Political views and opinions are being shaken up and down all over the world, and that should not be surprising in view of the effect the new energies are having. As we have stated on more than one occasion, you are in rapidly changing times that will eventually take you fully into the New Age. In most instances the higher vibrations that you are experiencing have brought about what you call the grass roots of a new way of living that will be far more acceptable and in accordance with the wishes of the people.

It takes time for needed changes to take place as there will always be some objection to them and attempts made to stop them occurring. However, that will be to no avail as the seeds of change are well developed and cannot be stopped. It is amazing how quickly the mood of the people can change, and evidence of it is illustrated by the largely organised peaceful protests that are taking place. They are more informed than any earlier generations, and will not stand for any attempts to continue perpetuating the old ways. Change with a capital “C” is about you and in some ways it will be unavoidably disruptive, but if led by those who support democracy it will soon pass much to the peoples delight.

These are times when you must allow for new ways of thinking, indeed they should be encouraged so that solutions can be found for the new challenges that face you. The answers are already known and those empowered with the knowledge will be eager to step forward when the right circumstances prevail. Again we say look to the younger generations to make progress, as they have birthed with the knowledge and ability to provide you with the answers you seek. We support and help those working for the betterment of mankind, which is allowed, and in those circumstances not considered to be interference with your freewill, but quite the opposite.

What may at first not seem too welcome is that your life span is on the increase, and it is another effect of the rise in vibrations. Aging is slowing down and may already be evidenced by the increasing number of older people who are in relatively good health. There are more and more people in their 80’s and 90’s, and it is not entirely due to better health facilities, although it is a factor. Illness is sometimes self-inflicted by bad habits such as eating the wrong foods that do not sustain your body, or for habits such as smoking that can lead to all manner of illnesses including a shortened life span. However, you are waking up to the idea of healthy living and it has resulted in a change from food preferences that are lacking in the nutrients that you need. We mention these things not to admonish you but simply draw it to your attention.

Since we are on the subject of your well-being it must not be forgotten that adequate exercise also helps to ensure a long healthy life. Fresh air and a general limbering up keep’s your body in good shape and able to overcome the ravages of time. Of course much of this depends on your age but there is generally something you can do that will be beneficial for you. We do not propose that everyone should be rabbits, but the intake of raw food stuffs does carry much more good and can help you have a balanced diet. To some extent your own body will “tell” you what it wants, and conversely what it does not want. Listen to your intuition in such matters and do not eat for sake of it, as over eating is not necessary. We do not preach to you about such matters, but simply remind you as to what may be in your best interests and result in a happy healthy life.

Not all of you have gardens but what a lovely healthy way to spend your time, and you have the bonus of enjoying the results of your labour. In the course of it you bring yourself closer to nature and if you “love” your garden it responds to those higher vibrations. So you see, successful gardening is a labour of love that returns to you every bit as much as you give it, if not more. The energy of love is the Mothers touch that soothes a young baby or child and it illustrates how powerful it is. Can you then imagine the power of the Creator and understand how miracles can take place. Your destiny is to follow such a path, as you really are Gods in the making, but do not let the thought frighten you as you have quite a long way to go yet, indeed a very long way. It is why each soul is revered because their potential is known.

Do not ever doubt your potential as regardless of how you view it now, you have lives ahead of you that will gradually raise your vibrations, so that level by level you gradually become a Being of Light. Once in your Light Body you will no longer need a physical body, but do not be alarmed as at any time you will be able to lower your vibrations and self-create one by pure thought. It is as well that you have at least an idea of where your evolution is taking you so that you are not misled by false stories. However, sometimes the wrong information becomes embedded in your mind, but with the help of your Guides and perhaps suitable experiences you will succeed in finding your true self.

Dear Ones you should by now be well aware that you are a powerful soul and that your thoughts can manifest into reality. So be careful what you wish for and indeed for other souls. You are a healer if you did but know it and by the same token you can harm others with your thoughts if you were so inclined. So as time passes it is incumbent upon you to take care with the spoken word, as harmful words directed towards someone who is of a high vibration, will so to say bounce off them and back to you. If you find it difficult to bring the changes to mind, be sure to ask your Guides to prompt you, as they can often plant things in your mind that are helpful.

We’re here to honor you in your magnificence. You continue to move up the spiral of evolution with every conscious thought and action, especially in the midst of the chaos as the old paradigm is dissolving.

