We are always in the process of creating, and we know that we are. We know that creation is a natural byproduct of existence. When you do anything, or experience anything, you are in the act of creation, because consciously or subconsciously, you are thinking that what you are experiencing is something you would want more of, or you would want to experience the opposite of what is happening in your life in that moment. Creation is not only happening when you are seeking it out. When you intentionally create, then of course, you get very detail-oriented about what you want to experience, but when you subconsciously create, you can be putting out a message that is the equivalent of, ‘something better than this, please!’

You have so many creations out there, so many realities that you have constructed, and it’s easy to forget that. It’s easy for you to think that you are at the bottom floor, that you are working with rudimentary tools, or that you are starting from scratch with only what you have available to you in the moment. The truth is you have so many creations out there already that what you are mostly doing now is fine-tuning. You are able to continue working on any creation of yours, just as a great painter can put down the brush at any time, but then they can pick it up again and continue.

This is another reason why we find it so curious that people are constantly looking for predictions about the future, and we also find it odd that an awakened person can that there is one reality, and that reality is something that neither one of you is experiencing, but they are convinced that it exists and it is affecting you and everyone else. If you don’t like a reality that you hear about, don’t then expect that it’s coming towards you and that you must experience it. Instead, use that reality you have been told about to get clearer about what you want to experience, especially if it is the polar opposite of what you have been told is the inevitable future for you and all of humankind.

You know when you are creating something you want by how you feel, and you know when you are creating something you will not enjoy by how you feel, and it really is that simple. If you consider yourself to be a seeker of truth, we would advise you to change that to, ‘One who wants to create a better truth, a better reality for everyone.’ You can and do create those better realities, but you have to believe in them and believe in yourselves in order to eventually experience them.

We are fortunate in that we get to experience what we create immediately, whereas you have to trust. You have to have faith, and you have to surrender and let go in order to let in all of your beautiful creations and more. And yes, there is always more, because you are not the only one creating. You have many co-creators working with you for the better future for all of humanity that most people seek at this time.

Now, different people have been asking for different aspects of a better future for all, and this is how you unwittingly work together, in spite of your differences.
What each of you prioritizes is different, and those priorities cause you to focus in a different way from someone who is in your same family group, and you are certainly maintaining different priorities from your neighbors and co-workers, your friends and acquaintances.
Putting all of those priorities together gives you a better collective future than you could imagine all by yourself. You get to benefit from what someone you don’t know at all, who lives on the other side of the world, is dreaming about in their concept of a better tomorrow.
So many people have been going without something that they love over the past year and a half there on Earth, and the desires that have been accessed as a result of what you have been living are enormous in comparison to all that you were desiring before this all got started.The better futures that you are co-creating already exist, and now it is your time to align with them.
That means it’s time to go beyond who you feel is responsible for the life you are living right now, and you need to go beyond the fears that people are coming up with about the future for humanity. If you can lower your resistance long enough to focus on what you’ve co-created, we promise you everyone who does so will be more than satisfied. You will be elated at what you are moving towards at this time.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in a constant state of lucid dreaming where we exist in the nonphysical, ninth-dimensional realm. We can create and experience anything that we want and have it be instantaneous, because of the lack of density. It’s not a complete lack of density, but from your perspective there would be none. It is still the case for us that we want to have certain experiences. We want to create, and then we want to experience what we create, and it’s just easier where we are because there is no time lag. We see, feel, and experience everything immediately after its conception.

You are moving closer and closer to that experience on your world every day, and one of the many benefits of this Lionsgate portal being open is that the time lag is shorter for all of you, and it always will be from this point forward. That is the direction you are all moving in at all times, but you are getting a much bigger boost from this particular Lionsgate portal opening because all of us in the higher realms have decided that it was time for people to really know the truth that what they put out energetically will come back to them. And when those turnaround times are sped up, you can get a bit more particular about what you put out.

It is time for you to realize what’s happening, in addition to of course realizing who you really are as Source Energy Beings, as beings of unconditional love who create one hundred percent of your reality. That is all very important as well, and as you move forth from this Lionsgate portal, you will notice that manifestations are coming to you sooner and sooner.

And so, it really does behoove you to pay attention to what’s going on inside of you, since many of you are spending a lot more time inside your homes now, and you tend to turn on your devices to see what’s going on, you are much more easily influenced into believing in a reality or a future reality. And that really doesn’t serve you now that manifestation times are speeding up, because most of what is written about your future is not positive. People are seeing down timelines filled with doom and gloom, or they are just making things up because they want to be important.

