You are All ONE, and Divisions between You are Unreal.
Humanity is on the cusp of the awakening process as the numbers of ones becoming aware that there is far more to life than its material aspects continue to increase rapidly.
The present confusion and uncertainty, along with the major restrictions on your freedom to move and to socialize, is motivating people and inducing them to question the validity of many of the restrictive and invasive regulations that are continuing to be imposed upon you by various governments across the world,and which the major news organizations are reporting on as being not only necessary, but absolutely essential measures to ensure that humanity’s health is fully protected.
As I have told you before, much is arising into people’s awareness, from the hidden depths of their minds, that is extremely disturbing and unsettling. It is “stuff” of a traumatic nature that was very emotionally damaging when it occurred, and so it has been buried below the level of conscious awareness until now, and has festered there causing myriad relationship issues for practically everyone and every nation.
It is now arising to be acknowledged, forgiven, and released. The pain and suffering that this acknowledgment entails has led to much of the present conflict, chaos, and confusion, and to the fear-driven authoritarian restrictions imposed on your freedoms, and on your individual sovereign and God-given rights as divine beings, because it appears to divide you against one another. But you are all ONE, and divisions between you are unreal.
Once you can truly and completely forgive all others and, of course, yourselves for what arises, and understand that you do have One indivisible nature with one another and with Source/Life, Love will inspire you to open your hearts fully to that Oneness, that Love, and then your need to judge or condemn others will fall away, as you realize that what you do to others you are in fact doing to yourselves.
Thus Love will dissolve all the ancient hatreds, resentments, and bitterness you have been feeling toward others, and to which so many of you have been clinging.
As I, and many others, never cease telling you: Love is the only Reality.
Now, as your collective awakening process accelerates and intensifies, many are beginning to realize that this is indeed the only Truth.
However, as humans experiencing life in form, and exposed to all the diverse and divisive cultural, racial, religious, political, and economic enculturation and socialization that your upbringing from infancy to adulthood imposes upon you, those experiences have caused you all much trauma of an emotional and psychological nature.
For you to grow up and live successfully within society you needed to “forget” that trauma by burying it deeply in the subconscious or unconscious parts of your minds, then what did remain conscious was intense fear and resentment of the seemingly very dangerous and unfair environment in which you found yourselves.
Whether you were born into extreme poverty, unimaginable wealth, or some in-between state, you all were traumatized to a greater or lesser extent during your journey from infancy to adulthood, no one escapes trauma.
As children, that trauma is too intense and painful to bear, it has to be hidden, buried, or in some manner disguised or concealed so that it remains unfelt and unrecognized.
In adulthood, unless it is seen, recognized, and healed, it becomes the root of all of a person’s life issues – psychological stress, illnesses, relationships, inadequate sense of self, etc. – which is why there are always so many interpersonal conflicts, and ongoing wars between nations.
All presently incarnate chose to be on Earth at this time to assist in the collective awakening by being and expressing the Love that each one is.
However, once incarnate, the memory of these pre-incarnational plans and intentions is lost. But a major part of the collective plan for all those who choose to incarnate as humans is for them to evolve spiritually – that is to awaken to their true nature – and in doing so to then put into action the plan that they had previously formulated for their intended life path.
Increasing numbers of you are doing this daily, and this awakening to your spiritual nature can be slow and gentle, or extremely intense and rapid.
Therefore, it is totally inappropriate to judge another, because there is no way that you can know what kind of path they had planned for themselves, or how far along it they have so far progressed. Rest assured that everyone – absolutely every human presently incarnate – is precisely where they are supposed to be, and that they – whatever others may think – are most definitely doing their best.
That is very hard for you to accept because judgment of others is encouraged in nearly every race, culture, and religion, not to mention in all political, economic, and personal relationships.
When you live from your hearts, setting the intent at least once daily to be only loving whatever arises, you are, most profoundly and effectively, being the change you want to see in the world and putting that change into effect.
Deep within yourselves you do know this, so acknowledge it and accept the validity of it. When you do so the power of your individual energy field intensifies, becoming even more effective.
What you have forgotten is: You are all very powerful and effective divine beings! Consequently your collective success in awakening is assured and absolutely inevitable, because it is the Will of God.
You have all, through many lifetimes, made myriad “mistakes,” – that is, you have done things that were unloving, sometimes extremely unloving – and within each of you is a deep residual memory that this is so.
You have no need, no need at all to remember what those mistakes were. Just understand that the stuff arising within you to be acknowledged, thanked, and released is part of the collective’s unloving acts and behaviors, that occurred over a very long period of time, and that you, along with everyone else presently incarnate, are here to assist in this enormous task of releasing ALL that is or was in any way unloving.
Trust God, and trust yourselves, because you are achieving what you planned, and, despite your doubts and concerns about the motives of other people, other groups, other nations, what you planned is occurring . . . NOW!
You incarnated most courageously at this point in humanity’s spiritual evolution because it was absolutely the right time for you to do so.
Know that any pain, suffering, or distress that you are undergoing personally will cease.
You are all the beloved children of Mother/Father/God, Source, the infinite field of Love that is ALL that exists, and while, at present, that can be very difficult for you to accept and believe, deep within yourselves there resides the knowing that this is so.
Therefore, let go of all your doubts and mistrust, and again reset the enormously powerful intent be loving in every moment, and to engage lovingly with all – whether in your minds, in your hearts, in person, via social media, or as you read the world news – because that is why you chose to be here in this time of chaos and confusion, knowing that your presence was an essential aspect of the collective awakening process.
You can have no idea how enormously successful you are all being in this now moment, as you extend Love into the dream/nightmare of unreality, and most powerfully contribute, as only you can, to this great awakening.
Here in the unseen or spiritual realms we are cheering you on mightily, as we honor and respect the immense task that you have undertaken and are now bringing to an utterly successful completion.
I am Sananda. I come at this time, in this opportune time, these times that are approaching now.
You have heard of announcements.
You have heard of many changes that are coming, many positive changes.
But before the positive changes, the seemingly positive changes, come, there must first be those things that bring the awakening forward, that bring the knowing of the third-dimensional frequencies as you have become aware of.
See that coming down.
See the establishment coming down.
See the various laws, and rules, and all of that coming down.
See that happening.
Because that is what’s happening now.
Even though it does not appear to be so, it is. Everything is coming together exactly as it needs to, and you are in that cusp right now with the Great Awakening that is occurring across the planet.
And again, not only across the planet, but the solar system and the galaxy.
All is coming together. And all is happening in the moment now.
Even now, as we are together in this moment, the awakening is proceeding forward.
And in order to have this Great Awakening, you have heard that there first has to be this great division, this great dividing, before uniting can come fully forward.
And this is what is happening. The falling of the establishment. The falling of society as you know it, as you have come to know it. It cannot, and could not, and will not continue as it has. It is not possible.
For life to continue here on this planet, you must come into this awakening process.
All across the planet must come to this awakening.
And that is what the three waves of Ascension are all about, is to allow for this awakening to happen as more and more people become ready for it. More and more people become prepared for it.
Just as you have been preparing, each and every one of you on this call. Each and every one of you that resonate to my words, you have been preparing, and as I have said many times, acclimating to these energies.
Because as these energies continue to come in, they become more and more forceful. That is what is creating the chaos that is happening across the planet. As these energies become stronger and stronger, it is bringing the awakening to those that have been asleep for so long.
And those that have been attempting to hold onto control are doing everything that they can now more and more to hold that control. They are putting out all the stops, you might say, everything that they can, to follow that plan that they have had, or what we call ‘the playbook.’ They have been following this every time that they can to continue the control issues to hold onto that control.
But as you know, and you have heard many times, this can no longer be stopped. Your awakening can no longer be stopped.
They cannot do it, even though they attempt to hold on and attempt to do these various things that they have become accustomed to that have worked for them in the past. They are no longer working, and cannot work.
And you are approaching that time period. That time that we have been preparing you for.
In every one of these meditations, every one of these times you come together, and in your various other meditations, you have been preparing for the Grand Event, the Great Event, THE Event, the Solar Flash. You have been preparing for this, so that when it happens, you are ready for it. And then you can indeed turn around and assist those that may not understand what is going on when they see this great flash in the sky.
First their thoughts might be fear. They might feel like it is something that is coming from the heavens that is there to destroy them.
But you will be the calming influence. You will be the one to bring their attention back to the higher vibrations, to bring their attention back to those things that have, and are, being orchestrated right here now in these moments.
And you are the ones. You are the ones that volunteered to come here. You are the ones that have brought this forward, this Grand Awakening, forward. And you are the ones that are foreshadowing the Grand and the Great Event here as it comes closer and closer.
Dates cannot be given at this point. But that does not mean it is not imminent. Just understand that.
I am Sananda, and I leave you at this time in peace, and love, and oneness.
And that you continue to carry on, carry on the missions that you came here for. And not become disconsolate, not become discouraged, even though those things around you are seemingly falling apart—they are not, they are coming together.
Much is happening as humanity prepares for the pandemic restrictions to be eased, and then hears that in certain areas new restrictions are being brought into effect .
It is very confusing for you, but those who are setting the
restrictions are themselves very confused because the situation is not
unfolding as they had planned and intended. There is much resistance
arising as people all across the world come to the realization that they
are being asked to conform to rules and regulations that are
ineffectual in controlling the ‘pandemic,’ while severely restricting
their basic human rights.
Those who would control humanity are finding that they are no longer
able to do so, and this will shortly begin to be reported in the
mainstream media as those media start to reclaim their own right to
report the real news instead of promoting the views of those who have
been controlling them.
Truly, the collective awakening of humanity is very close, and so it
makes the most sense for you to prepare to celebrate rather than to
worry yourselves unduly by attempting to guess what will happen next,
either locally or globally.
You do know that the divine plan is unfolding perfectly, the
only possible way for it to do so, therefore continue to set the intent
at least once daily to be only loving whatever arises. When you do that
you open your hearts to invite Love to enter, which It does immediately,
and then It flows powerfully into your energy fields to interact most
beautifully with the energy fields of any one about whom you think, even
only momentarily, and of course also with anyone to whom you talk,
text, Zoom, or meet in person in order to commune, uplifting and
inspiring them as they feel the loving energy surrounding you and which is enveloping them in those moments of togetherness.
You are all extremely powerful beings, and the more frequently and
intently you choose to be only loving the more effective you are in
carrying out your particular assignment in the collective awakening
process.
Remember, each of you is playing an absolutely essential part that
only you can play, so trust yourselves, trust your intuitive guidance –
we are always with you ready to offer our assistance should you
choose to call on us – and go about your daily lives knowing that you
are, in every moment, precisely where you need to be in that moment.
Whatever occurs or arises in the moment is a wonderful opportunity for you to move the awakening process forward, as you choose to respond to it lovingly, just as you planned before incarnating when, with love and total freedom, you chose to volunteer to be in form at this time.
To awaken, as you are all doing, is to move from fear to Love as you
think, speak, and act, and you all chose to be in form as humans at this
time in your spiritual evolution to do just this. You do not need to
think deeply about what it is that God/Source/Divine Wisdom wants of
you, because It just wants you to be here now, being yourselves.
Release yourselves from any egoic masks that you may have fashioned
for yourselves, as seemingly insignificant human beings, to wear in
public – that is when you were not alone and used to believe that
who you are had to be improved on when interacting with others –
because not only do they no longer serve you, they seriously distract
you from your divine work of being Love in action.
You are all here on a divine mission for which you volunteered, and Love, in her divine Wisdom, accepted your offer. There is no separation,
All are One, and therefore everyone is involved and has their own
personal assignment in the ongoing human awakening process, an
individual assignment that no one else can do for them because, until
you awaken, you are still engaging with the dream or illusion of separation.
What you are all doing – COOPERATIVELY – is creating the most
wonderful event that has ever happened on Planet Earth. It was
brilliantly planned eons ago, at the moment when the collective choice
to experience the unreal state of separation was made and put into
effect, and now is the moment in which it is to come beautifully to
fruition.
Remember! There are no accidents and no ‘coincidences,’
because all is divinely planned to assure total JOY for All that Is –
You, and You, and You, and You . . . The free choice to experience
separation was not unexpected by Source, but until it was actually put
into effect it was not appropriate to design a program to bring the
experiment to its completion. There is only NOW! And, in the Now, all is
designed, created, and put into effect. Everything – every situation,
event, opportunity, activity, interaction – occurs NOW! To repeat, there is only NOW!
Humanity is awakening NOW, and that is the divine Will and, therefore, humanity’s Will, because there is only One Will, the Divine Will, YOUR Will!
Therefore: Relax! Enjoy these last few moments when it seems that separation from Source is real, knowing, as you do, that ALL is divinely taken care of, and your return to Joy is imminent and inevitable.
Despite the so-called pandemic and the global lock-down, all is well! Humanity is awakening, just as divinely planned.
Life in the illusion is finally proving to be completely unacceptable for the vast majority of people, and rightly so. As a result of the changes that are happening worldwide all will share in a far more equitable dispersion of Earth’s abundance, while at the same time taking action to massively reduce the current despoliation that drilling, mining, and blasting has caused.
The time has come for humanity to stand up and become true
care-givers for the planet – Gaia and all who live on her and within her
in symbiotic interdependence – treating her with the honor and respect
due to her for so lovingly supporting you all so beneficially for so
long. It is time to give thanks to Gaia, on whom all sentient life
forms depend, and to do it daily, for it has long been neglected and
doing so is long overdue.
Humanity’s govern-mentally demanded population confinement or
lock-down has given people time to meditate frequently on how they want
to live their lives, what changes they wish to make in their daily
routines, and how they will deal with any relationship issues that have
arisen, when the confinement comes to a close.
Many will be discovering that they now have a vastly different
perception of how they want to move forward with their lives, now that
they have, in effect, spent a long period of time in retreat allowing
unaddressed or denied issues to arise into their conscious awareness to
be acknowledged and dealt with. Then, with the wisdom that a sustained
period of quietness provides, releasing the ones that no longer serve
them, and which may have greatly troubled them, with love and gratitude.
Life as a human presents people with many lessons that they chose –
prior to incarnating – to experience in order to further their spiritual
evolution. However, many of them went unrecognized because of the
pressures and stresses of daily human life, but the pain or suffering
that developed because they went unrecognized and, therefore, despite
being unseen or ignored, still had to be dealt with.
This lack of awareness often results in anger, judgment, and
bitterness, leading to unhappy and unsatisfactory lives. Now, with the
insights that so many have gained as a result of being confined, without
easy access to the distractions that so many had come to rely on to
avoid dealing with their issues, many will be making the kind of
life-enhancing changes that are essential for them to complete their
awakening process. Most are going to experience a new sense of freedom,
of sovereignty, as they take control of their lives instead of allowing
others to direct and manipulate them.
You were created free, and because Love honors and respects the freedom of all created beings, you know, deep
within yourselves, that freedom is your natural God-given state.
However, within the game that you have been playing, awareness of your
divine sovereignty has been hidden from you, and thus the individual
paths that each of you planned before incarnating, and which were
designed to assist you to uncover or rediscover your true nature, have
until now remained hidden.
The time that has been unexpectedly made available to you over the
last few months, time that you did not seek or ask for, has presented
you with a marvelous opportunity to make enormous personal progress in
remembering who you really are. As you come out of confinement you will
find that many have used this time very creatively and successfully to
practice loving acceptance of whatever arises in their lives, enabling
them to strengthen their sense of self, while at the same time
strengthening and empowering their relationships with their partners,
families, and friends, as an increasing awareness has developed of
humanity’s mutual interdependence – of your Oneness with one another,
and with Source.
To actually, and with great certainty, know that You are One,
that there is only One, even though that One also appears as many, is
extremely empowering. It dissolves your fears, and establishes within
you a wonderful state of peace and self-acceptance that brings you to a
state of acceptance and love for all that arises in your life, whether
you are living alone with yourself, or in the company of others. You
consent to life as it happens in each moment.
You may not like what it offers you, but, because you accept it lovingly, you find that you can deal with it. As you start to experience this on a regular basis your self-confidence, your confidence that you – the I, or Me with
which you identify – are fine, are OK, increases. As a result of this
you will find yourselves in a state of peace more and more frequently,
for longer periods of time, and able to deal rationally and practically
with whatever arises, instead of being overcome by uncontrolled emotions
which can direct you, or seemingly force you to say or do
something that is inappropriate, and which, as you review it later when
you have calmed down, you may very intensely regret.
Despite the fear and anxiety that many have been feeling as the
COVID-19 virus has spread across the world, negatively affecting a very
large proportion of humanity, it has led people on an intense and
essential inner journey of self-discovery. Many have been able to let
go of long held feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness – something the
vast majority experience for much of their lives – which has prevented
them from sharing the wonder of themselves with others.
Yes, the “wonder of yourselves!” You are each wonderful divine beings, and when you can allow yourselves
the freedom to present yourselves and your individual creative
abilities to all with whom you interact, instead of presenting only that
aspect of yourselves that your upbringing has led you to believe is
acceptable, you will find yourselves actually enjoying being you,
instead of finding yourselves anxious and afraid that others will be
judging you, your behavior, and your life styles negatively.
When you accept yourselves, and present those selves to all others
without being concerned about their opinions of you, you will find that
the vast majority with whom you interact will also accept you, in fact
they will admire and honor you for who you are, because they will now see the
real you, the divine being, the eternally beloved child of God shining
out from you as you set and live the intent to be only loving whatever
arises.
Whatever the mainstream media may be telling you about the Corona
Virus, and the effects it is having worldwide, just accept and know – as
you truly do at the depths of your being – that you are in this present
moment precisely where you are meant to be, experiencing precisely what
you need to experience, as you move forward rapidly and most
effectively on your path to awakening.
And also accept that by doing so you are beautifully alerting all
others with whom you interact in any way at all to the Reality of the
awakening process, thereby massively assisting them as they also move
toward awakening.
Right now you are exactly where you are meant to be, where you
intended to be as you planned this life path before incarnating, in
order to magnificently assist in humanity’s awakening process. There is
nowhere else that you could be right now in order to better assist in
this process, so even if it seems that you are on a path with very
little meaning, a path on which you get practically no encouraging
feedback, or even none at all, know, as truly you do, that you
are each doing wonderful work to bring the awakening process to its most
amazing and divinely intended conclusion – FULL CONSCIOUS AWARENESS of
your eternal Oneness with Mother/Father/God.
REJOICE, because you, just like me, are One with God.
I am Sananda. I am here at this
time, and in these moments to continue this awakening process with all
of you. To continue to guide you, assist you wherever that is possible.
You all have a saying, “the times they
are a-changing.” And these times are certainly about that. It is
about change. It is about awakening. It is about remembering who you
are.
But not only you, the Light-workers
and warriors, but the Collective Consciousness as well must come along.
And you are the Way-showers to bring this about.
But you can only do so much. You can
only do what you are able to do in the moment. Do not feel in any way
if you are not making a dent. If you are not making a difference. Do
not condemn yourself for this. For you must awaken first, and then assist others in their awakening as they are ready to do so.
But as you are finding out, not all
are ready at this time. Not all come to understand what you have come
to understand. So many are still continuing to sleep. So many are
continuing to be within their slumber, and have been for many, many
lifetimes, and continuing in this one.
But do not fear at all that everything is not going to change, because it is. You are coming
out of the storm. The storm is upon you now, and you have been in the
eye of the storm. Many of you have been very comfortable there.
But the comfort is now leaving for
many of you. You are finding that you can no longer be in that storm
and be comfortable in it. You must go beyond it, now. You must realize
that everything is certainly happening for a reason and being
orchestrated. And that The Plan is continuing to be in the works. Do
not despair, as many of you are tending to do, now.
Many of you find yourselves becoming
ensconced again within the three-dimensional illusion at times. But at
other times you realize that you can come to your center within you and
you can feel the Universal Source of your being fully enveloped within
you. And in those times, you realize that everything is exactly as it
needs to be, and you are in the exact place in that moment that you need
to be there.
So have heart, people. Have heart
that you are moving ahead exactly as you need to right now. There is
nothing to be concerned about, even though it appears that all around
you are bringing concern to the picture. All around you are continuing
to hold fear.
But is up to you, the Light-workers
and warriors, to help to extinguish that fear, to help to raise it to be
higher vibrational frequencies within you, and to help them as well to
come out of that fear. Not in a way that is detrimental to you. We
would never suggest to take a chance like that to bring anything to you
that is not for your better and highest good. But know that as you are
working for your highest good and for the highest good of all around
you, that you have everyone’s best interest in mind.
So continue to trust in The Plan
because it is exactly The Plan that you have been a part of creating for
many thousands of years. And that plan is coming to a culmination
now. It is not far off at all, where you will find salvation, and all
around you will find that salvation as well.
You will find your freedom. Because
freedom is what your destiny is, what your right is. Freedom. Freedom
to be whoever you are. Freedom to reach to the very stars above you.
Freedom to become the highest good within you that you can be in the
moment. It is your birthright. It is your destiny. It is The Plan.

continue to reach out to your brother and sister, to reach out and bring
them the Light whenever they ask for it.

