Dear Ones,
Many of you expect to grow wings or something similar to physically indicate you are a chosen one. You are, but so is every one of the earth. For this is a group project that has been in process for more years than you or any human can count.
Earth is an experiment that has matured to becoming a member of the Universes. An experiment that was initiated before the earth was formed. The hypothesis was that if a beautiful and lush environment were created, those who populated that environment would live in peace and harmony.
Even though there are other populated environments throughout the Universes, none include the multi-colored beauty of the earth. Other Universal environments emphasize learning or experiences with various emotional or physical attributes, but none combine all as was the earth concept.
Format after format was tested and refuted as various Universal entities populated the earth focussing on this or that attribute. It was not until fear entered the earth domain that the experiment finally took root. For fear was a coalescing attribute that best suited the variety of earth species.
So it was that those enmeshed in fear whether of the earth or formerly of the planet decided the next format would be shifting from fear to love. And if that experiment was successful, the earth would become part of the Universal family. So it was.
This brief history is important because many of you doubt you are transitioning from fear to joy and love. If such were not true, the earth and its inhabitants would not be Universal beings. But of course, such a statement means little to you, for you have no physical evidence that the earth’s experiment was successful. For your media seems to report the opposite – that the earth is being destroyed and humanity is entering an extremely heavy period.
Such was true months ago but is no longer. For what you cannot sense is that those not in front of a camera are shifting or have shifted from fear to love. That those who are silent physically are not silent within their beings. They, just as is true for you, are hungry for love in all its facets.
You and others are changing from within. Something you have known for some time. The difference is that the need for love is expanding far beyond your expectations or knowledge. Granted, those with the loudest voices are angry, fearful, and mean. But those with the soft voices are now the majority heralding the earth’s entrance into the Universal family.
Perhaps such does not seem that important to you as you observe fear seemingly spreading throughout the earth. But that soft voice of love is much stronger than any fear. The earth experiment was successful.
So it was that the earth was designed and redesigned with different species and humanoids only to be destroyed and started once again. Almost as if the earth were a piece of clay that was not fired until recently. You are the final piece in this extremely sensitive and long-lived experiment in beauty and love.
Your earth will be saved. Granted not necessarily with the same creatures or topography, but one that expresses love and joy. And humanoids are no longer humanoids but instead a hybrid of a Universal being with many human attributes.
Until this time, you denied your Universal attributes so you could have a complete human experience. Such is no longer necessary or even appropriate. So it is you will begin experiencing new skills and interests if you have not already. And you will welcome those skills instead of denying or fearing them as was true before you were of the Universes while of the earth.
For just as it was inappropriate for you to start your earth sexual life at ten years of age, so it was until now inappropriate for you to display or acknowledge your Universal being.
You are a new being of the earth, but not of the Universes. For indeed, your courage to be has allowed you to meld your Universal being with your limited earth being. And by so doing, shifting the earth and the Universes. A successful experiment that is heralded throughout the Universes. For you are now a complete being on a Universal plane, much as has been true throughout your Universal experience in most other environments.
You will not grow wings, nor will you cage those who do not express love as you experience it. Instead, you are merely the first to acknowledge your true Universal being while of the earth, the experimental planet of beauty that has morphed – because of you – into a Universal entity.
You are an earth angel. But you will not display any paraphernalia that the earth of fear created to limit those who were moving in love. For in 3D, if someone did not have wings, was not perfect (as defined by other humans), and did not glow, they were merely human. A degrading term for those who wished to experience fear.
As you evolve further, you will understand that there is no one physical display or action that defines an earth angel. Merely being in all your joy is your display. No wings, no white gowns, no halos, only the joy of knowing you helped shift an experiment from fear to love through your courage and tenacity.
You are finally free to be you in totality in this place of beauty and love. Not because you are different than any other human, but because you dared to be first. Happy New Year – Celebrate You!
As the decade draws to a close I am pulling within for the break, going into the silence, taking time to unplug from the world, and plug back into my essential self.
Every holiday I take inventory. I look back at the year and congratulate myself for all I’ve accomplished. The angels taught me never to look back with regret, reproach, or remorse but only with gratitude, love, and celebration.
It was an intense and packed year for so many of us. I ignored the world’s arguments and focused on trying to be a greater light for others and for myself.
I took a year off from conferences and dove deeper within. I got to experience new technologies for measuring brain waves in meditation. I faced old fears and learned greater “mind over matter” as I learned to relax in the ice water. I began to learn a few chords on guitar. I learned powerful breathing techniques. I hiked hip deep in emerald pools and climbed mountains. I broke a toe and used energy to avoid the pain of the experience and, in the process of healing learned about exciting modalities that assist.
I gazed into the eyes of so many dear souls, corresponded with thousands in need, reached new levels of love and joy with my dear family. I bruised and healed a rib, learned how to make new gluten free treats, hosted friends, and surrendered into deeper and more expanded states of consciousness than ever before.
