Is There a 5D Blueprint for Yourself & Humanity? ∞The 9D Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very happy to see so many of you exploring the different possible timelines that you have in front of yourselves, as we know quite a few of you have awakened to the truth that there is not one future for you or for all of humanity. And we see you getting more serious about focusing on the reality that you want to experience, rather than giving in to the idea that you have to experience a certain predetermined reality. Now, that may have been the case in all of your previous lifetimes there on Earth in the third dimension. Before you set out to live those lives, you may have created a blueprint for each and every one of them, a blueprint that you would stick to because you knew it served your consciousness to do so.

You knew that you had to have certain experiences to fill out your punch card, so to speak, but this is not one of those lifetimes. This is a lifetime where everything is shifting and changing, including how much of a say you have now that you are on Earth, about what happens next for you. Now, you may think to yourself that you can choose for yourself what’s going to happen next, but you may also believe that because humanity is shifting as a collective, certainly there must be experiences that you all have to have as a collective. But that is not the case. You are choosing which version of the collective you align with, and therefore, which future experiences you are going to have as a part of that particular collective, and you are doing this all the time.

Think highly of your fellow humans, and you get a better reality to experience with them. Look down upon your fellow humans, and you will continue to wonder why they keep messing everything up for the rest of you who are awake. You want to elevate everything, not just your vibration and your consciousness, but also your expectations for your fellow humans. See them as having all of these potential awakening experiences that they have yet to tap in to but that they are destined to experience themselves.

See the consciousness of the collective spiraling upward with you, and see yourselves as leading the way, but know that you are not in this all by yourselves as the awakened collective. Everyone is there to serve the experience of ascension in their own way. Everyone is there behaving exactly as you need them to behave to give you what you need in order to grow spiritually. You are the ones who are the changemakers, who will decide that the path for humanity can be a smooth, easy, and joyous one, as you help others awaken with your own level of consciousness, with the stories you tell about your own experiences, and with your ability to hold space for all of them, especially those who are lagging furthest behind.

If you saw them all as a part of yourselves, then it would be easier for you to see that they need you. They need your help; they need your positive expectations for them, and they need you to hold your vibration in the highest possible frequency, which you can only do when you are seeing them all as Source Energy Beings, instead of as the ones who are messing things up for the rest of you. That’s what you came to Earth to do, and we believe in you, even in those times when you don’t believe in yourselves. So call upon us for help in maintaining that vision, because we know that humankind as you experience it can experience the shift in consciousness in the most beautiful of ways.

Messages from Ann & the Angels – 05/21/2022 • When life offers hate – turn to love

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

You are all challenged these days to stay in a kinder, more compassionate, and more loving reality than one being demonstrated by some very hurting souls on your planet Earth.

When you see the hateful, try not to fall into hate. Would you hate a child that doesn’t know the consequences of their angry tantrums and hurtful behaviors, or would you rather see them learn a better way?

When you see the consequences of hate, try not to wish for revenge. Why hurt a hurting soul and drive them more deeply into their hatred, when instead, you can pray for their understanding so they never again commit such atrocities?

When you slip and fall from love, try to be kind and loving to yourself so you can raise yourself back into a loving vibration. You deserve compassion. You are wired for fight or flight when you feel threatened, and rising above these instincts takes work. Cheer yourself on when you can, and soothe yourself kindly when you can’t.

Focus on, and love the idea of, a future where people treat each other kindly and hatred is seen as a sad cry for love. Love the idea of a world where people know their worth and don’t need to hurt others. Love the idea of the worst person in your life being elevated above their bad behaviors. If you can, imagine a world where the hurtful ones are restored to their original innocence. Imagine even the worst of the worst as innocent babies. Whisper to their souls, “You were once pure and innocent. Your soul still is… remember…” When you can, focus on the light within the soul no matter how dim or hidden it might be.

If you find yourself spiraling downward after hearing disturbing news, breathe deeply, look at your own emotional reaction, and ask yourself two questions:

Does this reaction feel good?

Can I find one that feels better?

We are not in any way, asking you to sanction bad behaviors. We are not asking you to “take the hits” or “turn the other cheek” only to be slapped again. We are, however, asking you to remember, that a hateful soul is deeply wounded and in unthinkable pain, for only the severely wounded and disconnected could hurt others in such a way.

So ask yourself, “What thought or reaction would feel better?” Can you find a better feeling or a better thought? Perhaps a prayer for both the hurtful and the hurting would feel better. Perhaps you can focus on compassion for those who have been affected by a hateful act. Perhaps, if you reach for it, you can find compassion for a soul so lost and disconnected from their own Source and in so much pain that their only way to cry for love is to create more pain for all to see.

Hatred is one of the saddest ways that a soul cuts itself off from love. We are not asking you to make hatred OK. We are asking you not to cut yourself off from love as a result of another’s deeply wounded state of disconnection.

We must say this again. Try not to disconnect yourself from love in reaction to another who IS disconnected.

Try not to give up your own right to feel good and feel God because another person has lost their ability to do so.

While society must have its consequences for unacceptable behaviors, remember that the greatest “punishment” for hatred is love. Love illuminates and dispels the darkness. Love creates an environment where darkness cannot exist. Love “denies” the darkness its very life. Hatred is like a vibrational virus that seeks to possess minds in order to propagate, and it cannot live in love. The denser vibrations cannot penetrate or exist in a higher vibrational field. In a vibrational field of love you are guided, protected, and in a flow towards the life that you desire.

So don’t let the painful and hateful actions that you witness in the world dim your light. You will almost certainly have a reaction to these acts – a temporary wobble away from the vibration of love – but as soon as you can, ask yourself, “What might be a better, more soulful way to react?” Try to find the best feeling you can, even in spite of the existence of behaviors that inspire bad feelings.

If you ask us for help, you will be guided – perhaps to pray, turn away, have compassion, or perhaps even start to champion a cause that helps prevent such things in the future. Sometimes you will be guided to “turn the other cheek” and look away from the hateful acts so you can focus on the countless examples of those doing good. However you are guided, know that this loving guidance will feel better, accomplish more, and one choice at a time, rob the hateful and hurtful vibrations of their power to propagate upon this earth.

