Working Hours 4444.

As a holistic and ascension life coach i always felt that the system of 4 4 44 of working hours in any kind of service is more than fair to anybody. Imagines working 4 hours/day,4 days/week being paid 44$ or € per hour while also having a basic income assured where you don’t need to work for a living, you only work for servicing the highest good for all doing what you love most with passion!How about them apples?

This study below brings us more and more closer to this reality i’ve been sending out through my vortex for all humanity.I know i am a dreamer AND i am not the only one and the more of us dream this the faster we attract it and make it become our reality for ease and flow and grace for all to live in peace, joy,abundance,prosperity,love and well being and freedom and freedom of expression.

  • The Facts:A 2016 study indicates that people over the age of 40 should only be working 3 days a week, or 25 hours per week, to maintain good cognitive function.
  • Reflect On:Where did the idea of a 40 hour work week come from? Are we all working too much? If we changed the way we operate our economy, might we all have to work less? Didn’t we make up all these rules to begin with? Can’t we change them?

We all feel a little overworked, don’t we? Is this truly why we’re here? To work 40 hours a week for many years of our lives simply to survive within our society?

A 2016 study published in the Melbourne Institute Worker Paper seriesfound that people over 40-years-old perform best on a three-day work week.

The Melbourne Institute of Applied Economics and Social Research at the University of Melbourne took 3,500 women and 3,000 men through a series of cognitive tests such as matching letters and numbers under time pressure, reading aloud, and reciting lists of numbers backwards.

Analyzing those results with various other factors such as life quality, family structures, economic well-being, and employment, the team found that people who worked an average of 25 hours per week performed the best. What happens past 25 hours? Cognitive test results begin to drop due to stress and fatigue.

The study says:

“These results indicate that, for both males and females, the magnitude of the positive impact of working hours on their cognitive ability is decreasing until working hours reaches a threshold, and above that, further increases in working hours have a negative impact on their cognitive functioning… Then, where is the threshold?

In other words, when does the impact of working hours on cognitive ability change from being positive to negative? …

Using the test scores of memory span and cerebral dysfunction for the respondents, it is found that working hours up to 25–30 hours per week have a positive impact on cognition for males depending on the measure and up to 22–27 hours for females… Our study highlights that too much work can have adverse effects on cognitive functioning.”

Colin McKenzie, Professor of Economics at Keio University who participated in the research stated:

“Many countries are going to raise their retirement ages by delaying the age at which people are eligible to start receiving pension benefits. This means that more people continue to work in the later stages of their life.

The degree of intellectual stimulation may depend on working hours. Work can be a double-edged sword. It can stimulate brain activity, but at the same time, long working hours and certain types of tasks can cause fatigue and stress which potentially damage cognitive functions.

We point out that differences in working hours are important for maintaining cognitive functioning in middle-aged and elderly adults. This means that, in middle and older age, working part-time could be effective in maintaining cognitive ability.”

Are We Overworked?

Considering that the average adult finishes high school and attends university until around 22 years of age, that’s only about 18 years of work until they should theoretically be working part-time. Is it due to the fact that we’re overworked starting from high school, or maybe even earlier? What can be said about the number of tasks we do within that timeframe that we simply have no interest in?

We see it in millennials as we see it in older generations, people are showing signs of burnout and overwork as our world continues to become more and more demanding and less connected. Not slowing down can lead to things like depression, fatigue, lack of sleep, excessive pain, poor relationships, and consistent cannabis, drug or alcohol use. These are all issues that are incredibly prevalent in today’s society.

What Can/Should We Do In Our Time Off?

Well first off, if we aren’t working 40 hours what could we do? We often hear the stories of people who retire and seem to go crazy, degrade or not know what to do. While there can be reasons for this that relate to not being sure how to slow down and enjoy life, there is also something to be said about having a lack of direction or task in life that can lead to feeling uneasy.

The Okinawan Centenarian Studyhas shown that the people who live the longest, and who also happen to be the happiest, don’t believe in the idea of retirement nor do they even have a word for it. In their experience, they ‘work’ their entire lives, but as you might imagine, their ‘work’ is much different than how we see it in the West. The study indicates that people choose their jobs based on their ‘ikigai’, which is their cultural word to define purpose. In their eyes, their choices are driven by a deeper meaning to each person individually, not based on societal norms, culture or money. This sense of greater connection to self and ‘purpose’ allows them to contribute to their community in a meaningful way and also make them happier.

The Takeaway

We seem to approach many of our societal challenges with the mindset that we can create change as long as it fits within our current systems. However, our system, and our reactions to it, are providing a feedback loop that shows us things aren’t working, and that we are becoming more and more unhappy with how we’re living.

While it’s true that through self-developmentone can find peace in many modern-day situations and challenges, the bigger question we may want to ask ourselves is: Do we want to keep living this way? Are we bored of the way life is? Get up, go to work for 40 years, come home, and maybe retire to explore more of this world … one day. Is this what we’re capable of? Is this the life we want to continue to fight to protect? Or are we ready for something new?

Think of the fact that the 40 hour work week is simply a response to an economy we made up and designed as humans. We don’t haveto have it operate this way, we simply all agree to it. We’re agreeing to our own slavery, our own struggle, and our own demise in a sense. Can we not change this as a whole? What’s stopping us?

Beloved masters, as the higher frequencies of Light and Creator wisdom permeate the Earth and humanity, a radical shift in consciousness is taking place. Fear and uncertainty are rampant, and a great majority of people fear that the best times are past, and the future looks bleak and uncertain.

It is normal to resist or be uncomfortable with dramatic changes, especially when people feel they are not in charge and in control of their future. That is why it is so important to tap into the wisdom of your Higher Self, and to connect with your wonderful angelic guides and teachers.

Know that the pathway home has always been in place and your return to the higher realms of illumination is assured. However, be aware that the secret of how this is accomplished comes from within, not from your outer world.  The internal transformation process can be accomplished with ease and grace when you once again gain access to the wisdom of your Sacred Heart and Mind.

