We are here offering you encouragement and reminding you that you have got this. These are transitional times and you can easily be distracted and forget who you are. We are inviting you to observe all that is before and realize that you are witnessing the shift, the fracturing of all that you have known.

Now is the time for you to truly step into your divine awareness and begin to celebrate what is being offered as alternate realities. This is where your mastery comes in because what you focus upon will become.

Humanity is still dealing with the stress and the emotional and mental traumas of what has been occurring. The uncertainties of employment, finances, and health have triggered your fear and concern. Remember what you focus on becomes. When you allow yourself to become triggered or disturbed you are adding to the negative or misqualified energies.

The transition that is taking place will not be stopped, it cannot be stopped. The result of this is that you are witnessing the fracturing of collective consciousness, within the collective. This is creating much sadness and many pulses of depression from your earth. You know in your heart of hearts that everything has shifted and changed forever on earth and is no longer the same. However you have an inner light shining through all forms and experiences. Hold onto that and be fearless in this experience.

We realize that many of you feel like you are hanging by a thread, while others are in a place of stillness while the storm rages all around. If you are affected by these intense times and this intense energy, remember to stop the frantic thoughts, take a deep breath, return to your center. Do this as often as necessary. Be gentle with yourself. Stay focused on the task at hand, focused on moment.

Realize that you are riding the energy of an awesome storm. So trust your own inner being and the guidance you are receiving from your divine multidimensional self. You are a master. You have navigated other energy storms successfully in other timelines and dimensions.

You are being invited to step into the unknown. To do this you must drop and release all that you have known. What has been known is no longer of value. You are moving into an entirely new dimension. You need to expand into the level in which there will be a new knowing. A new expanded consciousness will transcend all that has been known before. Trust that you will be given guidance and you will receive tools and instructions given by your high divine knowing.

Realize that these dimensional fluxes you are witnessing and experiencing are new to you and your mindset. You are shifting from one multilevel of learning to another. You may be unplugged from one dimensional reality yet uncertain of what reality you are now plugged into.

You are being stretched dimensionally and biologically into many directions and places of development, places where there are many doorways of conscious light that activate long lost memories of different timeframes and realities as well as small places in-between time that you can easily slip in and out of. This dimensional flux will direct you into places of cellular memory that need to be healed in your humanness before you can move onward into the higher energy and light.

Remember that your body holds all memories thru time and experience; each physical pain is associated with a memory, a place, a time or situation that needs to be cleansed and released.

The process of Ascension starts cell by cell, clearing, forgiving, emptying and releasing. If there is pain it does not need to be physical; realize that it is often spiritual, emotional and mental pain.

Allow yourself to move with caution as if walking in a timewarp. Know that any moment the paradigm can and will change. Be kind to yourself. Allow for quiet times. Rest. Practice being in the present moment. Remember that you always have choice and your free will. Bring yourself back to your personal truth, to your heart center. How you manage these shifts and navigate these changes and transform any old memory of pain is always your call. Focus on the idea and the reality that you can thrive and expand in this new energy that is being offered.

Now is the time for you to hold firm to your truth, as an awakened divine being, that you can call forth and anchor a new reality, a reality where everyone thrives. As you do this you will raise the vibration of the planet Earth. We are witnessing your courage and willingness to transform the unconsciousness and darkness you personally carry. Each time you make a conscious shift, that shift ripples out into the entire collective and uplifts others.

The vibrations of joy, gratitude or appreciation that you continue to offer truly transform all that they touch. These vibrations and frequencies ripple out touching distant shores, uplifting those that are touched. Continue to offer your light. You are a way shower, a healing energy and a master of creating realities.

We are here, offering you our guidance and inspiration during these times of intense turmoil and transformation. Remember it is out of chaos that change is possible. Remember that you are certainly change agents. You as a divine conscious being are here at this time and in this dimension to call forth, envision and anchor the coming new age and move to a higher dimension as a collective. We know the tremendous upheaval exhibited within a divided country is disturbing and shocking to many. Yet we will remind you that the anger and sense of invalidation you are witnessing is only one aspect of what has been repressed and hidden within the psyche of those who do not feel heard. This anger is easily stirred up and manipulated and takes on an energy that engulfs the many.

It is the reaction and the dark aspect of the collective consciousness that is coming forth in order to be seen, acknowledged and understood. Once these actions are witnessed there is an opportunity to heal and transform from within the culture.