An Abundance Message for Light Bringers 🌟

This Message is based on the Collective’s offerings from the May 11, 2022 Abundance Group Call:

Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with all of you again today.

So now, hand over to your beautiful Spirit team, or to an Archangel or Ascended Master, or to Creator Source Energy itself, the pain or the heaviness of whatever you are carrying now.

Whatever you’ve brought forth, put it into the Circle of Light.

Whatever isn’t resolved, that is asking for Divine Wisdom, asking for patience, asking for fortitude, asking for the self-knowledge that shows you, “I’m here because I’m learning this.”

Sometimes one can grasp that on a left-brain level, using language. And sometimes it’s something that happens purely in the heart-space.

The “reason why” is not always going to occur to the rational mind.

It takes being keyed into what the high heart knows, that the left-brain has not yet grasped.

And all of you have that courage, dear ones, to go beyond the narrow conclusions of your left-brain thought, or you wouldn’t be here now.

Yes! You are that powerful!

The human brain has been conditioned and programmed for thousands of years, in one Earth life after another, so that you can’t quite grasp how great and how powerful a being you are.

Those who have designed the smallness of the human construct over the centuries have no real idea of how powerful you are. They have some idea, and they’ve tried to dissuade you from seeing your power.

And of course, that’s not working, because these beautiful energies pouring in now are waking you up at a phenomenal rate.


You’re remembering who you are, and many days you’re celebrating that in small moments, whether you realize it or not!

We want to look at something very practical, which has to do with whether people feel there is a generous allotment of good things being received by them.

Something we’ve noticed lately, is a number of people, whether they’re in the Abundance Group or not, using a phrase—four words—they clearly grew up hearing.

People say it a great deal. And we would say, this is the antithesis of where you are now as an Ascending people.

And the four words are: “I can’t afford it.”

Now, how many times have you heard someone say they would love to do this or that, but then they utter those four words: “I can’t afford it!”

And the unfortunate thing, is that your words are highly co-Creative, dear ones. So if you declare you can’t do something, that’s actually say saying “No” to it.

It doesn’t mean you can’t do it. It means you’re excluding it from all possibilities!

You have declared limitation where you might have called forth co-Creation.

So right now, think of something you unconsciously deny yourself. Something you would love to experience, but have not yet.

It might be an income that’s twice what you have now. It might be perfect health. Releasing extra weight. Releasing people in your life who do not honor you.

Releasing the feeling of, “I never really found my life partner, and I probably never will.”

Whatever it is, think of it right now. Bring up that emotion that feels like a great blockage. We’re going to do some tapping, to start to heal the subconscious beliefs driving those ideas.


Let’s start [tapping lightly with the fingertips of one hand] on that karate chop point—the side of the palm—and say:

Karate chop point: [Tapping lightly] Even though I seem to have denied myself _____________ [name the issue], or else it would probably be here by now, I still completely love and accept myself.

Karate chop point: [Tapping lightly] Even though I seem to think the Universe doesn’t have it in It to create this for me, I still completely love and honor myself.


Karate chop point: [Still tapping lightly] Even though I keep saying, “This can’t happen for me,” or “I can’t afford it,” or “I can’t seem to do that,” I still completely love and honor myself.

Tapping with the fingertips on the inner eyebrow: All this doubt

Outer eyebrow: All this limitation

Under the eye: I keep thinking, “I can’t do that”

Under the nose: Well, it would be nice

Under the lower lip: But it “never happens”

Collarbone: So it must be really hard to do

Under the arm: Or at any rate, it must be hard or impossible for me to do

Top of the head: I do think about this

Inner eye: But it must not be possible

Outer eye: So that’s why I say I can’t do it!

Under the eye: Or that I can’t afford it

Under the nose: Or “That’s just not me—that’s never happened before”

Under the lower lip: “My family doesn’t have any luck in that area”

Collarbone: I would be open to it

Under the arm: But it feels like I’m in some kind of pattern

Top of the head: And it’s a pattern that says No, you can’t have that

Inner eye: So I’m wondering a few things here

Outer eye: Is this a block in my subconscious trying to protect me?

Under the eye: Because it thinks this is no good for me?

Under the nose: Or maybe, did I swear a vow in some life

Under the lower lip: And that vow was “I’ll never do that,” or “I’ll never have that”—?

Collarbone: Or maybe there’s some interference etherically I can’t see

Under the armpit: Or something else . . .

Top of the head: And the interesting thing is that it doesn’t have anything to do with my getting this thing I desire

Inner eye: It has to do with what I think is possible

Outer eye: It has to do with whether I think the Universe always has my back

Under the eye: It has to do with, Do I love myself enough to allow this

Under the nose: Do I love myself enough to heal or remove whatever it is in my way?

Under the lower lip: Can I grasp that the Universe is bigger than what I see as possibilities?

Collarbone: So maybe I should break the old rules

Under the arm: Maybe it is possible!

Top of the head: Maybe I CAN afford this change, or this healing, or this new situation, or this new level of income!

Inner eye: Maybe all that’s possible! And it was just easier to say, “I can’t do it”

Outer eye: The Universe can do anything through me

Under the eye: All I ask is that it comes in a way that’s for my higher good

Under the nose: You can come to me now, this wonderful thing [and go ahead and name it]

Under the lower lip: I’m wide open!

Under the mouth: I am accepting you!

Collarbone: I am accepting whatever changes I have to make—whatever has to happen, in order for this to come to me, in order for me to create this—I’m open. I’ll do it!

Under the arm: I have a feeling it’s mainly energetic, and that’s all right

Top of the head: I accept you! I’m going to stop with these limiting thoughts—I’m just going to face whatever it is in my subconscious that’s held me back. And I’m going to open wide to receive!


Then open your arms wide. Go ahead and tell the Universe, “Yes, thank you! Thank you so much! I accept!”

From now on, dear ones, when you think of this thing, concentrate on that word Thanks. Just give thanks! Start celebrating!


Often people will wait until the thing happens. And of course, there’s the Law of Attraction crowd, who are really wonderful, and who have done a lot of good.

It’s just that they tend to emphasize shifting one’s conscious thoughts, and it’s the subconscious in almost every case, that is in control, and hiding something about why you have not yet experienced what you desire.

