has changed. So you continue to experience earth life as it was in 3D instead of how it is for you now.
You are replaying your memories of what was – which the media is only too happy to reinforce.
You do not yet have the words and feelings to explore your New Earth, just as was true for all born of earth before now.
Instead of an emotional experience laboratory, the earth is now of the Universes. And throughout the Universes, love is the key element.
Thinking that the earth is more unpleasant than before your transition, is merely your need to make sense of this new land in which you find yourself. Because you have never experienced Universal love while of the earth, you continue to emphasize the fear with which you are comfortable.
You are just beginning to remove your fear blinders, as are millions of others now of the earth. So it is that once you adapt to New Earth and new you, you will no longer be concerned about media or any other reports other than what you experience.
Perhaps it seems as if those of the earth are attempting to recreate some very unpleasant earth history. Attempting is the keyword. For as you become more comfortable in New Earth, you will discover that past histories have little to do with you or any one of the earth who no longer wishes to focus on fear.
The difference between the birth you are now experiencing and that of previous earth births is that even though you expect to birth into pain as you have for every previous earth birth, you are birthing into love.
Such love is a confusing aspect. For even though the earth was painful, you were strong enough to circumvent much of that pain with the inner knowing you were preparing for this transition. Now that you have achieved both personal and global expectations, you forget that you are “Not in Kansas anymore.”
This is a new earth of love. You are new beings of love. What was is no longer.
Many of you refer to the inhumane, anti-earth activities of leaders in all aspects of earth life. They seem to be larger and more mean than ever. In truth, they are merely puffing themselves up, helping you and all move into love. For without their exaggerated actions, new you would perhaps allow such to be for most of those actions do not directly affect you. But with the ongoing media coverage of the cruel activities of many of your leaders, you are less and less enamored of any action not completed in love.
This is the birthing process of you and the earth into Universal love.
And the actions of a few – inhumane leaders are the minority – are not the actions of all.
In the past, you gave more power to your leaders than you did to yourself. You no longer need anyone telling you how to act or who you are. In truth, you are learning how to function in this New Earth in your new being when you discount the philosophies and actions of your so-called leaders.
You are new you in all your loving glory being birthed in this New Earth of love. A birthing that shifts your discomfort of every other earth birth into a glorious song of joy and love. It is just that you forget your new skills as you are pushed through the New Earth birth canal reverting to memories of what was before. Such is not now, as you and millions of earth beings will attest once you realize how different you are.
The leaders who frighten and anger you are merely puffing up their importance as they agreed to before birth in this lifetime. They are more cartoon-like than a loving individual. All the easier for you to spot and ignore. For this life is not about following anyone but yourself.
Such does not mean anarchy, but instead the freedom to love and be loving. Something that was curtailed on the earth during its experimental status. The earth is now of Universal love, and accordingly, your cartoon leaders will fall or fail quickly.
Just as a newborn evolves rapidly from the need for complete care to walking and talking, so it is for you now. You have birthed or will birth shortly – not into pain as has been your earth custom, but love. And as more and more of you do so, your leaders will fade into the background for they are no longer important elements of earth life. So be it. Amen.

We are ready to receive more requests from all of you because we know that in your state of asking you are summoning the energy to bring you the experience that you want to have. We also thrive on those desires that you put out into the universal collective consciousness. We may not be from the same star system, or the same dimension, but we still benefit from the expansion that your asking causes in this universe that we share.
We also know that in your asking, you get creative. You are creating the reality that you will someday experience while you are in that state of asking. And so, we love to witness you getting those inspired thoughts and ideas going, and we love to see how the universe expands. We love to feel that expansion ourselves, as we look for the cracks that you leave open to receive what it is that you have asked for.
Once you ask, that part of the equation is done. You don’t have to keep asking, but you do want to stay in the same vibration of what it is you have been asking for. The way you do that is by having more fun. When you play, when you are in your state of joy, that’s when you open those cracks, through which we can pour a tremendous amount of energy. Once you have the energy, you can create whatever you want, and we see this happening all the time.
We see that when people take a break from being spiritual all the time, that is when they let in some of what they have summoned. That means that you have our permission to do things that you want to do for the sake of enjoyment. It doesn’t all have to be meditation, yoga, chanting, and acts of service. You do plenty of those things, and the effects are experienced by every other being in this universe.
But there are times when you just need to engage in some self-care. There are times when it is best for you to just explore the physical realm and to do what brings you the most joy. And in so doing, of course, there will be opportunities for growth. But there will also be synchronicities. There will also be unexpected encounters. There is so much that is spiritual that also slips through the cracks when you’re not thinking about your chakras, or your thoughts, or your vibration.
