Welcome, dear readers.
​
It is plain for all to see that the world is filled with change, chaos, and confusion but in spite of it, the old familiar ways of dealing with these issues die hard. Commonly accepted solutions of the past remain ingrained in the collective belief system and continue to influence those in positions of power even as they fail in the presence of a rising consciousness on earth.
​
New and higher frequencies simply cannot be made to fit into molds created to accommodate the denser energies of duality and separation. As the energetic frequencies of earth rise, ideas and beliefs still in alignment with the old will not be in alignment with the new unfolding belief system. This lack of alignment will cause many “tried and true” ways of resolving issues to fail simply because the substance (energy) that has sustained them in the past will no longer exist.
​
Never forget that consciousness the substance of form and the unfolding spiritual awareness of increasingly more individuals will serve to automatically bring about new and higher forms of everything in all areas of life on earth.
​
Recognize and resist the temptation to recreate something in your life that feels complete or finished even if it was a happy period of your life. Follow your inner guidance with courage when it tells you that it is time to “move on” for often the pressure to recreate or keep something going that is finished comes from others– friends, family, or even some religious group.
​
There are some who thrive on the glories of the past, reliving them to self and others while seeking to keep them alive through groups, clubs, and periodicals that focus on the particular time or events being glorified. This statement is not meant to denigrate the bravery or fruitful experiences of the past which will always be with you, but is to help you understand that living in the past is a backward step dear ones, regardless of how seemingly better the old days may seem in comparison with today.

Evolution is the ongoing journey every soul makes through the good and not so good experiences of many lifetimes in order to finally reach a point at which they are ready to awaken into a realization of Oneness. Spiritual evolution can never be controlled, stopped, or governed by human thinking no matter how seeming better or worse the experiences of some earlier time were.
​
Be patient with the process dear ones, for the new can not appear overnight. That which is well established in the human belief system can only gradually dissolve, being met with resistance and fear by those comfortable with the status quo. There are many who continue to rely on three dimensional or religious opinions and beliefs about life regardless of how painful their personal situation may have become. This is particularly true with regard to relationships.
​
You have reached a place of spiritual readiness enabling you to stand back as a beholder rather than someone constantly struggling to heal, change, or fix self and others with outgrown tools. This does not mean you will never again be guided to use ordinary methods to alleviate the suffering of someone, but means that while doing it you remain aware that in the reality of ONE nothing needs healing, changing, or fixing.
​
Many of you have or soon will attain a spiritual level that is ready to accept and integrate the fact that all qualities embodied in God/Source/ I AM, are and always have been fully present within you. Seeking Divine qualities (completeness, wholeness, harmony, abundance, intelligence etc.) outside of Self rather than from within where they exist in their fullness is the result of the belief in two powers that brought about the duality and separation that constitutes third dimensional energy.
​
This does not mean that serious spiritual students must never take the human footsteps that may assist him at some point, but does mean that the footsteps are taken with spiritual awareness and trusting intuition as to when they are no longer needed .
​
Creations formed out of three dimensional beliefs, rituals, and concepts, will always contain elements of duality and separation that result in the creation being sometimes successful and sometimes not. This is why so often sincere hard work and dreams fail, having been created from energies based in duality and separation which is all that is available to the unaware.
​
When you go within and allow yourself to rest in the reality of YOU, you open the door to all that the real YOU is. Never forget that your oneness with Source automatically constitutes your oneness with all that Source is. Meditation is a silent listening for the “still, small voice” which you may or may not actually “hear” because this is not the goal of meditation. There may come a “knowing” about something rather than words. It is an individual’s intention to align, listen, and rest in an awareness of oneness that is important.
​
You never need to tell IT what you need or want because IT is YOU. Using meditation as a time to relate a list of wants and needs indicates a belief in separation. Everything you have been seeking, is already fully present because IT IS YOU, not the human concept of you, but the real YOU– Divine Consciousnesses individualized.

​
Meditation is a silent resting in the awareness of your completeness and no words or thoughts are needed. Thoughts of all kinds will come floating by but do not resist or make a power out of them. Simply allow these thoughts to drift through and back out again without focusing on them while you rest in Oneness.
​
Ponder and practice every truth you become aware of until it shifts from being intellectual knowledge to being your state of consciousness. Many of the ordinary problems and the issues of daily living will begin to automatically fade out of your experience without you even noticing as you live each day silently resting in and aligning with the reality of your own Divine Self-hood.
​
Consciousness is the substance of form, because Consciousness is all that exists, IT is omnipresent. Every person’s state of consciousness (the ONE Divine consciousness individualized), manifests as their life and experiences. If a person’s consciousness is filled with beliefs of duality and separation then that is what they will create. You are creators because you are God beings having a human experience.
​
In the presence of realized truth (not intellectual knowledge, not words in a book, not some repeated mantra) the unreal simply does not/cannot exist and will create forms that reflect the substance of pure Divine Consciousness.
​
Those of you that align with these messages or any mystical teachings of oneness are ready, beyond ready, to allow meditation to be what it is meant to be, conscious alignment with the already fully present I AM that you are. Many of you have been knowing the truth and meditating for a long time but continue to think of yourselves as separate from IT and spend meditation periods seeking it. There comes a point where each must accept that they already ARE IT in order to BE IT.

​
Go within often not to speak, try to create, force something to happen, or to seek some perceived outcome, but rather to simply align with IT. Do not attempt to understand what IT is for the human mind is incapable of comprehending IT. Many try and many think they have succeeded, but the Infinite can never be understood by the finite so don’t try. When you are ready IT will reveal ITSELF to you.
​
Mediation can never bring something to you that is not already fully present within YOU. The time has arrived for every serious spiritual student to accept that they already are IT and that meditation is simply time set aside to rest in this awareness until at some point meditation becomes a permanent state of consciousness and is simply lived.

​
Withdraw from today’s constant barrage of news and human opinions. It does not mean you cannot be informed, but rather means that you no longer choose to watch, listen, or engage 24/7 in the illusions of the three dimensional world. Doing this constitutes a giant step for those accustomed to staying informed and giving opinions on everything happening in the three dimensional world.

​
When you align physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually with the good and evil of the world, you give power and reality to appearances which are manifestations of false beliefs with no real law to support them or hold them in place. When you make something a power you give it substance because energy is what maintains and sustains form. Every “war” launched on some disease, situation, or belief simply serves to create more of it, not less.
​
Begin to translate all appearances into the reality that underlies them. (War–oneness misinterpreted through beliefs of separation) Observe and do not deny the outer scene, but translate it through the realization that God never has, never will, and never can express ITself as war, disease, pain, lack. etc.
​
Trust, relax, and allow through realizing that you never need to inform the Infinite intelligence of your very own SELF what you need because your conscious alignment with IT will automatically express outwardly in ways that represent wholeness and completeness for you.

Listen and rest within often in the realization that IT is always fully conscious of ITself as YOU.

Welcome dear readers of the Arcturian Group Messages. We see your light and that of many others around the world expanding as you traverse your way through personal and global debris and into new levels of awareness.
​
The world is changing but you are not yet able to see it as densities of the past continue to surface and overshadow everything. Your job is to allow the process dear ones, trusting that much is happening that you are not yet aware of. All is proceeding according to plan.
​
We know that some of you are beginning to feel that these messages and others that you have loved and relied on for guidance, no longer speak to you as they once did. Rejoice, for the end goal of any real spiritual teaching is to bring the student to where they no longer need the outer teacher because they have reached a level of consciousness able to access information, guidance, and spiritual instruction from within, where it exists in infinite pure form.
​
Teachings, traditions, and religions that do not allow followers to grow beyond further need for them are not true teachings. High resonating truth teachings will always offer freedom and empowerment, never bondage. Allow yourselves to move and grow beyond what may have once been your highest reality even if you meet with resistance from those still in alignment with that which you have now grown beyond. Evolution is an ongoing infinite process.
​
When a spiritual truth jumps out at you from an article, channel, book, or simply presents itself in thought and deeply resonates with you, it means you are prepared to integrate it into consciousness. Take the Divine Idea into meditation, pondering it, chewing it, and exploring three dimensional concepts versus the reality. Ponder how it influences the world on all levels. You will discover that when your intention is to more deeply understand some truth, it will unfold and reveal ITself to you. This is how you are taught from within.
​
If parts of these or other messages have begun to feel old to you, it probably means that you have integrated the teachings into your consciousness and they have become you. If you haven’t already, you will soon find that many favorite channelings, books, groups, classes etc., that you loved and looked to for spiritual information and guidance have begun to feel boring.

​
This is how spiritual growth is supposed to work. It means that you have reached a level of awareness capable of receiving directly rather than through another person or thing outside of self. Rejoice when this happens, for it is what you have been seeking.
​
Occasionally this level is resisted by a truth student because it frightens them. They enjoy being a seekers and want to continue doing all the things they familiar with. There is a camaraderie with other seekers and is what they are used to. It is comfortable because as a seeker, the responsibility is on others. As a finder it is on self.
​
Most who are awakened at this time are a combination of seeker and finder which is the way it usually works, but it is important to allow the finder part of self to grow and mature. Accepting that you are a finder enables you to love yourself more fully and reclaim the power you innocently gave away and may still be giving away to others. Finders live in the world but are not of it.
​
The energy of transformation has arrived and all is proceeding according to plan. The energy that you are presently witnessing as violence and pain represent the exposure and dissolution of outer effects formed from energies of duality, separation, and the belief in two powers.

​
All that exists is Divine Consciousness, pure Light. Everything is in and of this Light. Your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies are not separate parts of you but are rather facets of your one and only body which is pure Light. Begin to see yourself and others as Light. Let go of the need, obligation, and struggle to heal, change, and correct everything and everybody and begin to acknowledge the presence of their Light instead.

​
You are frequently told to “send light” to someone in need. Now take this to the next level and instead of sending Light, “see” and acknowledge IT as already present. Greet every stranger, answer every phone call, observe those you see on television or in the news with an awareness of their ever present Light hidden to human eyes.

​
Living from this level does not mean you cannot offer practical guidance if asked nor does it mean you must never again seek help of some sort like going to a doctor. Becoming intellectually aware of absolute truth does not mean that from then on you must rigidly cling to it. Many serious spiritual students make the mistake of trying to live some absolute truth they have learned before it has become their state of consciousness.

​
Because earth is a planet of time and space, intellectually known truth needs time to grow and strengthen through contemplation and practice before a full integration of it can take place. The spiritual evolutionary process begins as gradual awareness and intellectual knowledge but must be lived and fully integrated before becoming one’s attained state of consciousness. When the world was very dense, this process took many lifetimes but in the higher resonance of today, it is happening more quickly.
​
It is important that you allow your evolutionary process to unfold without trying to define, guide, or influence it other than with trust. Most of you were trained to govern your spiritual life with guidelines and rules learned in other lifetimes, in convents, monasteries, and ashrams etc. Many of you were serious students in the ancient Egyptian schools and still carry the influences of those lives. Now let it all go allowing each day to bring what you need on whatever level is necessary in order to awaken more fully.
​
Do not feel guilty if you are guided to see a doctor or spiritual teacher/adviser. Help is provided on all levels of awareness and none is lesser than another if done with love and service. Like everything else, it is a matter of energetic alignment. If your consciousness is more in alignment with standard medicine, then go with it. If you are in alignment with holistic medicine, go with that. If you have attained a level of conscious awareness of oneness with completeness, allow that to unfold as your health and well being.

​
Resistance that is based in the belief that you must hold fast to some absolute truth in spite of not yet having attained the consciousness of it, will actually act as a block because it gives reality and power to the very issue you are seeking to move beyond. Go within and seek guidance on these issues and never believe that you have spiritually failed if you decide to seek some assistance that resonates with you.
​
It is impossible to go spiritually backward to levels you have outgrown for evolution is an ongoing journey of awakening not governed or influenced by concepts of human thinking. Allow your intuition to guide you toward those things that are in alignment with your present state of consciousness.