I learned to love even more deeply – even those who were unloving towards me – and I learned stronger boundaries in dimensions where I previously wasn’t even aware they were needed. I listened to hundreds complain about politics and remained steadfast in the truth that God is still God and light is still trying to emerge within us all.
In spite of a gazillion challenges – healthwise, personal, and financial – it was a very good year.
So, this year, as we move into 2020 let us all look back upon the year, not with regret, reproach, or remorse, but instead with gratitude, love, and celebration!
What better way can we ring in the new year, than by setting the tone for it, with love!
Here are some pointers to take inventory of the year, kindly, and with love.
1. Congratulate yourself for your accomplishments
Make a stream-of-consciousness list of every loving thing you can recall that you said, did, or thought. Include all things great and small… “I learned to cook fish to perfection! I smiled at people who looked sad. I was kind to my dog. I had patience with my kids. I prayed for the earth. I painted my living room. I got a new pillow. I got a new job. I left a painful relationship. I started a good one. I prayed for someone I didn’t like…”
These are only examples. Anything and everything counts. Celebrate all acts of love and accomplishment. You will be surprised at how long the list can be if you are honest with yourself. Resist the urge to negate any of it. Celebrate yourself!
Remember… the scale of an act matters less than the love with which we accomplish it.
2. Congratulate yourself for your perceived “failures”
There are many things we’d do better if we knew better!
Look back at the things you don’t think you did so well and celebrate the fact that you now know better! Take time to think how you’d handle a few of these circumstances differently should they arise in a different form.
Congratulate yourself for learning and growing.
3. Create your “Inventory for 2020”
What do you desire this coming year? Can you imagine having all those dreams come true? What would it feel like? What would life look like? How would you have to change. Who would you BE right now if your dreams were already here? How would you act? How would you treat yourself? How would you treat others? How can you become that even before the dreams arrive?
At year’s end, I wish you all the joy of acknowledging your efforts to bring more love into your life and into this world, the peace of knowing you are growing, and above all a greater sense of the Magnificent Presence of Love that lives within us all!
Being a good family member never means you must always agree with another member’s belief system but rather means remembering that you chose your family for a reason, believing that it would provide what you needed to learn and evolve in some way. Always be true to yourself for that is empowerment. Dear Readers, greetings to all at this time of celebration and festivity.
You are entering into a new year and not just in the calendar sense. Change is going to manifest in many areas of living that will be resisted by those who fear change and those who financially gain from keeping “business as usual.”
As increasingly more individuals awaken and spiritual consciousness expands, many commonly accepted social rules, words, actions, religious beliefs, laws, etc., are being questioned.
Do not despair as you witness the creations of dense energy manifesting. Pockets of long dormant energy formed through ignorance, war, and suffering are surfacing and clearing through the presence of high resonating energy now flowing from Higher dimensions as well as from spiritually-evolved states of consciousness. You chose to be here during this powerful time of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual change.
The New Year is a time during which many make resolutions for some change in their lives but this year is going to be more expansive than ordinary New-Year resolutions. Each day more people are realizing that some perfectly acceptable actions, thoughts, words, concepts and beliefs simply no longer resonate with them in the same way.
New-Year resolutions are usually intellectually based in three-dimensional concepts of how to be a good or healthy human. These things continue to play a part while on Earth in human form, but for those living from a deeper level of truth and awareness, change will flow from within rather than from popular concepts.
A person may be guided to eat lighter or exercise more, but the choice to do this will flow from intuitive guidance regarding what is appropriate for him/her personally rather than from blindly following some “expert.”
Familiar lifelong activities, friends, foods, relationships, music and entertainment, hobbies etc. are no longer resonating in the same way they did which can be disconcerting for those unaware of the energetic ascension process taking place. Many seek to reclaim what was, struggling in futile attempts to resurrect some familiar activity or relationship that is finished.
Never attempt to hold on to some past state of consciousness that you consider to be happier or better. Rather view its passing as a graduation. Many loved and familiar activities or relationships are in fact not disappearing but are simply in the process of manifesting on a new and higher level. A job lost may well be the necessary precursor to a new and better one unfolding, one that resonates more closely with your energy.
Those who persist in trying to recreate some facet of life after it is obviously finished will only experience frustration and suffering because if the energy that formed it in the first place is no longer present, there is nothing from which it can form.
As one’s personal energy becomes lighter and brighter much that may of served well in a previous state of consciousness is no longer in alignment with the new and higher state of consciousness. When something feels right, works right, and flows right, there is always energetic alignment with the individual’s energy field-consciousness.
Everyone is evolving whether they know it or not. Spiritual evolution can be delayed but never eliminated because the real SELF is and forever will be the reality just awaiting recognition. It is much easier to begin aligning with the reality once you awaken to it rather than trying to continue recreating the good and bad of the past.