It could be etheric interference. It could be an old vow, contract, or agreement from this or another life that said, “I’m not allowed to have that.”

It could be self-protection—”If I lose the weight, I’ll get too much attention from the opposite sex! And my sister will be envious of me!”

Or it could be, “That’s for people who do really well! I’ve never earned that well.”

It could be the smallness concept—people feel safer sometimes, thinking of themselves in small and constricted ways.

Because then nobody will get competitive. Nobody will think they’re “too big for their britches.”

It just makes more “sense” to their subconscious, if they live a smaller life than what their dreams envision.

Yet recall that lovely bit of writing by Marianne Williamson—you weren’t brought in to play small! You came in to shine, as children do.

You say, “Who am I to be brilliant, fabulous, or talented?”

When in fact, “Who are you to not be?!”


“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’
Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

It takes a bit of a shift on that level, dear ones, but from now on, when you unconsciously say, “I can’t afford it,” or “I can’t seem to do that,” or “I just can’t. I’ve tried, and I can’t!” —

We want you to start looking right at those thoughts and feelings, and asking them, Why is that? Why are you doubting how powerful I AM?

Then say, “Actually, the Divine Solution to that is already here! I give thanks!” And move forward on those terms.

Say, “Thank you!” to the Divine Solution!

“This is who I’m meant to be! I’m meant to shine as children shine! I’m meant to be something wonderful, enjoy wonderful things!”

So now we’re going to ask all of the higher selves what they feel is important at the moment to address. [Pause, listening]

Well, they’re pointing out something that’s not too surprising.

They’re saying that deep down, and sometimes very consciously, a lot of people are saying, “The world is changing very quickly! Economically, politically, socially, an awful lot is changing!

“Am I going to be able to shift with all of these changes, and keep my life in some cohesive pattern, and manage to avoid some outer disaster? Manage to hold things together economically or health-wise, when who knows what might happen next?”

Or, “Am I going to be able to manage this or that coming up in my own life? What about my loved ones who are already in a tough situation?”

And so, the questions bear down on you sometimes.

So let’s work with that energetically for a moment. Bring forth whatever it is that’s personally troubling you.

Any questions about, “We’re in this beautiful time of transition and Rebirth–-new Creation, but it’s difficult! It’s very difficult. What the heck is going on!”

“Is NESARA going to happen before things get much worse?” is another big question, understandably.

We encourage everyone to start their day with chanting a mantra. Or meditating. Or doing some tapping.

Yoga practice. Being out in Nature. Something that’s going to calm and center you.

Don’t start the day immediately with the headlines! Don’t leap into the day without a quiet moment for at least a few minutes.


And say to your Spirit team, “What do I need to know right now?”

So we’re calling on your Spirit teams, and asking that all of these shifts and changes be mitigated, in ways that are not too exhausting to you.

Not causing too much of the heaviness in the body or the heart-space.

[Working energetically] So we’re pouring a lot of Light in, for all of those questions. The nagging worries, the unsureness.

Drink plenty of water, preferably structured water! That’s going to calm you down.

Your Spirit teams are encouraging us to say:

Image right now, being handed the document that you sign to receive your NESARA** financial blessings, and other blessings.

Image signing and dating that document, including writing right above your signature, the verbiage that says:

“Non assumpsit, without prejudice, reserving all natural

God-given birth rights, waiving none, ever.”


Image that right now! If you want to date it June or July of this year, that’s fine. Sometimes specifying a date helps to bring something into fruition much sooner!

Your higher selves are saying, they would love for everyone to use the I AM statements, which are very empowering.

The one they’ve chosen is “I AM always perfectly provided for, no matter what!”

They want you to use that beautiful affirmation. Write it down if you’d like. Use that beautiful affirmation to affirm that you’re always provided for.

There are always Divine solutions! There’s always Divine Abundance for you! There’s always Divine Protection for you! It doesn’t matter what’s going on outwardly in the world.

You yourself will be an oasis of peacefulness and Abundance and calm.


Should the whole world be in turmoil, you are still master of your own co-Creation! It has to do with the vibration that you carry, and that can be adjusted at any time.

So this is why we strongly encourage you: Do the meditations! Write out the affirmations! Speak the mantras!

Spend any time in Nature that you can. Listen to high vibrational music. Keep your vibration high and positive. Keep your expectations high and positive.

And if you feel a bit exhausted by all that, just rest. Drink some water, and then just rest. Let yourself let go.

The left-brain thought just wants to know Why, and What’s going to happen next. It will drive you mad with that, if you allow it. Because this is how you’ve been trained to think, for millennia.

Stay in the present moment! Just breathe. That’s all you have to do.

So let’s put the whole Earth in this beautiful Transmuting Violet Flame [of Saint Germain]. This is a cool Violet Flame.

It shifts energies to a higher level, and it takes all the shadow, and births from it something beautiful in you. So put some part of your life or all of you in that Flame as well!

We are very honored to work with all of you, and to know that you are moving along this beautiful path of Light, becoming increasingly empowered every day, remembering who you are.

All of you are increasingly rebirthing into Light Being status.


And Sylvia has written [in the Zoom “chat” space] the Buddhist chant, “Nam-myoho-renge-kyo,” chant of miracles.*

The Dragon tribes, all the tribes of Light who came in long ago to assist, are fully awakened, and are working with all of you, as well as with the Angelic and Faery realms.

So be patient with Lady Gaia as well as with yourselves, dear ones, because you’re all experiencing a powerful new Becoming!

Realize that your very DNA is a multidimensional divine pattern and structure…You are aware that you are living in the energy field, the quantum field which responds to you as a master of energy. Begin to own this truth; begin to allow your DNA codes to unfold all of your latent paranormal gifts and abilities.

We are here. We would like to speak to you of awakening. Humans are multidimensionals who are coded to many realities. Let us begin with some concepts. Imagine that each being, each human has “codes” in their DNA that are dormant, not activated.

Consider a baby who is born with the seeds of their own offspring within. Those seeds are dormant until the being has matured in age and certain hormonal changes within the physical body have taken place, then the ‘seeds of reproduction’ are ready.

