This particular website is focused more on the emotional part of The Self for the simple reason that we are vibration and vibration is the only thing that is real every moment. Everything else is the after effect of the way we feel within both in the now and in the future. What we send out, comes back. As within so without. And if we dig a little further within we find that Love, Joy, Gratitude, Compassion, Peace, Forgiveness are of the highest of all vibrations. Yet at the same time all those feel very similar, not exactly the same and yet all are in the ‘high vibes’ scale of emotions.
I am very aware that this knowingness can not be be reached by simply reading these words or it may very well be when one has practised enough to reach and sustain this state of beingness. It is a moment to moment practice and through my perspective the highest purpose in life as from that state everything flows, everything is created and everything flows in our experience with ease and grace. The very things we desire in our lives, both individually and collectively flow from that realization as we become aware that once we feel good we feel God and so we are everything we want to be, do or have in the moment. IAM that IAM.
So reaching at all times for ways to feel good makes the path to alignement with who and what we truly are, each and everyONE, easy.
To intend to feel good, to vibrate in that state comes from taking action in the moment in a variety of ways that can be fun, playful , full of laughter or simply in meditation or taking a nap. I’ve been sharing a variety of all those on this website. We are ascending yes and we can have great fun and enjoy the ride along the way by constantly finding new ways to raise our frequency. It does not need to be difficult if we choose not to mention it in our conversations. It is a moment to moment choice. Speaking ONLY of what we want.
Now, i am very aware that along the Ascension path, there will be many moments that can be short or longer depending on the energies pummeling the planet, where one can not feel good. And in these moments, again the best thing one can do is to reach for the feeling of EASE. What makes you feel at ease? A meditation practice, singing, dancing, painting, being lazy, taking a nap, all those one after one another? everybody is different and everybody have their own ways and everybody has the abundance of freedom of choice to feel good every moment without feeling guilty when these moments are not always there because Ascension takes place and contrast gives the reason to expand further knowing fully what we don’t want so we can create and feel and be, do and have what we do want.
Just letting it be enough to focus only on the way we feel every moment without having anything showing up in the material world being in the Feel More Than Fine state more often than not is The True Wealth and it is the best option we have at all times and especially when we are surrounded by the fog of uncertainty in the outer world.
Focus on feeling good more often that not and you ll be more than fine!

Dear people, I am Jeshua, and I am happy being with you.
You are building a new path for the Earth, which is an inner path, a path of consciousness.
Along the paths and tracks you create in your mind, others will follow, because it is easier to walk along beaten paths. You are the ones who conquer unexplored territory, create new paths, and so make tracks for others to follow. This is your work, your so-called mission; something you took on at the level of the soul before you started this life on Earth.
Through doing this, you become truly happy, and you are not satisfied with anything less than that. Only when you feel you have that new path beneath your feet, and that you are creating what you wanted from your soul, only then do you feel really fulfilled from within and deeply connected with the Earth.
For you, there is no easy-fit existence possible, no middle way, and no conformity. You have chosen to be different, which is something that has also been mentioned here today. Being different has caused you to experience the pain of rejection by others. But remember, also, the joys and triumphs of the experience of breakthroughs in your consciousness , and the experience of love which rises above fear. Those are moments of deep joy for the soul, when you remember who you are from your soul, while you live here on Earth amidst thought forms that are often fed by fear. Those moments of triumph are times when your soul touches the Earth, and when you fulfill your destiny.
What happens at those moments when you are filled with the essence of your soul, and with the mission here on Earth you intended to do? What really happens in those moments of the coming together of your soul with your humanity? There is no fear, there is openness. The voice of fear is replaced by a deep trust and a knowing inside you of what is good. And how you desire to experience that feeling at all times, for you suffer when you live in fear! Fear feels bad, uncomfortable, and your body and soul are not nourished by fearful thoughts and feelings. It is like a poison that sneaks up on you, or a kind of quicksand in which you get mired, and once you are halfway in it, it becomes even more difficult for you to get out of its grip.
You have to realize that the energy of fear, and the kind of thinking that results, has lingered on the Earth for centuries upon centuries. It has permeated human societies as a cloud or a fog around people, and this has made it difficult for them to break free from this fearful energy.
People sought community and safety by being together, but without knowing they did so, they also fed on each other’s patterns of fear. It requires a courageous decision by an individual to disconnect and free oneself from this addiction, and to say “no” to this collective pattern that has been passed from generation to generation. Even now you can be overcome by the fog of fear, that poison of fear-filled thoughts. You have all made positive choices in your life, where you have followed the voice of your heart, the voice of your soul. But even so, the way forward on that path is not obvious or clear, because there is always the voice of the past, the voice of fear that can overtake you at times.
The fear tries to convince you that you are being irresponsible, that what you would like to do cannot be done, that you can not be different, and that you will be punished for it. And punishments have often come from parents, teachers, employers, and others in your lives, and in earlier times these punishments were often quite brutal. Look how dissenters were persecuted in the past as heretics or gentiles. You carry this pain-filled past with you.
How do you get rid of the influence of that cloud, that fog of fear-based thinking? You need first to learn to recognize when you are thinking and acting from fear. Only then can you let go, and only then is there created some distance or space between you and the anxiety.
You now are actually very much accustomed to being caught up in fear. From your birth, you inherit ideas from your social environment that are laden with fear and mistrust, so in the beginning you do not realize you are in that cloud or fog – it is your ordinary reality. And when those moments of self-remembrance and waking up do occur, you can also experience an initial reaction from fear. You feel you are going against everything you have been taught to believe in if you follow the voice of your soul and differ from the norm.
Let us now see what can be done about the way you make choices between fear and love, fear and the soul. Imagine for a moment that fog which is loaded with the voices of fear, worry, fretting, and all kinds of negative beliefs about yourself and what is possible in life. Let it happen spontaneously, and look to where you might still be engaged with the fog. Simply look into your body to see if there are places where the fog still manifests itself. This is where you put labels on yourself that are not consistent with your soul; those ideas you think are correct to believe in.
Realize that fear can sometimes wear a mask and appear as very wise, virtuous, and responsible, while actually it is still fear-based. In this way, you have been taught all kinds of things under the guise of “virtue” – you must control yourself; you must love others; you must do your duty; you must be obedient. Also, you must not deviate too much from the normal and not be different or act wild, because doing those things would be selfish, strange, and weird – and certainly not nice! There is a taboo in society about being different, and this taboo is assumed by people who continually live with emotions that feel anxious and whose thinking reflects that fear.
You can also imagine the fog of fear as an actual living entity; an energy that has begun to lead its own existence. Imagine that such an entity appears and that you see it before you as a dark and gloomy fog, a fog that wants to continue to exist and refuses to dissolve. So when someone gets up and says: “I don’t believe in this un-reality any more; there is a blue sky above the fog, and there is another way of thinking”, at that moment that person experiences a dark reaction from the fog. The light that radiates from such a person calls up a kind of dark response from that entity, an intensification of the fog. That person immediately feels alone, an outsider. Other people hide away, cling to the fog, and do not want to hear about it, because leaving the fog is the most frightening thing they can do. That is what the fog tells you. In a sense, the fog is a kind of hypnotist that holds people under its spell, and breaking free from that spell calls for courage. I wish you would praise yourself every day for your bravery when you dare to break free! A lot happens when you do.