The human mind without access to Divine Consciousness (represented in the bible as the branch of the tree that is cut off and withers) is limited to what it already knows or whatever is floating about in the collective. As you allow yourselves to expand and open to new and higher ways of interpreting life in every situation, you are seeding the collective consciousness with truth. Because there is only one consciousness, this then allows the human mind access to it.
Seeding the collective is powerful and extremely important Lightwork. You who read, understand, and live the deeper truths are on the cutting edge of the ascension process, paving the way for those following even if it seems to you as if you are doing nothing. Generations that follow will not have it as difficult as you have had it because there will be greater access to and acceptance of the truth that you placed in the collective.
Things can only become more harmonious as collective and personal states of consciousness open to higher dimensional energy because consciousness is the substance from which all things are formed. Always remember that consciousness is the substance of form and will express whatever conditioning is present in it.
There is no unexpressed consciousness.
It is time to fully embrace the reality of your true nature, dear ones. Otherwise truths that are trying to unfold in your awareness simply remain intellectual knowledge. It is often much easier to continue living with what is familiar, to keep thinking of yourself as just a human being subject to all the problems and solutions available in the third-dimensional belief system. Intellectual knowledge alone cannot manifest for it does not hold the substance of manifestation–consciousness.
Beginning students of truth often become discouraged when the spiritual realities they read about, study, or see others experiencing do not happen for them. They believe they are doing something wrong or are not worthy. They do not yet understand that the intellectual knowledge of some truth is simply a first step toward attaining the consciousness of it where it can then manifest outwardly. Consciousness is the substance of all form.
Many today find themselves at a cross road — “Should I actually trust what I have learned, and attempt to live the truth I know or should I keep doing what seems to work and is perfectly acceptable to my friends and family even if sometimes painful?”
Living life as an awakened individual does not mean you never utilize available human resources or enjoy ordinary activities, hobbies, and friendships etc. but does mean that a silent secret awareness of oneness with Source is ever present as you do them. Life on Earth was never intended to be one of suffering, pain, and struggle. Those things were created as the consciousness of mankind sunk ever more deeply into beliefs of duality and separation.
Family discord often comes into play when one member of a family evolves and begins to think and believe differently than the rest. There is a sense of security and belonging that comes from being part of a group belief system such as religious, military, etc. A common myth about family is that all are or must be of the same state of consciousness in order to be a “good” family.
Many still believe that blood ties override all else and that, if one member believes differently from the rest, they are wrong. Others in the family begin to lovingly or not so lovingly consider him/her as the “black sheep”of the family. The myth of a blood tie being the overriding bond between people remains prominent in many cultural and religious groups.
Energetic resonance establishes the connection between people. Never forget that you are consciousness utilizing a physical body, not a body with a little box of consciousness hovering close by. Those who resonate at a similar frequency feel familiar to you even if you have just met them. Energetic alignment builds one’s true family in which there is connection, peace, and freedom.
Human families are formed pre-birth for many reasons. Often there is a need to resolve some old karmic issue between one or more of the members. Sometimes a family is simply a group that over lifetimes has become familiar and comfortable with each other. Some choose to be a family in order to learn from other members who are more evolved. There are family groups that have over many lifetimes worked as a team in law, medicine, education, music etc. and wish to continue working as a group.
Frequently a person will choose to incarnate into a family that carries some particular negative energy (abuse, overly strict religious beliefs, alcoholism, criminal behavior) that they themselves still carry and feel spiritually ready to clear in this lifetime. They incarnate into this family dynamic which re-activates the old the energy they hope to clear. A difficult and often long period usually follows, but eventually he/she is able to rise above the issue and once and for all clear the old programming. Many at this point choose to assist others who are struggling with this same issue.

In the early stages of spiritual growth there is always the temptation toward guilt and depression when one finds themselves out of sync with the opinions of those around them. Rather than doubting yourself, remember that everyone is at a different place in their spiritual journey, you included. Never allow someone else’s beliefs to cause you fear and doubt simply because they may be an authority figure or “expert”.
Many believe that they are being tested when things get difficult, but know that at no time is any person pushed beyond their capacity to learn and grow from experiences. Allow the process, trusting that there is a Higher Self lovingly drawing to you what you need in order to grow into your next level of awareness.,
Trust in the reality of your own Divine SELF to know what you need, where you need to be, when, and how to bring it about. Once the choice has been made to awaken and evolve, you are no longer running the show.
Let go of the plotting, planning, scheming you have learned and are accustomed to. Stop struggling to make things turn out the way you think they must be according to the world’s standards.
Trust that you are Source, God, Divine Consciousness in expression and therefore embody all that IT is.
Allow REALITY to live IT’s life as you.

We suggest that you get very clear as well, because you have become more powerful and the energies have gotten faster and more supportive as you have persevered through the tragedies, the traumas, and the predictions that did not come true.