We tell you that you are important as Source Energy Beings and that you can create your reality, and yet some of you still look for what so-and-so is saying will happen. It’s time to stop doing that and start taking responsibility for what you create. And again, things speeding up will help you accomplish that goal. You are going to get better and better at focusing and manifesting, and we are going to watch you like proud parents from high above, realizing that we played a small role in getting you to where you are going. But we will give you the vast majority of the credit, because you are the ones living those challenging lives there on Earth and having to experience so much to grow as fast as you need to grow to complete the shift to the fifth dimension.

And we know you will. We have no doubt about it, even with all the doom and gloom predictions that are meant to sway you in a particular direction that you were never meant to go in, but everyone there on Earth right now can course correct and choose the better-feeling timeline that’s lighting up in front of all of you and paying attention to what’s going on inside of you is the key, as always, to living that better life, and you can also create a better future for your fellow humans while you are at it.

We have strengthened the bond between humanity and that which you consider to be extra-terrestrial. It is our intention to make it easier for all of you to have experiences with e.t. beings, whether they be in physical bodies or non-physical, like ourselves. We are taking our time here in warming you all up to full, open contact with e.t.s, because there are so many who are not ready for that experience. And we are only reaching a very small percentage of you who are there on Earth. And so, we plan to gradually increase the amount of energy that we transmit through this channel to bring you more gently into the full e.t. experience.

We have already opened many doorways through these transmissions, and we are continuing to do so as we connect with many of you individually. We are becoming more active, like the Pleiadians have been for quite some time, because we see the opening that the connection you all have to Pleiadians has created. We will continue to help all of you recognize that you are in fact extra-terrestrial beings, hybrids, and that you are all multi-dimensional.

Becoming immortal is something that you would expect to come from a comic book or science fiction, but it is the next step forward in human evolution, and it has nothing to do with science and technology. It has everything to do with consciousness.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are awakening within your consciousness and within your cellular memory the awareness that you have been able to live much longer lives in your human physical bodies. There have been humans who lived for hundreds of years in your ancient past, and they were not being kept alive by machines and drugs. You need to have those memories awakened within you in order to take the leap forward that you are taking, and we are referring to the leap from having a mortal, carbon-based vehicle to an immortal, crystalline-based vehicle.

Right now, so much is being awakened within you from the transmissions that you get from us and from all across the galaxy. Even energies that are not being channeled by any humans are still having a profound effect on you and on many levels of your being-ness. Becoming immortal is something that you would expect to come from a comic book or science fiction, but it is the next step forward in human evolution, and it has nothing to do with science and technology. It has everything to do with consciousness.

When you first awakened, what should have been quite shocking to you was the idea that you are Source Energy Beings. That is much more significant than being Cleopatra or Napoleon in a past life. To accept your divinity means to accept your immortality, and we do understand that it takes time for a belief like this one to really take hold within the consciousness of a human being who sees death around themselves and wonders how anyone could become immortal without some sort of magic. But it is not magic; it is consciousness. It is a way of knowing yourselves as having transcended the physical, while still maintaining a physical form.

When you don’t see your physicality as your true self or ultimate self, then it becomes easier to use the body as the vehicle for your soul that it was always intended to be. So what do you have to do then in order to make all of this happen, as we are sure that it seems very enticing to most of you. The answer is simple; you don’t need to do anything, but you do need to change your perception of self, your perception of others, your perception of reality. You need to shift what you know to be finite to the infinite.

If you want to do something, then do an exercise where you seek out the feeling of infinity within you. Seek out your true eternal nature as a vibration, and then watch yourself transform before your very own eyes, because all of this that we speak of is inevitable, but you can accept it and put yourselves on the fast track, or you can deny it and take the slow and winding route to your immortality. Either way, you are destined to arrive.

We are ready for anything that you want to throw at us here in the ninth dimension. We are open to all of your requests, and we seek to give you everything that you need and want because it is important to us that you remain at the very least comfortable, with an eye towards being joyous. We know that we continuously tell you that you create your own reality, but you also get to ask for help, and perhaps you have noticed that in the physical realm, it often works to your advantage as well. If you have the audacity to ask the person at the airline for an upgrade, you might just get it. If you have romantic feelings for someone, it does help for you to express those feelings and ask the person out on a date.

So you see, there is something to be said for the art of asking for what you want and need to continue to be there on Earth and be of service to the collective. All of you who are operating from the light are there in service, regardless of what you do for a living. You are tipping the scales in favor of the positive, and your intentions for everyone to be safe, respected and loved matter. You are needed there on Earth at this time, and there has never been a time in human history where you have been more needed because of the magnitude of what you are going through as you shift your consciousness.

