During times of energetic intensity, you will see people having a wide variety of experiences. Some people will be triggered and act out. Others may be going through big energetic shifts that result in them temporarily not being as consciously aware as they normally are. Some people will be healing and releasing. Some will be trying on some truths for size only to realize they don’t fit. There will be a myriad of experiences being had.

These are unprecedented times with people going through rapid transformations and realizations in accelerated energies. It is so important to hold the space of grace for others. By holding the space, you make it safe for people to shift beliefs and ideas and allow themselves to grow. If people fear judgment it may result in them holding onto beliefs or behaviours that don’t serve them far longer than they would have if given the safe space to back up and try a different approach that is far more in line with their latest level of attainment.

Just as you deeply appreciate when people accept you in your ever-evolving self expression, your non-judgement holds a safe space that encourages others to explore their next highest version of self and is a gift of love that has the power to heal the deep divisions that are playing out on your planet. You are beings of love and grace at your core, and everyone benefits when you allow those heart-centred values to lead the way.

The biggest power move you can make on your enlightenment journey is making the shift from knowing about spirituality to living spiritually. Your seeking is a wonderful thing, and for many of you, provides the first steps toward your embodiment.  Ultimately, it is your beingness that declares who you really are.

Knowledge is often a precursor to action; a springboard, if you will, to how you wish to be. Simply put, reading about love is wonderful, but one loving action allows you to experience yourself as the love, and it is the expression of those spiritual traits that you’re really seeking.

Hear us when we say ~ you do not need to wait until you reach some level of attainment in order to live your life in an enlightened way. Every demonstration of love, every prayer, every moment of gratitude, every observation of beauty, every word of encouragement to another, every peaceful choice, every kindness ~ all of it is spirituality in action.

What we wish for you to know is that there are many, many of you on the planet who simply express who they really are, beautifully and consistently, without any knowledge at all of the ascension process, and that makes just as much of a difference as the actions of those who have studied for their entire lives.

Do you see? The prep work is valuable, but don’t get stuck in the habit of being a perpetual student who never quite feels ready to apply their knowledge, because the world needs you and your loving actions now.  There is also great joy for you when you allow yourself to step into the experience of being who you came onto the planet to be.

If you are actively pushing against something and getting nowhere, you may notice yourself becoming more and more uncomfortable. This discomfort is designed to get you to redirect, because you simply cannot create through resistance. They are quite opposite energies.

So if you are finding yourself in discomfort and frustration, it is helpful to stop and reexamine your situation. How can you take back the energy you are expending in resistance and use it in a better supported flow? Your focus and your energy are your energetic currency. Are you spending it wisely?

As you move along your enlightenment journey, you will get more and more adept at recognizing what is working for you energetically and how to continually redirect yourself so you are always riding the wave of supported flow. And that, Dear Ones, is exactly how you start to experience the path of grace and ease.

Each person’s spiritual journey is a completely individual unfoldment. Sometimes it will involve figuring out what it’s not before you figure out what it is.

There will be letting go phases as well as gathering phases. There will be times where the focus is on comfort, and other times where the focus is on the harder work. There will be giant leaps as well as lull periods to allow the integration of new levels of awareness.

You will not experience a smooth trajectory forward, but rather a path full of experiences, stops and starts, and what you consider to be successes and failures.  We do not see it in that way, as all experiences simply provide further information on what is true match to you.  It’s all designed to help you to continually expand and discover the ever-unfolding revelations of who you really are.

You can trust the innate wisdom of the journey you are on because it is customized to your soul’s needs and desires; and you can also trust the innate wisdom of the journey of others, even if you cannot understand their choices from where you stand.

Many enlightening human beings have trouble accepting compliments. What we want you to understand is that it is imperative for all of you moving forward to embrace all aspects of the flow – the give and the take, the supporting and being supported – and to accept the balance that comes from both giving and receiving.

One tip we would like to give you that may make it easier for you to receive a compliment is to see it as acknowledging the energy you hold rather than the personality traits that you have. So for example, if someone said, “You are so good and kind” in response to something you did, you might be tempted to brush it off immediately, but if you reframed it in your mind as, “You hold the energy of goodness and kindness” you might not be resistant to it at all!

You can use the same technique to appreciate those who have trouble with receiving compliments. People have a tendency to accept that energy simply is. Things like, “You have such a soothing presence”, or “I love your energy” may be much easier for them to accept.