Humanity is fatigued. This past year has been difficult for your entire planet. The virus that has been responsible for the shutdown of all normal activities and the enormous loss of lives has truly stretched individuals to their collective edge.

We are here to offer you a different perspective. Realize that each and every person is undergoing a personal form of initiation and awakening to the next level. The intense amount of light energy and frequencies are causing the dense energies of the collective wounds to rise.

Your world is deeply divided as a whole. You are witnessing the gradual acceleration through disruptions, corruptions, imbalances and crises. Many find themselves caught in the throes of separation, defense, fear and shame. The collective and accumulated pain is rising to the surface.

The vast majority of the population is still stuck in some level of inner conflict and duality. So rather than address what is out of balance and looking for a more nurturing solution and compassionate understanding there is the pattern of blame which illustrates the old paradigm of duality. As this planet and all of humanity move to a higher dimension it is crucial that energies of fear, shame, anger, racism and judgment must be released and healed.

This planet will continue to exhibit situations that mirror or match what is held within the collective consciousness of humanity. Change will occur when each individual can observe the disharmony and dysfunction happening and ask what within myself has contributed to these events, no matter how shocking or unbelievable. Be conscious of fear based thoughts and release them as soon as they sneak into your awareness. Be truthful and look within as honestly as possible.

You are being supported from the highest realms of light to transform any and all negative and misqualified energies that you experience. Learn to nurture yourself. Learn to forgive yourself and others. Be gentle with yourself and with others as you untangle the knots of illusion and free yourselves from the limitations of the lower dimensional matrices.

The energy is really powerful right now offering new beginnings. Your DNA is being activated. You are experiencing a new earth activation process where there is a leveling up for all humans. You are receiving light codes and downloads of a powerful transformation of cosmic activation.

This cosmic energy is moving humanity into a higher octave. Humanity is going through a collective initiation. This energy is activating and pushing the many uncomfortable situations happening at this time around your world.

Many realize and know deep within that this world and humanity will never be the same. Such is the magnitude of what is happening. People simply need to move forward with this shift without resistance. How much suffering must humanity have in order to move forward and evolve? Remember it is entirely up to each of you.

There are studies being done that recognize that there is a consciousness field. Your thoughts are intertwined with the world around you. Begin to consider that consciousness is something that extends beyond the boundaries of the physical skull. You have seen the results where large groups of people meditating have lowered the rates of crime, suicide and violence.

When we say to you that you are powerful beyond measure this is what we are addressing. Your consciousness coupled with your prayers and intentions can and will assist in this shift that is taking place. Your thoughts are powerful. Your mind has tremendous influence over your life and your body as well as the world and nature around you.

You are the new visionaries, the bridge builders and the way showers. When you find, own and live from this new awareness and this new balance you are the divine super hero you came here to be. We are here, coming as your friends to offer support and guidance as you navigate the turbulence of these challenging times. You are experiencing the collapse of what is and has been familiar. It is on every level of your reality that these shifts and these collapses are taking place. The impact of this evolution of consciousness and its effects will be felt, honored and recognized in all the coming years.

All that has taken place in the conflicts and the polarities in your personal, political, social, physical and environmental arenas has stretched you in every possible manner. Everyone is holding on to what gives them comfort and imagined security.

We are inviting you to ride these waves with as much conscious awareness as possible. You were made for these times. You truly have the immense power to thrive during these times. Remember that you are a divine being in a physical body. It is your divine awareness that will guide and support you as you experience the seeming collapse of what you know and understand to be true about reality.

What is collapsing is all that is limited, untrue, dysfunctional and out of balance. All that has been hidden is being revealed. There is a dismantling of the old structures and the old paradigms. We invite you to continue to reset your attitude; take a deep breath and sigh into the exhale. Remind yourself that you were made for these times. Continue to find that place of peace within yourself. Become the peaceful observer, the fair witness. Notice when you become polarized, angry, irritated, out of balance. Stop the thoughts that are supporting your anger. Pause and allow yourself to reset your awareness. Return to your heart.

It is most important during these times of great chaos to anchor stillness in the midst of chaos. It will take practice and your full awareness to stop your mind from engaging with the emotional issues. It will take the consciousness of the master that you are to not get plugged in to all the turmoil.