You don’t need a guru to find yourself, your Higher Self, your essence / core. You are your own guru, your heart has all the truths of the Universe within it. I am Sananda. As always, I appreciate
this time, these moments that I can be with you and communicate with
you, and share various messages with you to help you to continue to
understand who you are.
And to realize that you are so much
more than the body. You are so much more than the brain that you
have. The mind is so powerful, powerful beyond measure. You have no
idea yet just how powerful your minds are. Your ability to have an
intention. And then to take that intention and make it into something
that you want in your life. You are beginning to see that. Some of
you, many of you, are beginning to see that you have that power, that
you can have mind over matter. You are beginning to see that more and
more. And I ask you now, each and every one of you, to begin to utilize
that power more.
Begin to know yourself, so that you
can come to the belief that you have these abilities, that you have this
power within you to direct your bodies, to direct them in any way that
you want them to be, to communicate with your physical body, to ask your
physical body, “what is it that it needs,” and then to supply that need
for it.
Your body is only as sick or in
illness as you let it be. You have to come to understand that. The
energies that have been coming into this planet for some time now are
increasing your immune systems. You may not be aware of that, but all
of your immune systems are becoming stronger and stronger.
But it is the mind that must
control the immune system. You must come to understand that. The mind
can even either increase the immune system, or it can decrease the
immune system. And the mind operates from programming. And if the
programming continues to hold you down to the belief that you can have
hereditary illnesses and all of these types of things, then it will do
that.
But, if you, as Lightworkers and
Warriors, in these times and in these moments, if you can fully come to
understand that you are in control. You, your mind, your greater mind, and the connection of your mind to the universal mind, is everything. Once you come to realize that, you can do anything. And I do mean anything.
Just as I showed those 2000 years plus
ago when I walked the land as Yeshua, just as I showed at that time
that the power of the mind is great, but that each time when I would
assist another, I could only make a difference if theyallowed it,
if their programming allowed for it. If they released the programming,
and if they let the energies come through, then anything was
possible. Crippled walked again. Blind people saw again. But it was
because of their faith. That is what brought them through it. That is what made them whole.
Just as your faith, your belief, and the belief that changes to knowing within you, just as that in
these times now will see you through any illness, any sickness, any
malady of any kind and be simply healed by the word, the word of Light
within you. Just as I had you see the beginning of all of creation
happened with the word, happened with the Light, began with all this
(referring to the guided meditation just completed). So too do you have
that creative ability within you. You have the creative source within
each and every one of you and that creative source within you can
perform miracles if you allow it.
So let go of all of the programming
now, all that has been placed in your consciousness for so many
thousands of years, and so many lifetimes. Programming that keeps
holding you down if you let it. See now all of the energy within you
flowing freely up and down with no blockages within you, freed from
anything that would hold you back now.
This, my friends, is the ascension process. You are in it, and you are it.
All of my peace and love be with all
of you. Continue on. Continue on. Don’t give up, no matter how
difficult times might become. Always know that you can be in that eye
of the storm, and let the storm continue to rage around you, but you are
safe within your Light Body.

Not at this time.
OWS: Very good. Then we are
ready to move on with your questions, which often lead to various
messages as well. Various ways to help you to continue to understand,
as Sananda says, who you are. That is the most important thing: to rememberwho you are. And now your questions?
Guest: Yes. I have two questions from the e-mail.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: The first is from a
brother who had an experience where he was told to put two crystals on a
beach, and one was in a higher position than the other. He is
wondering if these crystals had anything to do with the opening of the
gateway, which was on 2/2/2020. This was also the date of the
experience that he had.
OWS: Yes. On the date of your Feb 2, 2020, that was the opening of a massive gateway at that point.
And the particular direction that this
one received to place those crystals as he did, and he followed the
direction on this particular day, on this particular opening of the
gateway. And this assisted.
He may not become completely aware of
this, and you may not be fully aware as a whole, here, that one
individual can make a difference, here, but that one can. And this one
did in the use of the quartz crystals to be able to place them in a
direct indication that was given. He followed this indication, one
high, one low, one feminine manifestation, one masculine manifestation
to fully understand what has occurred here. To bring the balance within
this gateway. And this gateway has opened up across the entire planet,
you see, it is the connection there.
Not that you can simply walk through
the gateway. You are not ready to be able to do that, or most of you
are not. But you will be able to have access to this gateway as a
gateway of light that is coming through. It is not so much that you can
walk through this gateway, it is a sense that the light can come
through this gateway, and that is what happened. And it came through on
this particular area where this one had the experience, here.
But it was not only this one that was
doing this at times. There were others who were also directed to do
similar type of experience here, working with the crystals in this way,
in augmenting, we will say, the light coming through the gateway across
the planet, here. Okay?
Shoshanna, anything you can add here?
Shoshanna: We can share just one aspect of this, although you have explained this in very good terms, very understandable terms.
What we will share is that as all must
already know that a crystal is an exponential instrument. It magnifies
its presence where it is placed. It can magnify negative, and it can
magnify positive, as it takes the energy from the area and magnifies it
out.
What we find is that the place where
these crystals were placed, near water, gives the opportunity for these
crystals to magnify a great energy, as the area is pristine with
energy. Water carries magnificent energy, and the area carries
magnificent energy that would allow for a magnification to take place so
that whatever is happening in that area can happen more easily. That
is all we have. Namaste.
OWS: Very good. And we will
also add here that intention is very important in these aspects, in
these experiences. If you have the intention, and you put that
intention within the crystal, it can magnify this greatly. And the more
intention you have, the more power that you put behind your intention,
the more it can magnify it. And this is what this one did in terms of
having the belief to follow through with this process.
And this goes for everyone
here. Also, if you ever feel the need or the direction to do something
similar to this, follow through with it. Do it. And realize that you
have the ability to direct energy, to intend energy at great, great
levels beyond what you may even begin to believe is possible,
here. Okay?

Guest: Yes. There is another
one from the e-mail from another brother. He was asking when are the
ascension symptoms going to start to subside. And how long after the
solar flash will dark beings start to be removed or be removed? He
further wants clarification on the term, what does it mean to be
‘consumed by the light.’
OWS: Very good. Actually,
we will answer the second question first. In terms of those of the dark
beings, the dark forces, and how they are going to be removed. Or
rather, we should say they are in the process of being removed, and have
been for some time, now. Not all, of course, have been taken off
planet, but it is moving in that direction. And when the Solar Flash,
The Event, happens, certainly that will be a major catalyst to finish
the job, you might say.
And to understand when the saying has
been given, those that come from the darkness will either join the
light, or they will be consumed by light. What that means is if they
are willing to allow the light to come through them and become a part of
them, then they will not have to go through the great consummation
process at the Central Sun.
And if they do decide, though,
that they do not want to turn to the light, and they just are adamant
about not doing that even after being given many, many opportunities to
do so, then they will find themselves being consumed by the light in
terms of being regenerated back to their beginning essence, we will say,
with all of their memories, everything, wiped out. Their soul memory,
soul record, would begone. So that is how that happens, here.
And what was the first question here again?
Guest: Yes, he was asking when are the ascension symptoms going to subside.
OWS: Yes, ascension
symptoms. We will say they will subside when they subside. We really
cannot answer that question directly because everyone is different, so
it cannot be said when it will subside. But certainly, as you come
close to The Event, as you come close to that Solar Flash event, those
symptoms will largely be gone at that point, and certainly after
that. That is what we can share here. Shoshanna?
Shoshanna: We can add to
this. The symptoms that many refer to are a result of resistance. When
an individual resists their potential, resists their movement in
consciousness, the symptoms will dig their heels in and be augmented by
resistance. As we move forward as a collective and we embrace the
movement of change that is taking place, the symptoms will calm
themselves. Namaste.
OWS: Yes. Very good. Are there other questions now?
Guest: Yes, One Who Serves, and Shoshanna, hello Dear Ones. As long a no one else is jumping in quickly, I’ll jump in.
I need a little bit of clarification,
because this question mark is kind of blocking my ability to
interact. I have had the experiences of having what I then thought was a
twin flame, which occurred to me as looking like Yeshua or being
Yeshua, and we would go traveling back in time to the days of
Yeshua. And then along came this other that appeared to me more like
Bob Marley, and we would travel into the inner Earth, and we still
do. At some point I thought it was the same person, same thing. Then
other times, though, I have come to think it is not the same individual,
but there is a kind of a male-female experience to both. I don’t want
you to tell me who it is, but if you can just clarify are these the same
individual? I think my 3-D thing of what is appropriate about
interacting with different beings in certain ways gets in the way of my
experience with them both. Can you give me clarity on this?
OWS: Yes. Shoshanna, do you want to begin?
Shoshanna: We cannot at this point. You must explain this.
Guest: I must?
Shoshanna: One Who Serves must take the lead.
OWS: Very
good. Then what we will say here to this is, of course, we cannot say
directly who is your twin flame, because that would of course be ruining
the surprise for you, so we would never do this. We can tell you,
though, that your connection here as you are finding it with the Yeshua
and with the other one that you mentioned here, they are not one in the
same, as you are saying, but they are aspects that you are connected
with in some ways here. Not that this one, they are directly your twin
flame, we are not saying that, nor would we say that. But it is up to
you to allow for the process to continue.
When the time comes, when the
vibration increases enough within you, then you will have access to your
twin flame directly, whether that is before The Event, or after The
Event. Whether it is after ascension or before ascension, or during
ascension rather, that remains to be seen here yet as far as how you
continue to raise your vibrations over a period of time, here. Okay?
Shoshanna: We will share on this.

Shoshanna: May we share our perspective, Dear Sister?

Shoshanna: The energy of the
twin flame is a soul consciousness collective and can produce any
experience that the human who is longing for the experience wishes to
participate in. So you must understand that whatever you see, whatever
you feel, whatever you are taken in your travels, that the being that
you are calling for, as One Who Serves has indicated, is an aspect. So
when you truly call forth the energy of the twin flame, the twin flame
is a soul collective with many experiences, multiple personalities, multiple presences on multiple planets. So
you see you can have any experience you wish to have, and that being
that is joining you is a collective. Namaste.

Guest: Thank you. I
appreciate that. They seem to be coming sometimes together now, but
separate from each other, but together to me at the same time. So now
that explains it that they also must be somehow connected. Thank you.

Guest: I would like to speak
about a dream. I have memories of this. It tends to surface on
occasion as this dream. The dream took place when I was a child.
Shoshanna: Yes. We will tell you two things, if we may share our perspective with you?
Guest: I would love it.
Shoshanna: You may do two things:
You may write about this. You may
begin to journal this memory in great detail, and you will find that as
you write about it, many details will be filled in for you that you do
not have currently in your memory, so that these things will be filled
in for you if you write about it.
The second thing we will tell you to
do is ask in a dream to fill in more details and participate in the
dream as a lucid player in the dream. We would tell you to attempt this
and to practice this.
We can tell you that this is clearly,
as you know, a past life memory. What you are seeking is a reason for
the memory and a root to the memory. And you can do this by doing those
two things we suggest. Does this make sense, Dear Sister?
Guest: Yes. I never had considered that it could possibly have been from a past life experience. Thank you.
Shoshanna: Yes it is. Namaste.
Guest: May I ask one more question?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Okay. I have been
noticing that there tends to be movement in the plates in my head, in my
skull. And sometimes the right side will be in the back, or what used
to be the opening in my skull as an infant. It tends to get
larger. And then the other side gets smaller and it kind of goes back
and forth. I heard some reasoning about this a long time ago, but I
would like some clarification. I’m sure other people might be
interested on experiencing similar things as well on the shape of the
skull changing as it progresses in their growth.
OWS: We did not quite understand. Are you speaking of a physical manifestation here ofsomething happening within your skull? Is that what you are saying?
Guest: Yes.
OWS: And how do you know that this is happening?
Guest: By touch. It
essentially is a plate. Because there are four plates in the skull. I
am noticing that toward the back of my head that one seems to rise, and
the one seems to lower, and go back and forth. I’m not sure how to ask
it into a question other than that is this a common experience?
OWS: Are you asking is this a common experience?
Shoshanna: She is asking if it is a common experience as one grows in consciousness.
Guest: Yes.
OWS: Very good.
Shoshanna: We can answer. May we share?
Guest: Yes, Honey.
Shoshanna: We find you to
be a very interesting specimen, Our Dear Sister. You are an
experiment. You have come to this planet to be something different than
most. And you are an experiment in consciousness. And those
that wish to provide a broader experience for you are shifting your
plates in your brain to attempt to reach you and provide more
information to you on who you are, what your mission is, and how you can
participate with humanity at a more expanded level. This is an
experiment that is occurring, and you have agreed to this. And it is is for your broader understanding and your consciousness. This is what we find. Namaste.

Guest: Hi One Who
Serves. What was just being spoken about her brain, which she was
feeling with expansion and whatever was going on, I have been
experiencing for about two weeks now, maybe, oh maybe not that long, a
little more than a week. Anyway, discomfort in my brain area. The top,
and now the back, way back, right above the neck. The discomfort comes
and goes. So I pay attention to it, because I don’t get headaches at
all. So when something occurs around my head, I really pay attention to
it, because then I realize they are doing work. Obviously, something
is happening that is being needed to be looked at or worked on, and so
forth, so I allow it, and so forth and acknowledge it.
Anyhow, a few nights ago while I was
doing some work. I was in conversation, and I don’t recall who it was,
but I was in conversation with one of the higher spirits, and I felt
their hands go back around my head on the back part of my head, and it
stayed there during whatever I was doing with them at the moment, and
could really feel it strongly. I couldn’t come out of what I was doing
to break that, so I just allowed, you know, and acknowledged it for a
moment.
But it happened more than once. It
happened at least two or three times right after that. So my question
to you is was that our beautiful divine Light Beings doing the work? Or
was that the person I was in conversation with?
OWS: First of all, you
already know the answer to that, because you have already said that they
are working with you and on you in this respect.
But we are going to move this into
more of a generalized understanding here. Not so much for this one who
directly asked this question, but for all of you, to understand that
there are various symptoms that are happening now, or are going to
happen more and more to many of you that are going to be
different. They are going to be foreign to you. They are going to be
out of the ordinary, you might say. And they are going to happen with
more frequency. Not that they will cause pain or anything, but they
will bring your attention, it will get your attention, here. Just as
these ones that are speaking here, it is doing for them.
And it is, as Shoshanna has said, an
expansion of consciousness. And this is all a part of the ascension
process that is occurring. So again, more and more of you will have
these types of experiences. They are nothing to be concerned about or
worried about. And certainly do not create any fear around it. It is
just a happenstance that needs to occur as your consciousness is
expanding, as DNA is changing, we will say, rather, it is becoming more
back to what it was originally, in terms of the strands of DNA. And you
are receiving various downloads that are coming in. And they are going
to affect, again, more and more of you. We will leave it up to
Shoshanna, though, if she wishes to be more specific here.
Shoshanna: We wish to share on this. This is very exciting news. May we share?
Guest: Yes, of course.
Shoshanna: We find that the
one who shared before you, and the one who is sharing now that we speak
to are part of the forerunners. They are harbingers of the change. You
have both agreed to participate at a higher level to bring about the
changes that are occurring in the world more quickly, and that you have
given permission that you could be, we will use a term that is difficult
to use, but you will be used as the ones that are reshaped as the
harbingers of things to come. We believe this because of who you are
and how you have participated thus far in these great changes that are
occurring. Namaste.

Guest: Well, I was going to say, if no one else is jumping in, can I ask one more, One Who Serves?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Okay. I wonder if you
could say a little bit more about the Kumaras. I know that
theoretically most people think there are four, but then I’ve seen also
that there are seven. I believe the gentleman that I do visit, my love
in the Inner Earth, may be one of them. Can you say more about the
Kumaras, how many there are, and what they are?
OWS: We can tell you that
there are many, not just four or seven, there are many. But you are
speaking of are the Seven Flame Lords from Venus. And Sanat Kumara and
Sananda Kumara are two of them. And there are certainly many, many more
that have been assisting here with the planetary ascension process over
a very long period of time. Many have gone on. Many have left this
system and have gone on. But some are still here.
Sanat Kumara, of course, is one who
said he would stay until the end here, you might say. Or in this case,
more the beginning of the New Age. And he left for some time, and he
returns here and there, you might say.
They are here. We will just say
that. And they are here to assist mankind in any way that is possible
to do so. And they are very, very strong and powerful in being able to
assist here. Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: Kumara is an
achievement of body-mind consciousness that transcends all that you
know. This is a state of what you might call supernatural. This is a
state of mind-body consciousness achieved by these beings that is beyond
three-dimensional understanding, and they have become transcendent
beings and, again, as you call it in your understanding,
supernatural. They are beyond understanding. Namaste.

keep on keeping on. Don’t give up. Keep it going. Do everything that
you can to continue to raise your vibrations wherever you have the
opportunity. Become aware of yourself. Become aware of your
body. Listen to your body. Do not succumb to the programming of the
medical profession or anything of this nature that continues to hold you
to that programming and continues to keep your bodies sick and aging
and dying. And that is not what the body was meant for. So take charge of it.

I am Sananda. And as always, I
appreciate these times that I can be with you and communicate with you
in these ways. For so much is in the process of change now.
Many of you are feeling the energies, the waves of energies that are coming in. And they are coming in stronger and stronger.
And in this day now, today, a major
gateway has opened up that is allowing for many more of these energies
to come through, and for all of you, the Light Workers and Light
Warriors across the planet, to be able to take these energies in and
continue to acclimate to them as they continue to work on your central
nervous system.
And many of you feel the symptoms of
this, because your central nervous system is not quite ready in some
cases for these energies. Some of you it is. But some are having
difficulty with this. It can be in stomach pains. It can be in bodily
pains. It can be in heart fluctuations. It can be in rather severe
headaches at times. Energy is either expanded or contracted in those
times. You may feel like you need to sleep for long periods of
time. You may also feel energetic and like you can conquer the world in
these moments. You may even begin to feel more of a blissful feeling
come over you. This again is acclimating to these energies.
For this day, this February 2, 2020
has not happened in this way for over a thousand years, the last time
being January 1, 1010. And the next would be March 3, 3030. So this is
an auspicious time that you are in now in these moments.
And all of you are being prepared, and
are preparing, for this ascension, for your own personal ascension, as
well as the collective ascension of mankind. Because this is a
collective venture. You have a saying: “no man or woman is left
behind.” And that is the case here. For no one will be left behind
that wants to continue on, that chooses to do so.
Yes, there are definitely things that
you can do, processes that you can take, tools that you can utilize to
help you in this ascension process. But I tell you now, as Sananda, no
one will be left behind that chooses to move on.
For it is destined for all of you, all
of you the Light Warriors and Light Workers, the Way Showers, the Light
Bearers, all of you are destined that you shall move on. For these are
your moments. This is your time. Times that you have been preparing
for for many thousands of years and many, many lifetimes. These are the
moments that will be arriving, are arriving now. You just
simply need to sit back, watch the show, and look at it as a show, maybe
even as a movie that is playing out in front of you.
When you watch a movie, you observe
it. You are not actually a part of it. You are not one of the actors
in the movie. But this particular movie you are one of the
actors. You are the actors, you are the directors, you are the
fans. You are even the producer of this movie. While all of this is
going on around you, be aware of it, but not involved in it.
As some of you, and many across the
planet are beginning to become frightened about this so-called pandemic
that is spreading, it is yet but another attempt, or another ruse, by
those of the dark forces to both take attention away from something that
they do not want you to attend to, or to bring fear so that they can
feed off this fear. And where many of those now that are seeking to
flee from the light are going is where there is much fear happening now
in these moments on your planet. That is in the Asian area.
But there is nothing to fear except
fear itself. Except the programming of fear. For if you remain within
the eye of the storm as the storm continues to rage around, and rage
around it shall still, not for much longer. For those that attempt to
raise the storm are finding out that they do not have the power anymore
to do so. And as they realize this more and more, the storm will
diminish.
And the storm then that is raised by the forces of Light shall take over. You are
that storm. Each and every one of you. You are storm that raises the
Light, raises the love, raises the consciousness across the planet. So
continue to do so. Every opportunity that you have. But you do so by
remaining neutral in all situations.
Find that neutral stance within you,
that neutral state within you. Because that, more than anything, my
friends, is preparing you for your ascension. Find the neutral
point. Find the zero point within you and remain there as much and as
often as you can, and you will find then that the 3-D matrix, the
illusion of the 3-D matrix, will dissipate right in front of your eyes.

peace and love and oneness, that you might continue on each every day,
each and every moment. Find that neutral point within each of you.

