We are here to honor, empower and remind you of your awesome abilities. Our reminders touch your deepest remembrances. You are first and foremost a divine spark of consciousness which has manifested a physical body and form. It is your divine spark and aspect that we continue to trigger by our words and messages.

This 3 D reality is very engaging. It is easy for the physical consciousness to get distracted in the maintenance of your physical life and activities in this dense reality. We observe how easily you can drop into the field of limitation and unconsciousness. There is no judgment regarding this; it is just shared so that you will be more aware and will better understand the power of the energy field of this hologame.

As you know, the physical consciousness has basically been programmed to accept limitations in all its various forms. These limiting programs are built into your learning systems, your religions, even your sciences. So we are here once again to shake this up a bit.

Many things are occurring; there is an energy transmission offering a major shift that is supporting and triggering mass consciousness to awaken to their true power and understanding.

More and more individuals like yourself are beginning to truly understand who you are and how you are a key player in what is being anchored and revealed. When an energy transmission is offered from the galactic realms there is always a need to have receivers that will anchor this new vibration and information.

You are a receiver. Own it and make it your intention to claim this gift each and every day.

Say to yourself as often as you might need to, “I am a receiver of divine transmissions of information and awareness.” Just this statement will trigger your ability. Be aware and pay attention to inspirations and ideas that come to you. Notice when you feel a shift in energy, a rush, a tingle or some other body sensation that is letting you know you have just received an energy download.

You are a part of the wave of awake beings who are aware of the partnership between your physical consciousness and your divine consciousness. It is in this divine partnership that all transformation takes place in this dimension.

When this partnership between the physical self and the divine self is acknowledged and awakened you are powerful beyond measure.

In this awareness you begin to understand the gift of connecting with your heart’s intelligence. It is the human heart that generates the largest electromagnetic field produced by the human body. When you are aware of this gift, you can activate the heart in offering coherent frequencies of gratitude or appreciation. It is these vibrations that carry this encoded emotional information of well-being into the magnetic field of the collective.

It is also important to remember that you create your brainwaves with your every thought and every emotion. You are a vibrational being of energy. You are always interfacing with everything and everyone around you. You are always impacting everything and everyone around you.

You and your consciousness play this very important role in supporting and shifting events in your life and on this planet. We speak this as truth. You might not feel powerful; just realize that this feeling or belief is one of the limitations you have acquired along the way.

The next aspect that we would like to empower and awaken within you is the ability to communicate with your own physical body. Many people do not have the patience to practice this or the belief that this is possible. Realize that every part of your body has its own consciousness. Decide that you are going to expand your relationship with your body. Play with the idea. Imagine or even pretend in the beginning.

It is important that you give yourself time and perhaps a quiet place and approach this practice with compassion and patience. If you practice meditation in some form, this can be a good approach as well. Begin to engage your body and the consciousness of your cells in a mental conversation; offer your gratitude, express a desire to work together in harmony and cooperation.

If your physical body has an area of pain, imagine that your body can share with you what might be needed for the pain to dissipate. It simply might be the awareness of listening to what that area of the body might be holding energetically or emotionally. Perhaps you will feel like making a sound to express any pain or discomfort. Notice any pictures, memories, words, ideas, thoughts that occur as you are in this heartfelt conversation. They may be a key or an answer to your question. You can even sing or hum to your body in a loving manner.

Over time when you practice speaking kindly to your body and listening with compassion, you will begin to see and experience a more cohesive connection with your physical form. Every cell knows how to operate in perfect divine integrity. We assure you that wondrous results will blossom in this relationship. Your health and well-being will improve.

Spiritual adepts thousands of years ago as well as numerous scientists now are becoming aware of the possibility to reprogram your very DNA with light frequencies and/or sound/word vibrations. We realize that this idea might be a bit of stretch in this limited 3D reality. Let us assure you that it is possible to affect your DNA, your cells and your health when you shift your perspective on what you think is possible. Light and sound can and do influence the energy field of the body and the body’s healing process.

We are inviting you to expand and explore your consciousness to encompass awareness of the smallest cell of your physical body out to the vastness of the collective and even beyond to the very stars. Beloved lightworkers, you are the vanguard of the strengthening movements that ultimately will manifest that world.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. We have been asked if there is one particular aspect of life on Earth that lightworkers can focus on and speed the civilization’s evolution. For untold ages civilizations on the planet were devolving due to their inhumane treatment of each other and the animals. Therefore, that behavior’s opposite—love, kindness and respect for all life—must be the pathway to a civilization’s evolution.

And indeed it is, dear family. Light’s high vibrations that are opening minds and hearts are moving the society toward benevolence in all aspects of life there. It is true that progress is seriously lagging in some areas, and here a reader’s comment is pertinent: “I would like to know what souls at Matthew’s station say about our prison and judicial systems and how they are affecting planetary and personal ascension.” That imprisonment may be a karmic choice notwithstanding, one of your world’s great ills is its prisoner population.

We see what you do yourselves. In oppressive regimes, people deemed “political dissidents” are locked up with no legal recourse, deprived of basic necessities and often subjected to torture, and treatment of prisoners of war is much the same. People called “minorities” are given lengthy sentences for minor legal infractions and sent to prisons, often overcrowded, that provide little or no rehabilitation services; and some who are known to be innocent of the charges nevertheless are found guilty in flawed or corrupted judicial systems. If individuals who commit “white collar” crimes are convicted, these felons serve short periods in facilities that provide them with customary comforts and conveniences. Frequently persons who have mental health conditions are put in jails instead of medical centers where they can receive appropriate care.

As pervasive as that unjustness is, it has no effect on planetary ascension—Earth is steadily moving on course to her destination in fifth density.

Personal ascension differs profoundly. This is a matter of how closely one’s choices lifelong adhere to provisions of soul contracts, which are part of pre-birth agreements with all others who are sharing the lifetime. Putting every prisoner in the world into that context, the foremost consideration is: Is imprisonment part of an agreement?

If it is, the verdict, whether just or not, presents everyone with the growth experiencing they chose to complete third density karmic lessons themselves or assist others in the agreement to do so; if they follow their intuition to deal positively with life-changing new challenges, they attain the desired advancement. When just or unjust conviction is not part of an agreement, the same potential is available to the prisoner and all others whose lives are affected; however, prolonged bitterness, anger or confusion—emotions not uncommon in persons who encounter difficult situations outside of soul contract choices—may prevent their recognizing opportunities to leap forward in growth.

Other considerations that pertain to every prisoner also may or may not be contract provisions: the act that led to imprisonment; behavior toward other prisoners and the facility’s staff; how incarceration time is spent; and, if paroled, choices of activity, attitudes, and new or old circle of acquaintances. That latitude of possible reactions is in addition to all choices prior to imprisonment, and that is why the world’s prisoner population comprises persons whose ascension status is third, fourth, and in the case of volunteer souls from other civilizations, higher density.

Greed and corruption go hand in hand with the power to wield the threat of imprisonment over the multitudes, and what the society does about that and the future of the many millions who are imprisoned is a significant factor in the evolutionary pace of Earth’s civilization. Few people know what you do: Sending forth love-light energy to souls in prison camps and the leaders of those oppressive regimes will help end that tyranny. But it is widely known that reducing incidents of crime requires remedying conditions that often lead to them—despair due to poverty, easy access to street drugs and weapons, lack of education and guidance, menial or no employment, prejudice in its many forms.

Historically, reforms in those areas and others with major impact start in communities and branch outward and upward until there are national crime prevention programs, fairness in court trials and prison terms, educational resources and job training for prisoners and employment assistance upon release, and laws barring discrimination against ex-convicts and other “minority” populations. There is a need to eliminate privately-owned prisons, too. The more people convicted, the more profitable those prisons are, and that can—does—result in mutually beneficial financial arrangements between prison owners and cooperative judges.