Practice finding your inner state of peace. Perhaps in meditation, walks in nature, dancing, chanting or free sounds. Use the methods that work best for you. Remove yourself from your electronic reality. Pause and become aware of everything that is around you. When you are still and peaceful within your own energy is when you are most effective in supporting the changes and the shifts you desire to manifest in your personal life and in the collective.

Your planet is moving into the fifth dimension and all the negative and misqualified energies are being healed and transformed. You are an important part of the process taking place. You have been transforming and healing your personal wounds, limitations and negative reactions to what is occurring.

We acknowledge you for the personal work that you have done. It has not gone unnoticed. You are being acknowledged as a master. You are here on this planet at this time to do this work.

Celebrate this opportunity to truly accept your responsibility as the starbeing that you are. All the personal shifts you have made, all the books you have read, workshops you have attended, silent heart requests made and prayers spoken have propelled your planet to be lifted up energetically into the next dimension. We say to you, good work. You are in the final stages of this powerful transformation.

So continue to hold true to your heart’s knowing that there is a reality in which everyone thrives. You are anchoring an energy that will shift all that is known. We cannot impart the importance of your full attention and focus in bringing this shift to completion.

Do not be alarmed if things seem to get worse; remember, all that is dark and hidden has to come to the light in order to be transformed. Hold true to your divine knowing that these are just the last stages of the transformation of your planet and all that is dysfunctional. The cosmic vibrations are causing this shift. We are here once again to empower you. We are here to remind you that you are a magnificent multidimensional being of Divine Light and Love. We are here to acknowledge you as a sentient being. We are here to acknowledge and honor you as the physical Human that you are.

These qualities and aspects are interwoven into the energy that makes you unique and powerful. The idea that you are alive and conscious is where your power resides. When you can acknowledge these qualities within yourself you are awake and aware.

It is that awake and aware quality that we want to engage. You are here to transmute and transform energy through the alchemical chalice of your heart. There is a consciousness process in which you sit quietly and breathe in the suffering of the world and then breathe it out transformed. That is how powerful you are as a divine being.

It is the physical mind and consciousness that feels overwhelmed by the chaos and intensity that is occurring on your planet. Your divine self is not overwhelmed.

You came here to do this work. You came here to step up and into your personal power as a Divine Being in a physical Human body. Being physical in this dimension is what gives you permission to do this work.

We cannot transform energy for you. It is your birthright and responsibility to transform negative and misqualified energy that you witness or experience.

Your planet is in the stages of an evolution of consciousness. The chaos, confusion and intense energy are the resistance to this evolution and awakening. Remember that all great changes are preceded by chaos.

So your task or your mission is to hold firmly the truth of Love and Light. Your task or your mission is to transform all personal negative patterns or emotions that you have repressed or suppressed from past experiences.

Imagine as a Divine Being that when you came to this dimension you gathered all these intense negative emotions with the intention of transforming them. However, in this reality of unconscious limitation you forgot your agreement and you forgot just how to transform this energy.

We have offered many suggestions to remind you of how to shift, delete or transform negative and misqualified energy or emotions. First say to yourself “I am fully embodied, I am anchored to this planet, I am my Divine Self in physical form.” This is your foundation, this is your source of power, this is the chalice in which you do any and all alchemical work of transformation.

Next ask yourself what percent of this negative emotion is personally yours. Realize that the minute you begin to feel an emotion, the minute you begin to feel the energy or vibration that you call an emotion, you entrain, resonate with, connect to or attract a similar vibration or emotion that is in the collective consciousness.

If, for example, you are feeling fear, imagine that only twenty percent of that fear is personally yours. However the moment you feel that fear, you connect to the broadcast of fear that is held in the collective.

Now you have one hundred percent of fear running through your body. This energy now triggers your adrenals, your muscles contract, you are on alert. You are overwhelmed with fear and your mind/ego begins to tell you more stories that cause you to feel even more fear.

At this point remember that you are your Divine Self in physical form.

• Now invite divine beings of Love and Light to witness and support you as you transform the energy vibration that you have labeled fear.
• Now take a breath and sound the fear. What would this emotion sound like if it was just expressed as a sound?  Do not use words because this engages the left brain which is the guard of suppressed emotions.
• Continue to sound your fear or whatever negative emotion you want to clear until it feels complete.
• Now name the quality or emotion you want to put in place of what you have cleared and call that emotion of peace, strength, hope or joy with sound.