We have said before, you will not be punished or cast into hell. Will you please heed our words? You are not judged – you never have been judged by anyone or any Being from the unseen or higher realms – YOU ONLY JUDGE YOURSELF! 

Under the Universal Laws of cause and effect, all your thoughts, intentions and deeds are stored within your auric field and your chakra system, and you radiate the vibrational patterns created thereby, which go forth from you in an infinity pattern and return to you in like frequencies and measure.

In the past it often took many lifetimes to reap the rewards for positive, loving actions, or to experience the penalties for negative or hurtful actions. Therefore, most often, it was not obvious that the righteous are indeed rewarded, and the unrighteous also receive their just rewards in kind. Again, no great or small Being is doling out rewards or punishment.

The Universal Laws are firmly in place, and your own Higher Self monitors your progress or lack thereof; either clearing the way ahead, and blessing you with miracles large and small − or by placing more obstacles before you in hopes you will awaken and step onto the spiral of Ascension.

Dear hearts, too many of you are carrying great burdens from the past, mistakes you have made in this lifetime, and also many from past conditioning and buried memories of painful events or actions from all your previous lifetimes. Holding onto these memories or carrying the burdens of inequity no longer serves you.

It is time for you to allow us to help you heal the painful memories stored within your physical vessel and auric field, just as we are clearing the distortions of the Third- and Fourth-Dimensional collective consciousness belief patterns and bringing those dimensions back into their originally designed spectrum of duality.

As you descended into the restricted, limiting realms of consciousness, the veil of forgetfulness was placed over your memory so that, most often, you could not remember your past lives, for it would be too much of a burden to remember all your past mistakes and imperfections. It was an act of mercy, for it has proven difficult enough for you to forgive yourselves for your errors and misjudgments in this lifetime, much less all your past aberrations.

These restrictive membranes of Light are slowly dissolving as you return to balance and harmony and advance on the spiral of ascension and reunification. An important fact to remember is that even though you no longer recall your past errors and the thoughts and deeds that threw you off balance, those energies are still present within your cellular structure waiting to be rectified and returned to harmony within.

Imagine a great orchestra playing a symphony; however, each instrument is a little off-key. Now imagine how uncomfortable that would make you. And then, picture some of the most powerful negative vibrational patterns you have sent forth in the past − instead of beautiful, melodic frequencies which lift and inspire − it is as if you have been sending forth discordant frequencies, which clash and create chaos instead of balance and harmony.

Can you bring to mind some of the positive vibrational patterns you have radiated forth recently, which have been as powerful as your negative thought forms?

Your Soul Song has gradually lost some of its pure and harmonious frequency patterns, and therefore, both your inner and outer worlds have become off-balance and discordant.

We have stressed over and over again, one of the greatest challenges, yet the most important thing to be accomplished in order to step onto the spiral of ascension, is to return to center within your Solar Power Center. This facilitates the opening of the Sacred Heart, and thereby, allows the Creator Light to flow freely to and from you. This, in turn, assists you to reclaim your uniquely beautiful and harmonious Soul signature.

We have explained how a membrane of Light was placed over the portal at the back of your Sacred Heart Center until it was time for you to begin your journey back into the higher dimensions and the realms of Light. However, you and you alone placed a membrane of protection over the front portal to your Sacred Heart Center because you have been hurt, disappointed and disillusioned so often.

Slowly but surely, through the techniques we have given you, you have dissolved those restrictive membranes so that the Love/Light can flow freely to and from you in the way it was intended.

In order to access and radiate the ever-increasing frequencies of Light, you must be able to integrate and permeate your Being with these advanced vibrational patterns. Then, you must be prepared to radiate them down into the core of the Earth, and project them out into the world at large, via your Sacred Heart Center portals – both front and back.

Envision how you looked when you first came to Earth: you were a shining crystalline Pillar of Light, filled with a full allotment of the virtues, qualities and talents of your God Ray consciousness. Slowly as you sank into the density, you began to build a cross of matter, which became more and more unwieldy as your spectrum of Light and shadow increased.

You are now in the process of loving those Fragments you have created back into balance and harmony as you seek and tap into higher and higher frequencies of Light. You are in the process of becoming a cross of Light, beloveds, as your spinal chakra system becomes ignited and you radiate Love/Light from the front and back portals of your Sacred Heart Center.

Why not move into the center of the spiral of ascending consciousness – into the eye of duality and polarity where all is calm and peaceful, and filled with pure cosmic life force substance called Adamantine Particles – waiting to be molded into your vision of the future?

This very moment, as you move into your Sacred Heart Center, you can experience the profound love and compassion of our Father/Mother God and the Supreme Creator, knowing that you are a treasured son/daughter on an important mission and that nothing you can say or do can diminish that love.

Stand in front of a mirror and gaze into your own eyes or go into your Pyramid of Light and lie on the crystal table.

Say to yourself,“I forgive myself for any action, thought or deed – past, present or future – in this or any other reality, which has not been composed of the frequencies of Sacred Love. I forgive everyone with whom I have shared conflicting, discordant energies during my present or past lives – in this or any other reality – and I return to them, wrapped in a bubble of love, all negative memories, impacted energies and probable futures that we have created together. 

“I ask the angels of forgiveness to permeate all Facets of my Being with the frequencies of Love/Light so that I may become Soul-focused and heart-centered as a Bearer of Light and a Self-master.”

Breathe deeply as you move into your Sacred Heart Center. Allow the pure Love/Light to pour down through you via your Higher Self. Feel the expansion in your heart center as this Divine Elixir of Love permeates the very depths of your Being.

Sacred Love is what frees you from the shackles you have woven around yourselves, binding, restricting and entangling you in karmic interactions. When you deny this love, you are denying your heritage and your Divine birthright. Perform this exercise as often as necessary until you feel you have accepted the truth that you are worthy of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is a very personal act, and it must come from the heart. It does not matter if others forgive you or not. When you forgive from the heart, it changes the energy dynamics between you and others. As we have said before, you can only change yourself, and you must allow others to change in their own time and way. You are only responsible for your own spiritual growth. However, remember, dear hearts, your loving energy speaks for itself and it creates miracles.