​
Pretending a state of consciousness not yet attained, is a three dimensional activity and does not serve or fool those around the person doing it. This is easily observed in many world “leaders”, politicians hoping to be elected, those seeking to be famous, and many who are desperate for the recognition and love they believe to be outside of them.
​
Truth is a seed that must silently and secretly rest and be allowed to grow strong in the safety of your heart where it is protected from doubters and those who would take it from you until it can germinate and express in, as, and through you. You will know when a truth has become your state of consciousness for it simply becomes you, your automatic awareness and response in all situations.

​
Allow yourselves to grow and expand in ways that are highest and best for you never doubting that you are always being guided and directed by your Higher Self that knows where you need to be, how to get you there, and when. This is how you unfold into knowing and loving self as SELF.

​
Accept that your journey may be nothing like that of others in the realization that all paths, regardless of how bizarre or twisted they may appear to human thinking, eventually lead to the spiritual realization of ONE. (Ascension) It cannot be otherwise because it is what you already are — Divine Beings in disguise.

Dear readers, we along with many from the higher dimensions, are working to assist, remind, and help the people of earth understand that something profound is taking place that far exceeds appearances and the understanding of most.
​
Fear and separation will always be present in the third dimension regardless of how many “wars against” something take place because third dimensional energy consists of the belief in two powers which will always express as duality and separation. Remember, consciousness is the substance of form because consciousness is all that exists.

​
Personally and globally, mind automatically draws from consciousness to form the material. Mind is matter. Over time the masters have taught that the world is illusion but this has been not been correctly understood by most. The world is not illusion, it is a perfect spiritual expression of Source. It is the false hypnotized sense of the spiritual universe that constitutes the illusion.
​
You have outgrown third dimensional living. You would not be reading or even understanding these messages if you were still fully in third dimensional consciousness. This can make being around family, friends, employers, and so called experts who are fully enmeshed in third dimensional energy, difficult. There will be times when you must “play the game” but by silently holding the truth in every situation, you bring Light to it.
​
Over the course of many, many lifetimes, everyone has experienced fear, loss, torture, and occasionally happiness. You have experienced both poverty and wealth, disease and health, killed and been killed. You were both peacemaker and war monger. You were taught that you were better and more valuable than others and acted accordingly but then returned to experience lives in which you were considered to be and treated as worthless.

​
Religions have and continue to teach that everyone is born tainted with sin until “saved” through certain three dimensional actions, words, or ceremonies.
​
Many and varied experiences constitute everyone’s journey to realization. Even the smallest life experiences expand awareness and become one’s state of consciousness. Everyone is at their own unique place along the journey toward realization so the negative experiences that you may lovingly want to remove from another, may very well be the very experiences the person needs and chose pre-birth for spiritual growth.
​
This never means ignoring suffering while shouting “It’s just illusion.”. Rather it means that you do what you are intuitively guided to do, while keeping in mind that something more than what outer appearances would indicate is taking place. Always allow your intuition to guide you in these matters because for some, the experience of total failure may be an integral part of their soul plan. Always honor the free will of others even when you can easily see a better way.
​
You are prepared to move beyond old three dimensional ways of learning and no longer need experiences of pain and suffering in order to learn what you are ready to learn. However, old painful experiences of the past often form pockets of dense energy that are carried with you for long periods of time. You have paid your dues, learned, evolved, and are ready to move into spiritual empowerment if you choose, but for most it includes a period of releasing and clearing remaining pockets of old energy.

​
Spiritual empowerment brings a sense of freedom not experienced when living as a three dimensional human. It the ability to accept or reject without fear, news facts, societal beliefs of right and wrong, religious doctrine, etc. along with the hundreds of other concepts believed to be truth that have been imposed upon mankind. It is freedom from actions that arise solely from obligation, guilt, or because others consider it your “duty”.

​
Freedom is letting go of concepts that assign certain jobs, characteristics, and “duties” to one gender or the other. It is knowing that it is ok choose who to love or be with in partnership and to stop warring with people simply because their beliefs may be different. It is the freedom to choose your life, beliefs, and actions through the realization that you are not a powerless human who must please some old man in the sky.
​
Spiritual freedom is not license to do whatever one feels like doing at the expense of another but rather allows one to take empowered actions with love.

​
You have done the work and are prepared to fully embrace that there is only ONE and therefore because there is nothing else, you can only be of that ONE. No more dancing around truth, by continuing with classes, rituals, and ceremonies designed to get the attention of a God separate from you.

​
Most of you have done these things and they were an important and necessary facets of your journey. They helped you evolve to where you are now, but you no longer need the metaphysical tools. You have reached the place where you know that YOU ALREADY ARE that which you were seeking through them and until you can truly accept this, you remain in the energy of duality and separation.
​
There is much yet to come, dear ones. These are the times of tremendous change that you hoped, prayed, and longed for even though it may not seem that way or be what you were expecting. The increasing presence and integration of high resonating energy is affecting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies of all–those who understand what is going on as well as those who do not.

​
People are experiencing aches and pains in the physical that often come and go. For many, deep and painful emotions are surfacing seemingly from nowhere. Mentally, the whole world is beginning to examine and evaluate personal and global belief systems that no longer seem to be working.
​
Because the increasing presence of high frequency energy on earth is exposing dense energies that have lain hidden and dormant through lifetimes, some of those living fully in three dimensional energy are acting out with violence and negative actions. This is because as long buried, denied, or held in check energies surface, those of that state of consciousness can easily align with them. They are not always aware of the impact of their actions because the denser energies feel new and valid to them.
​
Most people are unable to see their guides , higher dimensional beings, or deceased friends and relatives because the higher resonating energy of the higher dimensions is invisible to most physical eyes. Some have carried the ability to see higher dimensional energy with them into this lifetime but psychic does not always mean spiritual. Be alert to what you accept as truth just because someone who has psychic gifts says it. Always trust your intuition.
​
You begin to align with the higher dimensional energies as your personal energy becomes higher and lighter through spiritual growth. Meditation becomes a living moving way of life rather than a separate part of your day and you may find yourself increasingly seeking out quiet and solitude rather than the noisy activities you once enjoyed.
​
Allow the process to unfold without personal intervention in the belief that you must personally (ego) manage and control everything in order for it to be right according to some concept of spirituality. Everyone’s journey and experiences are different. Begin to truly accept that you are a Divine Being on earth to bring in and hold the Light of transformation for a world that is mostly unaware that it is in the process of shifting to a higher dimensional energy level.

​
Be patient and trust that all is proceeding according to plan in the knowledge that things simply cannot change in a minute. The reality of Divine perfection is and has always been fully present, but the collective majority must attain a certain level of awareness before it can be understood or experienced. For the most part collective consciousness is still asleep, but each day more awaken and begin to understand that something is taking place other than what the news is reporting.

​
Most news sources believe what they are reporting because it is what they have been told to report. Become intuitively selective as to what you accept into consciousness as truth. Your ability to do this is why you were one of those chosen to be on earth at this time. Not everyone who wanted to come was allowed to come. Your strength and spiritual gifts were considerations as to who would be on earth during these times.
​
Present times are not about a virus, politics, or obsolete rules and traditions. These things are simply facets of the process of a three dimensional planet shifting to a higher dimensional one through the collective spiritual evolution of mankind.

​
Do not attempt to keep what is old and finished personally or globally alive regardless of how pleasant it may of been. Letting go of those parts of your life that are finished need not mean “taking a stand” with regard to friends and family. Rather simply allow it to be the silent secret living of your highest sense of truth as you go about the day doing seemingly ordinary things.
​
No one needs to know what is going on within you, this is between you and your Higher Self. Those receptive may feel your energy and be drawn to you seeking what it is you know or have. Strangers may start asking questions or seeking guidance from you and this is when spiritual discernment becomes very important.
​
Always serve those (strangers or friends) who come to you for advice from a level of compassion and not sympathy. Sympathy ( “Poor you, I feel your pain.”) will cause you to align with the other person’s energy whereas in compassion you remain empowered in your own energy. Alignment with energy that is denser than yours will leave you feeling drained and confused. This is especially important for those who work in fields of guidance.
​
Know that rather than life becoming easier, life may become more difficult after making the choice to embrace and live truth. This is because in choosing to evolve, you give permission for the opening of the inner doors you ignorantly built for yourself over lifetimes. These doors have acted as blocks to spiritual awareness and must be removed. Opening them allows the release of everything behind them–all that is old, finished, and in need of clearing.

​
Ordinary life for an already awake and aware person may fall completely apart physically, emotionally and mentally and spiritually. Often they come to a point at which they simply want to go back to where they had no knowledge of truth and where life seemed much simpler and easier. However, once the door blocking some facet of awareness a person is now ready to understand is opened, it does not close.
​
Try to remember that if struggle and failure appear seemingly out of nowhere when you thought your spiritual journey was flowing along just fine, it actually represents a graduation, a shift away from, the clearing of false beliefs now manifesting outwardly that you would not otherwise be aware of.
​
A person can never return to their old state of consciousness because Divine Consciousness is the reality, all that exists, and thus any small crack through which it can express will remain. The shadow cannot remake itself in the presence of Light.

​
Spiritual evolution is the journey of fully opening every door and window, removing every barrier, and lifting every self protecting shield ever created to stop pain but which in reality served only to hide self from SELF.

​
Allow the reality of who and what you are to once again shine in ITs full glory and expression.

Welcome dear readers. Know that we are here to guide and assist, but never to force for only you yourselves can acknowledge and reclaim the innate power that throughout the course of many lifetimes you ignorantly allowed others to take from you.
​
The time is now to be what you always have been but have not known you were. It is time to stand in your identity as a spiritual being formed of Divine Consciousness no longer subject to the third dimensional nonsense and false claims that feed a sense of inadequacy and prevent you from trusting in your ability to make wise choices and decisions.
​
You have traveled through many lifetimes and have experienced all skin colors, both genders, and most three dimensional experiences. Because of it, you have reached a place of wisdom and spiritually evolved awareness that in turn has left you at a fork in the road of your evolutionary journey. You have done the work required to bring you to this fork and now you must decide.
​
Path 1- “Should I continue believing that others (family, friends, experts, newscasters, government, religious doctrine) know what is best for me even when or if it does not resonate with me? Do I believe that I am unable to make wise decisions for myself? Do I believe that I am powerless or that victim-hood serves me by providing comfort and attention?”
​
Path 2. “I Choose to trust my intuition because I know it is the voice of my real SELF. I choose to stop giving power for good or bad to everything outside of myself. I choose to begin living life from my highest attained awareness of truth in spite of what others may believe”.

​
Today is a time of indecision and confusion because on one hand you are continually being told what is true and right while at the same time you are feeling that much of what you are being told is not true. We do not speak so much of politics, but rather about the unrecognized duality present within the small and seemingly ordinary aspects of daily living.
​
Most are accustomed to simply allowing commonly accepted beliefs and habit to guide their decisions and actions. Every day when driving, shopping, simply being at home, answering the phone, at work, or taking care of basic family needs, you are faced with ordinary situations in which you can be loving or not loving.
​
These daily events offer you opportunities to practice your highest awareness of love which in certain situations may not even seem like love to the three dimensional mind. There may be times when being loving means taking no action at all, allowing another to suffer from their choices in order to learn. Love must be a part of the small everyday activites rather than being reserved for grand gestures that result in praise and adoration.

​
Small and ordinary expressions of love and kindness that flow from a realization of oneness eventually become an attained and permanent state of consciousness. Because you are consciousness and not just a physical body, love then automatically expresses itself through you without thought or effort because consciousness is who and what you are.
​
Example: You no longer need to practice or make an effort to be honest because honesty is your attained state of consciousness and is who you are. It is the same for unconditional love. As a realization of oneness becomes the state of consciousness of the majority, it will then become the collective consciousness and you will begin see world peace.
​
Love is the connecting energy that flows between all individual expressions of the ONE. Everything, all life, is connected by virtue of there being only One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness, the only substance–that which is called GOD.