Look again in and around you, to where there are patches of this fog. It can manifest itself in certain parts of your aura or body. Ask those parts what is bothering you there, or what is the message of the fog, and let that fear speak. What does the voice of fear say to you? Give this fog a form, an outline, yet realize how strange a phenomenon it is! Fog is actually nothing; you can pass your hand through it, and so it is not substantial, yet this fog has such an influence on you: your consciousness and your vision of the world. Now allow the Sun to shine gently on those places where fog is still holding on to your energy. A warm, soft sunshine spreads around your energy field, causing the fog to dissolve gradually. Imagine a Sun hanging above your head: an intense, warm, radiant Sun that reflects the Light of your soul. Let that Sun Light fall on you: on to your head, your shoulders, your aura, and through your entire being. If there are still places that offer some resistance, that is okay, let it be. Doing so is acceptable as long as you are aware of it.
There are now more and more people who want to break away from that old field of consciousness of fear and oppression. There is change going on in the collective consciousness on Earth. Yet it is that each of you goes through this process in his or her own way. It is always so; that getting free from the field of fear, the fog of the past, is a personal journey you travel alone. There are times in your life when you come eye to eye with that oppressive energy of fear, and the negative judgments about yourself and about your strengths and abilities. The challenge of that confrontation with the anxiety in yourself is one that you face, one on one; you and that darkness which has become a part of you.
It is liberating and joyful when you meet like-minded people in your life, those who travel the same path as you, and in the future there will be forms of cooperation possible between you pioneers of consciousness. But realize that this confrontation you have with fear in your life – with the old and with the fog – is something you have to face alone. It is by your own “solar power” – the contact with your own soul, and the leap you dare make into the new – that causes you to arrive inside a new world, a new level of consciousness. It is when all those individuals do this for themselves that a new field of consciousness arises, which is increasingly free from fear, and increasingly filled with joy and possibilities and respect for each other.
The result is that more and more Sun Light is created on Earth. Do not seek it from another; you travel through your own narrow, dark tunnel toward your own personal liberation.
I would here like to give you a bit of a helping hand. How do you recognize the voice of fear inside yourself, and how do you distinguish what is fear, from what is the voice of the soul and of love?
The voice of fear is noisy and jerky and restless, and often also works through thinking, by way of the mind. You can perceive fear in your body as a tension, a lack of relaxation and surrender. Your muscles are tense, your breath is not deep and quiet, and many panicky thoughts, which pose as very clever and responsible, occur in your head: “should I not do it like this or like that, because otherwise accidents might happen?”; “watch out, because this or that can go wrong”; “be careful, keep yourself back, control yourself”. All sorts of opinions are given under the guise of virtue, but this is actually the voice of fear. Fear paralyzes you, and if you are caught in fear, you are continually bombarded by something that seems to come from outside. Fearful impulses act on your body, and begin to master your thinking.
Thinking is a valuable tool, but when it becomes governed by fear, it creates a kind of electric current that starts in your head and then courses down through your entire body, pulling you off balance and bringing tension and unrest; a sense of nervousness that is continuous, and that you begin to find normal. In many people, there is unremitting stress. People search for release from this stress in alcohol, or drugs, or anything else that gives a feeling of relief from this pressure, such as sleep, or infatuation, or being a workaholic. You want to get away from those troubled, tense feelings and you search for release or distraction in exterior things. You search for something to give you a sense of ease or peace, even though it is an illusion and only temporary, so strongly do you suffer under that current of fear.
You can recognize in yourself when you get to the point that your life is lived through fear. Your body indicates fear by the electrical current in your head that continually fires rapid thoughts, and by the wanting to take control of life with thoughts, worry, and fretting. At the moment you realize this is happening, you can awaken yourself.
Remember, even when you are inside the fog, that it wants to maintain itself. Otherwise, before you know it, you can spend days and days inside the current of fear and you do not even realize that you are caught up in anxiety. The moment you realize this is a very important moment. It is about going against that fearful flow and not believing in it, and not allowing it to hypnotize you. It is about maintaining focus on the Light of the Sun within yourself – that quiet, still knowing that belongs to your soul.
Realize that the energy of your soul, of your heart, feels very different from the energy of fear. As I said, you can recognize fear by its particular noisiness and unrest. Love, the voice of your soul, comes through silence, and is quiet and not busy. You can feel that voice emerge from deep within your essence, from a quiet place in your belly: a deeply felt knowing that comes to you free of pressure; a soft whisper that is never panicky, or demanding, or nagging. It is more like an invitation for you to feel and see things differently, and to have confidence to let go. You might see the voice of your soul before you as an image: for example, as a butterfly that flits through your body, through your energy field, your aura, with its very refined colors and delicate wings. Or you might see it as a fairy, or simply as very soft colors. You can also hear it as angels singing, or just feel it as a sense of trust, hope, and optimism, even though the voice of fear itself, or the voices of persons around you, tell you something quite different. And the rule of thumb is: follow your feeling for peace to where you feel the most peace.
You sometimes think it is easier to cling to fear and the ego, and doing that can give you a temporary feeling of security. But actually, you are still very cramped and stifled. True rest and peace creates much openness around you. You simply trust and stay in the Now, even though you know you have no certainties and can predict nothing. You do not run ahead into the future; you live your life step by step. I ask you to hold that feeling for awhile. Do not even think of what you have to do in the future; be totally present in the Now. Feel the energy of your soul, and feel you are good and beautiful and brave, just as you are. Invite your soul to come to you, and know your soul never has a judgment about you and the choices you have made. Everything is always acceptable for your soul. She always wants to help and encourage you.

Earth’s energy field of potential is showing that light-filled streamers, albeit still zig-zagging, have attained unstoppable momentum. This welcome development, which puts the light’s progress right on target, is due to the magnitude of cleansing during your past several weeks.
For decades the Rothschild faction of the Illuminati, now known more commonly as Deep State or the cabal, has centered its activities in Ukraine. Those include controlling governments of countries in the European Union, production and storage of bio-and chemical weaponry, money laundering, computer hacking globally, propaganda in social media, sex trafficking, pedophilia, and imprisoning people for satanic rituals. Individuals in the United States and other countries also are heavily involved financially, personally or both.
Russians didn’t go into Ukraine to conquer the country. They went to destroy hundreds of placements where those aforementioned activities were entrenched. When any could be handled in residential or business areas, that’s where Illuminati hid them.
We heard from Nirvana’s monitors of Earth that containers of deadly bio-warfare were stored in the basement of the hospital that mainstream media repeatedly publicized. Extraterrestrial special forces in intelligence agencies—who also learned locations of the placements—told us Vladimir Putin’s double notified Ukrainian President Zelensky to evacuate the hospital because it was going to be bombed and why. Zelensky, an Illuminati puppet, didn’t heed that warning.
The fighting has been a great sadness for troops and civilians in both countries—their shared Slavic roots go back centuries. Not many people know the purpose of the invasion, much less that after ground troops rescued more than 1000 people to be used in the rituals, they exploded the tunnels where they had been held captive. Ridding your world of those deep pockets of evildoing was essential—it is what enabled light forces to get back on target and hasten the day when the planet will be free of all darkness.
As for Putin’s double, he had been ready for some years while Illuminati were trying to kill Vladimir because he refused to work with them. The double had a little plastic surgery, practiced speaking and behaving like Putin, and during the time he was avoiding crowds, he listened to his speeches.
