The changes that are taking place are all the result of the uplifting
of the vibrations, and they are continuing to rise up and for those
souls who are still tied to the lower vibrations, it is proving to be an
uncomfortable time as they are unable to adjust to the changes.
Consequently they are destined to stay at their present level until
after Ascension when they will find themselves moving onto a similar
planet to Earth.
Naturally, those who have lifted up their vibrations will ascend with
Mother Earth. There is no picking or choosing as you simply go to the
level that is compatible with your vibrations. It is what you have been
working for since the last Solar Cycle began and you are to be commended
for having reached the higher level.
The importance of getting close to nature cannot be sufficiently
emphasised, even to the extent of running barefoot through the grass. It
is a way of getting closer to the Earth and benefitting from the
energies coming from it. They are healing and uplifting helping you
relax and enjoy the “feel-good factor.” Not least of all the Sun itself
gives off energies that are vital for your good health.
Nearly all of the best healthy foods are provided by Mother Earth,
and the more you can feed yourself on fresh unadulterated foodstuffs the
better it is for your body and digestive system. As soon as chemicals
are added the quality, the goodness can be affected and could result in
illness or disease taking place. Your body is like a superb machine that
does need looking after to get the best performance.
You talk of a balanced diet and indeed it is essential if you are to
maintain your body in good health well into old age. People believe that
because there is not necessarily an immediate effect from a bad diet
they are not at risk, but beware of the long term danger that exists.
We do not like to preach at you. With the vibrations lifting, you
have the opportunity to take full advantage of them by extending your
life expectations, still enjoying good health, and you will need less
and less solid food and eventually live off the energies around you.
Oh yes, we can hear some of you saying that you enjoy your food as it
is and would not want to go without it, but you will find it quite
different when you actually experience the satisfaction of eating less
solid food. The answer is that when you are ready you will have no
hesitation in changing your lifestyle and enjoy it.
Your task now is to avoid situations that could result in negative
changes to your vibrations and to maintain the highest level possible,
thus ensuring that you take your place in the 5th dimension. The
differences compared to the old vibrations will be substantial and very
much to your liking.
The most acceptable change would undoubtedly be a beautiful
environment that is self-sustaining. Your joy and happiness would be in
knowing that you will at last have reached a level where the negative or
unevolved souls are unable to exist.
You will as a result have that never-ending peace and happiness that
comes from throwing off the shackles of the lower vibrations. (1) So
bide your time until the change comes about by helping other souls to
also raise their vibrations, and sending out thoughts of love and
harmony, thereby helping the changes to take place as soon as possible.
You are in a New Age and the operative word is “New” so eventually
the old ways of living will change for the better in good time. Yet
already there are those who have made progress and are ready to
introduce new ways of doing things that are to your advantage.
There are new ways of looking at old problems that can make life more
comfortable and usually more pleasurable. The present time may not be
right for their introduction but major changes are afoot, simply waiting
for the right time to go ahead. You have great help to enable you to go
forging ahead and much relies on the right people being able to emerge
and announce themselves.
At different points in your evolution people always emerge who have
specifically incarnated on Earth to assist you take some major steps
forward in your evolution. You can be assured that higher Beings oversee
your advancements and are active in “waking up” souls who are on Earth
to help you.
Dear Ones, you could consider yourselves as living in a time warp,
because as we have mentioned previously, you are some 50 years behind
the progress you could have made. For example, your news sources are not
as free to report events as you may think and are subject to a form of
censorship. It largely arises from the intent of the major countries of
the world desiring to keep new discoveries to themselves. (2) There is a
continual race to be the first to gain knowledge that will put them
ahead of their competitors.
Naturally some advancement cannot be concealed and you benefit from
it. However it is becoming more difficult to maintain the level of
secrecy. There are sources that are independent and keen to publicly
bring their inventions into view. It must happen in part to alleviate
the suffering that many people experience in the underdeveloped
countries. So keep faith that soon there will be revelations that will
lift you up onto the next level of existence.
Through the system of reincarnation it has been possible to give you
souls who know what is needed, to give you the advantage of their
knowledge and experience that will benefit you. Matters cannot be
changed overnight, but the foundations can be laid that will ensure that
beneficial changes cannot be held up indefinitely.
The Age you are now in is for growth and the introduction of new ways
of doing things that save time and make life a lot easier for all
people. The Big Brother approach and enforcement of what they deem
suitable for you cannot succeed, as progress must be allowed to follow
its own path. Life could be so much easier and more comfortable if you
were allowed to benefit from time-saving inventions that do exist
already.
Not too long ago you were told that you were not ready for the
advancements that could have been made and that it was more a matter of
the poor living standards that many experienced. That scenario has
improved over the years and what you call the Third World has progressed
and is ready to become a major player where the world’s needs are
concerned.
It has often been only a matter of confidence to fully enter the
world markets. Their potential has been recognised for some time now and
they will eventually take their place amongst the big countries. You
cannot hold back progress indefinitely and there is so much more that
could be released for the betterment of all people.
That you are in the midst of big changes is in no doubt and the
people are ready to take those steps that will take them fully into the
New Age and all of its benefits. So do not feel so frustrated by the
lack of changes that would improve your standard of life, as they are
simply waiting for the best opportunity to be introduced.

We are setting the bar very high for humanity because we think

still there, as hard as it is to be on Earth. We want you to know that we are

The next time that you feel the weight of the world on your
shoulders, just remember how much help you have. And the next time you are
worrying about someone that you love very much, remember all the help that your