Forgiveness of Self, which facilitates a forgiveness of all others, is an integral step in the process of opening the portal to your Sacred Heart Center. Your heart portal must be open in order to successfully connect with the many Facets of your Divine Self and your universal consciousness.

You must make a concerted effort to return to harmony and balance within your own Being in order to be ready to connect with your Divine counterparts. Your painful, unsatisfying earthly relationships are a result of inner feelings of unworthiness, guilt, fear of failure and rejection.

The battle of the sexes is really an internal battle with Self, as you project your needs, wants and desires outward to someone else in hopes they can supply what is missing within. Your relationships will surely reflect to you the negative energies you need to overcome as well as some of the positive attributes you desire for yourself. Either can be painful or fulfilling, depending on the way you wish to apply the game of relationships.

Negative frequency physical relationships are fear-based, rigid, self-absorbed and limiting. Sacred relationships are love-based and Spirit-inspired, and allow each party to integrate and express the positive attributes of their intrinsic masculine and feminine nature. They focus on wholeness and unity, and yet they are flexible and allow freedom of expression.

As you lift your consciousness and return to harmony within, you radiate forth more refined frequency patterns, and therefore, you will attract to you those who are radiating and are comfortable with the same level of the Light spectrum.

The reunification process entails rejoining the multiple Facets and levels of your Soul family, which consists of your earthly Soul companions and the many Facets of your Higher-Self − your solar, galactic and Sub-Universal family.

Beloveds, won’t you begin the process of forgiveness NOW, and make a concerted effort to open the portal of your Sacred Heart Center so that these wondrous gifts can be showered down upon you?

AA Gabriel– All things in life are a part of the Universal Consciousness. This includes the desires of your heart. You have within you all that it takes to fulfill these desires and create the life you want to have. Know that each time you feel a deep longing, the seed of fulfillment is inherent within it.

There is a deep re-awakening within you, showing you a potential for all that you desire. This re-awakening results from your connection to God and the remembrance of the Angels who are guiding you always. As you commune more and more with this energy, your life will begin to take on the magical qualities you desire.

It begins with letting go. When you know in your heart that all your needs will be abundantly met, you can release the part of you that wants acquisition. You will now be free to discover the true desires in your heart. True desires have qualities that are fulfilled when the desires have been manifested. If the desire is for money, there is a quality that your heart seeks to have fulfilled — a sense of safety, an abundant lifestyle, or perhaps, simply freedom from worry.

Becoming aware of these qualities allows you to take action to gain these first, which will then allow the material form to manifest in a form which is in your highest good. The first step after discovering the qualities you seek, is always to ask for what you want, making sure you clearly state the qualities you are seeking to have. The Angelic Dimensions stand ready to assist you in the process of gaining all you desire in your life. Clarity is key.

Practice

It is truly God’s Plan to have all beings live in a state of abundant joy and freedom from fears: people living with peace, harmony and love in the world as well as within their families.  These qualities are not too much to ask for in your prayers because they are the natural state of balance in God’s world.  Your prayers you offer in order to attain them opens your mind and heart to fulfillment in your personal life.

It is also vital to be in the company of like-minded souls who believe that miracles are not only possible, they are also willing to have them manifest in their own lives. It is clear that in some situations in the world, only a miracle of divine proportions can create a solution. With enough people believing miracles are possible, there is no doubt that creative solutions, which are beyond the mind’s ability to understand at this time, will occur.

Begin now to allow miracles to manifest in your world. Be the first one to ask for Divine Intervention, and to share your belief with others, so that all may live in a new level of conscious awareness and abundant joy.

Those desires in your heart are there to remind you that miracles happen, and God provides you the ways to have all the good you desire in your life. Know that you are blessed and profoundly loved.

Call on the Divine Presence and the Angels, then allow the desires of your heart to be fulfilled.

Remember, you would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it.

Ascension, Disclosure

It is important to learn how to study without emotional attachments of fear and to shift your frequency to neutrality or love in an empowered state to keep from reinforcing the control matrix while uncovering it.

Michelle Walling, CHLC– There is an irony I have struggled with in having a website that uncovers the nature of the control matrix that we exist in. Because we are powerful creators, we create every moment of this matrix by what we focus and intend, and we have been programmed to subconsciously create what we are studying by making it our truth.

It is important to learn how to study without emotional attachments of fear and to shift your frequency to neutrality or love in an empowered state to keep from reinforcing the control matrix while uncovering it.

Part of the black magic of controlling humanity and locking people into a perpetually negative matrix usually begins with school. We are taught subjects that we have to repeat over and over in order to memorize it, and then we are quizzed on how well we have programmed our brain to believe these facts.

The programming is usually reinforced by our parents because they were also brainwashed and mind controlled. Before our modern day schools, even horse and buggy people were brainwashed into divide and conquer by the idea of war, and society made sure to keep lots of people in the saloons and/or churches. Information was disseminated through snail mail and newspapers, and they had a very slim chance of getting information to empower themselves.

Information can be one of the most empowering things to break free of the control matrix. However, black magic programming can also apply to your studies of the dark forces as well. Some say that the dark are supposed to tell us what they are doing openly in compliance with Universal Law because we have free will and shouldn’t be programmed without our consent.

There is some really good information leaked by select cabal members, and there are tons of movies putting out disclosure. By placing the information out there for all to see, we are supposedly giving consent by continuing to live like slaves if we do nothing about it. Of course, most people don’t realize they are looking at the truth right in front of their faces. But even if we do recognize the truth, what if it is allowed to be seen in order to keep us perpetuating what they are doing? We never learned to say NO and shift the energy in order to break the subliminal programming while studying their methods of control and torture.

To truly understand my point is to understand how this inverted matrix copy is being created. Let’s say that half of the population on Earth are Source beings that are creating this inverted matrix reality (mostly subconsciously) through their thoughts, focus, and intentions. Most are riddled in fear and don’t even realize it. In the other half of the population is a small percentage of negative beings.