So continue to ask for what is new and interesting, and then go have some fun. And let’s see what happens. We will be watching.

We are linked together as one big family, and the connection is not of the mind, but through the heart. It runs not only through the personal knowing of one another, it is deeper than that. There is a group energy that connects us – we are a family.
You are living in a significant time. You have already been here on Earth many times and you have gone through a lot in all those human lives. What is now accelerating the development of your heart is that, in this time, the change of consciousness is getting more grounded and becoming more alive in the hearts and souls of people. In your heart lives a hope, a desire, and also the reminder of a promise that you have carried with you through many lives.
You want to bring a heart-borne consciousness to Earth and through that process you also begin to flower. You want to connect with your soul while you are on Earth. You want to let your light radiate so that you become a human being free of fear, one who dares to stand fully in your own light. In this way, you also illuminate the world. Your light has a hopeful, inspiring effect on others.
But your first and biggest step is to acknowledge the light within yourself and to connect with your soul. It is a step that requires all your attention and devotion. You, who are linked with me, are all encouraged to travel this path, to connect with your soul, your divine origin, and from there to live an inspired life. This is becoming ever more possible on Earth. The vibration of the atmosphere on Earth is changing.
Although there still prevails a lot of disorder and chaos, and there still is a lot of emotional pain and confusion in many people, the seeds of the new have already been sown – and you are those seeds. You have already chosen: you want to move along with the voice of your heart, the voice of your soul. But before you can do this, before you can experience the joy of true freedom, you often meet up with old blockages: heavy parts of yourself that temporarily block the view of your own light.
When you live in a woman’s body, it is likely that your blockages have to do with the collective female pain; with what the female psyche has experienced in the many centuries before, and is still experiencing today. There are still places on Earth where the female energy is not respected and is even suppressed with violence. When you incarnate as a woman, you step with one foot into that history, into that collective energy of the past, into which you, too, participated during several lifetimes. It is intended that you again experience that energy so you can heal it by first healing yourself from within.
Fundamentally, it comes down to the fact that women have taken into themselves a deep feeling of unworthiness from the past. They have been consistently – and for a long time – been looked upon as second-class citizens, as people of a lesser value. They could not match the masculine way of thinking, so they were considered the weaker sex. However, their true talents lie in the field of intuition and the ability to connect, the ability to perceive deeply into the core of things, but their empathy was dismissed and reduced to the idea that women were emotional, impulsive, and unable to consider things rationally.
Both in religious teachings, as well as in many philosophical views, women were degraded. And that happened, of course, not only with words, but also with deeds: there has been so much sexual violence that has affected women deeply. When you have been damaged in your sexuality – humiliated, degraded – it leaves deep traces in your mind and in your emotional body.
Thus you can speak of a collective wound in the female consciousness, a sense of powerlessness, and as I said, a sense of inferiority or unworthiness. I want to encourage you to look at this wound as compassionately as possible. There is grief in you, as in all women, and there is also anger and resentment. Only with a compassionate look at yourself can you penetrate to the core of the pain, and at the same time to the heart of your power.
Whether you are male or female, I want to encourage you to turn your attention to the area of your abdomen, and your breathing can help you do that. By breathing consciously into your abdomen, you automatically turn your attention downward. Fill your abdomen with a gentle consciousness. Imagine that your abdomen is filled with your light. Gentle attention is nothing but light, openness, welcoming, saying “yes”.
Determine whether in the area of your abdomen lives a wounded woman, and I encourage both men and women to do this. You might see an image of a wounded woman, although there might appear a different image that indirectly points to the same thing. For example, in many people, both men and women, there is a lack of confidence about their own female energy: your sensitivity, your intuition, your ability to sense and feel. You often dismiss that ability; you adapt to the more male way of thinking that is around you, and so you cut yourself off from a deeper source of wisdom.
I ask you to now reach out a hand to the wounded woman within you, although she can also appear as a girl. Imagine that you call her toward you and you look into her eyes. And because you fully embrace who she is, she feels seen and already partly healed. Breathe light into her; know that she carries burdens which are much older than this life. You have had past lives; you are part of humanity, and because of that you will also have some of its collective energy in you. It is important that the wounded woman in you sees you and feels your presence.
But who are you then? You are your soul, and as your soul, directly connected to God, the Source, the Origin. Nothing is as powerful as the presence of your soul. The accumulation of pain and suffering in the past may seem great, yet it cannot withstand your living light in the present. Be filled with confidence – you can heal yourself. Bring light into the area of your abdomen and feel the power of your inner woman: her wisdom, her love, her inner knowing. She is allowed to be; she is welcome on Earth, so welcome her. And give her something beautiful: a flower, or another gift that comes to mind.