Survivors of the crime of Commercial
Exploitation of Children (CEC) are today aiming to become top-notch
lawyers. They have different stories. Some were child brides sold into
prostitution by their husbands, some were sent away by their families as
domestic helps into unknown houses.
But they all seem to have one thing in common, the one thing that pushes them to aim for the best.
They want justice.
They want to study law to become public prosecutors to stop crimes against our girls. They are backed by the School for Justice.
This is no ordinary school. They’ve collaborated with the top law
colleges in the country. I spoke over the phone with their incredible
and candid Francis Gracias, the CEO of Free a Girl Movement India.
How distressful is the picture of the Commercial Exploitation of Children in India?
Francis Gracias: There’s this study
by ECPAT which was conducted in 2014 that tells us how 1.2 million
children are the yearly survivors of this crime in South Asia. And the
strangest thing is that the number is increasing year after year! But
there’s only a fractional number that gets reported. In 2014, there were
3345 cases reported out of which only 384 went to court. Of the 384,
there is a minuscule 10%-14% conviction rate. Would you believe that?
There’s no fear of this crime. When this
negligible punishment is doled out, impunity develops around the crime.
Had there been more cases and convictions, there would’ve been more
distress in the criminals. Unfortunately, that doesn’t exist currently.
When it comes to convictions, enforcement
of the law is the problem. Laws like the POCSO, ITPA are in place, but
their implementation is not good. Sometimes it is due to the lack of
will of the police, sometimes it is the genuine lack of resources.
Can you explain it with an example?
Francis Gracias: There
are these specialized units that are supposed to be deployed in each
district called Anti-Human-Trafficking Units. On paper, they are
supposed to be cracking down on Human Trafficking – but they are not
funded or well-equipped. To further reduce their specialty, they are
given regular cases, too. In many districts, they aren’t deployed at
all!
Thankfully, they do exist in major urban centers, but there, they have to deal with political pressure.
Infrastructure dedicated to CEC is in very
bad shape. There is an immense lack of resources, a backlog of pending
cases, overburdened authorities and a lack of specialized courts.
Did you have to face risks and threats as you challenge this massive trafficking and prostitution mafia?
Francis Gracias: In my early days, before I founded the School of Justice,
I did. Especially when I was involved in the ground investigation, when
I visited the Red Light areas I ruffled a lot of feathers. I had to act
as a whistleblower against their owners and I got into some trouble.
But I, sort of, was aware of the
consequences of what I was doing. I knew that usually when I was
intimidated, it was an empty threat. They couldn’t attack men, they
could only try and scare me. And that wasn’t going to work.
Thankfully, since we’ve founded the School
of Justice, I’ve never faced any threats. But, I am sure as we enroll
more girls and make a lot of noise; we’re going to get into all sorts of
troubles.
The stories of the survivors are
just heartbreaking. Tell us about the trauma the girls are going through
and how they are dealing with it?
Francis Gracias: Well, the good part with the School of Justice
is that most of the girls we’re working with had been rehabilitated.
Especially, since we’ve been providing them education and vocational
skills, they are looking forward to the future. Trauma is usually the
most intense during two stages. One is during the rescue operation and
the other is during the trial.
The girls with us are very positive in
their outlook, but they still have a hankering for justice. That is why
they are so passionate about wanting to be a part of the solution. They
want to help other victims. The system has failed them but instead of
being repulsed by it, they are actively working to become a part of it
and amend it.
Tell us a little about how the
classes for the survivors work. Are these like regular college classes
or are they special classes?
Francis Gracias: We wish
to enroll them in regular classes at good colleges. Now see, they come
from different backgrounds. Some, we help to appear for the CLAT exam
(Common Law Admission Test), while some we encourage to pursue
University exams. CLAT is a little more challenging because there’s a
lot of time required to prepare for it. Those who cannot clear CLAT are
admitted to the Law Department of State Universities.
I sit down with our Law experts from
across the country to map the skills of each girl. Then we talk to the
Law Colleges and tell them, “Our girl has cleared your entrance test.
But she’s a survivor of Child Prostitution and we want to partner with
you to get her a good education.”
How do you meet these girls? What is the process for enrollment?
Francis Gracias: Currently,
there is a problem with funding so we have to stick to a strict
filtration process. We scout our children at protective homes and
shelter houses. We work with their probation officers and counselors. We
spend a lot of time counseling them, guiding them through the entire
process and ensuring they really want to pursue this.
We’ll certainly expand the filtration process as time passes by. Right now the lack of funding restricts us quite a bit.
The identity of girls has been revealed on the website. Are you sure that doesn’t pose a threat to the safety of the girls?
Francis Gracias: That’s a
great question and many people are concerned about this. See, we’re a
bold initiative that way. The whole point is to dismantle the stigma
that the survivors face. However, we’re only revealing their identities
with their consent. We talked to them for hours and made sure they were
as onboard with this as we were. And, they were! I remember what one of
the girls told me.
She said, “I’ve gone through so much already that this (identity revelation) doesn’t bother me.”
But, hasn’t revealing the identity
opened up the girls to an array of discrimination in a society that
often considers them accomplices in the crime.
Francis Gracias: Oh,
we’re certainly endeavoring to inform the society on the whole against
this perception. Many people see these women as prostitutes who did this
willingly. They aren’t seeing them as survivors of a crime that
happened against them. Leave teachers, the police themselves aren’t
sensitized enough. One Hawaldar, that we were trying to work with,
called them prostitutes right to our faces. So we’re working with Police
officers, Lawyers, Judges, and others to try and change their opinions.
Bring about more acceptance for these brave girls.
Is there any sensitization program designed for the teachers and professors?
Francis Gracias: Now as
the first batch is getting into colleges, we’ve started talking to the
administration. We negotiate with them and sensitize them towards the
struggle of our girls. We’re increasing their awareness about the risks
that they face but also trying to encourage them to be a part of the
revolution. We want them to support our girls a little more.
Do you think families are often inadvertently involved in this crime? If so, how can the awareness be increased?
Francis Gracias: That
certainly seems to be the case. In our first class itself, 50-60% of the
girls were sold by their immediate family. They either personally sold
them off or colluded with criminals. In many cases, the girls are
married at a young age and then sold off by their husbands. So, these
girls want absolutely nothing to do with their old family.
In around 40% of the cases where the
family is innocent, we try to contact them and reconcile. In that case,
we involve the family in our School of Justice, too. We tell them everything and work with them to educate the girls.
The School of Justice boldly shows you
the faces behind numbers and statistics. When we hear that 12 lakh
children are being sold into prostitution every year in India, it is
scary. But when we hear the individual stories of the girls from the
school, it becomes much scarier. These girls are working hard to someday
become public prosecutors to serve a society that wronged them. We

We are here to once again support your presence in the dense,
challenging reality. We invite you to pause, take a deep breath, and
acknowledge that all is well and more. It is a simple exercise; however,

In the world of quantum physics, everything is energy. Realize that
the tissues and organs of your body are composed of cells, the cells are
made up of molecules, the molecules are composed of atoms, atoms are
made up of sub-atomic particles and sub-atomic particles are made up of
energy!
You are pure energy – light in its most magnificent form and
expression. You, as energy, are constantly changing and you actually
control it all with your powerful mind and awareness. You are one big
stellar and powerful Human Being.
Your entire existence, all matter, all life, all experiences,
everything owes its existence in the physical world to energy Absolutely
everything is energy.
Right now the energy of your reality is really unpredictable.
Humanity is riding chaotic waves and navigating massive energy
oscillations. Notice when you go from being peaceful to being frantic,
and unfocused.
Remember
the importance of resetting your energy. Pause, take a deep breath,
place your awareness in your heart and create a coherent energy
vibration of compassion, appreciation, love, forgiveness and allow that
vibration to radiate out into your personal energy signature. Allow this
energy field to surround you and touch all those you encounter. Trust
us, the others will feel this calming energy that you offer.
There is an opportunity to create a new earth template. You are a
part of the collective consciousness as an awakened and aware
multidimensional being who is setting these goals and calling them
forth.
Consider for a moment that there are multiple timeline patterns that
are crossing your current time line. When this occurs there are
opportunities to use these moments as portals of change. With your
focused energy and intent you can call forth a new pattern from the
future.
Using your focused energy and imagination, envision, invite, summon,
or command a reality for this dimension that is life sustaining,
honoring for all, an evolution of consciousness. Invite your future self
to assist with this creation. Allow yourself to feel this realization,
celebrate this realization with gratitude.
Imagine the possibilities that these realities will be carried in
your own energy field and act as holographic communication to all that
you meet or encounter. In this manner you are seeding the field with
awesome future possibilities.
Watch
what you focus upon. Where you place your focus is where your energy
goes. So don’t feed your energy to a reality that you do not want to
continue to create. You are powerful beyond measure. We will continue to
remind you of this fact until you truly step into that power. You are
here to assist the transformation of this dense dysfunctional reality.
There is a future reality awaiting your invitation and command, never
doubt that.
Imagine that your desires and dreams come from a future dimension
where they already exist. Imagine that it is your future self that is

possibilities.
Realize that the future is never fully formed. It is the personal
energy of the individual as well as the collective energy of all

We will continue to remind you that you are the creator of your

We invite you to continue to free yourselves from the limited
concepts of linear time by becoming sensitive to your own natural
rhythms, and to the galactic support and energy that is being gifted.
Humanity is healing the past and encoding the future by awakening
their hearts in the present. Begin to ask yourself how are you encoding
the future? What is your focus? Where have you placed your energy and
awareness?
With these simple questions you begin to step into your power as
creator. Notice when you are engaged in some form of limited thinking,
some negative or misqualified thought. Catch yourself quickly and reset
your focus. This just takes a little practice before you will begin to
see and experience the shifts.
Recognize
that many of your limited beliefs have been given to you by others
influenced by this 3D field of limitations; these are just old programs
in your thinking process. It is time to begin to shift, delete and
transform these limitations. First begin to recognize and acknowledge
them. Say to yourself, that was certainly a limited thought. Then have
fun replacing that limiting thought with an outrageous thought.
This awareness is occurring within the minds and hearts of humanity.
Earth and all other living systems have a magnetic field and your
scientists are discovering that those energy fields connect you all and
actually carry biologically relevant information. You are triggering
others codes to awaken and you are also being triggered by others who
are awakening to their multidimensional divine self.
Step into your true power and call forth from the future a new
template for this time and reality. We acknowledge you for the work and
service that you continue to offer. Honor and accept the galactic gifts
that are being offered to all those who understand who they are.
It is Mother Earth, Mother Mary, El Morya, and the Arcturian High
Council here, bringing through a Message of Crystalline Light and
Frequencies of Clarity, Empowerment, Strength, and Abundance from our
Hearts to yours, through the portals of your Central Suns and the Wisdom