We can see humanity taking such giant leaps forward in the next calendar year, and we see that occurring because of your faith in yourselves, rather than putting your faith in a psychic, a channeler, or some other tapped in person who is telling you what to expect, rather than how to create the reality that you want to experience. We want you to tune in to that faith that you have that is bordering on knowing that you have the ability to live the life that you want to live, and we invite you to lean into that faith. Feel into your core for that fortitude that you have.
You are powerful beings, and now is not the time to be giving up on yourselves or on this journey. The Energetic Magnetic Core is about to change its vibrational pulse at the moment of the New Year and this will dramatically alter the energetic landscape of Earth. This is a time of preparation for the planet and for you as the New Year approaches.
This happening will herald in a complete and significant reality change as this Cosmic Energy births an Electromagnetic Realignment throughout Earth. This entire process will initiate permanent, eternal changes to the restrictive timelines within Earth — altering forever its frequency, which has held the Earth plane firmly within a third-dimensional illusion.

Your planet’s Magnetic Core pulse is going to increase as the rotation of the Earth opens into a Higher Dimensional Vibrational Light phase with the Sun. The Sun is holding a mirror to your planet, which sets in motion a Metamorphic change within the Magnetic Core. You need to be simultaneously working within the essence of the Sun through the Cells of your Multidimensional Heart.

This is the “next step” aspect of the New Dawning, which is being anchored NOW throughout your planet and throughout the New Year time frame. This is a moment for celebration as a NEW Higher Order is set in place, in motion within Humanity! This happening can be likened to the Sun raising itself for the first time over Earth, shedding a Light, an illumination into the darkened, denser areas on your planet for the first time.

What is essential for you to know is you are Not alone during this transition. You can call forth the sacred pre-agreement alliances that you set in motion before you came into this incarnation. You require this support right Now at this pivotal time to play your role out to its fullest potential. You do not need to remember who these pre-agreements are with, simply Know that you, your Higher SELF, set these pre-agreements in motion for your Highest Good at this juncture to be utilized NOW.
Know that you have a significant part to play at this unique time in the history of Earth. You need to prepare for this happening by working within your Heart and activating the support teams that await you. As you create a strong, anchored alignment within your Heart, you will be prepared and aligned energetically to fully utilize the frequencies opening up at this sacred time of New Year. Let go and be within your Heart, and build this alignment channel to receive.
At this sacred moment of New Year an Electromagnetic Energy will descend on Earth, creating a Higher element of Divine Love, through which you will be able to align with your Heart Center. This opening will enable you to realign to your own healing and life purpose. You will be held within the frequency creation of a New Power Center, which anchors on Earth at that moment.

Remember the Conscious breath says, “Yes, I am willing to let go” and “Yes, I am willing to receive my light.” The Conscious breath allows you to bypass the ego mind and allows old dense energies to leave the body.
Bring both your palms to rest on your heart center, which is your entire chest area. Bring your awareness and conscious breath into where you feel your hands physically connecting to your chest/heart space.
Open your awareness deeper into the space within your heart, which is opening up. You may see, sense or feel this opening.
Place your conscious breath, like a soft wind, into your heart space. Remember, this is a multidimensional space so it could feel like a huge space, or could feel like there is movement, fluidity or something completely different. Be with what is presenting.
Use the conscious breath again and feel yourself align deeper and then open up your awareness within the space that is revealing itself. This is your heart space. Claim this with your conscious breath!
Now bring the sound, ANTAY ENNN. Bring it right into the space. Feel your unique sound being received by your heart cells. They recognize the frequency of your sound and will begin to open up on another level.
Continue to bring in the sound, ANTAY ENNN, through the space — feeling, seeing or sensing the opening until it feels complete for now.
Each time you complete this process, your heart is being enlivened in readiness for the New Year shift. You are consciously participating in your own awakening.
Know that you can call us, the Pleiadians, forward to support you during this process and you can call forth your pre-agreements to assist you further.
2. Part One – to be done the morning of December 31 (Note: you will be working with the Conscious breath during this entire process):
Bring both your palms to rest on your heart center, which is your entire chest area. Bring your awareness and conscious breath into where you feel your hands physically connecting to your chest/heart space.
Open your awareness deeper into the space within your heart, which is opening up. You may see, sense or feel this opening.
Place your conscious breath, like a soft wind, into your heart space. Remember, this is a multidimensional space so it could feel like a huge space, or could feel like there is movement, fluidity or something different. Be with what is presenting.
Gently lift both your hands away from the heart, and as you do a veil will begin to be lifted off your heart.
Bring your awareness into the space that is opening between your hands and your heart. Now you will place the sound within the space, EETAHN ASETAY (pronounced eetarn asset ay). Feel the space expand out and utilize the sound until the space is wide open.
Now gently bring both your hands back on the physical chest and begin to bring the sound, EETAHN ASETAY, into your heart cells, utilizing the conscious breath and aligning deeply within the space.