When the assassination attempt two years ago was successful, the double was ready to step in, looking and acting so much like Putin that no difference was noticeable. After a short time of following orders, he started working with the light forces. You could say he “saw the light” and be correct. To be more explicit, though, what he did was respond to the inpouring of feminine energy’s high vibrations that are nudging consciousness to follow soul level guidance.
Another matter you have asked about is “stealth omicron.” That so-called sub-variant of covid is the officially-given diagnosis of people who become ill or die from ingredients in the solutions falsely called vaccines. It’s also part of the agenda to establish the public mindset that the “pandemic” is here to stay and semiannual booster shots will be necessary.
Individuals who planned this crime against humanity and still are among the living are making a fortune from the billions spent on “vaccines.” If we knew when the truth about all of this will come forth, we would shout it from your rooftops.
Now then, we know it is difficult to grasp that everything in existence throughout this universe is energy fluctuating at one frequency or another and that energy is cosmic consciousness. Possibly it is just as difficult to perceive yourselves as so powerful that simply by thinking of something, you set into motion its manifestation.
It may be easier to understand that like attracts like, by the universal law of attraction that is in constant operation. But it’s also easier to forget that the law can’t distinguish what you do want from what you don’t want—it simply brings back to you from the collective consciousness what is most similar to your thoughts. If those are about mainstream media reports, which are rife with devastation, despair and dire predictions of what may be in store, that is what you are helping to continue or initiate.
Dear ones, you can feel compassion for everyone affected by adverse circumstances without concentrating on images and thoughts about what they are enduring. What will help change those circumstances is thinking about what you want your world to be. Peaceful. Everyone prospering. Wise honorable leaders. Just laws and regulations. A society that respects diversity. Benevolent treatment of all animals. A healthy, beautiful environment. Kindness, cooperation, helpfulness. In short, life with love as its foundation.
A number of you have asked if meditation really is helping in that respect. Yes, indeed it is! Individually, in a local group or computerized gatherings or by agreement for a global meditation time, visualizing and focusing on the glorious world you want definitely is helping that come into being. The ability to “move mountains” is not a fantasy—you have innate abilities to accomplish marvels!
Parents and teachers who have expressed dissatisfaction with educational systems describe them as “deficient,” “stifling the development of thinking, reasoning minds,” “worthless,” and one mother wrote: “Many of us are distressed about our children’s education. Can Matthew give us any encouragement about improvements in the future?” Before we reply, let us say this: When we have been asked what we think will be most effective in opening minds and hearts, we say education.
Yes, absolutely we can offer encouragement. The major changes, which will be implemented in stages, will take time but it is a good start that some parents are speaking out about what they want their children to be taught in schools. Although opinions now are in opposition, consensus will come when the truth about your educational systems emerges.
Long ago the Illuminati decided they could more easily control the masses if schooling was only what they wanted the peoples to know. The present-day generation is weakening as each day passes; however, the textbooks they have published for all age levels still contain only what they want known, so the learning-teaching-learning cycle is rooted in a great deal of disinformation and the omission of a great many facts.
Therefore, new textbooks with authentic, thorough information about national and world history and all the sciences will be needed, and since language studies will be offered starting with kindergarten, books at elementary level also will be needed.
Writing, printing and distributing all those books for all ages in all languages will be a gargantuan task, but many hands will participate to accomplish that as quickly as possible. Ancient records will be brought forth and myriad recent sources of accurate information are available—all of that material will facilitate preparation of new books. Documentary films and the Internet also are educational tools, and, wherever their information is wrong, it will be corrected.
New editions of holy books will contain only original records. They show the commonality of all religions’ teachings about the Supreme Being of this universe, the divinity of every soul and the power of love.
You may wonder what will be done with the multimillions of textbooks. A copy of each will be put in a building in every country that wants a museum of the printed history of Earth, and all other copies except those that are personally owned will be recycled to produce their replacements.
The museums also will house a copy of novels, biographies, autobiographies, mysteries, true adventures, recipes—well, the spectrum of genres and subjects—and a selection of the world’s newspapers and magazines. One wing of each museum will contain a theater and selected movies because those, too, are records of what has influenced societal behavior and beliefs.
Now back to schooling. Just as what is taught will change, so will how it is taught. Students at all grade levels will be encouraged to talk about what they are learning, and that will extend way beyond books. From kindergarten onward participation in the arts will be emphasized and materials or instruments will be provided. All forms of art—music, writing, painting, dance, sculpting, weaving, acting, photography, landscaping, clothing design, architecture, ceramics, and no doubt other forms we aren’t thinking of at this moment—are expressions of the soul.
Also starting in kindergarten, some classes will be outdoors so the youngest students learn to respect all life forms. They will plant and properly tend to gardens of flowers and vegetables and help care for the “wild” and domesticated animals that live at the schools so students can observe the species’ interaction and their varied learning processes. Age-appropriate field trips and films of natural life in distant lands and in the seas will supplement personal experiences.
Exercise will be recognized as an important part of maintaining health in mind, body and spirit. The “kill ‘em” approach to team sports will change to competition wherein each member is helped to achieve her or his potential, and sports that can cause brain injury will be modified to eliminate damaging aspects. Students who have no interest in team sports can engage in whatever exercise they wish, and short periods of solitude and silence will follow physical exertion.
Studies in other countries similar to your student exchange programs will be available to all who desire, and no child will be denied education beyond high school because parents can’t afford the expense. The new global economy will include free or affordable schooling for every child, and it won’t be by taxation. Learning devices with emissions that are damaging to brain cells will be redesigned to assure user safety.
Not all children will want to be scholars until they acquire a master’s, PhD or other advanced degree. Many will have aptitudes and talents in mechanical, technical or technological fields or the many forms of art, construction, farming or food preparation. So some schools will provide training in each of the specialty interests along with courses for well-rounded knowledge, and children who are especially gifted intellectually will attend schools where they can progress as rapidly as they need to to keep their interest high.
Preparatory courses for teachers and university graduates who choose that profession will include a new kind of evaluating students’ progress and summarized versions of new texts in addition to books for themselves and their students. There will be no rigid protocols for teaching at any grade level. Persons who have mastered specific areas such as animal care, gardening and the various art forms will visit at intervals and always be available to advise.
All classrooms will be inviting and vary in size according to the number of students. Rooms for hands-on instruction will be small, films will be shown in theater-size rooms, and student performances—concerts, plays and such—will take place in an auditorium. Not only will teaching be much more enjoyable because students will be happy, eager learners, but teachers will be paid handsomely for their valuable contribution to the society.
How that new basis for schooling will be implemented will differ from country to country. The education principals will start with what meets the greatest needs of the citizenry, then build on that foundation. Everything we have described is blossoming beautifully in the continuum to the grand delight of students, teachers and parents around the world, so you know the future of your educational systems is shining brightly.
Beloved sisters and brothers, so many wondrous changes in everything that affects life on Earth are ahead! If you chose in your soul contract to transition to spirit life before those changes are manifested, from your far higher vantage point, you will feel fulfilled by seeing your children, their children, their children and all generations to come joyously living in the world you helped bring to fruition.
All light beings in this universe honor you and support you with the unparalleled power of unconditional love.
You likely have a need for something new and exciting. You feel you are missing something, even though you have difficulties knowing what that something is. So some days you pine for a celebration, other days for a vacation, and still others for financial or romantic rewards. But if those items appeared, they would not hold your interest for long.
You are between needs. The needs of yesterday no longer fulfill you, and the needs of new you have yet to arrive. You are in a personal void.
Even though this void will end within days, it may seem like an eternity.