Can you sense the profound changes unfolding as the Earth quickens her
pace to rise into Higher Alignment with the Center of your Galaxy and
the Center of the Divine Matrix of Light within the All That Is? We
would guess that each one of you listening to this message today and any
day going forward that you can relate to the Essence of Change . . .
and that you can relate to an inner sense that what is changing now is
Forever, Eternal, and for the Highest Good of All in all directions of
time. Because there is a releasing of that which was not for the Highest Good of All in all directions of time in this past world age and its cycles.
The word Change in the way we offer it today is a
dynamic, fluid, timeless, expansive, loving, and guiding process . . .
whereby every single particle within you and within all things . . . is
moving at a quantum speed of light to always be in harmony with the
Light. For Light by its nature summons to itself that which is like
itself. And so, the Change that each one of you may be feeling on your
world at this time . . . is really . . . the Light’s summoning to itself
that which is like itself. And each and every one of you is that Light
. . . that is the Essence of the Living Light in the entire Creation.
In the All That Is. And therefore, what is being summoned forth is
your Lightness Within Your Beingness as well as anything that is out of resonance with the Light.
That is why dear ones debris from every nook and every cranny within
each of you personally and within the greater collective is being
summoned to Source Light . . . and thus out into the Light . . .
of humanity’s consciousness . . . so that it can be seen . . . and to
ultimately be collectively alchemized into luminous and eternal light
again.
In this way, the Essence of Divine Change of which we speak today is
calling movement. Its calling out e-motion . . . which many of you know
as Energy in Motion. It is summoning healing. Integration.
Awakening. It is calling back to the Hearts of All Within Humanity as a
Collective Invitation . . . through the thick fog and atmosphere of the
Earth’s 3D Vibrations . . . and showing the way forward into the
clarity, empowerment, strength, and abundance that the New 5D Light
Rings and Brings to this New Earth to reset its codes in the Light. In
the Truth. In the Grace of Who You All Truly Are.
So where in your life are you seeing and feeling this movement?
Where in your life do you feel uprooted? Upended? Upside down even?
How did things spiral so out of control on your world today? How did
you get where you specifically are today? Do you like where you are? And more importantly, do you like how you feel?
Because what you feel is now your quantum positioning and experience in time and space. How you feel is determining the timeline that you are experiencing. For what and how you feel
emits your vibration. It is your frequency. And that is what you
broadcast through a telepathic, interconnected, and highly sentient
universe . . . about who you are, what you are, how you are, and where
you are. This is your unique soul signature and cosmic coordinate
throughout all time and space.
And so, while many of you may presently feel upside down, uprooted,
or upended in the present moment, or you may have felt that in the
recent weeks, or you may still in the coming weeks and months, know this.
That you have a Divine Inner Compass within you that can reset and
reorient you to your new timeline any time you wish to take the time to
go within and consciously breathe that new coordinate into form . . . by
consciously intending, affirming, and knowing your vibrational
destination.
By default, fear, uncertainty, and upheaval might be the vibrational
emission and destination of many who are unawakened to the Truth of the
Divine Light and the Truth of Who They Truly Are as a Divine Spark of
the Godheart. It is easy to feel those e-motions on
your world . . . for that is in many ways the offering and invitation
that your present outer world on a global scale is vibrating. It is a
powerful attractor and summoner of human experience. It is pulsing a
frequency that is in resonance with the 26,000+ year cycle you have just
emerged from. So is it any wonder that some of you find a resonance
with that vibration? It is familiar. It is like an old shoe that fits
so well because it was so loyal to you and so deeply worn. The pathways
when you journey with it are well-worn. They are all places you have
known. They are vibrations you have experienced before. And therefore,
they are invited to vibrate in resonance with the old codes that are
failing, crumbling, and crying out themselves for help. Because the old
matrix itself is failing, falling away, and dying to itself.
When change of this scale and this magnitude unfolds in times of deep
celestial and cosmological transitions, a call to turn back and align
with the old ~ is strong. Is loud. Is in many ways a path of comfort.
Only we would ask ~ is it . . . comfortable? Really? If you were to
go back, and try to squeeze back into your old self . . . 2 months ago .
. . 2 years ago . . . 20 years ago . . . can you? Squeeze back into
it? It feels familiar because you know it so well. You already know it
because you have lived it. And yet, you’ve grown. In some way, shape,
or form, you have physically changed over the weeks, months, and years .
. . but you have also spiritually changed.
So even if you don’t know where you are going yet, you don’t really
fit in a world that is behind you. A world that you have already
journeyed. A consciousness that is already expired, or outdated at
best.
So the squeeze of change on this scale . . . the biggest squeeze in
many of your lives right now . . . is the sense that you can’t return to
what you’ve known before . . . because you have outgrown that
experience and it simply doesn’t fit . . . no matter how much you might
try to squeeze yourself “back into it” as if it were a garment or a
costume 3, 5, 10 sizes too small. And we would agree . . . that that
approach to this level of change simply will not work. The old energies
simply cannot expand to accommodate this level of change. That is why
they are already obsolete. They are already dematerializing at their
core, even if their structure still appears to be intact. It is the
fading of a great optical illusion ~ that those energies do appear true
even if they have no vibrational core to hold them up much longer.
And yet . . . and yet . . . where you are going has not fully
materialized yet. Has it? The new is not fully born. It is not fully
manifested. It is not yet clear and easy to see. For it is emerging in
you. And through you. And your vibrational choices now. And your
vibrational emissions now. You are creating your world in every moment
now with your vibration. With your thoughts, your emotions, that
generate your feelings. Those feelings render the cosmic coordinates
that determine where you are now . . . and what you are experiencing in
your daily lives. That is different than the old way of pulling out a
map. Or pulling up a list of jobs that you can apply to. Or getting
out your datebook or your calendar and scheduling appointments. It is
more. It is so much more than that.
Do you know the old adage, wherever you go, there you are? To which
we think it means . . . you bring yourself with you wherever you go. So
you can change your environment, but you always bring you and your
vibration, your consciousness, and patterning with you.
In this way, the changes on your world are reflecting that sentiment
but on a much more galactic scale, increasingly so, every day.
So let’s go back to the question we asked earlier. Where in your
life do you see and feel this movement? This sense of deep and profound
change? Where in your life do you feel upside down? Or inside out?
Or in some version of upheaval at the moment? Do you even relate to
those words or that kind of experience? If so, how so? If not, how
not?
The bigger question we are asking is ~ how do you feel
right now in this moment? And right now in your life? And right now
in your job? Or in school? Or in your marriage? How are things
working for you? How are things not aligned and not working for you
very well? If you had to pick 1 or 2 words to describe the overall
energetic picture of you right now . . . if a vibration scanner existed
on your world that could generate these words to you by reading your
vibration in its complexity and totality for the MOST DOMINANT VIBRATION
of you at this time . . . what would those couple of words be?
Whatever those words are, they are the beginnings of your New Earth
Cosmic Coordinates. They are the beginnings of your New Earth Cosmic
Coordinations and Creations. They are the beginnings of where people
will know how to find you and to connect with you . . . based on the
vibrational emissions you ARE at that time. In this now moment. Its as