​
This interconnecting energy between all life is interpreted by every individual according to their attained level of awareness. If this interconnection is interpreted by a mind (the translator of consciousness) that is fully enmeshed in separation and duality, it will interpret it in forms of self service, even rape, abuse, or violence.
​

In spite of how completely oneness may be misunderstood and falsely interpreted by minds conditioned with beliefs of duality and separation, the Divine interconnecting energy between all within the ONE never changes and the realization of this is the door leading out of the hypnotism of human-hood that has plagued mankind throughout time.
​
Your job as a spiritually evolved person is to help mankind ascend out of three dimensional energy and into frequencies that are higher and real. In order to do this you must learn to see through the manifestations of duality and separation that have and still are presenting themselves so realistically. The third dimension can be likened to the lower rung of a very high ladder.

This does not mean approval or simply looking the other way. In order to be effective, words or actions must be expressed in a way that the person’s level of awareness allows them to understand. At the same time a Light worker never loses sight of the fact that the individual needing reprimand or guidance is at their core, a Divine Being. This allows the energy of the necessary words or actions to flow on a stream of higher dimensional energy.

Stand back and allow the debris to settle, dear ones. Don’t judge the state of things by staring at cloudy water swirling with hundreds of different substances because it is being shaken. Allow everything to be what it is, not judging by appearances. Hold to the knowledge that floating debris never becomes the water and will at some point settle to the bottom.
​
Be patient with yourselves and others while continuing to hold your highest awareness of truth in spite any outer circumstances you may find yourself in. . Know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and the energy is quickly moving toward it. You will soon begin to see positive changes.
​
You came to shine Light on the world’s collective shadows and thus assist in dissolving them. Shadows are simply places without light and as such are never real because they have no substance regardless of how menacing they may appear.

Shadow energies are beginning to manifest everywhere because high dimensional light is exposing them. Rather than being shocked or going into fear in the presence of shadow energy, look at it and laugh for appearances that arise from the nothingness of false beliefs are illusion, having nothing to support, maintain, or sustain them other than belief in them.
​
We do not say this to diminish the struggles that many are experiencing at this time, but rather to help you to see and detach from continuing to feed them with the energy of belief in them as being reality. This is why you are seeing so much chaos at this time. The shadows are being exposed in order to be recognized and dissolved through mankind’s awakening into a higher state of awareness.
​
You have attained a consciousness of truth and are able to view the world with awakened and evolved eyesight which is why you are on earth at this particular time. You may think you are doing nothing if you judge by traditional concepts about what light work is, but light work is not and never has been limited to healers, channelers, shamans, and metaphysical teachers.

Light work is the automatic flow of higher dimensional energy in every ordinary aspect of life from those who have attained a high resonating state of consciousness.

Everyone who has attained this high level of spiritual awareness is a Light worker. You are here to silently and secretly be the Light as you live what may appear to others to be an ordinary existence. Your evolved consciousness automatically assists others to awaken to their own light which will eventually lift the balance of truth versus false in the collective.
​
Divine Consciousness is omnipresent and therefore every bit of Light you attain and carry in your consciousness has the power to effect anyone able to align with it. Someone ready and receptive to truth may shift to a new level of awareness simply by being in the presence of a truth filled consciousness. The receptive person may be far away across the world but because there is only ONE, they can be lifted by your awareness.

ONE is the key word–one Divine Consciousness. The truth you hold in your consciousness allows it to be available to anyone able to align with it. This is how Jesus healed, those seeking help aligned with and became one with his consciousness that held no belief in disease as a reality.
​
This is the vital work you are doing as Light workers and it is more powerful than protesting, proselytizing, or seeking three dimensional solutions. However, not all are spiritually qualified to work at this level and wise world leaders are needed at this time in all levels of life. Some of you may be guided to work in the “trenches” and if you are, don’t resist, for all work is spiritual work when done from a place of love.

Dear readers, we greet you with love in these changing times. As best you can, avoid allowing the fear and doubt of the collective so prominent at this time to overwhelm you. Because most are unaware of what is taking place behind the scenes, it is very easy to judge by appearances and slip into fear.  

Fear, confusion, and doubt plague even the most evolved at this time for you are seeing nothing that resembles what you expected to see. Understand that energy shifts and changes in every moment. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan as new and powerful energies of Light continue flooding earth

Events predicted by highly respected channels can and often do turn out to be completely different or predicted events never happen at all. This is not because the channel was incorrect, but because the energy in place at the time of the channeling has changed. 

It is important to cease looking outside of yourselves for what is needed, be it information or anything else. See outside information including channeled messages as being guides rather than an unchangeable realities. You must begin to accept and trust that the only unchangeable reality that exists is within you.  

If you read something that does not resonate with you, trust that regardless of how many letters the author may have behind his name or how many others believe it. Something that may be true for one person will not resonate at all with another. This is because there is or isn’t energetic alignment.  

Stand silently, secretly, and confidently in truth. Be open to guidance and information where appropriate, but never allow some person, religion, government, tradition, or anything else to dictate what you must believe.

Times are quickly changing and many issues that were acceptable even last year, are being recognized as no longer right and appropriate. Trust that you are right where you are supposed to be at this time even if things are not what you expected (concepts).  

As dense creations formed of duality/separation energy surface, they encourage those in alignment with these energy forms to act out in a similar way. However, this is an important part of the unfolding ascension process because nothing can change until that which needs changing is seen and then rejected by the majority. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan.

When someone living fully in the three dimensional belief system believes that he/she is separate from what they need for fulfillment on any level, they will automatically seek it through whatever means they can. Even those who violently act out in some way believe that they are achieving some form of good according to their attained level of consciousness.  

Every person seeks peace and happiness. Most continue to seek where they believe it exists, in outer effects. In reality, the seeking for fulfillment on all levels is the yearning of the soul to be recognized and once again unite in Oneness.  

Every person will at some point awaken to their ONEness but the evolutionary journey requires many learning experiences which in a dimension of time and space (earth) means many lifetimes. Most of you who read and align with these messages have done the work and are very close to that point.

Fear is the bottom line of all destructive behavior and is the outer effect of the belief in separation which then manifests as a sense of being alone, helpless, and subject to an infinite number of outside powers. Fear looks to a far off God, or something outside of self for salvation. The belief in two powers, of a power outside of Self, is what created and continues to sustain the three dimensional belief system. 

The world is presently wading through a swamp of mud in order to get through and out where mud no longer exists. You may occasionally find yourself stuck in the mud along with those who actually like and identify with mud but your work as an evolved being is not to fear the mud or give it power, but rather know that you are not, never could become, and never have been mud. 

Because fear springs from the belief in separation and because separation is an anchor in the third dimensional belief system, you will always be tempted to fear when living on earth. Recognize and then neutralize fear simply by not feeding it with your energy because it is not yours unless you claim it as yours. Fear will lose power over the majority as increasingly more awaken to the truth of ONEness because fear has no law to support it and can only exist if energetically fed. 

A realization of oneness begins at the person’s level of awareness. In the beginning it may express as the desire to help someone less fortunate within one’s immediate circle–family, friends, or church group. Over time the person begins to be aware of and take an interest in the needs of individuals and groups outside of his immediate circle (strangers and animals) and eventually expands to include “enemies”.  

Finally, perhaps over lifetimes, as a person’s state of consciousness evolves, he/she begins to realize that One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousnesses is and always has been expressing ITself as every living thing simply because IT is all that exists. This awareness of ONE is what constitutes unconditional love. 

Illnesses, violence, and the circumstances so many find themselves in at this time are serving to bring about a sense of oneness previously not seen on earth. These events are necessary for the awakening of those who would rather stay glued to their comfortable concepts. However, many are or soon will get booted from their complacency, and it will be frightening for them, but necessary for spiritual growth and evolution–the real purpose of three dimensional experiences.  

No one incarnates simply to live the high life after somehow attaining the world’s concepts of success. Everyone comes to earth to experience and learn, but the density of three dimensional energy causes them to forget this once they are no longer in alignment with the higher frequencies they came from. This is why young children often remember past lives and where they are from until the denser energies of earth become dominant.  

With the help of Guides, every individual creates a plan for themselves before incarnating, a plan that includes having experiences that they feel are necessary for further spiritual growth. Some plans and many of today’s plans are to assist with earth’s awakening. Know that a soul plan never includes lessons that the person is not yet spiritually prepared for. A soul contract can be added to or changed at any time.

Some may choose to experience a “perfect” human life in order to learn that material success does not fill the empty spot within them that is always seeking for “something”. Many choose lessons that can only be learned through experiences of poverty, war, disease, or struggle but most of you have completed these dense types of experiences because you are no longer creating them.

A person can leave the physical whenever they choose. Many leaving at this time through disease wanted to leave and come back into new and higher energies and the current disease situation provided an easy way to do it. This information may upset some of you especially if you have lost a loved one, but know that death is always the soul’s choice, not a three dimensional choice, but one made on a deeper level.

There is no such thing as death. That which is termed death simply means leaving earth in order to return to one’s real home where the soul can have a well deserved rest, re-evaluate lessons learned, reunite with friends and family, and work with guides regarding further lessons and plans.  

  Trust.  

Trust your Higher Self to know what you need and when you need it. Trust your intuition in the realization that it is the voice of your soul expressing ITself. Trust that you are here at this time for reasons other than just to experience three dimensional rewards, success, fun, or material comfort. Trust that a Divine Plan cannot fail.  

These are powerful times indeed that you are experiencing. Embrace them for they are the reason you chose to be here lighting the path for others.

Dear readers, once again we bring to you a message in these times of confusion and chaos. Know that you are witnessing a Divine plan unfold, and remember that this is why you chose to be on earth at this time. Today’s chaos is serving to expose underlying beliefs and energies that have remained hidden but active for centuries.
​
Dense pockets of energy are surfacing for all to see and examine. Increasingly more individuals are beginning to question and ask themselves; “Is this how I choose to live? Is this how I wish the world to be? Is there a better, higher way of doing things, one that serves all and not just a select few?”
​
All is proceeding according to plan, the unstoppable plan of spiritual evolution. Many uncomfortable revelations will occur during this coming year so be spiritually prepared. You are watching the tip of an ancient iceberg begin to melt but is what you have been preparing for. Observe and be informed but do not with align what you observe.

​Imagine yourself sitting in a movie theater watching an engrossing story unfold on the screen. The story has a lot of twists and turns and many players are involved. It holds your attention and you realize that both the “bad” and the “good” characters are necessary to the wholeness of the main story. You watch without judgement fully aware that you are sitting in a theater watching a captivating story. You experience emotions as the story unfolds, but never to the extent of forgetting that you are not the movie.

What you are witnessing now the unfolding story of earth’s history in order that the new story can begin.
​
We see many suffering confusion, doubt, and anger. Simply allow emotions to express without resistance or guilt. Emotions indicate what you consciously or unconsciously still believe about yourself or others and frequently arise from pockets of old shadow energy active in cellular memory.

Emotions are valuable tools that can help you understand your beliefs and as you learn to love and accept yourself, warts and all, you become a person of compassion, insight, and forgiveness able to help others do the same.

​
This is why you are here. Every new insight adds Light to the world’s consciousness. Without the higher frequencies of Light that so many evolved souls brought with them and others continue bringing to earth, the evolution of mankind would take much longer. Present times represent a graduation dear ones, but are not the finale. There is much to come.