We also see the encouraging progress that you do—some prison and judicial systems have instituted to some extent the aforementioned reforms, “white collar” criminals are being convicted more frequently than formerly, and the number of nations that have abolished the death penalty is growing. In response to rising vibrations, fair and equitable legal processes and sentencing, respectful treatment of all who are imprisoned, and the end of prison camps and cultural capital punishment will come incrementally. When Earth’s Golden Age is in full bloom, there will be no prisons anywhere in your world.

“Will a vegetarian or vegan diet help regenerate DNA?”  Yes, to a degree when the intention is to help end the plight of animals in factory farms, and we honor everyone who chooses those diets for that reason. However, it is the collective energy of a person’s overall attitudes, beliefs and deeds that determines the amount of light the body absorbs, and light is what transforms carbon cells into the crystalline wherein dormant DNA strands are reactivated.

“If the cells of a highly-evolved human were examined in a scientific lab today, would the change from carbon-based cells to crystalline-based be measurable? If so, what do scientists make of this ‘unexplained’ change in the human body?”  If there were an accurate measuring method, there would be a detectable difference in carbon and crystalline cell tissue, but your scientists wouldn’t know what causes it. Bodies with crystalline cells will become the “new normal” as individuals living on the planet continue evolving and evolved souls incarnate there, and the scientists among them will know how light affects cellular structure.

“What advice can you give regarding the implantation of etheric devices into us? Please can you explain who puts them there, why, what they are for and most importantly, how do we get rid of them?”  What you refer to as “etheric devices” most likely is DNA coding that keeps specific cellular memory intact so cumulative souls’ personages living in various civilizations retain knowledge of their Beginnings and ancestral heritage.

Now then, there are “physical” implants and some are designed for mind control, but in antiquity that was only a ruse to create fear. When puppets of the dark forces deactivated DNA strands in nascent civilizations to weaken them in all aspects of being, they told the peoples that they had been implanted with a non-removable substance that not only would control their minds, but would be inherited by all generations of their descendants. How better to create fear, whose low vibrations feed and refuel dark ones, thereby assuring their survival?

As civilizations evolved, that implantation claim was forgotten, and eons later in linear time, dark ones on Earth conducted an actual mind-control program. They conditioned captive individuals through severe physical, mental and emotional maltreatment, then implanted programmed devices that when “triggered” caused the individuals to carry out assigned tasks. Men were programmed to engage in random shootings, then kill themselves; women’s programming was to relay confidential information to specified persons and perform required sex acts, then forget the entire experience.

However, long before that program developed, mass mind control was successfully managed by religious dogma and schooling that kept the peoples ignorant of everything the dark ones did not want known. They promoted concepts that also served them well: Killing “the enemy” is patriotism and proves love of country; whatever “authorities” do is in your best interests; violence in arenas and coliseums, and millennia later in films and games, is for your entertainment. And, whenever one of the myriad dark activities did come to light, the controlled mainstream media called it conspiracy theory, the label that dooms truthful information’s credibility.

As intensifying light exposed more and more darkness, mind control became less and less effective. The dark ones abandoned their program of conditioning individuals to act upon strategic triggers, but they couldn’t stop people from questioning “authorities” in governments, religions, the media and economic, corporate, healthcare, sports, entertainment, legal and judicial sectors. They cannot stop the peoples from freeing their world of dark control, and that, dear ones, is undergirding Earth civilization’s evolution.

“Are all billionaires and multimillionaires Illuminati? Will ‘reval’ take away their money and distribute it to the rest of the population?”  No, not all of the world’s wealthiest individuals are Illuminati, and it is only the Illuminati’s illegally or immorally amassed fortunes that will be retrieved and used to end impoverishment throughout the world.

The purpose of “reval,” currency revaluation, is to institute a global economic system based on precious metals. That was the basis of the dollar before the Illuminati set up a system whereby they could control the world’s supply of gold as well as profit handsomely by currency trading, taking over countries’ national resources, and manipulating stock markets, all of which widened the disparity between the world’s “haves” and “have nots.” Eventually Earth’s peoples will learn what evolved civilizations have long known: The exchange of goods for services and helping every person on the planet thrive enables the entire populace to live prosperously and harmoniously in a peaceful world.

“Matthew and other messengers from the light have said the Illuminati wanted to establish a world government but lost the power to do that. Recently I read an article about a unified global government that sounds like the Illuminati plan. Please ask Matthew about this.”  Without knowing what the article stated about a unified global government, we can only speak about what we do know. New World Order and One World Government are two designations for the authoritarian rule the Illuminati planned to implement after they eliminated most of the world’s population through wars, pandemics, toxic pollutants and starvation. They intended to let enough people survive to grow and prepare their food, provide medical care and education, clean homes and public buildings, provide transportation, utilities, clothing, construction, landscaping, repairs—in short, a population of servants that would supply whatever the Illuminati wanted.

There is a world of difference between that plan and what is in Earth’s future. The best aspects of your current governing philosophies will be integrated into one that will serve all peoples worldwide, with universal laws and the honoring of Nature as the basis and individuals internationally respected for wisdom, prudence and moral integrity chosen as leaders. This form of governance, which in linear time is in discussion and planning stages, is flourishing in the continuum and the joy-filled populace is thriving. Advanced spiritual and conscious awareness replaces manmade religious dogma and unjust laws; oppression and warring are history, so are castes and other superficial forms of divisiveness; and all of humankind shares in Earth’s abundance.

Beloved lightworkers, you are the vanguard of the strengthening movements that ultimately will manifest that world. Never are you alone in this service to Earth’s people—the unconditional love of God and all other light beings throughout this universe is supporting you every step of the way.

What you really want to do is enjoy the time in between the asking and the receiving, and that is why we are always telling you to go out and play. Have fun. Enjoy the world that is right now available to you as best you can. And then you will have something that you can point to when others ask, ‘How did you do it?’ You can point to all of the fun you were having along the way.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We have begun to explore the different ways in which you all have of reaching out for help. We have been examining the different methods of what you have traditionally referred to as prayer. Prayer is the asking of a benevolent being that the one doing the praying believes is outside of them, and the asking is usually for something good to happen in their lives. Of course, we see all of you praying for each other and for the entire collective, or we see you praying for those who are suffering, having bombs dropped on them, starving, or in the midst of some other type of turmoil or natural disaster.

We see you praying for the animals and the planet, and of course, we hear those prayers as well. We receive those requests, because we and all non-physical beings are paying attention to what is going on there on planet Earth, and we are happy to say that we can feel more of a vibrational alignment between what you are asking for and what you believe you can receive. You see, it’s not about praying to the right god, or asking in the right way. We see many of you being very particular about the language that you use, as if there are magic words and phrases. It really doesn’t work like that.

You ask even when you are not consciously asking. You ask even when there is no thought associated with the ask, but then you need to believe that it is possible for you to receive what you want, and that is usually when your mind gets working on the problem. Your mind tries to figure out all the different ways it could happen for you, this thing that you want to have happen. But that’s where you need to let go. You need to let go of specifics like how, who, when, where, and there needs to be more of an emphasis on holding the vibration of what you have just asked for.

So you don’t want to feel like you are very far from that which you desire. Some people say that you should set smaller, more achievable goals, and that’s why they say that. But you can go right around your beliefs, and you can go right to the vibration of what you have asked for, and just know that beings like us live for opportunities to grant you whatever it is you are praying for. We can deliver the energy that will co-create that desire with you, but you have to receive it. And that is why it is important to stop asking at times and stop trying long enough so that you can let in all that has already been given to you.

You need to have more attention on the receiving and less worry about getting the wording exactly right in your asking. And we have been pounding this point home for quite some time. Those of you who have been receiving these transmissions know that we often tell you to relax and receive, but we also want to point out that you don’t even have to ask, because what it is that you desire is already known.

What you really want to do is enjoy the time in between the asking and the receiving, and that is why we are always telling you to go out and play. Have fun. Whine or Create?

Dear Ones,

Many of you complain to the Universes that the 5D or beyond skills we promised you are not coming to fruition, that we or you made a mistake.

Even though such is not so, that is what you wish to believe. For without that belief, you will need to expose yourself to the masses. Something you have avoided for numerous 3D lives.