Now you have completed a process we call emotional and energetic Alchemy. You are an Alchemist. You are here on this planet at this time to transform all the negative emotions you have experienced or have empathically taken on from others. This is one of the most powerful processes we can offer you during this time.

Now imagine that you are your Divine Self in physical form and you call upon Divine beings to witness and support you as you transform some of the distress that has been created by a tragic event. Sound the distress until it feels complete for you. Replace it with healing, harmony or love and call that quality into form with sound. Now you are doing global service work without feeling that distress running through your body.

If each and every one of us began to do this work, that would be a tremendous shift and change with all the current events. You see, everyone stores their suppressed emotions in the tissues, organs, cells and bones of their body. Everyone has been taught to repress emotions; no one has been taught how to clear them in a healthy manner. No one has been taught that they are an Alchemist.

What Humans don’t realize is that if you suppress sadness because you don’t allow yourself to feel that sadness at the time, then you have suppressed that sadness into your body. When you encounter someone who is feeling sad, your sadnesses are going to be triggered. Emotions are contagious.

You are witnessing that very process in your reality at this time. All the repressed emotions of hatred, judgment, anger, fear, and prejudice are being triggered. There is not a safe way to express these emotions. We have observed the practice of huge stadiums of people all gathering to watch their favorite sport. Everyone screams, yells and is very expressive with sounds that are not usually expressed.

Everyone leaves the game or sporting event feeling so good. It was a great game. What they don’t realize or didn’t understand is that in one of the areas in which loud sounds/emotions are acceptable and expected, they just cleared lots of emotions that they had been repressing.

We are inviting you to begin to step into your awesome power to transform negative and misqualified emotions. Be the Alchemist. Imagine that you are clearing and cleaning up toxic vibrations and energy in this process.

Peggy Black and the ‘team’ ~ Creative Seed for a Greater Reality

We are here offering our love and guidance to those who are reading these words. We see you. We see you in your magnificence. We offer you words to inspire you to step into your personal power. Practice raising your vibrations with each breath.

You are living in challenging times. What is most important for you to understand is that within every adversity, every heartache, every challenge there is the creative seed for a greater reality. You are unlimited. Say that often to yourself. I am unlimited. The more this is addressed and claimed the more it becomes so.

The outer experiences that may be happening to you will also offer you the opportunity to transform and transcend these very limited realities. The chaos that you are witnessing or that you are a part of, is the push, the stimulation that is needed for you to stretch into your personal creative power. When everything is easy most people will not stretch. It seems they only stretch and claim their personal unlimited power when they are confronted by a challenge.

We speak of this often. These are the times on your planet that are forcing the negative and dysfunctional aspects to the light of awareness. You, dear one, are that light of awareness. It is you that are calling forth the great and grand changes on your planet.

The only way a reality changes is by the shift in collective consciousness. Begin to notice where and when others are standing up and speaking their truth. In your thoughts and imagination give them your support.

We also speak often of the true incredible unlimited power of your imagination. When you can begin to imagine something you are certainly giving that something your energy, your focus. So be sure that you are giving your energy and your focus to what you really, really want. You see when you focus on what is not working, what you don’t want, what you don’t have, you are now giving your energy and focus to those very things that you don’t want. So use your power with caution.

We have given many suggestions of how you can use your creative imagination for your benefit. In the quietness of your space and the stillness of your mind, breathe gently and consciously. Once you feel yourself calm and ready, begin to imagine a sacred space or create an Alchemist Chamber. Make this space as real as possible; envision the colors, the decor, the size. Is this space elegant or simple? Is this space familiar or new? Where do you imagine this space exists?

Give yourself time to work with this idea. Allow yourself to play with the concept like a new toy. There are many computer games that allow you to play in a reality that is only imaginary.

This is a sacred space in which you can now imagine or create any experience. Remember, there are no limitations here. Our transducer has an entire compound of Alchemist Chambers. She has created a healing chamber for herself. Often when she is falling asleep she will envision herself reclining in this chamber and she invites divine healers to this space to minister to her while she sleeps.