So here is how to ask The Arcturian Council or any other higher-dimensional being or collective for what you want. Say what it is out loud, and then say, ‘Thank you for granting me this request.’ The key is to thank before you receive it, because your faith, your trust, also matter. You don’t have to beg and you don’t have to plead, and you don’t have to explain why you want something, or some condition to change, but you do have to believe, and you have to expect that we answer all of your requests in the affirmative.

Again, we want you to be happy, peaceful, comfortable, and we want you to want to stay and continue to do the work that you are doing for humanity. We want you to feel worthy of receiving that which you ask for, because you are worthy. And again, we have a desire to fulfill your desires. You give us something to do, something to focus on, something to co-create, because then we have to go to work and find the best ways to deliver all that you have asked us for, while working with your higher selves and your guides.

It is so much fun for us, and we are always in a giving mood. We don’t have to wait for your birthday or some other holiday to give you the gifts that we so willingly share. We love you and appreciate you, and it is time for you all to be living happier lives there on planet Earth. We just want to be a part of it; we just want to help.

We have an unusually high tolerance for what you would call negative energies. We can accept them as they are and see them as having so much potential within them. We can utilize any energy whatsoever to serve the greatest and highest good of all, and part of the reason for that is because we do not feel afraid of anything or anyone. It is your fear that gives the negative its power over you. When you fear it, the negative energy can feed off of that fear and grow larger and more powerful.

So you want to see it as it really is, as underdeveloped consciousness. It is consciousness that has not yet remembered who and what it really is. Now, we are not saying that you have to go out and interact with all negative energies, but there certainly are those of you who do. Some of you realize you are doing it, and some of you don’t. Some of you remember signing up for that specific task, but most do not remember. And therefore, we want to assure you that if you are experiencing any negativity in your lives right now, you are serving humanity.

You are fulfilling your purpose just by being there amidst all of the negativity. You don’t have to fix it, and we think you know by now that you don’t have to defeat it. But there is one thing that you will always have to be in the process of releasing, and that is your fear of it. This is how experience comes in and really demonstrates to you how important it is. When you have an experience with a negative energy, or a negatively-oriented human, and you not only survive that encounter, but you grow from it, then you have released some of your innate fear. You have overcome the fear of that negative energy.

You are there to serve the light, of course, and offer that which is positive in the face of all that is negative, and that may seem like it is a job that is too big for any one person, and so we want to assure you that you are not alone. You are scattered all about the planet, each of you doing your own work, each of you releasing more and more fear every single day and making room for the positive energies that are coming in to support you and to transform you from within. This is your time; this is the time when you get to see the fruits of your labors and experience them not only in your personal lives, but on the world stage as well.

And we know that those of you who receive these messages are a big enough group to make a difference there on Earth and to bring so many more people with you on a positive timeline, one that includes baby steps forward, without cataclysms, without massive numbers of deaths.

You are tipping the scales with your belief in yourselves. Every time one of you decides that you want to explore a different future, a better future, and you sit and close your eyes to imagine and feel into that future, you make it happen. And now, we are coming in with more Arcturian support because we know that those of you who have focused on these realities, these timelines, will need support in maintaining that focus. There are so many who either intentionally or unintentionally would throw you off with their fear, their worry, their unprocessed trauma from past lives.

There are so many different ways that people are not taking responsibility for their own creations, and those of you who do are not going to wake them up with your words. You are not going to wake them up by telling them something that they have known but have forgotten. You are going to be of greatest service by maintaining your vision for the future of humanity, and as you do hold to that vision, you invite others to it by the vibrations that you give off.

You are able to attract more flies with honey, as the expression goes, except you’re not looking to catch the flies in this case. You are looking to nonverbally guide them to their own power, to their own ability to focus and feel their way into a better timeline, a timeline where everyone has a chance to shift their consciousness. That’s all you can do is give your fellow humans a chance, and you do that by holding the space for them and by maintaining your focus on the future that is a beautiful experience for all.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are quite certain that you are making the progress necessary to ascend, both as individuals, and as a collective. We have been noticing how well you are all able to assimilate the higher frequency energies that have been coming in to support you. If you, as a collective, were unable to deal with these energies, the conditions on Earth would be far, far worse. Therefore, you can rest assured that everything is moving forward nicely for the human collective. The victories are what you want to focus on in order to stay positive. It would be easy to fall into a pit of despair if you only looked at the negative aspects of what is going on there.

