Dear One,
You have been given limitless resources to use in your earth life. These limitless resources include wondrous beauty, relationships that affirm the divinity within you, freedom to be the best you can be, and an abundant flow of money.
This flow of money is sometimes the most difficult of God’s gifts for you to see in your life. You stand in the midst of this energy, which can be used to make your life more comfortable, and yet many times, your ability to receive these resources is limited by your thoughts and by your resistance to receiving.
This energy from the Divine Source, which is called money, has the same properties inherent in it that any of God’s gifts have, such as Love and Joy. It is the strong energy of Life Force, which you can tap into, in order to receive the blessings of abundant cash flow.
One easy way to make yourself more available to money is by creating thoughts of unlimited resources in your mind. Your thoughts create your reality. When you entertain thoughts of lack, of “not enough” in your life, this translates in your world as not enough money to meet your needs. A shift in your thinking is necessary before you can attract an abundant level of income to yourself.
One way to change your consciousness is by affirmations. We have given you a very powerful affirmation to say every day, and especially every time you write checks or spend money, even if it is only pennies. This affirmation is:
All the money I give is blessed and returned to me multiplied.
When you bless anything — your friends, children, life partners, jobs, etc. — the inherent good within is increased. Blessing leads to an increase in energy. So when you bless all the money you spend, you increase the energy it carries into the world.
You have heard the expression, what goes around, comes around. This is a basic principle: what you give is what you receive. When you give blessings, you receive blessings. When you give out of fear of lack, you receive back what you fear — lack of abundant income. Fear is a very powerful force that can attract to you what you fear most.
Love and blessings however, contain even more power and can bring to you that which is blessed with love. Remember that God is the source of your supply and there are no shortages. This inexhaustible resource of Spirit is equal to every need you may have.
Many people come to the Ocean of Abundance with only a teaspoon, when they could bring a bucket or a tanker truck. You can consciously choose to expand your ability to receive and to enlarge your own container. One way to do this is through prayers of gratitude and blessings for what you already have and for what you will receive.
These prayers will help to lift your consciousness and bring you to a place where you can affirm the truth that you are one with abundant life and with the abundant flow of money and prosperity in the world. Blessing all the money you give is another way to do this.
God’s abundance exists everywhere, and you can move into the stream of consciousness that allows you to have all your needs met, when you develop the attitude of gratitude, blessing, and affirming the divine truth of abundance within all things.
So begin now to bless that which you have and bless those you love. Lift yourself up so you can begin to see that which is good in your life. And remember your message from Archangel Gabriel today:

Some of you want to sleep more and some need less, and there’s not a right way or a wrong way to respond to these energies. Many of you are excited to see what will become of this next wave, and we are happy to report that none of that is set in stone. You get to decide what you do when one of these opportunities comes your way, and you have a big one coming.
One of the ways to prepare yourselves for these waves is to make sure you are grounded. Remind yourselves that you have a physical body and that you are on a physical planet, and you will then recognize when you need something, on a physical level, to take care of yourselves. We also recommend that you let yourselves go with the flow of these energies, because no matter how much you know already what you want, you will get inspired, and some of the inspirations you get will surprise you.
You will have thoughts and ideas that never would have occurred to you before the Lionsgate Portal. And so, we recommend that you run with them. Take them to the places that they want to be taken. Let yourselves feel how good you can feel when you’re in the flow with these high frequency energies, and let yourselves be supported by all of the beings that are facilitating these waves, these minor events.
Every single one of you who is awakened can do so much for the rest of the collective, just by opening yourselves up to receive, grounding that energy, and therefore making it available to the rest of your human cohorts. Get Energy From Pleiadians
So it is for you now – and those you love. If you need to leave them, you will know. And if such a thought strikes fear in your heart, most likely they are transitioning but at a different level.
Dear Ones,
We wish to address your fear that all is not well in your life. That what you experienced the past few days will be forever.
Even though such might be true for those who do not wish to join the light train, those of you reading this message no longer need to believe in doom and gloom. For you, en masse, have transitioned beyond fear.
You are no longer of 3D no matter how diligently you try to be.
Some of you are laughing because who would wish to remain in fear given the opportunity of a life of joy? Who indeed? So it is you have cleared entire lifetimes of fear, as well as fear dust pockets. Resulting in your accurate proclamation that you are no longer of 3D.
If you are angry or fearful, you are merely playing at being of 3D. A somewhat difficult concept to grasp for who would wish to play with fear and anger? You or you would not be asking about fear.
So it is you are learning you no longer wish to feel or play with fear. The fear that was is no longer fun, interesting, or practical. For when you become fearful or angry, you halt the flow of love and joy that is now rightfully yours.
What are you to do if someone in your inner circle is projecting fear or anger? The answer is always your choice. But the choice you are discovering as the most uncomfortable internally is to join them in their fear or anger. For doing so merely enhances their anger, their fear.