You want to feel as if you are part of the earth, perhaps like you did before Covid changed much in your world. Yet, those pre-Covid activities seem flat. In truth, you feel flat. Nothing or very little sparks your interest but much disturbs you.
So you will likely try returning to pre-Covid activities hoping they will spark your interest. Unfortunately, very little does, including food. Nothing seems right, and almost everything seems wrong.
Where is your joy? Where is your laughter?
Such will not last long. In a sense, this personal void is your pre-birth time. The time shortly before birth when not much joy seems available – but instead, pain and fear.
Of course, even reading these words makes you angry. For you want everything to be sunshine and sparkles NOW. Not tomorrow or soon, but NOW. So it is you know your birth time has arrived. The difference is that this birth is internal. You are a new being ready to birth yourself into the outer world. And because you are so close to your new you external world birth, you are irritable, cranky, and just plain unpleasant to be around.
Your laughter and joy will return but in a different form than was true before you completed this new you birth. Just as rattles no longer fascinate Kindergarteners so it is for you now. You have evolved beyond 3D/outer-directed joys. And outer-directed fears seem overwhelming, just as is true on a hot day in the last days of pregnancy. It is all too much because your focus is birthing new you into the outer world – despite not necessarily understanding you are doing so.
Perhaps you wonder why you do not understand this birthing process. Such is so because you have no earth history to help you comprehend what is happening to you.
Your outer world is disturbing and exhausting because your energy is focused on your inner birth.
Even though this is not an easy time for you, it will be short-lived. Once you complete this birth process, you will forget how uncomfortable you were for the joys following will more than compensate for your current discomfort.
When will you give birth? Even though you can do so whenever you wish, it is likely that your birth will occur near the observances of Easter, Passover, Ramadan, and similar love gatherings. Not because of any religious significance but because so much focus on those days supporting all who are ready to birth.
Of course, many of you have questions about current wars or COVID. We, of the Universes, remind you that such is so because worrying allows you to ignore your discomfort – something you have done for eons in your outer-directed world.
Using world events or events outside you to ignore yourself.
So it is you are wishing for something outside yourself, not because you necessarily care, but because it allows you to ignore your inner needs once again. Such will shift shortly, likely near the Easter/Passover/Ramadan observances. The love focus of so many earth inhabitants will provide the additional push you need to birth new you into this new world.
You now wonder what will happen if you do not birth during the Easter/Passover/Ramadan observances or if you do not have enough energy to birth new you for months? Such will not happen. Put that fear aside just as you once needed to put aside your fears that you would not be a good parent to your new bundle of joy. You are both the parent and that little bundle of joy. For you are birthing you. So be it. Amen.

We are the Trees of Nova Gaia. We rustle with the calming energies of light and breezes from this space of knowing, of peace, of acceptance, of resolution. We are in the space of completion, and yet creation. You are in the space of dis-creation and re-creation and it feels as if you are in the void, for your external and your internal worlds do not match and it is a time of disconnect of realities.
We are the Trees of Nova Gaia. We are deeply rooted in the light of new beginnings and of the old ways of peace. Not all that you see is deeply rooted. Not all is rooted in truth and light and most are simply shadows, seedlings of ideas that have not taken root. (I am seeing old dark trees being uprooted and laying on the ground. I am seeing them being covered with seedlings of green, becoming nurse logs for new life.) We are showing you this, galaxygirl, for many dark ideas are being uprooted, discarded and new ideas will take root. All is not lost. You have been assimilating and reorganizing your own genetic and cellular structure with these solar storms and energy upgrades. We send you our light now. (I am surrounded in bright green leaves and I feel the breezes and sunbeams of Nova Gaia on my face. I feel the cool dark earth on my toes and I am grounding with them. I see small green shoots encircle my feet, tickling them.) We are very real here in this space, galaxygirl, more real than what you see. The holo-world is morphing into much more than you have experienced, certainly within this lifetime. You all remember, the ancient ones, you remember and that is why you returned, to bring this space into that which was of pure beauty, of light, of hope, and of pure creation.
The joy will return but it must be nurtured within. Joy is renewed in the quiet spaces and places of your heart when light and nutrients of what you call self care, and what we call essential time, is given. You have been in a consumer reality where if it is needed it is taken. In Nova Gaia, if it is needed, it is given, and recreated so there is no lack or space of loss. So must be done for your own human vessel. If you give, replace with self love, with time, with healing so that you can regenerate your own energy from the great All That Is. There is no lack of this energy. It is the very air that you breathe, it is the love that surrounds. We can feel this love, it is in our very roots and leaves. Our branches sway in the gentle winds and we move this love to share with the others. We are love, in tree form. You are love in human form. You have been many forms. We are sending you tree love now. Feel our green wave of light surround your human form and remember the freedom and the unity that is yours by birthright.
We are the Trees of Nova Gaia. Some of you will choose to live within our branches and trunks in tree houses, illuminated with crystals that glow and communicate easily. Others will choose to use Nova Gaia as a home base and travel the stars. All are permissible, all are wise choices, for there is no time. There is all time. There is all time for the space of healing and renewal, of reunions and rebirths, of re-creation. Nova Gaia is fully operational. We are grounded deeply within to her frame. We are closely linked in with her crystal networks of light and that is why we are slightly illuminated at night for the crystal networks enliven us. (I am seeing how tree communication in our world is nothing like the depth of communication that the Nova Gaia trees are able to perform, because there is so much greenery and forestry on her, that it is all a massive network of communication. I am seeing their roots are deeply intertwined with seed crystals and the network of the crystalline consciousness is deeply interwoven for maximum communication and joy.) This is how the human network was supposed to function. You will no longer feel cut off and communication will be easy and light, effortless.
Humanity has been disconnected in many ways, divided from each other and from your own divine understanding. (I am seeing newly planted trees all in a row, separated and alone, without the community of the forest.) No longer will this be the same. (I am seeing roots underground growing outward, reaching for other roots and finding them). This is what you are all doing now. You are finding each other. All is a massive network of light, of communication. The starseeds are in process of germination and regrowth. Roots are sprouting, ideas are forming and communities will be formed. You are not alone. Star networks are much like our tree network. We show you the roots so you may more easily tap into your own star families, for that is what is occurring. All networks of communication, of reunion, of light, are regrouping. This is the great celebration. And we wish for you to feel our excitement. It is much more than Gaia’s healing. It is the recalibration and regrouping, the reunion of many. Much healing is to occur.
We trees think deep thoughts and we see and feel many things. Tap into our communicate network and feel the comfort that we offer to you with respect, with reverence. We deeply appreciate the growth, the work, the love that you have been planting upon your Gaia. It is creating us. You have planted us. Do you see? For there is no time. Time is a spiral with no end. We are connecting with you now.

God’s love is the energy that permeates the universe. It is the essence in which you live, move and have your being. There is no time when you are separate from Divine Love, whether or not you are aware of this fact. Divine Love is always there for you.
If you do choose to be aware that you are basking in the Light of the Universe in every moment, your life can change for the better. When you remember that you are always receiving God’s blessings, you know that you are supremely loved.
No matter what you have done, or not done, you are loved. No matter how imperfect you feel, you are loved. You are the beloved child of a benevolent God who wants you to be happy, free, wealthy, and filled with love. This is what you deserve because you are you.
You have come to this place and time to hear this message. You need to remember how much your life is worth to the Creator of all that is. Bask in this possibility for a moment. Breathe in the Divine Light and know, really know, how much you are loved.
