My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Today, take a moment and tune into the energy on your planet. Can you feel the peace? For just a day so many around the world pause and take time to celebrate a holiday of light, love, and hope for a beautiful future. For a day so many choose to gather with family and friends or to reach out to strangers. For just a day so many, even those of you who are down, lonely, and hurting, reach for a slightly better feeling, if only a warm blanket, a cup of tea, and a good movie.
You are never alone. You are never apart from this light. Angels surround you and the Divine flows within every particle of your being. The light that was born in the manger so many centuries ago came into the world anew when you were born, and indeed when every soul is born. Like the oil in the lamp, you have the miraculous capacity to keep this light burning brightly in your world.
Every time you reach for a better feeling thought you keep your light burning, and you birth light anew. Every time you choose to be kind to yourselves or one another you allow this light to burn brightly within you. Every time you focus on something with love you allow this light to burn bright within you.
So whether you are gathering with family and friends, or sobbing silently with a warm blanket wrapped around yourself for comfort, you are reaching for love. You are birthing this light. You are shining this light into the world – whether you interact with another human being or not.
That babe in the manger was a bright light, unimpeded by doubts, fears, or concerns about what the world would think. That light is born again with every child who comes into this world. That light comes in the form of you, your loved ones, and the ones you can’t love so easily. That light comes in the form of friend or foe; in the form of animals, trees, creeks, rivers, and streams. That light swirls in inclement weather and soothes in the stillness. You, dear ones, get to shape that light with your thoughts, your feelings, your intentions, and most of all your focus.
So today, whether you celebrate Christmas or not, focus for a little while on a world at peace, hearts filled with love, and a population of humanity that embraces diversity as the many flavors and textures of One. Your Presence is the gift, dear ones. You are the lights burning brightly in this world.
Today as in all days we celebrate you. May your hearts be filled with the sweet peace of knowing the light is always within you, in every kind thought, in every soothing or loving word, and every deed authentically infused with love.
Give yourself a little present today too, Sit quietly with us for a few minutes. Open your heart. Breathe, and receive. You are in the throes of accelerated unfoldment. You have been for the past two years. While sometimes it may feel uncomfortably intense, and other times uncomfortably slow, it is, indeed, leading you somewhere better. Trust the process.
Trust the guidance of your soul. Trust in your own ability to move with the energies and to get where you need to be. Trust that the flow can only serve you and that its specialty is divine timing and support. As you move into the energies of 2022, you will be stepping up onto a higher platform which will allow you to see further ahead of you.
Pieces of the puzzle will start to drop in. The scaffolding that kept the old in place is falling away, being replaced by updated grids and templates that support the new earth. You will start to feel the expansiveness that comes from integrated healing and the release of the old. You will start to feel the excitement that comes from landing in a new place that you have yet to explore.
These are indeed the times you had hoped and prayed for and wanted to come onto the planet to experience. Your work has been consistent and powerful and transformative. Look to the future and allow the fruits of your labour to show as you shift into allowing your beingness to lead the way.
Nothing is more important than to feel more than fine every now. The way to go about it, variates at to the need of the hour and one practice that makes this work ever and ever again is to go within for at least 15-20′ and reconnect with Our God within/ Higher Christ Self.

We are very pleased to announce to all of you that we see the way that you have been reaching new levels of consciousness through the tragedies and traumas that you have cleared, and we see you all making great progress towards that goal of becoming your higher selves. We talk about the different energies that come in and how they support you. We talk about the different helpers that you have from across the galaxy. We talk about opening portals that will grant you even more access to those beings and those energies, and none of that matters as much as the consistency with which you have taken on the chore of ascending.
Now, it can and it ultimately will be, a very beautiful experience for you all, but it will be that way because of your willingness to process and clear that which no longer serves you and that which has been weighing you down. You cannot make a leap in your consciousness evolution from being third dimensional to being fifth dimensional in a lifetime without going through these very unpleasant experiences of reliving and accessing trauma.
When you have an irrational fear, that is not the time for you to be harder on yourself. That is not the time for you to think of yourself as weak, not that there is ever a good time to do those things. But during the experience of an irrational fear, you do have to turn up the unconditional love and compassion for self in order to make it through that experience. You must allow yourself to be irrational in order to get past it.
Of course, you also want to notice when you are not allowing yourself to go there, and instead rearranging your life to avoid the circumstances that evoke that irrational fear. That is step one. Step one is awareness. Step two is being gentle with yourself to the extent that you need to be in order to get through the processing of that fear. Step three is a willingness to feel it all, especially when it feels like a bottomless pit, like there is no end to the feeling that you have tapped in to. And step four is that consistency that you need to keep going there until you’ve peeled away all the layers and gotten to the core of who you really are.
Who you really are underneath those irrational fears, that anger and that sadness, is your higher self, and you all are well on your way to knowing yourselves as that fifth dimensional aspect of you. This is something we see happening every day there on Earth, and we could not be prouder of you all. You are all leading the way to the ascension experience for humanity.