Perhaps such does not necessarily yet compute with you, but it will. For you are discovering that joining someone beginning to transition or solidly in 3D, does not make your life or their life more joyful. It merely becomes a group pity party.
Perhaps, you are doing so to “whip them into shape” or in more Universal terms, “for them to partake of love and joy.” Something you are not capable of doing. For each must declare freedom from fear in their own way and time.
Some of you are concerned those you love may never shift away from fear. You cannot make anyone do anything even though their need for love is obvious.
Many are now moving through their deepest fears, their dark night of the soul. Something you accomplished months or years ago. So just as is true for an older sibling who cannot understand why their younger sibling does not comprehend the rules of the game they wish to play, so it is for you now.
You have found the light. But that does not mean those you love are at the same place or Universal age if you will.
You cannot make anyone do anything, or more to the point for this channel, feel anything. This is an inside-out transition. So your words of love, support, anger, or fear mean little or nothing to them for they are a different Universal age.
Allow them to transition in their time. The question then becomes, “What if the two of you are too far apart emotionally?” Again, that is your choice. Do you continue on your path knowing you will leave them behind? Do you slow down to help them along? Or do you leave completely?
A quandary in which more and more of you are finding yourselves enmeshed. Such is little different from an older sibling remaining in a school grade so his or her younger sibling can catch up. Of course, such does not happen for each child must learn what they are capable of learning when they are capable of doing so.
So it is for you. Even though you may wish to slow your progress so those you love will catch up to you, such is not possible for you are too advanced to slow down. In truth, you are racing down your path.
Perhaps you are fearful of losing a relationship – not that that relationship is particularly right for you, but that it is what you know. It is comfortable.
Those who make you angry or fearful, but remain of your heart, will catch up eventually just as is true for a younger sibling.
The difference is that it will not take decades or years for such to happen for you are their beacon, their light. And they are more afraid of losing you than you can possibly imagine.
Of course, such an explanation does not cover those who have no intention of transitioning or are not part of your beacon. For your beacon can only be seen by those on their transition path.
You will know without needing to check with friends or relatives if those who make you angry or fearful will continue to be of your life. If the thought of leaving them, gives you a feeling of great relief, it is time to go. If such a thought creates sadness or a feeling that you do not wish to leave their presence, it merely means they are of your beacon just not at your current level.
Which of course, appears ominous for when will you feel the need to leave? Those in your light, your beacon are transitioning much more rapidly than was true for you.
As a historical reminder, the first United States scoutmasters needed years to discover what lay beyond the Mississippi River. Those scoutmasters were followed by wagon trains and eventually railroads and automobiles. Each method of transportation or discovery more rapidly completing what initially required years. So it is for you now – and those you love.
If you need to leave them, you will know. And if such a thought strikes fear in your heart, most likely they are transitioning but at a different level. Allow them to be as you continue your joy life. They will catch up more rapidly than you can imagine. Not in years or decades, but months, weeks, and days. So be it. Amen.

You’re not just here to shift, and you’re not just here to unite the galaxy. You’re not just here to help others shift who are really going to need help when the time comes. You’re also here to make things easier on this new generation that is being born now and that will experience the shift before adulthood. You are paving the way for this generation, a generation who is also serving a very powerful purpose for the rest of the collective. They are coming in with that knowing that they are shifting.
And so they have the luxury of not getting so swept up in the usual third and fourth-dimensional drama and trauma. They get to be the lightbearers, holding a higher frequency for everyone, and they are also co-creating with those of you who have been around for a while. So instead of you preparing them for the harsh life that would normally be in front of them as third-dimensional beings, you get to co-create with them a version of the fifth dimension that will be so beautiful and harmonious.
You are the wayshowers for so many, and you rarely see yourselves in that positive of a light. But know this – we have this perspective, and we see you. We see how you live your lives. We see what matters to you, and we see where you are going, and we are very, very happy to announce you are doing a wonderful job of being the wayshowers and the lightbearers, and the mentors to those in this new generation who are looking to co-create with those just like you.

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. Most of you probably remember that I have been working full time with the Earth Council for the Ascension process for these past six years. I periodically report through this channel what we would like you to know.
You will begin to have increasing numbers of sightings such as the one this channel and others saw at Mount Shasta. Before you know it, seeing ships in the sky will become an everyday occurrence. Can you imagine the excitement that you will feel? We are open and are enthralled with anticipation. We cannot wait to meet you and to get acquainted. We have a lot to share and so do you. We will be helping in every way possible. You will be able to come forward and do your true work for your purpose and destiny.
In addition to the joyful reunion, the skies will light up with potential while your hearts sing to the music of the cosmos. This is what we have long awaited. You will become more beautiful and will learn about the sacredness of life. The waves of love are getting stronger and some of you are feeling this. It is expanding your happiness. It is as if you have been touched by an Angel. You are sculpting your angelic selves, your masterfulness, and starting to make the earth beautiful again, beginning with yourself.