Before we do, though, we wish to
reiterate what Sananda has given here, and how important it is for you
to continue to find that neutral point within yourself. It is so important to not react in any situation. To find that love connection within yourself, and listen to that love connection.
Listen to that wee whisper of love
that comes deep within you, comes from the Source within you. And as
you do that, you will always, always, and in all ways, be
directed in the way of love, in the way of Light. And you will continue
to move into those higher vibrations and remain in those higher
vibrations longer and longer and longer.
And the more that you find yourselves
in those higher dimensions, or higher vibrational frequencies, you will
then find yourself also in the fifth dimension more and more. And, as
you are in the fifth dimension more and more, the 3-D world that you
know of will dissipate more and more. This is a promise to all of you.
Do this every day. Find something in
your life that you can change to change the programming in your life,
anything. Something small can begin to shift the programming. Can
begin to shift the programming for yourselves.
This is what you need to do more and
more, here, and everything will take care of itself. As we say many
times, to ‘go with the flow,’ here. And if you go with the flow, then
you are going with your Higher Self directing you. Okay?

We do have one question here, The
James is sharing with us right now that came from your e-mail. It is
about the ones that are the non-carbon-based. It has been said at times
that they were attempting to take over the planet, take over humankind,
and that type of thing.
Of course, it is a scare tactic. It
is fear. But there was also some truth to what those forces of the
darkness were attempting to do. In many cases, their plan was to
overtake the planet at some point in the future. This was the earlier
predictions of earth changes and all of these things that were going to
happen, as well as a potential pandemic or a third world war with
nuclear expression with it, all of these types of things were planned by
those nefarious forces of the darkness.
But, as you know it, that has all been
curtailed by the forces of Light. And the forces of Light are much,
much stronger than the forces of darkness. And certainly now as the
Source of all creation here in this universe has taken charge, you might
say, has taken an interest in everything that is happening, here, and
at one point finally said, “enough is enough!” and were going to allow
for the Prime Directive, if you will, to be overturned here in some
respects.
And this has happened greatly with all
of the ones that we call The Galactics that have come here to assist
the Earth here, the planet, here, to overcome the forces of
darkness. And this has certainly happened, and is happening now in this
moment. The Light shall prevail – there is no question about this.
Shoshanna, do you have anything to add, here?
Shoshanna: We do not.
OWS: Very good. Then are there any questions from the ‘peanut gallery’ out there?
OWS: Hello Dear One Who
Serves and Shoshanna. We were talking earlier about the distinction
between emotion and feelings, and what to do with them and what is
the distinction between them. I was
wondering if you could say a little more on what you see is the
distinctions between them, like the emotions of human beings and the
feelings that we are speaking of in a higher sense, I guess, and also
when we need to deal with those emotions so they don’t kind of get stuck
in our body, and when we don’t.
OWS: Very good. Shoshanna, do you want to share?
Shoshanna: No, I do not have anything at this point.
OWS: Very good. Then we will
share with you a distinction, you might say, between feelings and
emotion. In some ways, they are one and the same. But your emotional
content within yourselves can lead to many different things. It can
lead to hatred, it can lead to anger, judgment, fear, all of these types
of things can be your emotions.
Your feelings, though, come from
deeper within you. So that is a distinction you can look at
here. Because your feelings are deep within you. Your feelings can
trigger emotion in different respects, as we are saying. The emotions
can be of the Light side, or they can be of the dark side as well,
within your own nature we are speaking of, here.
Shoshanna: We will share.
OWS: Yes, please, yes.
Shoshanna: We can share our perspective on this. May we share?

Shoshanna: This is
simple. An emotion is a reaction to a program. It is a reaction that
is triggered by a program that the human has learned to react to. A
feeling is a present-moment instruction that guides, that shows the
being what direction to move toward. Namaste.
OWS: Very well said. Yes.
Guest: Wow. Thank you.
There was a second part to that, that I don’t know if you heard.
OWS: Yes?
Guest: When would you say,
because I know that also with emotions sometimes they can get stuck
inside of us if we don’t let them out. So when would you say it is
important to express emotions or let them out, as to where we
are. Maybe we don’t need to anymore. Maybe we are high enough of a
vibration. But is it still important? Or when is it still important?
Shoshanna: If you wish, may we share once more?
Guest: Please do.
Shoshanna: If you wish to express an emotion that you feel has been trapped, you may do this privately. You must do
this privately. You can write about it. You can talk about it into a
recorder. You can speak about it to yourself. The challenge that we
find is that when a being feels the need to emote, it is generally not a
good thing.
And it victimizes them almost immediately, and victimizes the other that is listening.
So we will tell you that if you or any
individual feels a need to emote, they must do it in writing or
privately, not to another unless, let us say that you decide to go to a
professional, and even then you will find that the emotion is a circular
thin—it just goes round and round and round, and is never resolved, you
see. So please, if you feel that something is trapped, write about
it. Namaste.
OWS: And we add here that as
you move into the higher vibrational frequencies, the need to emote, as
you are saying, will become less and less. You will not have a desire
or a need to do that, because the programming that created those
emotions will be curtailed, will be gone in many respects.
Shoshanna: And diminished.
OWS: Diminished, yes. Because
all of that programming comes from your past. And as you let go of the
past, as we have said before, ‘forgive, forget, and move on,’ as you
forget the past, if you forgive those that came before you, then
everything will continue to take care of itself as you move into those
higher vibrations, and you will never have this question again. There
will be no need for it.
Shoshanna: We must share one more aspect of this.
OWS: Yes.
Shoshanna: May we share one more aspect, Dear Sister?

Shoshanna: In your
progressive culture, man developed a science that they called
‘psychoanalysis.’ And what this did for man is keep their brain in a
loop. You see, you can analyze things forever and ever and ever, and it
will not diminish the program, it will keep you in the program. So we
would say that if an individual is the person that requires to analyze
something, that they simply stop doing that. You see, if something is
occurring, it is not necessary to analyze it, it is necessary to move
past it, you see. And moving past it requires consciousness and an
understanding of why you must move past it, not what it is. Namaste.
OWS: Yes. And when you are
analyzing something, you remain in the past. But when you begin to let
go of the analyzing, then you are in the moment.
Shoshanna: In the moment, yes.
OWS: When you are in the moment, then nothing else matters anymore. You just continue to be in the moment. Alright?
Shoshanna: And we will add one more thing, if we may. This is a very important question. May we add one more thing?
Guest: Yes.
Shoshanna: There are many
things that trigger emotions. There are many programs that trigger
emotions: self-doubt, fear, lack of feeling loved. All these things
will trigger emotions, but have no basis in true reality. We must truly
understand these are reactions to programs that are false, that do not
belong in the human heart. Namaste.
OWS: Very good. Do we have any other questions here, now?

Remember, when you ask a question,
even if you think it is not important, if you think others will think it
is not important, it can be important to others. Someone may be
wanting to ask the same question, but afraid to do that.
Guest: Well, if no one else is going to jump in, can I ask another?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Mostly because I hate to have you guys go (laughs)! No, I’m just kidding.
Shoshanna: We rely on you, Dear Sister, we rely on you! You get the ball rolling!
Guest: Well I do, I hate it
when I sit there and go, ‘get on there and ask a question, because I
don’t want them to leave!’ (laughter).
But seriously, can you tell us a
little more about entities, and how they and they are around, how we can
recognize they might be around. Not necessarily inside of ourselves,
but inside of others, and what is a way to deal with that.
OWS: We are glad that you
have brought this up, because it is something that is of concern more
and more to those of you that are of the Light and the Lightworkers, and
certainly even more so, the Warriors, here. But we can tell you that
you have sufficient Light within all of you, each of you, that you have
no concern about this for your own personal selves.
Only if you open up to it. You open
up to it by the use, or abuse rather, of drugs, or abuse of alcohol. Or
it can be a bad fall that opens up a certain area of your spine to this
connection, here. So it can be various things. It can be if you turn
all of a sudden to the dark side. But certainly none of you are going
to do that. So again, you have no concern about this for yourselves.
Now for others, the way for you to be
of assistance to others is to not necessarily to attempt to remove the
entity, because you do not do that yourself. You ask for help or
guidance from those who are available to do this to help you out. It
can be your Higher Self. But it can also be ones such as Hilarion or
the Archangel Michael, certainly. They can help in this instance at all
times, here.
But again, not to be concerned for
yourselves. And the important thing about your ascension process, your
own personal ascension process is that it is just that, it is personal
to you. So you cannot control what happens to others. You can assist,
but you can’t control it. Shoshanna, anything to add?
Shoshanna: Yes, we can share on this. May we share?
Guest: Please.
Shoshanna: The attachment of a
consciousness to your consciousness that you believe is negative can be
transmuted through love. You see, if you feel a consciousness is
invading you, and it is hurting you, and steering you in a wrong
direction, you can ignite your heart with Light and love, and it will be
transmuted. It will go into the Light.
If another is perhaps exhibiting an
attachment, love is always the answer. Light is always the answer. To
love, to feel compassion, to shine a light, your light, on that which is
negative, and it will be transmuted. Namaste.
OWS: Very good. Would there be any other questions now before we release channel?
Guest: I have a question.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Are the suns the chakras of the universe?
OWS: Are the suns the chakras
of the universe? Very intersecting that you have come to this idea, or
this concept. Because the reason you are coming to it is because it
has come to you. It is coming to you as a remembrance, an understanding
that is beyond the three-dimensional conscious understanding. So we
congratulate you, Dear One, for coming to realize that there is so much
more to the universe, and so much of a connection between the universe
and the individual such as you are. Because you have chakras, the
galaxy has chakras, and the universe has chakras. So in retrospect, you
are correct.
Guest: Wonderful. Thank you.
OWS: Yes. Anything you want to add, Shoshanna?
Shoshanna: We do not have an answer.
OWS: Very good. Would there be any other questions?
Guest: I have a question.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Since I have been in
my family supposedly experiencing a walk-in, I would like a definition
of what is a walk-in. I have a feeling that I know, but I don’t exactly
know all the concepts of it. And why are they walk-ins. And I understand there are many walk-ins now coming in, and what is that purpose?
OWS: You are correct. There
are many more that are occurring at this time. But of course, many
people around those of the walk-ins would not even realize that that one
is a walk-in, as you are saying.
And for those of you that may not
know, a walk-in is normally an agreement that has been made prior to the
lifetime where at a certain point the one who is living the life, the
personality that is living the life, will exit the body and exit it in a
rather, we will say easy way, for the most part. And that one that
comes in as the walk-in will take over the body and have the memories
and everything from that lifetime. But oftentimes there is a change
that happens, because this one coming in is there to carry out a mission
now. And in order to carry out the mission, it must be in a proper
vehicle at the time. In other words, if there was a disease of some
type, say cancer or something of this nature, then the personality exits
the body and the new one coming in heals the body immediately. This
often happens, here. You do not hear about it very often. But if you
know someone, such as this one is speaking here that she has an
indication of one that is a walk-in in her life, and she has received
some guidance about how to work with this situation. That is all we can
say on this now. It is happening more, and will continue to happen
more, because many have made the choice before coming into this lifetime
to exit the body at a certain point. Okay?
Shoshanna: May we share?
Guest: Yes. Oh yes, please do.
Shoshanna: The soul
consciousness that steps into to share a third-dimensional consciousness
is for the purpose of advancing humanity. It is for the purpose of
showing us what we need to do to increase our own vibration and to raise
in consciousness. That is why they step in. Namaste.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Yes. You just answered the next question I was going to ask. Thank you.
Something else I wanted to ask: I had
heard, or I think it was Ruth Montgomery’s book that sometimes the
other soul does not have to leave. Can there be two souls in the same
body, the other one did not have to leave?
Shoshanna: We will share on this. We will share, Dear Sister. One Who Serves, may we share?
OWS: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, may we share our perspective?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: Yes. This is
correct. Because the soul that enters the consciousness that another
soul is occupying is for the purpose of uniting in consciousness and
bringing forth a stronger understanding that is necessary for humanity
to raise their consciousness and move forward in their lives, you
see. It is common. Namaste.
Guest: Another part of this,
if I may take time, is okay now, we are saying a whole lot of new
walk-ins are coming in. Okay, so it must be to help us with this
ascension, that they need to help the collective or society. So what is the purpose, or is there one purpose, or is there just no answer?
Shoshanna: We gave the purpose, Dear Sister.
OWS: Yes.
Shoshanna: We gave it twice.
Guest: Okay, say it again, then (laughs).
Shoshanna: To augment man’s
consciousness. To move man forward. To propel him forward in
consciousness and vibration. That is the purpose.
OWS: Yes. To help the collective consciousness in ascension.
Guest: Okay, I got ya. Thank you.
OWS: Yes. Are there any further questions, now?
Guest: Yes, I have a question, if I may.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: I know a person that
for years and years and years has been in the loop of negative
emotions. She has been in that loop forever, for many, many years. And
now she is making a conscious effort to break this loop of many years,
but it seems like she is incapable of doing this, even though she has a
strong intention. And she is using the tools that have been presented
to her or she found, but very unsuccessful. How can she be capable to
break this, when she seems to be completely overpowered. I want to
understand that.
Shoshanna: Can we share on this, One Who Serves?
OWS: Yes. Please do.
Shoshanna: May we share, Dear Sister?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: One of the things
that keeps another in what you call a ‘loop’ is the way we see
them. You have described this individual in terms that are very low
vibration. You must begin now to see her differently. That is the
first thing you must do.
The second thing, if you wish to help
her, is if she requests your help, then she will receive your help. If
you are attempting to help her and she is resisting that, then you must
step away. Because she must give you permission. You must ask
permission each time you have something to offer her.
And the third thing is we find that
this individual that you are speaking of is steeped in her past. She
speaks of her past. She continues to lament her past. And as long as
this one continues to speak in terms of her past, she will stay
there. She will continue to trigger those programs of trauma as she
stays in the past. She must change her story. She must find a way to
get past her past and be in the moment.
And the only way that one can assist
another in this process is not to join in. Do not join another who
wishes to speak of their past. You must help her if she wishes this to
raise her vibration by asking her to speak in terms of the now moment,
what she enjoys in this moment, what is she doing in this moment, and
how she is paving her future in the moment. That is the only way that another can break the program loop of emotions. Namaste.
OWS: Very good. Then we are

you wish to add here at the end?
Guest: Thank you.
Shoshanna: We will share. We
find, well, JoAnna finds that she will listen to these messages. Once
they are given, she will go on the website and listen to the messages to
reinforce the message.
Because many messages that are given
are layered with greatness, layered with wisdom from the One Who Serves
and from the higher aspects of JoAnna, ourselves, Shoshanna, and to
truly allow this information to be received in its fullest form. It is
important for the human to listen again and again, because the human is
deeply programmed. Namaste.
OWS: Very good. And we close
with this: because of this major gateway that has opened here on this
day today (02/02/2020) you will experience much more light coming in,
into the planet, into your bodies, your central nervous system, these
waves of energy, to continue to raise the frequency across the
planet. And that is what this is all about.
And as the frequency continues to
raise across the planet, then you will find that the 3-D illusionary
matrix will begin to dissolve more and more and more. And all of those
things that you are seeing in the news, and these types of things, will
become less and less important.
Just as you are seeing now where many
across this country especially are not even paying attention to what is
occurring by those so-called leaders in your government, here. They are
turning a deaf ear to it all in many respects, because it is more of
the ‘same old,’ same old.’

I am Sananda. As always, I appreciate this time that I can be with you and be able to share, and help a further understanding.
Not at your three-dimensional level,
because so many of you have moved beyond that. Even though you do not
know it or fully believe that you have. You have. Many of you are in
the fourth dimension more and more frequently, and even in the
fifth-dimension at times. But seldom, if you really think about it now,
seldom you are back wallowing in that third-dimensional illusion
anymore. Yes, there are moments. But those moments pass quite quickly
now, if you have noticed.
You are not being held back anymore by
the programming, unless you believe that you are. And that is the crux
of the situation, here, my friends. It is the belief process. Believingis truly seeing. But
those are just words. Unless you fully believe it. For so many of you
continue to have that programming, that you must see it to believe
it. But even that is fading now for many of you.
Yes, there are many that are still
asleep. Not those of you that I speak to now. But there are many
across the planet that have not yet awakened. They are not the ones
that are going forth before the others–the Foreshadowers, the
Way Showers–you are those. And the programming that you all
believe you still have, you really do not have. Just as Lady Nada told
many of you once before: there is no veil. There is no
programming. Within the moment, within the very moment, all
programming, or what you believe as programming, can be gone in the
blink of an eye. It can all be gone in one moment.
And in that one moment, there can be the ascension, your ascension. But
then you wonder: then why haven’t I ascended? You have not ascended
yet because you do not believe that it is possible yet. And that is all
there is to it: belief.
But the programming, the veil that you
believe is still pulled tightly over your eyes, even though it is
not. That veil, that programming, can be overcome in the very moment
that you are attempting to overcome it. It does not take a long,
involved process.
Yes, you can go back and look at the
source of the programming. You can go back into past lives and look at
this and see from whence it came, where the patterns began. And it can
be helpful to do this. But only because your three-dimensional mind
requires it. If your three-dimensional mind did not require it or,
rather, if you were not in your three-dimensional mind and in the higher
vibrational frequencies, it would not be required. You would not need
it.
So the idea that you have to go
through a process over a period of time is not true at all. Unless you
believe it is. But if you believe fully that you can make a difference
right here, right now in the moment, you can.
When I changed the water into wine, as
Yeshua, I did not wonder if I could do it. I did not think about it
beforehand. I did not analyze it. I did not look into the jugs to see
if it was wine yet. I took a container of water and began to pour
it. And as it poured, it changed into the wine. This is the belief
that is needed.
As I walked across the water, I did
not wonder if I could do it. I knew in that moment that whatever was
needed was there for me.
So in every moment that you are in,
you have everything that you need to be and do whatever you need to do
in those moments. You must come to understand that. You can use all of the tools at your disposal, and there are many that have been given you.
But the one tool that will surpass all
of the needs for the other tools is simply a belief and a knowing that
you are in the very one moment now, and in that one moment, you are the ONE, you are the source creator. And everything at that moment will take a back seat.
I am Sananda, and I leave you now in
peace and love, and implore each and every one of you to go forth and
continue to know as you go forth that you are the ONE, always.

I am KaRa. It is also wonderful to be
here with you, and to be able to share. And to help you to understand
from the point of view that we look now upon your Earth, as we look down
upon all of you. Not ‘down’ as in looking at you as something lower
than us, but down from our vantage point. And we can see so many things
that you are not able to see with your physical eyes. But when you
open your third eye, fully open it, then you see as we see. And we see
tremendous momentum gathering. Everything is moving forward exactly as
it needs to. Even though at times you feel you are standing still, or
the world is standing still and nothing is changing.
Everything is
changing. Everything is in motion now. You hear many times that all is
being orchestrated, and it is indeed so. Everything is being
orchestrated.
We, those of us in our ships, are preparing. We are preparing for disclosure. It is coming. The
many projects that we have been working on, and those of you on the
surface have been working on as well, and even those below the surface
have been working on. All of these are coming to fruition, almost all
at once. So you will begin to see so much more that has been kept in
the background, that has been kept hidden from you.
I speak now of the disclosure, that
you are not alone in the universe. The full disclosure. Not a partial
disclosure. That has been requested by many to have a partial
disclosure, but that is not to be. Because the collective consciousness
of all of you have risen up and said, “No more! No more covertness, no
more secrets. Everything must come out into the open. Everything must
be revealed. The truth must come forth.” And because of that, you are
changing the course of history, or the course of the timelines that you
have been traveling on, and creating your own timelines. As of yet,
you do not fully understand this idea of timelines, but you will.
Because you are on the timeline of
your own creation now, not the timeline of those who attempted to turn
the time to their advantage. They were able to do so for a very long
time, thousands of years. But no more. For the source of all of
creation in this universe has said, “No more!” And everything followed
from that, as if that was the one big domino that needed to fall. And
each domino fell from that, all the way down.
And you will begin to see soon that
one large domino that you have been waiting for. It has not yet fallen,
but it is about to, and it will shake the very core of the beings, many
here on this planet all at once. It will be both Earth and mind
shattering.
But I do speak of certain happenings
that are coming forward. For we can see the precursors of this
now. And yes, it does have to do with your political situation as a big
part of it. For all is going to be revealed. And once this occurs,
then we, those of us that have been waiting in the wings to show
ourselves to you will be able to begin to do so more and more, just as
we have begun doing. But it will become more and more profound, as so
many more of you, both those that are awakened, and those that are yet
still asleep, will become awakened by these very events that will come
forth.
I am KaRa, and I appreciate this time that I can be with you in these moments to be able to further help your understanding.
But again, always know that it does not matter how much you understand, but just that you know in the moment. And when you are in that very moment, then understanding is no longer necessary.

padme, hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves
here. Shoshanna is standing by, sitting by, whatever the case may
be. And we are ready to move ahead here with your questions and
hopefully have some answers for you.
We often do have answers, not always
what you may be expecting, though, or even wanting. But we do what we
can to be of service, here. Would there be any questions, here? Now
you can unmute your phone. We appreciate you are very, very diligent in
keeping your phones and your Zoom situation under control, here. And
we are very appreciative of that.
Guest: I have a question, One Who Serves and Shoshanna.
OWS: Yes?
Guest: Hopefully you can give
me some insight on this. Three months ago I felt like I got something
stuck in my right eye. I was doing some sanding. And there was
something in it. I went to the eye doctor. She couldn’t see anything
in the eye. She told me just to keep on putting the Refresh eyedrops
in, which I did. It started getting a little bit better, but it always
felt weapy and watery still all the time. Then a different doctor gave
me some Neomycin steroid drops to put in, because there was pus in it
sometimes when I wake up in the morning. So it is just bothering
me. It’s not painful, but it is uncomfortable. I wonder if this is a
spiritual thing. If there is something I am not wanting to look at. Or
if there still is something possibly in the eye that is not easily
recognized by a doctor. Can you give me some insight on this right eye
of mine, what I could do to help it, please?
OWS: We can, but we will turn this over to Shoshanna first, if she is ready.
Shoshanna(Channeled by JoAnna McConnell):
We can share on this. May we share our perspective on this, Dear Sister?
Guest: Yes, Sweet Sister.
Shoshanna: There are always
components to the physical that are beyond the physical. The physical
is where the nonphysical manifests, you see. So, in knowing this, you
must understand that that which is occurring in the eye has a nophysical
component. Do you understand this?
Guest: Yes, that’s why I said, is there something I am not wanting to look at. Yes.
Shoshanna: We do not know
what that is, but that is generally why there is something in the
eye. Well, we can tell you that we have an understanding of this, but
we cannot share this with you, as it is important that you find this out
for yourself. As you know, there are things in your life that you
wish not to deal with. Is this not correct?
Guest: Yes, it is (laughter).
Shoshanna: And we find that
when you begin to empower yourself to deal with these things and move
past them, the physical manifestation of the eye problem will be
alleviated.
In the meantime, you must care for the
physical. And we find that there is a slight infection in this
eye. So we are going to suggest that you continue doing what these
doctors are telling you to do by cleansing the area, but also feeding
the body something different using just standard things like colloidal
silver and oil of Oregano to treat this low-grade infection that is
avoiding the vision of the doctors. It is avoiding it, but it is there,
it is present in you. So you must give the body something to fight
with to boost the immune system so that it would travel to this area.
And we are going to suggest that you
meditate upon this. As you consume the things like colloidal silver and
oil of oregano, you meditate upon the consumption of those things as
going directly to this area to heal it. So you must take care of the
emotional component and the physical component, and the spiritual
component of these things, and you will see a relief occur.
We also find that you must cry. We
will suggest that you watch an incredibly sad movie or listen to some
sad songs so that you can begin to release the emotion that is behind
all of this. You must stop the bravado that you show the world and
become, for a few moments, surrendering to that emotion. Does this make
sense?
Guest: Absolutely. Yes. I haven’t cried in a long time. I don’t feel like crying, but I think I need to. Yes.
Shoshanna: This is common for
the humans. It is so common for the humans. Because we are told and
programmed as small children not to cry!–“There is nothing to cry
about.” This is what we are told, so we are in the spell of that
program. So please find a way to find something so sad that you are
forced to release this emotion. Do you understand this?
Guest: Yes. Absolutely. Very good, profound information. Thank you. Yes.
Shoshanna: Namaste, my Sister. We love you with all our hearts and all our souls. Namaste.