She has created a celestial board room and when she is beginning a project she goes to this space in her imagination and calls upon us as well as masters and avatars to support and inspire her actions with this project. She has created a simple cozy room in which she can invite anyone, physical or non-physical, to communicate with her. She uses this space to clear issues with loved ones or share ideas that she could not share in person because of their ego or limited mindset.

She has created a large meeting space and often she will go to that space and imagine that she can call upon other like minded individuals to join her as she does global healing work with sound or prayers. The newest one she has created is a space in which she calls upon the presence of world billionaires and millionaires and invites them to consider donating toward some good on the planet.

Then she watches the news and reads her newspapers to see who heard the invitation and responded with their donation. We affirm again, you are unlimited. Your imagination is one of the most powerful gifts you have. You might even call it a superpower.

Those of you who want to teach, create an Alchemist chamber like a classroom and call on all students who would like to join you as you teach this class. This truly is remote teaching.

We believe you get the idea. We encourage you to expand on this. You want to write a book, by all means create your chamber into which you can go and be inspired to share your ideas. We realize that you have a major political decision to be made, begin to envision the outcome you prefer. We are observing along with you the continued chaos and upheaval taking place around your planet. It would seem that there is no place of peace anywhere. So we invite you to be that place of peace. When you are coming from the truth of your divine consciousness there is always peace.

Now is the time in which you will be invited/forced to come from one aspect of consciousness or the other. It is truly a moment to moment experience. Due to the limited programming of this dimension it is easy to flow with the upsets, the challenges and the chaos. As multidimensional beings you have known other realities where kindness, joy, gratitude, appreciation and pleasure were the main focus and the vibrations offered. Once you signed up for your assignment here on earth you discovered the other spectrum of emotions anger, sadness, discouragement, hopelessness, fear, frustration, bitterness, and guilt.

Unfortunately these emotions can be addictive. Many people find anger addictive because it makes their egos feel righteous, justified or victimized. The physical body becomes addicted to the chemical reactions that anger, fear or sadness create.

These are low frequency yet very strong vibrations. What you are invited to understand is that all vibrational emotions are contagious. If you are energetically harboring any of these negative emotional energies in your body, you will get triggered when another human expresses that emotion. These hidden emotions are repressed or suppressed in the shadow aspect of your consciousness. Even as you are going through difficult times, realize that those difficult times invite transformation.

You are here on this earth at the time to contribute, to help transform the consciousness and connect with other like minded beings. Realize this is a game, it is a hologame. Rarely do I send two newsletters out to our community in a month, however I felt this information was important and worth sharing.

We know that we can be influenced by the movement of the Celestials, personally as well as globally. This information came to my attention and I wanted to share it with you. Perhaps it will give us more insight into what we are all experiencing at this time. I usually follow my friend Pam Gregory for my astrology news and updates however this is a gathering from several other sources.

We are all feeling the intensity of our planet being shut down. Everything that we call normal has come to a stop. Our lives have shifted and we are witnessing the incredible shifts and changes taking place around the world. I hope this information gives us a different perspective and the awareness of just how profound these celestial events are to life on this planet.

Credit to Nick Hilton: The last time Pluto transited Capricorn as it is now was the American Revolution. Last time Uranus transited Taurus as it is now was the end of the Great Depression. Last time Neptune transited Pisces as it is now was the abolition of slavery.

This is the Great Awakening.

Now according to Celia Fenn, as we enter into June and July we will experience a series of three Eclipses, two Lunar Eclipses and a Solar Eclipse, that will occur just before and congruent with the June Solstice. We can expect that there will be powerful shifts in the Earth’s new Crystalline matrix as well as in our own Crystalline Light body.

Friday June 5th will be a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius. This will be an exciting alignment because Sagittarius is on the Galactic Center in terms of the zodiac, and we can expect powerful Light Code transmitted via the Galactic Center. This is the New Energy of the incoming Golden Age, and we can expect a powerful experience.

Sunday June 21 will be a Solar Eclipse in Cancer. This Eclipse takes place a day after the Solstice on the 20th of June. The planet will still be very strongly in the Solstice energy and a powerful transmission of Divine Feminine will be received.

The second Lunar Eclipse will be on the 5th of July and it will be in Capricorn. We can expect fireworks, not just because this is the day after the 4th of July in the USA, but because Capricorn is still powerfully influencing the transformation on the Earth. We are here, reaching out to you as you navigate these interesting times. What you are experiencing as a collective is the opportunity to honor yourself and one another. The idea of most of life’s activities coming to a halt has stretched each person.