What if these intrinsic gifts, these star and galactic abilities were awaiting the activation of personal codes? What if you could activate the codes or stimulate or quicken these intrinsic gifts? These are questions we’re inviting you to begin to consider.

You know yourself as a physical presence.   Now, we’re wanting you to begin to engage with the idea that you’re also an energy presence. Perhaps you can begin to engage in some form of energy exercises.

Use your imagination and begin to allow time to play with the possibility that you might be able to travel time. Imagine yourself visiting other time frames in your history. Imagine that you might be able to travel even to other dimensions.

Allow yourself to see or sense what that might feel or look like. We invite you to leave any expectation aside. Remember you’re just playing in your imagination.

You can use the quantum field to create a space in which you’re safe to travel, to explore and adventure.

Let yourself relax into the process and just observe how this might manifest for you. The use of sound can also trigger a state of mind in which you can experience other realms and realities.

We’re just inviting you to consider the possibilities and give yourself the grace to explore what your star heritage might be. What star system has always interested you?  Or perhaps this is an entirely new concept to entertain and think about. You can do some searching and investigating. Study the star systems and the galaxies.  Does one interest you more than another?

Consider for a moment that there are something like 300 billion stars in your Milky Way.  There might be around 30 billion planets in your galaxy alone, and there are over 100 billion galaxies in your observable Universe. Many of you have heard of some of these systems Antares, Pleiades, Arcturus, Betelgeuse, Sirius and Andromeda.

This is a very large playground.

We’re inviting you to create a sacred space, an Alchemist Chamber. The space is created in your imagination. Make it as real as possible. There are no limits here.  Remember, you’re a Creator.

Once you have the space, the chamber, allow yourself to close your eyes and sense or feel yourself there. This is the place where you can invite information about your Star Essence, your galactic heritage. This is the place you might meet other energy beings that come as colors or geometric forms or patterns. Be open to the possibilities.

Remember, You are a Divine Multidimensional Being. You are, in essence, star energy. You carry a galactic heritage in your very DNA. We’re just encouraging you to begin to access this information.

It’s this connection to the bigger picture of who you are which will allow you to step more fully into your personal power as a Master. As a Divine Starseed Being, you have unlimited energetic abilities. You’re so much bigger than you’ve ever allowed yourself to consider.

You just happen to be playing in an unconscious field and dimension that’s limited. So, as an empathic being, you match the energy of this unconscious limited third dimension.

Now is the time to begin to stretch your awareness, to honor and call forth your personal abilities and gifts. It’s time to quicken and stimulate the latent legacy you carry.

We invite you to begin to simply invite your Star Family, your Star Tribe, to make themselves known to you. Decide that you’re going to watch movies or programs in which the subject may be Starbeings or ET’s. Notice how new information appears.  Notice what you decide to read or what program you’re guided to watch.  That will offer clues to your questions.

Be aware of your dreams and the images that come forth while you sleep. The opportunity is happening now for you to awaken more fully to who you are and your connection to the stars and all the galactic energies.  Find a place where you can watch the stars in a relaxed setting, and make a practice of observing the night sky. Imagine or even pretend that you could talk to the stars.

We realize that what we’re suggesting here might feel a bit far out or even silly. Notice your reaction to our transmission. Do our words and invitations intrigue you?  Or do they feel impossible, or even feel like nonsense?

You can call upon the Divine Ones, named or unnamed, to assist and support you in this discovery. We assure you that once you begin to investigate the possibilities, doors of awareness are going to open and more will be revealed. It’s time, and codes are being activated within many of you Earthwalkers.

Step into the truth that you are truly more than your physical body and form.

We’re always available to support and assist. Please call upon us in your journey to your true revealing. You are Star Seed.  You’re part of the awesome and amazing galactic unfolding. You are creators of worlds.

We would like to speak today of the intensified energy field that your planet has entered. You are experiencing this as ‘incoming energies’. Many who are empathic or otherwise quite sensitive are struggling with this.

Perhaps the best thing we can do for you today is to offer you yet one more different image to work with.

Firstly, the image you have of incoming intensified energy is just an image. The reality is more accurately described as energy that you are entering. This is compounded by your individual and collective opening up to energy that seems to surround you. We say ‘seems’ because it is actually the greater field of which you are a part. You are becoming awake and aware of new things, new vibrations.

Some of these, as we have said above, are quite a bit more intense than what you are accustomed to. This will continue to be your experience. It is a part of what you have signed on for and of that which you have named ‘ascension’. Therefore we say, it will be of benefit to you to find a way to navigate these changes in the easiest way possible.