Never before in the history of the Ascension Process anywhere in creation has such brilliance been delivered to any planet. The earth is the most deserving of all for what she has had to endure. The esteemed Lightworkers deserve to be treated with the utmost respect, gifts, and honor for the work that you have achieved. Without you, the beloved earth would most likely not have survived.
The divine plan is being carried out to the fullest. You are part of this plan, an integral force to its completion. You will be given everything that you need. All abundance is yours. Little will remain from the past for you will have little use for it. This last stretch, towards home, will go quickly. You will need to be on your toes and aware of what is occurring around you. Your razor -like sharpness, increased intuition and psychic abilities, sensitivities, discernment, and keen determination for the planet’s Ascension are integral to the success of this mission.
Release any doubts you might have about your abilities to complete this cause. You are almost there. Let those around you make their own choices. Sometimes this is not easy and we understand that. The glory that you are creating mandates that you follow your strategically dealt directions. You will magnetize to your selves like-minded community members that will support you significantly with your work. Your lives will get easier. You will have everything you need to complete your assignment.
Allow others their choices and do not judge them. Love them, have compassion, and be patient. They could surprise you with an awakening in their most divine timing. No matter what, keep kindness in your heart. This will elevate you and will keep you in sync with the energies that are coming. Brace your selves for what is new, true, and divine. Natalie: I have now visited twice the Grotte de la Sainte Baume, which is a cave in the south of France where it is said that Mary Magdalene spent much of her time after the Crucifixion, Resurrection and Ascension of Jesus. The cave is on the side of a mountain, and it takes about a 45 mins steep walk through glorious and luscious woodland to reach this sacred place. Before entering the cave, I began to communicate with Mary Magdalene to discover the purpose of my visit and why I was being guided to visit the Grotto. After my second visit, I received new and updated wisdom from Mary Magdalene which I felt needed to be shared once more with anyone who was willing to receive.
Mary Magdalene: It is an honour to connect with you, and I shower you in the vibrations of the Divine Goddess and Goddess Isis. Even as a child I wore the symbol of the Golden Serpent. A symbol of being initiated into the teachings of the Divine Feminine and Goddess Isis. I was and remain a High Priestess of Goddess Isis Order dedicated to the power, magic, and love of the purest form of the sacred Goddess. While we honoured and embodied the Cosmic Goddess, we also cultivated the balance of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within our beings, recognising this sacred union as our truth and creative power. I, Mary Magdalene was initiated into Magdalenes which furthered my spiritual development and harnessed my understanding and experience of the Christ Consciousness, an active, healing and creative energy of the Universe of the Creator. Each stage of my childhood was dedicated to my union with the Creator and discovering how I may be of service by following the murmurs of guidance within me.
It was my training which paved my way to my union with Jesus as well as preparing me to continue the teachings shared with both of us, after his ascension. The teachings Jesus shared were born from love and given in love, they represented the union of the masculine and feminine vibrations of the Creator in harmony and oneness, awakening the same within all. His teachings drawn from the knowledge we had gained, understood and discovered through our childhood, and yet Jesus had a way of sharing the energies and wisdom we were accustomed to in a new light as if rebirthing and advancing the wisdom so all could understand and embody. He was truly being divinely inspired, he enabled all to access purer, higher vibrations of light. During the times when Jesus shared his teachings, I would also receive the same downloads of energy and inspiration. As a representative of the Divine Feminine, I acted as an anchor, grounding the sacred energy into the Earth and consciousness of humanity.
It was after the ascension of Jesus that I was guided to continue to share with others the detailed teachings and healing practices I had received. One of my greatest purposes at that time was to share my wisdom with the Goddess Isis Order, Magdalenes and Christ followers further afield in the neighbouring countries and beyond. We knew we had friends far and wide who we had not met yet, and that they were waiting to receive the energy and wisdom Jesus and our community had anchored. My mission was to preserve the teachings for generations to come. The divine directions and tasks given to me by the Creator seemed endless at that time. I was to develop the presence of the Goddess and remind many of the merge of the Divine Masculine and Feminine within them to nurture the world, as well as healing some devastation which occurred in humanity due to misunderstanding when Jesus left the Earth. I was to distribute energetic codes, templates, and healing as well as physical scrolls, objects, tools and crystals of spiritual value in certain sacred places across the world. My purpose was to support the preservation and continuation of the healing and awakening Jesus had begun. I didn’t do this alone as most of our sacred community who enveloped Jesus and I through his ascension, travelled with me; men, women, children and even some of our animals. Jesus himself was there at times in his energy body offering words of wisdom and insights to encourage us.
I had another very beautiful role, a role which everyday healed my heartbreak of physically losing Jesus, even though I understood the truth of the matter. This role encouraged me to be determined to achieve the tasks given to me by the Divine Creator while also filling my days with fun, love, and laughter. In my opinion, it is the most sacred role of a woman, I was given the gift of being a mother. Sar’h was the creation of the Divine Creator to embody my energies as Mary Magdalene and Jesus’ sacred vibrations; she really was the image of our union in more ways than seemed possible. A sacred gift to the Earth and me. She carried many names, the Golden Chalice, the Holy Grail, the Grail Treasure, the Golden Serpent and the Union of the Divine in Manifestation, to name a few. Sar’h was already born when Jesus moved through the crucifixion and resurrection initiation. As I began my travels I was pregnant with our second child who was to be born in France and named Maya.