It is in that stretching that your new awareness is being brought forth. The familiar routines that each one has called normal have been totally disrupted. This has revealed your strengths and your weaknesses, both as individuals and as the collective. There is a dismantling of all that you hold as normal.

There is a pressure building in the collective consciousness that is cracking everyone open to awaken to a new reality. This is a dark night for the soul of humanity. Since nothing is the same, nothing is solid, dependable or stable. A huge cleansing is taking place and this process is causing many to feel unbalanced, fearful, lost, depressed, confused and angry.

There are those who are riding this wave of energy, surfing this energy so to speak, aware that there is more to be revealed. There are those like yourself who have been asking for changes to come to this reality, those who are aware of the other higher dimensions and realities. Many realize that this is an extreme metamorphosis for the collective.

Realize that distorted beliefs and the limitations of the old paradigms are dissolving. This action is causing much confusion, dismay, and anger. Leaders are sharing many untruths, frightening everyone because they do not know how to deal with what is occurring at this time.

Having all your social activities stopped has removed any distraction you might have used to avoid looking at any personal and emotional issues. What a wonderful situation you have been offered – to be with yourself and your loved ones coming into the space of awareness.

Many are consciously moving into the next dimension. You are becoming aware of what is important and valued. Experiencing more time alone or isolated has triggered many old issues and patterns, which you can now consciously release.

We are observing the increase of light offered by humanity at this time. You are doing the work. People are reaching out to comfort one another in simple and amazing ways. Hearts are being opened and the level of love is flowing. Staying in a heart centered place is the safest and most powerful place you can be.

It is this coherent vibration that is welcoming the energy of the higher dimension. Individuals are sensing this shift. It is subtle and yet when recognized and felt it is profound. Many people are resolving to bring new answers to the old world problems. Many people are waking up to their true multidimensional self.

They are watching this matrix begin to crumble. Many will wonder when the madness and confusion will end. They are becoming aware of how out of balance their lives and the collective have become. They are beginning to understand that they are truly creators and are stepping into their power to create a reality that is life sustaining.

There is an awareness of the oneness of all. The internet has offered this connection for some time, however now it is more obvious just how it serves as a link. We are here to support you as you experience the turmoil and the dismantling of the reality that you have known. This is the first time that your planet has come close to a full stop. It is shocking, disturbing and frightening. This is a major reset in consciousness.

This experience is offering the opportunity to observe all that was out of balance. This imbalance has been present for eons. It is global, financial, personal in its inequality. Individuals have lost their connection with nature and the consciousness of all other living things.

Now, in the moment when everything that is normal and natural has come to a stop, individuals are pausing and staying quiet. It is in this quietness and in this pause that they are becoming aware, aware that things will be different.

Individuals are having the opportunity to pause in their busyness, to sit quietly and reflect on the truth of who they are. In this time of reflection they are becoming aware that they are more than this physical body. They are not rushing, pushing, running, from one event or activity to another.

This level of quietude is allowing the light that is bathing your planet to be anchored more fully within each and every individual. We invite you to hold steady in your awareness and your connection to this truth. Understand that there is going to be a great deal more disruption and struggle before this is totally complete.

There is an ascension shift that is affecting your planet, however understand that it will impact the entire universe. This magnification of light is designed to energize all that is light upon the Earth and within all humans. The power of this light has created a disturbance of fear and negativity which has been hidden, buried and locked into the earth, waiting for a time when humanity was ready to transmute the energy.

Lifetimes of abuse, negativity, and injustice are waiting to be transformed. Some people are exerting control over others using fear and wanting to suppress the spiritual awakening process that is taking place. Many lifetimes ago, there was a period you have called the burning times. For several hundred years individuals were killed because of their connection with nature and with plants, when healers, mystics, midwives and herbalists were burned at the stake. This evoked such fear in the collective consciousness that people were very cautious to express intuitive abilities, or their connection with the spirit beings, the gnomes and faeries. They suppressed these divine connections and gifted abilities in their children. This was a grave injustice upon humanity. You are experiencing the results of this injustice today.

People felt disconnected from nature, therefore allowing for nature to be raped, trees to be cut down without any protest or concern for the well-being or balance of the planet. This imbalance is causing the next great extinction, with the disappearance of the rainforest, the melting of the permafrost, and climate change with all its powerful destructive weather patterns affecting the global population.