Because the reality of every person is Divine Consciousness which is always expressing ITself, no one can remain frozen in time forever. Just because some concept, belief, idea, worked well at a certain level of awareness, does not mean it will work forever in the same way.
​
The moment even one person shifts out of alignment with some old falsehood and into truth it will affect and change the entire collective because there is only ONE. This is the work that spiritual masters throughout all time have done. Their teachings “seeded” the collective with truth even when very few at the time were listening, thus making truth available for all to access.
​
Unconditional love during these difficult times means remembering that the essence of every person is Divine Consciousness regardless of their words and actions. It does not mean approval or sticking your head in the sand. It means that you acknowledge the spiritual reality that underlies all appearances. Love is the conscious realization of Oneness–ONE infinite God expressing Itself in, as, and through infinite form and variety.

Duality and separation energy expresses in all facets of living as the pairs of opposites. This can easily be observed in organized religions, cultures, countries, science, laws, traditions, and policing as well as in politics. Some always believe that they are right and everyone else is wrong. A person can live for many years with everything going perfectly, but if they are living from a three dimensional state of consciousness, everything can and probably will change at some point when least expected.
​
As increasingly more Light flows to earth, many commonly accepted beliefs based in duality and separation are for the first time being seen with new eyes. As more and more individuals awaken into a sense of oneness, many long standing, rigid, unfair, judgemental, and often cruel rules of “correctness” will begin to be rejected.
​
Do not fear these present times dear ones, but rather rejoice in the realization that that which you have prayed, hoped, and longed for is finally happening even though it may not match many three dimensional concepts about earth’s ascension. Because you know what is going on, you can be an observer. Send to and hold Light for the USA throughout this coming week for the energy is going to become increasingly intense.

High resonating frequencies always dissolve the lower. The false carries no Light because it is simply an illusory mind form, a concept accepted into one’s consciousness having no law to support or maintain it other than the person’s belief in it. However, since consciousness is the substance of form, any old belief can and will manifest itself in the outer scene.
​
The dark is not reality but is simply the absence of Light. Those heavily invested in the “dark” make it into something through their belief in it, but you who have awakened to truth need not fear these things for it is only the belief in them that gives them their “life”.

​
​Spring will come, but severe winter storms must first be experienced. Chaos will continue to rule for a while because this transition cannot occur without first uprooting the energy of centuries or rather eons of time during which mankind was programmed to believe in and be controlled by individuals and beliefs based wholly in duality and separation. Those times of darkness actually assisted earth’s evolution by pushing mankind to seek something more and better.

Many intellectually know, but most have not yet fully realized that they are a living expression of Source/Divine Consciousness/God which is true even for those with no awareness or interest in knowing it.

​
You are not a body that has consciousness but are consciousness with a body. Every person’s state of consciousness expresses through their actions and experiences. It is imperative that every evolving soul at some point begin to accept that in reality they are Divine Consciousness embodying all the qualities of Source rather than continuing to believe that they are simply a vulnerable physical being.

​
Ask yourselves often; “What am I holding as truth in my consciousness?” because this is what you will create. “Am I continuing to wait for something outside of myself, the “event”, ET ships landing, a particular message, to make me into what I already am?”

​
As Divine consciousness everyone is a creator but because most do not know this they continue to believe that they must protect themselves at all costs from every false concept and belief floating about in the three dimensional collective. There is no unexpressed consciousness
Every time a “war” on something is launched, it simply establishes the issue more firmly into the collective.
​
The issues of chaos taking place at this time are exposing the contents of a universal consciousness that has for eons consisted almost completely of error . The erroneous concepts and beliefs that formed this three dimensional collective mind must first be recognized as being false by the majority which in turn gives birth to a new more evolved collective that will
​consist of ideas, solutions, and creations based in love/oneness accessible to all.
​
Evolution is simply the journey involved in awakening personal and collective consciousness to remember the reality of their true being. Attaining the consciousness ONEness (not the intellectual knowledge of it) allows the qualities embodied within Divine Consciousness to flow and express through you in practical ways personal to your needs.
​
Hold your Light, stand in truth, and simply watch the movie. All is proceeding according to plan. Do not doubt.
​
Many of you are discovering that without effort you are suddenly understanding some deep truth that previously confused you. This is because you have shifted into alignment with that particular truth whereas before you were not. This indicates that even though you may think nothing is happening for you, it is. Release all remaining concepts about what spirituality should look or feel like. Once you intend to spiritually grow, the train leaves the station.
​
Do not attempt to restore those things that you have spiritually outgrown be it a relationship, spiritual practice, or something material like a favorite food or entertainment. The dissolving of something familiar may cause you to feel sadness, but know that everything real will manifest again in new and higher form which may or may not reflect your concept of how it should look.
​
Most of you are beginning to honestly examine facets of yourselves that that you previously avoided and stuffed deep down inside through shame, guilt, pride, regret, pain etc. You are learning to love all parts of your self and by doing so, love others without judgement and criticism.
​
As the Light becomes increasingly dominant, it will shine into the shadows which are nothing more than pockets of old energy that became “something” simply by being accepted as reality in personal and global consciousness.

Without fear, allow the Light of your own Divine Self-hood to shine into your hidden places and reveal to you their nothingness because you will find nothing there.

Dear ones, we come in love and with respect for you who have lovingly chosen to play a part in earth’s ascension process. You volunteered because you understood that an increase of light would be necessary to lift and open collective consciousness to where it could begin to manifest as a new, more evolved earth.

You were aware before choosing to incarnate that there would be times of difficulty, confusion, and chaos but you volunteered in spite of this, knowing that not only would it be a perfect opportunity for you to complete or clear anything still unresolved, but that your awareness and understanding would be needed by those ready to awaken but who did not yet understand what was taking place.

A new year is beginning and it will bring with it an intensity of events that may trouble you and will definitely trouble those who remain unaware of earth’s spiritual transition. Stay centered dear ones, holding your Light in spite of what you may see and hear for by doing this you add Light rather than fear to collective consciousness. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan and never doubt that there is plan.

Because humans are accustomed to doing things in a certain way they yearn to return to the comfort of what is familiar but nothing can return to exactly as it was because the world’s consciousness is changing and evolving as increasingly more people awaken. Ideas and solutions that previously worked perfectly will dissolve in order for new and higher forms of them to manifest. This process often occurs on a basic material level as well. Old appliances, car, furnace etc. may suddenly break down and need replacing rather than repair.

Consciousness is the substance of form, and since Consciousness is Omnipresent, there is no unexpressed consciousness. Therefore as collective consciousness evolves, new, different, and higher ideas about everything become available and accessible to everyone. New ideas will begin to take form through the words and actions of those receptive to the new, but there is and will continue to be resistance from those who do not want change because they fear it. Fear manifests as resistance.

God is the only power, but is not power over anything which is the three dimensional concept of power. God simply is all that exists and therefore is the only power. Each lifetime lived in the energies of the three dimensional earth involved experiences of “power over” through persons, places, things, and conditions etc. Many of these experiences were traumatic and remnants of their energy often remains in cellular memory.

Certain situations, people, or circumstances can trigger these dormant but still present cellular memories causing the individual to react with fear, confusion, and inappropriate actions out of character for him/her. If you begin to experience one or more issues that have never been a part of your life before, it probably means that you have reached a point of readiness to rid yourself of some old energy.

You may feel that somehow you have failed and are going backwards if up to now your life has been calm and peaceful but suddenly find yourself experiencing troubling situations and problems that have never been a part of your life before. The reality is that you have evolved and have reached a place of spiritual readiness to move beyond old and often unrecognized beliefs now presenting themselves as… and replace them with truth.

As a person spiritually evolves, his/her energy becomes lighter and of a higher frequency. Higher frequencies stir up and dissolve those of a lower frequency because belief is all that keeps lower resonating forms in place.

For the spiritually evolved every problem is a flag directing them inward to their belief system. Without resistance, ask yourself, “What is this showing me? What am I believing that is making me feel this way? In the light of what I know, is it truth? What is the truth?” Then take whatever human footsteps you are guided to take.

Personal and global challenges on all levels– physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, are arising in order to be seen, examined, and then consciously stripped of the power they have been endowed with. Your work is to realize that these things never had or can have any real power because God is the only power–and you are that. If someone sends negative energy to a person with a consciousness of oneness with Source, that energy will bounce off of the person and back to the sender because there will be nothing for it to attach to/align with.

No one can clear the accumulated energy of hundreds of lifetimes quickly so it is a gradual process that takes place in accord with the individual’s readiness as determined by their Higher Self. However, clearing is not meant to go on indefinitely and many of you are now at a point of readiness to integrate the higher realization of SELF as ONE. This is the most important realization and the key to everything on all levels. It is the hidden reality, the holy grail that mankind has and continues to seek in outer things where it does not exist.

You are graduating and as with all graduations, it means leaving behind the things that served to bring you into readiness for graduation. Continue doing the practical things of daily living because spirituality must be a living thing, not meant to be hidden away in convents and monasteries although they had their place at one time. Trust your intuition to guide you as you go about your day but while you are doing it keep a part of your awareness centered in oneness with Source.

You are the Light, you are the Strength, and you are the Energy that is serving to draw others toward deeper awareness of the truth about themselves. Try not to resist challenges that may arise or attempt to meet them with outgrown tools. When negative thoughts and old programming appear simply recognize them for what they are–impersonal and powerless unless I myself accept them as personally mine thus empowering them.

There is no such thing as sin, although most even the evolved continue to carry energies associated with this belief because of having lived many lifetimes where sin was universally accepted and empowered. The concept of sin is simply another illusion based in separation. No one is or ever has been born impure and in need of being saved through ceremony, words, or actions because everyone is in and of the One and only Life that is living, moving, and expressing ITself in infinite form and variety. Nothing else exists.

Earth is a school for learning, experiencing, and growing until a readiness for the higher dimensional levels of energy is attained. Many of you did not need further lessons from earth school, but with love chose to incarnate anyway in order to assist others to awaken, add your light to earth’s ascension process, and personally complete anything still in need of completion. Everyone, even those who seem the least evolved are on earth to learn and grow from experiences that may seem very harsh at times.

Karma is not a punishment, nor is it “pay back” as many believe but rather is simply the process of balancing and resolving still active energy created from experiences between one or more persons at some point of time. Trust that all is as it needs to be for the spiritual evolution of every person. Earth lessons can be hard and painful until a person reaches the point of “enough is enough” and chooses new and higher ways of learning.

Some seem to have many more difficulties than others, but keep in mind that there is always a bigger story unfolding than that which meets the human eye. Problems are often chosen experiences that will force a person to look deeper into their belief system and spiritually grow from the experience. Sometimes a problem is karmic in nature and sometimes it is simply a matter of their being fully immersed in and creating from a three dimensional state of consciousness. As Divine Beings, everyone is creating from the substance of their consciousness.

Mind draws from and manifests the contents of personal and global consciousness .

If unconditioned by the belief in two powers, duality, and separation, Divine consciousness would automatically express ITself as ITself–perfection, intelligence, wisdom, harmony, peace, abundance, wholeness, and completeness etc.. However, the presence of false conditioning in individual consciousness acts to limit the ever present Divine conspicuousness from expressing in its fullness.

Spiritual evolution is like looking at the world though a colorful window made from hundreds of different pieces of painted glass. Some pieces are beautiful in shape and color while others appear muddy and coarse. As an individual spiritually evolves, the Light of his consciousness gradually begins to clear one or more sections of his personal window allowing him for the first time to see familiar things in a new way, more as they really are. Individuals really do not need to work so hard to clear the glass of their awareness because it automatically begins to clear as truth replaces the false in their consciousness.

Living life from an evolved state of consciousness is very practical and not “airy/fairy” as some believe it to be. Living from truth allows a person access to the infinity of all ideas and things that exist behind the color and cloudiness he himself ignorantly painted onto his awareness window. Evolution is simply the process of clearing the window of one’s consciousness to where at some point a window no longer exists.

Divine Consciousness has never changed nor can it or will it ever change because it simply IS, always has been, and always will be. This is what you are whether is seems that way or not.

Think, ponder, and meditate on this, dear ones. Bring your new and higher awareness with you into a new year that is going to require commitment and strength.