Our purpose when arriving in the South of France was to begin the process of distributing the many sacred energetic and physical scrolls, tools and templates which had been placed in our possession. These were to be given to specific people and hidden in certain places to preserve their safety. We were greeted and supported by the members of a Goddess Isis Temple and Order dedicated to the Divine Feminine. These women and men of such profound inner beauty supported our mission, as well as creating a sanctuary for Maya to be born into the light of the Divine Goddess. Later the Isis Order lead us to a space of safety near their temple. Our shelter was a cave in the South of France known now as the Grotte de la St Baume. This shelter was needed to ensure the safety of Sar’h and Maya, both energetically and physically. We also wished to educate them in our teachings as they would distribute in their adult years what we had begun with Jesus.
There was a need for us to be sheltered away from the outside world as Sar’h was immensely sensitive, she held and radiated such pure Christ Consciousness and yet as a child could easily absorb the energies others emanated. If these energies were of a lower vibration, Sar’h would become sick very quickly. She needed to be constantly surrounded by the light and those who could master their thoughts and clear their energies. This way she could learn to protect herself while sharing the purity within her being. There were also those who had heard of Sar’h and Maya and wished to sabotage our work and mission of distributing the light and love of the Creator.
Natalie: During my time in the cave the presence of Mary Magdalene was very strong even though this area like a church now has been overseen for many years by monks. The Divine Feminine vibrations still remained within its energy. As Mary Magdalene appeared in my third eye before me, it was Sar’h whom she pushed forth to me. Sar’h seemed to me to be about twelve years old when Mary Magdalene was bringing her into my awareness. Mary Magdalene wanted Sar’h to share some of her insights into her life in the cave. I had never consciously met Sar’h before, so it was a new experience for me.
Sar’h shared some visions with me. The first being a procession of women, men and children dressed in white wearing the mark of the golden serpent walking up through the woodland to the cave. Sar’h told me that they came to visit them in the cave every day bringing food and anything they needed. She said she enjoyed their visits as some of the initiates of the Goddess Isis Temple were of similar age to her or even younger, so she had time to talk and play with them before the daily ceremony lead by Mary Magdalene. She told me how she loved running through the woodland with her friends and sister, like her they did not really know what the outside world was like, however, they enjoyed sharing stories of their inner plane experiences. Sar’h shared that she also enjoyed the daily ceremony held within the cave as it allowed her to see her mother at work, the power, grace and wisdom she exuded. During their stay at the cave, the Isis Order would conduct all their ceremonies and initiations within the cave.
The second vision Sar’h shared with me was of herself and Maya during night time embraced in their mother’s arms within the cave as Mary Magdalene shared her memories of Jesus. She would ask her mother to share everything she knew about her father from his birth to his ascension. Sar’h said she loved these times the most as sometimes in those intimate moments of sharing with her mother and sister, her father would appear as an energetic form in the cave to share some time with them. Sar’h told me that she enjoyed living in the cave as she had everything she needed, and they moved from the physical planes to the inner planes of the Creator’s Universe very easily. I believe Mary Magdalene’s sharing of Jesus’ lifetime with Sar’h and Maya was her way of guiding her daughters through their initiations and preparing them for their adult life.
Mary Magdalene: As Sar’h reached the age of fifteen years old, I knew it was time to support Sar’h in the next stage of her life. I had known from the moment we arrived at the cave that we would leave the safety of the cave and travel to a sacred Druid community in England when Sar’h became of age. Our destination is now known as Glastonbury. I knew her purpose was to marry and remain with the Druid Community. This made our journey to England exciting as I knew a new life awaited Sar’h, while also being heartbreaking as I knew I would eventually, once she was settled and we had travelled some of the area, be making the journey back to France without her.
It was not long before Sar’h was in love and married to a soul who was deeply familiar to her, a soul she had journeyed with many lifetimes together. They had many children and a very blissful life. Sar’h took on the role of sharing the teachings of love passed down to her from her father and me. Her healing powers were breathtakingly beautiful. Sar’h spent around fifty years in Glastonbury. At the age of sixty-eight, she journeyed to Scotland where she lived for the remained of her life passing over when she was nearly a hundred years old.
I, Mary Magdalene, continued to care for Maya while in the Druid community in England until she became of age. Maya was such a strong fiery character, she had the ability to gift the most advanced spiritual teachings to another in the simplest way, so they would understand completely, experiencing beautiful inner transitions. She had a lovely way of communicating with people and was almost fearless in her approach to life and ascension. She was determined and continued the work her father had begun.