The result has been the unconscious, arrogant thinking and behavior of humans who believe that they are separate and superior from all other life forms. Human beings were never given permission to harm, destroy and devalue other life forms. This thinking has harmed the other kingdoms, plant, animal, devic, elemental, nature spirit as well as even other humans. Animals, trees, plants, and even rocks have levels of consciousness. This truth needs to be recognized and honored.

We acknowledge that the presence of this virus is causing a feeling of distress, depression, desolation, anxiety and anger. We are inviting you to step into a level of trust in Divine Consciousness.

It is this level of trust which will allow you to transform these negative and misqualified emotions. Use your tools as an alchemist to transform these negative energies with sound vibrations. We are here, supporting and encouraging you to step fully into this new energy. A new cycle has begun. This is the opportunity to design, imprint and co-create a new reality. Please reread those words, they are your truth and your power. Every message we have offered has reminded you of your personal power to create your reality.

This new decade can be and will be different. You are selecting and calling forth this reality by your vibrations. It seems there is a possibility that timelines will be converging. There are those who will remain stuck in the old paradigm, unable to shift from their negative, misqualified thoughts and energy and there are those eager to step into the new possibilities. There is no better time than now to make the decision about which reality you want to be a part of.

You can choose your reality by the awareness of what energy and vibration you are offering. Your positive, joyful, loving vibrations are the golden ticket to enter into the higher dimensions. This profound shift has been longed for and awaited by all those who are awake and aware. The waiting is over. Now is the time to call forth this reality. Now is the time to step into the 5th dimension. Watch the vibrations that you are offering.

Welcome the coming shifts and be aware of the people with whom you want to co-create this new world. Allow all else to fade away. Keep your force and focus on the new paradigm.

This happens to be a crucial year of change. The celestial beings, the planets, are assisting and supporting this possible change. This is an alignment that has not occurred in 15 years. There is also a conjunction of two powerful planets, Saturn and Pluto, that has not occurred for 38 years. The seed of a new age and transformation are at hand. Remember you have the power to create a sustainable future that will embrace multiple generations. So take advantage of what is being energetically offered.

This is a year that will benefit you to embrace and practice quantum thinking, stretch and go beyond your ordinary expectations. Do not allow yourself to be boxed in. You can reach beyond space and time and allow new mental and energetic breakthroughs. The energies of the world are moving, reacting and responding at quantum speed. The current digital age has helped expand consciousness beyond ancient knowledge. Step into this accelerated flow.

You find yourself in new territory with this acceleration of energy assisting humanity to enter a new age.

Individually and collectively humanity must embrace wholeness. This is the time to truly face your fears and consciously release them. Let go of all acquired limitations. We have invited you to take this action before and encourage you again to step out of your sense of victimhood, to release and heal your acquired wounds.

Now is the time for you to use your tools to transform any and all negative energies you might be holding on to.

Look at the shadow emotions that you project. Take the time to lovingly shine your light on those negative emotions of bitterness, anger, hatred, guilt or shame. Be gentle with yourself, you are your own healer. You are here to heal these misqualified energies that you have experienced. Each time you do your work and heal and release some painful wound, you are healing some painful wound in the collective.

Realize and recognize the possibility that the entire cosmos could be conscious and self-aware. You might ask yourself, is the universe conscious?

During this time of increased frequencies that are amplifying and supporting the shifts and changes, it is most important that you strengthen your light body. It is crucial that you have a strong light body in order to easily travel between the dimensions. With this great wave of light and higher frequencies that are being offered, do find ways to strengthen your energy or light body.

Imagine that your physical body is filled with divine light several times a day. Imagine or pretend that you can feel the difference as your physical body fills with divine light. Imagine yourself as a light body that can move between the dimensions. Play with this idea, become comfortable with this reality.

Each time you release some old limited pattern, remember to fill that space with light. Each time you forgive and heal some old wound, remember to allow divine light to fill that space. Practice being in nature and welcome the divine light that is available.

Remember each morning to start your day with this simple statement and intention: I am fully embodied, anchored to this planet; I am my divine self in physical form.

