We have been looking for ways to reach this particular group of individuals on your world, and we know that at times you will attempt to share something with one of them to bring them into the light, to help them awaken. But you are going to have a hard time convincing someone of something when they don’t really know what they believe in. So it is much more effective if you just hold space for those individuals. Send them love. Have compassion for them, and live your life without apologies.

Live your truth in every waking moment of every day, no matter what anyone else feels or thinks about your truth. The more of you who are out there shining your light and living your truth, the more of the human collective consciousness is going to get what you know. You can reach more people by tapping in to the collective consciousness then you can by trying to convince someone who doesn’t want to be convinced.

But know that those who are looking for something to believe in are always served by having those like you around. Your presence, and the knowing that you hold within you is enough to bring one or more people to the light.

We have begun the process of giving you the various upgrades that you’ve been asking for. We are working, of course, in concert with your guides to provide you with the unique upgrades that each of you has been asking for individually. Now, these upgrades are different than the universal ones that you sometimes receive. Those upgrades are given because of where you are on your evolutionary journey, and they are given to everyone.

The upgrades that we are referring to are the ones that you have personally requested, whether the request was for clairvoyance, the ability to channel, or to be able to heal others. We have been working with your guides and your higher selves because so many of you have been reaching out to us, specifically, and we have been able to convince your guides and higher selves at times that you are ready for some true growth and some new abilities that will help sustain you during the rest of the time that you have in the fourth dimension.

We are happy and eager to provide you with these upgrades while you are asleep, and it is important for all of you to know that once you have an upgrade, you will still need to learn how to use it. So just because you receive a clairvoyance upgrade, that doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to start accessing that gift without any focus on your part. Most of you will still need to sit and open your third eyes to see what you are receiving.

You will still need to master the use of the gifts you are given, and mostly you will need to trust that what you are receiving is in fact real and not just your imagination, your mind, or your ego. We have discovered the best way to get though to those of you who are asking for energy and information from us. We have been sending it to you through the energy that you receive when you are bathing. Whether you are taking a shower or a bath, you tend to relax in those moments, and the water is an excellent conductor of energy.

It is marvelous to witness how easily and beautifully you receive when in that state. And we are, of course, non-physical beings, and therefore you don’t have to worry about your privacy. We see you as energy. We don’t perceive your physical bodies, unless we are looking through the eyes of a human, and we only do that on rare occasions.

Now we want to speak a little bit more on the issue of water and hydration because it is a significant one. When you are immersed in water, when your body is surrounded by it, you are able to connect so much more to the feeling of being loved, because the water’s consciousness is recognizable to you. You are able to detect the love that you are receiving from that life-giving substance.

And so water and air contain consciousness and energy, but it’s more concentrated in the water, as the water is denser than the air. When you drink water, you also take in that love and that consciousness. You take in that beautiful energy that many of you recognize that you can infuse with an intention or a vibration, or both. And the more hydrated you are, the better conduits you are for high frequency energy.

So use this valuable substance for your benefit, and reconnect with the womb of creation that water most certainly is for all of humanity. And you will feel the effects of that simple act of getting in water and drinking more water immediately.

It takes a certain amount of sensitivity to awaken. You cannot just awaken in your mind. You must also awaken with your senses, your feelings, and sensitivity is a big part of the awakening process. If you do not know how you feel, how would you know when something is resonating with you? How would you be able to access the emotion of love? Your sensitivity is a strength, and it comes with a side effect. That side effect is that you also can feel more pain.

We are living in a dualistic universe where there are certain polarities, and you are beings that have been operating within a great deal of polarity. What that means is that you can go very far in either direction on a spectrum. The more pain you can feel, the more love. The more love you can feel, the more fear. And so, if you are afraid of feeling anything, then you are dumbing down your sensitivity to feel everything, and that simply is not going to work for those of you who are awakened.