OWS: We add one thing,
here. It was wonderful what Shoshanna has given. And we add one thing
that is coming up in the James’ memory, here, as a particular song. We
know you know this song: “I can see clearly now, the rain is gone. I
can see all obstacles in my way.” That song. Play it. Play it
often. Sing it. And your words within that song will greatly help to
alleviate the situation, because as Dear Shoshanna has given, it is
both: it is both nonphysical and physical as well. And there is a
component that comes from the nonphysical, certainly, and this will also
assist here, as well as what Shoshanna has given.

Guest: I have a question for One Who Serves.
OWS: Yes?
Guest: Hello. On Friday,
during my session, you had mentioned you wanted to know what happened
and follow this. A couple of questions. As of yet, anyway, it doesn’t
seem to have changed the smoking. And I know on last week’s call you
mentioned something about it being involved with the Fifth Chakra, very
deep inside the Fifth Chakra. And I am just wondering if there is
something else with the Will Center that wasn’t addressed? It just
feels like some emotions were kind of activated, but it doesn’t feel as
if I’ve released them yet. And I am just not sure if there is something
else in the Fifth Chakra, or other lifetimes, or trauma in this
lifetime, if there is something else around the smoking, because it
feels the same, the addiction.
OWS: There is certainly
something else that you did not yet look at. But it was also deemed not
necessary for you to do so, because the trauma that came from this and
your self-destructive behavior that you have used in not only this
lifetime, but many lifetimes previously, came from that source that you
looked at. And it is a process that you need to go through. But, if
you pick up a cigarette and you look at it, and you still want to smoke
it, then you have not cleared the full sense of the trauma that is
involved in this. And that is largely located there within your Fifth
Chakra, your Will Center. As you are not able to assert your will,
here, as we find it. And this is what is blocking you at this point
now. It can be alleviated simply, as we had spoken of here on that
session, by doing those things that were given. But if this does not
work for you, then your will power is not yet strong enough, as we find
it. So this is up to you.
Shoshanna, we know you have somethings you would like to add, here?
Shoshanna: We can share if this one wishes for us to share.
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: We find a similar
personality in you as the last one who spoke. You are brave. You are
courageous. You are busy. You are a very busy person, and you occupy
your time with busy things. We also find that you do not cry
either. You do not release the emotions that are trapped. Is this not
correct?
Guest: Um, yes.
Shoshanna: So we would tell
you to do two things if you wish to begin to conquer this. Because now
it is up to you, you see. It is up to you to conquer this. You must do
two things: You must release the emotion. And again, we are going to
say something very silly, but you must find some sad movies, and sad songs, and let yourself cry your eyes out until you feel a release occur. That is one.
The second thing we will give you is a tool. We are going to ask you a question. How many cigarettes do you consume per day?
Guest: Um, it actually varies
quite a bit, depending on how strong, I guess, my will is or where I’m
at with that. Because some days I cut down, and then sometimes I will
go right back to maybe half a pack, ten a day or more. So it kind of
has been fluctuating a lot.
Shoshanna: Okay, so half a pack would be ten cigarettes, correct?
Guest: Yes.
Shoshanna: Okay. So we are
going to tell you if that is generally what you consume, is to cut that
in half. So now you must allow yourself five cigarettes. And you must
practice exercising your will.
So if you are awake for twelve hours,
you have five cigarettes to consume in the twelve hours, and then you go
to sleep, or whatever your waking time is. Then you divide that among
those cigarettes. Now, if you smoke one cigarette every two-and-a-half
hours, you have to exercise your will to wait. You must begin to
exercise your will power to wait. But you can have a cigarette at the
end of the period of time that you have waited.
This is difficult, and it will cause
you to have many emotions. You may be frustrated, you may panic,
etc. This is your ego, your Third Chakra, wishing to extinguish your
will, as the ego wishes to control most of us. So we will tell you to
use that tool to begin with and, as you exercise your will, it will
become easier to exercise your will. You must try this and not give
up. Namaste.
OWS: Very good. Yes. Exercise your will. That is a very important point, here. A very suggestion for a tool.
Guest: I can’t tell you how
many times I have done what was just recommended. Too many to count as
far as the cutting down and using my will power. But I guess I go back
to if there is still something blocking the Fifth Chakra and that Will
Center. Is there something else there I could do to clear that so that I
actually have the will to exercise. Easier said than done when it
feels like there is something blocking me there.
Shoshanna: We will tell you,
Dear Sister, that if you attempt to cry your eyes out, find sad songs,
find sad movies and continue to release, and release, and release,
something that will come into your path will tell you what is there to
release, so you do not know what it is. You will be reminded, but you must exercise this will regardless of whether or not you have tried it.
We are simply saying, Dear Sister, to continue exercising your will until it is stronger than your ego center. Namaste.
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Okay. Thank you.

Guest: Firstly, a statement
on this last person who just spoke. I just wanted to say that I made a
homeopathic remedy for myself for smoking cigarettes years ago. I still
have some. You take one drop every ten minutes under your tongue for
an hour and that’s it. Then about a few weeks or a month later, it just
naturally stops. I haven’t had a cigarette since, back in 1986, and it
still works.
OWS: If this one, then, would like to receive that, you can do your e-mail to her if you would.
Guest: Okay, sure.
Shoshanna: We will tell you, Dear Brother, may we share?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: We will tell you,
Dear Brother, that behind any remedy is the will to do it. You can
share this, as you are profoundly loving and wishing to be of service to
all that come into your path. The important thing here is that when
you share, that this one that receives your remedy wishes to use it with
all her heart and all her will. Namaste.
Guest: Great. Thank you. I
just wanted to ask a question for myself. Someone who lives with me
noticed my regime I make every morning in which I make a protein drink
with fresh orange juice, strawberries, bee pollen, and honey. I drink
this protein drink, and have for years and years. She said this doctor
said what I am taking, according to her, is too much sugar, either
fructose or honey, or any of it, and that is the cause of so many
diseases like diabetes and all these other things. I don’t seem to have
any problems with it, but I just thought I would pass it by you. I
have a protein drink in the morning which lasts all day, and then I have
one meal at night, a regular meal. I am just wondering, am I having
too much sugar and too much sweetness in my diet?
Shoshanna: We can share on this.

Shoshanna: Dear Brother, we
will share our perspective on this. If you feel good, then what you are
doing is appropriate. If you are well, what you are doing is
appropriate. Everyone has an opinion. You must not listen to those that wish to tell you you are wrong, because it is you that
has domain over you. So we will tell you that there are many blood
types. There are many metabolism type. And there are some that need to
have fruits to survive. And it is a requirement of their body. If you
were experiencing ill effects, then we will tell you you are doing
something wrong, but you are not experiencing those things. So you must
not pay attention to others that tell you what to do if you are doing
what your higher aspect is giving you. Do you understand this?
Guest: Oh, yes, yes. Thank
you. And I would like to say one thing: I always tell people whatever
you believe to be true about anything becomes a parameter of your
experience. So you can be as empowered or as unempowered as you choose
to be. And I go along with that all the time. Thank you for that, Dear
Sister.
Shoshanna: Dear Brother, can we share another perspective?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: That is true form a
philosophical point of view. Yet, every body is a biological
individual entity and must do what is required for that physical body,
and we find that that is what you are doing, you see. Namaste.

OWS: The James has a very simple saying that he uses quite often: “whatever works.”
Guest: (Laughter) Forgive, forget, and move on, too (laughs).
OWS: That is our saying that we use, that we gave to you!
Guest: (Laughs) Well it works, and I love it. Thank you. I like simplicity.
OWS: Yes.
Shoshanna: There is the deepest truth in the simple words.
OWS: Very much so. Would there be any other questions here before we release channel?
Guest: Alright, I’ll jump in.
OWS: Yes?
Guest: Maybe you can give us a
little deeper understanding of this. I have been having stomach
issues. I am wondering if this is also partly my body is changing to
the light body and it is moving away from taking its fuel from food, so
that might be part of it. So I am trying to understand also, you guys
tell us all the time that we can eat anything once we are at
fifth-dimension if we just bless it. And you guys can eat anything you
want out there. How you do that? Do you manifest a body? I am trying
to understand this too. How does this work?
OWS: First of all, the manifest the body, yes we can, and we do. That is the first part.
The second part is all about
vibration. And as you are in the higher vibrations, your need for food
becomes less and less. Now understand: we use the term ‘need for
food.’ You still might have a desire, though, for it, because you have
become so accustomed to taking in various foods that you enjoy. And
there is nothing wrong with this. But understand, as was given by
Shoshanna earlier here to the other question, your body requires certain
things, and does not want some other things. So if you listen to your
body, you will know.
But as you are feeling these
temporary, and we use this term purposefully, temporary stomach issues
that you are having, that is largely, as we find it, because of these
energies that are coming in. Your body has not quite acclimated to
these energies, as many have yet not acclimated to these energies. But
you are beginning to do so more and more. And as you move up in the
vibrations more and more, then the body will be able to take in other
types of nutrients that before possibly it did not want, or you did not
desire, but it will require certain things that it did not before and,
with these symptoms that you are having, push away certain things that
it does not want. Okay? Do you understand this?
Guest: Yes. I do understand
it. It’s unfathomable to me because I feel like I am such a healthy
eater, and then it is just projectile leaving my body. It was a fruit
shake, what is the deal?!
Shoshanna: We can share on this.
OWS: Please do, Shoshanna.
Shoshanna: We can share on this, Dear Sister. Would you like us to share our perspective?
Guest: Oh, please, by all means.
Shoshanna: We have a slightly
different perspective. We believe that we know the answer, but we will
ask you a question. When you find this issue happening, where are you
physically. What is you location?
Guest: Okay, last time it happened I was in a school. And I had just had a rough day the day before with the kids.
Shoshanna: Well, sometimes
the simplest answer is the accurate answer. We find that your stomach,
your digestive system, cannot swallow what is being given in your
environment.
Guest: Oh, wow.
Shoshanna: You cannot swallow what you are being told to do with these children. Does this make sense to you?
Guest: Oh yes, absolutely. I
cannot swallow also the pain that the kids are in that’s just barfing
itself all over the place, and that nobody’s really addressing it at any
kind of a deeper level.
Shoshanna: We find, Dear Sister…may we continue?
Guest: Yes, please.
Shoshanna: We find that you
have a large emotional body. That you are very sensitive to your
surroundings. And we also find that you often do not pay attention to
this. That you attempt to steamroll yourself through these things when
your emotional body is screaming at you to stop. But you continue
on. So we must tell you, you must listen to that emotional body that is
being left in conflict and manifesting physically this issue that you
have. So you must find way to develop an environment that is conducive
to who you really are. Namaste.

Shoshanna: Does this make sense to you?
Guest: It makes every kind of
sense. I think it means get the heck out of the school system, get the
heck out this house. And then comes up the question: how? It makes
sense, though.

Shoshanna: We will share our perspective on the how. There is no how. And there is no way, until you decide to
take the action. You must make a decision to do it, and then as you
courageously make a decision to move past this issue, the how will
reveal itself. It will not reveal itself until you have firmly made the

with the statement that Shoshanna gave about swallowing, not able to
swallow, there is another saying that you have in your vernacular: ‘you
cannot stomach this.’ It is very similar.

Guest: May I say something? I
wanted to say that I had the same thing that the other Guest had with
the eye issue. So whatever I am going through is through that area,
correct?
OWS: We did not understand your question directly, here.
Shoshanna: She is saying that she has the same issue as the other Guest with her eye.
OWS: We heard that part.
Shoshanna: She wishes for you to confirm it.
OWS: To confirm that it is
the same as the other Guest? It is not, because every one is
different. You all have different symptoms. You all have different
things that you are dealing with in your life, both, again, nonphysical
and physical. And those things that appear at a physical level have a
nonphysical or metaphysical existence, or metaphysical source of this.
Much of the things that occur in your
physical bodies have a metaphysical source. That is what you need to
know. There are many energy blockages, and the eye can be one of these
particular types of blockages. Again, possibly something you are not
willing to look at. And we use the term purposefully here, ‘willing to
look at.’
Shoshanna: We can share.
Guest: Sure, go ahead.
Shoshanna: We wish to ask you a question, because we have been given a message. We wish to ask you, do you have a son?
Guest: Yes.
Shoshanna: We have been
given the message that your situation is about him, and you have to find
this answer for yourself, or maybe you already know this. Namaste.

things here. What we must tell all of you is that you are powerful
creators. When you in every moment recognize that you are powerful
creators, and that you are not subject to this crazy world, and that you
have domain over yourselves, you will move past whatever it is that is

on your journey. You have had many travails throughout your journey,
but you are coming now to the close of this part of your journey. And
you have various things that you are still dealing with, still moving

very, very important for you if you do it. And it is just like any
other advice or guidance that is given you: it can be helpful if you do

Now, I want you all to THINK BIG! What are the things in your world that you would like to change? To revamp? You may focus on grand schemes as well. Such as “there will be abundance enough for everyone to live comfortably” Or you may be specific “everyone will be fed, clothed, have their own housing and have access to health care.” Or, “my community needs an Art Center, a place where we can go to create and play. I will put our new Arts Center to be (name location) and it will have free art classes for everyone. We will create plays together and perform them for our community.” Or, “we have a bad drug problem in my city, I want to create a drug-free society where people can get successful treatment to get off the drugs.” Or, “We have thousands of homeless people living in our streets. Everyone will have their own home, in whatever form they desire, be it home, apartment, condo. Everyone will have plenty of funds to be able to pay for their homes with plenty left over for food, clothing and all other necessities, plus extra funds for anything they want.” Or “Everyone should be citizens of Gaia, not individual country’s citizens. No more passports. Free and easy travel so we can get to know eachother better. One world government that will actually help Gaia’s people, not try to control us.” Or “My Sister has cancer. I want my Sister to be healed and all diseases of the world healed in every single person. All people will be healthy from now on.” I hope I have made my point at this point. (chuckles). It is up to YOU, dear Lightworkers and Citizens of the New Earth! YOU ARE POWERFUL CREATORS and you are a spark of Mother & Father God, so why do you feel power-less instead of power-full? I suggest you do not squander it. The more you use it, the more it will grow. If you fail to use it, it will shrivel up and dry up. The most beautiful gifts deserved to be used, to serve their purpose, do they not? This one creates pottery and it breaks her heart if a teapot or mug gets put on a shelf and not used. Why? It was created for a purpose and it finds the most joy in serving that purpose. If it gets broken, she can make another. But better to get broken than to go un-used. This is a very wise and true philosophy. If a very talented athlete does not participate in their sport of choice, is that not sad? If an exceptional singer does not sing….? You get my point once again. So, start small if you must, but just start creating. What kind of world do you want to live in? Big issues and small—create them all!!! Write them down. Read them aloud in your most power-full voice! “I create a peaceful world where everyone is safe from harm” “I create the best possible life for myself, my family, my community and my world; one where every one’s needs are met, where we each accomplish our life’s mission and we live in harmonious community with one another.” These are grand examples to get you started! Greetings, family and friends of the light. This is Ashtar on board
the New Jerusalem. We are patrolling your skies with love, with tender
care, asserting our presence with love and the power of it. For we are
here on divine mission, as are you. We are here to ground and guard the
light, as are you, light bearers of the way. And so we offer you
encouragement this day. Numerous earthquakes have been witnessed and
experienced upon Gaia in this time, for her actions are an outward
expression of the inner quaking of humanity’s rise and fall of the
dimensions. Gratefully we can say that now you are rising, which we see,
moment by moment. We see more of you choosing the light, choosing love,
choosing peace. For you are here to ground the peace, the light, the
love of the Mother and Father of All Things. Be comforted.
I am Ashtar speaking from the deck of the New Jerusalem. Many of you
have children and family members on this ship. You are indeed our family
from the stars and we are here to gather you home. But there is much
work to be done in this most intimate of nows, when the world, the
pressures seem to be squeezing you tight from all sides. You feel as if
you are in a pressure cooker but truly you are being birthed into the
new. For the old ways must be squeezed away, removed, left behind, as a
snake sheds its skin, as a grasshopper molts out of its old shell to

very important, as is the fuel that you put inside your precious bodies.
May we suggest you open yourselves up to yet more light. Create your
own special meditations and ask us to join in with you. Joint other
meditations around the globe and become one of solidarity of purpose. We

bridge. What a stunning view. Gaia is gleaming. Yes, we are joking and
laughing, for there is much joy here in the ships and soon there will be
more reasons to be joyful on the ground as more of the unveiling
occurs. But remember friends that joy is a choice. It is a constant
state of wonderment, of being, of feeling intimately loved and cared for
in all situations by your heavenly Mother and Father. That is why we
can say we are one. For we are all lovingly made, crafted, formed and
adored by the same Source of all things. You are heaven’s treasure,
embodied. Just as my life was lived as a gift to the others so too is
your body, your energy, your life a gift to the ascension process to
benefit the others.
I am your Yeshua. Just as in the days of my time Jerusalem remains
troubled. Let us send it light. Let us send the 33rd parallel tremendous
light and love and heal Gaia once and for all. For the light within
beckons to expand, and Gaia’s light is expanding. Humanity must catch up
and is catching up. You will see many troubled souls during your days
who will be soothed by your light. Your presence is a balm to this world
and such a joy to behold. I am your Yeshua. Be at peace, brothers and
sisters. Be one in me and in each other. Ground the light, weave the
codes, dance the dance. Become the awakened Christ. I am your Yeshua.