Now, as we have pointed out, and we admit to using the image ourselves just now, you think of this as intense and uncomfortable energy that you are newly encountering. We propose that you decide to, and then learn to, think about this in a new way.

As we said, you are the ones entering the new, and even becoming the new by raising your own vibrations and opening to the awareness of that. It is something that cannot be avoided given the destination you have chosen. So what can you do?

This energy is a field phenomenon. A field is rather like a sea or an ocean. Now what happens if one enters a sea and struggles against the experience? One sinks, do they not? What happens if one relaxes, lays back, and determines to enjoy the feeling? One floats, correct? And this is infinitely more enjoyable.

Now, we have said this before several times in our past messages. But even though it was just as true then, the change had not yet reached this magnitude. Well, now it has. So we advise that you fling your mental arms open wide, and feel the deliciousness of what you are entering. Feel yourselves adjusting to this new vibration that you are in and that you are becoming. You are becoming that which you have desired. Keep that in mind, as well.

This is not something that is being done to you. It is something that is being done for you. And the truth is that it is also something that you are doing. Keep in mind that there is, as we have been at pains to stress, no separation. You have infinite possibilities of things to learn, but your greatest lesson and opportunity lies in the remembrance of that. No separation. No separation. I am that. Tat twam asi. It is a field. It is only a viewpoint that you are seeing it all from. And you are free to choose a different viewpoint whenever you like, as often as you like.

Be grateful for all that you have and all that you are.

You have so much to be grateful for. At times it may feel as though life is hard, and yet if you can pull back from its drama, you’ll see how fortunate you truly are. Even the lessons you’re now going through are a blessing.

Though it may feel as if you don’t have enough — whether it’s time, money, health, or love — you actually have been blessed with a tremendous gift. That gift is your life. A physical body is a wondrous blessing.

Take time to observe the miraculous occurrences in your body. It’s a miracle that messages are transmitted from your brain so there’s movement in different parts of your body. It’s a miracle that you don’t have to tell your heart to beat or your stomach to digest.

The physical body is a constant source of awe when you consider it a gift from God. You are to use this body to learn your lessons in life and to help bring Heaven to Earth. You’re here to create a better world for all. You’re here to learn to find peace and harmony within yourself so all people on Earth may experience this. One person finding inner peace helps to bring Peace to the entire world.

You’re a part of a wondrous Presence in whom you live, move and have your being. Divinity exists beneath all your tumultuous thoughts, and between your breaths. You are here to remember this fact, and to live in this awareness at all times.

This Presence is constantly giving, and you can consistently receive the blessings available by focusing your attention on the truth of who you are. You can know that whatever situation is occurring in your life, or in the world, God is in the midst of it all.
Practice:

Be grateful for this gift of Universal Presence within you. Be grateful for your body and for the lessons you’re learning which assist your spiritual progress. Take the time to see the beauty in Nature — a flower, tree or bird — and be grateful for the beauty of the Divine there and within all things.

Be grateful for the presence of the Angels in your life. These messengers from God are a powerful force for Love and Wisdom in your world. You can call upon them at any moment, and their assistance is available for you. This is a supreme gift.

And be grateful for all that You are. You are a spark of Divine Light radiating God’s Presence on the Earth. You are God’s Love expressing to others. You are God’s Wisdom remembering the truth of Divine Order in every situation. You are so much more than what you seem. Remember the expansiveness of your true nature, and be grateful.

Your gratitude opens the floodgates for Heaven’s blessings. Gratitude creates an energy that beckons Good into your life. When you are grateful, you feel more peaceful and more fulfilled. It is easier to remember that God is within all people and situations. And you can begin to be a witness rather than being embroiled in life’s dramas.

You hold the key to Peace on Earth. As you gratefully focus on the truth of your Divine Nature, remember your message from Archangel Gabriel today:

This is a new world and a new time. You are a new being in a new play. Allow yourself to learn how to love yourself before you feel the need to care for others.

Dear Ones,

Perhaps you are concerned about your future direction – or not. It does not matter for as you evolve your direction is changing daily.

Some of you have difficulties believing that anything in your life or understanding is shifting. Yet, you catch yourself laughing at a silly object or becoming unusually angry at something that has happened many times before.

Both your internal being and your outer world are evolving more rapidly than you comprehend. Perhaps some of you experienced past global upheavals as your 3D personal life was changing. In all likelihood, your life was of greater importance to you at that time than world events. So it is now.