The human being is “coded” for various stages of development to happen at certain times. Most everyone is aware of the physical changes that take place from baby to adult. What remains much of a mystery to your scientists are the triggers that tell the physical body to begin a certain stage of development. What aspect of the physical body is responsible for the stages of growth, development and maturing?

It is the DNA that carries the codes, the triggers that activate each stage. The DNA is the entire operating program of the human. There are codes in the DNA that have been dormant since the beginning of your species. There are codes within the DNA that have been evolving throughout the history of humans. These codes are passed from generation to generation.

Realize that your very DNA is a multidimensional divine pattern and structure. Your DNA connects you to the universe. Your DNA carries all your records and experiences from the timeline. Your DNA carries your purpose and intent for this time and place. Everything is in your DNA. Begin to imagine that you can connect to those records and that information. Imagine that you have the ability to read our own DNA.

The DNA within every human carries the codes, the programs of awakening. Humanity is in the process of an evolutionary shift. The dormant codes in the DNA are being switched on, the programs are beginning to interweave with each person’s knowing. This has been happening in a consistent manner for the last 100 years. It has sped up over the last 30 years and is now accelerating with greater intensity.

Much of the development of the computer and its uses and then your internet was and is the result of certain codes switching on and therefore allowing a wave of consciousness to emerge in humanity.

The programs carried in the DNA within each person can be consciously triggered. As more and more human beings are awakening from the numb unconscious illusions of powerlessness and fear, this awakening is causing your world to experience a global shift. The main DNA codes that are being triggered at this time within humanity are the awareness and the total sensation of oneness with all.

More people are moving from the grid of fear, separation and manipulation into the conscious aware state of mind and experience of truly owning their personal power and their personal actions as a part of the divine whole. They are awakening to the responsibility and knowing that they are multidimensional. They are awakening into acceptance of their role and responsibility in the global and galactic transformation.

This is accomplished by the awareness of your personal power, the awareness of how your actions/thoughts/words affect the whole. You are feeling a stirring within, a new feeling, a new way of looking at your reality. You are awakening to the realization that you have been controlled and manipulated by fear. Fear has trapped you into a sense of powerlessness, hopelessness and despair.

When the human is in a state of powerlessness and fear, aspects of their DNA codes are switched off. These DNA codes carry the information that would be available, the awareness that would be available. Instead the connection that would be available is dormant. Fear keeps the DNA from expanding and the strands from unwinding. We have shared that fear, frustration or stress causes the codes of the DNA to shut down or be switched off.

There are great forces at work here. Humanity is linked to the stars and beyond. This awareness alone is ‘coded’ and is being activated within all human beings. Humanity is awakening to the role and responsibility of being galactic citizens. Humanity is awakening to their role and responsibility to this planet, your earth.

As more and more humans recognize and accept this truth, it begins to trigger other “sleepers” to awaken. Your DNA is interactive with your thoughts/emotions/beliefs. Your DNA is interactive with the energy of the universe. Your DNA is interactive with others.

Galactic power surges, solar flares, eclipses, movements of your planets all contribute to the triggering, the switching on of more and more of the dormant aspects of your DNA. Each individual can also begin to consciously switch on these aspects.

Much more will soon be discovered about the DNA of humans. The double helix of the physical body has a matching double helix in the etheric body. Much like the invisible median lines and acupuncture points or even the wheels of lights you call chakras, the etheric DNA is what is affected by these energy triggers as well as our energy fields and offerings. It is the energy body that interweaves with our presence.

Human beings are made up of complex fields of energy, all interweaving, moving, shifting and changing moment to moment. These energy fields interact with other humans beyond words or consciousness. More is shared and communicated on the subtle energy grids of each person than words spoken. When two people come together there is a total interface, a mixing as it were of the energy fields of each one, therefore more information is available to both.

We are acknowledging each of you because you are aware of this exchange with others. You use it in your work and daily life. You read the emotional history and experiences of another in one breath. You are also aware that you process that data and information on another level while you stay focused on this reality and dimension. This is one aspect of your abilities as a multidimensional being. We are inviting you to become aware that you do this.

As the DNA programs of other human beings begin to be activated, this awareness of being in more than one reality at any moment will become the norm. This is part of awakening. It is the realization that humans are multidimensional. They are interactive in other realities. They are more magnificent then they can ever imagine.

As humans begin to be aware and understand, they move in and through the dimensional portals all the time, in the blink of an eye, in one in breath. Your fifth dimension is not a place it is really just a state of mind.

However humans are rigid in their focus on this dimension and this reality. Shifting into other realms feels unreal, feels scary like they might lose themselves. Ego makes sure they stay focused in this third dimension reality. However this is certainly shifting and changing. We know that you are feeling it in your own personal awareness. You are aware that you are living in the energy field, the quantum field which responds to you as a master of energy. Begin to own this truth; begin to allow your DNA codes to unfold all of your latent paranormal gifts and abilities.

It is an honor to share these truths with you. We are pleased with our connection today.

We come forth as the Andromedan’s civilisation to be of service to you in this major ascension movement that you are journeying through upon the Earth. We wish for you to know we are present to support and serve you in every moment of your ascension. It is our purpose and our divine plan, to assist each soul incarnate upon the Earth in achieving their ascension. 

To begin this awakening of your divine plan, we the Andromedans first wish to encourage you to spend a number of days, contemplating what your divine plan is. We invite you to ask yourself as you go about your daily reality and also in meditation. Let go of any seriousness that may come up. Think of this activity as play, you are playing with the idea of your divine plan. Ask within: 

What is my divine plan? What do I imagine my divine plan to be? 

Let the answers come to you . They will come to you from your mind, from expectations, from the programming of others within your being, from fears, from your personality and from your ego. Each time you recognise a new answer of what your divine plan is or could be, we the Andromedans,  invite you to say, ‘Wonderful, I accept and release.’ You are celebrating the answer, but also, you are not allowing yourself to attach to it. Therefore, you are opening up the space, it is like decluttering. After a number of days of questioning yourself often, you may have numerous answers, some may seem unusual, some may seem inappropriate, some may seem amazing. What we invite you to acknowledge is that all of these answers are not your divine plan although they might hold the vibration of your divine plan. Through this practice you will allow yourself to enter into a space. A space that is free from clutter or distraction within your being. A space where you can awaken your divine plan. You will find yourself settling into this space of peace and contentment, maybe without instruction and automatically because you have completed your searching, you have completed your questioning; you have received so many answers but there is a surrendering. A surrendering into the peace and contentment of your being. 