Live, move, and have your being in who and what you are–in the still, secret, silence of I AM.

Welcome dear readers. We hope our message will bring better understandings and peace to you all during these times of confusion and chaos. Like everything else, holiday celebrations will be different this year when many traditions and religious gatherings are limited or banned.

Do not allow yourselves to be defined by your traditions in the belief that without them there can be no joy or proper celebration. Try to understand that present “down times’ are actually serving a good purpose because they are drawing many into a deeper awareness of how some of their current life choices hold them in place and block them from moving in new directions.

Traditions are created by beliefs and customs handed down from generation to generation through words and practice until they become necessary to those involved rather than being a choice. Traditions often dictate that certain occasions or gatherings must follow an established protocol that usually has rules regarding the correct time, words, or actions to be taken.

Tradition remains alive and well in organized religions, ethnic and cultural groups, families, and countries and is often endowed with power by and over the participants. Traditions can be fun filled and uplifting unless or until they become something that can not be breached, changed, or eliminated without real or imagined consequences. At that point they become idol worship.

It can be emotionally painful when activities you enjoy are no longer available but keep in mind that something much bigger than what you have grown accustomed to is taking place at this time. Allow the process to unfold. Ask yourselves, “Is it really important that this thing, event, tradition, practice, etc take place exactly as it has always has, or are present conditions teaching me to examine my belief system and think in new ways?”

Present down times offer opportunities for personal reflection, inner growth, and an honest examination of one’s choices and beliefs. Many are beginning to understand that there are other and even better ways of living than what they have long held as being right or unchangeable.

Many are beginning to integrate and express personal empowerment through making choices to do, change, not do, or eliminate some aspect of their lives that feels finished regardless of family pressure, education, earlier goals etc.

Most seasonal traditions will return with a great deal of “hoopla” from those who believe them to be sacred and necessary and also by businesses who sell the accompanying products. Those who have taken advantage of present down times to examine their belief system and allow the “old and finished” to release, will discover when celebrations are once again allowed that they no longer resonate in the same way because consciousness has changed.

Traditions often become security blankets for those who hold them as being necessary and unchangeable. In order to evolve into a higher state of awareness, everyone must withdraw the power they have endowed on some person, place, or thing because it represents an activity of separation.

We do not refer to the respect, honor, and gratitude naturally due to certain individuals, but we speak of worship and emulation that far exceeds normal appreciation. God (your true SELF) does not need a security blanket be it a tradition, belief, or concept.

We have spoken about the true meaning of Christmas many times, but we will speak of it once again because Christmas is on the minds of so many at this time. In its truest sense, the birth of Jesus represents the birth of Christ consciousness that takes place at a point of readiness in every person’s evolutionary journey.

Every soul eventually comes to an inner place devoid of everything previously dependable and depended upon. This is the “dark night of the soul” and can last for some time. (1) The Christ can never be born into a consciousness that is already filled with three-dimensional beliefs and this phase of the journey is represented by “no room at the inn.”

When everything familiar fails and the person is forced to look deeper, he begins his inner journey (the solitary journey Mary and Joseph took to Bethlehem). This is usually an uncomfortable and lonely time depending upon ones resistance to change.

He/she (perhaps over lifetimes) eventually finds refuge in a “humble stable” (his consciousness now devoid of beliefs in two powers and separation from Source) where surrounded by simplicity and peace he is now prepared to give birth to Christ consciousness. Those with eyes to see (the wise men) recognize, are drawn to, and give gifts of gratitude to the Christ (enlightened consciousness).

Birthing the Christ consciousness of your own being has been termed ascension or realization. The Christ is already and has always been fully present within every person, but cannot manifest outwardly until it is recognized, accepted, and becomes ones attained state of consciousness.

Christ is not a man, it is an attained title meaning illumined or light and is available to every individual because it is every persons true SELFhood. This is the point at which the followers of many world religions block themselves from spiritually evolving into a consciousness of higher truth. To believe that Christhood belongs only to a certain person is idolatry, the pagan worship of a god. When we believe someone or something to be more spiritual, deserving, or blessed, than ourselves or everyone else, we are in full acceptance of the belief in separation.

Jesus/Jeshua attained Christ consciousness but so can you. He tried to tell this to the people of his time, but they were unable to understand and simply continued and still continue to worship him as being the only son of God– better, holier, and separate from everyone else. Mankind has evolved and today is better able to understand the message of the first Christmas on this deeper level.

As with the original story, the new born Christ of every person needs to be held secretly and sacredly within until it grows stronger. It needs to be protected from the well meaning Herods that often exist in families, friends, co-workers, churches, etc. who will try and take if from you for your own good of course.

Know that as you evolve more deeply into the realization of your true self as Devine Consciousness, the high resonating energy of your consciousness expands further into your energy field where it then automatically dissipates many areas of shadow (pockets of old denser energy). This is why it is so important at this time to align with your true identity as a God being rather than continuing to put effort into fixing, clearing, and removing three dimensional appearances. Not everyone is spiritual ready for this step, but you reading these messages are or they would make no sense to you.

As you grow into ever deepening awareness, the Light of your own consciousness begins to automatically dissolve many of the issues still troubling you because the higher frequencies always dissolve those of a lower resonance. The clearing of old energy is usually a process that begins with the awareness that three dimensional issues reflect and are formed of three dimensional beliefs in them. This is followed by a willingness to surrender these beliefs and replace them with truth which then unlocks the door to new and higher solutions and resolutions.

Some things need to be addressed on a conscious level but many do not, often simply dropping away without you even noticing until at some later point you realize that they are no longer and issue. Life becomes much easier when the struggle to fix, heal, correct, or change the things you don’t like about yourself ceases. Allow the Light of your divinity to shine into every aspect of your life.

From a young age, everyone is told by parents, teachers, experts, government, and religious leaders how to live according to the belief system of those doing the teaching. Everyone is taught that they must “do this, do that, never think this way, change their thoughts, let go of certain ambitions, etc etc.” if they want to be happy or accepted. Do not allow old personal programming to continue making choices for you. It is a time for spiritual empowerment, to stand in truth and leave behind teachings that may have served you once, but which you have long outgrown.

You are ready for this deeper step dear ones, ready to embrace your divine nature and release that human sense of self with problems that must must be fixed. We are not saying that human footsteps are not to be taken or that you must never avail yourself of assistance from those who can help you in some way. When you feel the need for assistance of any sort, always ask within and let yourself be intuitively guided to those who work from a higher level of consciousness rather than those who may be popular or touted as being the best.

Trust your intuition in every area of your life from choosing the right dentist to finding a plumber because life becomes much easier and intuition stronger when you allow it to be your guide. You are ready to move beyond seeking only three dimensional solutions to problems–personally and globally. Continuing to depend on what is familiar or generally accepted will simply hold you in alignment with that particular energy.

Never attempt to live absolute truth before attaining the consciousness of it for you will be disappointed and question what you have learned believing that it really wasn’t true and doesn’t work. Your first step is to recognize that outer appearances as illusion, three dimensional mind interpretations of reality having no law to support or maintain them. The next step is to embrace what really is true through acknowledging ONE omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient God as the only cause and therefore the only effect.

These steps gradually create for you a holy place (state of consciousness) in which your Christ can and will eventually be born.

We see your suffering dear ones, and we witness the struggle of so many to remain objective in the midst of a world that seems to have gone mad with people acting out in ways never seen or experienced before. Trust dear ones, trust that there is indeed a Divine Plan unfolding that cannot be stopped by those who do not want the world to awaken.

All is proceeding according to plan but to three dimensional thinking there is no plan. Most are as of yet unable to see or understand that there is a Divine plan underlying outer appearances. Human minds steeped in beliefs of duality and separation are unable to grasp anything outside of the limiting belief system they live in and so act in the only ways they know.

You do know what is going on and this why your job is to hold the Light as an observer, doing what needs to be done but in ways that reflect spiritual awareness. It is time to actually embrace being “In the world, but not of it” and because the third dimension functions in time and space, the Divine plan must unfold as a process.

Do not accept everything you read and hear though news media sources for they are often misinformed themselves, passing on information that has been skewed with falsehoods. Always let your intuition guide you in these matters, even with regard to “spiritual messages” for some of these are not on the highest level as well because a channel flows through the consciousness of the channeler.

Anything that promotes fear and negativity is not reflective of the Light. However, be alert to whether you are reacting to something from your present human mind level, or are being intuitively guided. It is easy to be fooled when something you simply do not wish to hear about or deal with in yourself is presented in a channel.

Stay informed, while not aligning with the energy of that which you are being informed about unless you are guided to become involved. Some are guided to be a part of the chaos, but they are those who have attained a consciousness that allows them to work from a detached level and bring Light into situations. Never doubt that there are many Light workers in the trenches at this time but this work is not for most. Trust your intuition on this.

Our message today is about Trust. Not ordinary trust based in ideas, concepts, and beliefs reflective of the third dimensional belief system but a higher trust, one that springs from the realization that omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient Divinity is the reality of who you are. This trust understands that the qualities of Source are already fully present within, available to express and be experienced as truth becomes an attained state of consciousness.

As the reality of Oneness is understood, accepted, and becomes the consciousness of increasingly more individuals, many three dimensional creations will dissolve simply because the energy that formed them in the first place is no longer present to sustain and maintain them. This is beginning to happen now. Many obsolete belief structures are beginning to crumble and much more is to come which is very frightening for those who have placed hope and trust, safety and security in concepts.

Allow everything that feels finished in your life to drop away regardless of how well it once worked for you in spite of the opposition you may get from those around you. Try not to mourn the loss of certain comfortable ways of living if they have begun to feel “old”, but rather rejoice in the knowledge that a spiritual idea underlies every outer manifestation because you cannot make something out of nothing.

When the energy that formed and has sustained many facets of three dimensional living like health, education, government,religion, relationships, etc. begins to dissolve, always know that only the lower resonating form/concept of the Divine idea dissolves, never the reality. Divine Ideas, permanently held in place by Divine Law will always re-manifest in a new and higher resonating form if allowed.

Evolution is and always has been an ongoing process but these times represent a particularly giant step of evolution. Everything, on all levels automatically changes as the substance of it (consciousness) changes. Recycling is simply a higher form of waste disposal, cars have replaced horses, the printing press replaced hand written books, respect for nature is growing, and people are becoming increasingly aware of how unloving and unfair much that was previously considered acceptable, is.

God being the only cause, can therefore be the only effect. Ask yourself; “Do I really believe in One omnipresent God, or do I continue to have many gods in my consciousness?” The third dimensional belief system has promoted gods of money, power, religious beliefs, fashion, physical appearance, employment, relationships, family, traditions, and much more. Anything a person deems to be necessary for happiness and success represents belief in a false god. Utilize these present “down times” to seriously reflect on this.

A person cannot continue to worship one or more three dimensional gods while at the same time believing that they accept the truth of ONE God. Ancient belief systems of many Gods were about invisible beings and creatures that had power over everyone and needed to be appeased, often in some violent way. Now replace images of these ancient gods with whatever you have allowed to become a personal god.

Take time to go within and honestly ask; “What am I worshipping in the outer scene? What have I made into a god? What do I continually dedicate my thought and action to attaining in the belief that I must have it in order to be happy?” Examine your beliefs honestly, sincerely, and without judgement dear ones, for this is the purpose of the present down times. Go within and discover what you may still hold as being true, real, necessary, unchangeable, and important etc . and then decide if you wish to continue making it a part of your consciousness.

Never allow self judgement to interfere with your journey of self examination for it is a sacred process, a necessary part of evolution. You were taught throughout lifetimes to put your dependence and value in outer things and you sincerely believed in the correctness of these teachings. However, those of you who read and understand these messages, have attained a level of awareness that now makes these three dimensional teachings obsolete.