It is at these times as we come
together that you are more and more becoming aware of who you are. Not
who you have been told who you are growing up, not who you have become
programmed to believe, but who you truly are at the deepest essence of
your being. And I say purposefully here ‘essence’ because that is what
we all are is pure essence, pure consciousness, taking on a body of
some type.
When you fully come to realize this,
that you are not the body, that it is just an instrument or a vehicle
for you to use, when you fully begin to realize that, a whole new
universe opens up to you. A universe that is beyond the illusion,
beyond the dream state as you have been speaking about, and into the
more full waking state of what you all are.
You are all spiritual beings, simply
having a physical experience for a time, in a relatively short time at
that. Because this is not meant to be a schoolhouse. Yes, you are hear
to learn, to experience. But not to learn as if you were in school,
for that is just more programming. You are here to experience
life. Life of all kinds.
And it just so happens that up until
now you have been experiencing life as an illusion. But many of you
have begun to move out of this illusion. Yes there are times when you
are held back. There are times when the programming continues on. But
there are also times when the programming is lifted, and who you are
comes shining through.
These are those times now that you are
all moving into. These are what this group is all about, and many
other groups that are meeting at these times. It is all about finding
yourself, remembering who you are. And remembering who you are within
the illusion. Because once you remember who you are, then the illusion
begins to disappear.
And when the illusion disappears,
there is naught left but reality. Reality that is your true being, your
true being in consciousness, your true being in oneness. For you are your Higher Self, and your Higher Self is you. For you are the Source within you. The Source within you is you. All is one in the same, and the same in the one.
So let go now of all preconceived
notions, all of the old programming. Let it become burned away by the
Violet Flame. Know that everything here is happening for a reason. You
are all part of the flow of the energy here, and the consciousness
here.
So move freely through the
consciousness and into the next higher levels of consciousness, into the
higher vibrations. And when you are ready, you will then pass through
the ‘ring-pass-not,’ as you have let go of all attachments that have
held you back, and you pass freely into the next higher dimensional
frequencies. That is what you are all here to do. Not only to do
yourselves, but to then demonstrate to those after you how it can be
done.

Greetings to you! One Who Serves here with you. Are you back here, all of you?
Guests: Greetings, One Who Serves.
OWS: We are ready to move forward, then. Are there any questions here?
Guest: Hi. I was wondering
if we can clarify something. I am trying to picture what the fifth
dimension might be like. I’ve taken LSD before and I have raised my
vibrations, so I know what that is kind of like. Say for instance I
have a house here, and then in the fifth dimension would I have the same
house, but a much higher vibration? Or is it a completely different
scene altogether?
OWS: What you are describing,
the scene, as you are describing, is to be whatever you want it to
be. If you want a house as you have it now, you can have that. If you
want something completely beyond what you have now, you can have that as
well. For in the fifth dimension you will be able to create whatever
it is that you want, and have that be sustained as long as you want
it. And when you no longer want it, you simply think it into
nonexistence, and think something else to come into existence. It is
that simple.
Now, it is not something that is
instantaneous, though. It will take quite a bit of effort on your part;
practice, if you will, to be able to create those things which you want
rather than those things which you don’t want.
But you have had much practice in this
over your three-dimensional illusionary experience where you create
many things that you do not want. So you have had the practice in doing
this, and it is simply now to practice creating what it is that you do want. But we would say for you to do that now, not to wait. To be in the NOW and begin more and more to create what you do want
rather than focusing on what you don’t want. Because, as you move
through this fourth dimensional experience into the fifth dimension, you
will have the access to your imaginings, to your visualizations, and
they will become manifest much, much quicker than they do not within
this 3-D illusion where there is this buffer zone. There is a buffer
also in the higher vibrations, but not as large of a buffer. It will
take much less time to manifest that which you want.
So, in summary here, just simply create what you want, and begin to do it now, okay?
Guest: And then just let it go?
OWS: Yes. Let it go. Go with the flow. Yes.
Guest: I mean, I don’t have to keep repeating it to manifest it. You do it once, then let it go?
OWS: That is the key, the secret,
in knowing that as you create within your visualization as you manifest
something, then you already know that it is appearing in front of
you. When you are able to do that, you have arrived.

Guest: Yes, One Who
Serves. I think many of us would like to know about this occurrence,
this mass shooting, if this was somehow manipulated or manufactured by
the cabal, and if people actually did, in fact, die. I hate the term
‘false flag,’ but I have a sense and I could be wrong, but you can
correct me on this, that sometimes they manufacture it and people still
do die, and sometimes they don’t. So, can you tell us, if you wouldn’t
mind.
OWS: That is correct. There are those instances that are considered false flags where they are created by those of the cabal.
It does not necessarily mean, though,
that there are not fatalities. Because those that go through this
process have agreed to do this in their contract coming into this
lifetime. So it is part of the expression that they came into to be a
part of, here.
Now, that is not saying that what you
are asking here is real or not real, or that those have perished or have
not. For it is not up to us to give you this information.
It is up to you to discern for
yourself as the process continues on what the answer is, here. We
cannot give you this answer directly. But you can find it within
yourself and know the truth as more revealings come forward about this
and about other instances that have already happened in the past. Much
will come as a revealing of those false flags, if you will, that have
happened in the past. Much will come forward on these revealings. And,
more will come on what has not yet happened, but may still
occur. Okay?

Guest: I have a question. I
am calling from Guatemala. We have been hearing in social media about
an event called “Storm 51.” It is a gathering of people due September
20. It is sort of like a joke, but I am wondering is it really a joke,
or is something going to happen. I have heard that people are thinking
about invading or making a riot in Area 51 with the intent of rescuing
or uncovering what is going on there. I am a little bit
concerned. Thank you.
OWS: Yes. You are speaking
of the ruse that began of storming Area 51. It was simply someone who
put this out as a possibility, but not a probability. In other words,
they did not expect anyone to follow through with this. It was more of a
joke, here.
But it has taken a life of its own, as
we find it. And although we cannot say whether it will be or it will
not be, we can say that it has captured the imagination of a great many
people across the planet in terms of why anyone would want to do that if
there was nothing there, if there was nothing real there. So
therefore, if the million, or two million, or whatever it is that have
said they were going to become a part of this, if they are even
ascertaining the possibility of this, then there must be some real
reality to this place, here, this Area 51. And certainly, those of you
know that there is reality to this.
But many people across the world are
becoming awakened as a result of these types of things. Not just this,
directly, but many things that have already come forward and many more
that are yet to be revealed, here. Okay?
Guest: Okay. Thank you.
OWS: Would there be any other questions now?
We hope you know that we cannot give
directly these answers that you are looking for, because then it
interferes with your own discerning in these matters. And much of your
preparation in the ascension process is about coming to understand your
own discernment within yourself. This is a major part of the process of
ascension, here, and why it is happening as it is. Okay?
Any other further questions before we release channel?
Guest: Well, if no one is going to jump in, can I ask a second one that was requested earlier?
OWS: Yes.
Guest: Ok. So we were
talking about the ‘ring-pass-not,’ and we were wondering if it is just, I
mean, I experienced it as the ring-pass-not between myself and my
Higher Self. But is that it, or are there many derivatives of
ring-pass-not? Does it show up in different ways? We are trying to
understand a little bit more of that.
OWS: The ring-pass-not is an
understanding. It is not a place. It is not a thing. It is not
something you step into directly, as it was in The James’s dream. But
it is an understanding, a knowing, when you are ready to do this, when
you are ready to move from one dimensional understanding into a higher
dimensional understanding. And this is a barrier that keeps you from
moving from one to the other because you hold on to various attachments,
programming of many different types.
And all of this process of ascension
is about letting go of all of these programs and these attachments,
moving through it. You move through it at your own pace, whatever that
might be. There is not a forcing here of any type. There is just a
letting go and going with the flow. And as you go with the flow and
continue to work on raising your own vibrations whenever you can, then
you will find yourself letting go of more and more of these
attachments. And as you let go of more of these attachments, you will
be ready to step into that ring-pass-not and simply pass through it.
It is similar to the barriers that you
came across when we took you to the Rainbow Bridge and to your Higher
Self, to the connection with your Higher Self.
And those barriers are there. They
are real. And you were able to pass through them easily because you
were not passing through with your physical body. It is another
entirely different matter to bring your physical body through these
barriers. You see?

more. When you ascend into the fifth dimension, and ascension, is that
the same as merging with your Higher Self? Are they one and the same?
OWS: They are directly one and the same. You are moving from an understanding of yourself as being separate from your Higher Self, to an understanding of yourself as being your Higher Self. Not just the thinking of being your Higher Self, but literally, actually being your Higher Self. That is your ascension. Connecting all of the multi-dimensional selves into the one.

preparing much for this Advance for some time now. There is much to
come that The James has no idea of yet. He has just a smithering of what
is to come, here, what is to be.
But we will ask you, each one, to be
ready to participate at higher levels, maybe, than you have in previous
times. There is one thing to simply listen and to be part of that
respect, and there is another thing to really, really participate. And
we are not speaking about talking on your telephone. We are speaking
of reallybeingthe participant within the experiences. Okay?

The signs of humanity’s most wonderful awakening are clearly visible,
as ever more choose to engage in contemplative or physical activities
to assist in this most marvelous event. The awakening process is
proceeding apace, and there is no one on Earth who remains completely
unaware that something of great importance is occurring. A great release
is in progress as much buried or denied anger, resentment, bitterness,
and hatred is arising into people’s conscious awareness and shocking
them. There are very few who have not buried or denied aspects of
themselves that arose and were acted upon when they believed that they
were under attack, physically or psychologically. These aspects that are
not in alignment with your true nature – Love – have to be released
because they are effectively the screen or veil which hides your true
nature from you, leaving you feeling separated, abandoned, and unloved.
Love is the life force that flows through your human forms, and it is
immensely powerful when you allow It access. You cannot shut It off
completely, and you would not want to because death of your human form
would follow. However, your unloving attitudes and beliefs prevent you
from having full access to Its enormous power – the power to move
mountains! So you can understand why you have to release these blocks in
order for you to awaken, and that is what is happening now all over the
world as people find seemingly shocking and unconscionable memories of
past thoughts and actions, which they had denied or buried, arising
unexpectedly into their awareness. This brings with it a sense of guilt
and shame. This too must be released.
First, you are the beloved children of God and are, therefore,
eternally and infinitely loved. Second, because the environment in which
these seemingly shameful thoughts and activities occurred is unreal,
they did not really happen. Yes, to you in form, it certainly seems that
they did, but that was all part of the unreal nightmare from which you
are in the process of awaking. You need to forgive yourselves for your
own apparent misbehaviors, and you also need to forgive all others for
theirs. God has forgiven you, knowing, as He does, that nothing untoward
has occurred, and that you remain His beloved children who have made
some errors that are being most perfectly corrected and released.
You have all been children, and many of you have had children
yourselves, so you are very well aware of the difficulties and problems
that arise for a person as they grow from infancy to adulthood. You all
understand that things will be said and done that are painful to
experience, and that cause suffering, guilt, and shame. But you also
know that you have learnt lessons from these experiences that have
proved to be invaluable. Being in form as a human is an ongoing learning
experience, and as lessons present themselves, are learned and
understood, maturity develops, leading eventually to a certain amount of
wisdom.
Wisdom understands that lessons need to be learned and understood,
and it knows that accidents, misbehaviors, and vindictive words and
actions will occur as part of a human’s learning experience, as a person
progresses along the path of spiritual evolution, the main path which a
human, prior to incarnation, planned and designed, in order to be able
follow it and learn the desired lessons. And that wisdom understands
that shaming and blaming are not in the least bit helpful to an
individual. Wisdom – your spiritual support team – offers gentle
guidance to you at all times, if you choose to listen to it, and always
encourages you to trust yourselves when you operate from integrity, and
to forgive yourselves for any errors you make. The errors are lessons
that you needed to learn, and you should not judge yourselves harshly
for making them, or for allowing them to occur, and most definitely do
not take on that useless and most painful burden – shame – because it
serves no useful purpose, and only leads to enormous reluctance to
engage fully with life as you move forward, when that is precisely what
you incarnated to do.
Errors are inevitable, they are an essential aspect of your
evolutionary process. To evolve is human, and humanity has been evolving
since the moment of apparent separation. As long as you are in human
form you will be capable of evolving, because evolution is an ongoing
and endless process for those in form. However, many are distracted from
doing so either by the many alluring possibilities with which life in
form presents them, or for fear of making errors, of being wrong. Hence
reincarnation is always available, in order to engage with new
opportunities for your spiritual evolution.
Often when an entity leaves human form behind and returns to the non
physical realms it is amazed and shocked to realize how many wonderful
opportunities for spiritual evolvement were presented to it that it
either did not see or chose to ignore. Do not concern yourselves about
this, because it most certainly does not lead to harsh judgment or
punishment when you lay down your physical forms – that is utterly
impossible in Reality where there is only Love.
What happens is that a most loving being greets you warmly,
completely and utterly accepting you, just as you are, and guides you as
you make the choice either to reincarnate into form or to remain in the
non physical realms. There is no pressure, judgment, shame, or blame,
just a most loving welcome as any suffering and regret is dissolved and
healed.
To transfer from human form back into the non physical realms is
always a great joy as the Love that is All That Is embraces the one
returning Home. However, while in form it is essential to use every
opportunity with which that state presents you to further your spiritual
evolution, because those opportunities are only available to those in
form, and, as I said above, when an entity leaves form behind and
returns Home, it is often shocked when it becomes aware of the many
wonderful opportunities it did not see or chose to ignore.
Therefore, while in form live fully as a human, and empower your
evolving spirituality by daily going within, to your holy inner
sanctuary, and setting the intent to be only loving whatever may arise
in your daily lives. Doing that brings you peace and contentment, and an
inner intuitive knowing that you are on your path, and living the life
that you planned before you incarnated. And that knowing gives you the
strength, motivation, and enthusiasm that makes life a joy, and
demonstrates to you the immense value of a human life experience.