Now, we are not saying that you should all ignore those things. They are happening so that you can see where you can do the most good, where to send the most love and healing energy, and for whom to feel the most compassion. There are other reasons why those things are happening as well, but you have to look at why they become a part of your awareness.

So what is necessary to remain confident in the movement forward that the human collective consciousness is making is that you need to look at the acts of kindness and take note of the changes that you are making within yourselves. Notice when someone in your life has made a significant improvement in their vibration. Celebrate each time you hear about someone waking up to the truth that we are all Source Energy Beings in this universe, having experiences to know ourselves as unconditional love.

Helping others awaken has never been easier, but you will find that your real work there is not to spread the good news and become a missionary. Your work is to continue to assimilate these higher frequency energies and then go out and sing and dance and play. Write about your experiences. Write stories of fiction. Create to express the truth that you have tapped in to that we are all one and that there is always hope. There is always a spark of light, even in the darkest of situations and circumstances.

And you are there, as the awakened ones, whose mission it is to add more light where it is most needed. And you also are there to demonstrate to the rest of the collective that there is plenty of light in most areas in the world. There are plenty of reasons to celebrate that you are all still there on Earth, ascending, together as a collective. And as you recognize that your ascension is not about leaving anyone out or behind, you realize why you haven’t ascended yet, and you know that you have more work to do. But that work can be fun. It can be fulfilling, and it can bring you closer together with people that you previously would not have imagined you would ever have anything in common with.

When we see people coming together from opposite ends of any spectrum, that is what brings us the most joy here in the ninth dimension.

We are engaging with so many different forces, so many different energies, all the time that we have found it to be challenging for us to make sense of what we are dealing with. That is the chaos of planet Earth. The chaos is due to the fact that you have so many different energies, so many different forces among you, and you have been charged with the task of sifting through them all, using the ones that are beneficial to you and discarding the rest. You are being asked to discover which energy and which force to employ in any given moment or for a particular desire of yours.

And what makes it more challenging for you than it is for us is that you have the limitations of your mind. You often misuse your mind in an attempt to figure something out. There are also attempts to make sense of why something even exists in the first place by the mind, and with its limited capacity, your minds often come up short. That is why you have your feeling senses, your intuition.

That is why people who talk about energy and vibration usually make good decisions. They usually find themselves in the right place at the right time, because they are going into that power center within, which is located in your heart space and in your solar plexus. These two areas are your power center, and they enable you to feel into a situation, or a person, an opportunity, or even a room, to determine whether it is appropriate for you to engage in that particular energy at this particular time you are in.

Those of you who have been able to sort out the different energies, forces, and so on that are present there are able to do some very good creating. You are able to help yourselves and others because of your willingness to engage at that level, a level that goes beyond what you can think with your mind. And when you are willing to reach for the energy and feel for the vibration, your mind becomes clearer, because you have unburdened it. You have given it the opportunity to relax. This is what meditation is as well.

When you meditate, feel for the energies inside of you, around you, and know that you can make powerful use of them and direct them to be what you want them to be when you simply clear your head and you feel for that force within you that is so powerful, so creative, and so expansive. Those of you who have been at this for a while know exactly what we are talking about, and some of you just need to be reminded from time to time that you exist in a sea of energy and that the only force worth using in any situation is the force of love.

How to Connect to Jesus Christ/Yeshua ∞The 9D Arcturian Council

 

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
 
We are focusing on what is most appropriate for humankind to know about, so that we can guide you in the right direction, a direction which is not predetermined, not set in stone. Therefore, there is always hope for humanity, no matter how things might look out there in the world, a world that is a projection of your consciousness, as everything else is. Remember that when you think about changing the world and how hard it will be. Remember that it is easy to change your perspective, your point of view. It is easy to shift your focus, and that is what is also most appropriate for you to be working on at this time.
 
There is always good that you can focus upon, and there is always light and love within every single person and every single situation. It is when you abandon hope that you can only see the darkness around the light. Your vision becomes foggy and your mind becomes cluttered with facts and historical events. It’s time to toss all of that aside for all of you so that you can be very present and so that you can let go of the heaviness that does not need you to focus upon it. Stay light and stay in the light, and then harness the power of the light. The power of the light is not in its ability to defeat the dark; the power of the light is in its ability to illuminate what everyone needs to see in order that it can be healed.
 
You are there to heal, to shift, and to operate as the light in a world that needed you, a world that beckoned you forth from the very comfortable nonphysical realm in which you were previously dwelling. You came forth to be the light, just like the one called Jesus Christ. The light that shone within him is also within you and everyone else, and that was another part of the teachings of Jesus, and it is the one that everyone needs to be focused upon in order to heal, in order to become the vision that he held for all of you.
 