We the Andromedans, then invite you in the few days after this, to only focus upon sitting in or remaining in that space of peace and contentment, even if you do have to instruct your mind and your being to focus upon peace and contentment within your being. We invite you to cultivate this peace and contentment so that it almost feels like a room that you enter into and that surrounds you expansively.  This energy of peace and contentment exists within your being. When you feel that you have activated and awoken the energy of peace and contentment. This is where you call forth your soul, your guides, your soul group and your direct connection with the Creator. Ask within, ‘what is my divine plan?’ You may wish to state that you awaken your divine plan. It is in that space, that expansive energy of peace and contentment that the seed of your divine plan will be planted, will grow, will be nurtured, and nourished. The understanding of your divine plan, the embodiment of your divine plan will grow from within you, blossoming into embodiment. You may gain insights; you may gain understanding, or you may simply gain a sensation of knowingness of your divine plan. Your divine plan is guided by your soul. It is that which your soul wishes to experience upon the Earth and that which your soul wishes to embody or activate. 

Many believe their own divine plan has to be so large, so impactful that they miss and cannot see the truth of their divine plan. A divine plan can be as simple as sharing love with another being or learning how to connect with other people in a simple and truthful way. It may be tending to nature or supporting animals. It could be as simple as living a balanced life, allowing yourself to be happy, or promoting your own health. It could be letting go of judgment or healing a wound with a relation that has been long-standing spans through lifetimes. Whatever flows to you as an understanding, except it, play with it as if someone has thrown you a ball. Play with it, hold it, feel its texture, throw it up in the air, feel how light it is or how heavy, can it roll, or does it bounce? 

This is what you can do with any answer that you receive in that space of contentment and peace concerning your divine plan. Try it out and you may find that it does not feel appropriate, if so ask again, going deeper. You may find that your heart sings with joy. Remember that the divine plan for your own reality, can be immensely simple and it can even be easy to achieve. We believe that many of you now are more than capable of accessing your divine plan in this current moment of the Earth’s reality, successfully experiencing and embodying it.

In some cases, you can’t even fathom what these e.t.s will be like and what they will activate within you when you are in their presence. That’s something to get excited about.

We know that when you get an opportunity to observe your e.t. friends and to see what makes them tick, you will be fascinated as well. You will have new understandings of what existence is all about just because you will see how culturally different they are from you. Merging your culture with their culture will create something new, something never before seen and experienced in this universe, and that will be a delight for us to witness as well, but even more importantly, it will be such an amazing experience for all of you to partake in, that coming together of different perspectives, different practices, different art forms.

We are so in favor of you having more extra-terrestrial contact right now that we want to encourage you to open yourselves up to them every night as you fall asleep in your bed. Do not be afraid, because you have so many well-meaning e.t. friends that are your helpers. They want to connect with you, and they are waiting for the right timing and the proper invitation.

Tell them you are ready to meet with them and to co-create with them, and you will send that signal out to all of your star family members, all benevolent e.t. beings, both physical and nonphysical, and you can expect to have some remarkable experiences when you do make those connections, experiences that go far beyond what their ships are like and what gadgets they have on board. A Hathor Planetary Message: The Cave of Altruin | Tom Kenyon

You and your Earth are undergoing massive transformations along with all of its sentient beings.

You have clearly entered the Sixth Mass Extinction. And the relative stability of the Holocene era has given way to the Anthropocene (i.e., human-induced changes to the ecosystem).

Increasing instability of the ecosystem will continue to generate abnormal weather patterns. And increased global warming will put undue stress on all biological life. Indeed, the very underpinnings of life itself, the vast complex networks of botanical lifeforms are being and will continue to be stressed to their breaking point. This will obviously have ominous effects on agriculture. But botanical stress includes not just plant forms you eat or feed to your beasts, but also includes other land-based and aquatic plants that are indispensable for the survival of most animal species.

Extinction events have happened to lifeforms on your planet before, but in this instance, it has been harbingered by human activity.

To be clear here, by Mass Extinction we do not mean the eradication of all lifeforms. Rather we are referring to the high probability that all species will be detrimentally affected and many of these (but not all of them) will become extinct.

Viewing the probable timeline of your planet from our perspective, we predict that as a whole, humanity will survive but a massive loss of human life will be unavoidable (unless a miracle of international cooperation arises in a quick and effective manner).

From the standpoint of higher dimensions and certainly from our bias as light beings, the purpose of human life is not biological survival. Rather human life offers a unique niche within the Multiverse to rapidly evolve spiritually by experiencing the crosshairs of time and space whereby one directly perceives the dynamic flux of the cosmos. This hyper state of constant change within the cosmos is nothing less than the eternal transformations of energy-into-light-into-matter and then back again like an infinite Mobius strip that turns back upon itself like a serpent swallowing its tail.

From a distance, this dance of existence is marvelous to behold. But if you are in the middle of it, it can be something altogether—quite distressing actually, unless you have learned how to reside in a state of consciousness that transcends all phenomena.

The pressures upon an embodied being (especially now) are immense. And while this metaphor borders on being cliché, it is nonetheless valid. A human being is much like a lump of coal. And like coal, when pressure is exerted upon the psyche of a human, he or she will either shatter or be transformed into a diamond.

As you move deeper into the 21st Century with all of its attendant technological advances, you are at the same time confronted by growing evidence of the Sixth Mass Extinction.

How odd and ironic!

It is certainly possible (and even probable) that highly creative individuals and groups of thought-tribes (a collection of persons who share similar perspectives and passions) will create new technologies that will help to mitigate many of the devastating effects of the Sixth Mass Extinction. From a practical standpoint, this is what is needed. And we see this unfolding in surprising ways as humanity wakes up to its existential dilemma.