Many three dimensional ideas have served well and continue to serve some, but because you have shifted into a deeper awareness these same things will no longer function for you as they once did. For awhile the mind will continue to express what it is familiar with–judgement and criticism, fear and negativity, longing and desires. Simply allow the old programming to flow through , aware of what is happening, and giving it no power. There is a bible statement that says; “Let the heathen rage”.

If I am truly one with Source, Divine consciousness in expression, then I am self-sustained , complete, and whole. So why do I continue to seek that which I already am outside of myself? You have been on this journey of enlightenment for a very very long time dear ones, and have reached a fork in the road. “Do I stay on a path that has worked pretty well for many lifetimes and brought me some success and happiness, or do I take a chance on this unfamiliar path that seems to be drawing me toward it?”

It is a frightening time for the world, a time in which much that has worked in the past, is no longer working and everything seems to be getting worse. The dense energy creations now surfacing and shocking many have always been present, well sustained and maintained but out of majority awareness and those that did became aware were often silenced.

You have not failed, for you cannot fail. Let go of all remaining concepts about spirituality and what you must do or not do in order to be “spiritual”. These teachings were valid steps along your evolutionary but are now simply part of that which you are ready to let go of. You have moved on and no longer need former tools once so important to your awakening process.

Use these present times to discover and release concepts you may still hold about what constitutes failure or success on the physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual level. Acknowledge your talents, your reality, your gifts, the truth of your being, and accept what you discover, dear ones. Denying one’s talents and Divine Light never represents humility as many have been taught, but rather is its opposite, a rejection of one’s true nature as ONE.

Let go, let go, let go and allow the Divine Consciousness that you are to live and express ITself through and as you. These times are the reason you came and why you have devoted so much of your life to spiritual study, growth, and awareness. The world needs your Light NOW and you are fully capable of doing this work.

Greetings dear ones. Once again we join you old souls to explore the issues involved in living on earth during a time that has become confusing and troubling even for those who are aware. You already know that it is a time of great change, but many of you unconsciously continue to hope and wait for everything to return to “normal” or the way things were.

This cannot happen because consciousness being the substance of form, is changing and evolving both personally and globally. The energy that formed the creations of the world you are familiar with is not the same and will no longer energetically support much that you have come to accept as normal. Many aspects of three dimensional living are dissolving in order to reappear in higher and better forms, that reflect a higher state of consciousness. It is simply cause and effect.

Compare the present to a seed in the ground that is forcing its way up through the darkness of heavy, dense dirt before it can emerge into the light as a strong healthy plant ready to grow into its full potential. The seeds of a new and higher dimensional world are present, alive and well, but must work their way through the dense and heavy dirt of duality and separation.

Cells store and continue to hold energy from intense experiences of past and present lifetimes. Some of these experiences were good, some bad, and a few horrendous and terrifying. This old energy remains alive and well, affecting a person’s life choices until cleared through conscious intention or spiritual evolutionary growth.

High resonating frequencies of Light dissolve and replace those of a lower resonance because there is no Divine law to sustain, maintain, or hold them in place. The higher frequencies of Light now pouring to earth along with your intention and choice to spiritually evolve and clear old energy is exposing a tremendous amount of low resonating energy globally as well as personally.

Increasingly more people are beginning to experience a sense who and what they are and that they themselves and not others are the creators of their lives. This move into empowerment is effecting everyone differently because every person interprets life according to their state of their consciousness. This is why there is a lot of negative chaos is taking place while at the same time, there are individuals acting from their newly awakened sense of empowerment with positive, uplifting, and more evolved activities based in love.

Because you have evolved to being consciously aware that God/Divine Consciousness is the reality of you and everyone else, your job during these times is to stand back and in the light of your awareness and allow the outer process to unfold without trying to direct it. All is progressing as it needs to which may not be how you or the majority think it should or want it to based on limited three dimensional concepts.

Try not to be overly concerned with outer appearances, but rather use them to focus more fully on the truth underlying them while examining your belief system with regard to particular appearances that may be effecting you .

Information is beginning to surface that is shocking to you. You knew that many would be shocked when
long embedded dark activities began to surface, but you didn’t expect that you yourself would be shocked. This well runs very deep. Be aware, but do not become overly involved with energetically dark and heavy information. More is to come, the swamp is indeed being drained but not in the way many anticipated.

Be in the world, but not of it for you have evolved beyond the need for the lessons of old energy. You have played the games being played at this time over many lifetimes and your work now is to be a Light Holder wherever you are. A Light Holder stays centered in truth, in oneness, and in the consciousness of God as the one and only power fully present within every soul whether or not they choose to accept this.

The core essence of every person is Divine for there is nothing else. How can there be something outside of ONE? To believe that there is, is duality, the false energy that has formed most three dimensional creations. There is not and never has been a faraway God keeping track of who is naughty and who is nice.

Even some very evolved individuals continue unconsciously holding beliefs of a punishing/rewarding God because these beliefs ruled throughout many lifetimes and have become deeply embedded in collective consciousness. Recognize this old energy if or when you find yourself expecting to be punished for some unintended infraction.

If there is only ONE omnipresent God, where would any other life come from? Where would any other mind come from, or any other consciousness? There is only One and that One is forever expressing ITself in infinite form and variety. This is the truth that every person must at some point acknowledge, accept, and live. Do I believe this or not? This is the essence of the spiritual evolutionary journey.

Picture a “body of water”, then picture a “body of land”, now with that same concept in mind imagine a “body of consciousness”. This is the reality of you. You never have been a material body housing a consciousness, but have always been a “body of consciousness”. What you see as the physical body is a material concept (necessary for living in third dimensional energy) of the perfect spiritual “body of consciousness” reflecting the conditioned beliefs and state of consciousness of the individual. Ponder this, take it into your meditation.

Nothing exists but One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness/God. Therefore no one is or ever could be separate from that One or for that matter, each other. Everything is formed of the “same stuff”-Divine Consciousness- but interpreted by human minds according to their attained level of awareness. The realization and consciousness of ONE is the bottom line, the period, and the only key to true happiness and fulfillment.

What am I believing that is manifesting in my life this way? What do I hold in my consciousness as being truth? Experiences are taking place in the lives of many awake individuals that are no longer a part of their belief system and this is leaving them confused and wondering why. You must understand that over hundreds of previous lives everyone has accumulated low resonating energies that are now surfacing.

If some intense unpleasant experience is currently presenting in your life consider it to be a graduation rather than a failure, for it indicates that you have achieved a level of awareness prepared to clear and move beyond the remaining remnants of the energy. Old energies hidden in the corners of every person’s consciousness are being swept out at this time. Issues that previously would of not been noticed are now declaring themselves with a loud voice.

No one is presented with experiences beyond their ability to learn from or are incapable of healing. Every individual’s Higher Self directs and guides their personal evolutionary journey in unity with the person’s pre-birth contract. Pre-birth soul contracts are created before incarnating with the help of a spiritual guidance team and do not simply reflect a person’s current state of consciousness but rather what they are spiritually prepared for and need in order to learn and spiritually grow.

During these intense times of spiritual awakening, everyone is experiencing a full plate of “stuff” to be acknowledged rather than just one or two issues as has been usual in other lifetimes.. This is because you have chosen and are on earth at this time to move into the higher frequencies of earth’s ascension process and low resonating energy cannot be carried into the higher frequencies.

Everything is proceeding according to plan. Try not to resist anything but rather allow unconditional love to be your shield and sword in every situation. If you are drawn to these messages it means you are not a beginner in the evolutionary journey and are no longer experiencing random events representative of the third dimensional belief system. Rather, you are being pushed and guided to a higher level of awareness.

Trust your intuition. Stay centered at all times, meeting every low resonating situation you see, read about, or personally experience from your highest realization of truth. This does not mean you do nothing of a practical nature, but means you do what needs to be done from a place of spiritual realization and knowledge.

This is your segue into that state of consciousness you have unknowingly sought lifetime after lifetime. One in which the personal limited you no longer exists, having been replaced by YOU.

Dear readers, during these times of so much turmoil and confusion our hope is that these messages will bring information and encouragement. Do not become discouraged for present times are the very reason you chose to be on earth at this time.

The shift that so many have hoped and prayed for has begun but does not look like so many expected it to look. This is because they were imagining it with three dimensional concepts of what a perfect new world would look like. All the bad guys would be removed and all the good guys would live happily ever after with no problems. Release any remaining concepts you may still hold regarding the earth’s ascension and allow the process to unfold as it must.

Many old and well established three dimensional creations must first surface in order to be seen and recognized for what they really represent before the majority can be aware of, reject, and stop energetically feeding them. This is a process, but as maps point out; “You are here.”

This will continue for a while and there is more to come. Stand centered in your highest spiritual realization as an observer, but one who is open to helping as needed. Some are being guided to take an active role, while others are to simply hold the Light. Neither is more important than the other but both must be done without ego involvement. Follow your intuition, listen, trust, and know that you are always being guided.

We see many changes coming soon and more to be revealed that is not yet energetically ready for manifestation. Do not be shocked and upset when people and issues begin to be exposed for who and what they represent. You are prepared and have had fair warning but some information will be shocking to those still living in old energy. You may be called upon to reassure and assist those unprepared for information and change.

It can be a time of celebration if you allow it to be and if you are able to let go of concepts about how everything should or shouldn’t look. The journey toward a higher resonating planet earth has begun and no amount of interference from those seeking to uproot the process can stop it.

Much of today’s chaos is the activity of those who do not want the world to awaken into a new level of awareness for that would mean they could no longer manipulate and control. However, they are running out of options for the Light has spiritual law to uphold, maintain, and sustain it, whereas false beliefs and concepts do not.

As one’s personal consciousness becomes more enlightened, they begin to access and resonate with previously unavailable higher dimensional frequencies because they are now in alignment with them. This in turn results in ms-alignment with some other things like certain foods.

Avoid processed, junk, and false foods no matter how delicious and healthy the packaging tells you they are. This also goes for fruits and vegetables poisoned with pesticides, picked long before ready, sometimes even colored, and then displayed beautifully for purchase. Choose foods that more closely align with your energy and trust your intuition as you shop. The sky is not going to fall down if you eat something of a lower resonance, but you will feel better and your energy will be supported when you choose higher resonating foods.

New energy levels will also cause some entertainments, TV shows, books, and activities to no longer resonate with you as they once did. Family and friends who remain in alignment with these things will not understand why you are choosing to no longer fully participate and may interpret your lack of interest as personal rejection frequently bringing about discord and misunderstanding.

It can be a loving gesture to continue participating when something no longer important to you is very important to another but never surrender your integrity or personal power in order to please others or “fit in”. Do not allow pressure from others or a desire to keep the peace cause you to slip back into places you have outgrown or cause you to believe that there is something wrong with you. It is never a question of wrong or right, it is simply a matter of energetic misalignment.

Never surrender your innate power as a Divine Being, but at the same time be alert to avoid resistance on your part that can easily slip into being an ego game that becomes about the three dimensional sense of power. Walking on eggshells in order to please another must cease if a person is ever to experience their own innate power.

There are situations and more coming in your life when you will simply and without regret or guilt, step away. Always stand in your spiritual integrity (power) lovingly but firmly without making mountains out of molehills in the false belief that you must stand your ground regardless. That simply gives power to some person or activity that in and of itself, has no power.

Power is never personal, bestowed only on a select few. God alone is power and that power flows in, as, and through you from Source within–it is your birthright. Ego, or the sense of a selfhood apart from God never has or ever can have real power although many continue to claim it for themselves and appearances may look that way.

Because a physical body is necessary for three dimensional living you are limited in some ways and often under the influence of collective thought. As truth increasingly becomes your attained level of consciousness, many three dimensional concepts will fade away allowing you to actually experience increasingly more qualities of Divine Consciousness that were previously just intellectual knowledge. Once a truth becomes your realized state of consciousness, you are no longer in alignment with commonly accepted but false beliefs about it.

