| Dear Ones,The phrase, “You’re not alone.” has been bantered about the past few years. Even though we, of the Universes, are dedicated to your growth, we are not you. Nor is anyone else. So in a sense, you are alone, not in terms of your actions, but in your emotions.No matter how many of us are of your Universal support team, you are alone in the physical world. For likely, even those you love seem to be in such a different place emotionally, you cannot understand them or perhaps, wish to be around them.So it is you feel alone – and frightened. For you never expected to feel thus when you initiated your journey of self-love. You assumed you would be welcomed by other humans with like interests and needs. Such has yet to happen. For as you extend further from your transition start-point, you feel more alone.Of course, we could inform you that such is a mirage that has little to do with reality. In truth, loneliness has everything to do with your current reality. Think in terms of starting a new school looking for indicators of the correct behavior and words. In this phase of your transition, there are none to observe or to place your feelings of rightness, for you are the first to enter this school. There are no others like you in this new school. So it is you try this or that outfit, mock how others act, or try to relate to no avail. For even though others think you are in the right place with the right actions and words – for you are used to 3D pretending – your inner-compass is telling you that all is not well. You are lonely.”Did I work this diligently to be alone, to be even more isolated than I was before I started this arduous transition journey? Why am I so alone?” Questions with no answers. For you want us to tell you that friends will miraculously appear tonight or tomorrow. Instead, we must inform you that you are the trendsetters. Something that does not feel accurate now, but will shortly.You are no longer a follower, you are a leader.Just as was true for most who invented everything from the wheel to computers, others are perhaps pooh-poohing your new being. For you are not like those with whom they are comfortable.The difference between you and 3D inventors is that you are more prepared for this isolation than you realize. For if you note your reactions to others, you will discover you are isolating you instead of the traditional 3D action of indicating who is in or out of society.You are creating your isolation. If we were to tell you that all you had to do to increase your friendship base would be to fit into society, you would laugh at us. For you already know how to do that.You no longer choose to be in the circle of social rightness.Perhaps you remember a recent time when you participated in a social group only to discover their conversation was boring. For you are a trendsetter for the first time since you entered the earth in any lifetime.In past earth lives, many of you played roles such as a king or queen, political or religious leader, or wealthy being, which would seem to indicate you set the social trends. We beg to differ for you entered earth in that life as an adjunct to what was in place socially. You ensured you were in the right place at the right time. For if you were to study earth history, you would discover that even though leaders were at the forefront of rightness for the times, they were not the creator of those times. They slipped into the right spot for those times.You, on the other hand, are now creating new social mores. Not because you need or even want to, but because such is part of your role in this new earth. The current social climate does not fit your new being, as can be noted through your disinterest with most social groups.You are creating a new society of love. Something those following do not yet understand. So at times, you will find yourself snapping at those you love dearly knowing they are soon to follow. Much as you probably did with your younger siblings who could not understand your interest in dating or activities with your friends instead of playing with them as you once did.You are perhaps wondering what this new society you are creating will look like. All we can relay is that you are creating this society as a result of your new self-love and joy needs.Perhaps you will seem silly or frivolous to those following until they achieve a similar growth – or not. It does not matter. All that matters is that you know you are progressing exactly as you wish, and we expected. Allowing you, even forcing you, to change the social milieu instead of changing yourself to fit in as you have done all other earth lives.What gives you joy? The release of fear is a small price to pay for the ecstasy of full merging with the Divine.
Having come to a time of decision, you want to make the right one. You know that what you decide will carry on and you are concerned and even fearful of the “what ifs.” The only way you can truly make decisions that will best serve you now and in your future is to come to a place of peace and calm within. And this means being in harmony with your Higher Self.
It is from this place that you will make decisions that are for the highest good of all concerned. When you bring fear into your decision-making process, it limits you by preventing the full expansiveness of the Divine Mind from working within your conscious mind. It is this merging with God which enables you to feel free, whole and open enough to receive that which is right and true for your life at this time.
No matter how difficult it seems, it is very important that you learn to release the fear that constricts your thinking and actions. Where your attention goes, energy flows. When you focus on the fears, problems and the “what ifs” of your future life, this focused energy magnifies your fearful state. It becomes ever more powerful and can even take over your world — if you allow it to do so. Instead, put your energy into the creation of that wondrous state of being that will best serve you.
The first step in doing this is to breathe deeply and know in your heart that you are being divinely guided at this moment and at every moment in your life. Prayer is also helpful in adjusting your attitude and opening yourself to truth. You can say, “I surrender this fear to God, and I allow the Divine Mind to work in all my decisions.”
Even if you still have the feeling of fear in the pit of your stomach, the simple act of praying for release will start you on the path to right action and thoughts that will open you to your highest good. Yet often it takes a short while for the physical body to catch up with the mental processes, so it is important to give yourself sufficient time to come to a point of relaxation and expansion before actually making your decisions.
Practice:
Take several relaxing, balanced breaths. As you sit in this peaceful moment, allow your exhaled breath to drop heavily like a stone, down below your feet, into the depths of the earth. This will take the frantic energy from your mind and give you greater clarity.
As you inhale, see yourself expanding with the pure light of God. See it clearing your mind and calming your heart as you connect with your divine nature. Now replace the fearful thoughts that so pervade your worldly consciousness with images of what you really want in your personal and professional life — images of radiant health, harmony in relationships, abundant cash flow, peace within your own heart. Allow these images of your greater good to permeate your being. Then give thanks for receiving them into your life.
Because you have been trained to be fearful and to worry, even though it is not productive, it takes practice to release the fear and to merge with your true divine nature. The Angels are here to help you do this, enfolding you in wings of pure light and guiding your way to peaceful living.
So ask and you will receive. Allow yourself to be open to the Divine Goodness within all things, and be receptive to all the beauty and truth within and around you, so that this good can begin to manifest and work throughout your world. If the bounty of the universe is what you want in your life, all you have to do is to let go of the fear that limits you, and allow the grace of God to work for you. After all:

The ‘I AM’ Within – A message from my Higher Self (7 October 2019).
Adele:
‘My love, you know that I have been using the following terms: Higher Self, the I AM, the God-Self, Holy Christ Self, Over-Soul, Soul, Source interchangeably – following inspiration from within, as to which one is the most suitable to use in any given situation. Can you please shed more light for us all as to the exact meanings, the roles and/or the differences between these terms, so that we understand more?‘
Higher Self:
‘The above article that you have recommended for everyone to read serves as a good starting point to help people understand the complex nature of their multidimensional selves. Before I start giving you more information on the terms used above, it is important to once again remind you, that ALL is ONE.
Before We start ‘separating‘ ourselves using these terms in your highly-restrictive human language, it is crucial for you to remember that there is never any separation between you and everyone/everything else that you can see, sense, touch, smell or hear, and all aspects of your multidimensional selves (past, present and future).
Today, Our aim is to help you all to successfully comprehend the magnitude and grandeur of both the: Universal and Individualized I AM, within this message.
Definitely not an easy task for us to do, dear ones. Since all of you reading this are in many ways still limited:
1) in your understanding of the greatness of who you really are,
2) by your strong perception of Separation (from those outside of yourselves) and,
3) by your 3D linear perception of time.
Those of you here, who have been awakened for quite awhile, may perhaps disagree with Our observations above – by thinking that it’s been quite awhile since you have grown much in your understanding of all the above. You might even say to Us, that nowadays, you are no longer questioning your own greatness; you have been feeling so united with everything/everyone you see daily; and that your perception of Time has now become more 5D than 3D. We agree that you have all indeed changed, evolved and raised your conscious understanding to higher levels. But this is a gradual process that needs more time until everyone on planet earth is at the same level of understanding.
For example, if you truly understand the greatness of who you really are, why did most of you here often feel defeated by your existing life challenges; or feel scared/uncertain by any major change happening in your life? Do you not know/deeply understand that your inner, God-Self actually thrives in the face of challenges and looks at them with excitement, enthusiasm and gratitude for their appearance in your physical reality? These challenges are the ‘life-games’ that you had set for yourselves, and without their presence in your lives, you would all be feeling totally bored with physical life on Earth.
If you truly understand that nothing is ever separate from yourselves, why do all of you here occasionally still have conflicts/arguments with others, for example when something in your life is not going well? Is there anyone in your life right now who deserves more love, compassion, patience, respect or kindness from you? Knowing that you are them, and that they are you – All is One. And why do a lot of people treat other living beings with either: intolerance, indifference, violence or cruelty?
For example, do you really not know, loved ones, that animals die by the millions every day across the world? What about you – what is your role right now in relation to this? Are you everyday, directly or indirectly, contributing to their sufferings? If so, will you be willing to permanently release all resistance to your Higher Self, and let go of your mental/emotional need to consume your favorite comfort foods – those which are made from various animals products? Please remember that eventually, when there is no demand, there will be no supply. And if you still believe that you can only get protein from animal products, is now perhaps the time for you to abandon that false, 3D belief?
You only have to take the time to gaze deeply into the eyes of every single animal that you see, to find ‘yourself’ in them; or, to fall deeply in love with them. Your heart – your powerful barometer of Truth, will be able to tell you, all that you need to know about your Indisputable Oneness with all members of the Animal Kingdom.
Animals have unfortunately been long regarded as an inferior species; as products, assets, or livestock – this has been a globally accepted practice on Earth for thousands of years, ever since mankind’s historic fall to lower levels of consciousness. It is a practice that a lot of light-workers are working hard every day to change – something that is more easily done now that more and more people are being awakened by the energies of Divine Love bathing the planet daily. The current acceptable practice of treating animals as inferior to humans, is actually very similar to what many Germans living in wartime Nazi Germany did back then. A lot of Germans back then truly believed that the Jews were an inferior race, and thus, it was completely okay to practice ethnic cleansing.
Remember loved ones, that True right or wrong (under God), depends on what is actually acceptable under Divine Cosmic Laws of: Love, Harmony, and Karma – as Portia & Pallas Athena had explained in their recent message through Adele. For becoming higher-dimensional also means complete adherence to those Sacred Laws of God – the laws that govern all embodied souls living in higher-dimensional environments where: Love, Peace, Freedom & Unity prevail.
Loved ones, it is never Our intention to criticize you today for your past, or current actions/habits by bringing this potentially-sensitive topic up – for you all have the free will to do what you wish with your lives. However, we know that most of you reading this are serious about mastering yourself; mastering life/energy and ascending to 5D.
And thus today, We have decided not to mince Our words – for a more direct approach is much needed here. Loved ones, if you are truly serious, passionate and committed about embodying your Higher Self (i.e. about successfully completing your Ascension to 5D), it is time for you to examine, question and change every single remaining habit, programming or, pattern of behavior that betrays your Sacred Goal of becoming one with your all-loving and all-powerful God Self.
Releasing all resistance, persistence and self-discipline are the keys to help you create Greater Momentum of spiritual growth and life mastery. Unless of course, if you prefer to be on this Ascension journey as though you are constantly applying the brakes when driving your car – by moving forward and then stopping continuously – in the end, if you were to keep that up, you’ll end up getting nowhere.
To be a Light-worker means to be spreading the Light; to be consistently creating powerful movements of Love wherever you are – these should be reflected in everything that you do daily. In other words loved ones, it is time for all of you reading this, to truly step up into your life missions as: Role Models, Emissaries of Heaven, or Ambassadors of Love, Light, Peace and Unity, by your very own examples.
Creating Heaven-on-Earth starts with you!
After all, the only way you can successfully change the world, is by changing yourselves.
For if you think that you have the power to change someone, you may want to think again. No one is able to make another person change, especially when great resistance is present. You can pressure someone to change, and if they were to seemingly yield to your demands, they may then proceed to do the same things again behind your back or, one day in the future. Their changes will most probably be temporary ones.
True change and the permanent release of all limiting habits/behavior, can only start from within.
Lastly, if you have begun to truly understand that linear time is one of the biggest illusions on 3D Earth, why are you often wasting your days by either: worrying about the future, or, dwelling on the past that you cannot change? What will it take, for you to focus your efforts so that no matter what happens, you will always be anchored in the NOW moment?
It is time for you to stop putting too much pressure on yourself, or, to start loving yourself and loving your life a lot more than what you have been doing thus far.
Beloved, for if you truly love yourself, you will not be constantly subjecting yourselves/your lower bodies to: stressful, discordant thoughts and feelings about your past, present, or future.
By always living in the NOW, you are in fact actively choosing to be a powerful Creator, instead of choosing to be a victim of your circumstances. Remaining anchored in the NOW can be as easy as breathing. All it takes is a strong declaration to self, to always be perfectly aligned (in your daily thoughts, words, feelings and actions) to the Mighty I AM Within.
Let us now go back to Adele’s first question. As requested, We will now give you a detailed explanation of the following terms.
1) Higher Self/Over-Soul/Soul/Source:
Whenever people use the term ‘Higher Self’, they are (most of the time) referring to the ‘Light Being-in-Charge’ of their evolution as an incarnated soul.
You can refer to this Light Being perhaps as the: President (simply borrowing the terms used in Company Hierarchies to better explain the role of your Higher Self), Overseer or, Supreme Governor.
This Light-Being lovingly plans, manages, oversees and governs your entire spiritual evolution journey for ALL of your physical incarnations, everywhere throughout the Multiverse.
This Mighty, Light-Being is of course, YOU.
It is the Highest (in your Soul Lineage) aspect of your Self who is part of a bigger group (containing other Higher Selves) that is the First-Split or, the Original Sparks of Source.
Your own Higher Self can also be referred to as the: ‘Parent’, ‘Leader’, or, ‘Head Honcho’ of its own line of many more Smaller-Sparks of Source (e.g. the Over-Souls, the individualized I AM, the Soul).
Let us now briefly refer to Jeff’s article – it was definitely correct for him to use the terms ‘Higher Self’ and ‘Over-Soul’ interchangeably. He was right for using these two terms, for all levels of self, all the way up to and including, Source (highlighted in yellow in Jeff’s illustration – please see below).
There is really no need for you all to know the exact number of Higher Selves, Soul Groups, Over-Souls, Souls, Soul Extensions, or Embodied Souls (incarnations) participating on Earth right now, or, how many you have (for each specific level of existence within the pyramid) specifically belonging to your Soul Lineage. These numbers change constantly, since your Higher Self (and by extension, Source) is always on an Eternal journey of Expansion and Creation.
We often talked about a ’young-soul’ vs. a ’highly-evolved-soul’ in several messages before. A young soul can be likened to a ‘young tree/sapling’. It has all the appearances of a tree (complete with leaves, twigs, branches and trunk) but it is short and relatively small, in comparison to a highly-evolved-soul that can perhaps be likened to the famous, gigantic ‘General Sherman’ sequoia tree in California, USA.
As the young-soul grows and collects more physical life experiences, in its eternal journey to expand, challenge and experience itself, its Light-Spark naturally becomes bigger, stronger and ‘mightier’ (coming from the accumulated weight of physical life experiences under its belt) until one day, it successfully completes its journey back to Source.
A journey that can take millions of physical incarnations to master: Self, Energy, and the 12 Sacred Rays of God – up to the Highest Levels of Creation.
At the Soul Group level, splits occur usually due to the ’Major Themes’ that your Higher Self wishes to explore, create, experience, or master, on the physical plane of existence. For example, one Soul Group aims to master the Violet Ray of Freedom and Transformation. Another Soul Group belonging to your Higher Self aims to master the Pink Ray of Love, and thus the long list continues.
The Over-Soul aspect of yourself is the one who monitors all of your incarnations within a specific, localized area of the Universe (e.g. those within the Milky Way galaxy). Your Over-Soul is in charge of making sure all of your physical incarnations in that area, are moving along (more or less) as planned.
You can also compare the Over-Soul’s role to that of a Department Head (please refer back to the pyramid illustration above) who is then completely in charge of all the Supervisors/Team Leaders and, Employees within that department. Your Over-Soul then splits into several Individualized Souls (i.e. a number of ‘different’ I AM Presences) – all of these Souls are still a part of your Higher Self.
Please note, Source is ultimately the GOD-Parent of ALL Higher Selves currently in existence. Although in the above simplified illustrations, Source was placed at the top of the pyramid, it is more accurate to say that Source is the whole pyramid itself.
There is no level, or, sub-levels of existence (e.g. within the pyramid) where Source is not.
If we were to liken one particular pyramid with one tree within the forest – this tree will then represent your Higher Self; your Soul’s Family Tree/Lineage. All the leaves on your tree represent the many physical incarnations experienced by your Higher Self.
The trees standing next to you, are other Higher Selves; other Original-Sparks of Source.
The forest itself represents the entirety of the Great I AM; the SOURCE of ALL-in-Existence – it also represents the entire Kingdom of Heaven (on all planes, all dimensions, and all realities within the Multiverse).
In the next level down the pyramid, i.e. ’Direct Supervisor/Team Leader’ level, represents the Individualized I AM Presence (known as the Soul) who is in charge of all your incarnations within an even smaller; more localized section of the Universe. For example, one aspect of your Soul is perhaps in charge of the Earth experience; a different aspect of your Soul is in charge of the Pleiadian experience, etc. – and the long list continues.
The Soul Extensions as per Jeff’s illustration above, can represent the many different areas of exploration, within your own direct, Soul Group’s Theme that your Higher Self wishes to master, express or create – in that localized section of the Universe.
For example, if your Soul directly belongs to a Soul Group that aims to master the Violet Ray of Freedom, one particular Soul Extension may be focused on mastering the Freedom of Expression; another Soul Extension is perhaps exploring Freedom from Slavery; another is exploring Financial Freedom; and yet another is focused on exploring Freedom from Dictators/Ruling Authorities who have reigned with Absolute Power, etc.
By now, you can simply just use your imaginations to understand the gigantic scope of your Multidimensional Self. All levels of your Soul Governance/Hierarchy, are obviously interconnected and act as ONE.
Information constantly flows in both directions, up and down the hierarchy of a soul, to help each embodied soul within the entire Soul-Family-Tree makes the most of each incarnation.
The division, or, the delegation of different ‘management’ tasks between the various levels of a soul’s hierarchy is at the micro-level, a mirror reflection of the bigger number of Divisions/Levels/Councils within Heaven’s Hierarchy (looking after the ever-expanding Kingdom of Heaven at the macro, Universe/Super-Universe levels).
If an individual ever requested for assistance from the Ascended Masters/Angelic Host for something that is not in alignment with his higher goal for that particular incarnation – the very first thing that the Ascended Masters would do, would be to check in with his Higher Self (usually at the level of the ‘direct’ individualized I AM – the Soul), to see if the request will be a life experience that is worth having or, whether it is an unnecessary distraction that is not in line with the purpose of that incarnation.
The individualized I AM will then consult/commune with its Over-Soul, Soul Group, and ultimately, its Higher Self, to decide whether such a life experience may benefit/expand the Whole. For whatever happens in one specific physical incarnation will have a reverberating effect on the Whole – i.e. whatever happens to one particular leaf will affect the whole tree. And thus, the Ascended Masters/Angelic Host do not have the final authority to manage, or, overly interfere with each embodied soul’s evolutionary progress. For such interference can be considered to be a serious violation of the Sacred, Divine Law that governs the Sovereignty of each Individualized I AM.
2) The I AM/God-Self/Holy Christ Self:
There are three major ways that the term ‘I AM’ can be used.
- a) The Great I AM -> is simply another word for Source, God, Prime Creator, the Ancient of Days, the Alpha & Omega, or, the Supreme Intelligence that governs ALL. There are countless names of God being used on your planet, and the I AM is one of the most energetically-powerful names of God. It also represents ALL That Was, ALL That Is, and ALL That Will Be.
- b) The Universal I AM -> when people use this term, they are mostly referring to the Supreme Intelligence that governs the entire physical Universe. Your Universe was flawlessly designed with great mathematical precision and order.
- c) The Individualized I AM Presence (a.k.a. the Soul) -> this is the individualized aspect of the Great I AM, that directly plans, manages, oversees and controls your current, past and future embodiments (as explained earlier). Your I AM Presence is connected to your physical body through the heart, via the silver cord.
For all intents and purposes, your I AM is your ‘Direct Sovereign‘, of your physical incarnations. It is your ‘real’ Self; the God-Self that knows only perfection and is completely in charge of the ‘Electronic Light Body’ that is you.
The Individualized I AM has the full powers of its God-Parents and will only grant such powers to the embodied aspects of itself who have successfully achieved Ascension. The I AM Within you constantly monitors your daily use of the very precious, Electronic Light Substance (the trillions, tiny Light & Love Electrons that is ever-present in the Universe) that comes from the Heart of Source -> to see if dispensing more, or, less amount of this Light to you is a wise course of action.
To the embodied soul whose thought and feeling worlds contain only perfection (Love, Joy and Peace), infinite amounts of God’s Electronic Light Substance will be granted and entrusted to you, to be used as per your own Divine Will. And when that happens, dear ones, you shall experience the true meaning of this sentence: ‘Seek and you shall find the Kingdom of Heaven that is within’.
- d) The Holy Christ Self -> most people use this term as another word for the individualized I AM Presence. In actuality, the Holy Christ Self of an individual, stands in between his I AM Presence and his physical body. It acts like a mediator between the God-Self and the individual’s current level of consciousness.
It is often called ‘the small voice within’ as it always guides you to make higher-vibrational decisions in everything that you outwardly express/send out into the Universe. Your Holy Christ Self is anchored within the heart‘s Threefold Flame, and can be used to help you eventually be a Christ-in-action, just like Jesus did during His time on Earth.’
Adele:
‘Thank you for explaining all of that in such great detail. Let us move on below to my next set of questions for this message. You have, over the last few years, lovingly revealed to me several different names of my Higher-Self and somewhat limited information about what their roles are in the higher realms/dimensions.
How does my knowing all of these, help me in this incarnation? In other words, what are the benefits of this knowledge? Is knowing really necessary for my spiritual growth and Ascension goals? And for the many light-workers reading this message today, what do they need to do to obtain this information? Is it the type of information readily provided upon request, or, is it usually on a need-to-know basis only?‘
Higher Self:
‘Beloved, nothing happens by accident. You were always meant to know all the information that has been given to you thus far – i.e. we had planned your awakening together, pre-birth. As an evolved soul with a lot of accumulated physical life experiences throughout the Multiverse, there is so much about your Higher Self’s History that you do not consciously remember just yet, let alone understand fully.
The information you had so far received is but the size of a small notebook – a notebook that can be found within a Living, Ever-Expanding, Cosmic Library (among millions of other books) that houses the complete knowledge of your Soul Lineage.
We will always filter the information given to all embodied souls, so that only information relevant and helpful to their current incarnations are the ones provided. At this phase of your spiritual growth, knowing too much about your Self can be equally as unwise as knowing too little. One day when your Ascension is achieved, you can have complete access to all information about your own rich & diverse soul history – but before then, the I AM Within you will be the one responsible in managing and controlling the information flow sent your way. If We deem something to be unnecessary for you to know, then for the time being, We will put your request for information on hold until Divine Timing arrives – simply trust that We always have your higher good in mind.
The benefits of knowing and understanding your Soul Lineage are as follows:
* Someone once said that ”A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots”.
This pretty much explains what we would like all of you to become – a gigantic tree that continues to stand tall and strong on Earth; having successfully withstood the test of time; always bravely facing all weather conditions (the good and bad).
In other words, we would love for you all to be a strong & powerful Light-worker, who never gives up no matter what. And thus, knowing your ‘roots’ is crucial for this goal.
Fully knowing the identity of your Higher Self and understanding His major roles (the Sacred Tasks entrusted to Him), in service to the Kingdom of Heaven, will motivate, empower and give you clarity as to what is your mission, purpose and reason-for-being on planet Earth right now, for this particular embodiment.
For all ascending souls living in this highly-coveted lifetime, your life’s mission/purpose/specialties/roles in this incarnation (on the micro level) will actually be a mirror image to your Higher Self’s Passion, Mission, Purpose, Specialties & Roles (on the Macro level).
As Above So Below, As Within So Without. The entire purpose of Ascension, is so that one day, you all can walk around the planet fully embodying your I AM; as your God-Self. You will one day be joyfully serving Heaven and serving ALL on your planet, using the full spectrum of your Higher Self’s abilities, talents and passion that will be uniquely YOU.
Let us now use Adele‘s Soul Lineage as an example. In the chart provided below, which Adele had kindly consented to share with you all today, We had clearly shown that her Higher Self’s two major fields of expertise are: healing the consciousness, and, helping to empower/motivate/transform people’s lives so that complete Freedom of Self can be outwardly-expressed.
Even Adele’s innate characteristics can be easily explained by her Soul Chart. As someone who represents the Violet Ray of Freedom, she is also the type of person who must always be given the Freedom to choose what she wants to do with her life – ever since she was a girl. Even the smallest of interference with her personal choices will not, or will rarely, be welcomed.
Knowing why you are the way you are (i.e. fully understanding yourself), will eventually result in you feeling a lot stronger, more powerful and empowered to create a joyful life that is full of meaning and purpose.
* Knowing your Soul Lineage, will help you understand better the unique Ascension challenges that you are currently facing, and the reason why those challenges are present in your life. When someone fully understands the reason why something unwanted exists in one’s life, one will then be feeling grateful, for he has now found the key to rise above that challenge.
Your challenges are always there to give you clarity; to give you contrast, between something that is wanted and not wanted in your life.
As a powerful Creator; as God, you are always in the process of creating and expanding. And thus, when you see the presence of something unwanted in your life, this will then be the perfect time for you to create and choose something different!
Let us take another look at Adele’s Soul Lineage below (please note that all names had been abbreviated for privacy), to further explain what we meant.
Adele’s Primary, Direct Soul Line (within this simplified version of her Soul Lineage) for this particular embodiment has been highlighted in purple. Together, We had chosen the Violet Ray to be her role, purpose and main mission in this lifetime. This means she is one of the many light-workers on Earth right now, whose very presence personified, or represented all the properties of the Violet Flame. As you may already know, the Violet Ray is the Ray of Freedom, Transmutation, Transformation and Alchemy.
This means, she and all other Violet-Flame embodied souls out there, are constantly: radiating, transmuting, transforming and anchoring the Violet Flame, wherever they go and in everything that they do. The process is automatically done, and their individualized I AM is in perfect control as to how much of it is done on any given day. This is part of the service these souls have agreed to do pre-birth, and it is one that has been done ever since these souls arrived on this planet.
Obviously the intensity of this task will depend on the individuals’ readiness levels and where they are currently located, in their Ascension journeys back to the I AM Within.
In other words, the more awakened these people are, the more intense will their service be – done for the benefit of all the inhabitants of this entire planet.
One of the challenges that spiritually-awakened, Violet Ray souls may often face include: the extreme sensitivity to the Human Collective’s and the planet’s energies. Whenever something ’bad’ had happened on Earth, these souls would probably be feeling drained or, become physically ill.
In this scenario, their light-bodies (that is mostly composed of their naturally-dominant Violet Ray) were automatically and actively combating the lower-vibrational, energy matrix that Earth had become (after the bad event had occurred), by radiating and anchoring even greater amounts of the Violet Ray into the planet. To neutralize and transmute much of the negativity into Higher Light.
And thus, the knowledge that you came from the line of Violet Ray can benefit you so that if something similar were to happen again in the future, you will be better prepared and can handle the above challenge easily. You can learn to better manage your energy system, so that you will not be walking around feeling drained/ill almost all the time. For there is still much negativity, or lower-vibrational energies radiated around the planet on a daily basis, that you will be automatically transmuting on behalf of ALL.
The good news for those of you here from the Violet Ray, the energies of the planet have gotten a lot better in recent times, now that the energies of Divine Love pouring from the heavens are heavily supporting you in this sacred task.
For those of you here who came from different Rays, you would probably be experiencing different Ascension challenges that are unique to your specific Rays. Simply seek information directly to the I AM within, to successfully solve your challenges.
The above two, are examples of the benefits you have received, by knowing all that you know about your Higher Self, Soul Lineage and Themes. And thus, to address your next question Adele, whether knowing all of this is really necessary for your spiritual growth and ascension goals, Our answer is yes. But We will let you, and let everyone here reading this message, decide that for yourselves.
On to the next question. What do you all need to do to obtain this information? All you have to do is to request your I AM to give you whatever information that you need. Simply dedicate a quiet, meditation time each day, to deeply tune in to the Wisdom of your I AM. And We will endeavor to give you all relevant information that you need that day. And if you feel the need for an intermediary (between you and your I AM), so that you can obtain such information, then simply request your I AM & spirit team, to send you the most suitable person who can assist you with your request.
All information that will be directly, or, indirectly, provided to you, will at this stage be on a need-to-know basis only (as explained earlier).’

