So the transition will always entail a bit of letting go of what you have known, and the more attached you are to your physicality, the harder the transition will be. The more you can see yourselves as consciousness that is having a physical experience, the easier the transition will be.

You can love your physical bodies just as they are, and also not be attached to them, just as you could walk into a luxurious home and fall completely in love with it. And then you could go next door to another luxurious home and fall equally in love with that one. You would not feel any attachment to the first home that you explored in this scenario.

And we know that some of you who are receiving this transmission are thinking, ‘I am ready to go, and I have no attachment whatsoever to this physical form.’ And that is all well and good, but until you experience a physical transformation, you cannot know exactly how attached you are.

This is why meditation is so important, and this is why we’re always telling you to go within. To know yourselves as more than just your physical form is going to make the shift to the fifth dimension so much more pleasant and enjoyable, and that is the experience we know you all want.

The Problems of Society ∞The 9D Arcturian Council

We have the ability to see the best in all of you, and yet, we can still be objective about your progress. We are able to determine the overall frequency of the human collective consciousness, and we do see improvements every single day. You are definitely moving in the right direction. Now, many of you are able to see the best in your fellow humans, even when they are not showing you their best, and this is an admirable trait.

There is a range within that frequency of the human collective consciousness, and the upper echelon of that frequency range will put you so close to a complete fifth dimensional experience that you will find yourself living a beautiful life. And in the lower echelon of the current frequency range, you will find yourself living a much different life, one that isn’t enjoyable at all. So this is where your ability to focus comes in.

Your mind tells you that you must fix the problems that exist when you’re in that lower frequency range. You have to get in there and get your hands dirty and do the work that is necessary to help humanity. And certainly, awareness helps, but when you are fixated on one of the problems of society, it’s because you have some healing to do. It’s not because you’ve been called upon to fix that problem.

So let your awareness of what’s going on in the world trigger you, but then know that you getting triggered is about you. And once you feel what you need to feel, you will have greater access to the upper echelon of the current frequency range of the human collective, and you can do a lot of good for humankind from that lofty position.

You don’t have to ignore or deny that those lower frequency experiences still exist to be in the higher frequency range. You can have that awareness, do the work that you need to do on yourself, and be part of the solution by then raising your vibration to where you can do the most good.

It is also about fulfilling your purpose for being there on planet Earth in the first place, and even more significantly, by being willing to feel your emotions, you become better creator beings.

You need to be able to master the activating of a vibration in order to be masterful creators, and you can only do that when you have a willingness to feel. Remember of course that everything is happening by co-creation and that you would only create an experience that would trigger fear within you because you needed to have that experience.

So it is time for letting go, and it is time for tuning in to those emotions that come up when you consider being abducted, experimented on, or invaded by extra-terrestrial races. All of these things have happened at some point in your history as a being who has incarnated all across the galaxy. It’s time to make peace with that, and it’s time to consider that others can evolve, just like you.

Now you are still going to need to use your discernment, but that discernment needs to come from your feelings and not from the facts that you have compiled. So prepare yourselves for much more contact, and do it now, before the ships start landing and you have to face those fears all at once. It is to your benefit, always, to choose the frequency that you would like to exist in, and it is so much easier to do this when you are being conscious about what it is you are putting in your immediate awareness. What are you choosing to focus on, on a daily basis, on a moment-by-moment basis? 

You may wish to eliminate all of your problems so that you can then go somewhere and relax, knowing that you are problem-free. But in the moment when you are not focused on the problem, you are problem-free. Problem solved. And when you allow yourselves time in the frequency that you desire, then all of those problems, challenges, and issues in your life seem like so much more fun.”