There is no one else in the world with the gifts, talents and abilities that you have. When you realize this, you can give thanks, knowing the way is now open for you to use your God-given talents and abilities to expand and enrich your life. For this you came to earth.
You also came to earth to learn the lessons your Soul has chosen to learn. These lessons may feel difficult. You may see no way to accomplish your dreams. You may not even feel as though it is okay to have your dreams. Yet within you there is a spark of light that knows that you are always receiving Divine love.
This love, which you are continuously receiving, holds the energy that can carry your dreams into the world. This love can heal all that causes you pain. This love brings hope and carries the seed of truth within its light-filled energy. It’s here for you now. Breathe in Divine Love.
The Angels are messengers of God. They carry Divine Love to those who will listen and receive all that is available to them from the Universal Presence. So ask to receive this love. You are worthy to have the love of God in every area of your life.

Your prayers are working. Your simple acts of kindness are rippling outward. You are changing history. Every time you refuse to be baited into an argument, you choose peace and refuse war. Every time you pray for someone who is spiteful, mean-spirited, or angry, you rise above the vibrations of war into the truth of your love. Every time you choose not to criticize yourselves, you form a peace treaty with your soul. You dear ones, are doing the light work you came to do. Your fifth-dimensional solution (emanating a peaceful and loving energy) is shifting the outcome of your very real 3rd-dimensional world challenges. You are making a difference.
Refuse to bully yourselves into doing things you don’t have the energy or motivation to do right now – far better to nap in peace than labor under duress. Refuse to make war between the various factions within you. Stop arguing with yourself and instead listen to your heart. Sit with us and receive our love regularly, knowing that as you receive you become vibrational doorways for our love to flow into your 3rd-dimensional reality.
If you could see yourselves as we do, you would see “armies of angels,” courageously choosing peace, love, and harmony even while there are those who seek to inspire anger, war, and chaos. You would see your world coming together in an outpouring of compassion for total strangers caught in a conflict that is not one of their own choosing. If you could see yourselves as we do, you would see beautiful, light-filled beings, changing the course of your history.
Destiny is what you create with your vibration in the present moment, and as we read the predominant vibrations emanating from the human race, we see a peaceful, cooperative, and loving destiny for your planet.
Have patience, dear ones. Keep praying. Continue to choose love. Do what you are inspired to do, knowing that every act of kindness counts. You count. You matter. Your every thought, word, and deed sends vibrational ripples out into the cosmos, and together you are creating a much kinder future for yourselves and your earth than that which a sad few would have you believe in.
Your love is a blanket surrounding the lost, lonely, and scared who want to spread their pain. Your love is a warmth melting icy hearts. Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. I speak to you today with all the love in my heart. The Creator and I behold you for your powerful presence on the planet earth. Due to your presence, we have made a huge shift in the situation on the planet with the removal of the darkness. We attribute and thank you for this great work that you are doing.
You may have noticed recently that you are feeling increasingly connected to us. This is partly because we are closer to you. We are present in your skies, your thoughts, words, and everything that you are doing. You are first and foremost in our hearts. We are here to address your needs. We work behind the scenes to provide magic and miracles in your lives.
Every day this connection could be some little things such as a beauty in your sky, music, and love in your heart. We are the way showers here to uplift you and to show you the way. We want to acknowledge you and remind you that nothing you do is in vain. It could be your kind thoughts or kind words, your spiritual practices, your reverence for the earth and for each other. It could be your compassion and your open hearts. It might be your holding of the light, truth telling, something nice you do for humanity or for animals. It is all appreciated and needed at this time.
Some of you are wondering how this movie is going to play itself out. We want to reassure you that it is playing itself out and you have nothing to worry about, especially when you remove yourself from fear. The toxic things in your life, including people, need to be cleared and removed. If the energies are no longer appropriate and do not feel right, you must address what you should do about it. If your body responds negatively to something that you consume, it is incumbent upon you to pay attention and remedy the situation. You are becoming increasingly sensitive, and your body will tell you if it doesn’t like something or someone. You must listen. This is your guidance. You will do best if you listen.
We are in this ascension process together. You were never intended to do this alone. As I said at the beginning, you have more access to us than ever. There are many plans for our reunions and greater closeness. You will get to know us, and we will get to know you. You will reconnect with your galactic families, and they are excited. We love to celebrate, and we are anticipating many celebrations with you.
If you go out at night, or during the day, you will feel our presence. You might see our ships. There is an element of excitement in the air and in the sky. Come and use some of your greater telepathic gifts to reach us and we will respond back. A little practice makes it even easier. You can do it.
Know that we are with you and that we will complete our missions. You will live in the golden light and the Golden Age on earth.

This week’s Message is from the Collective’s live channeling on the March 22, 2022 Ashtar Legacy Call, an uplifting Light community conference call held twice a month: Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you again today. And surely, any of you could sing this beautiful song by this wonderful singer, this wonderful artist whose name is India Arie.
Let’s just have a look at the lyrics, because you may not have been able to hear it well [over the phone]. This is important, and not just because of difficult times with the electronics, which have gone mad lately, for a number of reasons.
All of the vibrations are shifting on the planet very quickly [due to solar flares and rising Earth vibrations], and that’s going to affect a lot happening, in terms of electronics. She keeps repeating “I AM LIGHT.” And she keeps realizing the power of that term, that phrase, “I AM.”
So let’s look at this. This dear one is pointing out:
I am not the things my family did I am not the voices in my head
I am not the pieces of the brokenness inside
I AM LIGHT She sings this a number of times [“I AM Light”], and then she comes back for another verse:
I am not the mistakes that I have made Or any of the things that caused me pain
And something beautiful that our writer didn’t notice until she was listening to the song again this morning, is that there are backup singers, or overdubbed sounds of Ms. Arie, singing “Om” at the start of this song. And one can sing Om or other mantras perfectly throughout the entire recording, because the sustained notes interplay perfectly with singing Om in tune with this key that the song is sung in.
And the song invites that. The song invites the sense of “Om.” It invites not only peacefulness, but a realization of the expansiveness, the tremendous expansiveness of each person. Yes, you are Divinity defined! Yes, you are not just a particle of Light in the universe. You are the Universe itself, as they say, “expressing in human form.” Also expressing, we would say, in miraculous form, and in miraculous intention.
So if you’d like, close your eyes for a moment. We’re going to work with everyone who is open to receiving energies right now, so that you can experience this beautiful expansiveness, this feeling of just how far your Light flows out from you—how perfectly you’re lighting up the Earth, planting so much Light and, therefore, so much healing in Her, in beloved Gaia. So much Light into every circumstance, every relationship, every desire your heart holds!
And relax a bit. See if you can unclench any part of the body that’s tense. Might be inward. Or it might be the head, the neck, the shoulders . . . might be your arms . . . the hips, knees . . . maybe the stomach. There might be something you’re sort of clenching. Relax your eyes . . . relax your face.
Now image, if you can—or you can feel it. It’s all right if you have trouble imaging things—we’ll do this with you. It will still be happening. Image or feel your soul power, pouring down through the crown chakra. That’s pure liquid Light, pouring down into the body. And it’s resonating perfectly with the Light pouring onto the planet now. It’s sort of “making its Peace” with these solar flares, with the energy transmissions from all the Galactic families assisting to enact NESARA and Full Disclosure.
You’re relating, in other words, far more to all the higher energies flowing in, than to all the demonstrations of shadow on the planet right now.