‘There are many moments in the past where I had received inner knowings that I used to be this person/that person, or, the person I met today is another aspect of my Individualized I AM, or, the person I met recently is another aspect of my Higher Self from a different Soul Group. Are those feelings/knowings accurate? If so, what was the purpose of our meetings? And how can I tell the difference between:
* a past (or, present/parallel) life that directly belongs to me – one that I can make the following claim without a doubt ”Oh yes, that was definitely my past life” or,
* a past life that indirectly belongs to me (e.g. different Soul Group within my Soul Lineage) or,
* a past life that belongs to a different Higher Self (i.e. totally ‘unrelated’ to my Soul’s Family Tree).‘
Higher Self:
‘By this phase of your Ascension journey Adele, you have pretty much eliminated all of your inner doubts about the accuracy of these types of information that you are receiving. After all, you have had years of practice doing it. But We know, that you are only asking these questions to gain greater clarity, and, to help the many people who will be reading this message.
Discernment of information is truly a very important process that cannot be skipped, for everyone here who is in the process of mastering their mastery.
All information that you have received from sources outside of yourselves (e.g. from books, blogs, channeled messages, your spiritual teachers/gurus, etc.) must ALWAYS be filtered through the powerful barometer that is located within your own heart.
So to answer your question Adele, once again, We will let you decide for yourself, whether your feelings/knowings about those people, were accurate.
And as to what was the purpose of: all your meetings with those different aspects of your Self, and, all the knowings that you had actually been those people in past lives, was mostly to empower you, to help them, and to raise your level of conscious understanding of the magnificence of your multidimensional Higher Self.
You can easily tell the difference between a past, present, or future life that is either: directly connected to you, or, indirectly connected to you (but still within your Soul Lineage), or totally unrelated to you, by using your innate ‘Energetic Resonance’ abilities to discern for yourselves the answers to these questions.
And only when all else fails, then you can ask your I AM Presence for confirmation. But We do prefer that you use your own discernment first, before we proceed to provide you with the answers. After all, you are Masters-in-Training here!
But here comes Our answers to your question.
A past/present/future life that is directly connected to you (i.e. you are literally looking at another YOU running around in that person’s body) will feel so ‘as-One’ with you; there will be a feeling of perfect Oneness with your energy-body/light-body.
If you were to close your eyes, and visualize yourself standing on the left, and that other person is on the right, and then proceed to ‘merge’ the two of you together, it would be as if there is no vibrational difference between you and him/her.
Your energies would blend really well together- so much so that you cannot tell where the current-you begins, and where the other person begins.
In other words, you will find 100%, perfect, energetic resonance and magnetic attraction between you and the other party. And if you were to take the time to go into meditation mode, you can gain relevant information about that person’s life. Visions of that life will easily flow into your mind’s eye (along with all sorts of other information), for your I AM will (most of the time) grant you access to information about your direct past/present/future lives.
A past/present/future life, or person, that is indirectly connected to you (e.g. different Soul Group in the same Soul Family Tree) will still feel ’as-One’ with you, but there is an important difference. The level of energetic resonance will be much less (perhaps between 51% to 90% resonance) – depending on how far away/how close this person is from your Direct Soul Line. There is no instant, magnetic attraction, or there is little curiosity to get to know this person more (unlike those usually happening between you and the ‘other-aspects-of-you’ from Direct Line-category above).
A past/present/future life, or person that is totally unrelated to you, will still feel ‘as-One’ with you, however, the level of energetic resonance between you and him/her will fall even more, to 50% or, under.
For all of you reading this today, once your energy sensitivity becomes naturally high, you will be able to fully understand what We meant by ‘energetic resonance’ – for experiencing it firsthand, is the only way you can truly comprehend what we had just explained above.
And notice that in all 3 categories above, you will still be feeling as ONE with all aspects of your selves (direct, indirect, or, unrelated) for you surely know by now, that ALL is ONE. There never is separation between you, the people you had encountered in all your past/present/future lives, and with the world around you.
For you are all Source-Energy-Beings, constantly expanding and expressing yourselves anew, within the physical plane.’

‘And by the way Beloved, have I been talking to my direct, Individualized I AM all these years, or, have I been talking to ALL versions of Self all the way up my Soul Lineage/Family Tree, to the Source level?‘
Higher Self:
‘You have, for most of the time, been communicating with your Individualized I AM Presence; your Soul, ak.a. your Direct Sovereign.
However, that doesn’t mean that all the other aspects/versions of your Higher Self (up to Source level) are not aware of Our daily communications. They are always aware of whatever is going on, within the lives of ALL aspects-of-themselves currently in embodiment. In fact Adele, you had often been chatting with Beings further up in your own Soul’s Hierarchy whenever you felt the need to, or, whenever ‘They’ felt the need to connect more directly with you instead of through your I AM.
Every single aspect of your Higher Self, from the Individualized I AM level, all the way up to Source, is your Higher Self (within your entire Soul Lineage). Talking to one, is in fact talking to All of Them.
In closing, there is one thing that everyone here needs to remember. The purpose of getting you interested in your own Soul’s Lineage/Hierarchy is not to help you forever remain within the old, 3D mindset of Separation. In her effort to understand her Higher Self better, Adele’s last question above actually indicated the presence of ‘3D remnants’ within her consciousness that tends to influence how her mind works.
This message here today is in fact Our loving invitation for you all, to know your Higher Self a lot more than ever before. We love you dearly, and remain ever supportive of your daily needs and Ascension goals.
Come into Our embrace and stay there often, loved ones, for We long for you to commune with Us more often, so that you can soon receive the complete Well-Being that is the Divine Birthright of all God’s children on Earth.
As you open your heart to Us more; as you listen to Us more often; as you understand/remember more, and, as you release much/all of your resistance to Our guidance, you are in fact opening up the pathway to receive more of the good things in life.
Now is truly the time for all of you to learn how to relax, tune in to the higher frequencies you want and then simply open up to receive.
Believe in Us always, and simply know, that you are so loved beyond measure.’