For when you were still enmeshed in other frequencies and dimensions and yet of the earth, you attempted to expose your inner-powers with unpleasant results. The physical punishments you endured are rattling throughout your earth memories encouraging you to not try again.

So despite having skills that could alter your current life in minutes, you elect to utilize your 3D skills.

Those who care for infants or others who cannot care for themselves will shift in time as those caretaking responsibilities change or you move to another phase. You are in a brief holding pattern.

Today, we address those afraid to move beyond their 3D world despite 5D or beyond skills. You fall within this grouping if you feel guilty, sad, or angry reading that last statement. For you remain fearful of exposure even though you have adjusted your being for eons to do so during this earth life.

You are the 5D beings complaining about how difficult your life is and that if only this or that happened, you could fulfill your role. Much as you did lifetime after lifetime in 3D. Blaming anyone but yourself for your seeming failures or anger.

Blaming others is a 3D response that is playing out dramatically now. For just as outer-directed power is failing, so is the ability to blame others. As one of your 60s and 70s earth comedians proclaimed over and over in jest, “The devil made me do it.”

If you crossed the 5D Rubicon – and you did – to create what you want when you want it – and you can – how can you blame anyone for your life? Yet, throughout 3D earth society, blame is attached to everything from the stars, to neighbors, political leaders, the times, the media, and on and on.

You perhaps think that others not yet of 5D or beyond continue to be enmeshed in 3D beliefs, actions, and blame. Such is true. But you are not among that group. So there is no reason for you to fall into the blame game – even of yourself. For your new standard, your new direction is of acceptance and love.

Such does not mean you must commiserate with those who remain of 3D or even attempt to understand their need for blame and shame. For you are no longer of 3D in any form including blaming others for your life. You are free.  A freedom that carries responsibility for yourself and your feelings.

You cannot believe life is acting upon you and yet be of 5D. If you have responsibilities you feel are cumbersome, how are you changing your approach to those responsibilities or the responsibilities? You have the skills to do what you need to shift your life from fear and blame to selfhood.

But to do so, you must claim your being in all its glory. No more do you need to complain or whine that your life is not as wonderful as you would like. No more can you blame others for your discomfort without some sort of uncomfortable result attached to that blame. And no more can you expect someone to rescue you for you do not need rescuing.

Such is why we of the Universes no longer whisper in your ear to do this or that to fulfill your dreams for you are more skilled than are we because you are of the earth during this transition – something we have not experienced.

Of course, we follow you and provide you with comfort, but we no longer have the ability to direct you as we did when you were of 3D.

Think of us as your earth great-grandparents and you as a middle-aged adult with adult children. There is little we, as earth great-grandparents, can offer you other than love and ongoing support. For your world is very different from what we experienced decades earlier.

You are the ones forging ahead in a new world with a new being.

You are creating a new earth with new directions and new beings. Something many of you forget in your attempts to marry 3D, 5D and beyond.

The one piece that cannot be shifted or even negotiated is that you are responsible for you – not any guru, family member, community leader, politician, or governmental body.

Who are you? Not who you should be or who others think you are, but who are you? The you responsible for your actions and reactions. The you responsible for your growth and evolution.

Do you wish to remain of 3D fear? If so, continue to blame others and whine about your life. Do you wish to claim your 5D and beyond being? If so, proclaim yourself free of others’ actions, reactions, shoulds, and have tos.

If something in your life is not right, change your actions, perceptions, needs, or direction. This is your time of finding joy.

Joy cannot be found through or by others for it is your joy.

Some of you whine (and whine is the correct word) that you are so enmeshed in a group, family, or other activity that you cannot release yourself. Ah, and so it is you refuse your creation skillset.

You are a creator of the first degree. Not only of multiple frequencies and dimensions but of new earth in a new being. You have prepared for eons. It is time for you to fully accept your power despite your fears, angst, and your 3D need to blame anyone but yourself for your life.

You are a magnificent creator being. It is time to accept and explore that part of your being – something you cannot do until you accept yourself and your power. So be it. Amen.

Everything vibrates – everything. If you want to draw something into your life all you need to do is match its vibration. If you want more love, be loving. If you want to attract prosperity, entertain thoughts and feelings of being prosperous. If you want better health, feel yourself being healthy.

Most people who want to improve their quality of life do so by trial and error until they find the right formula. The majority of people on the planet are not even aware that they have a choice; they don’t know that they can take control of their life and make constructive changes simply by consciously aligning with universal laws.

The Law Of Vibration

This an immutable law. It’s immutable because we can’t change or influence it. However, knowing how it works allows us to use it to our advantage and for the highest good.

At its core everything is pure energy, and everything vibrates;that includes the whole kit and caboodle (as they say), both animate and inanimate objects including, but not limited to, colors, sounds, words, etcetera. As above so below. The cosmos vibrates, the planets in our solar system vibrate, our thoughts vibrate, and we vibrate.

Our individual energy signature (vibration) is established as a result of our thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs.And those will be a high vibration or a low vibration depending on how we feel in the moment. Our vibrations establish a resonance with anything else that has the same frequency. If you want to know the nature of the vibration you’re sending to the universe, notice how you feel. If you feel good, happy, joyful, etcetera, you’re emitting a positive vibration. On the other hand, if you’re feeling sad, depressed, fearful, or negative in some way you’re emitting a low vibration.

Another way to determine the quality of your vibration is to look at the quality of your relationships and circumstances. The quality of your life is a direct result of the quality of your energy signature.

Our vibration affects everything around us including other people, animals, plants, even inanimate objects (inanimate objects are pure energy as well). We, in turn, are affected by the vibration of our environment and what or who is in it as well. It’s an exchange of energy. That is why it’s important that the people we spend most of our time with are supportive and positive thinkers and our living space feels good as well.

You may have had a feeling about a person or place that didn’t feel good or conversely felt great because you were tuned into the vibration of that person or place.

Practical Practices to Align with The Law of Vibration

It’s good to know how the Law of Vibration works because this knowledge makes us aware that all we need to do is maintain the vibration of that which we want to be, do or have in life! I know that’s easier said than done. However, the more we become mindful of our thoughts and feelings, the easier it is to maintain positive life-affirming thoughts which affect our vibration and our life in a positive manner.

You’ve probably heard the phrase “Like attracts like.” That saying refers to the vibration of the person. This is known at the Law of Attraction. For example, if a person has a negative attitude, they are going to draw negative people and unpleasant circumstances into their life. On the other hand, if an individual has a positive outlook on life, they are going to attract positive individuals and circumstances.

Everything vibrates – everything. If you want to draw something into your life all you need to do is match its vibration. If you want more love, be loving. If you want to attract prosperity, entertain thoughts and feelings of being prosperous. If you want better health, feel yourself being healthy.

Since everything vibrates, our thoughts are included. Our thoughts, feelings and emotions carry a specific vibration. The frequency we are vibrating at sends a signal which is returned to us in kind via The Law of Resonance and The Law of Attraction. Like attracts like. Our current circumstances are the result of our previous thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs.

You may be thinking, okay, fine, so how do I change my thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs?

First off, it takes work and commitment. After harboring the same or similar thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs for many years they are not going to change in an instant. However, the more consistently you practice the easier it becomes.

There are a few ways that have been proven to effectively make change: mindfulness, hypnosis, and self-hypnosis are the ones I prefer. These approaches seem to help more people to make the appropriate changes faster and easier. They sure have for me!

It’s imperative that we maintain a high frequency (vibration) throughout our day rather than just once in a while.

In every second of every day you are guided by the power that creates universes.With every breath you receive a unique impulse from the Source guiding you towards your hearts truest desires upon the most loving and joyful path.

In much the same way as the nervous system conveys messages from each every cell in the body to the brain and then carries back its instructions to every cell, there is a vibrational system of communication in the universe that guides each of you to a more loving and harmonious interaction with life.