You will begin to notice that you often know or act without conscious thought and it turns out to be the perfect action for the situation. You begin to automatically know what foods your body needs and what activities are right for you. Synchronicity happen and things begin to fall into place easily and without effort. The right people come into your life at the right time. The harmony, completeness, wholeness, and intelligence of your own realized Consciousness, is expressing through you without personal effort. You are allowing rather than trying to make it happen. Be-ing rather than do-ing.

Lecturing, preaching, or punishing the un-awakened never brings about lasting change for every person is only capable of living their attained level of consciousness until they can open to their next level which usually comes about through experiences. Jail or prison, counseling, and intense experiences all have potential to awaken someone if they are receptive, but higher awareness can never be forced on another.

Never fear or resist allowing certain people to fade out of your life if they are choosing to remain in old energy and you find yourself no longer in alignment with them. It is not your job to save anyone, that is the person’s own job for every person has a Higher Self and Guides

Your work is to have your hand out and available at all times should another choose to grab it, but it is never to reach down into someone’s personal gutter and pull them out without their consent or desire. Their situation could very well be a planned part of their evolutionary journey. Always allow intuition to guide you in these situations for a person may actually be seeking help but not seem that way while another may simply want you to further enable them.

Awakening happens when the Higher Self determines that a person is ready and high frequency energy and current events are serving to shift many into readiness. A new wave of energy is coming very soon, one that will expose and change many things. Your awakened consciousness will draw to you those ready to hear what you can tell them about what is happening personally and globally.

Love is the core and essence of all things because it is the energetic connection of the many within ONE. This interconnecting energy exists between all living things but has been falsely interpreted by the three dimensional mind. The result has been a multitude of commonly accepted beliefs about love–attraction, emotion, sex, possession, as well as some very negative ones.

Current conditions are forcing many for the first time to begin experiencing a sense of oneness. You are witnessing the birth of a higher sense of love in collective thought as the virus and isolation puts everyone in the “same boat” so to speak.

Because there is only ONE, Love embraces all life regardless of skin color, sexual orientation, age, race, wealth, looks, or anything else that has throughout history served to separate people. Love is the innate knowing (consciousness) that all things are connected. Relationships of all kinds start with some sort of sense of oneness (goals, likes or dislikes, interests, attraction etc.) but are experienced according to the state of consciousness of those involved.

Frequently a sense of oneness comes from having been connected in some way to another person in previous lives which then manifests in this life either as attraction or repulsion depending upon previous relationships. Most heterosexual as well as homosexual partnerships take place between two who have become very close through previous shared lifetime experiences.

As the reality of pure Love integrates and becomes a person’s attained state of consciousness, they automatically and without thought or ego driven goal begin to respond to all life situations from a place of love because they have become Love. Always remember, you are Consciousness.

All is proceeding according to plan. Trust. Allow. Love.

Welcome dear readers.

We of the Arcturian Group as well as others on this side see you as a Light corp leading the masses and yet most of you believe you are doing nothing. You are leading not with protests and overt actions but simply by the Light of your evolved consciousness which of course goes wherever you go. If receptive (able to align with) a person can be healed or awakened simply by being in the presence of a high resonating consciousness because there is only One Consciousness.

Those who fully embrace duality and separation are only able to express themselves in ways that align with that level of awareness. Do not pass judgement on how things should be playing out as judgement is always based in concepts. All is proceeding according to plan.

Life and even survival was very difficult when duality and separation ruled the thinking of the majority. The energy from intense experiences of pain, suffering, and/or challenges in past lifetimes remains alive and well until cleared. Many of these old energies have been carried from lifetime to lifetime in cellular memory and continue to manifest as problems or disease if activated once again through alignment with some person, place, or thing.

Example; A person who died once or more by falling from a cliff or some height will remain terrified of high places in every lifetime and not know why. All inordinate fear as well as love for certain people, places, or things indicate past life experiences with them. These energies can serve as protection or warning but you have evolved beyond any need to carry around old energy.

As they surface, these old and no longer needed energies often manifest as some intense physical, emotional, or mental issue that seems to have come out of nowhere. Allow the process. If you feel exhausted, lay down or take a break. If you are having pain, address it as best you can without heavy drugs and allow it to move through. If you feel overly anxious for no reason, take time to center and align with your real Self. See a doctor if you are guided to do so but know that nothing is random for the spiritually evolved especially at this time.

Once a person realizes that they are a Divine Being and it becomes their state of consciousness, anything they still carry that is not in alignment with this will continue to surface until recognized. All, not just a few old energies are now surfacing. Even relatively unimportant concepts and beliefs are being swept from the corners of consciousness. Remember you have lived hundreds of lives and accumulated energy from many many experiences.

Some of old concepts and beliefs you may want to keep for in your mind they make life more comfortable and fun but like it or not, when you are spiritually ready your Higher Self will begin the process of moving you forward and beyond some of them if that is what is necessary. Do not make the mistake many religions make in determining that this activity is bad (evil) but this one is good (holy). Everything is spiritual, God is omnipresent. It is a mind conditioned with beliefs of duality and separation that determine some things are “good” and others “bad”.

There is nothing, absolutely nothing other than the One Divine Consciousness. Oneness the bottom line and spiritual key that unlocks all things. Regardless of how pleasant or harmless a false belief may seem, it must be left behind in order for new, higher, and better ones to replace it. The story of the Phoenix gloriously arising out of the ashes is a true story, your story.

The majority does not yet understand about the clearing of old energy and believes that the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual experiences are having right now are personally their problems to “fix”. The only qualities that are or ever can be personally yours are those of Divine Consciousness. Never claim error of any sort as personally yours, for all error is impersonal–a collective belief in separation from God.

Those of you who are drawn to these messages no longer live under the shadow of the old. You have evolved beyond your previous “seeking” state of consciousness and must now begin to trust that everything is as it needs to be both personally and globally. Do not resist or go into fear but rather rejoice in the realization that the world is experiencing a turning point.

Present times do not feel familiar or comfortable as they did in the past but know that being here at this time is the reason you chose to incarnate. You are being presented with opportunities to live the truth you integrated through many lifetimes of searching and study. You are learning to love yourself and others through your ability to see through appearances to the spiritual reality underlying them which in turn is serving to open and lift the collective.

Be patient for events must unfold gradually in order to be seen, acknowledged, and replaced in a higher form. Current forms of law, government medicine, education, religion and all things based in concepts of duality and separation must eventually dissolve because the energy that formed them will no longer exist when higher frequencies become dominant in the collective.

Within the next few months you will witness some interesting events and changes. By letting go of any remaining concepts of what these changes or results must be or look like, you become a silent witness to the subtle and not so subtle energies now flowing into world consciousness.

Most humans live in a dream, hypnotized by beliefs of duality and separation. The dreams are sometimes good and at other times are nightmares but always they remain dreams having no law to support, sustain, or maintain them. Much of the world is awakening out of this dream state, but for many it is difficult to leave behind that which is familiar and has been accepted as reality throughout all other lifetimes.

Begin to see and think of yourself as an expression of Divine consciousness rather than a physical body. When problems arise, and they will, acknowledge that you are not one with, but ARE the wisdom, intelligence, harmony, etc. of One Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent God. Examine your belief system as to what you may still hold as truth that is not in alignment with this truth.

Evolution while living in the dense energy of a three dimensional world is a gradual process and one you have been at since the beginning of your earthly sojourns. Every lifetime brings learning and growth to the individual regardless of how useless the life may appear to others. You have done the work and are ready to allow your many lifetimes and experiences to come together as a complete whole.

Trust that all is as it should be through the realization that you are no longer personally in charge. Allowing means allowing the Divine Consciousness you are to be in charge of ITself. Evolution can be delayed through free will but cannot be avoided, because the goal is already fully present simply awaiting recognition.

Many out of habit or fear, continue walking through life with one foot in both worlds long after the time has come for them to place both feet in reality. Many so called spiritual leaders still walk and teach a divided path but you have evolved beyond the need for some guru, priest, minister, teacher in the outer to tell you what to believe.

Those who continue to live divided once they know the truth, will remain in the old energy because there is no unexpressed consciousness and they will be creating this. Duality and separation cannot come with you into a higher state of consciousness. We are not saying you must attempt to live the absolute or that you must forgo the pleasures of life on earth, but rather as we have said many times before, living spiritually is a matter of holding truth foremost in your heart and mind as you go about your ordinary activities which turns even the most mundane of tasks into a spiritual activity.

Look to and trust your intuition, that silent inner “knowing” that flows from within and which will guide you in every aspect of life if allowed. Are you willing to turn away from the distractions that keep you from hearing it? Those who spend every waking moment staring at and checking their phones and who have plugs in their ears most of the time, will not hear their guidance or intuition and then wonder why.

Intuition is heard in Silence. A silence that may be the rustle of wind through trees in a forest, a bird song, a stream bubbling over stones, a baby’s smile or giggle, in quiet acceptance, or in the silence of deep meditation. Examine your present lifestyle and see if you yourself are tuning out the guidance you ask for and believe you never receive.

Guidance occasionally but rarely comes as loud voice but rather comes as a gentle quiet “knowing” that feels right and is often very practical. It may make the right person or company “light” up when you search the Internet or yellow pages. I may stop you in your tracks when you begin stepping out in front of an oncoming car or start walking down an unsafe street. Life lived in alignment with your real Self is not the “pie in the sky” boring holy card image many think it is. The energy of a consciousness of oneness is the energy of peace, harmony, joy, love, and friendships.

The third dimensional world as you have known it is changing and will never return to what is was. We cannot say exactly what is going to happen for you are determining that but know that if you remain locked into the past, positive change will take much longer.

Live, move, and have your being truth. You are ready.

Welcome to our message, dear readers.

You are doing a fine job of holding the Light in spite of how things look when judged by concepts of how they “should” be. Outwardly it may seem as if nothing of a higher level is taking place, but the outer scene is a three dimensional expression of the awakening that is taking place in the hearts and minds of increasingly more individuals.

High resonating frequencies of Light are bursting ancient dams of ignorance in both personal and global consciousness allowing long repressed emotions to finally flow out and take form in individual ways.

Emotions (energy in motion) that are now expressing outwardly have been alive and well throughout lifetimes but kept hidden often even from the one holding them, through fear. Those receptive are beginning to feel a sense of empowerment not experienced before. This in turn is causing increasingly more individuals to realize that much of what they have been led to believe is false and based in concepts of separation. Hearts and minds are opening to realize that every person is entitled to freedom, equality, and respect regardless of skin color, gender, or station in life.

You who are already spiritually awake are doing the same work as those on the streets but are doing it through your spiritual realization of truth and by being examples of loving action and words. Both ways reflect the surfacing of old energy ready and needing to be recognized and cleared which will serve to bring a new level of awareness to the collective.

There will be less fear and more unity as efforts to bring about change continue to unfold. Those filled with hate and violence and who cause wanton destruction are not promoting a higher cause but are simply using the movement as an excuse to act out their own negative personal agenda. Their actions do not help to lift world consciousness, but also cannot stop the expansion of it for the Light is power and reality whereas concepts have nothing to sustain or maintain them other than the belief in them.

Varying pockets of dense energy formed over time will surface as mankind is ready. At this time it is the energy of slavery and entitlement based in beliefs of separation that is surfacing. Other long held belief systems waiting to be cleared are abundance/finance, gender inequality, health /drugs, food, separation, and organized religion. As these things begin to be seen from a higher level, many will choose to no longer align with them in their present state, bringing about change.

Judging by appearances, it may seem as if the world is devolving rather than evolving, but that would not be possible dear ones. What you are witnessing is the collective consciousness opening to new levels of awareness by virtue of the people themselves who are making it happen whether consciously aware of it or not.