My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Our channel has a little phrase this time of year, “Its pumpkin season!” In truth, there are so many seasons on your earth, all at once! In some places it is planting season. In others, it is the season for harvest. In still others, it is the season to prepare for a very cold winter to come. For some it is swimming season!
All over your globe, at the same time, but in different places, people are experiencing very different realities. In fact, even in the same house, the same job, or the same family, people experience vastly different realities.
Each one of you is a universe unto yourself, living in a reality you share with seven billion others but experiencing life uniquely through the lens of your own personal perception.
If you put ten people in the same exact situation you would have ten different perceptions, and therefore ten different experiences of “reality.”
So, what does this mean to you? Simply this dear ones – You get to choose how you will experience the “raw material” of your life. You get to sing in the rain, soak in it, slip in it, or all of the above. You can see an angry person as a hurting soul for whom you will pray, or as a wicked monster whom you will choose to hate. You can view your challenges from the perspective of a victimized and hurting human – as horrible evidence that life is out to get you. Alternately, you can see them from the perspective of your soul – as opportunities to grow and expand into greater love and personal power.
In every moment you feel less than joyful, ask yourself, “How might I better look at this situation? Can I try a different lens, a different perception of this reality? What thoughts would give me greater peace, love, and joy right now?” We’re not saying you should “think positive” if you cannot. Simply ask yourself, “What thoughts might feel a little better now?”
You can inch your way up the vibrational scale, little by little even when you’re not inclined to be positive.
Perhaps you can shift from feeling victimized into problem solving and seeing yourself as a competent and capable human being with the power of God behind you. Perhaps you can shift from feeling angry at someone else to being kind to yourself. Perhaps you can shift from sadness to hope, from feelings of betrayal to thoughts that God will never abandon you. You can always stretch a bit, with your perception and reach for a thought that feels a little better.
Dear ones, your perceptions about life – the lenses through which you view reality – will color your days beautiful or ugly, painful or pleasant, empowering or victimizing. You get to choose.
You may not easily be able to choose your first reaction to a situation because that is programmed and habitual, but you can choose your second, third, and so on… and in so doing you not only shift your thoughts, your feelings, and your energy, but in time you will shift your entire reality.

Welcome dear readers.
You the awakened ones, are rapidly shifting into new levels of awareness while others previously unaware or uninterested in truth become more receptive to examining universal beliefs that effect everyone’s life.
You who already know who and what you are, are leading the way. You are the light for those ready for more, but who remain unaware of exactly what it is they seek. You need not actively protest or engage in outer actions unless guided. Your work as way showers is to hold the Light of truth within at all times carrying it with you into whatever situations you may experience or become aware of.
The Light of an awakened consciousness automatically flows without conscious thought in and as forms of love accompanying every word and action. It may simply be the act of petting a dog, or offering words of comfort to another, but is often simply bearing silent witness to truth when in the midst of or observing discord.
You no longer need to be actively involved in third dimensional discord. Avoid intense watching and listening to the news or gossip. Be aware of what is going on, but do not immerse yourself in it. When you feed consciousness with negativity and problems you align with the energy of them which then begin to manifest as judgement, criticism, and other creations in and of the three dimensional belief system–all the things that you have been working to clear.
Everything is energy and because there is only ONE energy, whatever you energetically align with you automatically draw to you because everything is always seeking Oneness–law of attraction. Those who attain a high level of spiritual consciousness discover that their lives become increasingly harmonious on all levels because their consciousness of Oneness begins to automatically express the harmony, balance, safety, abundance, and completeness etc. embodied within it.
However, it often happens that an individual will choose to accept and attain a consciousness of Oneness, but exclude one or more Divine qualities from that Oneness. Example; “I am whole and complete in every way, but I never have enough money.” Remember, consciousness is always expressing itself and as long as any false belief is a part of one’s consciousness, it will continue to manifest.
An attained consciousness of Divine harmony and wholeness will manifest outwardly in ordinary and practical ways. Example; Being drawn to a particular ad in the phone book or notice on a board for a needed service or a friend recommending a business or a product that is perfect for a project you want to do. If you allow your intuition to guide you, your consciousness of wholeness and harmony will draw to you the right attorney, doctor, plumber, etc., those in alignment with you.
Mind interprets an evolved state of consciousness in practical every day forms a person can relate to. Spiritual living is very practical, much more so than living from the creations of duality and separation which will always manifest in forms of both good and bad.
We wish to speak of remorse. Remorse is the act of passing negative judgement on self with regard to past action or actions from the perspective of a different, often higher awareness than that which was in place at the time of the action or actions. Remorse is an illusion created from energies of separation belief and never has or ever can reflect the reality of any individual.
Many of you are experiencing remorse and guilt as you re-examine your lives in the light of higher awareness. All actions and decisions reflect the attained level of consciousness present at the time of the action. Know that anything you did in the past now causing remorse was simply reflective of an earlier state of consciousness. If you hadn’t evolved beyond it, you wouldn’t even be questioning the past action, you would simply consider it to be right.
Evolution involves the clearing of no longer relevant energies of a lower resonance. Higher frequencies of Light expose old energies still active in cellular memory causing them to surface on one or more levels (physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual). This allows you to become aware of the particular belief underlying some negative past action. Use this insight to examine, replace the belief with truth, release it, and move on without further indulgence in guilt and remorse. This is how the clearing process works.
A person is only capable of living from their attained level of consciousness. Many pretend to have a evolved state of consciousness, but sooner or later the reality will express and expose itself. An example of this is the rampant psychological, sexual, and physical abuse of women and children that has taken place in organizations through individuals that promote themselves as being in spiritual and loving service.
Remorse reflects the belief that one has failed, done something unforgivable, and is thus not worthy of love. Consciously or unconsciously believing self to be unlovable is the driving force behind the actions of those who act out in violent ways. The energetic resonance of this belief is unknowingly carried from lifetime to lifetime in the cellular memory of an individual until cleared.
Remorse can lock an individual into the belief that they are not worthy of happiness or love, and because everyone is a creator, they continue to create situations that reinforce this false belief. They welcome hardship and emotional suffering, even seeking it because they believe that they deserve it.
Many project their hatred of self on to others as a means of relief– “I will show them I am strong. I will make them respect (fear) me.” Others use drugs or alcohol to ease the inner pain of feeling intense separation. The soul is always seeking oneness but most as of yet do not understand this.
This state of consciousness creates a vicious circle of three dimensional experiences that will continue as long as energetically fed. Programs that foster self esteem both in or out of prisons serve to begin healing the broken hearts of many who commit violent crimes. An excellent example is prison programs that pair homeless dogs needing love and training with prisoners. The resulting partnership is often the very first time a prisoner has ever expressed or felt love.
If or when guilt surfaces, remember that every person has guides, teachers, and incarnates with a contract that they themselves wrote about what they were choosing to experience and learn. Your actions may very well have been a part of some karmic or learning process needed by both. Negative past actions never hurt or effect the reality of the other, but do effect you.
On a practical level, you can apologize whether the person is on this side of the veil or the other. Send Light and see their Light through consciously acknowledging the Divinity of the person or persons involved including self. Be intuitively guided as to what if any, actions are needed. You may be guided to simply do nothing on an outer level, but to do much on the inner.
Learning to love self comes through knowing that self is SELF. A consciousness of Oneness can never be attained if self is left out of the ONE. It is easy to hate self when one’s belief system is based in three dimensional concepts of how one must look, be, or act in order to be acceptable or loveable. This is simply old programing that you have long ago moved beyond. Allow all remaining remnants of it to dissolve into the nothingness that it is.
Choosing to spiritually evolve on earth in three dimensional energy allows for a difficult but intensely valuable evolutionary process. Begin to understand that in reality there are no accidents, mistakes, or victims especially during these powerful times of energetic ascension. Recognize and acknowledge the spiritual ideas that underlay everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell.
This is how you learn to see beyond appearances and is why you chose and were allowed to be on earth at this time.

Greetings, I am Mira. I gladly speak with you today.
As you can see, we are actively assisting the earth. The Earth Council, of which I am a full-time participant, is fully engaged with decisions and choices for the future of your beloved planet. We are excited and pleased with the progress.
Please know that the Divine Plan is in place. We are competent in our work and our efforts are effective. Much has been accomplished since I last spoke with you. We have completed some important projects on behalf of the planet.
Perhaps you might have noticed the absence of chem-trails in your areas? A large number of dark ones have been removed also. We are happy to provide you with this confirmation and please know that we have other assignments that will continue to make a huge difference.
Your planet sank too low to achieve freedom on its own from the darkness that has kept you enslaved and abused. We are around you and on the planet, to assure you of your proper place in the solar system and with your galactic counterparts.
Other signs of these changing energies are the opening of the secrets and the emergence of truth; the awakening of humanity; times of being in bliss and joy (5D); easier manifestation; increased solar activity; more ships in the sky; pressure from inside to release issues that no longer belong; the rising Schumann Resonance; volatility of energies impacting the physical body; new like-minded friends and the departure of those with whom you are not in resonance.
We understand that many of you have unmet needs financially and in other ways. One suggestion is to use the 5th dimensional energies to manifest what you need. This is what the 5th dimension is about.
Let go of the struggle, worry and fear. Consciously reside in the knowledge that you are being taken care of and provided with everything that you need. If you are someone with extra, give to others with open hearts and know this is how to begin living in higher consciousness.
Take time to enjoy the increasing light-filled energies in nature and in all kingdoms. Every kingdom is rising in consciousness. Look deeply into a crystal, the eyes of a child or an animal. Feel the softening of the layers of protection that used to keep you from noticing the love from creation. It won’t be long before you will be continuously residing in the Golden Age.

We have some time-sensitive information. The portals are being opened. You are about to enter the time of no time.
We have been waiting for you. Welcome! We greet you with great love and understanding. We bring you the Sword of Truth. There are more and more light ships entering through these portals daily, everywhere around the planet.
It is necessary as part of the alignment for the heart of the Earth and the calling home of the beings of light, and for the ground crew, who have been working diligently for eons.
You are about to go home. It is time for us to take over and do what needs to be done. You have called it forth and we have heard you. The spells that have been cast upon the planet, particularly on the light, have been completely removed to lighten your load. We are here to facilitate you on your path. and we have heard your call on behalf of the planet.
What has been in will be outed. We will assist in the governance of the planet until things can be stabilized. There is an overlay of a new financial system that will change the planet completely. Everyone will have what they need. It is not as the dark forces have planned, for what they have done to you and the planet will be taken over by the light.
Just because the dark forces say they want something doesn’t mean they will have what they want. They are setting themselves up for a big awakening. We are grateful to them for what they have done and for getting you to a place where they can be taken over by the light.
Just because they say they want something, or plan something doesn’t mean that it will come to fruition. They do not understand. They think they know everything and that they control everything. However, this control is very much slipping away.
We are today preparing for a big, big meeting here. We are welcoming you and thanking you for your direction and for all the hard work that you are doing. Please know that in your time is no time in terms of long periods of linear time that it’s going to take to shift all of this troubled planet.
We encourage you and your friends of the light to know that we have powerfully taken over the planet. Nothing can stop what we have in place. We are here with you. You are with us. Nothing can stop us from what we are doing.