I, Mary Magdalene returned to the South of France and lived out my days within the temple of Goddess Isis with the Isis Order who had cared for Sar’h, Maya and I for many years. I no longer needed to live in the cave to protect my daughters and ensure their safety, so I enjoyed my time surrounded by the beautiful souls of the temple. I visited the cave now and then when I felt that Jesus wanted to appear to me and share some time with me. I travelled a little around France and Europe. However, I had completed my tasks given to me by the Divine Creator, so I was able to spend much time in peace and solitude, sometimes reliving my memories, other times in deep communion with the Creator. I ascended leaving my body behind when I was over the age of one hundred and entered into an energetic body which allowed me to more easily move between the earthly and spiritual planes.

You are making tremendous strides forward in your evolution, and we are matching your strides with what we are transmitting to you. It is a fun game for us to see how much you can keep up with and then to see if you can go beyond where you’ve been before. We notice that you also are needing to slow down, and you often give yourselves reasons to slow down. Whether you are tired or you have some sickness, you are getting that message loud and clear.
And one thing that you may have noticed about life there on planet Earth is that everyone wants to be moving faster. Part of this urge comes from the sense that you get from the higher frequency energies. There is a sense that you need to keep up, and the way that you have traditionally kept up in life is to move faster, think faster, and talk faster. So it may seem counter-intuitive to you that you slow down. You need to slow down to keep up. You need to go within in order to expand.
These seemingly paradoxical experiences are what life is all about for you. Now, there will come a time when you will have more of a desire and a need to take actions. And if you listen to your bodies now and slow down, your actions will be more effective. If you continue to push yourselves through the pain, the tiredness, and the illnesses that you have, you will make things harder on yourselves in the long run.
It may help you to remember that in this lifetime you are here to experience something very big. It’s something bigger than you could possibly imagine in previous lifetimes, and now that you have gotten a whiff of the fifth dimension, you’re all very eager to get there. And again, you don’t have to move faster to get there faster. In fact, if you really want to make gigantic leaps forward, you need to stop everything so that you can go within yourselves and feel for that timeline.
You are getting a tremendous amount of help, and it’s time that you all laid back and received it. It’s time for you all to let yourselves off the hook and rest when you need to rest. This certainly is not a sprint. It is a marathon.

The master plan for Earth’s Golden Age
The master plan for Earth’s Golden Age was predicated upon your world’s readiness for international reconciliation and cooperation by your year 2007. It’s not that the cause of the delay began then, but rather that the council had expected your society to have reached that stage of spiritual and conscious preparedness by that time.
As we continue, you shall see why the expectations were logical, why they were not met, and why that year on your calendar was pivotal in the council’s timeline. Everything took place beyond your concept of time, but we shall do our best to explain it within a sequential frame of reference.
The plan came about because Gaia, the soul that eons ago embodied in what now is your homeland planet, sent out a call for help. The negativity that had accumulated due to civilizations’ relentless blood-shedding had so diminished Earth’s light that her ability to remain in orbit was severely imperiled. The two previous episodes when the planet’s very life was at stake, the release of amassed negativity happened with such cataclaysmic force that all life forms perished.
Gaia loved them all, even the people who contributed to the negativity, and each time of departure sorrowed her deeply. This time she wanted her residents not only to survive, but physically ascend with her planetary body, which would be restored to its original pristine health and beauty so all of her life forms could flourish and live together joyously and harmoniously. Her clear vision of that Earth became manifest in the universal continuum.
Accommodating Gaia’s desire and her body’s immediate need to start ridding itself of negativity required a massive amount of light, and God authorized powerful civilizations to provide it. The initial infusion stabilized Earth’s orbit, jarred her loose from deep third density’s entrenched negativity and enabled her to begin ascending. Naturally, that light and all forthcoming from those far distant sources would be available to all of her life forms, too, but how to motivate humankind to peer through the darkness that shrouded the planet so they could “see the light” was quite another matter.
It was at that point the council entered the picture. They accepted the task of inspiring the peoples to take charge of their personal ascension by receptivity to the incoming light so they could start generating their own with forcefulness.
This was essential for two reasons of equal importance to ascension: Light transforms bodies’ carbon-based cells into the crystalline structure that can survive in vibratory levels that eventually Earth would reach; and by dissolving the “veil” between third density consciousness and soul-level knowledge, the light opens hearts and minds to the spiritual enlightenment that engenders soul growth.
After discussing all the intricacies, complexities and requirements involved—first and foremost that everyone’s free will must be honored in accordance with Creator’s edict to rulers of all the universes—the council came up with a plan. It had to be put into a linear timeframe for your understanding, and since it is your world, it could only be what you want it to be. Therefore, all aspects of the plan had to become part of the collective consciousness, that energy mass of countless thoughts, feelings and deeds that steers activity in Earth’s field of potential and determines what happens in your world.
So a major consideration was how to present the plan in a format that would start people thinking about it. At that time in your history, the United States was considered to be the most globally influential of all countries, making it practical to start there, and so it did—members of that government were inspired to form the National Economic Security and Reformation Act that is commonly known by its acronym NESARA. This legislation has been the dark ones’ target of manifold lies and sabotage, which led to denial of its existence by some who heard of it and to serious misconceptions by others.