This time in human history, while fraught with dire difficulties, need not spell the end of human history, rather, it can usher in a new renaissance of creativity and cooperation as humanity rises to the occasion and meets the challenges head-on. Indeed, despite itself, humanity has a tremendous reserve of creativity and adaptability under stress.

One key to flourishing under duress is the art of increasing both your outer awareness (what is actually going on around you) and your inner awareness (what you are holding in consciousness— i.e., your thought-creation-patterns, the emotional patterns that you are creating in yourself and how you project these into your “external environments”). We put the words external environment in quotes because from our perspective there is no real inner versus outer. Your perceived outer reality is actually a projection and a magical display of energy-light-matter that originates from the deepest levels of your own consciousness.

Now…

There are innumerable ways to enhance awareness. And with increased awareness (both outer awareness and inner awareness) you can accomplish great things.

We have, in the past, offered various means to attain many types of internal awareness. And we would refer you to the Archives to read about them, many of which include the use of sound—for we are Sound Crafters who use sound and vibration for the purpose of affecting positive outcomes.

In this message, we are sharing a new sound meditation for attaining increased inner awareness, while providing you with energetic restoration through the flow of subtle light energies. We call this sound meditation The Cave of Altruin, which is a kind of pun as in All-True-In.

The sound field is only 11 minutes in length, but in this short time it can profoundly alter your consciousness and open to you a vast world of magical transformations.

There are a few elements to consider when engaging The Cave of Altruin.

The sound field is a rotating acoustic vortex that will alter your consciousness if you focus your relaxed attention on the sounds themselves. When your mind wanders simply and gently, bring your focus back to the constantly changing architecture of the sound patterns.

A deeper level of healing and transformation is available to you if you listen to the sounds while resting in The Cave of Altruin, which you create in the imaginal realms of your mind.

Imagine and feel that you are in a beautiful spacious cave. The walls are lapis lazuli, a deep dark blue. And embedded throughout the walls, ceiling, and floor of the cave are innumerable precious jewels, semi-precious stones, and Wish-Fulfilling Gems. These types of Wish-Fulfilling Gems are nowhere to be found in your 3D reality rather they reside in the subtle realms of light. By the term Wish-Fulfilling Gems, we are not implying that they grant your mundane wishes. Rather, their emanations bring forward your higher attributes and qualities. It is these higher aspects of your nature that need to be brought forward for your own good and for the good of all beings, including the great being—the Goddess Gaia—who now needs your help as much as you need her help to survive and thrive.

All of these jewels, semi-precious stones, and gems are from another timeline than yours. They are from a far distant future Earth that has passed through The Great Turmoil, and her ecology has been healed and restored with new vibrational realities in the mineral kingdom.

When you conjoin your focus of attention on the sounds and relax into a self-created sensory experience of the Cave, you will enter a potent transformational field of subtle energy. The minerals embedded within the lapis lazuli walls of the Cave will then spontaneously, without any effort on your part, project to you their extraordinary healing and transformational potencies.

Release yourself from the malaise of striving and grasping. Don’t try to make anything happen. Don’t try to direct the subtle energies that flow to you from the light realms. Let them come into you of their own accord. Surrender to the child-like innocence of relaxed curiosity.

The Cave of Altruin is a multidimensional oasis for restoration and a sanctuary for receiving high vibrational energies. If you haven’t had a lot of fun in your life lately, it can be an indicator that you have been ignoring your inner child. Your inner child is your CEO of fun!

The first step is to just still yourself and ask your inner child what they need from you. It could be that they’ve been desperate for your love, care, and understanding. Let them know you are there for them and meet their emotional needs first.

Once you feel you have acknowledged and provided them with what they need, invite them out for a date with you. Ask them what they’d like to do and what would bring them joy. You might be surprised to discover that something as simple as going for an ice cream or a walk is all they want, but that ice cream or walk will be a much more wonderful experience than normal because you will be present with them and they will be present with you.

When you connect with your inner child and make them an integral part of your day to day life, much healing can occur. You will feel more comfortable because your abandonment wounds will no longer be in a triggered state. You will feel more complete. You will find it easier to be light and joyful and to notice the wonder and magic that exists all around you. It is a beautiful act of self love that can only positively affect all aspects of you.

Dear Ones,

We, of the Universes, would like to help you adjust to your new being.

Some of you will find interactions with others have healed. Or you will meet someone who excites your being – not necessarily romantically, but as in group contact. What once felt uncomfortable or wrong might be exciting. Or those you once negated might become more than acquaintances.

Your new world will turn you upside down and inside out. A phrase that now has many meanings. You might accept those you once ignored and ignore those you once revered.

You are interacting from the heart instead of outer-directed shoulds or wants. Such does not mean you will live in poverty, nor does it mean you will be wealthy. But instead that you will create your right place within income and personal scales.

Your social conditions have been stripped away, leaving new you to freely explore what you wish to explore. If that exploration requires financial subsidies, you will easily create those finances. If exploration requires new interactions, you will easily discover those pieces.

It is not an accident you are in this world at this time, for you have a role to play. A role that might not seem that interesting or exciting. Or a role you never before believed you could achieve.

What was in is out. What was hidden will be displayed. And that which is required for your new you being will be created by you – without effort.

You are officially a new being in a new world. Something you have pined for and diligently worked to achieve for months, perhaps years. There are no more mountains to climb or hills to roll down to become a new you – you are there. Even though you have yet to believe such is true.

You likely wonder what your next move or stage SHOULD be at this moment.

You are there. You have arrived. There are no more trains or planes to catch. There are no more mantras to voice for you have arrived.

Your role has shifted from working towards to accepting your new being with all your creative abilities. Does that statement mean your world will automatically become joyful? If that’s what you want. Or does it mean your adjustment period will be painful or exhausting? If that’s what you want.

You are your own guru, master, and leader.

What do you want and why? That is all you have to be concerned about, for you have completed the work necessary to be where you are today.

Some of you will revert to 3D needs and wants with little success. While others of you will claim your new blank slate of beingness and create that which is you instead of pining for a 3D someone else.

If your first thought while reading this material is that you want to create billions of dollars, ask yourself why you wish to do so. Is it because you want to create in your new world, or is it because that was a 3D goal that never materialized?