For those who are just focused on the material world, they will begin to have little satisfaction with what they have. For all skeptics with good hearts, some of their hearts will be convinced very easily and many of them will change their points of view. There will be many arrests all over the world, and we will see to that. Those who are being arrested will go exactly where they belong.
We have never before seen such darkness or suffering on a planet. You have the full support of the Light Realms along with all of us Galactics. Because of who you are, we are going to accomplish everything that needs to be done for you to have a wonderful new world awaiting you. We don’t think that you will be missing the criminals too much.
We are your Galactic counterparts. You came here to be with us and to have some fun. We do like the fun you are having. You make us laugh. We are celebrating you, great ones.

Look at yourselves as Source Energy Beings, and feel for the truth that you are Source Energy Beings. See others as Source Energy Beings, and expect them to speak and think and act as such…This is called holding space by many. If you hold space for the absolute best that a person, including yourself, has within you or within them, then you can co-create something magical, something new.

You are the Oneness that you seek, and so is your sister, your spouse, your friend, and your enemy – everyone is the Oneness that you seek! When you find It within yourself, where It resides eternally, as you most surely will, then you will also find It in everyone else, and the peace and love that this brings you will fill your heart. You are Love, your nature is Love, there is nothing else! And you will come to awareness of this when you allow yourself to fearlessly open your heart to invite It in and to allow It in, because It is your nature which cannot be denied entrance for longer than the briefest of moments.
Your sense of identity, which most place in their bodies, is false. Your true identity is eternal because God created you, and what He creates is both eternal and perfect! There are none among you who actually believe that your bodies are perfect in as much as everyone experiences limitation due to being within a body, and, obviously, to be perfect is to be flawless, to be without limitation. Therefore, in every moment, your bodies demonstrate most clearly to you that they are notYou!
So, what are you? You are One with All of creation – with God, with all of humanity, with All sentient life. There is NO separation. Your consciousness, your awareness that you are alive and conscious, is the One field of Consciousness – LOVE – in which all that is sentient has its eternal and absolutely perfect existence. But, as humans in form, your awareness of this is hidden from you by your own choice, because you chose to experience life in form as a human, and that experience by its very nature is most severely limiting.
You are free – in every moment. That is to say that the You that is One with Source was created eternally free, because Source is LOVE and Love does not compel, force, restrain, or manipulate, It accepts, honors, and respects all of Itself completely and unconditionally. And You are All of Itself.
As humans in form, due to the choice you each made to experience the state of separation by incarnating as a human, you find yourselves seemingly severely limited both by your physical bodies and by the state of disorder in which you live. It is like a dream, which all in form have experienced, that often appears to make absolutely no sense at all, and then you wake up and find yourselves once more conscious, alive, and rational. Then you tune in to the news and see reports of so much happening throughout the world that is utterly irrational, in fact insane. It is an extremely confusing state in which you find yourselves, especially because it appears to be so materially and indisputably real.
Humanity has generally accepted the power structures that various social, cultural, and religious authorities have constructed over the eons in order for the few to control the many. To the many it seemed that those in authority had the right to control and direct. However, over the past few hundred years, and particularly during the last five or six decades, people have begun to question that authority ever more rigorously. This is a very necessary aspect of your awakening process, because, as those of you reading or listening to this, and to many other uplifting and inspiring messages, are becoming aware, you are each your own authority!
As One with Source you have the freedom and the inalienable right to live according to your own loving guidance from within yourselves – the guided intuitive sense of what is right for you. No one has the right to override your own sovereign authority, and therefore of course, nor do you have the right to override anyone else’s sovereign authority over themselves. When you recognize Love as your nature, and honor It in every moment, you will never choose to do anything to harm or overpower another.
Your awakening process is a growing awareness of the Reality that Love is All. That there is nothing apart from Love, because All that God has created is incorporated or commingled within the infinite and eternal energy field that is LOVE. Humanity is becoming aware that only love works, that only love makes any sense, and that anything that is not in perfect alignment with Love always leads to conflict.
Separation is the dream or the game that You constructed in order to experience a state that was detached from Love. In truth that is utterly impossible because, as I said above, and as many, many others have informed you, there is only Love, there is nothing else, so the experience of form – humanity, any form of life, the universe – is completely illusory. Form, physicality, is a very clever construction that You built, which enables you to experience non-reality as totally real, as an absolutely alarming state in which all life forms are separate, one from another, and which survive by consuming each other.
Deep within yourselves the knowledge that you are one with Source has always been, and always will be present. Consequently, even as you play with the concept of separation,and with the resultant fears and anxieties that arise therefrom, you still hope and believe that that state will come to an end and that you will be reunited with Source – maybe in heaven after your physical death. As you intensify that hope each day when you go within to your holy inner sanctuary, where Love resides waiting for you to invite It in, you will begin to feel, to experience the sense of Source, of Oneness, of Love embracing you and fully accepting you just as you are. All that you need to do is to accept that any sense of unworthiness or inadequacy that you feel or experience about yourself is invalid, and then Love will dissolve it.
The vast majority of you inherited from your lineage a sense of not being good enough, either in the sight of God, or of family, or of neighbors, and this sense of personal inadequacy was reinforced by the culture in which you grew up, and by whatever religious belief system (or none) to which you were exposed during your formative years. Being separate means that you feel alone, and yet all around you you see others who are not alone because they belong to a social group,a peer group, or other membership type of group, and because you most desperately want to belong, to be accepted, you make the choice to join one of them, possibly without even being aware that you ever made such a choice.
So my message today is simply to remind you most firmly and lovingly that you, each and every member of the human race – and there are absolutely no exceptions! – are the eternally beloved child of God, permanently extant within the infinite field of Consciousness, that is Source, Mother/Father/God, Love, and in that state peace, joy, and happiness embrace you in every moment. You are always, and without pause, interruption, or intermission of any kind, permanently One with Source in perfect and adoring Union.

Be willing to face the fears of the past and move into new dimensions of Love.
You have come to a time when you know that the way you have always perceived your world may seem like it is no longer working. It may even feel as though your childhood traumas or other things from your past that you are not proud of are crowding into your present awareness.
This is a very good sign, because all memories come into your mind to be released, so that you can live in the present. We encourage this release of past memories and fear so you will be able to move on with your life. Whether you do this through prayer, personal journaling, talking to a friend or going through counseling, the important thing is to be willing to face the fears of the past, hold them in the light of loving awareness, and then let them go.
When the healing light of Love, Compassion and Acceptance shines on old patterns and fears, they lose their power and are easier to release. Once you let go of old habits of thoughts and feelings, you become free to turn your attention away from the past and to focus on creating the future you would like for yourself and for your world.
The veils between heaven and earth are thinner now. This means that the desires of your heart and the focus of your mind can bring about the manifestation of that which is in your highest good. Your thoughts are now creating your present and future reality.
Whatever you focus on increases in energy, so it becomes the dominant force in your world. You can choose to focus on the good, the beautiful and the love inherent in all things. Or you can choose to focus on the old which may increase the levels of fear inside you. If you begin to look for good, you will find it. And the more you look for the good in your world, the more it will increase because you are giving it energy by your focus.
You will also begin to notice that you feel more loving, more peaceful and more optimistic. People will seem much nicer to you. Your daily struggle will become less. All this is possible because you begin to look for and focus on the good, and are willing to have more Love and Harmony in your life. It will seem like a miracle, but miracles are available to all who will receive them.
The Angels are also available to you now in a way that was not possible before. We will assist this entire process of changing the way you perceive your world, if you but ask us. Your thoughts are prayers flowing out into the ethers and bring to you that which you focus on. What do you have to lose by calling on your guardian Angel and asking for more Love, Peace and Harmony in your life?
What could it hurt to ask to see that which is good, instead of that which causes pain? There is an incredible simplicity in the truth of universal law. You do not have to be alone in your struggle. Angelic assistance is always available to you, here to bring Divine Love and Light to the world. Our message is always one of Peace and Harmony. We seek to bring only Good into your life.
Entertain the possibility that what we are saying may actually be true; that what you focus on can create your future reality. Notice your thought patterns throughout the day. Is this what you want in your future? Begin to focus your thoughts only on that which you want in your life.
When you notice negativity in your mind, say “That is not an acceptable reality, this is what I do want…more Love, greater Abundance, Harmony in my relationships and Beauty in my world.” Before long you will notice the changes in your life, as that which you ask for manifests. These changes are the new dimensions of love promised to you. You are the one that holds the key to your future by what you are harmonizing with today.