My beloved children,
I am your Divine Mother. It is now time for me to play a part and contribute to the wonderful higher-dimensional discourses we have provided here for all of you.
The outpourings of massive waves of energy in recent times (especially in the past 2 weeks), have caused many of you to go through many intense challenges, on all aspects of your Self: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It was like nothing you have ever experienced before, in any of your previous lifetimes here on planet Earth.
For those of you here who are newcomers to spiritual news, or, if you haven’t read a recent important message from Archangel Metatron, please take the time to do so after this, so you can better prepare yourself for what is now happening/going to happen in the second half of 2018 (links are provided below).
Let us use Adele’s recent, personal experiences as an example here. For the past 2 weeks, she had been having problems focusing/concentrating, as well as feeling so exhausted/sleepy most of the time. Quite often she experienced forgetfulness, nausea, headache, blurry vision and high pressure on her head/crown chakra. She has also very slightly reverted to a few old 3-D habits (e.g. back to consuming caffeinated beverages), in order to effectively deal with these challenging physical symptoms.
Some days she could drink 3-4 liters of water, whilst on other days she didn’t feel like drinking much. Some days she slept more than 8 hours; other days she could only sleep a little. All is going very well for her because most of the time, she has been ‘listening and talking’ to her physical body, in her efforts to give it the tender loving care it deserves. In recent years, Adele’s emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of Self have been changed/upgraded to a higher-dimensional operating system. The physical aspect of her Self, is now simply playing catch-up.
In these tumultuous times you are all undergoing right now, the key is to stay constantly in tune with your Higher Self and with your physical body. Open communication is crucial for you to: always stay balanced and not feel overwhelmed. Listen and talk to your body; talk to your heart, as it will always give you the right guidance that resonates with you the most – to immediately correct any imbalance you may be experiencing at any moment.
Your physical body, as vessel/instrument of your Spirit, is the densest, most low-vibrational aspect of your incarnated Self. It is always meant to be the last one to change. Your physical bodies are changing from carbon-based to crystalline-based, and the physical, emotional, mental challenges coming from this transition should never be underestimated.
Depending on where you are on your spiritual awakening journey, your symptoms may be quite different to Adele’s. Some people had reported feeling so depressed, anxious, lethargic or, being in a spiral of negativity with no end in sight. Some of you felt like you had regressed and returned back to ‘the dark night of the soul’ phase all over again. A process that you thought was over and done with a long time ago.
Please remember my children that there is always a Higher, important reason for everything. All the things that humans label as ‘negative’ in your lives and in the world, are in fact always positive when looked through our eyes. There can never be a bad experience. You all have often experienced this for yourself. After Time has passed, what you used to think was a bad life experience turned out to be a good experience overall: to help you be happier, grow more abundant, and evolve/mature as a person.
The ‘negatives’ are always temporary, and they transform to ‘positives’ when observed from the bird’s eye view of your Higher Self. Your Higher Self operates only from the following True concept of Time: “ALL are happening in the great moment of NOW”. Past and future do not exist.
Time is a powerful illusion that is the true culprit and root cause of all fears. Time is the very foundation and fabric of all third-dimensional experiences. Without time, equally powerful illusions of: Fear, Lack and Separation will cease to exist, from all aspects of the Human experience.
A recently channeled Heavenletters: ‘Time and Fear Are Partners‘ are so highly accurate and appropriately titled. Without the concept of time binding you, fear will NOT be able to exist in your reality, as the two always go hand-in hand.
Without fear, absolutely everyone will be living in the NOW moment; constantly tackling/solving challenges only as they occur. All will come to realize that life is eternal, never-ending. There is always enough time for everything that you wish to: do, be, have and experience – Time Without End; endlessly stretching into infinity.
We in the higher dimensions have repeatedly stated that Mother Earth and the ascending Human Collective are currently undergoing a highly intense, super-deep cleansing that will eventually result in the permanent release of everything that no longer serves you.
This ‘everything’ includes: all current AND past-life traumas, all uncleared karma, all 3-D beliefs and conditioning based in the Fear, Scarcity/Lack and Separation paradigm – coming from eons of experience incarnating in the lower dimensions. Fears coming from the powerful illusion of Time are also something humanity is purging right now.
The birth of both: New Earth and your higher, fifth dimensional selves can only occur after everything lower-vibrational is completely released from Gaia’s planetary body AND from your own four bodies (energy/light-body, mental, emotional and physical bodies).
And for those of you who have been spiritually awakened for quite awhile, in addition to your own personal Ascension process/symptoms, you have also agreed (pre-birth, on a Higher level) to help shoulder some of the burden coming from Mother Earth, and the entire Human Collective.