That’s why you chose to be the sensitive ones before you incarnated. You chose to have deep feelings and big feelings, and some of you chose to ignore them for most of your lives, others chose to drown to alcohol, or numb them with drugs, but eventually, you came to this place where you are now. You are at a place where you can not only feel your emotions, but you also understand the strength and the power that you have access to because of them.

By accessing your emotions, you become better at offering vibrations, and when you become better at offering vibrations, you become better creators. And when you can sit with all feelings inside of you, and be at peace, at one with everything and everyone, then you will know that you have in fact become your higher self. And you will know in those moments that you have set foot in the fifth dimension.

We have begun to examine the effects of your pollution on your consciousness and your ability to raise your vibration, and our preliminary findings suggest that it does affect you more than you often think it does. You have a capacity to heal your bodies that goes underutilized by most of you. Most of you accept that your air, food, and water are polluted, and then when you get sick, you go to the doctor, and the doctor usually prescribes you more toxins.

The consciousness of the human being can of course rise above pollutants and toxins, but you make it much easier on yourselves to evolve and expand when you put yourselves in a place where the air is cleaner, the food is organic, and the water comes from a spring. Now, we understand that after hearing this, or reading this message, you are not all just going to pack up and move to another part of the world where there is less of this pollution.

But here is what you can do. You can pay more attention to what you put in your bodies. You can get away from the cities as often as you can, and do some conscious, deep breathing in the forest, or in the mountains, or by the beach. You can take the approach to your health and well-being that is more natural. You can see yourselves as being capable of healing from anything if you simply remove that which is toxic to you, and we include your toxic thoughts and emotions in that.

When you are feeling better, vibrationally, you are going to gravitate towards that which feels better physically. You are going to gravitate towards the foods, and the activities, and the places that best serve you and the expansion of your consciousness. Again, you can evolve and expand even under the conditions of a highly polluted city, with chemical-laden food and water, but why not make it easier on yourselves?

We are putting an emphasis at this time on your connecting with and to Mother Nature and planet Earth. We know that you live in a fast-paced world, high-tech, industrialized, and that you spend most of your time fairly separated from that which is natural, that which is pristine, and that which comes directly from the Earth. So now it takes a bit of effort to connect. You don’t need to connect with nature in the way that you used to in order to survive.

In fact, it usually follows that the more successful a person is, the less connected to nature they are. Sometimes, some of you reach a point where you realize this truth, and you go back to nature. It can, and often does, take a lot of time and money to get back to nature. So some of you have to be creative, especially those of you who live in big cities. You have to find parks and patches of grass to make that connection, which is crucial now to being in a high vibrational state.

You must look for your opportunities to connect with Mother Nature and with mother Earth, as they are both guiding you with the high vibrations that they give off. You have reached a point in your evolution where the higher your vibration gets, the more you need nature to feel balanced and to feel connected. And the truth is that the Earth doesn’t need you to connect with her, but she does appreciate it when you do. And a joyous Earth is an Earth that gives off even more of that high frequency vibration.

Earth will never reject you, no matter what you do. She will always be the embodiment of unconditional love in the physical realm. But you have to go looking, at times, for the opportunities to connect with her, and that is what we are encouraging you to do. That is going to bring you closer to the fifth dimensional experience you are looking for in your lives.

We have been exploring the new timelines that have become available to you since the recent energies of the eclipses and the Lionsgate Portal. The reason that these new timelines are now available to you is because of how well you have assimilated these high frequency energies. Now, in addition to opening up these new possibilities, you have also vibrated out of range of some less-than-ideal timelines.

And therefore, we welcome you all to take the opportunity to pat yourselves on the back and to take it easy. We have also noticed that some of you have taken on more ascension symptoms as a result of the energies that you have been downloading. But we also want you to recognize that when you are in the midst of ascension symptoms, it means you are doing some serious clearing. And that is a very good thing, because now that you have demonstrated your ability to handle the recent energies, you are of course going to receive more.