If you will spend some time in meditation and contemplation reviewing the structures you have created in your Third- and Fourth-Dimensional reality, which include mental, emotional, physical, and etheric, as well as some spiritual restrictions, you will quickly determine that it is time to release many of the ties that bind you so that you may move quickly and gracefully into the expanding, empowering world of the higher planes of consciousness. Study it for a moment, and observe the different shades, colors, and shapes that make up your emotional body. You might be surprised at what you see. Whatever you perceive will be valid, and if you keep practicing, your inner senses will sharpen in focus. You might start by asking for the frequencies of the Ray of pure Creator love to pour forth and fill you to overflowing, washing away all senseof inadequacy, guilt, shame, and doubt. Now, in turn, call on the Ray of compassion, the Ray of mercy and forgiveness, the Rays of receptivity, passion, peace, harmony, benevolence, refined intuition, courage, and so on. Then see your emotional body being filled with each of these specific energies as you integrate the maximum amount that is appropriate for you at a particular time. NOW FOCUS ON THE MENTAL BODY: Again, stand at the head of your crystal table, and see your mental body manifest and take form on the table. How does your mental body appear to you? Is it strong and well-defined, or is it muted with muddled and distorted colors? Ask for the Rays of truth, will, valor, wisdom, intelligence, focus, creativity, Divine thought, language/patterns of Light, sacred geometry, discipline, organization, scientific information, order, the Ray of receiving, the Ray of giving/sharing, each in turn, to flow down through the great generator crystal that hangs over the center of the table into your personal Pyramid of Light. Your God Spark – I AM Presence – will filter the Essence of each Ray of expression in its purest form into your Etheric Replica. See your Pyramid being filled with the Essence and power of each of these Rays as they permeate everything within. Know that you will bring the gifts of each Ray (the appropriate amount for you) back with you via the column of Light in which you presently reside. YOU MAY ALSO FOCUS ON YOUR ETHERIC BODY: Your Etheric Body contains the blueprint for your Body of Light. The Etheric Body surrounds the physical vessel, and the distortions and imperfections lodged there first before they manifested within the physical vessel. Now the process is being reversed. Eventually, this ability will become a natural part of your refined awareness. In addition, while in a Light ALPHA state you may wish to concentrate on the physical body for a week or two as you prepare your body to receive and manifest these powerful energies. A MONUMENTAL VICTORY!
You have created your peace – even though you might not yet understand that. And in 2020 you will use that peace to create a new physical world for yourself and all others who wish to be of 5D and beyond.
Dear Ones,
Your days seem to float by without any change – one day after another of sameness. Oh, there are sparks here and there, but no fire, no need to do much of anything other than pretending to be interested in something. It all seems too much.
Such is so because you are in a resting, or perhaps better stated, in a void stage for you are doing much internal work. So it is your outer world seems almost foggy. You have no concrete attachments other than those you have had for the past few months. Attachments that are not necessarily exciting, merely there. Those pieces are your security blanket holding you, if you will, to the earth as your inner-being shifts minute-by-minute. Resulting in possible changes to your sleep or activity patterns.
We wish you to know all is well before we address your internal shifts. This last push before your calendar year of 2020 is to ensure you are ready for the global shift occurring throughout next year. For before this 2020 global shift, you were of 5D, but functioning much of the time as if you were of 3D. Not necessarily in your thoughts, but in your actions – attending this party or that activity or not functioning as you once did because of the inner confusion such activities cause.
These 2020 preparations include both your inner and outer-beings functioning differently than has ever been true for you while of the earth. Perhaps you have had an inkling of what your new actions and reactions will be, perhaps not. It does not matter. All that matters is that you know your world will never again be as it was the past number of years. That you have prepared for this time.
Those preparations are nearly over. For you are no longer of 3D, nor will you find it necessary to pretend that you are as has been true for as long as you have been of 5D. For most of you have hidden your shift, believing your true being could not be displayed.
In 2020 and beyond, you will not care what others think of you. For you will be in such a different place that the gnats of 3D expectations will no longer tweak you externally or internally. So it is the division between 3D and 5D will be formalized.
Perhaps you are now worried that those you love will not make the break, so to speak. That you will again lose friends and family. The opposite is true. For this division will be so evident that those you interact with will either be a follower or of 5D. And those you now find as your go-to friends and family are likely followers.
The cut between 3D and 5D will become very clear.
For the earth is no longer of 3D, nor are you or millions of others. Some of you might label what we are speaking of as ascension. Or believe you will rise from the earth in white garments to create a new earth. It does not matter. Merely know that what is today will not be in 2020 – not for you, the earth, nor most earth inhabitants.
Even though the future is now at the sunrise point, it will be of the full sun by 2020.
The difficulties of those of 3D will continue and increase. Something you will observe, but not necessarily care about for your new explorations will have little to do with fear and rage.
Those of 3D will fight among themselves to no avail. For there will be no winners or losers in that battle, merely an ongoing rage that cannot be contained. You and those following will be in such a different place as to not notice. If you will, a complete reversal of what has happened as you progressed in your 5D life.
In the past, indications of 5D thoughts and actions were either marveled at or ignored depending on the acuity of those observing. And if those of 3D were interested, that interest did not lead to a continuing practice of love, nor did it mean they wished to change.
You were the opposite. Once you heard your inner-being call you to your spiritual5D path, you could not stop yourself from shifting. In truth, doing so seemed less difficult than not.
So it is now. You are different because of your curiosity and need. While those of 3D are doubling down on what they believe is the right path. It is for them, just as 5D and beyond is the right path for you.
Those of 5D and of 3D will inhabit the earth simultaneously. For 5D is the vision of the future while 3D is of the past. Which is little different than earth generations not understanding one another.
Perhaps you are concerned that those of 3D will start wars or continue harming the environment and earth entities. Such would be so if those of 5D and beyond were not the majority – as will happen in 2020 and beyond.
This is a new earth with new beings. Not the least of which is you. You created new earth, so you could play with your creation skills in a concrete environment instead of the nebulous environments you experience when not of the earth.
You have created your peace – even though you might not yet understand that. And in 2020 you will use that peace to create a new physical world for yourself and all others who wish to be of 5D and beyond. So be it. Amen.

We have been focusing quite a bit of our attention on your ability to hold your vibration in a particular frequency, and we are very pleased to report that humans have been showing a greater ability to stay in the vibration of your choosing for longer stretches of your time. For even within these few short weeks of absence, much has been ‘diagnosed’ and ‘put in place’ in both the fore and back ground.
What do you mean by diagnosed?
In the greater, more ‘out there’ scheme of things, much has been detected on an Energetic level. There are vast pockets of Light that are doing so much good to each and every aspect of Life upon your Planet. There are also elements of ‘dusty’ progression regarding eliminating Energies that no longer have a place in the Grand scheme of things.
From an explanation level of moving Energy … and from where we stand … it is very apparent that the ‘dusty’ Energy has very little strength left within it. In the sense of KNOWING that it is defeated. This is in general and yet, there are still areas that refuse to give up and give in … and yet, there is little point in continuing the battle … for THE LIGHT HAS TAKEN ITS RIGHTFUL STANCE.
This is lovely to hear. Thank you. Yet, there are those that feel that once again we have been ‘hyped up’ … only to be left dangling … Nay! … Dribbling … awaiting ‘IT’!
We smile from our Inner Being Blossom. With the greatest of respect, it is for those that Feel this way to perhaps tune in a little deeper to their KNOWING. To connect up /to this knowing that ALL IS IN PLACE. We do not Feel we have left you ‘dangling’, as you would say.
When we speak of the Energies ramping up … it is because they are.
When we speak of The Event getting ever closer … it is because it is.
When we speak of time … confusion reigns!
ALL of this that you are living within … all of this that is occurring upon your Planet … is travelling along in its Divine pace.
We ask … and have done so before … that you concentrate not on that which is to come … yet, give your full attention to the LOVE THAT YOU ARE … RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!
HOW ARE YOU FEELING RIGHT NOW?
Is it of joy? Is it of sadness?
TAKE HEED OF YOUR VIBRATIONAL ATTITUDE AT ALL TIMES.
For, Dearest souls … your choice of Vibrational thought is probably the most important aspect of that which you can bring to the table.
Feeling despondent because the sky has not opened whilst trumpets sound … or because 1,000 ships of Light have not landed in your nearest park … is not what changes your world.
Yes … we are very much aware of the fact that many of you Feel you have been waiting for too long and that all that is ‘channelled’ through many, never comes to fruition …
Yet, YOU … Each One, also KNOWS that this Inner Feeling of KNOWING that you will continue on Shining your Light … is what you are to do. Because you KNOW its purpose in doing so.
When you TRULY connect with each other through the I AM THE LOVE. I AM THE LIGHT. I AM ‘chord’, there is a bond … a union of strength … that is swelling upon your Planet such as never before.
You KNOW within side of the changes that are occurring within YOU.
We suggest that you adhere to the KNOWING of these changes … that walk alongside changes that may not seem so obvious on an outer appearance.
Remember Dearest Ones, there is much going on behind the scenes that is hidden from you … and it is not yet the correct timing for such things to be exposed. Yet, when you choose to recognise the Strength building within you … when you accept that stronger emotions rising up within are doing so because of your ‘Lighter disposition’ … you cannot help but Feel that you are ever closer to the most dramatic change ever to be experienced.
I fully understand and you are so right about the ‘time’ aspect. So much is to come … this I know. Yet, for us down here …when you say something is to occur, many Feel within the next six months as a general time frame … and time after time, six months passes by and everything sort of feels pretty much the same.
Yet, that is our point Blossom … it isn’t the same! Within every six months of YOUR time that passes through space … so much has transpired.
For instance?
Mainly ENERGETICALLY … AND THIS IS THE ESSENCE OF THE CHANGE.
Consider if you will, the amount of Energy that lies within any one given thing. Let us say for now, of an ornament on a shelf … that has sat there for many a year. It is Energy … part of everything and yet, encapsulated within its own individuality of Energy. The Energy may have come almost to a standstill … as it sits there! The Energy may have become stale and almost stagnant and yet, even when a ‘Light Soul’ walks past it … without knowing, it is ‘changing the flow’ of the ornament because everything interacts with/within everything. Imagine then the possibility of that ornament being picked up, dusted, and placed in a new place in reach of sunlight! An entirely new course for that ornament alone, is now in play … AND … affecting everything else around it … which in turn then affects everything around that … and then affects everything around that … as the ripple affect continues on ad infinitum.
A small thing that could take place in one small house in one small village perhaps … and yet … the effect of its movement … affects ALL.
So then … IMAGINE … or begin to TRY … ALL THE UPHEAVAL … ALL THE CHANGE … as we leave behind an era of your time that has felt like it has been set in concrete for eons … and is now flowing through into the LIGHT OF LOVE ITSELF.
IMAGINE … ALL THE ENERGETIC CHANGES THAT ARE OCCURRING WITHIN EVERY BREATH.
YOU AND YOUR PLANET ARE MOVING INTO A HIGHER BRIGHTER VIBRATION OF LIGHT.
THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE.
THIS IS HUGE!
THIS CANNOT BE ‘MINIMISED’ INTO A QUICK TURN … OVER/AROUND.
It simply cannot be conducted in that way … for each particle that is transforming affects the next and the next and the next.
WE DO KNOW … that everything is shifting according to plan … at the end of the day!
Each action from anyone affects THE WHOLE … and WE ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF FREE CHOICE!
Therefore … this is why we commend you for ALL THAT YOU ARE DOING.
THE PROGRESS that is moving forwards in leaps and bounds is due to Each One of you and your choice to BE THE LIGHT …
TO KNOW YOU ARE THE LIGHT.
We have spoken again and again and again … yet, it is of much importance.
WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE THE LIGHT … YOU ARE MAKING HISTORY.
FOR THE KNOWING IS THE KEY.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TRY … YOU JUST ARE.
THE EFFECT THIS HAS IS MIND BLOWING.
BECAUSE LIGHT IS POWER.
We do not ask you to measure what ‘voltage’ of Light you are emanating. This is not a competition. We just ask you TO KNOW YOU ARE LIGHT.
And within that KNOWING … THE POWER OF LIGHT ITSELF EMANATES AND WORKS THROUGH YOU.
When you continue to inforce within your core:

it brings forth your TRUTH. It solidifies your TRUTH.

Can you deny this is not so? Because Each One of you FEELS that within … and it is felt within because it is TRUTH.

Therefore, we ask those of you who are waning … to remove all doubts and to build up from within your Heart/Soul/ space the strength that you need in order for you to excel at your personal position when the time comes.
You are ready … Remain ready … and yet, grow ever more in LIGHT LOVE service wherever you are … whatever you are doing … whatever you are thinking.
It is difficult to put into words that which we are trying to express … and yet, we TRUST that when you take three deep breaths, smile and repeat I AM THE LIGHT. I AM THE LOVE. I AM … you GET IT … no words are necessary. No words can express that FEELING. No words can explain that KNOWING … FOR IT SIMPLY IS.