You are a new being in a new world. So your dreams and goals will also be new.

Erase your 3D slate and start dreaming, thinking, believing, and creating that which will fulfill you now – not forever or in the future – but now. That dream, that creation could be as simple as a beautiful garden or as complex as time travel. It does not matter, for your current dreams will fulfill new you and your world tapestry thread.

What do you need or desire? That is your direction now. There is no need to mourn that which is no longer, for you have mourned that for the past few weeks. And by doing so, you decided to maintain or sever connections. There is no need to justify your decisions, for you are in a new world with new needs. Needs only you can fulfill.

Perhaps you feel guilty if you do not push for the end of a war or other political agendas. Such guilt is merely a 3D carry-over, much as some dreams can leave you confused a bit after you awake. Those guilty feelings will dissipate quickly, for you do not have the time, energy, or interest in what was.

You are a new being in a new world with new interests and interactions. What was is no more. And you are creating what will be at this very moment. So be it. Amen.

Dear One,

When you dedicate your life to God, an expansion occurs. When your energy fields expand, the limitations of the physical world begin to drop away. You feel lighter, uplifted, more joyful. Your heart resonates at a deeper level of truth. You begin to operate at a higher level of awareness. This new awareness brings you a more enlightened perspective on your life.

It is a wondrous feeling to be in a place of enlightened perspective. All of a sudden you look at your world with new eyes. Your attitude is one of love and compassion, and you become more forgiving of situations that normally would have upset you. This is the grace available to you from the Divine Source. It is always available to you and exists as a stream of heightened energy frequency, or Pure Consciousness.

How do you reach this heightened state of awareness? Through prayer and communion with your Higher Self, by connecting to the loving Source of all that is, and by breaking free of the bonds which limit your thoughts and conscious awareness of life.

So many people contain their thoughts in limiting boxes. Because things appear to be a certain way, they believe it to be truth. Your Spiritual Resources are here to show you another way of looking at life, one in which there always exists a greater level of truth, and where love and harmony are the qualities you can manifest.

When you breathe deeply and visualize your energy-field expanding, you are allowing this greater level of truth to become apparent to you. It becomes even easier if you ask your guardian Angel to show it to you. Asking is a form of prayer, and there is opportunity available to see the “larger picture” if you want to. Prayers are always answered.

When you pray, you open the door for a greater level of energy to work in your life. This is the pure potential energy that becomes available to you as you turn your life over to God. We call it a Lifestream because this is the energy in which you live, move and have your being. It is the essence of you, because you are a part of All That Is. When you remember this truth, and give yourself time to commune with the Higher Power within you, limitations drop away.

Practice

Right now, take the time to dedicate your life to God. Imagine this Lifestream of Pure Consciousness flowing around and through you in rivers of love and light. Be willing to have your limiting beliefs drop away so that miracles can occur for you in your physical world. Sometimes it might appear as though only a miracle can make the difference in your situation. Allow this to occur as the natural result of remembering the Divine Spirit that is really in charge of your life.

The HIgher Power is always available to assist you, as close as a prayer. Open yourself to a new way of seeing your world where love, joy and harmony abound. All this is possible when you remember your message from Archangel Gabriel today:

I am Archangel Michael with a message for our worldwide angelic group. As the angels are growing in proficiency they are beginning to see more, experience more of the other dimensions and are growing in unity, growing in proficiency, growing in benevolent intention. Work together with family and friends, and remember if you cannot meditate, say a prayer or simply send the intention of loving goodness to the target in question.
As for this week’s target this is a bit different. We wish to purify the entity known as Volodymyr Zelensky as his part in the Ukraine drama is important.
Please send him purifying violet flame energies. We ask you to sit in quiet, and bring in energy through the crown chakra. Upon doing so ask that these energies separate into the violet flame and see yourself sitting purified by this flame. Then have the intention of sending this violet flame energy to Mr Zelensky.
Mr Zelensky needs to turn in order to further the progress of the Light forces there. We are all focusing on this and ask you to do so as well.

Dearest Souls, let it be known that upon your Planet, as you know at this time, there is much upheaval. There is much chat amongst the devices used, regarding subjects that are quite discordant and indeed, abhorrent to the soul’s ‘Natural’ Vibration’.

What would you call a ‘Natural’ Vibration?

One that is of Joy, Love, Contentment, Peace … Indeed, all manner of things that UPLIFT and not ‘bring down’.

It must be understood that much propaganda and untruths are designed to continually pull you under and yet, look at how well so many of you now, are seeing through the veil of The Game and accepting that it is not for the Soul Self to become entangled with such a frequency.

Yes, we are moving into ‘passions’ and ‘creativity’ to counteract the darkness, it seems.

And this is wise.

Yet, shouldn’t one need to know certain things? Even though certain things are certainly not certain, surely, we do need to be informed of what is going on, as things progress?

Why?

Because we live here!

Yet, if we didn’t look into ‘stuff, we would be burying our heads in the sand … and being an ostrich gives me neck ache!

THE TRUTH IS, BLOSSOM … THAT ALL THERE IS … IS LOVE. NOTHING ELSE. THIS YOU KNOW.

THE TRUTH WITHIN THAT LOVE … IS THAT BY LIVING WITHIN IT CONSTANTLY … BY BEING IN LOVE WITH LOVE … YOU KNOW ALL THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

So, are you saying we should just ‘innocently’ pootle along and await our fate?

Innocently pootling along, is not what we have in mind.

Yet, by moving on … by moving into your next phase of Yourself … you will come to understand so much more of the facade that is being played out upon your Planet. Isn’t this what you DO want to understand more of?

Yes. Indeed. Yet, not sure exactly what you are getting at. Or, how we do that?

By paying more attention to the inner workings of the Soul-Self, instead of the outer workings of the political and false happenings of that which you are presented.

Do you mean by meditating?

This certainly is very wise. Even ten minutes a day, as you know, makes all the difference to your disposition and indeed, your understanding of Self. Yet, it is not just about meditating, that will assist in this matter.

IT IS ABOUT RECOGNISING, WITHIN EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT THAT YOU HAVE … THAT YOUR POWER OF LIGHT IS CHANGING THE WORLD.