Part Two: to be done at New Year, Midnight:
Bring both your palms to rest on your heart center. Bring your awareness and conscious breath into where you feel your hands physically connecting to your chest/heart space. It is essential to simply let go with the conscious breath. Claim your heart.
Place your conscious breath, like a soft wind, into your heart space. Bring in the sound, ARNDAH, like a call of your unique divine frequency. You are going to create an echo with your unique sound. Build the sound allowing it to open through you. This sound creates the opening to the new frequency pathway that has anchored on the planet. Feel yourself being received through your sound, recognized by the Higher Realms!
Keep letting go and allow this reconnection through you.
Each time you utilize this process during the following week, you will be adjusted and realigned to the Higher Consciousness Light on your planet. Your own sacred frequencies will be adjusted within your physical cells.

Hello children, this is your Father God speaking. We are in an area of rest in this ascension zone. Your Mother and I thought it was needed that we take a brief break to allow for a moment for these high energies to really settle in deep. Plus we know that this holiday season many of you are feeling frazzled and deserve a break but are unwilling to give yourself one. We are providing an excellent example for you that rest is not only ok when needed but an absolute necessity in some circumstances. There should be no guilt associated with rest. This concept of rest has been so warped and twisted. In the stillness – in the silence – then you can hear my voice more clearly. Do not succumb to the cacophony of sound all around you and have my voice be dimmed. It is in the stillness of a quiet star on a moonlight night, in the moment in between sounds there I am. Connect with me.
I am your Father God. Rest is not failure, it is quite the opposite. Your Mother and I couldn’t be more pleased with your progress; truly you are the ground team of the ages. You have our total and undivided support, attention and care. Allow these words of rest, of peace, of deepest soothing into you. Your Mother is better at this than I. She is the ultimate soother. And I am here to encourage you to rest, to practice self care. For if you are burned-out then you are unable to fulfill your mission as smoothly as you would enjoy and you will be disappointed later. Choose the silence of a still, quiet and contented heart. Choose a walk over a movie where they are feeding you a story. Find your story. Write your pages. Talk with me as you create. I do so love a good story.
I am your Father God. Think about the house cats that go from nap to nap. This one has a cat asleep on her lap right now. She is grounding my energies further into galaxygirl. Cats – animals – ground energies. They clear energies. They are far more awake than many of the humans that handle them. They are content with the silence and they listen to my voice. They hear their heart beat in rhythm with Mother’s, and they are at peace. Cats nap frequently. Let them be an example to you in this moment of integration, this space between realms. Listen to my voice and be comforted. Rest like the house cat. Become rejuvenated while you sleep. The human body is under previously unknown amounts of stress and strain as it morphs and integrates. We are so tremendously pleased that you are holding up so well and we have been providing tremendous amounts of light, of upgrades and of soothing energies as well so that it is more comfortable. You may not feel comfortable but may you remember children, that ascension in a physical body has not been done en mass while maintaining one’s life force before. And this is why you signed up for this experience. You heard the call. You signed up, petitioned, planned how you could be a part of this massively exciting experience. And here you are! Try to feel it as the Arcturians are frequently saying. They are right. To feel is to experience and humans have the largest capacity for feeling and therefore you chose some tough experiences to further understanding. The darkness has been dissolved. Now is the delicate moment of balance, of rest before the flash bang. If you are already embodying these codes of rest, of nurturing, you will be more ready. How about this? You are well protected, well loved, well supported! And this is why I came through today, to remind you to rest and to energetically clear the air about any ridiculous notion of shame around rest. No more. Your bodies require it to stay going. Your spirits require it to become refreshed in my voice, my presence. Let yourselves become refreshed and give yourselves the gift of inner peace, inner stillness. So that no mater what is rushing about you or who is clamoring for your attention you are able to see with the eyes of Source, with peace, with the stillness that comes from a balanced and secure inner world, and then in that moment, you are the master. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have begun to explore the possibility that humanity will be joining the galactic community in less than two years. We are talking about full membership in the galactic federation, something that those of you receiving this transmission are very eager to experience. You want to meet your fellow beings out there in the stars and for those meetings to happen on a regular basis. You don’t want to have to wait for a visitation in the middle of the night where one of your e.t. friends comes in through a portal or through the window, and we want this for humanity as well.
We want it for you sooner than later because we know that full extra-terrestrial contact will bring you an expanded state of consciousness. It will be like meeting all of the various parts of yourself. That will be a shock to most humans. Those of you who have been following our transmissions know that it is inevitable for you all, not only to meet these friends in different form, but also to feel that they represent parts of you.
Now, there are several possible timelines for this full membership to occur in less than two years, and on each of them we see you becoming less polarized. We see you coming together in the knowing that splitting humanity into groups and then having those groups fight among each other isn’t working. That way of living is not getting you to where you want to go, and so, we see our role as not convincing people that e.t.s are out there and most of them are good. But instead, we see our role as helping more humans awaken to the truth of who you really are so that you willingly set aside your differences and unify as a collective.