Your energy field is your transmitter and your receiver. Your loving thoughts and desires are a strong beacon. Your fearful desires are a much weaker signal. Your anger is a loud signal that often pushes away the subject of your anger. Your kindness is a smooth and glorious ripple that moves in ever-expanding circles. Your joy bubbles through creation touching all willing to receive it. Your jealousy is an energy that pulls your field tightly around you blocking signals of creation.

Though all of these energies go out to the universe, the Creator responds with guidance only to your loving energies. Your anger, your fear, your jealousy, your greed remain unanswered signals, except by other human beings.

That does not mean you are ignored in your pain and negativity – far from it.Instead the Source and the angels respond to the loving energies that are simply misdirected through your negativity.

Beneath even the negative signals, we and the Source hear and respond to your cry for love.

  • When you are raging mad, we see your desire for love.
  • When you are sad, we see your desire for comfort.
  • When you are jealous we see your desire to create.

We respond by attempting love you, comfort you, and guide you to know yourself as a powerful creator.

Humanity and the material world will vibrationally dance with your negativity, but we do not. We only dance with your love, no matter how subtle or buried it might be.

Your guidance comes in simple intuitive impulses– a feeling to go do something now, or call someone. It might come in the form of a thought that pops in your head– a good idea, a phrase, or a voice. It might come in a knowing – a sense that something is just right for you.Guidance is neutral, loving, and typically comes “out of the blue” when you are in a peaceful state of mind. Many of you receive your guidance while you are driving, showering, or doing something you enjoy that relaxes the mind.

If you miss your guidance, it will come again, and again, and againuntil you are able to acknowledge, and either act upon it or request alternate guidance. We never force you to listen. We simply offer ideas. If you don’t like them, we offer new ones. Our love is unconditional.

Even if you never expressed a single desire upon the earth you would still be guided to the most loving life possible.

While humanity and the material world might mirror your negativity back to you, we mirror to you only your beauty, your brilliance, your truth, your love, your kindness, you desire to express, experience, and create! Focus on those things and you will notice us guiding you in glorious fashion! But is it good for you to know that we exist and that so many other beings exist who are working in your favor, who are supporting you, loving you, sending you energy, activations, and downloads? Yes! It is absolutely to your benefit to know about all of us, but also to feel for all of us. In order to feel for us, you have to raise your vibration. When you start to focus upon them, you lower your vibration. Even if you are just curious about them, even if you just find all of it to be very interesting, it still doesn’t serve you to put your focus there. And it certainly doesn’t serve you to focus on defeating them.

And if you think that your lives will only get better when they are removed from positions of power, then you are disempowering yourselves. Open yourselves up to the higher frequency beings like ourselves who are here in service and here to help, and you will empower yourselves tremendously. The shift from petrochemical dependency to a sustainable model of hemp production is not only going to help remove the world’s dependency on big oil, but it is a necessity if we are going to maintain a healthy planet.

After hemp was legalized nationwide in December, the mainstream media is now forced to report on its benefits, including how it can directly compete with big oil.

Because government is the antithesis to freedom, industrial hemp has been banned nationwide since 1937 ostensibly due to the plant’s similarities to marijuana. Many have speculated that this move was also due to the fact that cannabis is in direct competition with the pharmaceutical industry by providing far safer alternative treatments as well as directly competing with the petrochemical industry.

However, all this changed in December after President Donald Trump signed the Agriculture Improvement act of 2018, legalizing industrial hemp on a national scale.

Despite this move, law enforcement across the country continue to go after entirely legal businesses for selling this THC-free version of the cannabis plant. However, they are quickly being exposed for the tyrants that they are. Even the mainstream media—who have long suppressed and ignored the benefits of the hemp plant—are now forced to cover its benefits.

In an article out of Forbes this week, titled, “Industrial Hemp Is The Answer To Petrochemical Dependency,” the case is made for an environmentally friendly solution to the monopoly the petrochemical industry has had over fuel and plastics.

As Forbes reports, “our dependency on petrochemicals has proven hard to overcome, largely because these materials are as versatile as they are volatile. From fuel to plastics to textiles to paper to packaging to construction materials to cleaning supplies, petroleum-based products are critical to our industrial infrastructure and way of life.”

But all this is now changing. Thanks to the many states who chose to disobey hemp prohibition, the federal government was forced to legalize it nationally.

As Forbes points out:

The crop can be used to make everything from biodegradable plastic to construction materials like flooring, siding, drywall and insulation to paper to clothing to soap to biofuels made from hemp seeds and stalks. Porsche is even using hemp-based material in the body of its 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport track car to reduce the weight while maintaining rigidity and safety.

The shift from petrochemical dependency to a sustainable model of hemp production is not only going to help remove the world’s dependency on big oil, but it is an necessity if we are going to maintain a healthy planet.

Right now, one garbage truck of plastic is being dumped into the ocean every minute.

This disturbing reality is underscored by the recent discovery of another giant patch of plastic—bigger than Mexico—floating in the South Pacific Sea. It was discovered by Captain Charles Moore, who found the North Pacific Garbage Patch in 1997.

One million seabirds die each year from ingesting plastic, and up to 90 percent have plastic in their guts. Microplastic (resulting from the breakdown of larger pieces by sunlight and waves) and microbeads (used in body washes and facial cleansers) are the ocean’s smog. They absorb toxins in the water and enter the food chain, from the smallest plankton to the largest whales, as well as humans.

Lawmakers unable to see past the act of scribbling on legal paper to solve problems have been suppressing the ability of humankind to free themselves from this problem with free market solutions like hemp. Instead of pushing to legalize hemp and help to cultivate infrastructure that would boost its production, states like California moved to make straws illegal. Nice work Cali.

Plastic in the ocean is a very real danger to the environment and all life on the planet. But, are waiters and straws responsible? Should they be thrown in jail for offering a customer a straw with their iced tea?

No, and anyone who supports such tyranny does more to hinder the progress of humanity than any waiter giving a customer a staw ever would. In fact, government created the plastics problem in the first place by banning hemp.

There are solutions—outside of the police state.

Hemp, one of the most useful plants on the planet, has thousands of applications, including making plastic that is biodegradable and non-toxic.

Fuel is an option as well. In fact, the first cars were initially built to run on ethanol, or alcohol, which could also be derived from hemp. Henry Ford even famously designed a car model that ran on hemp fuel and was partially built with hemp as well.

Because of government however, alcohol and cannabis prohibition made it impossible for these types of engines to be on the market, so the industry turned to gas and oil, which has had devastating consequences for the environment in just the last century.

Now, it appears that this paradigm is shifting. It will, however, take some time.

As Forbes notes, because prohibition has been in place for so long, the infrastructure needed to make a revolutionary change to the market is simply not there yet.

This infrastructural vacuum has created challenges around everything from seed genetics to planting to irrigation to harvesting to processing to pricing to distribution.

While the trends favor hemp, they are unlikely to allow industrial hemp to outproduce or outcompete petrochemical products any time soon. Nevertheless, the growing understanding of, interest in and infrastructure for hemp will certainly allow it to have a permanent place in our economy, one that will contribute to a greener, healthier world.

And just like that, we see how less laws—not more—pave the way for sustainable innovation and environmental efficiency.

Good day children, this is your Mother God speaking. I enwrap you in my golden arms of love, of light. Breathe me in, children and be encouraged, be transformed by the newness of the day and be infused with hope.

For hope is here, children, and you are it. Truly the dawning of the new era is being well established. You who are on the ground have a different perspective than we, the COH, do, but that is as it should be and that is why you are so vitally important! We need your perspective, your experience, as an integral part of this puzzle piece, and you are doing marvelously. Yes you are tired, yes your bodies are being stretched to new points and new modes of operation, but rather than think of all of the discomforts you have right now, think instead of a good old fashioned morning stretch. This usually accompanies a deep fulfilling yawn, does it not? A breath. Breathe me in and let me lend my mettle into stretching your bodies yet even more. Your precious bodies are coming along for this ride of I would say the century, but it is much more than that. No, this is the experience that you have been chomping at the bit for eons to experience, and it is quite a new experience to be had.