Why is that? Because those on a service contract generally won’t take credit for doing because they don’t give for glory or acknowledgement but they are very interested in the evolution of their energy and beingness. So if you compliment what they do, they may automatically dismiss it because you are not focusing on what really matters to them.

Meeting them with recognition for their energetics is something they will be less resistant to because to them the energy of their beingness is far more important and valuable to them than recognition for what they do could ever be.

When you connect deeply within to your enlightened state of mind, there is an expanded perception of the world you inhabit and any question can be answered.

Dear One,

You have within you an enlightened state of mind where Truth prevails and Divine Love empowers you, filling all the dark places. Give yourself the gift of finding this place, and become so familiar with it that you are able to connect there with a breath and a thought.

This enlightened state within you is beyond normal waking-consciousness and can even be called a super consciousness. It is an expanded place of Light, Peace and all Wisdom. It is possible through prayer and meditation to connect deeply with this beautiful, enlightened state within your mind.

It only takes a few minutes to sit quietly and breathe in Light and Love. When you do this and ask for guidance, you provide a fertile ground that can be planted with seeds of Joy, Peace and Divine Order in every area of your life.

When you bring a question with you into your expansive, enlightened mind, the answer will become obvious. Even if it does not seem to be clear when you are sitting in your meditation place, it may pop into your mind as you go through your day ~ especially if your intention to know the truth is strong.

Every day you can give yourself this gift and create a personal relationship with the enlightened state within you. From this place, the Divine Mind is accessible and the Angels will inspire you. A feeling of Peace in your heart will be the result. In this enlightened state of mind, you are filled with Divine Light and know truly that all is well.

Divine Presence,

May I seek your guidance first before I allow fear to take over my mind. Help me to remember to slow down, take deeper breaths, and offer to you all that weighs me down.

As I call forth the Light from the Highest Source there is, I invite this Light to fill my mind and heart, bringing me a deeper connection to Divine Wisdom and Guidance. May I allow Creative Solutions to abound and lighten up all areas of my life right now.

The now moment is your power base. It is the clearest energetic picture of what you have to work with.

You might think of the energies of the past or the unknown of the future to be static.  That makes it more difficult to access the clarity that the now moment is trying to provide for you. Pushing against energies that aren’t supporting movement is usually an exercise that brings limited results at best. It will usually result in frustration and exhaustion. Or, you may recognize the energies are not supporting movement, but the lack of flow may tempt you into thinking you are doing something wrong, are lazy, procrastinate too much, or have some other character deficit when in reality, the energies are not supporting movement and it has nothing to do with you at all!

Dear Ones, what we wish for you to understand is that working with flow means you not only accept what the energies are supporting with your faith and trust; you also know that when the energies are supporting movement you will be far more efficient in a shorter amount of time and effort than the old ways could ever have delivered.

We often speak of the importance of consistency, so you may be wondering how consistency fits into all of this. How can you be consistent if you don’t try every day?

Consistency doesn’t mean trying to force movement regardless of what is supported. Consistency means you hold your intention and move with inspired action toward that goal, trusting the greater system of ebbs and flows the universe works with that assures your success.

A surfer consistently paddles out into the ocean but knows that the greatest experiences come from waiting for the perfect conditions and the right wave. If the wave doesn’t come that day, the surfer doesn’t take it personally, and neither should you.

During times of intensity, it is a common human experience to get triggered. This, in itself, is not a bad thing. It allows you to become aware of an area that is looking for your attention and loving care.

People become easily triggered when they are in energetic overwhelm. Practicing good, tender self care, especially during times of energetic intensity, can help you stay in in a more balanced space. Continuing to meet your needs with loving self-responsibility allows any aspects of you that are seeking your love and attention to be met and for healing to occur.

The best way to diminish being triggered is to continue to prioritize your own evolutionary journey.

But even the most self-responsible souls may on occasion get triggered. This does not mean that you are not spiritual, that you are bad, or broken, or that your healing journey has been fruitless. It simply means you lost your balance.

If you find yourself getting triggered, we highly advise that you remove yourself from the situation if possible, and get into your own energy. Breathe. Ground. Imagine a beam of light that comes down from the heavens above, right over you, and deep into the earth. The above will help you gain balance.

Next, do nothing! It is rare that any action you take while triggered will give you good results. Honour your feelings, connect with any aspects of you that are in need of your love, but take no outward action. You are in a very activated 3D state which will not lead you to solutions that are in line with who you really are.

Wait until you are in a better balanced place before you do anything. People who are triggered and take action are usually looking for some semblance of control, and controlling energies will not ever lead you to empowered solutions.