This is why you are where you are right now at this time. You are the ETs you have hoped would land and save you and you are the Ascended Masters you have cried out to for guidance but in the density of third dimensional energy you have forgotten who you were. You are personally and globally experiencing exactly what you came to be a part of. Trust that everything is proceeding according to plan.

Attempting to understand everything with the human mind will always result in half truths, because the human mind is only able to access what is already in the collective. Instead seek answers from within, from Divine Mind and they will come as needed through others, from intuition, from a direct inner voice, or any number of other ways. However, you must understand there are no answers for many of the things you wish to know because energy is forming itself in each now moment which is why we say that you, the people, are creating the world you wish to see.

Live your awareness by aligning with truth rather than with the fear based speculation and propaganda being promoted by media and some “leaders”. Rest in your heart center as an observer seeing through outer appearances to the reality taking place behind the scenes. When you do this you bring your energy to higher solutions and change rather than to appearances that consist of what is old and finished.

You may not agree with all change simply because it is difficult to see the finished product while it is still in the process of being created. Change unfolds and evolves as the consciousness forming them unfolds and evolves. Do not expect the changes you hope to see immediately manifest fully formed but know that the process has begun. The energy of earth is becoming increasingly higher and change has begun.

Many think of change only as it applies to government, religion, health services, education etc. but larger change can only follow individual change so be prepared for change in your personal life as well. When even one person awakens to truth, it adds awareness to the collective for there is only One Consciousness. As the collective evolves, it automatically creates new and higher ways of understanding and doing things.

Individuals become empowered as they awaken to their Oneness with Source, other people, and all life forms. The result is that as increasingly more people reclaim their power and refuse to accept or align with the disempowering ego actions of others, they begin loving and respecting themselves in a new way. Empowerment is the finger that pushes the first domino of the long ancient line of dominoes that every person accumulates over lifetimes. It has begun.

Everyone will eventually stand powerfully in their identity as a Divine Being for it is Reality. However, not all are at a point of readiness for this realization and you may experience situations where firm words and actions on your part are needed. Empowerment means doing what needs to be done in ways the other can relate to (which can seem harsh if that is what is needed) but always from a consciousness of Oneness.

When words and actions are carried on an energy stream of love (the recognition of the other’s true Divine nature) they may seem harsh but will carry a much higher frequency than if the same words and actions were sent out on energy streams of hate or anger. Empowerment never means being another’s doormat or allowing family, friend, church, or organization to have control over your thoughts and decisions. This does not mean you never listen to or ponder the well meaning ideas of others, but does mean that after giving them honest consideration the bottom line remains yours and yours alone.

Empowerment affects all relationships–marriage, family, church , co-workers, etc. Everyone is feeling or at least beginning to be aware of personal empowerment but how they interpret and act upon it is determined by the state of their consciousness. This is why you are witnessing peaceful protesters attempting to bring about positive change while at the same time you see looters and destroyers seeking only self gratification.

Women in general have had a more difficult time accepting empowerment because of having lived many lifetimes as both men and women during times that gave no credibility, power, respect, or equality to females. Some parts of the world still live this way, and continue to feed this obsolete energy into the collective. Many men and women still carry this energy in cellular memory. Some who have lived lives as abusive men have chosen a female body in this life in order to experience the other side of it.

The high frequencies of the Divine Feminine are quickly integrating and balancing with the Divine Masculine because mankind is now spiritually ready. More and more women are choosing to live empowered lives free from fear and intimidation and more and more men are feeling free to express their emotions without feeling “unmanly”. Occasionally the pendulum may swing too far one way or the other, but will eventually center because the equal balance of both masculine and feminine energy is Reality.

It is not always women who need to bring in their masculine or men who need to integrate their feminine because everyone has lived many lives as both male and female and frequently one energy will remain dominant which is why some experience gender confusion. Never forget that you are consciousness utilizing a physical body and not a physical body with a little pocket of consciousness tucked in somewhere.

A woman does not need to act masculine nor does a man need to act feminine in order to be balanced and fully integrated with both. It is only within third dimensional energy that the masculine and feminine are seen as separate for in reality they are simply the two halves of One Divine Whole.

Personal and global situations based in, built on, and maintained by force and dominance will crumble and the rights of all, not just a select few, will begin to be acknowledged. Active, be-er, do-er masculine/mind energy will become balanced and supported by the receptive, intuitive, loving feminine/heart energy and vice versa.

Men are opening to and acknowledging the feminine energies already present within them which is allowing them to be more open, intuitive, and able to express unconditional love. Women are integrating their already present masculine energy allowing them to be more active, make decisions, and supportive of their feminine qualities. Most of you who read these messages have already done this work and are well balanced and live both qualities naturally and without thought.

It is a new time personally and globally. The “pandemic” will run its course. Do not allow the fear being promoted by media, some leaders, and those who benefit from other’s fears to suck you into some fear based agenda. Do what you must, obey the rules, but remember always–God alone is power.

    Welcome to our message, dear readers.
  Many at this time are in need of support and comfort as they experience situations seemingly generated by world conditions but which in fact are expressions of their own consciousness–experiences chosen as necessary for growth or simply the presence of three dimensional energy. Trust that all experiences are facets of a person’s spiritual awakening process.  In the bigger picture, there are no accidents.
  Most suffering  arises from fear, the belief that everything in ones life must follow certain concepts of how things must be, and if they aren’t “bad” things will happen.  Concepts of “rightness” effect relationships, employment, health, and all facets of daily living.  Your media and leaders continue to promote these things not always to cause fear, but because they themselves fear and believe these concepts.  Most of them are completely unaware of the evolutionary process that is  taking place in the world.
  Fear locks individuals to a mindset in which they are unable to see, comprehend, or even imagine expanded ideas.  Fear arises from the belief that one is separate from one’s good whether that good is needed or wanted.  Those who live from a consciousness of fear are unable to see any way out of personal problems and often turn to crime or violence as a solution.  Fear also may feed a person’s thinking and decision making with so many possible negative outcomes that they become frozen, unable to make any move.
  It is a normal to experience fear occasionally.  You have all lived many lives where your survival depended upon fear.  These things remain in cellular memory until cleared.  When you experience fear do not deny, resist, or try and make it go away with various techniques, spiritual or otherwise.  Rather acknowledge it as an  important tool but one that you no longer need  in the Light of your new awareness.
  You are the Higher Power that so many speak of and pray to and it is time to fully accept this. There is nor has there ever been a  Power somewhere manipulating the strings of human puppets. The days of praying to some faraway male God in the sky,  attending  church or performing  actions and ceremonies in order to please or get God’s attention, must end once a person knows the true nature of God.
  We are not saying you must never attend some ceremony or go to church if you enjoy these things.  We are saying only to do them with full awareness that they will not nor can they bring you any closer to God than you already are and  in fact your evolved state of consciousness  will add more Light to them.

Most are not yet  spiritually prepared to understand this, but you who are drawn to these messages are. You have moved beyond the religious and metaphysical steps that brought you to where you are spiritually at this time. You have done the work and are prepared to understand that you and all who attain a consciousness of truth are the ones creating the new world, one that resonates on a higher dimensional level.
  This is what  ascension is all about, the evolution of world consciousness through the evolution of personal consciousness and never the result of finding the “perfect” politician, guru, friend, teacher, extraterrestrial, prayer, location, or ceremony.
  Nothing is going to be exactly as it was before because consciousness is evolving.  You are being told by three dimensional thinkers and those who dislike change that everything must return to the way it was before but this cannot happen because consciousness which forms itself as the outer,  is rapidly integrating higher dimensional frequencies.  People are waking up and beginning to see that indeed the Emperor has no clothes.
  Some jobs are going to change or simply disappear.  Try not to see this as a negative thing but rather as  necessary in order for new and better ways to manifest.  Be open to the new in all aspects of life but do not expect changes to come in a moment, for new ideas can only manifest as the consciousness of humanity opens to them. There will be resistance, but  higher and better ways of functioning can and will take place in business, health, politics, religion, education etc. as allowed.
  The human mind  is an avenue of awareness  interpreting everything  according to the conditioning  present in individual or collective consciousness. This is why several people may witness the same thing but each will interpret it differently.  Divine Mind contains no conditioning.  IT is infinitely aware only of the Self sustained, Self maintained completeness of ITSELF because nothing else exists.
  At some point of every person’s evolutionary journey there comes a time at which they must really accept the truth of ONE and that that ONE is the reality of their own being.  They must cease considering truth to be “airy fairy”, impractical, and un-attainable, otherwise they can and will not move beyond their present level of awareness by virtue of the fact that they are keeping themselves locked in outgrown state of consciousness.
  It is time to fully, completely, and honestly examine your life, your decisions, your choices, and your belief system not with judgement and criticism but rather with the love and understanding that comes from knowing that every person is only capable of living out from their highest attained level of consciousness.
  Remember this as actions you may have taken in the past fill you with shame, guilt, or remorse when seen with new insight.  Know that everyone, self included,  is doing the best they can with where they are at. This is how you learn to love yourself which is imperative if you are to accept the reality of  ONEness.  Even the murderer thinks he is somehow making things better.
  Examine what you learned, still need to learn, and how you grew from the most painful experiences of your life.  Ask yourself; “What was I believing at that time that made me feel, respond, or act this way?  Do I still believe the same?  In the light of what I now know, are these beliefs true?”  These questions are important tools that only you can use and which can help you become more aware of what you still hold in consciousness.
  Nothing you ever do, say, or think can make you more loveable and worthy of good than you already are.  You are expressions of the one Divine Consciousness and nothing can or will ever change that.  If or when emotions of judgement, criticism, and self loathing surface as old energy surfaces, know that it is a sign you are graduating and moving beyond the old concepts and beliefs that created them in the first place and which you have carried in cellular memory for centuries.

Bless all emotions as they arise for they are your teachers and  bless the fact that you understand what is taking place for there remain many going through clearings who do not.  Be grateful as you realize that you are spiritually ready to rid yourself of all that no longer serves your highest good regardless of how physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually uncomfortable the process may be.
  There is so much taking place that you are not aware of and are not being told about by the media.  Stop attempting to find answers to everything taking place for the human mind simply cannot give you the answers you seek.  Begin to live out from your true nature, relying upon the fact that completeness lies within and will manifest outwardly as what is needed if allowed.
  Take frequent breaks to be silent and rest in the Divinity of your own Being as you go about your day regardless of where you are.  This can be just a moment that only you know about.  Allow your Divine Self to live your life in all the seemingly ordinary activities for all activity is spiritual. There is no such thing as the “profane” versus the “spiritual” as many religions teach.  There is only One Infinite Divine Consciousness expressing ITSELF as infinite form and variety.
  We are not saying to throw up your hands while declaring “God is all!” when situations arise that need addressing on a three dimensional level for that would simply be pretending to a state of consciousness not yet attained. We are saying that in these intense times of confusion and fear for so many,  do not lose sight of the fact that the one Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Divine Consciousness is and always has been the only power and reality.
  Many believe that earth and everything on it is illusion.  Earth, its people, and all forms of life are not and never have been illusion.   It is the false  interpretations of minds conditioned by beliefs of duality and separation that constitute illusion.
  Begin to look deeper and see everything through eyes of truth rather than judging by appearances.  Begin to trust that the I of you knows what you need, when you need it,  and how to get it to you.  Some of what you  need may not be pleasant according to three dimensional standards but may be  necessary for spiritual growth.  This is where  trust comes in.
  Once you seriously begin a spiritual journey (this choice is often made on a subconscious level)  the journey intensifies and the  “train leaves the station” often going in directions you did not expect or even want.
  You are in physical form at this time because you chose to be here.  You were well aware of the difficulties you would encounter when living in the lower frequencies of the third dimension but you chose to come anyway in order to complete your own journey as well as to add light and assistance to others in a world struggling through the powerful energies of dimensional ascension.
  Your moment has arrived and if things are not what you expected personally or globally, allow these concepts to drop away and simply allow, trust, and acknowledge  I AM.