These energies are more likely to co-create with you when you are sitting or lying down comfortably and offering a vibration that comes somewhere close to their neighborhood.

This is not even about positive thinking. This is more about letting go of limited thinking, limited beliefs, and embracing the power of this time that you are in. And of course, we also want to see you embracing the power within you as a Source Energy Creator Being. And there is no need for any of you to prove yourselves to anyone or anything outside of you at this point. You’re all done that before. It’s been done to death, and it’s time for a new way of co-creating your reality.

You are doing the best that you can under the circumstances that you were born into in this lifetime. Recognize that you are affected by the vibrations that are around you. And so, the next time that you decide that you are going to be critical of yourself, remember that you have been influenced by your environment. And also, recognize that the Earth experience has been a very harsh environment, for not only this lifetime, but for almost every other one leading up to it.

You have had times in your history where things have been easier on you as a collective, and then you have had times like these. And so, you can go easy on yourself when you acknowledge how challenging the lower frequency energies have been and how much they have influenced you into certain states of being. And also realize that a lot of the emotions you feel are coming up because of past life experiences that were traumatic to you and for you.

Therefore, we are inviting you to let yourself off the hook here. Now, we are often telling you about the higher frequency energies that are coming in, and we want you to pay more attention to them so that you benefit more from what you are receiving from the higher realms. Those high frequency energies also have an effect on you that is positive, but they also stir up that which is of a lower frequency and still needs to be purged.

So you haven’t chosen an easy path for yourselves, but you did choose a very rewarding one. You did choose a path where all of this purging will lead you to feeling shiny and new. The biggest part of your journey here is the emotional one. When you move from feeling despair to embracing your power, that is a very big move, and there are lots of steps along the way that you have to go through. Now, you may have been taught by other spiritual teachers that you can jump from one state of being right to another, and that certainly is the fifth dimensional way.

It is what you are moving towards as you ascend, but as of now, you are still moving through these emotional journeys step by step. And these journeys can seem like they take an eternity to complete. But you will complete them in this lifetime. They will be a part of your ascension journey as well, and as we said, the higher frequency energies keep coming. And you make yourselves more available to them every time you do some of that purging of the lower frequency energies that you have picked up in this lifetime and brought with you from other lifetimes.

Those of you who are awake and receiving this transmission are not waiting for someone or something to come and save you from all of this. We can see and feel that you are up to the challenge, and that is why we are speaking directly to you in this way. We know that you can handle it, and we know that you have already seen the benefits of taking these emotional journeys, and we are very proud of all of you.

Allow yourself to be and you will discover how – for your laughter and joy will create what you need when you need it. Not because you have to eat, but because you have to live. And the only way you can now live is in joy.

Dear Ones,

It is the springtime of your soul and you do not wish to “have to” do anything other than watch flowers and trees bloom.

So it is you find yourself irritated with those who attempt to have you conform to their idea of what is right for you.

Those of you reading this message in the southern hemisphere are even more confused with your need to play, to be, despite many activities requiring your services.

Playing in the dirt planting flowers is likely labeled fun now. While working in a stuffy office feels uncalled for or unpleasant. You feel as you did as a child when you were ill watching your friends play in the sunshine as you lay on your bed pining for your release.

Playtime is now your focus Even when you vacation, you will discover you have different interests than was true just months ago. You will likely not have a need for deep conversations or indoor activities. Instead, you will pine for the outdoors, for the freedom to run in the green grass and sunshine.

Of course, you laugh at our comments for you are a dedicated, self-motivated earth adult who always attends to your responsibilities despite any longings to run or play.

Such was who you were, but you will soon discover, if you have not already, that responsibilities do not seem fun or achieve the attention they once did.

Those of you responsible for young children or surrounded by adults not yet enamored of the freedom to play that you are now feeling will question your actions and words.

And do not be surprised if you find yourself pouting if your outside or fun activities are curtailed.

You no longer feel like the mature adult you forced yourself to be despite your misgivings along the way. Who wishes to earn a certain livelihood so others and you can be cared for, housed, and fed? Why is it your responsibility to care for others? When and why did those tight parameters of shoulds and have tos become you?

So it is you question your daily routines. Not because they are terrible, but because they are no longer you. You have become more childlike, more ready to laugh and play. And less interested in required tasks that are no longer fun.

What will happen to you and your family? What will happen to your society if you and others drop out? What indeed, for doing so will require you, and others like you, to create new worlds, directions, and playtimes.

Perhaps such a thought is horrifying for you were trained throughout your life to persevere, to be responsible.

Some of you attempted a playtime life in the 60s and 70s only to redirect your energies to what and who others thought you should be. Others of you never allowed yourself to play, even as a child. For you dedicated your efforts to who you were supposed to be, instead of who you are.

So it is your child-centered life has returned with the added elements of understanding your world differently and likely, better.

As a child, most of you assumed you would be fed and cared for in a timely fashion. As you matured, you realized that your mantle, your role was to feed and care for those younger than you. So it went earth generation after generation.

Those few adults who allowed themselves to play, dream, and imagine instead of working as they were expected to, were labeled an oddity. Of course, there were actors and other beings who allowed themselves to play roles in a child-like fashion, but even they adhered to the need to be better or wealthier than others. Establishing competitions within fields of study and work, neighborhoods, families, and relationships. Unlike children too young to do anything but play until they no longer wish to play.

Granted, competition may be the result of who has the sand pail, but all in all, most young children do not care about much more than having fun until something is no longer fun.

So it is for you now.

Competition is valid when you believe there is a limitation of anything. But if you can create whatever you wish, and you can, there is no need for competition, just the need to play with your skills to learn new ways to interact with new playmates.

Many of those you once interacted with, are not yet be able to play without competition or needs. So it is you are beginning to define new you in new ways.

The obvious question is whether those you elect to play with will honor new you or will you seem so “odd” that most will refuse to interact with you? A question that cannot be answered until you allow yourself to be. For this thought of fully becoming you in play and fun, is so radical that those of you reading this message are likely frightened.

Do you not understand how far you have shifted from your original intent prior to entering the earth in this lifetime and other lifetimes? For accepting the earth assignment you are excited about, means you might be ostracized by those you love. Not because you are cruel or acting abnormal, but because you dare to claim your being in the sunshine and play.

Actions many of you started but were afraid to follow-through decades ago. So you turned to drugs to understand your feelings and then to the dictates of previous generations. Fun was no longer about laughing in the sunshine, but instead making the most money or having the right kind of friends or the best job, etc. All outer-directed activities that have little to do with your inner sunshine.

Which returns us to the question of how do you live in fun and laughter when most are competitively focussed?

Allow yourself to be and you will discover how – for your laughter and joy will create what you need when you need it. Not because you have to eat, but because you have to live. And the only way you can now live is in joy. So be it. Amen.

Now is the time for those who believe to let go of fear and reach their hand forward to be held and led by the Angels of Light.

When you resolve to let go of fear, an amazing energy is set into motion. It is as though hands of Angels join together in circles of light around you, keeping you protected and nurtured. When you walk, you are carried by these Angels “lest you strike your foot against a stone,” as is said in Psalm 91.

Sometimes letting go of fear can feel as though you are walking off a cliff. However, it is often necessary to take this large step in order to make the greatest progress in your life. When your intention is to serve the Highest Good in all you do, and when you have the willingness to move through your fear of the unknown, this step off a cliff will be into the arms of these magnificent beings of light. Angels will assist you to fly to the heights of grandeur and to the depths of peace.

The saying “there is nothing to fear but fear itself” is true. Fear can play in your imagination until you are immobilized. From this place you can easily sink into the pits of despair. It will feel as though you are not moving toward your destiny, and that is the most fear-filled place of all. This fear will play upon your issues of worthiness, because in your heart you want most of all to add value to the world.

Know truly that you were created to be happy. Feeling joy is one of the greatest tasks you have in your life. You are here to do great things, and this can be as simple as loving others and bringing more peace and joy to the world. When you have joy as your intention, you will be shown what you need to do in order to manifest it.