The rest of “people” NPC’s, or non-player characters, non souled beings, or what Dolores Cannon called backdrop people. They are being controlled by artificial intelligence in order to reinforce and perpetuate the creation of every moment from a lower vibration by programming the Source beings to keep the frequency low. The storyline continues in the matrix as the Source beings have forgotten who they are and that they are creating their own reality.

In every moment we flash in and out of existence several times. When we flash in, we have just re-created our body and our version of the earth matrix based on the last moment plus any new programming that influences us in the now moment. This is the biggest secret of all –  We are creating this matrix. The negative beings are not creating anything, they can only copy matrices and influence Source to create based upon negative influence and ignorance.

The system busters are Starseeds who are awakening to who they are as Source, and they came here to re-program the matrix from inside if it. In order to do so, it is important to learn how to be the observer and not focus too much on the dark forces so that you do not attract that into your reality.

There is a sequence of learning that can be followed that involves working on yourself in peaks and rests that allows you to process truth. First you stumble upon a big topic and do all of the research that you can, then you decide that you do not want that in your matrix and you make a declaration to the Universe that you do not consent. Then it is important to process and transmute all of that negative information by taking a break from the information and spending time raising your  vibration and focusing on what you do want to create in the New Earth.

In the past, I would get so bogged down in studying the negative control matrix that it lowered my vibration. The irony is that I just wanted people to know what was happening so I would write an article about it (reinforcing it unconsciously). If some would turn their head at the information, I accidentally judged those who were spiritual bypassing this information.

I have learned that if we didn’t have the spiritual bypassers holding the higher frequency for the matrix cleaners to go into the crap and clean it up, we would get stuck in the vibration of perpetuating the exact same matrix as we were studying. I have refrained from to writing about many other darker subjects because we haven’t all learned how to pull out of the vibration from which they were created. There are still so much more dark shenanigans that many Starseeds will never know about. A small percentage of us will be told and we will offset that part of the matrix with out transmutation abilities.

I noticed that when I took a break from my studies and read something I loved like Barbara Marciniak’s Bringers of the Dawn, I was again recharged and empowered. I also would get out in nature or treat myself to a special meal or dessert until I felt better. The shift of the energy is what allowed me to transmute what I had picked up by reading the bad things and then focusing on something empowering and doing something I enjoyed.

When I shifted the energy of what I had been studying by shifting the energy in my body, I did not perpetuate the creation of that topic in my matrix. It is important to create your own little escape while still being fully embodied.

I have also since been able to study the negative control matrix as an observer, which naturally happened after finding myself in and out of the “void”. Once I reached a state of balance in my own energy work, I was “in the world but not of it”. This kept me from taking on the programming of the negative matrix material I was “observing” as I dove in and out of my research.

I continued with the declarations of non consent to what was happening “out there”. Sometimes I do an “erase and rewrite” in my mind when I am thinking about something negative in order to understand it, and I replace it with positive repetitive affirmations of what I do want. I have also opened my heart so that I am recreating my matrix out of a love vibration rather than a fear vibration. The last part of the reprogramming of the matrix involves spending a lot of time now focusing on what I do want in my matrix, and that is how I am contributing to the creation of the New Earth.

Not everyone has a role in studying the matrix in depth, and perception has a lot to do with decoding the matrix. But for those who are curious and question everything, learning how to transmute what you are studying is key. By shifting your energy and taking a break, you do not get caught up in a negative spiral in your own local matrix as well as contribute to the overall matrix creation with all of the other Source creators here.

Sometimes it is even good to take a break of several months if that is what it takes to shift your frequency back into a higher state or dimension. Make sure you reading articles or listening to videos of truth frequency instead of fear based or low vibration. Pay attention to how you are feeling and make adjustments accordingly.

The matrix we see is a holographic illusion and it is as easy to un-create as it was to create it. We are remembering how to do just that, one Starseed at a time. It only takes a small percentage of empowered creator beings in a love vibration to override the majority.

If a wave dissolves into the ocean, you do not feel as if the ocean has disappeared. You simply see it rising again in a different form. So too with Divine love.

Begin to acknowledge this love as often as you can.Taste your food and see if you can perceive its flavor as love. Feel the warmth of the sun upon your skin and see if you can perceive its life giving energy as love. Look around the home that protects you from the elements and imagine you can feel its love. Feel the love in the water in your morning showers. Imagine it in the plants and essences that scent your lotions. Acknowledge it the workings of your car, for it loves you too, when you sit upon the seat and start its motor each morning.

See this love in the people that are wonderful to you, and even beneath those who are not, for in truth they just push you away from themselves and closer to you. 

Can you imagine? The entire universe is a living, breathing consciousness, animated by love itself! All that you see around you has a form of life and energy and light within it.If you seek to acknowledge that love you will feel it far more often. The greatest romance upon your earth is available at all times, for you are both the lover and the beloved. You are Divine Love in human form trying to love yourself in all forms.

We live in love dear ones.We see the light that gives us life in all things and all beings. We see your perfection even when you see your perceived flaws. We see your wholeness even when you feel broken. We see your vitality hiding behind the illusions of ill health.

The door is open wide to those who seek more information, and it is being given in a way that allows for a greater understanding. It is all in preparation for your advancement into the higher vibrations and eventual Ascension. Hitherto we have only given out that which has been sufficient to answer your questions, but now your understanding is such that you are able to expand it. It is time for you to take a great step forward, and there is no limit to the gains you will be able to make. Between now and Ascension you have much to learn, but by the time you are ready for it you will have become Masters in your own rights. At last there is nothing to hold you back and your Guides are ready to help you and able to satisfy your needs.

The period immediately ahead will be fast track to enable advancements to be brought into existence that have been deliberately held back largely by the Illuminati. The fact that they already exist means that although you are more than fifty years or more behind the times, their introduction will be quite quick and your quality of life will be lifted up. What you will notice, is that the large conglomerates will be forced to down size, as “large” is no longer beautiful or necessary. Independent units will abound and you will find yourselves part of small communities that are largely self-serving. Naturally, these changes cannot happen overnight but you can be prepared for such far reaching changes. The old ways will no longer adequately serve their original purpose, and changes will come of necessity.