if you are your very own radio station . . . and people can find you by
dialing in to the frequency coordinates you are offering.
Do the words themselves matter that you chose? Or is it the
vibration of those words? The literal essence of vibration and
frequency that those words collectively and cosmically express? We
would say ~ the latter. So by saying words that people wish to hear ~
does it put you on the timeline that you wish to be on? That you might
claim even to yourself that you desire and that you most wish to reside
in and to be? No.
The universe is activating on a whole new level now a requirement to be impeccable with your word. But even more than that, the universe is activating on a whole new level now a requirement to be impeccable with your vibration. For
it is vibration, frequency, and/or your unique energetic signature and
matrix that is recognizable to all sentient life in the cosmos as a
distinct code. It is your code. It is an increasingly transparent
code. And it is a transmitter then of that frequency that you are
emitting.
That is your cosmic coordinate. Your frequency. Your energy. Your
vibration. That is your location emission in the greater cosmic map of
your life. That is how people are awakening to remember each other . . .
in this whole new language with themselves and with others.
So part of the aspect or experience of change that your world is
undergoing at this time and in these times . . . is an awakening to the
truth of yourselves as vibrational beings. It is an awakening to the
activation of yourselves as powerful creators of feelings, emotions, and
thoughts. For some it is a pleasant awakening, for others, it is a
rude awakening. And there may be a myriad of ways that each of you
experiences this expansionary sense of what “awakening” means to you.
But regardless of how you experience it, awakening at this new level is
happening. And it is determining your life experiences on a scale that
is more profound, more clear, more direct, and more impactful than ever
before.
And that is because you are in a New Landscape on this Emerging New
Earth. What is that landscape? It is a VIBRATIONAL LANDSCAPE. You are
what your vibration is. You live where your vibration lives. You
communicate from your vibration’s location on the vibrational scales of
frequency . . . that speak their truth ranges of density to light.
Darkness to light. Fragmentation to wholeness. Fear to Love. Muted to
loud. There are vibrational expressions within each of those
continuums, and each and all will find themselves there on those
timelines . . . on those vibrational scales . . . with increasing
frequency.
Thus the frequency of your pitch, tone, and self expression is going
to manifest more of the experiences within and around you with
increasing frequency.
Your Unique Frequency determines the frequency with which you will experience that Vibration or Frequency.
So where do you wish to be in your frequency as the Earth and the Collective rides out these shifts?
What is your vibration gauge saying about how you feel in these changes?
Where are you being triggered by your own debris or that of others right now at this time?
How can you meet those triggers with a vibrational willingness to
listen deeper for their messages to you? So that you can receive those
messages . . . begin to convert them to soul wisdom and self knowingness
. . . and then release the triggers themselves? Who were simply acting
as the messengers of your Greater Light and your desire now for a
greater integration in your life?
Triggers don’t tell us who we are.
Triggers tell us who we are not.
If we don’t take the time to hear what the triggers are actually
saying, then we will place ourselves on a vibrational map that is a
vibrational expression of who we really are not.
If we do take the time to hear what the triggers are actually saying,
then we will place ourselves on a vibrational map that is in greater
alignment with the vibrational expression of who we truly are . . . as
an expression of Living Light and the Talents we divinely and innately
possess as Divine Sparks of the Godheart.
These times invite us to either pine away for a world that was never
what we truly thought it was . . . since at its core . . . it was a
holistic illusion on a grand scale . . . or . . . to reset, regroup,
rebalance, and recalibrate our vibrational fields of energy and
awareness . . . and set sail if you will for the Higher Light, the
Greater Unity, the Infinite Joy and Abundance, that is truly meant for
us. That is truly meant for all of us.
And yet, Admission to this New Light is truly by Vibration.
Admission to the Timeline you are experiencing presently is by Vibration.
Wherever you go, there you are.
Admission to the Timeline you wish to experience is also by Vibration.
So wherever you consciously vibrate within, is where you will
vibrationally experience yourself to be, with increasing frequency, in
the New Earth Energies.
So when they say, Be The Change You Wish To See . . .
It means be the vibration you wish to experience.
This is similar to . . . Be the Timeline You Wish to See . . .
Which means be the vibration that you want to template all of your
experiences . . . that collectively add up to your daily life
experiences, life unfoldments, and life outcomes.
Now is a time to CHOOSE YOUR TIMELINE.
From the continuum of vibrational experiences offered in great
abundance and with a broad depth and scope, where do you wish to be
vibrationally as a Soul Code . . . and as a daily energy and lived
experience now?
If you don’t like the old codes and the old matrix, get off the old
code train. Vibrate something new. Choose a frequency that you CAN
align with or that IS inherently in your core already aligned! And step
in a new starship that can take you anywhere you wish to go!
Physically, nonphysically, experientially, or consciously in the astral
planes.
Change is here. Change is upon you. Change is within you. Change
is within planet Earth now. All is quantumly shifting now to get up to
speed with the Light Codes of the Greater Galaxy and Infinite Expanse of
the All That Is.
If this transmission today doesn’t resonate with you right now,
that’s okay. Be an observer. Look around you. Witness your own
experiences over the next few weeks and months. Notice if anything
atmospherically or vibrationally has moved you into a new location . . .
simply by your being here on this planet at this time. That can mean .
. . has your bank account shifted, have your paycheck shifted, have any
of your relationships shifted, have your beliefs shifted, have your
emotional responses to personal or global events shifted, . . . is there
order in your life’s experiences, or is there an emerging presence of
disorder? Just observe from a place of awareness and see if any of these
insights today are relevant for you at some point. You don’t have to
take our word for it. You can do your own self study and you can see
for yourself if things around you are moving and creating change at a
deep evolutionary level that cannot be explained at some point by mere
chance and circumstance.
We invite all of you to become those witness observers of your own
lives. That is how you become a Conscious Change Agent. And a Conscious
Change Maker. And a Conscious Change Embracer.
Because you begin over time to learn ~ that you are the conductor of
your own ship. You are the driver of that journey. You are the map
maker of your life. And thus you choose the coordinates where you wish
to vibrationally be at any given point in time. If you arrive in a
timeline you consciously chose, or that showed up through your more
dominant default vibrations, that you don’t like, or don’t desire,
simply go into your inner control panel and steering wheel . . . which
of course is the metaphor for your feelings, thoughts, and beliefs . . .
that create your vibrational footprint and map inside you . . . and
select the next best vibrational feeling, thought, or belief that will
move you in the direction you wish to go. From the contrast of what you
do not want and from the desire and intention of what you do want.
This time and timeline on your world today is a Global Reset time and timeline.
All of you signed up to be aboard the mother ship for this journey,
who is your heavenly host. Her name is Mother Earth. She is Mama Gaia.
Each one of you is invited now to get your Inner Light Codes up to
speed with where the Earth Mother is going . . . and that is . . . into a
5th Dimensional Consciousness of Unity, Light, Love, Compassion,
Cooperation, and Manifesting for the Greatest and Highest Good of the
Entire Collective in all directions of time.
To get up to speed, to begin that process within yourselves, is to
become keenly aware of your Vibrational Fields as your Steering Wheels
and Cosmic Maps . . . to navigate this new changing landscape . . . and