This recognition comes from the Heart space. As you are listening, doing, driving, laughing, crying, eating, Loving … the KNOWING OF WHO YOU ARE AND WHY YOU CAME must become as much a part of you as your breathing.

THE POWER OF THIS not only will make a difference to your Self-worth yet, the worth of THE DIVINE PLAN and how it is to be played out.

We understand the efforts required to remain Peaceful and in Harmony with the LIGHT OF LOVE at this time. Distractions are all around to keep you as far removed as possible from your TRUTH.

Yet, the more concentration given to your POWER OF LIGHT … the quicker the transition shall take place.

So, is it just a thought … a KNOWING FEELING … that we must constantly KNOW and FEEL?

Indeed. Yet, this Feeling becomes of Itself eventually, without having to think about it.

FOR IT IS THE LIGHT … YOUR LIGHT … THAT YOU ARE ALLOWING TO SHINE … ALL THE TIME … EVERYWHERE.

Many of you are deeply concerned regarding outcomes of possibilities, due to the portrayal on such a large scale of gloom and doom. Yet, we ask that you let this go.

YOU ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF ANYONE ELSE … OR ANYTHING ELSE … OTHER THAN YOURSELF.

Concentrate on Yourself and the difference YOU can make.

CONCENTRATE ON, NOT THE BELIEF, YET, THE KNOWING THAT THIS LIGHT THAT YOU ALLOW TO SHINE … THIS LIGHT THAT YOU CAME DOWN TO THIS PLANET TO ILLUMINATE THE DIVINE PLAN … IS BEAMING FORTH FROM YOUR BEING AND DOING EXACTLY WHAT IT CAME TO DO.

CHANGE YOUR WORLD.

KEEP ON SHINING THIS LIGHT WITHIN THIS KNOWING.

Do not allow negative holograms to convince you that you are not serving as you should.

Eh … let’s back up the track there? Negative holograms, meaning what precisely?

Meaning, that so much of that which is presented to you is in holographic form, yet, of a Highly developed nature, therefore, inabling one to know the difference between what is real and what is not.

So, how do we tell what is real and what is not?

Sometimes you cannot.

This is what we are trying to explain, yet, words are so inadequate.

Blossom, Dearest Souls … SO MUCH OF WHAT YOU THINK IS REAL … IS NOT.

I feel I should at this stage, pop a Valium. I know this is what is said, yet, understanding it and the complexity of these workings is a different matter altogether.

Please do not be offended or alarmed when we say you do not need to understand it. In fact, it is too complex for your Beings … inside of your physicality, TO understand. It is all part of THE GAME.

Due to the involved ramifications of so much upon your Planet … there is so much that must be done to BRING THE LIGHT OUT INTO THE LIGHT, once again.

AND YOU … DEAREST SOULS, ARE DOING JUST THAT!

That which is far too complicated to delve into … that which is taking place by those of lesser Light … that which does not belong in the Hearts of man and woman … is coming to an end of its cycle.

There is simply too much to take on board of what that entails and yet …

YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE REASON YOU ARE HERE IS TO SPREAD YOUR LIGHT.

TO BE YOUR LIGHT.

To tangle yourself up within that which ties your stomach and Heart in knots, does not serve the Plan.

Yet, with respect, have YOU not talked to us of lockdowns to come etc. ? I mean, whatever happened to Fergus the Fungus taking us into Phase Two, for instance?

Yes. We have spoken of such … and although we speak of it rarely, the possibility has not gone away.

Oh, so only a possibility, now?

Blossom … everything … absolutely everything is only a possibility!

LOVE IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS NOT!

When we choose to speak of such things that may occur on your Planet, we do so in preparation. We do so, so that one may become aware of what is to come.

Possibly!

We understand, we Know you well, Blossom, and we applaud your ‘indiscretions’ of taking what we say with a pinch of salt.

Why applaud? Shouldn’t I be the one that KNOWS WHOLE HEARTEDLY that what you say will come about?

You got the position, Blossom, for the very reason that you would question and not walk blindly!

What we are trying to offer this day … is this point.

The Vibrations of your Planet due to many more awakening are rising, as you know.

MORE AND MORE OF YOU ARE STEPPING UP AND WALKING INTO THE DEEPER PART OF THE KNOWING OF WHO YOU ARE.

YOU CAN FEEL THIS … CAN YOU NOT?

You feel different/differently from even the start of this year.

You are accepting now … your role.

That of honouring WHO YOU ARE … and working with it.

I can feel that it is so difficult to explain in words.

Indeed, Blossom. Yet, you Yourself are understanding what we are trying to express by an overall Feeling … an ‘inside Knowing’ are you not?

Then, we are to assume that those who partake in our conversations are also, able to feel this ‘inside Knowing’… A place where words simply do not suffice.

THIS IS TAKING YOUR AWAKENING TO GREATER HEIGHTS OF KNOWING.

THIS IS TAKING YOUR BEING TO GREATER HEIGHTS OF UNDERSTANDING WHO YOU ARE.

FEEL THIS.

I am.

Allow this feeling to BE YOU.

ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE THIS FEELING.

That is all you need do.

And from this … more and more Light shall be revealed to you.

And … within this enhanced Vibration, you begin to understand that which IS revealed to you.

As you learn to accommodate and put to task this Heightened Awareness coming from within … THE GAME will present itself to you in a different format.

Not quite sure where you are going with that. A different format?

Indeed. One that is far more agreeable to the Heart.

How lovely. Yet, just to clarify … this will be taking place at the same time that the world is falling apart?

Indeed. Yet, it is for you to recall, Blossom, and Each One … that we explained, that with the fall and removal of the darkness and the ones who wallowed in such … there would be an ‘Inner Strength’ that would Lighten your days … your ways.

That which is to ‘befall’ your Planet may appear on the outside to be disastrous, abominable, and indeed, as unbelievable as unbelievable can be. Yet, that which is to enter into your Heart is to uplift you … give you Strength and Encourage you to see your mission through in ways of such BELIEVABLE proof … that it is for One to look forward to that which lies ahead.

Life and all its Mysteries are to unfold as you allow yourself to open up to all possibilities. Some beyond your wildest imaginings.