Your achievements are such that they have gained universal acknowledgment and praise, as when you volunteered to experience separation from your God you had no idea how hard the challenge would be. Knowing that help would never be far away you confidently went ahead and quickly become without memory of your true selves. In fact in the course of time you have had so many lives, you touched the depths of low vibrations and experienced the most traumatic times, yet still retained your innermost feeling of belonging to the Light. Your experiences have made you stronger and more able to stand up to those Beings of the lower vibrations. I do not wish to sound too dramatic, but some souls have been strengthened in the Fires of Hell. Truly Hell as such does not exist, but experiences in the lowest of the low vibrations are no doubt responsible for such a description. Be assured that no such experiences await you now as you follow your path to Ascension, as you are already in the realms of Light that continue to lift up as you make your way within the Photon Belt.

There is something of a battle going on between the Light and dark, as the Light is now the dominant force for good, and the dark Ones will not let up while they mistakenly believe they still have a chance of turning the tide. Their days are numbered yet they carry on playing their games even if it is obvious they are losing ground and power. Those of you who have lifted up your vibrations need have no fear from them as they cannot touch you whilst you remain strong in the higher vibrations. Their fate is sealed but freewill still allows them to act out their desires. Very soon more of the dark Ones will be arrested as part of the cleansing that will clear the way for beneficial changes to take place. They are certainly poised to commence, but as we have often told you things must be exactly right for major changes to take place.

The higher energies unsettle those who are of the lower vibrations leading some of them to become so unsettled they act irrationally and lose control of themselves. It is when they are at their most dangerous, and as you have already experienced just one person can cause so much mayhem, damage and loss of life. Such happenings result in more extensive safety precautions, and eventually they will stop such happenings before they can get started. Such acts do however allow karma to be cleared and will be set up with that in mind. Understand that sometimes all parties involved in negative acts are learning lessons that they need to be able to move forward into the Light.

Looking on the brighter side of life more and more souls are awakening, and realising that what you may well call the normal way of life is lacking in many ways, and they are seeking a new and more acceptable approach to life on Earth. The younger generations in particular are absolutely against the idea of wars between nations, and see it as a certain way of destroying your civilisation. They want peace for everyone, and have their own ideas as to how it can be best achieved. It will come and much sooner than you may anticipate, so think positively and contribute to the rising vibrations, and world peace will come all the quicker.

There are times coming in the not too distant future when your thoughts will be able to manifest things instantly. In a similar way in your present time, what you wish for will most likely come into being and depends on your individual power to focus on what it is. It means that you will have to learn to control your thoughts inasmuch that simply “thinking” about something, is vastly different to giving it the necessary energy to create form. We have already mentioned this previously because you need to start now in thought control, being aware of your potential power. Those of you who have been, or still are healers, know what is meant by it, as for example when the energy is of a negative nature you may lose control of it because of your temper and send out such powerful energies they are harmful. Be aware that when directed to someone who is protected they will “bounce” back to you with a result that you have brought upon yourself. 

In time it will also be possible to self-heal through the power of thought or the spoken word. So to say you are in charge and when you command your body to heal it will respond as you are the boss. Some of you no doubt are no doubt already in touch with your Higher Self, and working together you can achieve so much more. Speak regularly with your Higher Self so that it becomes a perfectly natural thing to do, and extend it to your Innate that is always waiting for contact with you, and with success speak with your DNA. It may sound odd to some of you, but it is the natural thing to communicate with parts of “yourself” and beneficial to you.

The changes are being brought forward, and as the dark Ones are brought more and more under control, so their influence and ability to interfere with your work will cease. I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. This message comes through my Higher Self, my God Self, and every soul has the same connection to the God inside.

This little notice to share with you what happened to me yesterday:Not that every day is not miraculous on one way or another,each and every day more!So yesterday i was walking on a rainy afternoon out of the clouds appeared the Sun.I stared at the sun for a while, the time i take 6 deep infinite breaths and i noticed even more magic!i became aware that i am the creator of all this that i witness.I was,I Am one with all that i see and create, my internal emotional state wastes reflected to the outer!and then after enjoying the playfulness of light and darkness, sun and clouds playing ping pong with each other, a small rainbow appeared on the edge of one of the clouds.Then as i looked further on my right on the horizon,where there is cloud creating machine as i like to call them(they say it is for producing energy, i never believed such thing),one of the clouds had a very perfect straight line going for a good 1/32 of the whole perimeter across the sky.Then another one appeared round shaped with a dome on the top.You guessed it i suppoooooose?

Welcome to the new age, dear ones, for in spite of appearances you are indeed on the cusp of the new age long predicted by seers of the past and present. The evolutionary process cannot be stopped because it is simply the process of awakening to what already is.

Sooner or later every soul tires of the fruitless efforts involved in third-dimensional living and without personal alignment to feed them, the illusions of material sense begin to fade away.

Evolution can be ignored and delayed but cannot disappear because it is the means by which every soul awakens out of illusion and into reality.

Try not to imbue your concerns with power over you, but rather remain centered in the realization that your oneness with Divine consciousness constitutes your oneness with harmony, peace, abundance, and wholeness–everything IT is. Then after doing that, take the human footsteps you may be guided to take.

Many are suffering at this time of transition and those on the other side are well aware of it. The world has not been abandoned, nor is it being punished for its “sins.” Events taking place in these times are necessary to the completion cycles of clearing for Earth’s ascension process that is now well on its way. A point of no return has been reached.

Many are being forced out of their comfort zone which serves to open them to question their personal belief system and the status quo. New and higher awareness about everything seen, heard, tasted, touched, and smelled are quickly unfolding in world consciousness through the Light of the higher-dimensional energies now pouring onto earth.