You are the Change, dear ones. You are the Light. You are the
Vibrational Awareness that is Expanding Now to Create and Build a New

with Renewed Faith and Light and Love . . . that the Light Always Reigns

The divine welcome awaiting you all will instantly dissolve all your fears, anxieties, pain, and suffering.
Enormous
changes are occurring worldwide as an essential aspect of humanity’s
awakening process. This moment in your spiritual evolution was planned
at the same moment that you chose to construct a dream environment in
which to engage in the game of separation.
Having
been gifted by God with all His Power, Wisdom, and Intelligence at the
moment of your creation, in order that you would be One with Him in
eternal joy, you chose to build an unreal dream world in which to play
with your divine gifts in the way that human children often choose to
imagine a world in which they are free from the oversight of their
parents, until they need food, or sleep, or reassurance. At that point
they immediately demand their parents’ undivided attention!
That
is the state that humanity has now arrived at, and more and more of you
are seeking to know and be at One with your heavenly Father. It is
this very large increase in the numbers of you seeking divine
reassurance that is propelling you forwards, through the awakening
process, towards the moment of awakening into full conscious awareness
of the fact that you have never been separated from that, your natural
state.
An
amazing welcome has been prepared for you that will absolutely astound
you, as you become once more fully and completely aware of what God’s
infinite love for you actually means, and experience the – at present –
utterly inconceivable wonder, joy, and happiness of that state. The
divine welcome awaiting you all will instantly dissolve all your fears,
anxieties, pain, and suffering, while bringing back to your conscious
awareness the experience of the immortal and inexhaustible delight and
total bliss that being in the Presence of Love provides in every moment.
It
is extremely difficult for you to come to acceptance of the divine and
unchangeable truth that no matter how unworthy you may feel of God’s
Love for you that that sense of unworthiness is completely invalid. It
does not mater what you have thought, said, or done that you think is
wrong, sinful, or in any other way not in alignment with the divine
Will, nothing can alter your relationship with God, because that
relationship is forever unchanging. You are One with God in every
moment – if you were not you would not exist – it is just that, as
humans in form, you have forgotten that, but your forgetfulness does not
change it. And God knows that you will remember Him and experience the
enormity of Love in which He holds you eternally.
There
is no reason for guilt or shame or for any sense of unworthiness on
your part, because all that you might consider as reason for that is
utterly unreal, part of the nightmare that you have been experiencing.
If you will go Deep within yourselves you will find the knowing, the
certainty, that there is only God, Love, Source, and that you are an
eternal and inseparable part of That.
An
essential aspect of your – of humanity’s – awakening process is your
daily visit to your holy inner place of complete and total safety, your
refuge or sanctuary where Love is always waiting to welcome and embrace
you. You were created from Love, and therefore you are Love, but by
taking form as a human you have closed off your awareness of this divine
and unalterable Truth, the Truth that You and God are One.
By
completing your awakening process, as you absolutely cannot avoid
doing, you awaken fully. That means that you know yourself as you truly
and unchangeably are – forever One with Source – which is Love, and
which totally loves every aspect of Its glorious Self without exceptions
of any kind.
What
I am telling you, what I am reminding you of is the fact that Reality,
God, Source, Love is One, that there is absolutely nothing else –
meaning that there is nowhere else – and that therefore there is nothing
to fear. There is no divine judgment, there is no punishment for
“sins, errors, or omissions” because they are unreal and did not occur,
and you are forever safe in the loving embrace of Mother/Father/God Who
is the divine energy field that contains and supports All That Is.
The
apparent existence of pain, suffering, and conflict is but a passing
nightmare, an unreal state that by its very unreality will dissolve
without trace as the brilliant Light of joy and bliss, that is what you
all are, brings you gently and most beautifully into full and ecstatic
wakefulness. Ecstasy is divine, you are divine, therefore ecstasy is
your awakened state.
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to
connect with all of you.
We have a certain appreciation for those of you who have decided
to choose to experience more challenges for yourselves in this lifetime. As you
look around on your planet, you can undoubtedly see those who chose an easier
path with much fewer challenges, and you can see those who have chosen a very
difficult path with many challenges. Of course, you have to have those two ends
of the spectrum in a system of duality. These are choices. Some would look
around and say, ‘That person has more karma than the other,’ but everything is
a choice.
And those of you who have chosen more challenges and more
difficult ones are doing the heavy lifting for the rest of humanity. You are
breaking new ground with the level of desire that you access, and with all of
the energy that you summon, you are bound to have a moment when you let it all
in. You get to have the more interesting and fun ride. Even though the very
comfortable life looks more appealing to you, it is the one that you chose that
has the most opportunities for growth.
You can feel how much energy there is waiting for you to
download when you are quiet, grounded in your physical body, and reaching out
to feel for all of that energy. Many times, it is right there in your field,
just waiting for a crack so that it can come in and heal you and give you the
abundance and the abilities that you desire. Of course, once you allow one of
these gigantic downloads in, it doesn’t mean that you stop presenting yourselves
with challenges. You are the ones who recognize how important it is to have
challenges to get you to amplify that desire, summon more energy, and then let
it in.
When you are aware that you are doing this, you know which steps
to take. When you are not aware that you are doing this, that is when life just
feels hard and you want to give up. You might even feel suicidal. You certainly
don’t think that you are doing it on purpose in those moments. But there are
these moments you have chosen for yourselves where you are supposed to feel
beaten down, depressed, and like there is no hope for you or for all of
humanity. That is when the juices start flowing. That is when your higher self
starts really summoning inward to feel for that opening, to let in that
enormous amount of energy.
And all you keep doing as you move forward in your lives is
summon more and more and more. Let yourselves feel it. Let it in. It has
nothing to do with earning it or being good enough in Source’s eyes. All you
have to do is feel that you are good enough in your eyes to receive all that
you have summoned. And that means giving up on all of that shame, all of that
guilt, and all of that judgment that you carry. We know that this is a tall
order, but we also know that you’re tired to carrying it around and you’re
ready to take yourselves to that next level.
We are the Arcturian Council, and we have
enjoyed connecting with you.”
One of the reasons why I view an Ascension ethnography as so valuable
is that the rules have changed. We’re on a new course. Everything is
different.
Let me leave behind the path of service and look at the significance of this Ascension to the universe.
This is the first time anywhere that a mass ascension has been staged
with the population keeping their physical bodies. Said St. Germaine:
“You are the first who are going through this process.
“You have declared that as a human race you are doing an Ascension process maintaining form.” (1)
Tazjima’s sources tell us the significance of that:
“If you were to change into a light body
tomorrow upon waking chances are you would no longer be embodied. Such
was the pattern that existed for most initiates in ‘past’ eras when
there occurred both individual and mass ascensions. The physical body
was left behind and the light body disappeared into the unseen realms.
“Now what is occurring on GAIA is the
beginning of physical ascension, bringing heaven to earth by allowing
the Higher Self to completely enter the physical vessel AND remain
there, in charge of the lifestream’s mission here.
“This process is an intricate, delicate
and lengthy one, especially for those who go first. They have, for the
most part, prepared for such an occurrence, for life times and for
decades in this lifetime.” (2)
Goldenlight’s sources tell us that such a thing has never happened before.
“This experiment in transitioning to the
higher dimensions while within the hue-man body is a new one that has
never been accomplished before. You are all the pioneers of this
ascension experiment.” (3)
They explain the domino effect that’s planned to happen:
“The upshifting and resetting of the systems of Earth must happen before the upshifting can occur in the rest of the universe. …
“This successful reset of Earth will then spur the domino effect of the upgrading of all the other systems in the universe.” (4)
No wonder SaLuSa of Sirius could say: “There has never been such an important time such as now.” (5)
Given how unique this ascension is, one service we can provide is to
keep ascension diaries, journals, biographies, narratives, ethnographies
– however you want to see these personal records – to help historians
piece together later what happened now. How many of us have any sense in
the moment what is happening? I can’t say I do.
We’ll need to look back on and understand this pivotal time in
terrestrial, galactic, and universal history to communicate the lessons
from it to other ascending civilizations.
So keep an ascension diary. If you haven’t started one, perhaps consider beginning one now.

You no longer have the ability to pander to the needs of others. This
is something you have discovered over many months of trying to do so
without the results you hoped for. For those people you attempt to help
may not do as you command or demand, and yet, they continue to ask for
help. Which results in your exhaustion and little or no change in their
lives. So it is you dropped into the 3D caretaking zone.
You were once able to brush off such interactions for you were fully
enmeshed in your 3D “helper” mode. Now that you are no longer of 3D,
such interactions merely exhaust you. You are attempting to be in two
worlds at the same time, and such is no longer possible.
Your caretaking role has become painful.
But of course, those yet of 3D cannot understand your reluctance to
tell them what to do or to listen to the same story for the 100th time
with little evidence they want to change.
So it is you are discovering your new path, sometimes inch by inch. For listening to the woes of others used to be delightful.
You continue to contend that you have not changed, that you are who you always were. We beg to differ.
Your direction, your joys, even your food preferences are changing
daily. But until you note something evident to all concerned, you will
continue to believe you are just as you always have been.
What difference does it make if you believe you are of 3D or 5D? Your
thoughts and beliefs create your reality. So if you believe something
is not possible, it is not. But, if you believe you are different with
new directions, powers, and needs, so it will be.
It is time for you to claim your inner-power, which merely means
shifting your beliefs from “I can’t” to “I easily can.” A simple form of
self-hypnosis if you will, but such a dramatic belief change that your
life will never again be as it was.
For most of you are trying to dance between 3D fear and 5D belief in
yourself. The two are not at all similar or even possible at the same
time. You need to acknowledge you are no longer of 3D no matter how
frequently someone tries to pull you back into what was for you but is
no longer.
Most often, when 3D humans attempt to claw their way out of their
pain through treatment, a move, or ending a relationship, those yet of
3D want that person to return to what was. For if their friend or
relative changes, so must their expectations or actions.
ThreeD is not a change format. For even though change is the dominant
growth pattern in all dimensions, 3D does not encourage such if someone
else must change also. Sameness is honored. Change is not.
So it is you remain deeply enmeshed in hoping for the sameness of
your 3D earth lives. FiveD and beyond is filled with change. In truth,
change is the keyword in all dimensions beyond 3D. So as you change,
those within your circle will likely attempt to stop you from doing so.
By the same token, those you love, who are also changing, might
frighten you. For even though you are expecting some personal changes,
you are not expecting changes in others.
You are in a quandary. You feel and act differently. But as you do
so, you want those around you to remain as they were. For you do not
have the energy to watch them change and grow – and do the same
yourself.
You are exhausted both by your changes and those of others dear to you.
And as you attempt to return to some “normalcy” by coaching those
deeply entrenched in 3D who do not wish to change, you become even more
exhausted.
You do not necessarily know who you are now, and you most certainly
do not have the social skills you were once proud of as either an
introvert or extrovert. So everyone and everything feels awkward,
uncomfortable, or wrong despite your best attempts to fit in.
You are not who you used to be, and you are rapidly discovering that
those following are not either. The only humans acting as they always
have are those of 3D, and even they are shifting from slightly
irritating to completely uncomfortable for you. What is happening to you
and your world?
You are shifting, and so are millions of others. No one and nothing
is as it was. Everything is new within you. And you are discovering that
the same is true for your outer world. What was is no more. What will
be is just forming. You feel as if you are in “No man’s (persons) land.”
This pain, this uncertainly will force you to create that which you
did not know was possible in 3D. And so it is that your inner-power will
come to the forefront even if such a thought is uncomfortable now.
Within days, you will start forming ideas that are not like anything you
have thought of or believed in before. For you are shifting from the
fear of change to the knowingness of your next phase – that of using
your inner-directed power.
Such is so because all that created your 3D life is no longer valid.
It is time to create from the new. Something that has seemed too
frightening to contemplate. That is until that which is known is too
uncomfortable to live in or with. So be it. Amen.