You are tired of prophecies relaying the joy and wonder of your new world – a world that has not yet arrived. Nor have you felt especially loving or accepting lately.
The 3D holiday season is here, and the preparations and celebrations you are supposed to enjoy just make you tired. You thought you would feel different because of the information provided by us of the Universes. You are betwixt and between – neither here nor there – just somewhere that defies description.
It is time to let go completely. What do you want to do? Who do you wish to be with? How do you want to experience your day? Perhaps simple questions for you earlier in this transition, but confusing now. One moment you wish to connect with someone, and the next, you need to be alone.
No longer can you confirm that this day or even this hour is the result of a transition symptom, as has been true in the past. You now feel different moment by moment – angry, sad, blissful, and back again. Everything and nothing is wrong.
We, of the Universes, have often used puberty as an analogy for your ongoing shifts. Such is no longer accurate. Your current shifts are so rapid and profound that puberty does not apply. This current energy burst is more like gripping a small wooden platform as you ride the huge waves of a violent storm. There are no givens that you will reach shore other than our promise that you will.
Your energy storm will be over by or near the new year. You will not drown or suffer injuries. You are merely closing out final 3D fear pieces you did not necessarily know existed.
So it is every twist and turn of this current energy burst feels like a bolt of lightning. This is not a gentle flow down the river. You are in the ocean hanging on for dear life as your small wooden board jumps up and down with every punishing wave.
And then…you are in the midst of the 3D holiday season in which the expectations of yourself and others are almost always exhausting. Gifts, decorations, food preparations, parties, get-togethers – shoulds, have tos, and musts, abound.
Your greatest difficulty is trying to ride two tremendous waves – one of the 3D expectations and the other of new you shifts. You are beyond exhausted and yet, exhilarated. For you must be alert to ride these two dramatic waves simultaneously. Even so, at times, you cannot contain your fears or anger, surprising yourself and others with unexpected bursts like, “Leave me alone.” “Or, NO.” Inner cries and outer vocalizations that most do not understand, for they are either enmeshed in their new you ocean waves or 3D holiday musts.
You have discovered there is no need to describe to others why or what you are feeling, for they are not necessarily experiencing what you are or understanding what you are saying. Each of you has a unique path that is rapidly coming to the forefront as you delve deeper into your new you transition.
As has been true in other transition shifts, those of you at the forefront are entirely enmeshed in this intense energy burst. Those not at the forefront are experiencing similar feelings, but not enough to negate their holiday preparations. So it is they wonder about your dedication to the 3D expectations and joys during this holiday season, while you wonder how they have the energy or interest in maintaining 3D holiday traditions.
You are not wrong, and neither are those who feel differently. You are merely on different waves at different times. In the not-so-distant future, all will be in a similar place – a bit like 3D 30 year-olds are in a similar place. Even though each 30 year-old might actualize their individual 3D track, their needs for food, shelter, and companionship are relatively consistent.
Your future is bright despite this current storm. You are the forerunners – strong, capable, and hearty. Breaking the path for those following – leaving a breadcrumb trail.
Hail to the strength and tenacity of you forerunners – never deviating, stopping, or shifting your inner directive. You are you. Forerunners of this new world, changing your trajectories from fear to love, as well as any who wish to follow. So ride the wild waves knowing you cannot fail – you are a forerunner. So be it. Amen.

Those of a lower resonance (Herod) always fear and feel threatened in the presence of Christ Light and seek to kill or eliminate it any way they can (law, propaganda, societal pressure) and so the newly born and not yet fully developed state of consciousness must for a period of time be kept secret and hidden in order for it be safe as it grows into a strong and highly evolved state of consciousness–the Christ. Those seeking to eliminate truth can only eternally fail for Truth is a Reality that can be hidden, ignored, and denied but never changed, removed, or effected in any way.”

Dear One,
When you are in a situation where you begin to feel powerless and less than another, this can be viewed as a wake-up call. We are referring here to any situation in which you feel devalued, not necessarily one of obvious abuse.
If there is another person who wants to have a certain level of power over you, consciously or unconsciously, your physical body is often a good indicator that something is not right. You may notice a feeling of discomfort in your solar plexus area. Perhaps a weight descends on your shoulders, and your head hangs down. Paying attention to your bodily discomfort can help you become aware and allow you to disengage yourself from the situation.