Laugh, be joyful, express your gratitude and appreciation. These energies add to your light body. Dance, celebrate, love, chant, sing, meditate, give freely, acknowledge. All of these actions will continue to add to your light body. Invite divine energies to flow into your physical form. Go into your imagined alchemist chamber and envision your light body strong.

Realize that your very DNA is a multidimensional divine pattern and structure. Your DNA connects you to the universe. Your DNA carries all your records and experiences from the timeline. Your DNA carries your purpose and intent for this time and place. Everything is in your DNA.

Begin to imagine that you can connect to those records and that information. Imagine that you have the ability to read our own DNA.

You are a magnificent multidimensional being! Own it. You are a physical being having a physical experience in this third dimension and you are a divine being, an energy being, a light being observing as well as partnering with your physical self.

As this divine being, the being of light, you have the ability to transform, uplift, shift and create. Remember it is your intent and your focus. So now is the time for you to truly step into this power and be a part of the awesome shift taking place on your planet.

Shine your light on the collective shadow and negative energies that appear in your reality. Little by little that light will become brighter and stronger. Call on all divine beings to support and assist all that you do.

We rejoice and celebrate with you as you have invited this energy shift and energy portal to manifest in your dimension. Use this cosmic energy, this universal consciousness, to transform all that is limited.

We are here, offering our encouragement and certainly our acknowledgment for your tenacity and courage. We observe all that is taking place in your reality and will bow to your willingness for being active in that physical experience.

We see you as beings of energy yet you experience yourself as a solid physical being. Dear ones you are quantum beings. You are made up of stardust, light energy and multidimensional consciousness. We know that when you are active in your current life, doing your tasks and handling issues, you do not think of yourself as the quantum being. It might shift things a bit if you considered yourself this energy superhero.

We are wanting to stretch your understanding and invite you to begin to weave the awareness of your quantum self into the various mundane activities that you create. Let us assure you, if you begin to do this even a few times a day it will make a tremendous difference in your outlook and even the results.

We observe that it seems to be easy to get into a pattern of sameness, repeating actions over and over again without bringing consciousness to the task. What occurs with these types of behaviors is a numbness that occurs within; your energy self becomes repressed. Where is your aliveness? Where is your excitement of being here and now?

It is important for you to shake yourself out of the dullness and sameness and to re-energize your moment. Bring yourself to the moment, to the task at hand; fill it with your full attention, your full energy and even some excitement. Remember you are keepers of the frequency.

Being alive is the prize. Being alive in this reality is truly the prize. You are a being of energy. Every part of your body is filled with light. Every one of your cells emits light. Every cell has consciousness. Own the responsibility of interacting with your body, your cells in ways that continue to keep them energized.

Observe a small child; they are bundles of energy, actually expressing themselves in all directions. Begin to notice where you have shut down your energy. We are inviting you to reclaim it, pump it up, activate it.

What does it mean to be an energy being? Find things that enthuse you, find ways that fill you with renewed energy. Those that live a long and productive life have learned how to refill their quota of energy. They are continually excited about the day. They find new ways of doing the same tasks. They energize their mind and thoughts with adventure, real or imagined. They understand that they are keepers of the frequency. This is most important for all humans to understand and to be active in restoring their energy.

One way to restore energy is to release old emotions and old patterns. These old emotional energies can be a burden, weighing you down, without you even realizing it. Think of these old memories of regret, bitterness, anger or shame as caged animals. Let them go. Release them with as much grace as possible. Trust us; when you do this, you allow a new surge of energy to flood into your body and consciousness.

Another way to renew and restore you energy is to pull energy from your natural surroundings. Literally, imagine reaching out your hands and cupping your figures, and pulling energy from the green, growing living things around you. You can call in energy from the stars, from the sky. The energy vibrations of all living things are available. You can invite energy frequencies from music to refill you. Notice that singing or chanting can fill you with alive energy. Laughing is an excellent way to recharge.

As you begin to own that you are a quantum being of energy that does need to be recharged and renewed, you will take a more active part in this process. You will begin to notice what energy you do allow to fill your quota. Is it artificial energy or electronic energy? Is it negative energy?

Remember that self care is a priority not a luxury. Taking a rest will also restore your energy. Do what feels good and right to maintain your well being and aliveness.

Your goal is to continue to raise your vibration, raise the frequency of energy that you are taking in and expressing out. Remember that gratitude, appreciation and joy are the three keys of a successful keeper of the frequency.