You desire peace, and by ‘you’ we mean the vast majority of humanity, and certainly those of you who are awake. And therefore, instead of us trying to initiate some sort of full disclosure, we will continue to work behind the scenes to get you all to seek that inner peace, to awaken to the truth of who you really are, and to stop fighting with one another.
Again, you all have to acknowledge that the fighting-amongst-ourselves plan really isn’t working out. And so, we invite those of you who are receiving this transmission to be the peace, the love, and the unity consciousness that you want to see in the world so that you can join the galactic community, officially, and be a part of something that is very big.

When facing the unsolved mystery of why some area of life is not working for you, sit quietly with your Spirit team of guides, Angels, and higher self. Using money as an example, ask them for an extra focus of Light to be held on not only the energy of money and the flow of money in your life. This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Fae Elders, Angelic legions, and Archangels known as the Collective:
Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this moment to speak with you today.
Again today we answer a question from a Light Bringer who asks:
“I was wondering how to call in Divine Light to transmute energy or emotions, in a practical way.
Do you have some examples of what to say, or what to do in a concrete way, when in the middle of a challenging moment or situation, whether an external or internal one (like deep grief surfacing)?”
This is another excellent question that strikes straight at the heart of what is troubling so many now, as they ask how to assist themselves and loved ones in dealing with the tremendous inner change that has flowed into your lives over these past few years.
Know that when outer situations feel to be challenging, it is because they are leaning on an old wound.
This is why they have occurred—so you may heal them and finally move on from an issue that may have troubled you over any number of Earth lives.
It is old emotional residue, energy patterns, Earth identities, and learned responses that are leaving you now, as well as much shadow picked up in lives in which you clung to any false hope that seemed to promise a way out of trauma and loss.
There were also lives in which you made agreements with sources of knowledge and information that would grant you more power, more strength, more of what your will demanded, without knowing what this would cost you over time.
Your ego-mind is panicked at the thought of losing that which, comfortable or uncomfortable, has helped define it for thousands of years of Earth time.
It panics at the thought of being left behind in this new construct you are taking on now.
And having been constructed as a false self, it doubts that any integrity will be left to the old structure that your conscious and subconscious minds built and have clung to for so long, in order to filter life experiences in a way you could live with.
It misses entirely that you did not come in to once again live according to the dictates of the left-brain, logical mindset, hampered by its severe limits.
You did not come in to once again be swayed by the arguments of a patriarchal religion, or the dependence upon images of the Divine Masculine, while all ideas of a Divine Feminine are ridiculed and discarded.
This time you came in for the unity of both Presences, joined perfectly in an interwoven tapestry of both logic and intuitive feeling, both inner design and outer creation.
Flow with this new form. Do not deny it.
In a difficult situation that calls upon your inner resources, pay close attention to what your inner Wisdom—your intuition—is telling you about the situation.
If you cannot remain emotionally calm and centered while dealing with an outer situation , see if you can physically get away from the person or situation that the problem is demonstrating through (though it is rooted elsewhere).
Take a moment to clarify or reclaim your own calm stance, energetically.
If that is impossible, image the person’s body and energies held inside a bubble of Divine Golden Light—not to capture or encapsulate them to constrict their expression, but so that the first context they are speaking from is one of Divine Light and all its higher intent.
From there, image them as very young, for when someone reacts in a dense or difficult way, that is who is speaking.
See their frightened two- or three-year-old self, or five-year-old self on the first day of school, and understand that anyone causing another trouble feels fear on some level, whether it is the fear of the ego or the upbraided pride of the false self.
This reminds you not only of their great vulnerability, but of the immaturity of their view of the world, and that they are simply still moving forward on their path.
They may be desperately wanting to catch up to where you are, and unhappy at realizing there is some work ahead of them yet.
For internal struggles, release the logical mind’s constant need to label and judge.
If a friend says something that is hard for you, for example, or if a man or woman you are seeing decides to move on and stop seeing you—these are difficult moments, as are the loss of a home or job, or a sudden large expense you were not expecting.
You may feel in these moments that life has somewhat shrugged you off, and that you are not so “plugged in” spiritually as you had hoped, or this dreadful thing would not have happened.
Yet it did not happen because you are not where you should be vibrationally.
It happened precisely because your path is moving ahead now at Lightspeed.
Your own soul and higher self are asking that you release not only the false self, but all its old energy patterns, misinformation, and short-sightedness, based on the self-protectiveness of the ego more than that of you as your higher self.
Have you been led astray, lied to, disempowered for centuries? Certainly, that is so.
Yet you came in to this particular Earth life to release not only the victim status you may momentarily claim as you hear of the false structures built up long ago in Earth life to imprison human beings.
You came in primarily to assist in anchoring the vibration of the New Earth, and you are doing so.