If you have not waited and have taken action you now regret, learn from the experience. Understand that your triggers are always about you. Assume responsibility and do what you can to make it right. Apologize if you need to. Practice self forgiveness and make a plan on what you can do differently should you get triggered again.

Most of all, practice grace. Grace for yourselves, and grace for others if they have been triggered. You are in unprecedented times and such times can get messy. You are all doing the best you can. The combination of self responsibility along with encouraging each other forward with compassion and understanding will get you much further than the old ways of blaming and shaming ever could.

You all win when you work to bring out the best in yourselves and each other.

Your ascension is based on a compilation of experiences, both external and internal. You shift internally, then express it externally. In many ways you may think of it as its own manifestation process, starting energetically first and then slowly but surely making its way into form.

You are in the body to experience the continuation of your evolution. It cannot be rushed or avoided. It will simply continue at its own pace. So any fear you have of change, or not changing, or somehow not getting it right are completely unfounded, and only create resistance to the ever-unfolding wonder that is you.

A great many of you are about to experience an up-levelling of your service. We would like to discuss this today.

Many of you, as souls who are on the planet to assist, came onto the planet with the hopes that the great shift of ages would occur. You had very clear service contracts, as your greatest desire was to help. Due to this, many of you are very diligent, serious souls. You had a mission, and nothing was going to sway you from that job.

What is very interesting is that many of you came in with the exact gifts you had in other life expressions, lifetimes where you had gifts and abilities, and you used them very well. You decided to pick up where you left off in what you considered to be your highest life expression, so you came in with those gifts very close to the surface for your discovery and use.

Now that the shift is well under way and you are entering the next phase of your incarnation, many of you will take those gifts and abilities to the next level. You may take those skills and use them to expand a certain area like never before, or you may take that skill set and decide to use it in brand new, unrelated ways.

There is a great excitement about this within you, and this is why so many of you are feeling anxious and excited about this next phase. This truly is a best case scenario for you from a soul perspective, and you cannot wait to get into the new! For many of you, your spiritual path will feel fresh and new compared to the heaviness and fatigue so many of you have felt along your journey. This heralds the profound shift between martyred service, and joyful, supported service.

You are on the cusp of the new, and you can feel your souls beckoning you forward. The energies are accumulating to launch you into the next phase, and great discoveries will be made about yourselves, your abilities, and your greatest contributions, however you wish to express yourselves.

And for some of you, it may look like spiritual retirement, where you pass the baton of active service to the next wave of enlightening human beings and shift into contributing from your state of beingness and joy.

This grand reshuffling of souls and purposes is no small feat, and is being orchestrated with divine love and wisdom.  So stay in the flow, follow your hearts and your greatest joys, and look to the future with the assuredness that only comes from knowing with complete certainty that you are exactly where you need to be.

If you are to the point where your service is leaving you depleted, it is not serving to the best of its ability anymore. There is a tendency in enlightening human beings to give until they are completely spent before they will consider their own needs.

Dear Ones, you cannot serve the whole without serving yourselves, too. If you are wishing to make a difference your self care is not a luxury, it is essential. To hold yourself separate from your own care, and the support that is always available to you, will ultimately impede your ability to serve because you cannot pour from an empty vessel.

Your self care is even more essential during these busy energetic times that can be very taxing on your physical bodies.

You are on the planet to anchor the energy of love. How can you do that if you aren’t willing to receive and hold it yourself? Love is sustenance. It is meant to flow to you, and through you, for the highest good of all, and that means you, too.

It is quite common to experience what you consider to be impatience when you are done with the old and anxiously waiting for the new. It can be uncomfortable when the old is expired and the new hasn’t quite shown up yet.

True impatience is the result of rejecting all aspects of your now with the belief that only the future will be satisfactory. In reality, you are in an unfoldment toward your desire which simply cannot be rushed. Each step of the way is bringing you closer and supporting your dream.

If impatience is a true challenge for you, the way to shift it is by deepening your faith and trust. Faith and trust work together to open the door to acceptance and allowing. Acceptance and allowing bring you to the experience of patience and peace. These elements also help you acknowledge the divine perfection of timing, and to settle into seeing the gifts that abound for you in the now moment.

It may also very well be that you are mistaking excitement for impatience. It is normal and wonderful to be excited for the new! It means you are open to new experiences and are aware of the beckoning of your soul. You are already energetically connecting to where you are going, which tells you it does exist. Excitement is one of the wonderful aspects of being a human being.