Practice

Take some time to sit quietly and breathe in a balanced way. Imagine that you are standing on a mountaintop. It is the highest peak around you. It is so high that eagles are flying below where you are standing. There is a magnificent sunrise lighting up the sky and surrounding your body with golden light.

From this pinnacle of light, you offer yourself to serve God in the world and you ask for courage to do whatever it takes. You call on the Angels for assistance to be all you can be. At this moment you hear the sound of wings and you notice the light becoming even brighter. You are surrounded by Angels and you feel your fear melting with their love. They are holding out their hands to you. Because it is such a reach to touch them, it is difficult to keep your footing. In order to touch the hands of the Angels, you know you are going to have to take a step off the cliff. You feel all the old fears beginning to surface again. This time, you will not give in to fear. Your conviction to have love and joy in your life and to serve in the world is greater than the fear.

You take a deep breath, and look into the eyes of the Angels surrounding you. You see a hand of light reaching toward you and a beaming presence of love smiling at you. The Angels are saying they believe in you, they love you, and they know you can have whatever you want to experience. In this moment, you know that the safety of that which is familiar cannot bring you the joy and the power of love you are feeling from the Angels. Looking at the hands being offered, you let the love you are feeling in your heart uplift you, and you reach your own hands toward the Angels of Light. You take the first step.

In this moment of free fall, your heart begins to pound. But it is only an instant before arms hold you and you feel yourself being transported into the light. The Angels are taking you with them. Let yourself imagine what it would be like to fly with the Angels. Feel the warmth of the sun, the wind in your hair and let yourself be held and led where they will take you. Know in your heart it is to your greatest good. Allow yourself to fly with the Angels. Feel the freedom that is there for you and let Divine love fill your heart.

Take a look at where you are held back by fear, and see the darkness there. Are you willing to have it be different now? There is help for you. Angelic assistance is available. This simple visualization exercise can have miraculous results. It is your choice to take the first step by being willing to have a miracle change your life.

It is time for you to decide. Do you want to serve God and let the Angels help you fly? Are you willing to have miracles and joy fill your life? Do you believe miracles are possible and Angels exist? If your answer is yes — know that…

The crazy world you see around you is not as crazy as it may at first appear, because enormous changes, changes that were decided upon at the moment of your apparent separation from Source, are coming into effect, one after another with great rapidity.

These changes are a major aspect of humanity’s awakening process, and are indications of the enormous progress humanity has made, and is continuing to make in its spiritual evolution.

The craziness has always been present, but because of the choice to be unaware of your true nature – at One with Source – you have been mostly unaware of it. There has always been conflict, suffering, dishonesty, betrayal, and corruption in the human arena, but what is happening now is that it is no longer possible for it to remain hidden.

Modern technology has of course made it possible for all that is not in alignment with Love to increase in magnitude and greatly expand its field of influence. However, it has also made it possible for many more people everywhere to become aware of what is happening, and has been happening for eons, through modern communications systems.

It is now impossible for corrupt or deceitful practices to remain hidden or secret, and they are increasingly being uncovered and brought to the attention of all. This truly is reason to celebrate!

What is seen can be changed. And that is happening all across the world as dictators and their cronies step down or are removed from power, while in so-called democracies the people are rising up and most vociferously demanding change. And change is happening! Do not be upset or depressed by the news of intense suffering, because none of it is new, it is just much more present in your awareness.

Instead, if you can assist physically in relieving it by financial donations, or by visiting areas where assistance is desperately required and by offering your services, then do so. If not, do not judge yourselves as inadequate, thus allowing yourselves to be discouraged by your apparent inability to offer any meaningful assistance to those in desperate need.

Remember that you are all, every single human being without exception, divine beings having a physical experience in form for a reason that is spiritual. You all chose to be incarnate at this point in Earth history in order to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and every single one one of you has a task to fulfill, and which you will fulfill – in fact you are fulfilling it right now in this present moment just by being.

Let go of your doubts, of any sense of worthlessness or inadequacy, because that is just your egos denying that you have a purpose, in a despairing attempt to persuade you not to play your parts in the awakening process, by trying to convince you that either there is no awakening process, that there is only the physical world that you are experiencing as human beings, or that you do not have the necessary skills or abilities, and therefore what you can do or offer is not important or sensational enough!  

Your egos have an intense need to be seen and honored, and this arises from your sense of separation and abandonment which occurs as a result of believing yourselves to be alone and insignificant in a vast unfeeling universe. A completely invalid belief that you need to release.

As divine beings you all have an effect on the whole of creation at all times by the energy you express and share. You can indeed be negative and doubtful, or angry and resentful, or bitter and hate-filled. But you incarnated to be loving, and you have limitless ability to be loving in every situation and in every moment, because that is your real and true nature.

When you set the intent to be only loving whatever arises, and reset that intent daily or even hourly, it has an enormous effect way beyond anything you can, with your limited human intellect and awareness, possibly imagine. And before you incarnated you set that intent, knowing how tremendously powerful that intent would be, and also knowing that it was a mighty task that you had set yourselves because you would, as humans, forget your purpose and your true nature, once you had incarnated.

Now, due to the amnesia that being born into human form entails, you have mostly forgotten this, and many of you are allowing your fear-driven egos to guide and direct you, instead of turning inwards to the Love that resides within you always. And of course your egos are extremely good at distracting you from your true purpose by pointing out to you your human inadequacies, and encouraging you to believe that you are small and insignificant beings in a universe that is utterly unaware of you.

If they can keep you in fear then you will accept their guidance and the misdirection that follows from it. When you are experiencing living in fear, anxiety, doubt, or uncertainty, and operating from that state, then that is a very clear indication to you that you are allowing your egos to direct and guide you, and they will always lead you astray.

The resolution is to refuse to accept your egos’ guidance, and to turn inwards to your innate knowingness, your intuition, and act with honesty and integrity, while dismissing the doubts and fears with which your egos present you. You have a saying “Feel the fear but do it anyway.”  When you do that you move through the fear to a sense of peace and achievement.

Each time you have to choose between integrity and the ego – fear – the ego will try to persuade you to follow its guidance. And each time you go with integrity the ego becomes weaker, and you find it easier to overcome your fear. You have all, at times, had to deal with fear that seemed overpowering, and yet you went ahead. Even if your efforts were in the end unsuccessful, you nevertheless felt uplifted, even elated because you had defeated your fear.

Now is the time to build on the lessons you have learned while in human form, so embrace the Love within you, and intend in every moment to be channels or conduits through which that Love can flow in abundance to wherever Source deems It to be most needed, where It can have maximum effect for humanity’s awakening.

Know that you are fully supported in this intent by all in the non physical realms, and remind yourselves, whenever doubts or fears arise, that only Love is real, that It is infinitely powerful, and that It always overcomes all obstacles easily because they are unreal.

You are most definitely very firmly established on the path to awakening, because that is every human’s life purpose, and you will not depart from it. Your awakening, as you have been told by so many so frequently, is inevitable because it is divinely ordained.

God’s Will for all that He creates is eternal peace and joy, and because that Will is always achieved that is what you are to awaken to. It was achieved at the moment that separation apparently occurred, and it awaits your choice to be present and once more aware of your unchanging divine nature. The divine Will is never enforced, It just is in every moment, and when you awaken you will recognize It and be filled with endless joy.

Endless joy is your destination, your divine inheritance, it is the state into which you were created, and it is the state into which you are to awaken. Therefore, as I said at the beginning of this message: “Celebrate!” By celebrating you intensify your individual energy fields, which are all permanently connected to the infinite field of divine Love that is All That exists, and you therefore intensify and accelerate the awakening process.

We are watching from the spiritual realms with joy, as humanity moves forward very rapidly indeed along its collective path to awakening. That awakening is absolutely inevitable because collectively the Oneness of Spirit that is the life within humanity, in all its many cultures, races, ethnicities, and religious and political persuasions and none, has chosen to cease playing the game of separation. Separation was a choice to experience a totally unreal state, a state in which you, each individual sentient being, was in competition with every other one for the resources to ensure your survival. Initially food, shelter, and clothing for your bodies, then power over others as the individual felt that that was the only practical way to ensure its survival.