When you feel strong in yourself, you are less likely to stay in situations that may harm you, or allow others to treat you with disrespect. You do not have to stay in places or around people who do not give you the respect you deserve. However, it is also not necessary to react in anger. As much as possible, stay in your heart, bless the person or people involved and remove yourself from the situation.
When you feel strong within, good about yourself and centered, the area of your solar plexus is filled with energy. When you begin to feel drained, that is literally what is happening to you. When we say no one has power over you unless you allow it to happen, this is the first place where your power is given away. It is now time to take it back.
Sometimes people become so used to being devalued, disempowered and talked down to, they accept this as a natural state. It is not. Every soul on earth deserves to be treated with respect. To stay strong in yourself, steps must be taken so that you feel your inner power, that connection to the light of Pure Spirit that is within you. The solar plexus is the area most affected by the power maneuvers of another person, so the following visualization is helpful in achieving and maintaining your center of balance.
Practice:
Breathe with conscious awareness into the area from your rib cage to below your navel. Imagine this area filled with the warm glow of a huge sun and allow this bright, golden light to radiate out from this place within you and to fill your entire being. Then see or feel this light moving from the base of your spine into the earth, so you can be connected to that rich, nurturing and grounding presence. Continue visualizing the golden light of the sun filling your solar plexus, centering you with a clear, steadying power that will allow you to take the necessary steps to care for yourself. With practice, you can draw on the calming power of this light and the steadying presence of the earth whenever needed.
Begin today to respect yourself. Know that you are a radiant child of God and that you have purpose, presence and connection to all the love in the universe. Call on your Guardian Angels at all times and know that you are guided and protected by the light of God. Begin to know your personal connection to a Higher Power, the true power containing all the energy you need to do whatever is required in your life. Fill yourself with the golden light of the sun and feel the nurturing presence of the earth beneath your feet. Reclaim your true power and remember you are never alone.

We are very sensitive beings as non-physical beings. For us, feeling is everything, and we have highly-honed senses because we want to be able to feel the slightest difference between one vibration and another. This skill makes us masterful creators, and that is what we desire for you to be while still in physical bodies. We want you to experience your sensitivity as your greatest asset, and that means you have to feel everything that comes up within you. But it doesn’t mean that you have to put yourself in situations where you know that you are going to feel bad.
You are there to be leaders, teachers, and healers, but not martyrs. You don’t have to go looking for all of the most horrible news stories in order to know where you need to be sending the most love and light. You want to be sensitive to that sensitivity. You want to protect that aspect of yourself so that you do not become burned out. This is why it is also important to do that which brings you joy and to focus on the aspects of your lives that are working.
You will always have something come up within you to feel if you need to feel that particular emotion. So you also don’t have to go looking for the worst experiences in your past or in your past lives. They will come up, and they will come up at the appropriate time for you to deal with them, and in the meantime, why not just live the life that you want to live? You also have plenty of free time to tune yourselves to those higher frequency vibrations that are available to you. And so, we do recommend feeling for those on purpose.
That’s the life that you want to create for yourselves, and that’s the world that you want to live in, and everything that is of a lower vibration, you will have an opportunity to experience. But again, you don’t have to go digging around, looking for all of the possible scenarios that could trigger you. You want to continue to access the higher frequency vibrations that are coming in and emphasize those.
And when something comes up within you that doesn’t feel so good, you just don’t want to be afraid of it. You don’t want to run away from it. You don’t want to pretend that it’s not a part of your experience and the human experience. It all is, and it all needs to be experienced in order for you to integrate all aspects of yourselves, become the whole beings that you always intended to come in this lifetime, and you need that sensitivity to create the reality that you want to experience.
We just see many of you going off in either extreme direction too frequently. You don’t have to avoid the pain, but you also don’t have to go looking for it. When you don’t fear something, when you’re not trying to suppress it, you can have a much friendlier relationship to it and with it, and that’s what we desire for you. We also know that you have already done a lot of that shadow work, and we know that you are ready for a much lighter version of reality. And so, that is the one that we will continue to beckon all of you to come join us in.

I am Archangel Michael with a message for all light warriors, angelics and bringers of the new age to earth.
It behooves us to have to change the tempo of our message to you this week. Sharon is currently working on a book with Ashtar Sheran about the Storm, which is due out shortly, possibly this week, however she has become aware of certain events being carried out in her country which are a threat to her and other Canadians. As the country is so large, communication is lax and the east is not aware of what is occurring in the west. This type of communication problem must be dealt with and Sharon herself is seeking a solution. Lives could depend on it. Sharon will attempt to distribute these messages to Canadians wanting to know what is happening in their country.
This type of communication should be developed for all countries. There are people reporting for the U.S. and Australia as well, this news is going out into the world but there are some countries/regions where reporting is lax and even more difficult due to censorship.
Please endeavour to make time to spread news to your fellow countrymen about these developments. Until such time the devil is defeated, we must all work together in unison.
Again, this week, we ask that you spread white light love to your own country. Uluru in Australia is still in need of white light and if you can make time to send some there it would be appreciated. Now Canada is in trouble and we would like you to send energy to it as well, if you see fit to do so. We would like you to send energy to the province of Manitoba, which is approximately the halfway point, and then radiate the energy outwards to the east and west coasts.
Remember that the energy you send through your mind will prompt you to take action in the physical. This is the Law of Cause and Effect. Sending energy is wonderful, however working to help those in physical danger is better. We must work against the negative manifestation of others on the planet. When negativity is manifested and is acted out we must take action on that level too.