Those of us in the higher realms are always watching to see how well you are handling the energies that you are receiving. And when we see that you are doing quite well, we line you up for some more. This is how it’s going to be, because this is the journey that you signed up for. But not to worry, because these energies that are forthcoming are going to be much easier for you to handle. If you are experiencing ascension symptoms, then these are the types of energies that will fill in the gaps from what you have purged. And there is a lot of purging going on.

Now we know that there have been times on your planet when certain areas were visited openly by extra-terrestrial beings, and so you have certainly had more face-to-face physical contact and connection previously. But we are talking about the connections that you are making through your desire to connect and chat with other beings.

And more of you are able to receive and channel information than has ever been the case previously on planet Earth. So you can all feel very proud of yourselves for that statistic. You constantly reach out to beings in other dimensions and other star systems. And when you reach out, you are always heard and answered. But now more than ever we see you able to receive what beings like us are giving back to you.

Even if you are just receiving what we are sending on the energetic level, don’t downplay the importance of being able to receive on that energetic level, because it is a very positive and powerful first step to even more connection. And we see you all having a great deal of success with reading that energy. Even if you don’t know that’s what you’re doing in the moment, it is in fact a reading or a translating that you are engaged in.

You are receiving impulses. You are receiving our transmissions and translating them into thoughts, and sometimes you think those thoughts are your own. But many of you are onto us and realize that you have just received a download. We are very confident in your abilities to download even more, to receive from your friends in other dimensions and star systems. We are listening to your requests, and your prayers, and we want to assure all of you that we do everything that is in our power to help you. One thing we cannot do is purge your old beliefs from you, and we wish we could.

We see many of you operating under assumptions such as: the idea that you are destined to live a certain way. We also see you clinging to the ideas that you are meant to fulfill a contract, and then there are the times when we see you limiting yourselves by believing that something is blocking you, something that you can’t quite put your finger on.

We invite you to recognize how powerful you are. Even if you have attempted previously to create something and manifest it in your reality, we urge you to not give up. But instead, let yourselves receive more. Recognize that the creation part is done, and now you are in the fun part of manifestation. You get to receive it.

So, how do you go about receiving what you have already created? Well, for one thing, you have to set aside these beliefs. You need to deprogram yourselves. Let go of any thought that is limiting in nature. Don’t allow what has been in your life to dictate what you allow into your life now. The two are not related.

What you have been able to do previous to this moment has nothing to do with this moment, because now you are working with higher frequency energies. And now you are stepping into more of a role of the creator beings that you were born to be.

So our recommendation is to let go of those old beliefs, ideas, and expectations, and let in all of your beautiful creations. We can help with the delivery, but you still have to answer the door. You still have to step up to the same vibration that you were in when you created these beautiful experiences and aspects of life that you want to have.

We have noticed that you believe very strongly in taking action, and that many of the actions that you take are done in an almost zombie-like state. We see you going through the motions most of the time, but not really engaging with the actions that you take.

So most actions that we see you taking are meant to make you feel better about something or to just feel better, period. You take action not because you absolutely feel that you must, not because you are inspired and you cannot hold yourselves back, but rather you take actions because you feel they are necessary.

We want you to start acting less. We encourage you instead to see how long you can do nothing, because in doing nothing, you are more likely to become aware of what you are feeling. Now, when you become aware of what you are feeling, you can do something about it. You can raise your vibration.

There is a chance, of course, that for some of you doing nothing will lead to an inspired action. You will find yourself moving in a particular direction without even thinking about it. You will spring into action because something inside of you will be guiding you towards that particular action. We want you to realize that this is what you intended to do with the actions that you would take at this point in your journey.

You intended to act from a place of joy or enthusiasm, a place of excitement. You don’t need to prove yourselves through your actions. No one is keeping track of how much you got done, unless you are talking about someone that you work for, or perhaps someone in your life that you are trying to impress. But is that really where you want your actions to come from?

Or can you imagine a life where every action that you take is taken because you feel inspired to move in a certain direction? Take as much time as you need to receive that inspiration, and for as long as you can, sit and do nothing, and just see what happens.