But you are all One, with each other, and of course with God/Source/Wisdom, the Creator of all that exists. What Source creates is everlasting, eternal, without end or termination, it just is, and nothing can change or alter that. Therefore competition with and power over others is pointless and meaningless. How can you possibly beat yourself in competition or have power over yourself? What you can do as a human is to evolve, by allowing the knowing that you are a spiritual being at one with Source and with each other into your conscious awareness. That is what it means to awaken. As modern science has conclusively shown within the last two or three decades, absolutely everything is entangled with and permanently connected to everything else. That there is One vast, immense, infinite energy field of consciousness in which myriad forms, in an infinite variety, form and disperse continuously, and where nothing is lost or destroyed. All that happens is that the forms keep on changing as the One creates in utter joy for Its own endless delight, and that, of course, also means for your endless delight.

What has happened is that you – humanity – have become so enraptured with your own forms that you find it incredibly difficult to open to the awareness that you are, always have been, and always will be infinitely more than the forms in which you clothe yourselves and that enrapture you. You are all inseparably one with the infinite divine field of energy – LOVE. However, you also exist as individual expressions of the Essence that is the One as you each expand and share the Love that you each are.

While in form, using your human brains and intellects, this seems like an incomprehensible paradox, but it is only incomprehensible because of the limitations in which form encloses consciousness, hiding from it its eternal and infinite knowing, and apparently separating it from Itself. To reaffirm, there is only ONE, in which All That Is has Its permanent and eternal existence. Modern science has shown you that nothing material can be destroyed, or entirely removed from existence, it just changes from form back into energy. Matter – rocks, rivers, earth, metals, plants, animals (which includes humans) – is energy that has taken form. Form has a lifespan that varies depending on the fabric from which it is made, whereas energy is eternal, it is never destroyed, spent, or terminated.

You are, therefore, beings of infinite energy temporarily confined in a very limiting form. That form has no power over you. You control and direct it by the power of your beliefs, beliefs of which you are frequently, in fact mostly, almost entirely unconscious. Instead you have accepted the beliefs that were ingrained in you by others as you grew to adulthood, and which are reconfirmed daily by your family, society, culture, religion, politics, and environment. You can change your beliefs, and you need to change your beliefs to bring them into alignment with Love, with Reality. You are Love incarnate, and Love is infinite perfection. It has no issues – emotional, psychological, intellectual, or physical – or problems to solve or heal, but, because of your ingrained and invalid beliefs, encouraged and fiercely defended by your fear-driven egos, you do.

Taking time out daily to go within, to that holy inner sanctuary that lies at peace within each one of you, is the way to shed your invalid beliefs and heal yourselves. No one else can do it for you, although others may be able to offer loving guidance that can help you to access the infinite power you each have within yourselves. You can, and if you set and reset the intent, you will heal yourselves. It may not be possible to heal serious damage or illness to your bodies, but you can and will heal your minds and hearts, relieving yourselves of suffering and coming to a place of deep peace and self-acceptance.

You are all incarnate as humans in the perfect bodies and in the perfect environments for the lessons with which you chose to present yourselves during this lifetime. You are precisely where you are meant to be, where you intended to be, and you have limitless resources in the spiritual realms on which you can call for support and guidance 24/7. Take advantage of this power which is available to you, because, in fact, it is yours, and it will enable you to let go of beliefs that limit and repress you, beliefs that do not serve you. Attempting to use your intellects to analyze, understand, and remove your issues will not work, because all that happens is that they run continuously through your mind on what seems like and endless and circular track, repeating and repeating, and thus draining your energy and leaving you feeling helpless to do anything about them. Then you cruise the fridge, or check your phone, or turn on the TV – if it happens that it is turned off!

To start the healing process, just sit quietly in a meditative, contemplative, or deeply relaxed state and focus on the wall in front of you, or your breath, or a candle, or a plant, or whatever works for you to help you quieten your mind and slow your thoughts. Then accept whatever arises, without judgment or anger, and ask it if it has a message for you. You all have pain from way back that needs to be seen, thanked, and released. Often you will be amazed at what arises from the depths for your attention – maybe a shaming from when you were an infant, or an unfair punishment – and the pain from it has remained. Look at it, accept its message and comfort it lovingly, thus offering it what should have been offered way back when. When it is seen, accepted without judgment of any kind – either of self or of the perpetrator – and lovingly comforted it will start to dissolve. This may happen almost instantaneously, or it may take longer, so again accept, do not insist on instant relief because that is, of course, a negative judgment. That inner child is hurt, and the way forward is via acceptance and comforting. Do not accept your ego’s suggestions that this is unnecessary, that you are an adult now, and that this pandering to your suffering is childish. The ego suggests this because it does not want you to release the pain, because it uses pain and suffering to control and direct you. When that happens you sometimes say or do something that you later very much regret.

By loving and comforting your inner child for the pain and suffering that it has endured you are effectively healing and integrating your ego, making you whole-hearted. Those of you who have worked with small children and infants know that their emotions can take them over very easily, and you know that patient loving of them when they are upset is the best way to calm them and help them to come back to a place of peace, knowing that they are loved and accepted. So, give yourselves the love that you would offer to a small child in need, and do not judge doing this as childish, unnecessary, or stupid! To love yourselves is absolutely essential. It is also absolutely essential to forgive yourselves whole-heartedly for any failings or errors that you believe you have made throughout your lives. Accept that where you are physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually is precisely where you are meant to be, and in doing so, know that you are infinitely and eternally loved by God, and that that state will never change. Doing this is an essential part of your awakening process.

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. I am still present with the Earth Council assisting the planet with the ascension process.

We understand that your nerves are being frayed and your consciousness is getting overwhelmed. There is too much information and dis-information for the human brain to process. This is part of the chaos of ascension. It is called playing the game of scramble (not Scrabble). Technology has taken over in a way that can keep one suspended in the matrix.

Do not let this stop you from doing what must be done. Stay directly on your path. Listen to what you choose but turn up your discernment. There is much to read between the lines and lips of those speaking. It is too easy to be swayed one way or the other. It is all a game that will end with the truth.

The dark ways are burning up the wires with deceit. Let it be. Let them spark the fires of their wrong doings and reap the karma that they are creating.

It will not be pretty. When certain beings go about trying to hurt others, especially those of the light, they actually intensify their karma. Hurting others is a double edged sword. For them it will be a smoke filled world and they will be in that world for eons.

Please know that we are busy working behind the scenes to intervene when possible to prevent the most serious damage. Just because there are dark intentions does not mean that those plans will be implemented.

Dear Readers, we welcome you once again to spiritual messages that in reality are not ours but yours, for they are expressions of your own state of consciousness. If they were not, you could not align with them. Whatever you are in energetic alignment with, you can experience.

You have evolved to a state of consciousness spiritually prepared to release the old programing, concepts, and beliefs you were taught and accepted as truth throughout many lifetimes.

This is the reason it often seems difficult or even unnecessary to let go of some ordinary concepts that have worked well in three dimensional living. The three dimensional mind in its limited capacity for anything other than what is already in the collective, keeps telling you that things should stay as they are; “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” However, you reading these messages are no longer in the third dimension.

We have stated many times that you have reached that point at which you no longer need classes, objects, rites, and rituals to gain a deeper understanding of God and spirituality. You have come to that place in your spiritual journey where you now understand that you already have everything you had hoped these things would give you. You now know that there is only One and you are IT. The journey now is about living this truth until it becomes your attained state of consciousness.

Metaphysical tools do not or can not make you any more than you already are. Continuing to depend upon and look to outside means after awakening to the truth that God is already fully present within, will serve only to prolong experiences of separation.

Please understand that we are not saying you cannot have and hold your favorite crystals, go to a class you are drawn to, see an energy worker, or participate in sacred ceremonies. What we are saying is that you must understand that crystals, rites, and rituals awaken and augment Light energy already present but not yet recognized within you. Once recognized, the spiritual student must begin to draw from within rather than from the without.