“We come with this message tonight for all our Gaian family. Things have been changing dramatically upon your world, and you have all felt it for many years now. The pace has quickened. World events are happening that you do not understand. Massive energy has been sent to Gaia via solar flares and other celestial events. Your personal lives changed severely in the last year and a half, and this break forced many Gaians to re-evaluate their lives. All this chaos is not coincidence, dear Gaians. It is all connected, all of this has a purpose, and that purpose is your Ascension.
It is the time for hu-manity on Gaia to Ascend. This is grand, historic news that should bring much jubilation to your hearts! Much jubilation! It is not something to be feared, it is something to be ecstatic about! For this process, your spiritual development, has been millennia in the making—millennia! Many races of the Galactic Federation have watched over Gaia and your progress (you as in the hu-mans on Gaia) all this time.
This message is meant to be broadcast to all Gaians; it is not just intended for the spiritually aware. Those who are unaware of the Ascension of all hu-mans need to be informed so that everyone may experience this natural process with ease and joy.
As ascension events happen so very infrequently, and no Beings generally live long enough in-between these events, there are no records that you may refer to if you research the Ascension. There is no information on what happened last time. And to be clear, the structure of the Ascension you will experiences is vastly different than any other that has happened prior on Gaia. This time, Gaians have chosen to ascend in their bodies, as opposed to ‘passing over’ as you say, and their spirit being elevated to the next level without a body. Yes, we said ‘Gaians have chosen’ as “you” as a collective decided how your Ascension would occur.
Many of you may have experienced what some people refer to as “Ascension symptoms” as your bodies have literally been changed in these last 20-30 years. You have been increasing your vibrations and slowly ascending all this time, of course. Gradually your bodies have been changed, the matter that makes up your bodies has been changed. You are lighter. You literally can hold more light in your bodies now than you did 20 or 30 years ago; much, much more light! Have you noticed that you eat differently? Sleep differently? Many people understand these things; but many others have not heard of them and may be surprised when certain things begin to happen. This is why we wished to come speak with you tonight.
The first thing that you may notice when the Ascension Event begins to happen, (if you are on the side of the planet where people are awake and going about their day), is that people will suddenly become quiet. If they are driving a car, they will pull over because their Higher Self is telling them to do so. If they are running, say jogging for exercise, they will stop. So, whatever people are doing, they will suddenly stop and be quiet. We account for things such as flying airplanes, people going very fast in cars, trains or ships. We watch over and protect them.
People will want to lay down where-ever they are. If you are working in an office, you will put your head down on your desk. Or, if you are working outdoors at a construction site, or just outside in general, people will stop and lay down where they were standing. In the hours preceding this event, people will be guided to find a place where they may lay down. For example, if they are driving, they will be guided to pull over and find a place to park so that they may lay down in their cars. The Ascension Event is one that people will need to be unconscious. It is something where people will need to lay down and rest as they will be in a state of extreme exhaustion, just wanting sleep. It is a natural process.
The people on the dark side of the planet will experience this while they are asleep. In this manner, you will dream the experience. Everyone will dream the experience. It will be a beautiful dream! Honestly, people will dream of some mode of transportation, and they will get off this transportation at the appropriate spot for them. There are many different levels that people will be ascending to and that should make sense to everyone because people are at all different levels spiritually, so it is not like everyone will arrive at the same point. Do you understand?
People will go to the area that feels comfortable to them, whether it is 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D or higher. When they get there, they will rest for a bit more, they literally are going there in their bodies. They will dream the experience but wake up there in their bodies. You will not feel afraid, you will feel a bit confused but your Angel guides, your Spirit guides and/or your Higher Self will be there to talk you through it.
We give you these examples of what the Ascension Event may look like in your world with the hope that this information will be a comfort to many. We know that there is concern regarding the separation of your family and friends who may end up in a different destination than you. When that happens (because it will happen to many different people), you will not mourn them as if they are dead. You will understand that you went to where you were meant to go, and they did the same. You will feel connected to them, you will still remember them. You will mourn their loss, but not as if they were dead. You will feel comforted. As we stated earlier, your Angel and Spirit Guides and Higher Self will always be with you to provide understanding.