This means that some, or most, of the negativity you are/were experiencing can also be coming from the release of eons-old darkness/negativity coming off: of the surface of the planet (being released by Mother Earth), and/or, of the collective psyche of humanity. Some of you here are constantly doing your best to fulfill one of your Higher promises: to play an important part in planetary healing activities by transmuting this arising, cumulative, planetary-wide negativity into Higher Light frequencies.
You are always either: consciously or, subconsciously doing these planetary healing activities at the perfect Divine Timing that your Higher Self knows and will always guide you to do.
Most of humanity are still so deeply entrenched in the 3-D ‘victim mentality’ Matrix . You still think that your body/thoughts/emotions are your Master, instead of the other way around. Your Spirit, i.e. Higher Self, is THE Master of your physical, emotional and mental bodies. And since you and your Higher Self are ONE, by extension, this means that you are the Master of ALL aspects of your Self.
In practical terms, this means that whatever pain, whatever symptoms you are maybe experiencing, these symptoms are there because you have chosen to have them there. For reasons such as: to fulfill your individual Higher Purpose, and, to serve the Higher Purpose of ALL THAT IS.

The physical Universe is one gigantic smorgasbord that contains different time lines, different dimensions/realities, different planets/galaxies/civilizations giving all souls infinite options to choose from the massive menu. You are always given a free hand, i.e. complete authority to decide for yourself: where to play, what role to play, when to play and how to play, whenever you feel like ‘going out’ for another adventure to physicality.
For this particular lifetime, your Higher Self had chosen to experience the highly-exhausting process of transforming all aspects of Self from 3-D to 5-D, whilst at the same time, also play an important role in the creation and manifestation of 5-D Earth.
You could have easily chosen to enter physicality at a time when 5-D Earth has well and truly been established. Choosing to be born straight into a future, 5-D Earth will mean that life is so much easier, and the massive Ascension challenges that most of you are currently experiencing, are just a distant memory to the entire human race. Something that happened in your Collective Past, that you can read more about in your historical books.
But no, you had all decided that is not for you; at least not this time around. You were all quite firm and resolute in your intentions; wanting to play the biggest, most challenging ‘game-of-life’ ever invented, for the purpose of your individual Soul growth.
Let me now use the analogy of playing a computer game to illustrate my point. Many of your online/computer games were created with different levels, containing different challenges and/or enemies. When you have only just started to play and learn a particular game, you are automatically at the ‘beginner’ level. However, as your knowledge, skills and experience start to build up, you are able to tackle more complex challenges. Your selected game-character’s courage and bravery will often be tested (in the form of opponents/challenging circumstances appearing) so that you can have the experience of being ‘successful’ over one level, to then graduate to the next level, and the next and the next.
Do you see how your computer games mimic our True, Infinite, Eternal Reality?
The only difference between your video games and our ‘Games of Life in Physicality’ is: with the latter, there is no end in sight. As you keep ascending to the next Soul growth/evolutionary level, one day you will eventually reach the top level of the higher-dimensional ladder. By then you will have become an expert at playing these life-games.
In other words, once humanity as a whole has reached 5-D, the next evolutionary leap forward will be 6-D, and then 7, 8 and so on, until the Human Race reaches the highest dimension of existence in this physical Universe. Just one step away from transitioning back to Spirit and ‘returning to Heaven’. And then what happens when ‘you’ve done it all’? What happens when you, as a Soul, have experienced all the dimensions and become victorious over them all?
Quite simple, my children. You can choose to serve in the Higher Realms, in whatever Council projects that take your fancy. However, whenever you feel like re-entering the physical realm/universe, you will simply keep raising the bar; making your next game-of-life even tougher to beat. The complexity of that life you will undoubtedly choose for yourself and the amount of challenges you will have to overcome, become even more ‘interesting’ and can often feel completely impossible to beat – if seen from the perspectives of younger, less-experienced Souls.
Your Soul however will have grown so confident by then, so much so that nothing can stand in your way as you joyfully continue to test your Creator-like powers through the infinite, varied, amazing life-scripts that you just keep writing for yourself.
TRIQUETRA: Symbol of Eternal Spiritual Life
By now some of you are perhaps wondering ‘what is the point of helping all of you understand the advanced spiritual concept of Eternal Life’ as thoroughly explained above?
All of you are fearless, daring, super-brave and courageous souls who have chosen to come to Earth and participate in this Grand Project; partly because of your pure desire to be of Loving service to the Light, and partly for your individual, spiritual evolution purposes.
There is no right and wrong. There is never any judgment coming from Me, Father God, or anyone in the Higher Realms. Judgment is never necessary, because ultimately, ALL is Love, and all belong to the ‘Team of Light’. Duality is a concept that exists solely in the lower dimensions.
In this lifetime, and all other lifetimes, you can never fail to reach your destination, whatever or wherever that is, which you have decided for yourself.
Even if it looks as though you have ‘seemingly’ failed something, you have Eternity at your disposal, to do it over, and over again, until you become satisfied with the outcome. All is always well, and there is no rush to go anywhere. You are exactly where you, are meant and have planned to be.