Crystals carry their own unique energy and serve to align and activate that same particular energy in a person. Never believe that physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual tools of any kind can give you something you don’t already have.

You are ready to accept that everything you have been seeking from others, places, and things throughout hundreds of lifetimes has never existed anywhere but within you. You have done the work and are qualified to let go of seeking and searching for God. You have found Him/Her/It and it is you!

At a certain point everyone must fully accept and live the reality of who and what they are as best they can. True spiritual living is not based in common three dimensional concepts (picture the saint on a holy card) but rather is the practice of meeting ordinary events from a place of unconditional love.

Unconditional love is state of consciousness that automatically recognizes every person to be a Divine being in spite of appearances to the contrary. It may be accompanied by emotion but may not. After inner recognition, the person can then take whatever human footsteps he may be guided to take. Unconditional Love is a facet of being in the world, but not of it.

As the energy of earth becomes increasingly refined and intense, your physical systems are changing in order to integrate these higher frequencies. The process of releasing stored cellular memory from hundreds of past lives and replacing it with frequencies of Light may leave you feeling sick and totally exhausted on all levels leaving the human mind to step in with dire warnings about all the diseases you might have.

Try to “go with the flow”, resting and loving yourself as best you can during the “down” times, trusting that all is proceeding as it is meant to. Ascension symptoms will often manifest through the body’s weakest area. Example; If you died of tuberculosis in one or more lives, you may experience lung problems in this one as old energy from this source as well as others clears.

Clearing symptoms come and go which is one way you can recognize them for what they are. However, if you feel the need to seek medical help, do so without guilt or resistance.

Many of you are being intuitively guided to remove energy cords that may be actively holding you in energetic bondage to certain people, places, or things. Energetic bonds (cords) are frequently carried from lifetime to lifetime simply because they are in the person’s energy field. They can be recognized by intense “good” or “bad” reactions or connections to a certain person or persons.

Energy cords result in a draining and unhealthy energetic attachment to someone–partner, family member, friend, or enemy. Intense experiences of every sort can and often result in the formation of an energetic connection cord. Cord removal is simple. You can do it with intention and visualization. Ask your Guides to assist you.

Removing an energy cord does not mean the ending of love and interaction with those you love and want in your life, but means that the addictive and unhealthy connection ceases unless once again created. Parents often carry energy cords to their children or to one particular child. Relationships become healthier without energy cords.

Talk to your cells, sending them Light and telling them that it is time to release all old three dimensional programing (age, deterioration, disease etc.) and move into the Divine blueprint. This practice often results in long buried issues surfacing to be cleared.

Never believe that the sudden appearance of some negative issue indicates failure on your part for you cannot fail. Failure is a myth, a human concept based in the belief of duality (success vs failure) and separation. You can forget or ignore, but can never be less than the fullness of the Godhead expressing ITself.

Trust that you are right where you are supposed to be, in the midst a process that is sometimes uncomfortable. You are ready to let go of old programming that shouts you must do this or do that and only in “this” way. You have graduated beyond the “shoulds” and “should nots” that represent lingering three dimensional programming.

Once you choose to stop being a slave to the three dimensional belief system you will quickly discover that the sky does not fall down and life proceeds very nicely.

You must accept that things are going to be different. Many believe that as the world ascends into higher dimensional energy they can continue doing everything just as they are doing now but without interference. Because consciousness is the substance of all form (as interpreted by mind according to an individual’s state of consciousness), the outer scene cannot help but change as personal and collective consciousness evolves.

Trust and accept that your Higher Self knows what you need, when you need it, and how to get it to you, be it a necessary lesson or person. This is spiritual trust and you reading these messages are ready for spiritual trust.

Spiritual trust is the recognition that all is proceeding according to plan regardless of how it may seem to third dimensional thinking. Spiritual trust is an attained state of consciousness and you are ready for it or already in it. Continuing to concepts of how spiritual experiences must be or look in order to be authentic can act to block the Higher Self’s attempt to bring to you some important lesson experience.

and never Mary, Joe, or Betty. I is God. The word I is sacred and refers to the real Divine Self but which through un-awakened ignorance is thought of as personal selfhood, the one that believes itself to be separate and apart from God and all life forms.

The master teacher Jesus taught the truth about I AM but the people of that time were not sufficiently evolved and misinterpreted his message as referring to him personally. This is and continues to remain the source of the most extreme error of present day Christianity–that only one person is the son of God.

Begin to realize the truth of I AM and cease using the word I so much in its personal sense. Every time you say; “I am sick.” or “I am broke.”, or “I am a failure” you create that very thing for yourself. Know that you are experiencing the dying gasps of old programming such as physical inheritance, karmic relationships, and cellular memory. Never claim problems as being personally yours or you make them yours. All error is impersonal because the I that you are has no problems nor does IT know anything about problems.

Divine Consciousness is infinitely whole, complete, and perfect. If error (sin, disease, lack, limitations etc. ) existed in Divine Consciousness, it would be forever held in place by Divine law and could never be removed or healed.

Once you consciously or unconsciously state your intention to awaken and evolve, you are on your way and do not need to keep doubting, worrying, and asking if you are doing it right. Every person is only required to live out from their highest level of awareness and as they do that, more is given. It is a process because you still live in energies of time and space.

Evolution is the ongoing journey of awakening into conscious Oneness but does not stop with that realization. Each new revelation embraced and practiced creates a pathway for more truth to unfold because God is infinitely expressing ITself and thus so are you/YOU.

The time has arrived in which all hedging, doubting, and making excuses must cease. To say; “I am not worthy. I am a sinner. I cannot be a Divine Being.” simply reflects old, false, ego based concepts of true humility.

Once a person awakens to the fact that there is only ONE expressing ITself as the many, they can never go back to being asleep although some will try.

You, who are awakened, have been doing a wonderful job of handling the higher frequency energies as they have been coming in, and we applaud you for that-The Arturians-

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very excited to see what you will all do when the next batch of higher frequency energies hits your planet. You, who are awakened, have been doing a wonderful job of handling the higher frequency energies as they have been coming in, and we applaud you for that. But every time you receive another wave of these energies, you are stretched a bit more. You are asked to handle a bit more of your share for the rest of the collective. But in spite of the fact that you might endure some ascension symptoms, and you might need more sleep, you will also have more energy to create with. The creation of the rest of your journey to the fifth dimension, along with the creation of your experience of the fifth dimension, is what we are talking about here. Once you stepped into a fourth dimensional frequency range, you were given a lot more freedom to create. You also can see how much polarity there still is outside of you, and you have the opportunity to either react to that in a way that does not serve you, or you can use everything that is happening outside of you as the inspiration to create more of what you do want. You get to create your version of planet Earth in the fourth dimension, while someone else can be creating theirs, and their version can be quite different from yours. That’s the freedom you have granted yourselves, and that freedom will continue on into your ascension. You will become your fifth dimensional selves, which are your higher selves, and you will have even more freedom to create. But for right now, focus on the here and now. Focus on what is in front of you. Focus on the world as it is inspires you to create a different version of it, without condemning the one that you are in. Condemnation and judgment will keep you stuck where you are. This is why it is so important to stay out of the us-versus-them mentality that is everywhere outside of you. Everyone thinks they are on the right side of things and that the other side must be defeated. Now, of course, there are people out there who are doing very bad things because you still need that representation of darkness where you are. You won’t have that after you shift. But for now, they are holding the side of the spectrum down that is dark, and you are being asked to hold up the side of the light. And you do that by paying attention to the energies that are coming in and opening yourselves up to them. In order to that, you must take your attention away from the battles that are going on all around you. Those battles are very alluring until you realize that everyone thinks they are on the right side. Everyone has their own sense of what is right and moral, and it certainly not up to anyone else to decide that for them. So all you can do is continue to anchor in the light, and know that you are creating change with your presence there on Earth. You are creating the version of the shift that you want, and the version of the fifth dimension that you are most excited to participate in. We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”