Third-dimensional ideas are beginning to shift into higher form as increasingly more people awaken. This is causing those who have chosen to remain locked in “power over” consciousness to resist and fight any change as best they know how. There is a global rift beginning to take place between those opening to higher consciousness and those refusing to or who are simply not spiritually prepared.

You are going to witness this deepening divide as chaos, but it is part of the ascension process. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan. Much that heretofore has never been questioned, especially in politics and religion, is increasingly being examined and questioned by those seeing with “new” eyes.

The outer always reflects the inner. Consciousness is the substance of all form because nothing else exists but Divine Consciousness. However, the qualities embodied in the One Divine consciousness can only be experienced personally when there is alignment. Every person’s consciousness expresses what it is in alignment with.

However, it is important not to judge or believe that everyone experiencing problems is un-evolved, for the individual may be right on track with his pre-birth contract, having the experiences he chose to have as necessary for his spiritual growth.

Differing levels of consciousness are the reason so many religions originally based in real truth and taught by an evolved master teacher are today polluted with erroneous concepts and beliefs that represent gross misinterpretations of the original teachings.

Students and followers unable to grasp the teachings at the level of the teacher, interpret them incorrectly according to their much less evolved state of consciousness. This is why Truth should never be organized.

You who read these messages have made your choice to ascend and are spiritually prepared to stay centered at all times even if you do not think you are. The outer scene is changing very quickly and those who remain centered, meeting every appearance with an awareness of truth, will find they are spiritually cushioned for whatever presents.

It is time to clear lingering false beliefs and remove any energetic cords still binding you to some person, place, or thing. This will create space for higher-frequency energies to integrate and become your energy. Energy pathways present in the etheric body are now being activated in the physical body, enabling it to hold, carry, and become one with higher frequencies.

Many highly evolved beings are assisting Earth at this time. Assistance is always available for the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual facets of the whole. It is important to understand that because of free will, help must be asked for. Guides cannot tell you what to do. They are only permitted to assist you with your decisions.

Never disrespect the physical body through the belief that it is base, sinful, irrelevant, or un-holy as many religions and even some metaphysicians continue to teach. Your body is the sacred temple of Divine Consciousness, the material sense of the spiritual body. To think of it as anything less is a facet of the three-dimensional belief in duality and separation. Treat your body as the sacred temple it is by keeping it safe, loved, and clean inside and out.

We have often stated that every person must eventually let go of seeking outside of themselves for what they need. This is true regarding spiritual truth as well. When a person attains the conscious realization of their completeness and wholeness, that which is needed regardless of how seemingly ordinary can manifest outwardly because the person’s consciousness is in alignment with the substance of it.

Needed answers, ideas, or goods flow through some person, job, book, etc. but NEVER FROM THEM.This is the universal mistake inherent in third-dimensional thinking that has brought about so much suffering and pain for the world. It is a person’s attained consciousness of their already-present wholeness that can then manifest in forms that are personal to the individual.

THERE IS NO UNEXPRESSED CONSCIOUSNESS.

Truth progresses from being simply intellectual knowledge to being an attained state of consciousness through awareness, acceptance, and practice. Truth must become one’s actual consciousness before it can manifest because consciousness is the substance of all form. A consciousness of duality and separation will continue to create experiences of good and bad for as long as it remains intact.

Release any and all beliefs promoting the idea that some ritual or belief is necessary for your spirituality. True spirituality is not governed or based in rules and regulations. It just IS. Going to church every Sunday will not make you any more spiritual than you already are although it can assist spiritual beginners to open to new ways of thinking.

You are ready to fully embrace the truth that you already are and always have been everything you sought through lifetimes in techniques, rites, and rituals. These helped you to awaken in the beginning but you are no longer beginners. You now know that you already embody everything you sought and yet many of you continue to doubt, still placing all your trust and confidence in the third-dimensional belief system.

Why?

Continuing to think of yourself as a human being subject to the whims and conditions of duality and separation after awakening to the reality of who and what you really are, is very foolish indeed and only serves to hold you in bondage to the creations of this mindset.

When you compare, judge, doubt and assess your life according to third-dimensional standards, you are only able to see a tiny fraction of the whole picture, leaving you to understand your life in very limited ways stating that some things are right, and other things are wrong and that if you fail to accept and live by these rules you are unworthy of love.

Choose in this moment to once and for all let go of and move beyond the old programming and decide for yourselves which world you will live in. Truth either is or it isn’t and the choice always remains yours.

The world is mysterious and magical. It is a playground ripe for you to have a fabulous time.

Are you flying high? Are you soaring to new views? Are the elevated vibrations available within you, flowing forth? Sinking into your way of being?

Are you noticing when you allow your flow, when you’re easy about life, your own energy feels so much better?

Your energy not only feels better it’s different! When you allow your flow there’s also more of you being here, you know? And you’re making that real – it’s not US. It’s just more and more of YOU, because you’re letting yourself be, and you’re lining up with you. What makes you “more you,” is your alignment, which functions literally as energetic openness.

Your alignment, you choosing to feel good, is in a sense Your Permission. You giving the Universal You the go-ahead. You allowing more of your flow. And this changes your state, and your energy here. You gradually build your energy field by allowing your flow with less resistance. It changes you and when you’re different, energetically, what you translate vibrationally into experience – what you KNOW as LIFE is different too. Different, accordingly!

People with the last name “LIGHT” when you’re looking for a new home, a place you end up visiting and discover it is known for growing apples, when you grew up on Apple tree Lane…a serendipitous encounter that brings to mind your favorite cartoonist, the one who drew that silly, fun, loving dog Snoopy, because the person lives in a place that has an airport named after him and they happen to tell you this and the Peanuts comics being a favorite of yours. Plus the fun of remembering those wonderfully love-filled amazingly playful comics with kids and a dog. These things have happened lately for some of you and we choose them to articulate here to point out how much life is aware of you and how playful life really is!

Do you see how much fun you can have here? Do you see that you get to choose? That you get to choose how it happens for you? It can be a blast, or not. It’s up to you.