You have so much strength and power within you when you shine that light, and you connect yourself to Jesus, or as many of you refer to him as, Yeshua. And that light is what will carry you into the fifth dimension, because it will alter you from the inside, melting away anything that obscures it and shining a light on whatever your fellow humans need to see or recognize. This is the way, and it is the way that Yeshua taught all of you. The time is now to implement those teachings and bring about the great changes that will result in the shift in consciousness there on planet Earth.

We notice when you make even the slightest bit of improvement in your overall vibration as a collective, and we have noticed that the human collective consciousness has a vibration now that is markedly higher than it was just a few days ago in your Earth time.

We are noticing how you all are affected by the higher-vibrational state of the collective as well, and it is so enjoyable to witness so many people finding their joy. You have to understand that no matter what is going on in the world today, you always have the option of vibrating to such an extent in the higher frequency ranges that it does not affect you. Now, we also want you to always feel connected to your fellow humans and to feel your feelings and to feel compassion for everyone else, but you also have to focus on yourselves and what you are vibrating at some point, if you really want to see change in the world outside of you.

And enough people have made that commitment to their joy, to living their truth, to being in a higher-vibrational state, that everyone is benefitting. You all are so woven together with your energies, with your stories, with your histories, that you cannot help but benefit others when you decide to go out and pursue something that puts you in a state of joy. You are free to decide, always, what you focus upon and free to choose to vibrate in such a way that you are of greater value to the human collective and the consciousness you all share together as one.

You know what brings you joy, you know what puts you in a higher vibrational state, and you also know what lowers your vibration, so you do get to choose. Yes, there are certain things in life that you have to face and certain things that you have to do, and there definitely are those things that you have to feel. But there then are those moments where you get to decide whether you are going to sit and wallow in self-pity, mulling over something that happened a long, long time ago, or conversely, choose what it is that you know will put you in a state of inner peace or get you to feel love or excitement. This is the ultimate use of your free will.

You don’t just have free will to do whatever you want to do; you also have free will to choose to focus on what you want to focus upon. And that is the ultimate power. You have the power to move the needle for the entire human collective, and when you do, you are not being selfish because you decided to go within and focus on what brings you joy. You have laid the groundwork for others to follow in your footsteps. You can always set a very positive example for your fellow humans, while also affecting them in ways they probably don’t know about. It is the easiest choice you could ever make, and yet, how often are you making that choice consciously?

Just ask yourself that very important question, and make a decision to be a part of the group of humans who are affecting the level of consciousness and the overall vibration of all of humankind, and you will have our support and the support of so many other higher-dimensional beings when you do make that choice.

It is time that you all demonstrated to yourselves once and for all that you, without a doubt, are this universe. You are not in the universe; the universe is an extension of who and what you are. Dear readers, welcome to our message which is intended to assist you in your journey toward more deeply understanding who you really are.

Over the course of the many lifetimes you have all had intense experiences of both good and evil and the energy created by them has been carried from lifetime to lifetime in cellular memory. Until cleared, these pockets of old energy continue to function if or when activated by some outer person or experience.

The escalating violence you are seeing is the result of increasingly more high resonating energy flowing to earth which in turn is acting to bring dormant dense energies stored in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of all to individual awareness. Some unenlightened few are choosing to act out these old energies rather than allowing them to clear.
​
A great deal of clearing takes place as you sleep or simply automatically as your Light expands but cellular remembrance of intense and traumatic experiences must come to conscious awareness in order to be acknowledged and then cleared. For example those who have an inordinate fear of something like heights, dogs, water, etc. have at some time in the past or present had a negative experience or even suffered death through these things. The cells remember and in coordination with mind are trying to protect the person from doing it again.

This does not mean that a person with a fear of heights must go to a high cliff and look over, it means that a person with some level of spiritual awareness can clear these old fears firstly by ceasing to identify with and claim the fear to be personal and secondly through understanding that fear does not exist in the reality of their being. Fear is old programming put in place for protection but old programming can be dissolved because it has no law to support or maintain it.

We are not saying that deeply held fears release easily, especially for those not yet awake to the deeper truths. Fears that have been carried through lifetimes often become a person’s identity but at a certain point in everyone’s evolutionary journey all remaining deeply ingrained fears must be acknowledged and cleared. For some this may require the help of a professional, but the main thing is to know and fully accept that fear never was or can become the person. Fear is always impersonal.