Hello, my friends. Your chorus of ‘I AM THE LIGHT. I AM THE LOVE. I
AM.’ rings True throughout my body many times daily and certainly takes
any negative thoughts away, the minute I change my thinking to that
retort. Thank you. I believe it is helping many.
This is very satisfying to hear as we welcome you this day.
We would say that this can be used as THE KEY to your Well-Being during
these times. To use it. To say it. To feel it … at any given point
whether feeling happy or sad … even desperate or confused.
When Happy and saying it … it will expand your Happiness into a much Higher Lighter place.
When sad … it will lift your spirits and your confidence.
When desperate … it will take you out of the darkness.
When confused … it shall give you Peace.
‘Chant’ this Blessing in ALL situations, Dearest Souls and
feel too, the Band of Light Souls that are joining forces with you in
that very moment.
As the Energy of these words increase … the POWER behind/within them, shall do so also.
As we stated in our last communication … you ‘upon the
ground’ are now able to FEEL so much more of the Higher Energies that
are entering in.
This statement allows you to connect up with those of LIGHTER resources and gather strength into yourselves and your Planet.
YOU ARE GAINING AND BUILDING LIGHT STRENGTH.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL NOW OF THIS FORCE OF LIGHT THAT YOU ARE … THAT YOU COME FROM.
So many of you are now fully awake and able to conduct one’s
thoughts into the Higher level that is required in order to gather
Energies into large blocks … Large containers if you like.
Hold the phone a minute! That takes me back to many moons ago when
you talked about large containers of ENERGY LIGHT (metaphorically) that
were being stored, on ships I think, or at least that is how you
presented them … and would be distributed at the correct time (or
something along those lines).
This is correct. We are happy to see your memory serving you well.
Indeed. As sometimes I can’t even remember what I went into the next room for!
These containers of Light Energy have been opened now. We are expressing it to you as easily as we can, to try to explain.
Imagine many containers of this Light Energy … marked perhaps in boxes on levels 1, 2 and 3.
Over the last few years … level 3 boxes have been exposed and
released into your atmospheres. Many of them … all over your Planet.
Then it moved onto level 2 boxes being distributed … and yet
understand, not ALL places of your Planet were ready to accept level 2
and were still absorbing and adjusting to the Energies of box level 3.
Higher Energy places that are able to accept level 2 boxes
have been doing so and being Enlightened by them … Joining forces with
them.
We do not speak ‘necessarily’ about particular countries …
per se … for it may be that in one country there is much conflict and
yet, they may ‘live’ alongside the most glorious Energy of mountains.
The mountains would be able to absorb these box Energies and filter this
Energy out from them in a more appropriate/more ‘dealable with’ …
manner.
Whereas … some countries may have greater amounts of areas where the Energies can be ‘poured directly in’.
This, of course, has no bias, no prejudice, no judgment. This
is simply about necessary filterisation, in order for Energies to be
able to find their way correctly and in proportions that will cause as
little disruption as possible.
Why is it though … that we seem to be so affected by ENERGIES? It is
the ‘saying of the year’ when one is out of sorts … ‘Oh, it’s these
energies playing havoc with us?’ Surely, if they are of Loving Higher
Energies we should be leaping around everywhere, sucking on rainbow
lollipops!
Dearest Souls, we have spoken in the past of these times to
come … which are upon you now and yet, with respect, are just beginning
to unravel.
The Higher Lighter Energies coming in are not that which are causing havoc within your Beings.
Yet, it is the balancing out of them WITHIN YOUR BEINGS that is causing the unease.
Would you not say you are having good and bad days?
Oh, yes siree Bob!
Would you not say you are feeling emotions at each end of the scale?
Oh, yes siree Bob! Yet, getting through them with the ‘I AM’ statement!
That which you are experiencing is the releasing of the old …
the very old … not just from this lifetime’s experiences … yet, from
ALL lifetime’s experiences.
IMAGINE THAT. No small undertaking!
And on top of that …you are not just doing it for yourselves.
You are doing it for the many who do not yet have the awareness to KNOW
… THEY should be doing it also.
And yet, in order to release your Planet and all who sail in
her … into her NEW position … all that does not serve the LIGHT must be
transformed/transmuted/dispersed.
YOU AGREED TO UNDERTAKE THIS CLEANSING.
SO MANY OF YOU VOLUNTEERED.
YOU ARE BEING OF SERVICE.
So, when it is that you may feel you have had enough … and
frustrated with not seeing the change taking place as you would like …
Simply …
KNOW THE PLAN IS VERY MUCH ON COURSE.
When you feel defeated within your soul POWER repeat over and over …
I AM THE LIGHT
I AM THE LOVE.
I AM.
FEEL IT … KNOW IT … and your strength shall return YOU to Being very much on course.
When ANYTHING is shaken … it causes disturbance.
Imagine as if your entire Planet has been shaken up like a
drum with inside your washing machines. First turning one way, then the
other. Sometimes being showered with water (Love) … Sometimes the water
being drained from it … then spun around at such a pace/speed that one
feels they have lost all control.
We don’t have to imagine very hard … for that is exactly what it feels like sometimes!
Yet, Dearest Ones … what happens after that ‘cycle’? The
drum STOPS and all its contents are hung out Peacefully in the sun to be
dried off after their cleansing … as the gentle breeze blows them this
way and that … refreshed … renewed. READY!
Nice analogy. So, back to these containers, if I may? When do the level 1 boxes arrive?
Not yet! They are of a far greater Energy …
Far out! I just picked up on what you are about to say … I wonder how many readers did the same?
Yes, you picked up correctly, Blossom.
The level 1 boxes come with ‘THE EVENT’.
Well actually, to be more precise … we would say they come before, during and after.
Without question when the ENERGY OF/FROM these level 1 boxes
are opened … you will not/cannot … fail to notice the difference upon
your Planet … regarding THE FEELING OF WELL BEING.
I am going to try to break this down a bit. White Cloud mentioned
that THE HAPPENING/EVENT, whatever anyone feels comfortable in calling
it … would come at a time when we really felt we could not take any
more. So, I am assuming things would be very topsy turvy at that point?
And if the Energies from level 1 box start coming through … Would not
our washing machines explode?
For some! Dearest Souls … These Energies affect Each One differently according to one’s own individual Vibration.
When this time arrives … and it will … it will … much
clearing/cleansing/purifying/detoxification on all levels will have
taken place/arisen. Leaving many souls MORE THAN COMPLETE AND READY.
These boxes are numbered … on/within … levels for a reason.
Yes, your world is to undergo massive
disruptions/disturbances. It has to … to bring EVERYTHING to the surface
that HAS TO BE EITHER REMOVED OR CLEANSED.
Yet, are you not gaining strength? A knowing within you like
never before? And as your days move forward … this KNOWING … this
STRENGTH will magnify continually. For the more you understand it and
accept it … the more of its reality shall become you.
Therefore, for those that are ready … for those that have
been waiting … for those that are in position … they shall purposefully
be able to receive the Energies from box level 1 in its fullness.
So … not everybody will be able to?
No. Depending on their ‘level of Energy awareness’ within
their soul Being. Again … may we state … this is not to do with judgment
or unfairness … this is to do with self-chosen positioning.
So many will require the assistance of those who are the forerunners.
So many of you will find yourself in ‘leadership’ positions.
Many leaders, many, many leaders will be required. Some to lead small
groups, some to lead large … yet, so many souls will need help in
understanding what is taking place and what they are to do with this new
happening within themselves.
So, when we feel these Higher Energies (level 1) coming through … we
will know that ‘IT’ is on its way , will we? Yet, what kind of
difference shall we be looking for … for things feel oddly different in
these very days of NOW?
THE LEVEL OF LOVE YOU EXPERIENCE … even amid the turmoil.
THE LEVEL OF JOY YOU EXPERIENCE … even amid the turmoil.
THE LEVEL OF KNOWING YOU EXPERIENCE … even amid the turmoil.
YOU WILL KNOW DEAREST ONES.
Already you can feel the Energies getting stronger /Higher.
Therefore, you KNOW that so much is taking place on levels that you cannot be ‘notified’ of at this juncture.
Yet, we ask you to continue to TRUST … YOUR SELVES.
TRUST THE FEELING OF DIVINITY WITHIN YOU.
WHEN YOU FEEL THIS DIVINITY … YOU KNOW YOUR KNOWING.