So dear friends, we invite you to choose fun. We invite you to intentionally drop any remaining seriousness that you feel about your Earth life, and open to the playfulness within the Universal and bring yourself into more fun and in essence into more balance. Because this is so much more of who you truly are – light, happy, free and experiencing life as fun!

Earth life has been sooooooooo serious for so many of you for so so so long! Enlightenment-seeking, self-aware humans have become so serious! About so many things. Fighting for this. Feeling the need to transmute that. Feeling they must help with this. Feeling they must fix that. Feeling unworthy of this. Feeling incapable of that. Always trying to overcome things. Believing that life is transactional and you “must do this, to get that…”

Let go! Let go! Let go.

Drop polarized ideas of right and wrong, better and worse, and healing and fixing and saving, and reclaim your wholeness! Choose through resonance and with joy. Move toward what calls to you from within. Use the inner knowing and your emotions as your guidance system and let go of rules, of systems that prescribe methods and instead live in the present, freely and let your wholeness give to you!

Your wholeness already IS. Let it be and let it flow.

Step into your glory and let all those projects of should, ought to, have to, need to, must, go! Let go of all the ideas that this is better, cooler, more spiritual, more loving be and just see without any filters that are value laden. Let yourself instead tune to joy, to pleasure and consider:

What do you want? What would get you giggling? What could you open into that would just really make your toes curl up and your heart sing? What would give you that elated, enthusiastic feeling you had in your best childhood moments? Not that you want to repeat your childhood, but you want that vibe, + The more YOU, the Universal You which is coming forth in this now moment.

The Universal You is so confident. It’s so sure of love. It’s so filled up. It’s so capable and so resourced and so connected and so perpetual that it just IS and so when the Universal You enters the game, you start to want more pleasure. You start to feel the pleasure and happiness are natural and so you choose them. And ease too…

You start to want ease. You start to want fun and silliness. Playfulness. You don’t worry about drinking a little too much wine, sleeping a little too late, laughing a little too loud, saying exactly what you think and feel … you become less careful and more spontaneous. You start to be you with a little amplification and release and it’s all so liberating!

Your body is going to really start to hum when you go there. When you go with YOU!

When you go with what you’re feeling, what you’re thinking And then in the midst of all this you are going to start being able to see so much humor in stuff. Do you notice the great mystics of your history all had a kind of irreverent sense of humor? They found all kinds of things amusing. Funny even. Laugh out loud or gentle smile funny, but funny.

That’s because it’s a game. IT”S A GAME. IT”S A GAME. Did you forget that? That being here is a game, or like a day at a very expansive amusement park. Of course you didn’t forget, but you could take this much more literally than you do. Mostly you haven’t yet really let that inform you, create you, structure your being, dissolve the ideas and beliefs that become obsolete when you reclaim who you truly are and align with the Universal You and let yourself flow!

Why don’t you invite that to happen?

You get to choose, you know. How you feel is always up to you, always of your own making with what you do in focus, what you make real using attention.

Why don’t you question everything and see if you really still like it, feel it, believe it want it around? Why don’t you move toward what feels good even if it’s just another nap right now? ha ha ha.Napping. So delicious. Seasons are changing and soon summer will be coming for so many of you, also delicious. Think of how much you lighten up with even the mention of the word summer. How about lazy summer? How about lazy summer afternoon? Doesn’t that sound good? Isn’t life available to you as one endless lazy summer afternoon? Naturally you don’t want all moments to feel the same and you don’t want boredom, but you most definitely want play and you most definitely want pleasure. At least if you’re soaking up these higher vibes you do – in that arrangement of vibration, you want it! You want life to feel really really good!

And you want it because the universe within you wants to play with you. Wants to see what you can do together. You and the vastness of you.

The Universal You wants to use the landscape of your life as a stage in which to unfold new acts that get you hilariously smiling and laughing with the poetic synchronicity and the amazing timing and the breathtaking beauty of it all. Humor is all about timing right? And truth. And life is all about alignment and alignment brings forth an expanded experience of timing and a brilliant clarity that sees the truth.

The truth of your being and what’s singing to you is all around you and more and more you’re going to see it, the little winks from across the room, from the song on the radio, from the little discoveries in your life that show you, ALL THAT IS IS WITH YOU, all that is is with you and playing with you and really this is You remembering how to play with different aspects of you.

Life here is you playing with different aspects of you.This is what being an eternal being is all about, extending into form and expressing and playing for the pleasure of it, for the expansion it generates..

We encourage you to claim this as your MISSION: TO PLAY WITH THE UNIVERSAL WITHIN YOU and to see how you’re begin lured out into the afternoon sun for some fun.

Enjoy it. That’s the whole point you know. expand, experience it, create, experience it, extend into new forms, experience it…be aware of it all as YOUR CREATION and enjoy that.

You here, as LIFE, as ALL, playing with the infinite other aspects of your own wholeness, for the fun of it.

Now that’s a game changing viewpoint, isn’t it? A view that makes the whole thing feel really different and in fact, it becomes different as you let it be so.

Even though you are a superhuman creator and you have changed the Universes by your intent and actions, you are a physical being who must honor that physicality as you shift from dimension to dimension. Know that the next few days will also likely require rest until you are comfortable with your new skills and physicality. Allow that to be.

Dear Ones,

Even though you have shifted many times throughout this transition, never before have you done so in a new physicality as well as with new spiritual and emotional knowing. This shift was more difficult than most for many of you.

Such is merely a reminder that shifts occurring now are not the shifts with which you have become familiar. In the past, you perhaps felt a bit tired, angry or some other sensation you dealt with fairly easily.

The recent energies encouraged forward movement in all parts of your being. Forcing you to concentrate as you never have before. A bit like losing a limb and learning to pick up items or walk with a prosthesis. Cumbersome, uncomfortable, a learning curve – likely words and phrases that would rattle around your being if such were so. And so it is now as you combine all three aspects of your being – including new segments – into a forward movement on your unique path.

The past few days have been your first foray into your unique, individual movement. Even though you perhaps have friends or acquaintances encouraging your forward movement, you no longer have a buddy or buddies linking arms with you on your path.