There are some who find satisfaction in maintaining their particular fear because it gets them attention and can be an excuse for doing or not doing certain things, however if you are reading these messages you are ready to or have already moved beyond that state of consciousness. Strive to be totally honest with yourselves because continuing to hold on to some fear or negative quality (even age) because it makes you special in some way will block further spiritual advancement. It represents separation.

​Remember, if you identify with any negative issues that come up for you it simply aligns you with that particular energy and then does indeed make it yours. Stand firm in knowing that all discord is the manifestation of the belief in two powers and separation and rejoice in knowing that you are spiritually prepared to move through the appearances. Never forget or doubt that the only qualities that are personal to you are those of Divine Consciousness.

There are many in the world at this time whose soul purpose was to be on earth as a catalyst causing confusion and disarray that would in turn force those happy to continue living comfortable lives based in duality and separation toward actually thinking about and examining the status quo.

Trust. Trust. Trust. It is very important that all who have awakened, cease doubting and trust.

Your Higher Self is you, not some far off entity hovering around and looking in on you occasionally. The Higher Self is that fragment of your Soul that has never forgotten conscious oneness. It knows you inside and out because it is YOU. Trust that it is always working to bring you experiences that will best serve your evolutionary process. Talk to your Higher Self.

Long ago, souls chose to experience separation and proceeded to get stuck in the resulting dense energies creating a collective consciousness based in two powers and separation which constitutes the third dimensional illusion. You chose to be on earth at this time in order to assist with the shifting of the collective out of this established density and into Light. You were spiritually awake before coming and knew you would be capable of assisting others out of the illusion. You also knew that these times would offer you a perfect opportunity to clear all remaining stored old energy.

Never doubt that your true essence (not a human concept of you) is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness. You are not one with IT, you are IT.

Some believe that because God is omniscient God knows all about their problems and so they pray to this concept of God. If Divine Consciousness held within it problems, disease, lack, or limitation of any sort, these things would be permanent, held in place by Divine Law and no one would ever be able to heal or correct them. Divine Consciousness is infinitely aware only of ITself because IT is all that exists.

If God is Omnipotent and omnipresent, where would any other power come from? Does it not then make intelligent sense to make one’s goal the attaining of a consciousness of oneness rather than continuing to seek solutions from within the illusion?
​
Many are awakening–some with tiny steps that just question and others with giant leaps of consciousness. Much will begin to unfold as increasingly more awaken out the desire to hold onto beliefs that are quickly becoming obsolete. This is the grand shift that has been predicted for eons. You are in it because you chose to be in it.

Present times offer a grand opportunity to once and for all clear and be free of old energies that may still hold you in bondage to some person, place, concept, or thing. Rejoice dear ones even as you witness a world that seems to be collapsing from the weight of its own density. These things must surface in order to be seen by the majority, otherwise they would just continue to remain out of sight where they could fester and explode into issues of pain and suffering.

We would speak of happiness, that state of being that everyone seeks and which most believe exists in the outer scene from where it must somehow be attained. Finding the perfect partner, accumulating wealth, getting the perfect job, being physically beautiful or handsome are just a few of the numerous three dimensional concepts regarding what will bring happiness.

Know that permanent happiness can never be found through attaining something in the outer scene because real happiness is already fully present within you waiting to be discovered. Happiness is the result of attaining a consciousness of oneness with Source which automatically constitutes oneness with all that Source is–wholeness, completeness, harmony, abundance etc,.

There will always be pairs of opposites in the the outer scene simply because third dimensional creations are formed from the energy of duality and separation.
​
Source/God is complete and whole, always has been and always will be and that is all that the human mind is able to comprehend. It is only through attaining a state of consciousness in alignment with Divine Consciousness that a person is finally able to experience true happiness and cease the constant seeking. Many things can and do bring temporary happiness, but eventually their glamour fades for they are concepts of some deeper spiritual reality.

Until spiritual realization, the Real Self of every individual continues to yearn for recognition which is interpreted by the human mind as that search for happiness that everyone experiences. You are spiritually ready to stop seeking your happiness from the outer world dear ones. Enjoy your lives, friends, activities and whatever resonates with you. Laugh, have fun, dance, read good books, have a glass of wine with friends, and enjoy your life but do not expect these things to bring you the fullness of happiness or sense of completeness that is only found within.

Release everything you may still believe to be necessary for your happiness. You may find that some of these things do appear after having attained a consciousness of oneness with Divine completeness. If that happens. those things you originally thought you had to have will be of a higher resonance, quality, and form because they will be formed of consciousness and not illusion.