The time has come for us to continue our higher dimensional teaching series, designed to help you master your Mastery. All the 7 Precepts we had discussed in Part 1 (the 5th Precept encompassed the following three attributes: Acceptance, Gratitude and Joy) are essential in your ascension journey to fully become Master and Architect of the Matrix.
Humanity had used many different labels to describe souls who had successfully attained this Christ-Creator Level.
Those in the spiritual circle called these souls: Ascended Masters; others called them Master Alchemists, Master Magicians/Wizards/Witches. Those in the religious communities called them: Saints/Prophets/Gurus.
In the ancient past, these evolved souls were often called Gods/Goddesses by people who worshiped them, i.e. by those who had forgotten their own Sovereignty/Divinity. Some of these higher-dimensional beings (who happened to appear/disappear whenever necessary, whilst on a mission to assist humanity) were also called angels.
This tendency; this third dimensional habit of using those labels to put highly-evolved, higher dimensional beings on a pedestal, or, in a ‘special’ category, to indicate their seemingly higher status above yourselves must stop now. This type of supplicant behavior, is a clear denial of your powerful God-Selves; your Sovereignty as someone who is equally capable of creating any miracle that you can think of, without limits. And when you label/point at a specific Light-Being as God, and not label/point towards yourself as the same God, you are actually sending a powerful, crystal-clear message to your Matrix.
What kind of powerful message you might ask? You are practically telling yourself; telling the powerful Matrix that surrounds ALL who inhabit the physical universe, that you are not powerful. That you are often a helpless victim, to those who are seemingly ‘higher’ or, better than you. That you are weaker than them; less capable than them. That life is not under your control – i.e. life happens To you, instead of, created By you.
This powerful denial/false belief will then provide you with plenty of leeway to then blame those ‘higher-ups’ whenever something happens in your life that is not to your liking. After all, it is a lot easier to blame God; to blame your spirit team, Higher Self, the people around you or the world, if something ‘wrong’ happens to you, or, if what you wish for has not appeared in your life.
We have heard many similar prayers such as this, for eons: ‘I have been praying for a miracle for a long time now, why is it still not appearing in my life? What’s causing the hold up? God, my Higher Self, my team, do you not love me enough to give me what I have greatly desired? Why did you let that happen to me?‘
Many of you here who have been on this ascension journey for quite awhile are well on your way to permanently eliminate this dis-empowering 3D habit, once and for all. But once in awhile, it can be more comfortable to walk around as your 3D-self, rather than as your uncomfortable 5D-Self. Sometimes it feels cozier to wear old, worn-out clothes more often than shiny, brand new clothes which at the moment, you feel they don’t fit quite well, or that you are not used to wearing just yet.
As a result of your discomfort, many of you have continued up to this day, to send mixed signals to: your matrix/the Universe. The signals sometimes said: ‘Yes, I know and believe that I am as powerful as God/Source is’. At other times, (especially when you were feeling: low/powerless/impatient/desperate), you might have completely forgotten to think/say/feel/act like the powerful, loving and harmonious God that you truly are.
And in that moment when you had forgotten who you truly are, you were very effectively sending signals to your Matrix/the Universe that contradicted your inner knowing/belief in your: Divinity and Infinite Power (that is yours to command by birthright as God). You were back to (habitually perhaps) programming your Matrix once again with the 3D language of: fear, scarcity, disharmony, separation and dis-ease.
Loved ones, how much longer are you going to let your circumstances dictate what you think/say/feel/do to yourself or to others? It is now past time for all of you to learn how to be accountable for your day-to-day vibrations.
If mastery is your goal, then you should actively choose Peace/Harmony in all of your interactions with the world around you – so as not to create more Karma for yourself that will then become obstacles to your path of Life/Self Mastery. (Remember the channeled message ‘Right Vs. Wrong – Who Decides?’ from Portia & Pallas Athena, stating the importance of complete adherence to Divine Cosmic Laws, in order for all chelas to successfully ascend to higher dimensional playgrounds).
Therefore if Mastery is your goal, you must learn to always choose the higher vibrations of: Love, Joy, Harmony and Gratitude, until they become second nature to you. Until you proactively choose only these higher vibrations, instead of constantly being reactive/feeling triggered by the many challenges you face in life.
Let us now use a car as metaphor for your life. This motor vehicle (that symbolized your physical body; the vessel and sacred temple of your God-Self) is none other than you. You are (hopefully) sitting at the driver’s seat with the steering wheel at the ready – symbolizing the car is under your control.
How long you and your car will take to reach your desired destinations (i.e. how fast your goals/dreams are manifested) will depend on several factors:
1) Who is driving your car (i.e. your life)?
Is it truly you doing the driving, or, are you feeling as though you had oftentimes lost control of your life? Are your parents, your loved ones, your finances or the world, currently dictating where you are headed – by driving your car for you?
2) What is the condition of your car/your physical body?
How often is it serviced and how well is it lovingly maintained? Do you fuel your car with premium petrol (i.e. do you give your physical body high vibrational foods/drinks to keep it at optimum condition?) or, do you always give your car junk, cheap/old fuels with zero vitality? Do you habitually push your car/physical body to the limits often, by driving non-stop without regular maintenance? Or, do you take the time to have plenty of rest at regular intervals, for check-ups and recharging activities?
Remember loved ones, just like many of you here looked after your cars really well (since your life depends on it when driving), you now also need to learn to love your physical body as well. When you powerfully use love as the fuel to run the ‘engines’ of your physical body, vitality, perfect health and even immortality are easy to achieve.
Your car’s parts will eventually malfunction without regular, loving automotive maintenance.
In much the same way, the original design; the Divine blueprint God has created for the human body is for it to last forever and never decay/age. If someone were to die from illness, disease, or old age, suffice it to say that (most of the time) it was due to non-adherence to the Cosmic Laws of Harmony, Karma, Love and Energy – the Divine Laws that govern all physically-embodied souls. This person’s consciousness had adopted lower-vibrational beliefs foreign to the God-Self personality within him/herself, which then led to eventual decay and death of the physical body.
3) How expertly are you driving your car/your life?
For example, do you follow the directions coming from a 3D-GPS that represents the voice of your old, fearful, little-self, or, do you follow the directions coming from a 5D-GPS? The voice coming from this 5D-GPS will be that of your Higher Self’s. Your Higher Self will choose routes/life paths aimed to assist in your growth and expansion; encouraging you to go outside all comfort zones and all 3D-prisons of your own making; always creating yourself anew whilst at the same time integrating all Past, Present & Future aspects of yourself – with Ascension as the Ultimate Goal.
Dear friends, would you consider yourself to be an expert driver? Do you drive fairly smoothly – by faithfully trusting your 5D-GPS? Or, are you constantly self-sabotaging your journey by often applying the brakes unnecessarily (perhaps out of fear/low confidence in your driving abilities, i.e. in your natural, God-given manifestation abilities)?
Whenever you are loudly broadcasting the 3D programming language of: fear, lack and separation, you are in fact putting your foot on the brake – stopping your car’s journey; i.e. stopping the momentum of the physical manifestations of your dreams/desires. If you keep applying the brakes (or, if the pendulum of your daily vibrations kept swinging back & forth from 3D to 5D often) when are you ever going to reach your destination, loved ones? No one but yourself, is stopping/slowing down the manifestations of your desires.
Prolonged broadcast of negative signals coming from your thoughts, words, feelings and actions will ultimately produce in your reality (in your car’s journey) that which you do not wish to have/experience in life. Your cells are always listening. Your own DNA acts like powerful radio receivers/transmitters; constantly broadcasting signals to the Matrix/Universe that consist of: all positive and negative thoughts, words, feelings.
The signals that you send out will soon become the life experiences that you receive, with precise, mathematical accuracy.
The physical Universe has been perfectly designed to obey the precise commands coming from all Source-Beings living in it; coming from the energetic signals that you/everyone transmits externally, out into the world at large. In other words dear friends, all you have to do now, to be able to create any miracle, is to practice broadcasting only positive signals that are completely focused on what you want.
Simple, isn’t it?
It is perhaps easier for you to imagine the entire Universe is listening to you, just like an impartial Genie would. Always obeying all of your commands, giving you everything that you had asked for, according to your most dominant(positive/negative) vibrations.
Remember that accountability is the key here. For you to be: a powerful Creator; a Manifestor of the highest level; God-in-action, you must havea powerful desire to release ALL resistance to the God-Self within.
In other words, from now on you have to be fully responsible and accountable for your daily vibrations; for your ways of Be-ing, no matter what triggers/provocations/challenges you may encounter in the future.
It is time to choose to express harmonious, peaceful and loving thoughts, words, feelings and actions – that demonstrate your Unity/Oneness with the collective energies of ALL-THAT-IS in existence. Decide right now, loved ones, to choose whether to react: as God, or, as a hapless victim, in the face of all present/future life challenges that you have consciously/subconsciously created for yourselves – to help you master your mastery.
The depth of your passion and desire to permanently be the God that you have always been within, will be the deciding factors that will influence the speed of your I AM-integration process.
If your desire to: outwardly express your Godliness and truly be the living God in embodiment, is lukewarm, then your integration process will be equally as lukewarm/slow in its manifestation.
However, if you are passionate about becoming your God-Self now and are completely devoted in this sacred cause by staying highly disciplined with your daily practices (e.g. using Invocations, Decrees, Mantras, Meditation etc. to purify your consciousness from the inside out), then you will soon return to be the blazing, bright Light of God you have always been, before false 3D consciousness took over, interfered and covered your Light (just like clouds in the sky can temporarily block out the powerful sun).
Why do you think saints, angels, or ascended masters are often depicted in images surrounded by Light (eg. with a halo around their heads)? During their lifetimes, oftentimes the Light of God-Self within them became easily visible for all to see; usually after years of daily devotional, higher-vibrational practices.
When your desire to be and act as our loving, benevolent Father/Mother God is strong, the Universe will orchestrate behind the scenes many things/people/circumstances to give you plenty of opportunities to rise above all challenges; to practise being your God-Self in action. Think of these Mastery tests as fun, no matter how difficult it is to accept such a concept – because what you think and believe, you instantly become. If you think those challenges are fun, they are. If you think they are too hard, and so they are.
Many teachers we had sent among you, to teach humanity the concept of: You become what you think, believe and feel about. No more needs to be said about this concept here; as a small reminder is all that is needed in this moment.
And if you ever wonder why we make the final phase of your I-AM integration process so highly challenging, the answer is quite simple. For you to be able to act like God – i.e. enjoying full access to the presently incomprehensible, immense powers at your disposal – first you need to become someone who can be completely trusted with these Godlike-powers.
You need to genuinely and permanently become a person with a pure, loving and compassionate heart; someone who has the higher good of ALL as their only focus and top priority; someone who has successfully passed all the mastery tests we send their way. In other words, to be able to completely master Source Energy, master the Universe, and master the Matrix, you first need to successfully demonstrate your Godlike attributes/characteristics whenever challenges arise.
This is to prevent younger, immature, negatively-polarized, or, service-to-self souls from possessing complete command/control over all of Creation – to the detriment of many embodied souls.
When you have consistently proven that you have become someone who always acts in loving Oneness and Harmony with ALL-THAT-IS, that is when you will find that you have the entire Universe at your command.
The ever-present raw energies of Source, infinitely abundant in the Universe, are constantly at the ready to shape themselves into whatever forms, the ‘I AM’ desires to create next.
4) How well do you know your road rules?
The laws and regulations of the land; the environment in which you have found yourself in? For example, if you live in one country and you intend to drive all the way to a different country (for over there lies your final destination) – do the 2 countries have the same, or, different driving laws/regulations? If different, what do you need to do, to adhere to the laws of both countries? Do you need a new, international driving permit, or, do you perhaps need to gain more driving experiences/upgrade your skills (e.g. by learning to drive on both the left & right sides of the road)?
In much the same way, for you to master the fifth-dimensional environment your planet has now become, you first need to learn the ‘lay of the land’. Adjust your modus operandi to the Laws of the 5D-OS (operating system) so that you can easily thrive within this ‘new’ higher-vibrational playground you have found yourselves in. Those who refuse to do so, and stubbornly cling onto their old, 3D ways of serving self rather than serving ALL, will soon find themselves in ‘hot water’.
The world is changing, loved ones. Non heart-based actions/activities that used to be acceptable to society will soon become completely unacceptable – as many awakened souls are now recognizing the Love & Harmony that are their True Nature (successfully found within themselves) and have no problem expressing these externally, for the Higher Good of All.
‘For the Higher Good of All‘ will be the motto; the only rule to live by, on 5D-Earth. The time has now come for you to make a strong intention to abide by Divine Cosmic Laws, in all of your interactions with the world. When you are always harmonious with those Laws, you are undoubtedly serving the higher good of all in your ways of be-ing – thus demonstrating your Mastery.
And when your Higher Self can see many evidences of you having mastered your Mastery – by always choosing to react with Peace, Love, Joy, Unity and Abundance no matter what – your I AM will reward you with ‘hard’-earned God powers by granting you permanent access to the Zero Point Field; the vortex of co-creation with God, and, as God.
Inside this vortex, just like Neo (Matrix Trilogy movies), you will become Master and Architect of your Matrix. Just like the master potter can expertly shape his clay to assume any form he wants – the clay remaining compliant and pliable to the image/vision the Master has in mind for it – so will you have the infinite, Electron-ic Light Substance of Source at your disposal. To be wielded, shaped into whatever form you wish; and used for whatever purpose as set by you.
The fantasy, magical genre in your books/movies is a popular one on your planet due to one reason alone. Think how popular the Harry Potter series was, during its heyday. At the core of your Collective and Individual Consciousness, stored within everyone’s God-DNA, (often labeled as ‘junk’ DNA by many scientists in the not-so-distant past) therein lies the memory codes; the inner-knowing, of the immense powers you hold within.
Children are naturally more attracted to all things magical, since they are closest (in terms of age) to Source. They can more readily believe in their ‘magical powers’ before the world ‘beats it out of them’ figuratively speaking. For as soon as the children grow up, 3D mainstream-conditioning coming from society states that ‘magic is pure fantasy’. It is only useful for entertainment purposes and nothing else.
Let us now compare this to the education of children within higher dimensional civilizations such as the Arcturians, Pleiadians, Venusians, etc. in your galaxy alone. The children from these races of beings are trained and highly conditioned to believe in their own greatness; in the magnificent power of their thoughts, words and emotions as tools of Creation – ever since the day they were born. These children are also taught how to put into practical application, the seemingly abstract concepts of: Oneness, Freedom, Love, Forgiveness, Compassion, Abundance and Harmony, straight from the ‘kindergarten phase, primary and secondary school all the way to college/university phase’ – to use Earth-based educational expressions to express these children’s coming of age; their graduation into society as adults.
Your galactic family will soon render assistance (led by your Lemurian brothers and sisters in Telos) to share their knowledge/experience only with those who genuinely wish to learn how to transform all aspects of your society into a fifth dimensional society – one with Love, Harmony, Abundance and Unity at its Core.
Let us now return to the topic of how to master your Creation/Manifestation process, to the Ascended Master, Christ-Creator Level.
First and foremost, it is time for all of you to realize that the phrase ‘creating miracles’ is actually oxymoronic. There is no such activity in higher dimensional civilizations. The word ‘miracle’ itself, is in fact often: non-existent, foreign, or archaic (rarely used) in their native languages. To them, miracles are simply natural byproducts of their higher ways of being. What many of you would consider as miracles here on present-day Earth, are in fact their regular, day-to-day, ‘normal’ activities.
And thus, the two words: ‘creating‘ and ‘miracles‘ are vibrationally/energetically contradicting one another.
For one cannot actually create something when one fully believes and feels that it cannot be created easily, or, that it doesn’t happen often in life.
Extraordinary events are often categorized as miracles, because they are usually considered difficult to create/obtain/experience in life (i.e. these phenomena have not become the norm). For example, when a person is sick with a life-threatening disease, their loved ones often pray for a miracle to occur. Or, when a person is heavily drowning in debts, he often prays for a financial miracle of any kind to help him out of that challenging situation.
A dictionary defines the word ‘miracle‘ as follows: an extraordinary and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore attributed to a divine agency.
It is crucial for all of you to change your perspectives; your beliefs and ways of thinking now. You need to believe in your own magic; in your own powers and majesty. Neo became Master of the Matrix because he finally believed. At first he was in denial that he was ‘The One’ but when push came to shove, he simply decided to abandon all that he used to be. Once and for all, he surrendered to become all that he was meant to be, by believing in himself and by believing in his own powers and abilities. In other words, he fully embraced his destiny.
Are you now ready to embrace your destiny and once again feel free to express your true, divine nature as a powerful God/Goddess – loved ones?
You are now facing another crossroad; about to decide which life path to choose from, out of the 2 available routes as shown below. The path to the left, labeled as ‘God’ definitely is an accelerated path that will assist you to become your God-Self in action, sooner rather than later. The path to the right, labeled with a question mark, symbolizes the ‘scenic’ route; the longer, slower path that will eventually take you to the same destination, some day, in a more distant future.
The majority of you reading Our messages here belong to a group of souls who would eagerly choose the path to the left; the one labeled as God. You are passionate about life mastery and Ascension, and are willing to do whatever it takes, each day, to fully integrate with your God-Self within. You possess a strong desire to shine your Light brightly and strive to lead by personal example.
To all our chelas in this group of souls, the following is Our Collective message for you:
Your wishes have been heard, loved ones. The challenges you are facing right now are nothing when compared with the magnificence of your Higher Self – they are but pebbles in the road; ones that you can easily remove. Stay aligned to us always and be receptive to our guidance. For we are constantly monitoring your progress; ensuring that you will have/experience everything that you need to have/experience for soul growth and mastery; these will always be arriving at the perfect, divine timing – at a (faster) pace that you have set for yourselves.
Adele had recently expressed a prayer of gratitude to God. She gave us her thanks, for everything that we had arranged/orchestrated to assist her in mastering her mastery. She also expressed her strong desire to once again be completely free, to be the living embodiment of the Christ within her – sooner rather than later. Not long after we heard that request, we sent her several life challenges; giving her ample opportunities to act as the loving, benevolent God/Goddess that she is within. How do you think she reacted?
Not well, dear friends. She had made the request; which we then answered and fulfilled. Then not long after, she got annoyed with us (*laughed) for sending her those difficult tests. We are not sharing this with you all here to criticize our beloved Adele; far from it, dear friends. We are sharing this, as a reminder to all of you here, to be careful about what you ask for, from the Universe/God/your Higher Self. For we take and consider all of your heartfelt requests, very seriously.
Be sure that you are ready for the accelerated life path towards your God-Self; ready for all the ‘tests’ and challenges such a path will bring you. Choosing this particular path may sound scary and exhausting, however, once you have started walking the path you will find that your easy success will depend upon your willingness and readiness to completely: surrender your old, fearful, ego-based 3D-self, and eliminate all negative 3D habits that you are perhaps still stubbornly clinging onto right now.
Let go and let God. Your complete surrender will then be richly rewarded with many powers and positive abundance in all aspects of your life.
For those of you who are our devoted chelas, walking the accelerated path of mastery-over-self, the time has come for us to reveal the next steps to assist you in becoming Master of Source Energy; Master of the Matrix.
The precepts in Part 1 are all about your ways of being.
For you to successfully be a powerful Creator at the highest, Ascended-Master Level, you have to consistently achieve a score of 100% for all 7 precepts; 100% of the time without fail.
If you are satisfied with being a 3D-standard Master Creator (manifesting all the usual things people love to have in abundance, e.g. Prosperity/Wealth, Health, wonderful friendships, romantic love, amazing career, expensive assets, etc.), all you have to do is to: consistently maintain a high score (for most/all of the 7 precepts) at least 70% of the time. 70% of the time is enough for you to be viewed as a successful person – from the human collective’s 3D-standard.
If however, your goal is to eventually become a: ‘5D-standard’ Master Creator, (mastering your magical: Precipitation/Etherealization abilities and other spiritual abilities e.g. clairvoyance, telekinesis, healing, traveling in your Merkaba, etc.), just like all the Ascended Masters who had once lived on this planet successfully achieved in their lifetimes, then you need to permanently embody ALL the 7 precepts, 100% of the time.
All of you reading this message had lived in the Golden Age of Atlantis and Lemuria in one (or many) past lives. The people living during this great age, were naturally walking around as their Christ-Selves. They were the personifications of God in the physical body. They lived and breathed the 7 precepts, naturally. And as such, the ‘magical’, or ‘miraculous’ acts of Precipitation and Etherealization came very easily to all of them. For example, whenever they needed to build a house, they would work together in a group to precipitate said house, out of thin air; using nothing but the combined powers of their will, third eye and mental strength.
Let us begin by providing you with the simplest explanation of the two terms above.
When you precipitate an object, you are essentially drawing upon the raw, electron-ic light substance/energy that is Source. By the power of your focus/intention, you are shaping/moulding these raw energies to create any object that you desire, into physical materialization. In other words, you are transforming the pure, light energy that is God, into any solid matter/object of your desire.
When you etherealize an object that you have previously precipitated, you are technically transforming solid matter/the object back into the raw, electron-ic light substance/energy that is Source. This is in accordance of the Law of the Use of Energy that states: all Light-energies loaned to mankind, must one day be returned to the Universal Light-substance that is Source.
Once all 7 Precepts are fully demonstrated in your ways of Be-ing, 24/7, the process of Precipitation will be as follows:
1. Clearly visualize the desired item/outcome. Place the image clearly in front of you; in your mind’s eye. You need to be as specific as possible so that the item you are creating will materialize exactly as designed. The more complex the item, the better it is to write down all the important properties/characteristics of the object.
It is recommended that you begin your precipitation training, by having a drawing (of the object) ready on a piece of paper in front of you. It is important for you to make a strong intention to imbue the object with any specific quality that you wish to enjoy/experience, when using the item later on.
2. Focus on your feelings -> how you would feel once this item you are in the process of creating, physically materializes in your reality. Feel those feelings now. For example, if you are precipitating a glass of water out of the Universal Light substance, imagine how drinking that refreshing glass of water would feel for your thirsty body. Imagine and feel the weight of the glass/cup in your hand.
3. Merge with the magnificent spark of Light; the Golden Sun within your heart chakra that symbolizes the God Presence within. Feel your intimate connection; your constant Oneness with your Higher Self.
4. As the Creator of All-That-Is in existence, make a simple but deeply profound declaration: ‘Thank you God for this gift of Light.’
5. And then, as Source Itself, feel the existence of the Raw Energies/Raw Powers of God – contained in the Universal, Electron-ic Light Substance available throughout the Universe. Mentally ‘reach out’ to these raw energies and simply make the intention to send/direct these energies into the image of your desire (step 1). Fully aware that by doing so, in that moment you are acting as God; you are using the powers of God, and, you are collaborating with God to create the object of your desire.
6. You don’t have to know which colored flames/what elements/energies should be the ones sent first to the image, or, in what order. Simply believe that your God-Self will automatically do that for you, because by the time you have reached this 5D Master Level of Creation, the process will have become so automatic.
We are talking about the specific energies/elements that make-up the chemical composition of your object; the building blocks/sacred geometries of the item you are in the process of precipitating. There is an original, divine blueprint for everything that is already created anywhere within the physical universe. And your God-Self will have access to ALL of these blueprints of Creation.
For example, for you to create the glass of water (see step 2) that you so desired, you need to be able to combine hydrogen with oxygen (H2O) to precipitate water, out of the Universal light substance. The glass itself will be made from several substances, the most common ingredient being: silicon dioxide (SiO2).
Once again, we remind you that you do not need to know exactly what is contained within the item you wish to precipitate. Your job, is to be as clear and specific as possible, about how the item will be like, look like, feel like, or taste like, once it is fully precipitated into a physical form.
7. Keep your focus on continuously sending these raw energies; the Universal Light Substance of Source, into the image of your desire – fully expecting the object to physically materialize in front of you. Adjusting the speed and the intensity of the Light accordingly, as instinctively guided by your Higher Self. Do not let fear, worry or doubt to enter your mental, emotional bodies when you are precipitating. For in that moment, thou are acting as God, the Creator. You are One with the energies of Source; ever present in the Universe. During the act of precipitation, you are acting in your natural capacity as Master Wizard, Master Alchemist, Master Creator, and, Master of All the Elements.
8. Once the object has physically materialized, simply tweak it in any way you please (with the powers of your mind) until it fully fits your requirements. Give thanks.
When you are finished with using the item you had previously precipitated, it thenbecomes your responsibility to etherealize said item, so that it can once again return to the state of pure light energy, from whence it came.
The process of Etherealization:
1. Clearly state your intention (out loud, or via mind) that you wish to etherealize, or, to make an object completely disintegrate. So that the energies that make up that specific item can return back to the Raw Energies of Source to be recycled/used for something else, by you/by someone else.
2. Merge with your God-Self within.
3. As God/as the Creator of All That Is, simply say: ‘Thank you God for the gift of this item, which I now no longer need. I now return this, back unto you.’
4. As Source Itself, simply send Light into the Core of the item (that contains the Threefold Flame), with the intention to disintegrate it. Bear in mind, for every living (animate) or, non-living (inanimate) object, there exists the Threefold Flame that lies in the center of said object. Simply use your inner eye to find out the location of your object’s Core. For when you send laser-focused Light into this core, the etherealization process will be completed faster.
5. Keep sending the Light; adjusting the speed and intensity accordingly, until you can feel/see that the item has fully disintegrated into nothingness. Give thanks.
Just like when a beginner driver may feel awkward/unsure about what steps to do next, when getting his car ready for a drive (e.g. adjust the rear view mirror, put the foot on the brake, release handbrake, etc.), at first you may be feeling out of your depth during your first few attempts of precipitation/etherealization. The entire process will one day become automatic, the more you become fully integrated with your Higher Self. There is nothing to worry. All is well. You will come to remember how easy and natural, precipitation and etherealization truly are, to your God-Self. You will find yourself gifted with ‘inner knowing’, or easy downloads of information from within. You will definitely know what to do when the time comes.
A member within one of Adele’s groups recently asked, how long would it take her to reach the 5D Master Creator Level? The true answer to this question is: it depends on you; on your commitment and motivation. Your ascension journey is as unique as your DNA. For those of you reading this channeled message (in the Now moment), you may take anywhere between 20 to 80 years to re-master your Precipitation and Etherealization abilities. This forecast is based on our observations of your past behavior/habits, and your past dedication to the ascension process. We deliberately highlighted the word ‘past’ to indicate that your future can change anytime, whenever you decide to adopt new, positive habits that will align you more with your powerful Higher Self.
Harry Potter was born with the magical potential of a wizard, however, it took him 6+ years of thorough study and practice at Hogwarts, for him and his friends to successfully wield higher, more complex magic. In other words, he left his home and stayed at Hogwarts to give his utmost focus to his magical studies.
Since it took Harry many years of devoted studies and practice to train his magic, how long do you think it will take you, to master your ‘magical’ God-like abilities? Especially when you take into account the many, seemingly unending distractions you often have around you – coming from work, family, friends, the challenges you are facing now. In light of these distractions, perhaps our above forecast was a little bit too optimistic.
Simply tune in to your Higher Self to get an individualized answer to this ‘how long‘ question (if you wish to know), and ask us to guide you, so that every day you are walking closer and closer to your desired ‘future’ reality where you are Master of all the Elements; Master of Source Energy; Master and Architect of the Matrix.
Today’s message is designed to empower you, and to expand/broaden your definition of Mastery. So that you can from now on set the bar really high, in your goal of full integration with your God-Self. There are plenty of wondrous, amazing self discoveries for you to look forward to; in the not-so-distant future!

Message from Sananda about the Plasma coming in

I am dropping a quick note before I head off into the woods to recharge.
During
a session with a client the other day, Sananda (who had an incarnation
as Jesus) came in to talk to the client about what was going on with the
energies. He said that there is an important distinction with the
energy that is coming in.
He
showed me a plasma like substance, we have been receiving plasma for a
while, but what he showed me was almost like a membrane. He explained
that this plasma is PROGRAMMABLE.
This
is really important to understand. If what is coming in is
programmable, we can choose exactly how it is programmed. We can choose
which frequencies we want to program it with, what thoughts, what
feelings, what reality.
It has no choice but to obey and then run with it.
What
is also fascinating is that at the same time the outside noise is super
LOUD. People are at each other, finding fault with one another, like
drunks looking for a fight. This is because not only are we receiving
programmable plasma we are also receiving codes that help us to walk in
our empowerment. Yet before one becomes empowered they must let go of
all the things that are not in alignment. This is very uncomfortable and
some feel the need to release that discomfort onto others in an attempt
to figure out why they feel the way they do. It is always easier to be
pissed at another, blame another instead of looking into ourselves.
We
have to do our best to not get caught up in the distraction and stay in
the state of creation. Creating and focusing on what we do want in our
lives.
What
was explained to me is that anything we hold within that is fixed must
go. These are the belief systems that separate us or hold us back, these
are fears, insecurities, lack, worthiness, and unforgiveness (of self
and others) that we still hold within. We have to let these go.
Fixed
constructs keep us from experiencing the fluidity of reality which
contains the abundance and connections that we long for on this journey.
The
plasma coming in is a beautiful gift. We can program it with all that
we want. I will leave you with what Sananda said to me “You must ask
yourselves in each moment, What am I programming?”