Your one and only responsibility, no matter how much others beg you to return to your previous roles, is to find and follow your joy. You are creator beings. So it is you created the new earth. Now it is time for you to create something that is yours alone.
Dear Ones,
We wish to address the uneasiness you feel about your future and the future of the earth. For even though you have been informed that all is well, it is becoming more difficult to believe that such is so. You can ignore the media and similar factors, but it is your inner feelings you cannot understand.
For you are concerned about areas, you believe you and others addressed decades ago. It is as if you have worked months to complete a report only to have your one copy destroyed.
You are tired of fighting, of carrying the world and your family and friends on your shoulders. You feel as if you are on caretaker overload for the same issues keep popping up with seemingly no resolution.
Should you protect the environment? What about people being held without their consent? Then there is gun violence as a result of the racial, religious, gender, economic, political, and homophobic hatred displayed daily. When and where will the next war be? And if that is not enough, you are discovering those you love are filled with fear because they do not understand their transition, nor do they listen to the explanations you offer. It is as if you are playing Whack-a-Mole with the world and your emotions.
You assumed that by now, you would be living in your dream world with little or no stress. Yet, your stress seems to multiply daily. For just as one issue seems calmer, another arrives that requires immediate attention.
Where is your peace? Where is your rest?
The truth is you have not yet let go of your need to caretake the world. Even though you supposedly turned that concern over to your followers, you continue that role in addition to your new assignments.
You are trying to be everything to everyone. In your work-a-day world, you would be labeled as someone who cannot delegate. For indeed, 90% of your worries are not your role. You are no longer a caretaker of the earth or its inhabitants. You have other, more compelling tasks to complete.
Your caretaking days are over. But because you have not yet allowed that to be your truth, you are anxious and angry. You are trying to do too much, for you do not believe those following are skilled enough to pick up where you left off.
It is no longer your place to worry about atomic bombs, sheltering others, or the concerns of your friends and family. All are caretaking modes you have outgrown.
Of course, you do not believe our statement for you are quite proud of no longer caretaking those family members or friends who seem to be in the same predicament year after year. What you have not yet addressed is your feelings of a similar nature.
You were likely concerned about the environment and humanity decades ago. For such was your key to this life. But you remain so deeply entrenched in those concerns that it is difficult to turn those issues over to your followers, or if you will, the next generation of light-bearers.
Your one and only responsibility, no matter how much others beg you to return to your previous roles, is to find and follow your joy. Worrying about the earth, the environment, or humanity is no longer joyful for you.
We, of the Universes, have told you the same month-after-month. Yet, our information has not resulted in your knowing that worry is not joyful. That your followers are capable of picking up where you left off. Granted, they might not approach issues as you would, but then, you have known for years that all paths are unique.
Your world solutions are based in 3D. Your followers’ solutions will be much different. For their lens is of the future and yours is of the past. Not in terms of your joy, but instead how to solve issues that continue to be troublesome for you.
Your role in this life was to shift yourself and the earth from 3D to beyond. You completed that difficult task. Even so, you now wonder what you did wrong and how to fix those wrongs.
You did everything wonderfully right. Those who follow have the puzzle pieces for those areas that worry you. You are creator beings. So it is you created the new earth. Now it is time for you to create something that is yours alone. And you will know what that something is by the joy it gives you.
No longer is it necessary for you to hide your joy from those who might not understand. For those actions were of 3D. You are no longer of 3D, nor are your followers. Allow them to complete the roles they assumed for this life, as we did you.
Will your followers try to obtain your help with the issues they need to solve? Of course. Just as you continue to request solutions from us. Yet as is true for you, those following must claim their place without your interference or coaching. They are skilled enough to carry on. Such is so to allow you to create, to shift to the next step.
Of course, you wish for us to tell you what your next step is. This we cannot do. For it is your creation step on your unique path. No one, least of all we, of the Universes, know where that path will lead. The only definite we can relay is that it is not caretaking anyone or anything. Continuing to do so will only result in exhaustion.
You are no longer responsible for the earth or any earth beings.
Your role is creating. And your unique joy will lead to those creations. We know what you are not. But not who you will become. Something only you can discover through your joy. So be it. Amen.

Moving into Enlightenment by Archangel Michael

| Such a wealth of joy, love and devotion is being channeled into the Earth now, so many loving beings of light wish to be of service to those on the Earth who are willing and wanting to grow spiritually. I am among the many surging the light of the Creator into the Earth, I am Archangel Michael and I honour you now, for you and every person on the Earth are beautiful pearls glistening so brightly. On the Earth now many are seeking to move into enlightenment, to experience the light of the Creator around and within them more fully and to be at one with the Creator. Many people are focusing upon self-discovery, they acknowledge from the beginning of their journey that they are more than they currently realise. To imagine themselves as the Creator may be overwhelming but there is a path to this realisation that begins with the detection of your negative habits whether mental or physical, feeling comfortable in your own energy and understanding the skills that you naturally hold. This path of realisation is also a path to enlightenment. Many people ask me to describe to them the meaning of enlightenment. Of course, there are many opinions on the meaning of enlightenment but my view is that you receive enlightenment through your self-discovery. When you realise in your day that you have been unkind or selfish, that is an aspect of enlightenment. When you then counteract this by expressing love and appreciation then you truly have experience enlightenment because you have learnt a lesson about yourself. You have realised a negative or non-instructive part of yourself and have transformed it into the truth, into love and light. It is at that point of transformation that you are experiencing enlightenment. So we could explain enlightenment as a process of realising, accepting the truth and then manifesting the truth within your reality. Essentially you realise the habit and you realise the truth, you can see them side by side then with your mind you choose which energy is most appropriate, the truth or the habit. This is when your mind becomes an enlightened mind. You will see that you experience moments of enlightenment throughout your day, they are such precious moments. Eventually you will experience numerous moments of enlightenment in your reality and the love or transformational energy will be so powerful that it will overflow into your being and reality, the truth that you are discovering will anchor and you will feel it maintaining your natural balance, raising your energy vibration and enthusing your being with the life force energy of the Creator. You will feel that you are more enlightened than before and this is simply because you are realising the truth of the Creator and your being. So moving into enlightenment is a process or path of realisation, manifestation and transformation while being enlightened is to see, understand and live as the truth of the Creator. In many ways it is all a state of mind, because when the mind is open and free from toxins then the entire being is free to exist as light, love, truth and the presence of the Creator. |
When we view you on the Earth we, of course, see you as enlightened beings, then we see puffs of smoke around you, these can be thick or thin in appearance. The puffs of smoke are the illusions, fears and limitations that you hold onto, they are your creation because of your unenlightened mind, understanding of yourself and reality or your unwillingness to realise your truth. I know that all of you would say to me that you are completely willing to realise your truth, to be at one with the Creator and to exist as an enlightened being on the Earth. This is not always true, your soul is willing, but is your mind, your personality or your emotions? Most often it is your mind, the habits and attachments that you hold onto that mean that you are unwilling to become enlightened. You can pray as hard as you like to become enlightened but if your entire being isn’t willing to do so then enlightenment will not truly manifest.
When I say your mind is unwilling I am speaking of your fears and doubts, these need to be recognised, placed alongside the truth and then you must choose which you wish to energise and manifest. Achieving this will allow your prayers to be answered because you are freeing yourself from all limitations and restrictions so that you may transform into your truth with ease. This is something that you can work on in your reality and throughout the day if you allow your mind to be observant of yourself and your thoughts. It can be tiring for your mind but you must enhance your focus of and on yourself, we could describe it as a spiritual awareness.
We see the energy of the Creator within you so strongly and clearly, it is our wish for you to view yourself in this way also. If you could allow your mind to realise the immense light of the Creator that you hold naturally each day then your reality and thought process would change and you would begin to comprehend the wonderful spiritual potentials that are available to you. We, in the Angelic Kingdom constantly, whisper into your ears that there is no need for you to suffer; you are such a beacon of light. We do not mind if you do not notice our words but wish you to know that we are always here to support and love you. We send you a vibration of light that is able to activate your energy and dissolve limitations to view the truth but this activation can only begin when you give your consent because of your free will. Our vibration of activation is akin to an intention, we view you as your truth and so we send this image or vibration of you as your essence to you as a healing, release and activation. At present you may not be able to remember your truth or the essence of your being, we help you by holding an image or vibration of you as your truth. Every moment of the day we send this to you, we speak to you openly telling you how loving, healed and wise you are. It is our constant mission to encourage you to take off your cloak of delusion and the glasses that limit your thoughts and understanding of yourself in order to accept the vibration of yourself which is true.We ask you now to give your consent to accept the vibration that your guides and the Angelic Kingdom send to you, knowing that as you open your mind to acceptance, you are opening your heart and being to receive our vibration of activation.
Sit now for a moment and call your guides and the Angelic Kingdom to surround you, speak with them and say that you are ready to accept yourself as they see you and allow the vibration of light that they view you as to infuse and awaken within your being. This can be very powerful, allow yourself the time and space to experience it fully.
The
main obstacle that will hold you back is fear; this is something that
the Creator is asking all on the Earth to face up to now. It is time to
conquer your fears and to move into enlightenment.
Remember that fear is not true. For every fear, you have or create you
can create a positive energy, siltation or experience in your mind. You
can then look at them side by side and choose which you wish to energise
and manifest. It is this process that allows you to conquer your fears
and to move into moments of enlightenment, accepting and experiencing
the truth and love of the Creator.
If you wish you can adopt this focus into your reality, let yourself notice how it changes your outlook and the reality you experience.
I am always here to love and protect you if you wish to go forward and accept the challenge of conquering your fears then call upon me to assist, guide and protect you at all times.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Each cell in the human body, dear ones, has meaning, purpose, and value. Without it, you would not be who you are. You cannot discount a cell simply because it is so tiny in comparison to the body, and the Divine cannot discount you because you feel so small by “comparison” to the vast reaches of the cosmos.
Just as each cell matters, each soul matters. Just as each cell is unique, precious, and valuable to the overall well-being of the body, each soul is unique, precious, and valuable to the overall well-being of the One.
You all serve a purpose. You are all adding to the awareness of what Love can collectively become. Just by being your unique, precious self, you matter. How could you ever imagine yourself inadequate or unworthy of love?
We know the answer, of course. You’ve been programmed to think you must be something, do something, or serve some external purpose to be worthy of love. Nothing could be farther from truth. You are loved, beloved, treasured, and cherished. You are loved unconditionally. You are love.
Inadequacy and unworthiness only exists as concepts in fearful and lower vibrations. They exist in the vibrations of those who were afraid and who taught you to be afraid.They exist in the vibrations of those who didn’t know God loved them unconditionally and were afraid that you wouldn’t be loved if you didn’t live up to the “rules” and “conditions” that were placed upon them, and therefore upon you.
Unworthiness is a lie.
Inadequacy is a lie.
You are all worthy of love. Is a wave “worthy” of the ocean? The question does not even make sense when the waves knows that it is the ocean. Can the wave “fail” the ocean? That too doesn’t make sense when the wave knows it IS one with the ocean.
So too, the notion of you being “unworthy” or “inadequate” makes no sense at all when you realize you are ONE with the love that gives rise to universes. You are Love.
Pray:
Dear Divine Source, help me feel your love rising up within me. Help me know myself as a precious, perfect, and unique embodiment of the only LOVE there is. Help me see your love in my eyes, feel your love in my heart, and most of all, help me know Your Love as the essence of my very being.
Then, when you catch yourself thinking or saying, “I am not enough. I made a mistake. I failed. I am unworthy. I am inadequate,” talk back to those voices:
Be Gone! You are lies! I am ONE with the POWER that creates
Universes! I am ONE with the LOVE that sustains LIFE. I am ONE with all
and I am simply growing into a greater awareness of truth! Be gone
unworthiness! Be gone inadequacy. You have no permission to be in my
mind, heart, body, and soul.
I AM ONE WITH THE LOVE THAT LIVES IN ALL THINGS.
Make up your own version of this affirmation. Put it where you can see it. Repeat it often. See if you can feel it.
Dear ones, there is no such thing as unworthiness, inadequacy, failure in the eyes of God or your angels. These are seen for what they are – illusions of separation – in the higher levels of awareness.
Unworthiness and inadequacy are like the “monsters under the bed” that haunted you in kindergarten, but are no longer scary now that you see them for the illusions that they really are.
Just as you give up certain kindergarten notions as you evolve into higher levels of education, you will eventually realize that feelings of unworthiness or inadequacy have no more place in your heart, your mind, or your lives. And then dear ones, you will allow the love of the Divine to flow freely and unobstructed into your lives.