Release all doubt and trust that your Higher Self knows what you need, when , and how to get it to you.

We are gathering enough data to support all humans on all timelines, in all realities and universes. We have broadened the scope of the help that we are offering at this time to include those humans who do not exist in your reality, on your timeline, or in your universe right now. We want you to understand how significant that is, because as all versions of you are assisted, you benefit. You are not just growing as the individual that is in your physical body right now. Even past and future versions of you are helping you to evolve and ascend.

Therefore, you can take the weight of the world off of your shoulders. You can relax more and know that your evolution is a natural process. It doesn’t have to be a struggle. It doesn’t have to include you going through a series of trials and tribulations. It can be quite smooth and easy. As you begin to understand that your evolution of consciousness is inevitable and that it benefits al beings throughout all universes, you can also accept the idea that you don’t have to do anything at this time. You don’t have to prove your worthiness to ascend.

Yes, you are there to help, but the help that you bring to other humans is through the up-leveling of your consciousness; it is not through the completion of tasks. Now, as we have been focusing on these other versions of you, we have come to appreciate this human collective consciousness that we are addressing right now through the channel here.

We are very impressed with your growth and evolution; we know that our energy transmissions have helped, but there are also many other wonderful teachers out there who are assisting you in raising your vibration and becoming more of who you really are. You already are your fifth-dimensional selves, and in every moment of every day you are recognizing that truth and letting go of ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and stuck energies that hold you back from knowing yourselves as your true selves.

Imagine that you are very hot. It is a particularly hot and humid day, and you are wearing several layers of clothing, including some pretty thick ones. The way that some humans go about cooling off is to begin the process of building an air conditioner from scratch when the easier and faster way is to just remove the layers and layers of clothing. That’s what we are telling you right now. That is the case with your spiritual evolution. It doesn’t have to be hard, and you don’t have to go about it in the most challenging of ways. You don’t have to prove yourselves to be smart or capable of figuring out how to build an air conditioner, or anything else, from scratch.

Take the easy route, and make it a point to consciously tune in to all of those other selves and what they are receiving right now, what they have been able to achieve in terms of their vibration, and know that you are also helping every single one of these other yous. You are always being of service, no matter how it might look, and just by receiving this transmission right now, you are helping yourselves, all other humans, and all of the other yous throughout the multiverse. This is a wonderful time to be alive and in a human body on Earth, because of all of this help and all of the transformation that will follow.

We are watching and waiting, feeling into the possibilities for what we can deliver to you all for the upcoming June solstice event. We know that many of you feel that you are ready for anything and everything that we could possibly throw at you, but we have to work within the parameters of what is allowed by your higher selves, and we also cannot overwhelm the rest of humanity with what they are not ready for. And so, we negotiate and contemplate, and as always, we look for opportunities to reach only those of you who are ready.

One of the ways in which we have been able to get more precise is by using smaller portals. These smaller portals can act like a device that shoots a laser. We can have pinpoint accuracy and deliver energies right to where you need them most. Therefore, we are currently working with the higher selves of the awakened collective to see what is permitted to deliver to all of you at the time of the solstice, and a little before and a little after as well. We are looking to deliver energies that would expand your consciousness and open you up to your multidimensional selves.

We want to specifically target your pineal glands in order to do this. As most of you know, the pineal gland is the physical representation of the third eye, and the third eye allows you to see inter-dimensionally. This is something we feel that those of you who are awake would certainly benefit from at this time, as you need to know how much help there is around you. You need to know how much support you have, how many beings there are sending you love and light.

And for most people, seeing is believing. And so, one way or another you can expect a third eye chakra upgrade for this upcoming June solstice event. We are so very happy to be speaking with all of you who will receive this transmission. We are very pleased to report to you that the progress you’ve been making has been making waves throughout the galaxy. More and more beings have been paying attention to those of you who are opening yourselves up to extra-terrestrial contact and to the higher frequency energies coming from the non-physical realms. There is of course quite a bit of talk about when each of you who is awake will be ready for full, physical extra-terrestrial contact.

Some e.t.s take it upon themselves to connect with you, even when others in the discussion think you are not quite ready for the experience. But from what we can see, all of you have handled your e.t. encounters very well and have integrated what the e.t., or e.t.s, were wanting to share with you. There are so many downloads and upgrades that you can receive in those moments. Some of you relax and allow the activations to occur. Others of you tense up, close yourselves off, and do not receive the full force of the transmission. But in those instances, you are still getting better at receiving them. You are still getting closer to a time when that type of contact will be commonplace for you.