This means my beloveds, the fundamental reason for your being on planet is simply to experience physical life to the fullest. Your Higher Selves, your Spirit Teams and I/Father God, have zero expectations on what your life should be like. Yes, you/your Higher Self had created a blueprint/plan for your life, however, whether or not you follow this to the letter, or if you choose not to follow it at all, are entirely up to you.
Our deepest desire is for all of you to be happy wherever you are at the moment; to experience and have more joy in your days. ‘Follow your Joy’ should be your Slogan, your ‘Modus Operandi’, or your ‘Life-Formula’ from this moment onward.
Free yourself from all self-imposed expectations on what your Ascension process ‘should be like’. Let go of all time-related fears that can put unnecessary pressures on what should, first and foremost, be a joyful ‘graduation time’ for the ascending human collective. Have fun with the process. Fully embrace the awakening of your multi-dimensional Selves and learn to be patient with the highly complex 3-D/5-D integration process, within and without.
Show each other loving compassion and an infinite amount of patience; knowing that you are all truly ‘in this together’. Stop isolating yourself. You can better surf through the enormous influxes of the coming cosmic Ascension waves, and the formidable challenges they bring, by: staying in groups.
Finding like-minded souls and surrounding yourself with them, should be one of your highest priorities right now, to gain the necessary support and boost you will need, so that you can get to your goal/final destinations the ‘easier way’; with greater calm and confidence. And as you continue to bond with the people in your own groups, you will find that they can be your ‘lifeline’, or your ‘saving grace’ during the times when/if you were to temporarily ‘fall in the water’ whilst surfing through these intense waves that will bring about the much needed changes throughout the next 20 years.
You can all ‘surf better’ by staying highly in tune to the Mind, Body, Emotion and Spirit Aspects of yourself, and honoring your needs at every moment – occasionally even above your loved ones’ needs. Please remember that you will have more to give your loved ones, after you are fully rested; when all aspects of your Self are in perfect balance/equilibrium and when your physical/energetic batteries are completely recharged. A routine self-care regime should be regularly followed, as this act of Self-Love should be the Highest gift you are giving yourselves, to help with the transitional challenges coming your way.
Whenever you are suffering, please learn to let your pain/Ascension symptoms be your greatest teacher and friend in this journey you have chosen to embark on. Be in the state of gratitude whenever pain/exhaustion hits; knowing that everything is happening perfectly, as planned, and trusting that it is always for your long-term Higher Good.

For some of you watching it once is enough, but others may benefit from watching it several times especially over the coming months.
There are a lot of activities that we would highly recommend for you to do, to help ease the stress and growing pains related to Ascension:
1) Eat high-vibrational food and drink nutritious beverages only. Keep your physical bodies hydrated and well-rested at all times.
2) Surround your home with Crystalline Energy, coming from actual crystals placed all around your home, and/or by connecting with the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas and Brazil (please read AA Metatron’s channeled message for more information).
3) Walk barefooted whilst communing with Nature and do grounding exercises often.
4) Meditate a minimum once a day; consider this a sacred time to help you be more receptive to your inner guidance, coming from the loving voice of your Higher Self.
5) Think positive thoughts and say only positive words to both yourself and others.
6) Whenever you feel extra-sensitive and extra vulnerable, please remember to surround yourself only with gentle, sensitive people. Avoid being around crowds as their combined vibrations can be too challenging to deal with, when you are least able to handle it.
7) Only do activities that bring you peace, joy and love. If your current activity/focus is not giving you any one of the above three feelings, then please change it immediately.
8) Listen to soothing, relaxing, meditation music often. Have showers/baths more often, as water is a very calming element (cleansing within and without).
9) Whenever you are experiencing a specific physical symptom, don’t forget to first check in with your inner guidance. Your feelings can help you decide if the condition is something that needs to be addressed immediately by a medical professional or, whether it is a temporary Ascension-related side effects.
10) Whenever you are feeling lost, anxious, depressed, or feeling as though you are walking this journey alone, please always reach out to Me, to your spirit team, or to any Ascended Master you have a close connection to, for advice, guidance and assistance.
We will always answer your call for help and stand ready to assist, in a way that empowers and supports your own Divine Higher Will for this incarnation.

They are only false in the sense that they do no reflect the truest of truths, but they are true in the sense that you can activate them, and humanity certainly has. You certainly have been playing with that idea that in order for one person to have power, others must be disempowered, have less freedom, or have no freedom.
But when you all recognize that the power you seek lies within you, and that everyone can be empowered by Source, by the truth of who they are, that is when you will begin to live life in the way that you have always wanted to live it. You will access your unlimited potential, all of your abilities, and you will do so without fear. You will do so with the knowing that you would never abuse your power, and you will also recognize that you cannot abuse your power when everyone else is accessing theirs.
So again, we are eager to see what that version of Earth looks like, and how humanity takes all of your genius and all of your compassion and couples those with the unlimited power that you are stepping into more and more every day. It’s going to be quite a show.