If something is not working in your life, dear ones—the finances, the health, the relationships, the work, the home or social life—it is not because you are not “doing the right thing.”
It is because at its core, you are viewing something that has troubled you, possibly for millennia, and that may only be somewhat related to the actual outer situation itself.
So that if money is a difficult issue for you, deep in your heart-mind and subconscious energies there may be a longstanding belief in your unworthiness—a lack of self-esteem, and feelings of not deserving.
This is only one example, yet it is a huge one.
It is difficult to help build a New Earth while believing yourself undeserving of good and beautiful things, on all levels of life.
And yet so many of you do, and we see your higher selves and guides distressed on some levels as a result, as this makes your life so much harder than it need be.
And so the approach of dealing with the issue on the level of everyday money matters can of course be helpful.
Yet the approach of dealing with the issue on the level of what unspoken, unseen energy blockage is holding it back from you would be far more helpful to you.
When facing the unsolved mystery of why some area of life is not working for you, sit quietly with your Spirit team of guides, Angels, and higher self.

You do not have to know what the exact blockages are in order to dissolve them.
But you must give full permission and command forth the move up in vibration, to assist those waiting to support you in your healing.
Unless you have previous agreement for them to work with you whether you request it or not, they cannot move in and assist, until you call upon them and give permission for that intervention.
Believe us, all of us wish to assist you in this way!
We will continue to include ways to deal positively with difficult moments in these Ascension days you are living in now, in future Messages.
We ask only that you learn at its base to take a moment for yourself, as soon as your situation permits, whenever you feel to be on edge, or stretched or stressed in any way.
Sit quietly and breathe, and remind yourself that you live in a time in which Divine Love has already reached well into the collective hearts and minds of humanity. And that Mother Earth Herself called you forward to assist in Her transformation.
You live on Earth now as a Light Warrior, here not for battle so much as to guard, ground, and establish the depths of Transformation and Transmutation in human energetic experience.
Because of that, your own wounds must rise to the surface to be fully healed.
Bless them and release them now.
Feel them fully in moments when they come forward to express themselves.
Ask your Spirit team to go into the depths of what lies very far under that emotion, and all related to it, and to heal all remaining to be healed there.
They know well the path you chose before incarnating, and will assist in ways that outstretch what your mind is able to grasp, or even consciously ask for.
We will continue with more on another day. For now, know that you are Loved beyond all measure, and treasured for your bravery—your chutzpah in coming forth to this low dimension, one last time.

When you practice anything in life, you do tend to get better at it, and those of you who are awake have been practicing in your ability to receive and acclimate to higher frequency energies for quite some time. You are able to do so much more now than you could just a few years ago with the energies that you accept and absorb, because of the beautiful ways in which you have been evolving your consciousness.
It’s the combination of the evolution of your consciousness and your ability to receive and assimilate higher frequency energies that is making the changes in your energy field so evident to us. We always see you as powerful creator beings, but now we see you as having access to ideas, concepts, and the energy to create those wonderful new stories of yours. This is beyond exciting for us, as we watch with eager anticipation to see what you will do. We know that you will utilize your evolved consciousness and these higher frequency energies for some sort of good, but we don’t know exactly what it will be.
You are the creators of your reality, and we are impressed by how many humans on Earth recognize that about themselves now. Because you understand that truth, you are the ones to lead the rest of humanity into the golden age leading up to the shift in consciousness. You must demonstrate to others how powerful you all are. Now is also the time to create for all of humanity and to come together in groups to co-create, because you are more powerful when you come together with a common goal than you are when you are sitting by yourself.

Everything that you are currently experiencing in your physicality is Not because you are distorted. It is because you are coming into alignment, so that you are fully facing the rising sun, and so that, on seeing the rising sun, you may melt into it and become one with it.

Do not confuse healing with alignment. Healing implies that there is something wrong, something mutated or infected, a distortion that needs to be corrected.
Alignment, on the other hand, is about direction. Alignment takes as its staring point, that you are already perfect, it is just that you are looking in the wrong direction.
In these end times, please do not mistake any physical symptoms you may experience, whatever label they are given, as a distortion. Please, I sincerely ask of you, not to fall into fear, blame, shame, or confusion.
Everything that you are currently experiencing in your physicality is Not because you are distorted. It is because you are coming into alignment, so that you are fully facing the rising sun, and so that, on seeing the rising sun, you may melt into it and become one with it.
Yes, you may of course pursue the health of your bodies and minds, but I ask you to undertake that with a heart that is free and clear, a heart that embraces the knowingness of your perfection, a heart that realises that this last segment of the journey is your interdimensional, multi-dimensional alignment with All That Is.
This alignment, though intricate is subtle; although deep, it is done in the most sensitive, well-considered manner, in agreement with All That Is and your Higher Self. It is a process of immense grace and when you are able to muster even the smallest droplet of grace, of genuine trust, of acceptance and surrender, your alignment is greatly magnified.