Arcturian Group Message 9/22/19

Welcome once again to the Arcturian Group messages.
Everything is proceeding according to plan although it may not seem that way. Each day as more people awaken and begin to question the status quo, the collective consciousness grows lighter. Many more are now beginning to ponder higher ways of living as they recognize that that which they have always accepted without question does not serve the majority.
Much of the old energy remains alive and well but do not be fooled by appearances for the changes taking place in individual consciousness are beginning to manifest outwardly. This does not mean everything is going to suddenly become roses and light, but rather means that increasingly the obsolete creations of duality and separation are being recognized and rejected.
A great deal of exposure is going to take place in the next year. Those who refuse to to accept change and continue to flex their three dimensional muscles in hopes of keeping the majority in fear and old energy, will find themselves becoming less and less effective as those they hope to control begin opening their eyes.
Intense frequencies of Light are flowing and lifting all who are receptive to higher levels of awareness. Everyone, receptive or not, is feeling these energies. Relax and allow the process of integrating them as best you can. Detach from the chaos when you feel the need, even if it means simply going to a restroom for a few moments. Center frequently throughout the day and eliminate the “must get this done” programming that pushes you to do, do, do, when your body is tired.
Do not identify with the ascension symptoms you may be experiencing but rather simply recognize and allow them. You are moving into an integration phase now. Many believe they are sick or that something is physically wrong as their physical body integrates higher frequencies and forms new pathways with which to carry them. The ascension process affects every person differently depending upon what is clearing and what is integrating according to their individual state of consciousness.
Mind, which is an avenue of awareness, will always jump in with solutions according to what it knows. Honor the mind and evaluate its suggestions, but never forget that that there is a deeper and higher process going on that the human mind in and of itself, cannot explain to you. Information that flows from within comes to you through the mind, but never from it.
You are well beyond the need to continue seeking for God and spirituality as these practices flow from a sense of separation. Instead, begin to identify with the reality of your being, the I AM, the Divine Consciousness that you are. Consciously accept that the peace, safety, security health, intelligence wholeness, harmony, abundance, etc. you have been seeking is already fully present within you.
Once and for all release all favorite excuses as to why this is not possible. Until a person begins to acknowledge and accept the reality of themselves, they remain in and continue to manifest from separation consciousness.
In general, consciousness is awareness fully integrated and expressing through and as a person’s thoughts and actions. For example–learning to drive a car. At first a new driver will study and think on an intellectual mind level about every step and rule for driving. However with time and practice, the information becomes automatic and driving becomes easy and without conscious thought. Driving a car is now established in his/her consciousness.
This is the secret behind child prodigies or talents that are quickly and easily learned. The particular musical, acting, scientific, or artistic talent was developed and perfected through other lifetimes and is now a state of consciousness. Although most are not aware if it, prodigies young or old, have all spent lifetimes studying, practicing, and perfecting their particular talent and because consciousness does not or cannot regress from an attained level, they incarnate with it intact.
Divine Consciousness is all that exists–omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Consciousness flowing Itself as all that is. Everything is this one Consciousness expressing ITself in, as, and through individual consciousness which then manifests it on the level of their personal conditioning or attained state of consciousness.
When the consciousness of some truth is attained, it is becomes available to all who are a part of your consciousness–children, family, friends, etc. for there is only ONE. If they are open and receptive they may receive insights or even healing but if not, they will not even notice.
My oneness with Divine Consciousness automatically constitutes my oneness with the spiritual reality of all living things as well as with every spiritual reality embodied in Divine Consciousness.
The spiritual journey is simply the evolution of individual consciousness which on earth is done through lifetimes in which a person gently or painfully learns to move beyond that which is false in his consciousness. Divine Consciousness is already fully present in every individual simply because it is all there is, but freewill allows every person to express whatever three dimensional conditioning they choose for as long as they choose.
The worst of criminals has Divine Consciousness but is allowing only a tiny pin prick point of its Light to express. This is not done consciously. The un-awakened do not yet know who they are and are only able to express themselves through the three dimensional belief system they hold as reality. Divine Consciousness remains forever fully present awaiting recognition in every individual regardless of how limiting their present belief system may be.
The evolutionary process requires hundreds of lifetimes and experiences for most. You have done this work or you would not be able to align with these messages. Most of you chose to came into this lifetime having already attained a higher level of awareness in order to teach and serve during these energetically intense times. Evolution does not end at a particular point, but rather continues infinitely because Divine Consciousness is Infinite.
Evolution is like observing life through a very dirty window through which objects appear distorted and colorless. The observer then bases his beliefs and life decisions on what he sees. Each good or bad experience in every lifetime serves to wipe a tiny bit of grime off the window until at some point he is able to clear increasingly larger sections, allowing him to perceive that which was previously unrecognizable with new insights and clarity.
Previously dull colors are now seen as vibrant and varied while life and people begin to reflect beauty, unity, and love. All life forms are recognized to be in and of ONE and hope arises to replace previous despair, sorrow, and sense of separation.
You may wonder; “I am awake. Why then am I still experiencing three dimensional problems?” At this point ask yourselves; “What am I believing that is making me feel this way?” There are many answers to this question but frequently it is because new insights have not yet fully integrated and become one’s living, breathing, state of consciousness. Sometimes it is because the individual’s has made a pre-birth choice to serve in lower resonating energies for the purpose of helping awaken those who remain steeped in density.
Know that once you choose to spiritually evolve you are on your way and whatever difficulties may present along that way are a part of your individual process. Release all teachings and concepts regarding how evolution must look or be experienced in order to be correct. Trust that your intention to evolve has set everything in motion and you don’t need to light a candle, chant, or jump up and down to make it happen.
An attained consciousness of Oneness manifests outwardly as whatever is needed even in the most intense of circumstances and often as something seemingly very ordinary and practical. Give up trying to figure out, plot, and plan everything with the mind. The finite human mind is incapable of understanding or comprehending that which is infinite.
Cease struggling to attain what you already are. You have been falsely programmed to believe that the spiritual journey must be difficult and hard. All that is required is that you live each moment from your highest state of awareness. Simply allow the process and go within often to bask in Oneness with Source.
All that you could possibly wish for will be yours as you are projecting your wishes into the future and at some time they will manifest. So keep your focus upon all that is good and positive, and do not be distracted by what is going on around you.

With the young people of the world showing more and more independence and determination to bring about changes, the old regime cannot last much longer and must make way for the changes necessary to move Humanity firmly onto a new path that is opening up for them. People are sensing that changes are imminent and are eager to move onto a new path that is free from the old dictates that have become outdated. There are many souls who have incarnated at this time specifically to serve the people and help them understand what is required of them. They have a different outlook and understanding of events on Earth and know that they have an important part to play in bringing the new into being. The old energies are being played out never to return, and already the new vibrations are beginning to lift people up, and their sights are set upon creating a pathway to the New Age.
Time is running out for the old energies of confusion and disruption, and there is a new energy emerging that will leave the old vibrations behind. The time for suffering is up and in the near future a new and heartfelt approach will be taken to bring it to an end. Some souls are so involved with the old energies that they will find it hard to release themselves from them, but be assured help will be given providing they are responsive to it. Those higher Beings who oversee Humanity’s evolution are guiding you onto a path that will move you on from which you will never look back. The old ways can no longer influence your future unless you allow it, so be aware of the opportunities placed before you and take what is presented to you. Many, many souls are working hard to get you going in the right direction.
Many of you now know that you are not of the Earth and you do in fact come from a number of different sources. You all came to the Earth to learn about life and be tested, to see if you could find your way back through spiritual growth and awareness. It must be stressed that you accepted the challenge knowing that in the ultimate you would be guided back. The road has been tough and hard and through it you have become more spiritually aware and understanding, helping you to evolve to a new higher level. All will ultimately be revealed to you but has been hidden from you to allow your evolution to progress without interference.
Your governments may hide the truth from you about ET’s but it is unrealistic for them to think that they can continue doing so. You not only have ET’s working amongst you, some are revealing their identities, as it will soon be time for a worldwide newscast announcing their presence. Only a small percentage of you are aware of the truth surrounding this subject and it is time to prepare the ground for enlightenment on this subject. There is a degree of fear amongst some people who are ill informed about ET’s, which is why the whole question of making an announcement is being handled very carefully. You have had sightings and contacts with them for over 70 years when the first big ones took place, and in spite of the subject having been largely ignored by your Press people have become knowledgeable of the subject. You are no longer in isolation and it is time to meet some of your closest friends such as the Pleiadians who have guided your progress.
A great time awaits you when the remnants of the last Age can be shaken off. Already many of you are aware that major changes are afoot but few comprehend the totality of them. All that you could possibly wish for will be yours as you are projecting your wishes into the future and at some time they will manifest. So keep your focus upon all that is good and positive, and do not be distracted by what is going on around you. Changes are happening all the time around you and will continue for a long time until you have fully entered the New Age. It is not an easy process as people tend to be attached to what they have become used to for many years. However, progress marches on regardless of even the Cabal and their minions, who must yield to the overpowering need to let humanity enjoy the advances in technology that will make life so much more easier and enjoyable. Naturally some have come into being because they could no longer be held back, but many more that would considerably lift the standard of life are still waiting.
It is so evident that Mother Earth is also in the throes of massive changes that cannot be held back and the result is some discomfort for you. Having entered a new area of space she has to adjust and does it in a way that causes a minimum of damage and inconvenience to you. In the long run it will all be beneficial to you and welcomed. Your scientist can predict the coming of major changes so that the people can be forewarned and do what is necessary for their safety. Naturally progress will be monitored and ample warning given if you should be in areas that are at risk. Be assured that events on Earth are always closely monitored. It may seem incredible that you are considered to be so successful for having passed the Marker and you do not realise what a great achievement it was against all expectations. That is not to say that you were left without outside support and you can be certain that all of the time you were being assisted. You are all greatly admired for having undertaken the challenge to experience life without memory of your real background and destiny. Now it is appropriate for the truth to be gradually released and not in a way that would overpower you. However, in a manner of speaking time is no longer on your side and progress must be made so that you move with the times. One day you will look back and fully understand why matters occurred in the manner in which they did and you will not be disappointed.
In the distant future but not too far away you will realise how difficult it was to introduce new advancements and also that it was largely due to those who have vested interests in the way things are now, and are reluctant to accept change that affects them. It is understandable that having invested much time and money into developing their market they do not like the idea of change. In a minor way at present you can see that the introduction of the electric car is considered a threat to the industries that rely on the present motor trade for their income.
Everyone will ultimately gain from the changes that will take place, and the medical industry will greatly benefit from them as will those who use their services. Already things are changing at a rapid pace and it is only “money” that will delay the introduction of new methods of treatment. Not for the first time we will mention that eventually the surgeon’s knife will no longer be needed, and that should give you plenty to think about. Progress will be made regardless of any conditions that exist at present. So take heart from the future prospects and know that all will turn out well, no matter how long it takes.

Now that you have been able to summon and receive so much in your sacral chakras, it is time to harmonize with the infinite potential of the creative energy that’s coming in from the higher dimensions and from the other star systems in your galaxy.