Nicely timed. On the hour exactly. How do you do that when you have no time?
With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is
Matthew. We have had lifetimes on Earth or other worlds in foment and
we know how difficult it is to see souls enduring extreme hardships and
not feel sadness, distress and perhaps anger about the circumstances
causing those. It is very difficult to keep in mind that most of them
chose the experiences to complete third density karmic lessons so they
can advance to fourth density spiritually and consciously.
Not for a moment are we suggesting being insensitive to lives near or
far distant! Earth is known as one of the universe’s finest “emotional
schoolhouses” because life there offers endless opportunities to learn,
for instance, that joy enhances all aspects of life. Greed breeds
contempt whereas generosity uplifts the hearts of givers and receivers.
Compassion, forgiveness and gratitude are qualities to treasure.
Laughter lightens the heart. Anger and deception can have grave
consequences. Self-love and self-respect enable loving and respecting
others.
Why are we speaking of this? Because everything on Earth is in
acceleration mode, which is magnifying all feelings, and being
emotionally drawn into the plights of others doesn’t end the situations
causing their hardships. Only the power of light can do that, and there
is no light in the emotions that world affairs are evoking in many, many
people. The universal law of attraction can’t distinguish between what
they do want and what they don’t—it brings back from the “universal
soup” what most closely matches the energy they’re sending out.
This is why, beloved sisters and brothers, the light you are
radiating is as essential in this moment as it has been all along in
awakening Earth’s peoples and fortifying the efforts of all who are
determined to right the world’s wrongs. Day by day you are helping them
manifest Earth’s destiny: A peaceful world where everyone shares in its
abundance and life is in harmony with Nature—the world that already is
flourishing in fullness in the continuum.
“The increase of racial, ethnic, religious and cultural
intolerance around the world is alarming. What can we lightworkers do to
stop this hatred and bigotry from spreading further?”
First, let us mention the corruption, deception and greed that is
being revealed in governments, multinational corporations and their
controlled mainstream media. You tend to think of those as gigantic
impersonal entities rather than what they comprise—millions of
individuals with differing interests, ideas, opinions, beliefs and
behavior. Collectively, those millions influence—it is not an
overstatement to say control—life on Earth, however unwittingly on the part of all except those in the entities’ top ranks who have dark minds and hearts.
And, let us repeat the beginning of a previous message:
We have been asked if there is one particular aspect of life on Earth
that lightworkers can focus on and speed the civilization’s evolution.
For untold ages civilizations on the planet were devolving due
to their inhumane treatment of each other and the animals. Therefore,
that behavior’s opposite—love, kindness and respect for all life—must be
the pathway to a civilization’s evolution.
Now then, as a civilization evolves, its world evolves
correspondingly. And vice versa. What you are observing firsthand, so to
say, is a primary reason that Earth’s once spiritually, consciously and
technologically highly advanced civilization started devolving.
When dark forces’ puppets manipulated the DNA of inexperienced
civilizations, they removed knowledge of the Oneness of All, wherein all
is love, and instilled fear and hatred of “different.” Ever since some
of those souls incarnated on Earth eons ago in your concept of time,
those feelings have grown as each generation ingrained them in the next.
So, it’s not that bigotry and hatred are starting to increase, but
rather that incidents arising from them are in the glare of a global
spotlight, where all can see their destructiveness and divisiveness.
This frailty that the darkness inculcated in physical makeup had to be
brought to light so the deep ages-old wound it has caused can be healed.
And healing is happening—residents in communities directly affected by
the tragic incidents are responding to hatred by uniting in love and
people around the world are joining with them.
Lightworkers, you have been aiding the healing process all along by
BEing the love-light that is the foundation of world transformation. A
world doesn’t change by wishing it so—it is the power of love-light
within the peoples that initiates and propels benevolent changes.
“Please talk about the plight of animals on Earth, especially the
ones being raised for profit. Their suffering is so extreme and they
are so innocent.”
This is inextricably intertwined with why Earth’s civilization
started to devolve. Often we have spoken about animals, and I asked my
mother to copy some passages of previous messages:
As consciousness-raising continues, people will learn that animal
souls, not only human souls, evolve, and they deserve the same care and
respect as humans. Some animals—usually those who are pets—are aspects
of human souls who chose to experience in an animal body, and even when
this isn’t the case, they have emotional and characteristic ranges
similar to humans’, lacking only acquired traits such as tact, deception
and wiliness. The higher orders of animals need to give and receive
love as much as humans—in many cases, they do so more readily and
loyally—and even those in the lower orders form bonds with people who
tend to their needs. When we tell you that every soul is a part of God
and all souls are One, this includes animals.

At soul level animals are aware of the angelic benevolence on their
behalf. Even those whose lives are miserable have an angel force or
influence to ease discomfort or end terribly painful physical lives.
Some angels have greater numbers of animals or more intelligent ones to
protect than others, but no angels’ responsibilities are more important
than any other’s because all of those lives are meaningful in the
universal balancing of animal energy.
The angels bring a sense of unity to their respective animals to
preserve the species, but it isn’t their prerogative to wipe off the
face of Earth those humans who are cruel to individual animals or even
an entire species. Environmentalists who are acting in good faith—that
is, not for selfish political, personal or economic reasons—are being
inspired in their efforts by the animals’ angels.