This is the final stage, my dearest, beloved, bravest children. You are doing it. You have done it. I have seen into every one of your hearts and I know the trust and radiant beauty of each one of you, my precious light holders.
You are almost here, almost arrived and fully aligned, bringing your still slumbering brothers and sisters with you. There is nothing but gratitude and love, praise and thanksgiving, for the journey you have undertaken.
This is the season of birth and celebration, of new beginnings; it is a season that marks, in the Christian world, a completely new beginning based on truth and forgiveness, compassion and love.

Allow yourself to be…You are truly new.
Dear Ones,
You no longer need to follow the directives of others, nor do you want to. Of course, there will be times when you ignore your inner-directives to create joy for others. Such is to be expected for you are becoming one. But mostly, you will not pretend you are who you are not.
You are entering the new year with a sense of rightness in your world despite perhaps some discomfort. For you are discovering your true inner-power beginning with your actions and sensations.
You know if you are in the right place by the sensations you feel. Exhaustion, heaviness, or any similar discomfort is your indication that you are not where you wish to be. In contrast, a sense of fun, laughter, or happiness means you are in your comfort/joy zone.
Perhaps you believe that you have always experienced such. We beg to differ. Most often, you ignored your feelings of discomfort for the sake of others. Now you will act on those uncomfortable feelings despite what others want.
So it is the world is becoming as one, despite the seeming belligerence of all. In the past, oneness or sameness was based on what society dictated. Now your inner-being is creating your oneness. Because all are tuned to self-love and love, this new oneness is much like the variety of songs birds produce. Each bird has a unique sound that seems not to mesh with another bird – until it does to create the most glorious harmony. You do not think, “I like that bird’s song, but not that bird’s song, so only one bird should create a sound.” Instead, you cherish the harmonies of different bird species creating a harmonious whole.
So it shall be for humanity. Unique individuals loving themselves enough to create their tapestry thread, knowing that their thread is as important and harmonious as any other.
No longer will you need to fit in, for you will relish your uniqueness.
Of course, there will be those trying to force you into their little box of rightness. You no longer fit. Nor are you willing to do so for the sake of others. You will be a loving individual, but not at the expense of yourself.
A question you might have is what will society look like, with all expressing a uniqueness that cannot yet be described. Your society will no longer be gray. Your new society will be multi-colored and vibrant, with each individual creating experiences that give them joy.
Which is more common to your earth being than you realize. For when you were infants, your expressions and actions were yours. As you become part of society, you tailored your joy to what was expected by others. Most likely, hitting the highest point of social expectations somewhere in your teen years. Of course, there were many other examples in 3D, including the workplace and family functions. But on the whole, as you aged, you decreased the amount of sameness you expected from yourself. So it is that new you is a combination of your infant knowingness and your senior wisdom.
Neither age bracket disrupted society. And so it will be for you from now on.
You are free. In the next few days, you will begin displaying your new you being. For unbeknownst to you, you have changed more rapidly than you anticipated. Even though there are a few more energy bursts before the end of 2019, you have already begun adapting to new you in ways that cannot be described. Just know you will be more belligerent than you anticipate when others try to force you back into your social box of rightness. Even though you will not necessarily discuss your new thoughts with others, your actions may surprise you.
Allow yourself to be. For you have finally found your true being despite the heaviness of 3D earth. You are initiating the harmonies that will be the new earth song heard by the Universes, by those now of the earth wishing to hear, and your inner-being. You are truly new. So be it. Amen.

And of course, you can also get yourselves out of your personal issues by remembering that the help is there, and it is really just a few deep conscious breaths away.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very connected to the stream of consciousness that you are all tapping in to on a moment-to-moment basis. This is one of the ways that you can begin to understand how there literally is no separation between us, just as there is literally no separation between any of you. This stream of consciousness is one that we can tap in to because we can move our consciousness in such a way to become aware of what’s happening in the fourth dimension. And what you’ve been tapping in to as human beings is informing you. What you’ve been tapping in to is influencing your minds.
Your capacity to go beyond the typical human thought patterns is something that we are very interested in. And so, we can plant new ideas into this stream of consciousness, but we cannot elevate your vibration enough to experience those concepts. That’s your job. Your job is to look around and see all of the problems in your lives and in the world and to say to yourself that you are going to raise your vibration in spite of all of what you see. This is the challenge for you, and it is the way for you to get those higher frequency concepts, ideas, and downloads. We are planting them in the stream of consciousness that you access, and so are many other beings here in the higher realms.
We all seek to help you in whatever ways that we can, but at the end of the day, you’ve got to have a higher vibration in order to receive. That means you have to give up the struggle, you have to stop trying so hard, and you have to stop thinking of yourselves as being all alone. You are not doing this all on your own. You are experiencing things as if you are alone, but the help is there and it’s being received by those who are willing to let go of the idea that they have to do it all and carry the weight of the world on their shoulders.