And now this beautiful Light, this center Light, like a candle flame, fills the whole body. It’s going to spread outward in all directions. It’s going to spill over into every single area of your life. Your entire home, any vehicles you own, the property, the Earth going very deep below. The air going very far above and all around where you live. It’s just going to spread, this Light, it’s just going to keep expanding . . .
Wonderful! Keep going with all that. It just keeps expanding. Pretty soon it’s going to develop your entire county or province or region—your whole states or province, or the whole country, your whole continent. It’s just going to keep spreading. Now as this is happening—good, for some of you, it’s already reaching the oceans! It’s reaching outer space, wonderful! Going throughout Lady Gaia.
And as you’re doing this, wouldn’t it be beautiful for you to intone, say it aloud if you can, this absolutely celebratory statement: “I AM Divinity defined!” “I AM Divinity defined!” And you are! You are Divinity defined in human form. Perfectly defined. Even if you weren’t in human form, would you still be Divine? Of course!
And when you’re ready, what about the next line? “I AM God/Goddess on the inside.”
Wonderful! Just keep going with that, keep repeating that: “I AM the God” or if you prefer, “the Goddess on the inside.” In other words, the Divinity that is always within you—yes, that’s you!
We’re working with all of you, to help you release that smaller self, who is terrified with that kind of empowerment, and that kind of wide open celebration of how beautiful and powerful you are. “I AM the God [or the Goddess] on the inside.”
And when you’re ready, the next few lines: “I AM a star, a piece of it all . . I AM a star, a piece of it all.” You are your own shining star. You are the ALL THAT IS!
Do you feel your energy expanding now, to where you are the entire Universe? It’s gone beyond your planet! It’s gone beyond your galaxy! It’s spread out to the entire Universe, your beautiful Light. Wonderful!
And of course, we come back to that original, beautiful statement, “I AM Light.” So now you’re just saying this over and over: “I AM Light.”
And so what does that mean, that you are Light? Well, it means that you are Divine Love! It means you have the capability to create whole star systems, whole planetary systems, whole universes. You have that within you.
Now, for a moment, dear ones, we’ll get a little bit practical. Think of the thing that challenges you the most. And we speak of this a great deal on the Abundance Calls.
It might be an area such as your health. It might be family. It might be the one you love—your romantic partner. It might be finances. It might be just the feeling of, “I don’t know why I’m here! The world is a mess. I don’t know that I’m helping. Where’s my mission? Where’s my vocation? Where’s my passion?”
Whatever it is, bring it forth right now. And hold out your arms and accept this—the energy of this situation, exactly as it is—very annoying and frustrating, probably, or very strange—there doesn’t seem to be an answer. You don’t know what to do with it. Hold open your arms . . . and when you’re ready, you’re going to draw that straight into the high heart. With hands on heart, you’re going to say, on behalf of this situation in your life, “I AM Light. I AM God / Goddess! I AM Divinity defined. I AM!” Wonderful!
Take another area of your life, or something in the world that just you can’t quite believe. Hold out your arms, and accept it as it is. Stop calling it a problem. Stop calling it an issue. Stop calling it a challenge. Draw it into the heart-space. “I AM Light!” Say it on behalf of this thing that doesn’t yet know it is also Divinity defined. “I AM Light.” Wonderful!
Can you thank this thing, however difficult it might be? It might be war. It might be the ignorance that leads people to mistrust or abuse one another. It might be some illness, or some awful situation that you can’t quite believe that you have struggled with most of your life. It might be the one who has treated you worse than anyone in this life, and you know you’ve met them in other lives as well. Can you thank them? Because, dear ones, without this outrageous, or just plain annoying behavior on the part of this person or this situation, or this country or this leader, or whatever it is—you might never have realized how beautiful and how powerful you are, and how expansive your energies are.
And why is that? Because if you can accept the thing that’s hardest for you, and come back to the fact that you are Divinity—come back to the fact that you are a Light warrior standing strong, with the principles of Divine Love, with Universal Law, with the perfect expanse of Creation—if you can do all that, dear ones, you have won the day!You have reminded yourself of how incredibly powerful you are.
And this tiny life, based in the third dimension, has tried to sort of hypnotize or brainwash you into thinking you’re small. Into thinking you’re weak. Into thinking you’re helpless, when you’re anything but.
So why do you suppose the dark fights you so desperately? Why do you suppose they’ve gone to such ridiculous extent to try to discourage you, to break you if they could, except that they know how powerful you are!
It’s too late now. They tried, and they failed. Let them know, “You can come into the Light. The Light has won. I’m still standing strong. “I’m still in the Light. Nothing’s changed. I was in the Light before I was born, and I still am. In fact, I AM the Light!
“So bless you for trying. Thank you for putting me through my paces. “The only thing that happened is, now I’m wiser than I was. Now I know more. I know myself in ways I wouldn’t have otherwise. “And you and I have finally met face to face. I didn’t stay where it was safe and clean and warm, and easygoing. “I came down to Earth where it’s extremely demanding, horribly imbalanced, and very rough—and I still love you.”
So what we would love, dear ones, is that if you could look at this or any situation that gives you trouble over the next week or so, and remind it: “I AM Divinity defined! I AM Divine! I AM Light! I AM Divine Love! “And I welcome you to join me in this beautiful circle. I welcome you to stop the imbalance that has put you in place. “And I bless and accept whatever aspect of me allowed you to come in, in my life. And I accept whatever it is that I was meant to learn. I accept that as well.” This has been a very rough boot camp, but here we are! And there’s not a particle of this Universe that doesn’t bow to you now, dear ones, out of complete Love and respect.
And so we thank you for all you are. All you’ve done, all you will do yet, in building the New Earth. And we ask that you take these times to learn to just relax, to listen to beautiful music such as this, that will build you up. And remember: You’re already there! That beautiful Light-filled New Earth existence—use that lovely affirmation our writer learned a while ago that she loves—just keep saying: “I’ve already created it!”

We have been noticing that quite a few of you are starting to recognize that you have spiritual gifts and abilities, and we also have been observing you not only accessing them but also letting them shine. You have had plenty of time on your hands for not only introspection, but also for sitting quietly and long enough to recognize the gifts and abilities that you have floating to the surface of your consciousness.
This is wonderful news for you as the individuals who are accessing those gifts, and it is even better news for the human collective, as they all get to benefit from the sharing of your gifts and abilities with as many people as you can. You may feel that you are under-qualified or not good enough yet to start sharing, but trust us when we say that humanity needs you and the freshness of your new voice, your new perspective, and the new energies that you are accessing as the new breed of awakened individuals who are ready to step out and step up to a larger audience.
Some of you have been hiding, not allowing your gifts and abilities to be experienced by others, and we understand where that apprehension comes from. We know that it is challenging to put yourself out there, even though you are so desperately needed, and even though your fellow humans have been summoning the new breed. You are the healers, psychics, channels, clairvoyants, and so many other labels that will lead those who are just waking up at this time.
And as we have said many times before, the mass awakenings are upon you and will continue. Therefore, you will be more sought after by those who are just waking up now. And even those who have been awake for quite some time can benefit from those of you who just starting to acknowledge what you have to share, what is burning and shining so brightly inside of you. You are the ones, and now is the time, and if you needed a sign from the universe to start putting yourself out there, consider this transmission that very sign.