Perhaps such seems like a lonely endeavor.

Instead, realize how far and fast you have matured into new you. It was just months ago we encouraged you to clear your corners and open your being to new beliefs. Once you did so, you invited your new physicality into your being.

Some of you have noted new food likes and dislikes. Or your interest in being with some, but not others you once thought of as friends. Or that your home or job has lost its sparkle. All indications you are no longer who you were in 3D.

You are moving forward on your unique path with some trepidation. For you are not certain where you are going or if you will be comfortable with your new being. The answers are yes. You will discover why and where you are going – and feel blessed that your new physicality is specifically designed to take you there.

Perhaps you remember myths and fairy tales about someone becoming something or someone they did not expect such as Cinderella, Ulysses, or Sleeping Beauty. All indications that who you were was not adequate, if you will, for your new role.

Your recent internal shifts were dramatic, encouraging you to rest.

A shift that created havoc in the lives of those of you who needed to rest but did not do so. Head colds, sprained appendages, financial upheaval, leaving jobs, homes, or communities with little or no warning – all indicators that rest was necessary but not acknowledged.

Of course, you may feel as if the aforementioned paragraph is a punishment of sorts for not following our pleas for you to rest. We have told you over and over that you no longer have shoulds or orders to contend with. But do realize we knew how confused your inner-being was becoming even though we did not understand the full ramifications of that confusion. We only understood it was such a large shift that rest was likely needed.

So it is we are as surprised as you at the enormous energy bursts you just internalized without begging for mercy or capitulating to the 3D cries for help.

You are indeed strong and capable creators.

But before you could fully accept your new path, you needed to internalize your new physical energies. Which many of you did the past few days despite your discomfort and lack of rest. You did so in the most difficult way possible.

Now allow yourself to rest. For you have jumped through walls of fire recently trying to combine your inner growth spurt with your 3D life. Such no longer works as you discovered in ways you did not necessarily wish to discover.

Many of you now wonder if you made a mistake.

Not at all for you incorporated the new energies exactly as you planned before entering earth in this lifetime. It is just that you did so with more discomfort than was necessary.

If or when you need to take a few days of relaxation in the future, this memory will carry you forward. For you now know how uncomfortable trying to be everything for everyone including yourself is despite messages from yourself to rest.

Allow that to be. And then allow yourself to know that you are evolving rapidly – more rapidly than you or we thought possible.

Even though you are a superhuman creator and you have changed the Universes by your intent and actions, you are a physical being who must honor that physicality as you shift from dimension to dimension.

Know that the next few days will also likely require rest until you are comfortable with your new skills and physicality. Allow that to be. For no one but you will notice you are resting. So be it. Amen.

It is easy to remain in your heart space when you allow yourselves the freedom from your issues, your problems, the challenges that you face. We are not saying that they will simply go away, but they will be there when you need them to be there. When it serves you to focus on them, then they will be right before you. But you don’t have to choose to be in the state of problem-solving twenty-four hours a day. 

It is to your benefit, always, to choose the frequency that you would like to exist in, and it is so much easier to do this when you are being conscious about what it is you are putting in your immediate awareness. What are you choosing to focus on, on a daily basis, on a moment-by-moment basis? 

You may wish to eliminate all of your problems so that you can then go somewhere and relax, knowing that you are problem-free. But in the moment when you are not focused on the problem, you are problem-free. Problem solved. And when you allow yourselves time in the frequency that you desire, then all of those problems, challenges, and issues in your life seem like so much more fun.”

You came, you volunteered on this grand experiment of Gaia’s journey from dark to light, and you have all accomplished your goal. You have worked together tirelessly with all of Gaia’s kingdoms, your Galactic family and the Company of Heaven to accomplish this giant task together. Your Father and I are extremely proud!

This grand experiment or project is the largest in scope that has ever been attempted. Many, many Souls have worked on this project for millenia!  Do you know what that means? ENERGIES TO ASSIST YOUR TRANSFORMATION
I have been sending you my Tsuanmi of Love for a few years now and the intensity of the love waves continue to amp up. Your bodies are adjusting beautifully. This process has been slow and deliberate. It must be this way so I don’t overload your bodily circuits and cause you to crash (in electronic terms). On top of my love waves, the Pleiadians and other members of your Galactic families are sending their own energy, specifically transferred from the sun. You may feel these energies as pressure on your crown chakra, upset stomach, hyper energy or fatigue.  Up and up and up your frequencies will rise until you cannot fit into your little 3D bodies anymore. You are continually expanding and I know you all feel this. Sometimes you are physically exhausted, other times you feel so bloated like you’re a big bubble that will burst at any moment. Each body receives them and reacts differently.  Please know they are benevolent, meant to assist you in your transformation to 5D. 

Be patient and gentle with yourselves as you endure these intense energies, dear hearts. Walk, drink plenty of clean water, eat when you are hungry and rest when you are tired. Ahhhhhh…..relax. Breathe in and breathe out. Visualize. Center. Share. Join your hearts and your hands together, Lightworkers. Continue your daily meditations and group meditations as you are more powerful when you join together.

Focus on what you want to see in your lives. Imagine the world you wish to live in! Dream it! Believe it! Create it and it will be yours. Your New Earth that you have imagined and spoken about is nothing more than a large platform ready for you to enter and create in it. It’s like a big ball of clay to a potter or an empty canvas to a painter. Visualize it, imagine it and it will manifest for you  For your 5D building blocks will be fully active for manifestation. 5D IS CREATED BY YOU.Do you understand?

Fear is a no-thing. Time is a no-thing. FOCUS ONLY ON WHAT YOU WANT.

Think like a child who squeals when he/she sees something they love! A puppy! A kitten! A tricycle! Weeeeeee! Then you will fly and take off, leaving behind this 3D world forever. And your joy will lift others up too, did you know that? Don’t you love to watch a baby or child laughing? It is contagious! You begin giggling and laughing out loud yourselves. Yes, a child’s laughter is one of our most cherished creations.