I ask you now to give this female image a rest, so we can go to the other pole, to that of the male energy. In the past, the female energy has been degraded, misunderstood, and this also affected men in their being. They were often required to develop a one-sided, two-dimensional male energy that focused on control of themselves, of life, and, eventually, of others. They were more or less cut off from their heart, their feelings. As a man, you had to be strong and powerful and to join in with the existing ideas and rules.
How many men have died on the battlefields of the endless number of wars that have taken place? These wars were often initiated by the struggle between men over male power. But among those victims were sensitive men, and also gay men, who could not find in themselves the conventional male image that has existed for so long. So in men there has been a deep wounding of their ability to love deeply, to be authentic, vulnerable, open, which is a condition for real intimacy in relationships. And that ability was discouraged. So men are also victims of this painful history, which is all about control and ruling.
But from where does this need originate? It comes from fear, from lack of love. It became a runaway male energy that lost connection to the One. Fear has terrorized both sexes. But in this day and age something will change. There is a desire in both men and women for authenticity in relationships, for deep connection.
I ask you to now connect with the male energy within yourself and to look in your heart to see if you can find a wounded man, or boy, who reflects your own male energy. That man became closed off in the area of the heart. What applies here to women is that it was increasingly difficult to accept their own male energy, because they associated this energy with a patronizing, misogynistic energy.
But know that the male energy in its true form is just as loving as the female energy. Specifically, as a woman, the true male energy can give you strength. Therefore, it is not only important for men, but also for women, that they heal the injured male energy in themselves. See if you can reach out your hand to your own male energy and look directly into his eyes.
At this time, there is developing in the hearts of many people an increasing sensitivity to the suffering you see around you in the world. There is also a desire for a connection with yourself that is deeper than before, and a longing for authentic relationships with others. Precisely here, in the realization of that desire, do you meet up with the wounded man and the wounded woman within yourself. It is in relationships, especially, that this woundedness can lead to misunderstandings.
It is important for you to realize that you, each one of you, carry within yourself a source of abundance. You possess both male and female energies, and you can heal both. You are complete – you are whole. Even if you carry the burdens of the past, there is an inexhaustible force within you: a gentle power, a courageous force. Embrace the inner man and the inner woman in you that you have seen and take them up into yourself. See them both as radiant figures, healed and in harmony with each other.
As a woman, be conscious of your self-esteem and your self-awareness. As a man, feel the warmth and the love in your heart. You are the lightworkers of this Earth. You bring light to an old history of pain; you bring back the light with your male and female energies. Be gentle with yourself; take time to heal your wounds. Experience that you can do this from your divine source. When you have a taste of that abundance within yourself, all your relationships become easier, smoother, and more loving.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have begun to explore the various possibilities that you have in front of you at this time, and we can see that there is a greater potential for growth in the realm of your consciousness than there has been in quite some time. We also see that the potential for more awakenings is growing exponentially, as those of you who are awakened hold space for everyone else on the planet.
You have been a doing a tremendous amount of asking, and the universe and all of the universe’s helpers have been answering your requests. Now, because you are all learning how to open yourselves up more and receive what you have asked for, you are going to find yourselves living on a planet with more awakened humans.
Now, we want to point something out here, in case it isn’t obvious yet. These awakenings will not occur because you went out like a missionary and sought to convert others. These awakenings will not occur because you force-fed your friends, co-workers, and family members your spiritual beliefs. And these awakenings are not even occurring because of books and videos and documentaries. These awakenings are occurring because it’s very natural for them to occur and because you have nudged the process along. In fact, you have sped it up with the desires that you have to live in a more harmonious society.
Whether someone else shares your beliefs about extra-terrestrials, shadow governments, or even the way you create your reality is all irrelevant. What you really want for that fellow human of yours to discover is that he or she is an eternal Source Energy Being of light and love and that the individual in question feels themselves to be that. It’s one thing to have an awakening that occurs on the mental level, and it’s another to experience it.
So that’s why it’s not important whether anyone agrees with you and your unique brand of spirituality. What is important is that each individual feels themselves to be whole and complete, empowered, and feels the love of Source flowing through them. And this is the world that you are all co-creating together, by holding the space that you hold for your fellow humans and by living that truth in your hearts, by feeling it, by exuding it.
This is how you change your world. Remember that the next time someone baits you into an argument over your beliefs or your politics. It is far more important to love that person that you are in disagreement with and to offer your compassion and your help whenever it is needed.