I asked my contacts to provide a message for Lightworkers if they had something to share on this topic. I asked for clarification only because I realize that we cannot get timing on these events. This was a verbal message and I transcribed it later, over a few days. I also asked Metatron to be my Gate Keeper for protection and to allow only one Being in at a time. Thank you, Amanda Ellis for this great idea! METATRON: Arch Angel Michael is first. ARCH ANGEL MICHAEL:Greetings, Lightworkers! This something that need not be talked about. It is not important to anyone’s spiritual growth to know the future. It is only relevant for those who have not done the work, who have not purged themselves of malignancies, of dark thoughts and deeds; those who are not focused on the light. These are the only ones who need this type of information…meaning that you and your Lightworker friends who are indeed already ‘high above’ the rest have no worries. Because no matter how it plays out, dear hearts, you will all be taken care of! I realize that it has been very difficult for the Lightworkers. You have had a hard time your whole lives. You have used your shields and protected yourselves as much as possible, but many arrows still pierced your hearts. Those with closed hearts and minds felt threatened by your willingness to step outside the norm, your curiosity, and your bravery. They were jealous so they taunted and ridiculed you. I say to all of you—kudos for standing your ground!! Even if this cruel treatment made you go silent. You still stood your ground and continued your pursuit of the truth, of the light and of spiritual knowledge. You were true to your Soul. So, kudos to all of you! Congratulations! Bravo! You are a special group! Lightworkers and Starseeds, you’re doing an outstanding job! If this so-called timeline splits at this very moment, you have no concern. Those of the lower vibration will go their way and you need not worry what happens to them. They have chosen their path. You have chosen to search out the light and to gain knowledge. Those of you who have planned to become Humanitarians, you are prepared for that positive outcome. So, if the RV happens–you are prepared and ready for your Redemption Appointments. You will share your heart about what you wish to do, then let the chips fall where they may. If the “solar flash” (Ascension) that you have heard about arrives first, you will be gently guided on a new path. Those of you who are ready for your next leap will be ushered on a path towards that outcome. Your Soul and Higher Self have absolute choice over what you want to do! This is not something that is done to you. I will not go into details about that, but just know that everything will be done for your highest good. So, I say this with the most love and respect to all of you: I wish you to be at peace and not to worry about what may happen.If these so-called Med-Beds are coming or not is not important; because either you will have them when the RV occurs, or you will not need them because of the Flash/Ascension. So, you are fine! And even if some of your family members or closest friends chose the “other” path, you will be at ease with that because you know that they made the choice that is best for their Soul direction. COMMANDER ASHTAR:Hello, dear Lightworkers of Gaia! This is Commander Ashtar, and this indeed is my title. We know that there are multiple storylines floating about Gaia within various circles. Possible outcomes and many timeline projections are being shared on your internet. And that’s exactly what they are—projections. I want to explain a bit about “how things happen” for humans on Gaia. We (Ashtar Command & the Galactic Federation) came to Gaia many years ago at Mother & Father’s request to assist Gaia with her and her people’s Ascension. Gaia herself is an Arch Angel, a very evolved Being full of love. She stepped into this role of becoming a planet and taking it from darkness to light. Through billions of years Gaia held steadfast while things happened that were unexpected and countless civilization rose and fell. She stayed the course with love and patience in her heart. Many of you on the planet now have been here since right after Gaia’s creation. The call rang out and you volunteered to assist with this grand experiment we call “Project Gaia.” You, through your various “Soul Sparks” (you may call them past or future lives) worked tirelessly by planting seeds of light on Gaia and in the hearts of mankind over thousands of years. Your Soul Sparks have lived lives on Gaia, on other planets and even on our ships. Dancing Dolphin has met two of her Soul Sparks who both have served in the Galactic Federation at different times; in different capacities and who hail from two different planets. So, we all are family dear Ones, all family, and we’re all working on this massive project together! The Project is to bring Gaia back to the light. To bring Gaia (and all her peoples) up, up through all the steps of Ascension, from the dark to this light. Some of you help us with this in ways that you aren’t consciously aware of. For example, you come up to our ships as your body is sleeping. Your Soul travels via Astral Projection to participate in meetings with us. You are our “Boots on the Ground” and give us reports on what’s happening on Gaia from your point of view; for example, how people are thinking and feeling around you. You provide us with information that we use to help make certain decisions. HOWEVER–and this is VERY, VERY, IMPORTANT! What happens with your Timelines, whether the RV, the Med-Beds or the Solar Flash comes first is not controlled by us! The HUMAN COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS OF GAIA is controlling what is happening. You all give feedback through your subconscious, and you all decide together what happens. Whether the RV goes, whether this or that happens, even down to weather or wars. I know some of you think that it’s “God” that does this, but this is an INTERACTIVE EXPERIMENT, and YOU ALL ARE IN CONTROL. We assist. So, if most humans on Gaia feel that “this is taking too long” or “this is going too fast, we need to slow it down” then that is what happens. You all decide together, and we assist in carrying out your directions. Regarding things like splitting timelines—we can assist with that, but we do not interfere. It is your collective call! Mother and Father don’t interfere either. So, I cannot tell you when Med-Beds are coming or if the RV or Ascension will happen first, etc. I can’t tell you because I don’t know. You all collectively decide that! OK? You decide it together. Understand that it is your Higher Selves that are making these vital decisions—not your 3D or 4D minds. Many of you in your 3D or 4D minds may be saying “I can’t stand it anymore! It’s horrible here! We must go now!” But your Higher Selves who are wise and a little bit removed will say things like “We’re not ready yet, not ready to jump. We want more people.” This last example is what has been occurring in the last 10-15 years as you have been rapidly approaching your Ascension. You may not like to hear this, but you also collectively decide if something like a pandemic would be beneficial in the long run. Meaning, look how that has changed everyone’s lives in just a very short period. It woke many people up by taking them out of their daily grind. Many people were forced to change the way that they worked and lived. Families were able to spend more time together and the result was a change in perspective. Humans took stock of their lives and decided what was important to them. As a result, there are many positive outcomes that were realized even with the tragic loss of life; and you ALL decided that. There were those who instigated this course of action by creating the virus but collectively you allowed it to happen. And I will add that you allowed it to happen with the least number of casualties possible. It could have been a billion times worse, but you all controlled that. OK? I am trying to give you a clue on how powerful you are! Individually and as a Group. This is a very interesting and fantastic question, Dancing Dolphin, and I’m so glad that you asked it. I’m aware that some of you who are awake and conscious have been practicing group meditations. I’m hoping that you all realize how powerful you are together, how you can control your future together! You choose what you want to happen and make it so. You (individually and collectively) can do that! State your intent, visualize what you want and so it is! Keep focusing on what you want. Don’t listen to all the other storylines floating about. That doesn’t do you any good. That pulls you out of your power because then you begin to question, flip-flop and worry needlessly. Step into your power and stay in your power. All the powerful energies that have been coming into Gaia are lighting the way for you all. They are making it possible for your intent to become more focused and manifestations to come with ease. The timing of the Spring in the northern hemisphere is not by accident. It is a magical time of renewal and rebirth for Gaia and for you as well. You are stepping forth into your new reality. Join together, consciously create what you want, and you will have it. Including, if you wish, helping those who are in 3D to wake up gently with their highest good in mind. You can imagine that. I wouldn’t say manifest it because it is their choice. But you can imagine it happening and you can help them. And that’s what you all