We so enjoy witnessing those interactions and making the mental notes to ourselves about what works and what doesn’t. Many e.t.s and collectives come to us for advice about how to approach humanity, or about how to approach an individual who is awake and shows signs of being ready. We do our best to give them the advice that we believe will lead to a positive interaction where everyone gets what they want. For the most part, the e.t.s that you connect with are interested in activating within you certain extra-terrestrial DNA, or memories of when you were a part of their race.

We have been monitoring your absorption of what we have been delivering to you over the past several months, and we see that there are more individuals than ever before who are on Earth who are there anchoring in the light, more who have a desire to be of service, and more who can handle what it is that we are delivering to you.

The more time you spend in meditation, in nature, resting, relaxing, and hydrating, the better you are receiving all of the gifts that we have to offer you. We want you to recognize that you don’t have to do anything to earn these gifts; these are upgrades and activations that humanity is ready for, and anyone there on Earth can step up and be a recipient. Anyone can be a conduit at this time, because that’s how much it is needed. That’s how much you all are thirsting for these energies, for the knowledge, the wisdom, and the unconditional love that come from the higher realms and that continue to bombard you all the time.

But if a person is not open, then those energies have very little effect on them. There is still an effect, however, and this is one of the reasons why you don’t need to fear those who are playing in the dark. You don’t need to fear any cabal or any group, because of these energies. They cannot coexist with them. They have to leave, or they have come to the light. And so, you can relax in regards to all that you have heard may be going on behind the scenes on your world. It is like fire being put out by rain. It’s a natural process. The two cannot coexist, not for very long.

And that is what is happening on your world right now, and it is reason for you all to rejoice, because you did it. You increased your numbers to such an extent that these higher-frequency energies, these codes, and this information has already been grounded and anchored into your world to the extent that was necessary to bring about the coming changes that you have there on your world. So much is happening right now because of all of you, and so much more will happen because of your openness and your willingness to stay there on Earth and endure all of the many challenges and all of the hardships that you have had to face in this single lifetime.

And those of you who have been there for so many lifetimes have really laid the groundwork for what is to come. The new Earth has been created by all of you, working in harmony, working in concert with one another. And there is so much that you have yet to discover about the Earth you are on right now, but it is all happening, and it is all happening now. And we want to thank you and reward you with even more, because we know you can handle it.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have finished our evaluation of the human collective consciousness and its ability to handle higher frequency energies. Here is what we have discovered. Not everyone responds in the same way to higher frequency energy. Those who are unprepared for it completely have quite a few ascension symptoms and can sometimes even experience a sort of mental breakdown, or even a seizure. Those who are awake, but have not been preparing themselves for the higher frequency energies, might experience some bodily sensations, some weird dreams, and some physical dehydration. Those of you who are awake and do expect the higher frequencies as they come in have beautiful experiences where you tap into new abilities, where you know yourselves as your higher selves for periods of time, and you also have many other positive outcomes.

You might be wondering at this point how it is possible to know when the higher frequency energies are coming so that you can be prepared. At this point, it is a good idea to be prepared all the time. Don’t just wait for a full moon or a solstice. Make sure that you are always hydrated, always rested. Make sure that you are constantly grounding, feeling your emotions, connecting with nature and opening yourselves up to receive. The experience of a heightened energy download can be one of the greatest experiences of your life. It can also be one of the worst. It really does depend on the environment those energies are stepping into. If a person has a lot of unresolved, unfelt feelings, higher frequency energies can bring them all to the surface. If a person is not taking care of themselves physically, the energies can intensify their experiences of the illness or pain.

And as we have said, you might as well stay prepared because you are getting closer and closer to ascension every single day. Ascension will be the ultimate download of higher frequency energies. Preparing yourselves for that major event that is coming in your lifetime is a very sound spiritual practice. But all of the things we have given you here as a way of taking care of yourselves and preparing higher frequency energies are also just good, sound practices for living a happy, healthy, fulfilled life.

And so, in many ways, those who are completely unaware that a shifting is occurring can be preparing themselves subconsciously. Certain individuals know that something is happening without putting it into words. And so, you see, it really does not matter what you believe. It does, however, matter whether you listen to your inner guidance, and your inner guidance is always telling you the same things that we are. So we recommend that you listen and that you feel for these energies every single day. The first thing you can do when you wake up to prepare yourselves is to take the temperature of the energies that you can feel and see what the universe has in store for you. When you are prepared for anything, you have a much easier time of being there during this very tumultuous and shifty time of ascension.