So trust the unfoldment, Dear Ones. Honour your feelings, be kind and gentle with yourselves, and settle into knowing that both your impatience, and your excitement, are true indicators that the new is on the horizon, and you will be more than ready to embrace it when it arrives.

We were recently asked to speak on the experience of rejection. We would like to address this topic today.

Rejection is a part of the human experience that is energetic in nature. Whether you have rejected someone or something, or been rejected yourself, it is a clear sign that something is not an energetic match for you.

If you have been rejected by a person, it was not in your highest good to stay in relationship with that individual. Chances are, if you really feel into the situation, you will admit there was something about this situation that was not appropriate for you. It was not a true energetic match but you wanted to continue on with it anyway.

There may have been ongoing problems that you weren’t willing to acknowledge with this connection. Perhaps the person wasn’t willing to grow or evolve, or perhaps staying with this person required you to deny your own growth. But rest assured, any rejection is always for your highest good.

If rejection is a continual pattern for you, it would be beneficial to explore how you reject yourself. Do you honour yourself? Are you in touch with your true feelings and needs? Do you love and honour your inner child aspects? Do you berate yourself constantly instead of encouraging yourself forward? Do you have worthiness issues where you find it difficult to receive? Do you have walls up to avoid getting hurt that are keeping everything out including the good?

As with any challenge in your life, being willing to take a higher, observational viewpoint to assess the situation is a good practice. Was it really a match? Was it a healthy connection or was the connection between both person’s unhealed aspects? Did it bring out the best in both parties? Or was it simply playing out a theme you are ready to heal once and for all?

It is empowering to identify the elements you do have the ability to shift, because all internal healing will be reflected in your external experiences. It is also a profound shift when you realize the universe is always, always seeking to serve you and your evolution, and it will do that by sifting out what is not a true match to you (with the complete agreement of your highest self) with wise and loving efficiency. Trust your ability to heal and be led, and you will find your way to your best matches and your energetic peers.

There is much energetic shifting going on at this time. This is to give you an opportunity to get really
clear about the essence of your desired creations.

Imagine your purest desire is mixed in with all kinds of chunks of density. These chunks of density may come from old belief systems and experiences, or from the churned up energies of the collective. You have to extract your dream from what no longer serves you.

Prospectors will use various methods to separate the treasure from the worthless materials. They may use screens to agitate the dirt to reveal what has value, or they may use gold pans to swirl water over the sediment until they find the gold.

You are in the same process. You are filtering to find your treasure! Each pause and reflection on the way allows you to get clearer about what you wish to create until it is the purest reflection of your energies and the most valuable outcome for you. So if you are finding yourself feeling agitated by the energies, it may help to think of it as you and your dreams are becoming even more refined to give you the purest results that match your intentions.

We have spoken for many years of the power and importance of the Divine Combination of surrender, faith, flow, and trust, which is the higher vibrational navigation system. While many of you are interested in the system, we understand that entering it through the act of surrender can feel somewhat scary. We wish to address this today.

It is common to feel like if you surrender you’ll have no control at all. You may perceive it as being completely un-tethered, or bouncing about much like a pinball in a pinball machine. This is not true at all. Once you surrender, you enter into the flow, and the flow comes complete with a steering system that is directed through your focus and gratitude. Your free will is paramount, and will always be honoured as your divine right.

Another fear about surrender is you will somehow lose your identity. Surrendering into the flow does not in any way take your identity away. In fact, it only helps you become more of who you really are. Your personality and traits are yours, and how you serve both your incarnation and the planet. You can never, ever lose them, nor would we ever want you to because we would miss your uniqueness terribly!

Surrendering is choosing to end your perceived separation from Source and to experience the love and support that is your birthright as an individuated aspect of that Source energy. It is choosing to work with an entire team whose specialty is loving and guiding you into your highest potentials and aspirations. It is ending the pain of going it alone and experiencing the wonder and magic of Home while you are still in the body. It is taking the courageous step of experiencing yourself as a beloved and integral part of the whole, and being willing to see what becomes possible from there.

As all those who have worked with the tool of surrender will tell you, you can very easily be in the flow or take yourself out of the flow. Once you surrender you are not committing to losing yourself in the flow for the rest of your days. Again, your free will dictates whether you are in or out of it. The Divine Combination isn’t a permanent vow or commitment but rather a system that is dependent upon you continuing to choose it.

So we highly recommend that you have the courage to try surrendering into the flow with your faith and trust and staying there long enough to discover what all the fuss is about. We guarantee that once you start experiencing the many ways it serves and supports you, it will very quickly become your preference.