During the seventy-some years Earth has been on her ascension course,
the light has been raising the consciousness of your society to see
animals’ critical importance in the balance of all life on Earth.
After some voices proclaimed that animals have the right to be
treated humanely and with dignity and respect, groups started forming to
act upon that premise; and a few courageous individuals were inspired
to live in the wild and record their observations of specific species.
Those beginnings burgeoned into today’s local, national and
international organizations with the mission of saving animals and their
native habitats. Some are making or expanding preserves for injured and
orphaned wild animals, others are operating shelters or rescue and
rehabilitation programs for maltreated domesticated animals, and many
people are financially supporting these groups.
Outrage about inhumane conditions under which food animals live and
die is forcing improvements in those areas. Zoos are creating or
enlarging wildlife surroundings for their animals and breeding programs
are saving endangered species. Circuses are responding to pleas to care
for their animals conscientiously and kindly. National laws prohibit the
export of native animals; part of enforcing anti-poaching laws is
helping poachers find other livelihood; laws require breeders of pets to
meet higher standards.
Extensive research into animal behavior, intelligence and
communication is showing their similarity to you in those respects.
Increasing numbers of companion animals are being adopted; school
children are being educated about the need to spay and neuter pets as
well as their proper healthcare and nutrition. Many petitions
advocating for animals’ wellbeing are in circulation—the very act of
signing a petition sends forth light streamers—and the Internet abounds
with films and photos showing cross-species friendship, even in the
predator-prey chain, as well as some wild animals’ willingness to
befriend humans.
Thank you, Mother. We ask that you give special attention to the last
passage because all of your correspondence pertaining to animals over
the years has been filled with despair about them. Dear ones, please
heed what we said earlier in this message about the law of
attraction—focus on the significant advancements on their behalf! And in the years since we enumerated some, many more beneficial changes in animals’ lives have come about.
Raising your vibrations by feeling grateful for these improvements
will help to expand these kinds of programs and speed the progress of
all efforts. Envision lions, giraffes, elephants, donkeys—all animals
you call undomesticated or working breeds—in golden white light in
jungles, forests, deserts, plains, fields and polar regions, and marine
life in crystal clear waters. Do the same with cattle and horses in
pastures, pigs and poultry running freely on farms, all companion
animals happily living in loving homes. Visualizing thusly produces
great amounts of light!
If you can, participate in local animal welfare groups or financially
support them or projects that are national or international in scope.
Indeed choosing vegetarian or vegan diets is helpful, but please know
that some animal species lovingly made soul level agreements with
humankind to provide nourishment in exchange for a good life and a
merciful ending. So that people know of this agreement and fulfill their
part, the ever-intensifying light is raising awareness worldwide that
treating animals with kindness, respect and gratitude is a paramount
factor in humanity’s wellbeing.
Beloved brothers and sisters, when you return to the worlds you
voluntarily left to help Earth’s peoples, you will see how diligently,
bravely and steadfastly you accomplished your mission. All light beings
in this universe honor your invaluable service and support you with the
power of unconditional love.

“We greet you with this message of unity and cooperation, so to release you from the stress, worry, fear, and overwhelm you may be carrying in your field. At this time, many light workers are experiencing a depth of angst and existential fatigue. This is due to the ego adopting a spiritual persona, attempting to do the work of an entire Universe, instead of surrender to a greater Divine plan. All too often, when nothing you do seems to work, it is the Universe helping you acknowledge that you may be attempting to do more than your fair share. In the 5th dimension, more effort doesn’t equate to better results.Instead, the Universe works to help you align with your highest calling by asking you to open up space for the totality of your angelic support and spirit guides to work through you for the evolution of your being. This means, it is your job to simply put one foot in front of the other, while invoking your guides, angels, and animal totems to work through you and bringing to life the outcomes of your highest alignment. When expressed in this exact way, you are asking the Universe for help in creating outcomes and realities greater than what any one person can conjure, while leaving it open-ended for the Universe to bring you what is in your highest will, whether it matches the outcomes of your desire or not. In the same way, it is understandable to put out requests to the Universe and if not getting immediate results, it is likely you will continue employing methods until your desired outcome appears. And yet, the simple request from the Universe to help bring to you the outcomes, circumstances, and synchronicities of your highest will is like setting an appointment for your cosmic cleaning crew to arrive. All you have to do is have faith in their arrival, even if it seems to be taking longer than expected. Also know: the Universe is always creating realities to help you uncover and release outdated self-defeating beliefs. Therefore, if you carry a healthy amount of doubt or unworthiness, the Universe can seem surprisingly unresponsive, just to show you the limiting belief such evidence supports. Without doubt in the Divine Plan, and with open-ended intentions to allow your higher self to work through you in a space of surrendered joy, you won’t have to carry the burden of your life or even the weight of the world on your shoulders. Instead, the aspects of your Higher Self, manifested into form as angels and spirit guides, work through the doorway of an open heart to create on your behalf what no amount of effort or control can coerce. The Angelic Kingdoms welcome your communication. They see your circumstances. They hear your prayers, and feel your pain. All the while assuring you, each and every dream, desire, wish, and prayer you’ve sent out will be fulfilled by the Earth Angel you’re becoming with divine help throughout each moment of your life. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to
connect with all of you.
We have a very good picture of what it looks like for a human
being to try to fit in to society, and we also have a very picture of what it
looks like when someone is making a statement that is counter to societal
norms. We also notice when one of you is willing to just be yourself and when
being yourself is not an act of resistance to the societal norms that you’ve
been made aware of. You find yourself in a sweet spot. The sweet spot is a
place where you give yourself permission to be who you want to be and you don’t
really care what anyone thinks. You are neither a conformist nor a rebel. You
are just you.
And most people get there at some point in their lives, one way
or another. There is a shedding of the skin of who you thought you were
supposed to be or who your parents wanted you to be. There are even many adults
who are single who are running around trying to be what their preferred gender
wants them to be. Or at least they’re doing what they think the gender they
prefer wants them to do, looking like they think they need to look in order to
attract someone.
Now, there also comes a time in a person’s life when it’s time
to examine whether you are operating as the part of yourself that lives in
fear, or whether you are operating as that part of yourself that seeks out joy.
You also have a survival instinct, in addition to this desire to fit in or
stand out as someone who is purposefully not fitting in. The survival instinct
means that you have to compete with others. It means you have to have more than
enough, just in case. It’s the part of you that never really feels relaxed
because something bad could happen. You could get a disease, or the economy
could tank. Any number of things could happen that would potentially put your
survival at risk.
We are speaking to those of you who recognized that survival
instinct a long time ago and have shed that skin as well so that you could
simply pursue your joy. You are meant to live in bliss and to be eager and
enthusiastic when you wake up in the morning, but you still see people around
you who are living in fear, and it’s very hard for you. It’s even harder to
convince them that they no longer need to be afraid. And so, what can you do? You
can live your life fully, shine your light brightly, and invite anyone and
everyone who wants to come along with you on the joy parade to march.
You can be an example to others of how to live proudly as you
are and to not fear your mortal nature. You have evolved to the put where you
needn’t worry so much about survival. You have evolved to the point where you
are becoming immortal, and when you can demonstrate to others how good it feels
to not be afraid of dying and to not be afraid of what others think, you can
lead society into a new age, into an entirely new dimension.
We are the Arcturian Council, and we have
enjoyed connecting with you.”
This message is going to be short because we want to honor the channel.
She is in need of rest and yet she wants so very much to get the weekly
message to to all of you. She has been going through some very tough
and courageous growth these past few weeks. We’re going to let her
explain that to all of you in her own words and we are asking her not to
delete this paragraph.
Each and every one of you upon the earth is here to grow ever
closer to the understanding of your unity with the creator and one
another. Each one of you has times of glorious flow, and times
where the growth you are on earth to do propels you into seeming chaos.
Yet, even in these seeming times of chaos, you will see in retrospect,
that a greater order was emerging in you life, and a greater
understanding of the beauty, the truth, and the light that you are rising up from within.
Each of you is like a diamond, polished at times by the gentle touch
of life’s sweetness and at other times, made brilliant and strong by the
challenges life offers. Each circumstance in life is your opportunity to more clearly know the God within, the love within, and the light within.
Your are all striving to re-experience your indelible connection to the Love of the Divine that gives you life.
When you face financial fear, you are forced to discover your true abundance in order to create more.
When you face health challenges, you are forced to surrender, care for
yourself, listen to your guidance, and release old fears or negative
emotions that block health from flowing in your life. When you face
relationship challenges, you are learning to love and accept yourself
first, and then to forgive others for “they know not what they do.”
In each seemingly unloving circumstances, you are being driven ever closer to a deeper love of God, self, and others.
So when you find yourself in times of challenge, rather than
panicking and trying to figure out your own solutions, sit, breathe,
receive our love, and then trust that the very power that
creates universes – given your faith, trust, and surrender, will also
assist you in returning your life to greater order. With faith and focus
on the outcome you desire, you will be guided gently and kindly to your
solutions.