Much joy abounds currently up here in the higher dimensions, but I would like to say all around you as well. For do you see and do you feel the tremendous energy shift that is going on all around you? It is quite exciting, isn’t it? You, ground team, may be feeling a bit woozy and winded, exhausted as you transmute and ground these energy waves of bliss into Nova Gaia’s crystalline structure as it shifts, morphs and forms right under your feet.
Remember, the heart is an inter-dimensional gateway. Your body is a
simply beautiful vehicle for this current expression of your own
personal Source-fractal in this dimensional space. It is not all of you.
No! That is what we mean by being multi-dimensional. Your higher
aspects are many and we are all trying our very best to uphold you and
support you in whatever way we can. You must tell us what you need,
though. Is it a deal? Talk to me. Talk to your Yeshi, and tell me your
concerns. I’ve been told I have the knack of a good listener. (Smile).
Rest in my space, in this space, in this Now moment and feel how
time-space holds you, see how you hold it. See how you are a master of
time, of space, and feel the elements move through you and around you.
See things through your third eye, through the eyes of love, of Source.
Imagine the molecules twist, whirl and spin as life creates, forms,
molds, shifts into yet something new. Form it into good things, lovely
things, such as abundance, joy, laughter, light and bring those things
with you to the table wherever you go. Be my living breath, be the
breath of God wherever you go and light up the room with your joy!
People flocked to me because they wanted a glimpse of this feeling, but
truly this feeling, this state of higher dimensional awareness is yours
to remember, to wield, to hold, to have, to create and to treasure.
You are heaven’s treasure. You need to remember your worth. It is
time for humanity to once again stand strong, in the loving, strong arms
of love of Mother / Father God, and stand together as one. My tears are
streaming down my face as I look at you all, burning brightly, some a
bit more fizzled than others, but burning nonetheless. You are all
bright stars in my book, and you are lighting up this quadrant of the
universe with brute strength and sheer will. It is not that you have not
been broken, for life has taught you through many a hard knock. No. It
is when you are broken and have had a chance to heal, you become
stronger. Bones that are broken always heal stronger. So it is true,
friend, that you have been made so much stronger by all of these
experiences of wielding firelight against the dark and facing your own
inner darkness simultaneously. You are warriors of the highest making.
And now it is time to put down the sword and pick up the trowel, for
there is much planting to do, planting of seeds of more light, of many
projects that will bring joy to the multitudes.
Light looms large, friend. Light is here and it is you. Be the light.
Be my hands and feet. Walk with me through your days. I, Yeshi, am

thinking of the lighter parts of themselves and sending those parts

light or builds empty space or anti-light. Be the light, and quite
literally your intentions are creating Nova Gaia as we speak. As we

How To Create Miracles Part 1 – Sananda via Adele Arini (10 May 2019).

Greetings beloved brothers & sisters,
It is now time for me to play a greater part in reminding you just
how powerful you are, and showing you the next stepping stone, in your
journey to reach the destination of: ultimate freedom to be your Self.
In my lifetime as Yeshua ben Yosef, believing in my own inherent
God-powers, and fully understanding Oneness, came easily to me. I was
privileged to be born to two awakened parents – something that rarely
occurred, during that dark period of mankind’s history. My parents made
sure (from an early age) to instill within me, only higher dimensional
beliefs/programming that reflected our God-like nature. They also made
sure to always talk to themselves and to everyone they encountered, in
the language of God – the language your Higher Selves speak in (please read ‘The Cornucopia‘ if you need a reminder), and they taught their children to do the same.
This means loved ones, creating an amazing life filled with miracles, ultimately depend only on the following:
You need to be fluently speaking the language of your Higher Self,100% of the time, to both: self and others.
Yes, we have mentioned this frequently, for a reason. Some of you
here may need the extra reminders from time to time. No more excuses,
loved ones. It is time for the pendulum to stop swinging back and forth
between your 3D & 5D selves depending on your mood/condition of the
day. The physical manifestations of your desires had been inconsistent
for exactly this reason alone. This inconsistency in the results you had
been having thus far was caused by the inconsistency of: your methods and your ways of be-ing.
We understand that you are constantly changing and upgrading daily
and thus may experience the various discomforts/ups & downs the
Ascension process usually brings. However, helping all of you to master
your mastery also means that we should not be coddling you – within this
message that is part of Our higher-dimensional teaching series;
specifically Light-coded/programmed for Mastery.
Some days you might be feeling good and thus, you could easily
manifest your desires; but on other, not-so-good days, you might have
begun to wonder if you are really as powerful as we kept saying you are.
We can easily say that ‘you are so powerful beyond your current imaginations‘ as often as you’d like us to say it, however we would prefer that you say, believe and choose to be so, right here, right now.
However, say for example if you are someone who is currently not
ready for such a statement, or if you do not truly believe in this
statement, or, if you do not make that statement your truth by
practicing your mastery, or, if you choose instead to continuously
succumb to your 3D programmings whenever you are faced with challenging
circumstances, then there is no point. In this scenario, your active,
deeply-ingrained programming language & all existing 3D filters in-place will continuously prevent you from experiencing a physical reality where thou art God.
Being told by someone (or by us, your higher dimensional friends) that you are God, is completely different from knowing it without a doubt and experiencing this Truth.
True learning can only be accomplished via personal, firsthand, life experiences.
What worked, and what didn’t work. What caused your manifestations to
speed up/slow down/stop. And such it was that you are currently learning
the ropes to once again master your mastery in a brand new,
higher-dimensional environment that you have not experienced ever since
your past lifetime(s) in the Golden Age of Atlantis/Lemuria.
Adele had recently come to a powerful realization, that the process
of creation & manifestation in a 3D environment is completely
different from: the process of creation & manifestation in a 5D
environment that Earth has now fully become!
Her process of realization can be likened to that of a PC-user who is
proficient in the old, difficult-to-learn, plain-interfaced, MS-DOS
operating system (that was mainstream in the 1980s, before Windows
arrived). When the user decided to switch to a PC with the latest
version of Windows, she then needs to learn how to operate her new PC. A
PC that operates in a completely different, but easy-to-learn,
graphical-user-interface environment that is Windows 10.
And what will happen in the following scenario if this PC user were
to stubbornly insist on using her MS-DOS know-how on her brand new,
Windows 10-system PC? Well, the answer is so simple; it will not work.
Her efforts will be completely futile and she will probably be left
feeling frustrated. She needs to adapt to the new, modern technology and
learn new skills. Thankfully, the Windows operating environment is so
easy to learn & get used to! All it takes is practice &
exposure.
In much the same way, loved ones, you are at the moment facing a
similar situation as the above PC user. You had been living in the 3D
environment for so long, and thus, you are completely used to the rules
of survival, or, the rules of creation/manifestation in the difficult,
negative, fearful and lower-vibrational environment that used to be your
planet Earth.
In that old, negatively-polarized environment, oftentimes ‘good’
people suffered/died young, whilst wonderful things happened to ‘bad’
people. St. Ambrose wrote the following phrase in the 4th century, ‘When
in Rome, do as the Romans do’. This phrase accurately captured the need
for you to adapt to the new environment you have found yourself in, in order for you to then thrivein
that environment. Bad people thrived in a negatively-polarized world,
and now that the rules of the game have changed, the same bad people (if
they refuse to change their ways) will find it hard to
survive/thrive/win ‘the game’ in this 5D, positively-polarized operating
system your planet has now adopted.
That is why we (your higher-dimensional friends) know that individual Ascension in a negatively-polarized planet is thrice as
challenging as individual Ascension in a positively-polarized planet.
(If you ever had the thought that your current ascension process was too
challenging, you may wish to, one day, try ascending in a different,
negatively-polarized, non-Ascension Earth time period when there were
not as many awakened souls as there are today! * laughed).
Souls who had successfully ascended to the higher dimensions during
dark periods of Earth’s (or another planet’s) history are truly a rare
find. After their success, Source (Father/Mother God) usually sent them
on sacred missions to places/planets only when their assistance
are needed. Many such souls have been tasked and chosen to return now,
to help the human collective & Earth until such time their Higher
Selves decide their missions have been successfully completed, and thus
they are no longer needed here. Such souls are often called: ‘Source
Souls’. Souls who have successfully completed their journey back to
Source after many trials and tribulations. (If you feel so guided to

It is now time for you to completely abandon your old self once and
for all. Stop fighting your God-Self within, and simply make a powerful
intention daily to always be a living, walking
demonstration of Christ consciousness and never look back! The battle
between your 3D & 5D selves is over, as soon as you say that it is
over, and decide to permanently walk away from the battlefield. What does this mean Sananda?
You have all heard of the following expression, ‘what you resist,
persists’. Whenever your 3D self shows up to battle it out with you (by
remaining stubborn to your old habits of fearful thoughts, words,
feelings, deeds) and now that you have become your Higher Self, all you
have to do is take a 5-minutes time out, take some deep breaths,
re-align yourself with the God-Spark within and feel your infinite
power, for you to then feel better and peaceful once again. When you
have returned to your naturally harmonious state of being, no problems
will ever be too big for you to solve. The battle will be over as soon
as you return to the Harmony within. When you take these mini time-outs,
minimum 3 times per day, simply observe how your life will change for
the better soon after!
It is now time for all of you to stand tall in your Truth, and never
waiver whenever you encounter/experience contrasts coming from people
whose consciousness and vibrational frequencies are vastly different
from yours. Just like it took time for you to get to where you are
today, those people’s integration process with their own Higher Selves
will take as long as required. Simply send them love, patience, peace,
understanding and compassion, and hold the space for them to grow more
spiritually-awakened.
For those of you here who are members of Adele’s groups, you have
devotedly bathed your four lower bodies in the Seven Sacred Fires of God
every day. And as a result, all of you had gone through a period of
intense purification lately that was doing wonders in speeding up the
energetic realignment process with the I AM within. For those of you who
are not in one of her groups, if you haven’t been doing this, we would
highly recommend to start doing this practice daily.
We can all clearly see the powerful outcomes coming from your
devotion, even if you can’t see or, feel them just yet! Don’t give up
half way, by perhaps thinking that the hard work you had done thus far
has been a waste of time. Impatience is one of the greatest pitfalls
faced by candidates of Ascension. Lee Carroll, (in one of his YouTube
videos channeling Kryon) had also shared with many, that ‘to have
patience’ is one of the 5 main challenges Ascension aspirants must face.
Humanity has been highly conditioned, or even ‘brainwashed’ to have
instant results, right now, by the many programming languages used in
various marketing plans – eg. in your TV/radio advertisements, to get
people to take action right now. Many people are conditioned to ‘work
hard & stay busy’, and are (more often than not) in a rush to be
somewhere; to do something; to be somebody. There is nothing wrong with
that, except that for most of the times, they have forgotten the
importance to simply be. They have forgotten the fine art of conscious
living/deep breathing. They often forget to schedule in joy, in their
daily activities that are focused mostly on paying the bills, or keeping
up with mortgage repayments, and/or looking after their loved ones.
The human collective has been so conditioned to feel that time is
‘running out’ if people don’t buy something the marketers want them to
buy, right now. How their health, the quality of their life, their
happiness, their wealth/assets can be affected if they don’t do what the
marketers want them to do, right now. Have you noticed, loved ones,
that the human collective has mastered fear & some even used the
power of fear to their advantage, to influence people’s behavior? Your
life, your entire world, is often exposed to the subtle, and not-so-subtle,
language of: fear, lack, limitation and separation. Fear that time is
running out. Fear that something may break down/that you may suffer a
loss. Fear that if you don’t have whatever it is they are selling you,
you will not be accepted/valued just for who you are.
Fear, fear, and more fear, is precisely the programming language un-awakened members of the Human Collective are highly fluent in.
The steps needed to permanently change this fear-based programming language is:
1) To know & believe that your own programming language will naturally change, the more fully integrated you have become with the I AM presence within.
2) To understand and trust, that once you have begun this sacred journey of I AM integration, there is no turning back.
The journey will take however long it needs to take, and just like when
you driving a car on a journey to a specific destination located far
far away, it is best to take with you a relaxed, tourist-like attitude,
and take as much time-outs (rest stops) as needed! Enjoy the journey,
the views and the people/friends that you make along the way.
Please compare the above with a different version of the same
journey. In this second version, you continuously kept asking your
Higher Self, every day, questions such as these ‘Are we there yet? I have been on this journey for so long and it seems never-ending. Why
have there been no results, no signs that things are improving in my
life? How much longer will we have to wait, until we get there? ‘
Loved ones, as much as we love you, please learn to love yourself
more. You acting in this impatient manner, is hardly conducive to a
relaxed, peaceful journey. You are putting pressure on yourself;
pressure on any passenger who may have come along with you on that
journey, and pressure on us – members of your spirit team (not that we
ever minded being on the receiving end of this pressure). And when you
stress yourself out in this way, let us ask you the following question: ‘Is
what you are doing, an act of self-love, or the opposite? Is your
impatience the trait of your Higher Self, or your old, 3D self?‘
Patience is one the characteristics a chela must possess, in order to successfully ascend. (A word of sanskrit origins – a chela is a dedicated student of Ascension. A devoted student to the Ascended Masters).
3) Know that there is always ENOUGH TIME for anything and everything under the sky.
Questions such as these: ‘My Higher Self, I am now 50/60/70 years
old now. Will I make it to my destination in time? Will I truly
successfully ascend in this lifetime?’ serve to further demonstrate
your deep 3D programming that you are ‘running out of time’. That you
don’t really believe that your physical body is changing to be a
crystalline-based, light-er body right now, or, that you don’t
really believe that some of you here have successfully stopped the aging
process and even begun to reverse it completely.
4) Practice operating always from the NOW moment where the Present and Future have been fused into ONE.
Whenever you are feeling impatient, know without a doubt that it is always due to the following reason: you are not acting
like your multidimensional Higher Self. You have gone out of alignment,
and you then need to do whatever it takes to return to perfect
alignment with the I AM within.
Remember dear ones, your I AM always operates within the zone
of ZERO SEPARATION between your present-selves/present-realities, and
your future-selves/future-realities. And you need to return, or, to
learn how to always remain within this zero point field of NO TIME.
Ask your Higher Self to give you the gift of: real-life experience,
by showing you exactly how it feels like, to walk through life with
your state of be-ing powerfully set within this zero point field. A
preview; or a snapshot, to give you a taste of how it feels to be a
fifth-dimensional human being, operating in a fifth dimensional
environment. Adele had experienced a few of these blissful days lately,
and you can have similar experiences too – all you have to do is simply
ask. If you wish, your Higher Self will also show you how to remain there always.
For those of you here who have continued to walk this ascension path
with faith, perseverance, patience and occasionally even with joy, the
time has come for you to remember how to easily create miracles from
this moment onward.
Rejoice, loved ones, for the Kingdom of Heaven/Harmony is now here,
and just like the mythical phoenix bird, you are now ready to rise from
the ashes of your old, 3D self (that has been completely consumed by the
7 Sacred Flames of God), to once again be reborn anew as an upgraded,
5D ‘phoenix bird’ that is ready to fly and master the skies.
Earth has now become completely positively-polarized as mentioned
before, and thus, if you are walking through life by staying authentic,
loving, peaceful, joyful, and in a constant state of Oneness with All,
(i.e. by always staying within the zero point field), trust us when we
say that Heaven will naturally be manifested in your physical reality.
Heaven is a place where miracles abound. Heaven is a place where you are the creators of your own miracles. Heaven is a place where victimhood mentality does not exist.
It is also a place where you are all powerful Creators in your own
right; constantly in the process of co-creating as God and with God.
Beloved friends, Heaven has always been on Earth and can be found within yourself. This is not a cliché; it is a statement of the highest Truth.
The following are the 5fundamental rules; the 5precepts
to creating miracles in your life. Each one is equally as important as
the other, and all of them are pre-requisites to your mastering the Art
of Precipitation, and later on, mastering the Art of Etherealization –
i.e. Mastering Your Magic!
Rule No. 1: Harmony/Peace.
One cannot create miracles when one’s entire being is in a state of disharmony.
Your mind, body and spirit must remain at peace, no matter what life
throws at you, in order to continuously create and experience miracles.
Mastering the fine art of sustained peace is something that most of you
here are getting plenty of practice right now. The kingdom of Heaven is
also known as the Kingdom of Harmony.
One’s energies must always be used in a harmonious manner
with the energies of All in creation, in order to create & manifest
that which one greatly desires to have/experience in life.
To put it simply, the powerful process of creation begins only with the complete acceptance of who,
what and where you are right now. You must be at peace with who you are,
what you are and where you are right now, so that you can then, peacefully, harmoniously,
set your inner GPS for the next ‘goal/desire/destination’ of who, what,
and where you will be next. This is the true meaning of ‘All is always well, and life is constantly changing; creating itself anew‘. God
is Creator of All That Is. What does a creator do? A creator is always
creating something new. This means that creation/manifestation is so
natural and inherent within us; and what we create, defines who we are.
Your God Self- who is always in the state of expansion and creation;
who completely understands that nothing is ever lacking and that there
is only the desire to expand & create something new – simply
creates. Your Higher Self will always begin/start the act of Creation,
from a state of Love, Oneness, Harmony and Joy, with Expansion and
Growth as its only purpose.
One cannot create miracles from a state of Lack. Your Higher Self always has direct access to the unlimited abundance of Raw Energy (also known as Electron-ic Light Substance) that is Source.
And She/He can easily transform this raw energy into matter; into
anything you need, anytime (with your readiness & collaboration).
Recognize, feel and acknowledge that all is well with you/with your life right now. Nothing is ever truly lacking.
Once you have: mastered Harmony with your entire way of be-ing, and
fully embedded the belief within you, that you have everything you
want/ever need and nothing is ever lacking, that is when miracles big
& small can be easily manifested. That is when you have successfully
become the ultimate conductor, leading the Universe, to
orchestrate/wield the Raw Energies of Source into a beautiful symphony
of never-ending miracles.
If the experience of lack is God’s will for Mankind, then it will
forever be held in place by Divine Law, unable to be changed. As you can
see for yourself, there are a lot of people out there who have no
problem attracting positive abundance into their lives (e.g. wealth,
health, love, friendships, etc.). So the questions become, ‘are you allowing abundance into your life, or are you (subconsciously) blocking it?‘ ‘Do you perhaps feel more comfortable living in a state of lack, maybe because that is all you have ever known?‘
Whenever you feel lack (in one or more aspects of your life), what
you are actually doing is that, you are living your life in a state of
disharmony. For example, if you are experiencing lack in the area of
financial abundance, you are not living in harmony with the energies of
wealth & prosperity. Most importantly, this goes to show that you
are not in harmony (in alignment) with your Higher Self.
You are where you are today because of all your past choices; and
even if you were to refuse to admit this to yourself, this is nothing
but the truth. If there is something about you/your life right now that
you do not enjoy, the way to Harmony/Peace is through admitting to yourself, that on a higher level,
you had deliberately created that contrast so you can experience it. In
other words, you are where you are right now, because at one point in
your life, you had consciously or subconsciously created that
experience. And now, you are hopefully feeling more ready to move on, to
choose differently, and to create a new experience.
Adele had come to a powerful realization recently, through actual
life experience, that any negative feeling such as: desperation,
impatience, frustration, anger etc. will only serve to slow down, and
eventually stop the process of creation on its tracks. Prolonged
negativity will even reverse your creation process, by undoing everything you have been working so hard for and, by attracting to you more of what you do not desire to have in life. Is this what you truly wish for yourself, loved ones?
Please remember, whenever you are feeling desperate, or impatient, to
have/to experience something, what you are actually doing is
reaffirming to yourself, that you do not yet have what you want.
And by now all of you, students of Life/Spiritual Mastery, should clearly know that to manifest your desire, you must feel as though you already have what you want, right here, right now.
Desperation or impatience powerfully pushes away your dreams.
Love, joy, gratitude and excitement pull your dreams to you at magnificent speed.
In other words, the very first step; the very foundation to creating a
life filled with miracles, requires you to be at peace and harmonious,
no matter what. The peace that carries within it, a certain degree of
detachment to your desired outcomes. This detachment comes from your
complete surrender to the will of God, and complete trust in the Divine
that is within you/all.
Rule No. 2: Oneness/Unity with ALL That Was, Is, and Will Be.
When creating a life filled with miracles, one is required to beand to act in oneness with ALL that is in existence, including oneness with Time itself.
Everything that you can see, hear, touch, smell and even that which
is invisible to your senses are: GOD. God is Energy. Energy particles
are everywhere and nowhere. For those of you here who desire to master
the magical art of conscious creation, i.e. to master the use of Life
Force Energy that is Source, you must first elevate your consciousness
and understanding to a level where you can always feel (with every fiber of your being and every cell of your body) that you are one with God. And ONE with all of Creation.
And with oneness, understanding will soon come that what you did or,
didn’t do to/for others (e.g. fellow humans, animals, trees, the
planet), you did/didn’t do to yourself. And thus, one must make a
powerful intention to always think, say, feel and act
for the higher good of self and ALL. Or, in other words, never do harm
to any living being and live your daily life by always staying connected
with your powerful heart (the center/source of all your God-given
powers). In my lifetime as Yeshua, to teach the concept of oneness, I
used the following words in one of my many sermons to the masses: ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you‘.
Once you have mastered oneness, Ascended Master Merlin or, your own
Higher Self, can be called upon for assistance, to help you master the
elements: water, air, earth and fire. You will learn how to wield the
raw, ever-present, Life Force/Source energies in the Universe, to then
command these energies to take the shape of anything that you wish to
precipitate. Doing this, i.e. creating what many of you classify as
miracles today, will one day become second nature and commonplace to
you.
You can master oneness, by deciding right now, to once again be able
to powerfully feel the energies that completely surround you. Decide
right now, if you wish, to be someone who is extremely sensitive to
energy frequencies/vibrations, so that you can then become master of
Life Force energies. All of you here are naturally sensitive to some
degree – loving, compassionate souls always are. In this case, your next
step to create miracles, is by increasing the level of your energy
sensitivity to the same level as that of an energy worker’s, sooner
rather than later. Everyone will be by definition, energy workers,
within the next 20-100 years. Your society is rapidly changing every
day, to become one that will one day achieve mastery over energy.
A 5th dimensional planet occupied by a 5th dimensional
society/civilization, is a planet that is filled with embodied souls who
have become Masters of Source Energy. If/when you are ready, simply ask
your Higher Self for guidance as to how you can gradually and safely
increase your energy sensitivity.
However loved ones, just like with every action there is a reaction,
simply be aware that with every power given to you, a great
responsibility also comes along with it. There will be a learning curve;
a period of adjustments, until you are ready to be as sensitive as you
need to be, in order to fully embrace your powerful, magical,
Alchemist-Selves.
Rule No. 3: One must always live within the ‘Zero Point
Field’, or Zero Point Consciousness, where there is only NOW. Past and
future do not exist.
This rule is perhaps easy to understand, but to successfully achieve
this state of consciousness, can be very challenging to do (for most of
you here, in the present moment of time when this message was written).
For you to live within the zero point field, is for you to be and
act as the powerful, multidimensional, luminous Light-being you truly
are. A being who operates outside of ALL constraints and limitations,
and outside of the lower dimensional frameworks of Time.
Now do you understand why we think it is the most challenging rule
for you to achieve? The majority of you reading this today, still
operates within the limitations of Time because it is the very
foundation of how your society works right now.
The question now becomes: ‘How can we (your higher dimensional friends) effectively
teach all of you here – who are still so powerfully bound to the
extremely limiting frameworks of Time – how to live/operate from the
Zero Point Field of NO Time?
Like we had earlier stated, the best, most effective teacher comes
from real life experiences. In your every waking moment, your Higher
Self will constantly pull you back, into the NOW. Whenever you are
worrying about something that hasn’t happened yet, you are fearful about
the future and thus not living in the NOW. Your Higher Self will
realign you back to NOW. Whenever you are reminiscing about the past, or
feeling emotionally distraught by something that had occurred in the
past (that by now you should have already let go of), you are once again
not living in the NOW. Your Higher Self will realign you back to NOW.
This will keep happening, more and more often from now on, and your
Higher Self will keep doing it for you, until you finally learn one day,
how to always stay in the NOW, no matter what. When you are fully
present, fully anchored/grounded in the moment of NOW, (instead of in
the past or future), you will be able to easily access the wondrous
feeling, and the crystal-clear knowing that: All is well, and will always be well. Love is all there is. I AM.
This is known as the ‘Purest State of Creation’. This is the Beginning
and The End. Life everlasting eternally. Know that when you are able to
successfully feel this, you have gained entrance to the zero point field
of Mastery over your Matrix, Mastery over Energy; Mastery over all of
Creation.
Rule No. 4: One must know that one IS Love. One must know
that one is Loved. One must know that LOVE is all there is. One must
also commit to be the Love within, in every moment without exceptions.
Most of you here know that Love is the Cohesive Life-Force Energy
that is binding all in Creation together. In every item that you can
see, touch, feel, eat, hear, sense, there exists the Pink Flame of
Unconditional Love that can be found within the core of its being. Love
is truly the glue that binds everything together. That sounds like a
cliché we know, but we are in fact talking about energy here.
Without Love at its core, everything that has been physically created
in your reality will cease to be. It will once again return to the raw
energy of Source, awaiting the next moment of Creation by the God-Self
of all embodied souls. Love is all there is. Love is the most powerful
force in the Universe. This message has been delivered to humanity
often, throughout the fabric of time, through our many Love-Light,
Light-Love Messengers of the Divine, because this is truly the most
important KEY to Creation.
Start by imbuing everything that which you wish to create with this
most important ingredient. If you are a chef wanting to cook a meal, for
the meal to be successful, all the ingredients to your delicious
recipes must be present. In the Art of Co-Creation with God, Love is the
energy that sustains and feeds that which you wish to create.
In other words dear friends, if you wish to successfully create
anything, you must do it out of love. And never do it out of fear, lack,
separation, or obligation.
For example, to create more money, more wealth & prosperity in
your life, you need to love money. You need to be loving friends with
money. You cannot scorn someone who loves money, nor adopt a ‘holier
than thou’ attitude on people who have money/those who enjoy making
money. Another example, if you wish to enjoy a healthy body, you need to
love your body inside out. When you look at yourself in the mirror,
there must be zero criticism, zero anger/judgmental thoughts about your
body, your health, how you look, etc. You must always communicate with
your body, using the language of love. When you say ‘I love you’ to your
body often and when you send that love to every single cell of every
single organ, you are in fact giving your body the ‘fuel’ that
rejuvenates the body part(s) you need to heal! You give your body access
to the limitless power of Love, to heal itself from any health
condition your consciousness has adopted after many years of living on
Earth.
It is time for you to be the Love that you truly are, in your every thought, word, feeling and action/deed.
Realize that you are powerful energy beings. Every invested thought
is energy. Every word is made up of powerful energies. Never waste the
spoken word. Learn to speak carefully; fully realizing the weight and
power of your words. Every radiated feeling is energy. Every single deed
you do, is your energies being put into action. One day, when you have
successfully learnt to power up your energy system with overflowing
Love, and use Love as your only Fuel, trust me when I say, the Kingdom
of Heaven on Earth will become completely yours to command. That is when
you will know experientially, that thou art God.
Rule No. 5: The Holy Trinity of: Acceptance, Gratitude and Joy.
This last rule is quite simple.
Acceptance of your Divine Birthright, as God, is needed to co-create miracles.
Gratitude is another important ingredient, to be given to God – the
Source of All in Creation. Gratitude for what is about to be created,
provided, or given to you, in this act of Creation you are about to do.
Joy is a crucial ingredient that keeps the passion of Creation alive!
When you infuse your Creations with the energy of Joy, you will attract
to you more and more reasons to be grateful, to be alive, to be more
joyful about. Joy should truly be the only reason why you do anything
from now on. Creating a life filled with miracles requires you to remain
joyful and be 100% present in life. Joy is also the secret to having a
physical body that never ages/decays. The energy of JOY functions as a
different type of fuel needed in the Art of Creation (we had already
explained earlier that Love is the primary fuel), that will speed
up/accelerate your Creative process!
Whenever I, as Yeshua, was in the process of creating any miracle
(such as turning water into wine, healing people, having control over
Mother Nature, or, resurrecting the dead), all 5 of these fundamental
rules/precepts were always present, without fail. All 5 are equally
important and they are all inter-connected.
The question now becomes, which one(s) out of the 5 do you think you
need to improve on the most? Or do you perhaps feel that you have
mastered them all? If so, you will then be ready for the tests/the
challenges that your Higher Self will send your way, to show you how
much you have grown, and how much you have got left to go, to master
your Mastery.
Many things revealed here in today’s message are not new to you. In
fact, some of you here who are our devoted chelas, you have come a long
way in understanding all of these, and applying them daily in your life.
Keep walking straight ahead, loved ones, fully focused on your goal of
full integration with Higher Self. Always by following your own
guidance coming from within your heart. When you do this, embodying the 5
fundamental rules/precepts explained above, will become so easy, so
second nature.
We will continue this message at a later date, to give all of you
here some time to fully understand and fully integrate with the
Light-Love and Love-Light energies powerfully infused in every single
word of this message.