have been doing. You have been doing all of this to help all of those who are still sleeping. So, I would encourage you, if you wish, to include these 3D people in your visualizations, imaginations, and your hopefulness of what the future may hold. Some these people who are on the verge of leaving 3D and going into 4D; they have become more empathetic and compassionate. We see, we understand, and we hear you speaking in our meetings, and we tap into the collective unconsciousness. We witness all the suffering, depression and angst that is going on. The lockdowns were extremely difficult for everyone and now people are worried about a nuclear war. I will say to you, a nuclear war is not going to happen, it is not allowed to happen. PLEASE don’t worry about that! However, this fear of that can be turned into something good. In the same way that the fear of the virus helped people to wake up and realize that they shouldn’t take their lives for granted and that life itself is precious. Humans have been so focused on survival; working just to buy food and have a place to sleep that they forgot about living—through no fault of their own. Remember—Humanity on Gaia now is the Guiding Force of your destiny. THE ONE WHO DETERMINES YOUR FUTURE IS YOU! YOU ALL! Your Collective Consciousness! There is no need to look outside of yourselves. That’s what I wished to tell you. YOU HAVE THE POWER, so make it happen how you want it. Create the world that you want! We have been so pleased as we watched you all come together to stand up for your rights and freedoms and for the disenfranchised. We have been so blessed to watch this and are so proud of you! And in the same way, we know that you can do this! You absolutely have the will to create your own beautiful world in exactly the way that you wish it to be. We cheer you on constantly! The Company of Heaven cheers you on! We are your biggest fans, dear Ones. You are the rock stars, OK? (laughs), or comic book heroes, that’s who you are! I will leave you all with these invigorating and empowering thoughts. You are not at the whim of some god-like being or out of control alien invaders. YOU ARE THE HEROES! That’s the way it works. That’s the way it’s set up, that’s what’s happening. I am closing, but I want to add this: things change quickly. You know the phrase “nothing’s set in stone”? Yes? Well, please remember that a switch can be flipped very quickly. Meaning that if enough of you reach a certain level, something can happen instantly. Your constant input, manifestations and your intents are extremely important to focus on throughout your day. Even if you are busy at work, stop and imagine the world that you want as often as possible. Keep feeding your positive intent into the mix and that’s how it’s done.Thank you for your time. JOY LOVELast week, Dr. Joy Love had a vivid dream in which she received a vision of the Flash and asked me to share it with you all. In the vision she was driving in her neighborhood and the surroundings looked like early Spring where she lives. She suddenly felt what she described as a magnetizing energy wave come over her and she was compelled to lay down.
She got out of her car and laid down on the road and briefly lost consciousness. She’d seen other cars and drivers around her, and they were all doing the same, so she wasn’t worried about being run over. People were calm. Later she came to and got up into her car to lay down on the seat to be more comfortable. This vision gave her the feeling that this event is coming soon.
After waking up and in the days that followed, Dr. Joy Love began to get guidance regarding the Flash. She feels that we should be prepared to be down for 3 days or so.
Here are additional tips from her:
1. Dress comfortably, go lay down when you feel compelled to.
2. Remember your pets and plants! Put food and water out for pets and a place for them to potty. Water your plants.
3. If you have a battery clock and a small notebook and pen, keep them by your bedside to keep track of days passing as most will want to know what day it is when we come to.
4. Perhaps keep fresh water and a snack nearby also.
5. She sensed that our bodies know what is going on and we will not soil ourselves in bed (or where-ever we are laying down).
6. Clean your kitchen and freeze things that may go bad in a few days, such as bananas.
7. Keep some healthy snacks and ready to eat type meals on hand so when everyone wakes up you can feed them quickly.
8. If you wake up before others do, please check on your family, neighbors, friends and all their pets.
As you approach the room you’re going to be in; there’s noise in that room, a lot of noise. As you enter that room, suddenly it stops and there’s a breath that becomes one that’s taken by all. There are so many in the room. They all stopped, the noise stopped, and they are looking at you.
Let me explain what’s going to happen right now.
You just walked into a big group of children, and they see you, and now it erupts again, they laugh, and they applaud, and they’re so happy to see you. They crowd around you as you enter the room, trying to take your hand. They’re so pleased to see you.
It’s hard not to laugh at those beautiful children, what they say, what they do, and how joyful they are. Look at all of them. There are so many of them. It’s an odd thing to recognize yourself in every single child. Who is this? Who could they be?
They surround you with laughter. They are pulling upon you and your hands, “Come this way. We want to show you this. We have all these drawings we’ve made, expecting you to be here. We would love to share some time with you.”
And you go with them willingly.
I want to introduce you to joy. But who’s giving it to you? Every one of these children is you; it’s your inner child from every lifetime you’ve ever lived.
Those beginning years before the responsibilities, before you had anything to worry about. They are you, and in that, they want to share an unbridled joy with you.
What would that mean? For you, it erases fear. While you’re joyful, laughing, and giddy, you don’t fear much; you have so much peace, laughter, and joy. It erases so many things; it even tends to erase disease. This has been documented, Dear Ones.
This is infectious, and it’ll go into your cellular structure, all of this laughing, all of these beautiful faces. All of them together almost in one consciousness, in one voice, listening to you, and you’re listening to them. You laugh, and you cry because you’re joyful.
Here’s what I want. I want you to cognize this and take it home with you. I want you to be able to think of this particular metaphor, this Circle of Twelve, every single time you can.
When you wake up in the morning to rekindle the inner children, they are all you. In this Circle of Twelve, all are in your Soul.
Can you imagine such a thing when you wake up in the morning? Hearing the laughter of the child within, before you go to sleep at night. It’s going to change your life!
I want you to stay here, stay, and be imbued with joy—all of the ones that you’ve experienced all your life, and all of those lives before. Stay, stay and laugh, stay and have the joy of the inner child.
Breathe, Dear Ones, breathe. When you focus upon your breathing, you not only connect with your body, you also connect with the natural universal rhythm of ebb and flow. It moves you into alignment with both giving and receiving, expanding and releasing. and the overall system of balance that you are a part of.
When the energies get intense, just breathe. Many humans have a habit of holding their breath when things are feeling stressful which puts you further out of balance. Shifting into conscious breathing is deciding to not hold yourself separate from the support that is all around you.
When things are wonderful, breathe it all in! Embrace it through your breath and allow anything that is not fully resonant with that experience to go, further honing your energetics. Allow the wonder to enter your body and settle into every single cell.
Breathe as an act of love for yourself and your body. Breathe to embrace your presence and your Now moment. Breathe to celebrate the gift of being in your body on an ascending planet. We promise you, it is what you couldn’t wait to experience.
Dear Ones, we speak of it often, but we wish to remind you that you are part of a larger overall system of ebb and flow. As you continue through your own embodiment process, there will be times for expansive forward movement and other times that are for rest, rejuvenation, and integration. No phase is wrong. Each is necessary and supports the other.
A wise human trusts this and naturally shifts to reap the rewards of each individual phase. If you are in a lull, rest and reflect knowing you are in preparation for your next action phase. If you are in an action phase, ride the wave and embrace every bit of your supported forward movement. There will surely be a time to rest that will follow.
When you can stay in acceptance of it all as part of a greater system that is designed to support you and assure your success, you will find the blessings of every phase, and be able to settle into presence and gratitude for every bit of it, and that will make your journey far more pleasurable.
Do you see? Just as the sun rises and sets, and the tides go in and out, your are part of the same systems. How glorious to recognize that you are not separate from it all, but rather as important as the moon and the oceans because you are a beloved soul who dances and breathes with the universe