As always, it is my pleasure to be
with you, to share with you, to offer these messages of encouragement to
keep you all going on path, even those of you that tend to fall off
from time to time, tend to feel like this is too much for you, tend to
feel like you want to get off the planet.
But know that even in those times you
are there for a reason, and you must continue on. You must continue to
move into those higher vibrations whenever you feel it within yourself
to do so. And when you don’t feel it, bring it on. Bring on those
feelings. Bring on those higher vibrations.
Know that as you move into higher
vibrations, nothing, and no thing, can attack you, attach to you, can do
anything to bring harm to you. Because know that not only do you have
the light within you, but you have the protection of all of us who are
working directly with you, with you individually and with you as a
group. And also know that at those times when you find yourselves in
the lower vibrations, it does not match to your higher vibrational
frequency that is now becoming you.
So as all of you are moving into these
higher vibrations and staying there longer and longer, and if anything
of the lower vibrations comes in to your area of influence, it will
affect you if you allow it. An example earlier was given of going to a
concert and finding yourselves with all of the conflicting frequencies
around you, even feeling, hearing possibly, the thoughts of people all
around you, and the influence that those thoughts can have if you allow
them.
So if you find yourselves in those
positions, and many of you do and will, always remember as you leave to
bring a cleansing within yourself. You do not have to ask anyone else
to do it. Do it for yourself. Bring in the Violet Fire within
you. Purge out any of those thoughts those transmissions that cam into
you that briefly, even if for a moment, began to find an attachment to
you. Shake them off. Bring the Violet Fire around you and through you,
and purse out anything of the old.
This also goes for those of you that
have become the vegetarians out there. Those that have moved away from
the eating of animal flesh. Know that as you would go back, even if for
a moment, your body is not able to withstand that any longer. So those
of you that are continuing to do so, begin to move away from this,
little by little if need be.
Begin to allow the energies, the
pranic energies, to come into you to sustain you. Not to take you away
from eating your meals: you must bring in the nourishment. But more
and more, find yourselves out in the sunlight and feel the sun on the
back of your neck and how it penetrates. That pranic energy penetrates
into your body and nourishes your central nervous system, nourishes the
blood within your body and moves throughout your body, and more and more
you can take this nourishment from the sun, from the pranic energies
and nourish yourself with this. Do it gradually. There is a
saying: Do not take heaven by storm, but take it gently, rhythmically
as you can.
For we all, all of us here in the
Company of Heaven, all of the Galactics, the Agarthans, the Angels and
Archangels, we are all here to assist you, to be with you in these
times, these times of travail for some.
But it is only a temporary
travail. This too shall pass. Always remember that. This too shall
pass. If you find yourself ill, this will pass.
If you find yourself feeling out of
balance in any way, this shall pass, but only if you continue to move
into those higher vibrations and find yourselves there more and
more. And to do that, it is not what you call rocket science. It is
simply a thought, a feeling, that can take you into the higher
vibrations. Thoughts have meanings. Thoughts are things. Allow
yourself to have the positive thoughts on a regular basis. Limit what
would be considered the negative thought processes.
Be in the moment. Be in the
now. Focus on that. Focus on being in the perfect now, as the perfect
beings that you all are, perfect in the eyes of the Source, perfect in
our eyes, because we know you. In many respects, we know you better
than you know yourselves. And we are here and ready to continue to help
you to acclimate to these energies because they are going to become
stronger and stronger and stronger.
It is up to you, each and every one of
you, to continue to surround yourselves in the higher vibrations with
people of the higher vibrations, with animals who are already at higher
vibrations, with the plants, the trees. Be in the forest, be by the
waters whenever you can. Be in the sun. Put your feet in the dirt and
feel the earth energy come up into your bodies and ground yourselves.
This is what it is all about in these
moments now, my friends. For you are in those final moments. The final
moments that you and we have all been waiting for. Make those moments
the best moments of your lives, right here, right now.

Greetings dear friends, I am Ashtar of the Galactic Federation. I
stand before you now on the bridge of the New Jerusalem with tears of
joy streaming down my face. For such a momentum has been reached and we
are witnessing explosions of light and love in new pockets that we have
seen little light in previously. Things are definitely heating up and
changing on your surface world, on precious Gaia, as she morphs and
changes, resplendent in her beauty.
Hello Friends, comrades arms, this is your St. Germaine here above
and below. For many of us have many players in the game and we are all
lending our mettle in our own way. Friends, it is happening. The RV, the
energy changes, the wave – all of it is happening. I know that you grow
tired of these words but nonetheless it is very true, and you are
witnessing the great changeover of the ages. You have prime seats to
experience and to lend your light in the greatest show in the universe.
Gaia is giving birth to herself, to a higher dimensional reality of
herself and you all as co-creators are not only witnessing but
participating, purposefully and intentionally lending your light, your
frequency, your honing skills and your passion and joy. I am your St.

bearing witness to these momentous, magnificent changes all the while as
you morph continually with upgrade after upgrade, becoming the higher
dimensional human that you were always meant to be. Many of you are

being to know and to wield the violet flame, in love, always in love,
for it is a mighty weapon of justice, of truth, of purification. Use it

We are all One. From the smallest least significant life forms to the
most highly developed ones, everyone of them without exception are
contained, embraced, and most lovingly held within the infinite field of
Consciousness that is ALL THAT EXISTS. Awareness of this truth, which
for eons had been recognized by only a very, very few, has, over the
last five or six years, been growing exponentially within humanity.
Yes, I want to confirm for you most positively that there is no
separation, because Life/Love is One. Life is an ongoing creative event,
an endless expansion of divine Love that is fully aware of all and that
discards nothing. What is created is forever, endless, eternal, and
what is created is always alive, purely because it is an expression of
pure undiluted consciousness – GODNESS!
You refer to non-living material as mineral, as opposed to animal or
vegetable substances which you understand to be alive. However,
everything, as I said above, everything is held within the infinite field of Consciousness, therefore everything is alive. The life in what you see and recognize as inert matter is not recognizable because its energy frequency – everything is energy, there is nothing else – istoo
low and vibrates far too slowly to be measured by even the most
technologically advanced instruments you presently have available to
you.
In other words, rocks, metals, and all that your science considers
inert, non-living, have a form of consciousness, a consciousness that is
patient and in no hurry, therefore rocks and metals decay and return to
their non-material state far more slowly than do animals or plants.
Decay is not a good word here because you use it to mean a change of
state from living to non-living, and what is alive can never cease to be alive, all that can happen is that its form changes from physical to non-physical.
So yes, your planet, Earth, is very much alive. Over the eons its
form has changed enormously, due to volcanic activity, earth movements,
and the effects of climate and water flows, and in its present state it
supports myriad forms of life. Massive human industrial and land usage
activities, which have intensified enormously over the last two or three
hundred years, have dramatically increased the rate at which it is
changing, thus threatening its continued ability to provide an
environment that encourages and supports life in form as you understand
that term.
There are in fact a vast number of forms within your earthly environmentof which you are completely unaware,residing
in the oceans, rivers, and lakes, in the prairies, forests, mountains,
and deserts, and which are essential for the ecological stability of
planetary life.
Over the last four or five decades – in fact almost instantly in
geological terms – awareness of the damage being done to the entire
earthly ecosystem by inadvisable activities intended to provide short
term benefits for multinational corporations and their “owners” has been
growing rapidly.
Now, at last, groups are forming all over the world to bring pressure
to bear on those who are so blatantly and arrogantly defiling and
befouling vast areas of the world that they considered fair game in the
race for ever vaster profits, in order not only to persuade them to
cease and desist their damaging activities, but also to use some of
their enormous profits to start repairing the damage they have done.
And these groups are becoming increasingly effective as more and more
people support and encourage them in the mighty task that lies ahead
for humanity, if it is to ensure that a habitable environment, in which
future generations can live and thrive, is preserved.
However, the tipping point has been reached, and the ability of Planet Earth to continue to support life is assured,
because plans are now being put into effect to restore the ecological
balance necessary for animal and plant life to flourish. There are
enormous resources available to bring this about, it is just that until
now they have been used inappropriately and thoughtlessly.
Humanity is on a path of spiritual evolution, and that is why souls
choose to take human form by incarnating on Earth. But for a long time
the rate of evolution has been very slow, while in recent times the rate
of technological advancement has been accelerating. Consequently the
necessary wisdom and compassion to use these advances for the benefit of
all has been severely lacking. Now wisdom and compassion are growing
exponentially as your spiritual evolution progresses, leading you
forward toward your awakening.
To many of you it may well appear that the challenges facing you are
insurmountable, but they are not. There is a magnificent awareness
developing in the younger members of human society, especially those who
are less than thirty years old, of the need for massive changes in
attitudes and behaviors, and they have the determination and the
motivation to make them happen.
In science you have a saying that knowledge advances funeral by
funeral, and it is indeed the young among you who will be delivering the
changes that are essential for human survival. And, of course, those of
you who are older have all most definitely played your parts by
effectively clearing the path for them to follow, even though, as the
new path unfolds, it may well be very different from what you might be
expecting.
As you have so often been reminded, every single human is following a
path of spiritual evolution, and even though that often appears not to
be the case, truly everyone – there are no exceptions – is following a path of spiritual evolution.
You need to be aware that those who have been doing such enormous
damage and causing such intense suffering all over the world are thereby
providing an extremely powerful wake-up call to everyone else, because
the ongoing revelations about their nefarious activities blows people
out of any sense of apathy in which they may have been drowning, and demands that
they partake in the awakening process, not by engaging in violent
opposition or through starting conflicts, but by becoming aware that
the only way forward is through love.
Many are now realizing that violent behaviors are a clear indication
of intense pain and a sense of worthlessness in those who practice them,
and that these severely damaged ones need to be loved and guided with
intense compassion in an environment where they can safely express their
pain without hurting others.
Incarceration in penal correctional institutions only aggravates
their pain and fear. New compassionate institutions will arise to assist
and support those who are suffering and acting out their intolerable
burdens of guilt along with a sense of utter worthlessness.
Almost every human experiences a lack of self-worth at some stage
during their lives, and sometimes it is long lasting causing an intense
drain on their energy; therefore there are very few among you who, at
the depths of their being, do not feel great compassion for those whose
ability to love and accept themselves seems to be practically
non-existent.
All are the beloved children of God! The fact that some behave
violently and act out their pain by attacking others demonstrates that
they have completely forgotten this divine Truth. And so have very many
others who, although not acting out their pain violently on others, do
have a less than complete realization of their true divinity, and thus,
out of an underlying fear for their personal safety or that of their
families and loved ones, often choose to work with law enforcement
agencies, thereby very often aggravating the problems they were hoping
and intending to resolve.
It is extremely difficult for most of you to believe that to engage
with love will resolve all problems and issues, but it really is the only way forward. To
be loving whatever arises does not signify weakness, it demonstrates
enormous power, because Love is infinitely powerful. There is no one who
is unaware of people – sadly, so far, only a few – who demonstrate love
in action, and by doing so change themselves, others, and the whole
world.
What is needed or required of you who are aware that you are on a
spiritual path, is for you to set the intent daily to be only loving
whatever arises. When you do so, you will find that you become far more
at peace with yourselves. You will also find that others gravitate
toward you, are drawn to you, pick up on your peacefulness, and then
share it with others.
None of you are ever alone! You are always fully supported by
your team in the spiritual realms, as you go about your daily lives,
while at the same time – even if you maybe unaware of it – powerfully
assisting in the awakening process.
Just ensure that you spend time daily – every single day without fail
– at your holy inner sanctuaries where Love resides awaiting your
acceptance of It, so that It may embrace, encourage, and remind you that
you are on Earth at this moment to do just this. You will feel this inner knowing if you refuse to dismiss and judge yourselves as unworthy or not good enough, because nothing could be further from the truth!
You are all divine beings, and the fact that so many have forgotten this does not change it. You chose to be incarnate at this point to be loving presences assisting all on their path to awakening, and you are doing
this every time you hold a loving thought or offer a loving word or
action to anyone at all. As humans, limited by your physical forms, you
can have no idea, until you awaken, of the wonderful and most amazing
effect you are having.
Because of the love that each one of you demonstrates, even in the smallest of ways, humanity is awakening.
Trust me, because I have experienced form and all the trials and
tribulations with which that state presents you. I know how difficult it
is, and how terrifying it can be, and I know that you can and will
succeed in delivering humanity’s awakening. Truly it is already
accomplished, as you will discover, and in doing so your joy will
utterly surpass anything you can at present possibly imagine.