You question your judgment, actions, and friends, allowing little interest in global events. Even though you likely know a smattering of what is being reported, your main interest is your immediate world. Do those world events affect your life or your worldview? If so, you are interested. If not, you merely add the information to the unimportant knowledge collection.

Your world, your being is shifting from macro to micro. So it is, you are now more interested in your life than that of others. LIkely, you contend such is not true and never has been. We beg to differ. Your world was once more global than is now true. Not because you are an uncaring being, but because you are learning to love yourself.

Perhaps you once marveled at that special person who gave his or her life to save another. And while you might still do the same given your 3D training, you will not do so without questioning the wisdom of that action. For your new being is learning and accepting the importance of you.

Past measures were to save women, children, and infirm – anyone defined by society as weak. Your safety was not part of the equation – especially if you were a male. Now that loving yourself is becoming the new ‘law of the land’ more are questioning saving others before themselves.

Such statements make you cringe for you were taught for eons that others were more important than you. That you should deny yourself before you deny others. That you can always take care of yourself, but those poor others do not have the capacity to do so.

Is that true? Such are your new frightening thoughts. Not because you are a terrible person, but because the logic of loving yourself informs you that you are as capable as anyone and the same is true for those who were once considered weak.

Likely, you continue to believe the model that you are stronger than anyone, that others can never care for themselves as well as you do, that you are superior to others. At the same time, you worry that you are not enough, not as good as others. Do you see how you have tortured yourself for eons? Knowing internally that you were an earth savior and yet, believing you were not acceptable as you were. A dichotomy that created such pain within you that you no longer valued yourself.

You and your neighbor are equally valuable. This transition that you initiated cannot be completed without your global friends and neighbors. You are an earth angel in the correct earth place.

Others who follow will soon begin to feel more compatible with you for they, too, will learn to love themselves.

But until then, do not pressure yourself by attempting to determine who is more valuable or weaker or whatever sets you apart from others. Your only role now is to learn to love yourself. And you will do so by finding and following your joy. As will those who follow.

Those who follow are not weaker or less than you, they are merely playing a different role in this transition drama. Even though their stage entrance is after yours, without their input the drama would fall flat – your entrance would end the play for there would be no middle or end.

So it is you need to remember that you are not more or less important than those who follow. Just as you need to remember that you are strong, and so are they. Different roles in an extremely dramatic play that require the full attention and input from all actors, no matter how small their role appears to be.

It is also time to realize that your infant or the infant down the street is entering earth in this lifetime to add a role to this amazing play. There are no bit players. For without the entirety of the actors, this transition could not be.

Your inner voice is telling you how important this new stage of learning and accepting self-love is. There is no we as you do so for you have given your life and many others to that concept. The 3D we is no longer the stronger entity – that which made you feel wrong for you believed those who created the 3D we were more important than you.

Even though your heart perhaps continues to go out to children and the elderly, please remember that they too have an essential role to enact. For if you feel you must control them because you are so much wiser or more important, you lose your sense of self-love.

You and others of the earth are equals. Something you have never felt before while of the earth. For your personal history is of others being better and you being odd or somehow not quite complete. That thought process is now fading, which concerns you. For you feel you ‘should’ be more loving, more of a caretaker, more of the giver you have been for eons.

This is a new world and a new time. You are a new being in a new play. Allow yourself to learn how to love yourself before you feel the need to care for others. In this new world, there are no entities more or less important than you. Something you, even now, find difficult to understand.

The love you share is now equal, whereas you once gave hoping for something in return.

You have a right to say, “No” or “Yes.” Something you have denied yourself for eons as you filtered the needs of others and your need to be loved through both actions.

You are finally allowing yourself to be. As you do, your actions might not be as you expect, but all are to help you understand that you are not more or less important than others. And others are learning the same. So be it. Amen.

Timelines for the Solstice ∞The 9D Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in the process of exploring the many possibilities that exist for humanity with your upcoming Solstice. You are also exploring these possibilities with your consciousness at night while you are sleeping. You are going down different timelines to see what type of energies would serve you most as an individual.

And whichever timeline you choose for yourself as an individual, there will be a version of the human collective that has also made that choice with you. One of the choices is for the Solstice energies to be about receiving more crystalline energy and creating more of the experience of your light body, which then allows you to hold more of your higher self’s consciousness in your physical form.

Another possibility that you are exploring is greater e.t. contact for all of humanity, not just for yourselves as individuals. There is another possible timeline for you that involves the release of information through a very credible source. We are talking about information that will change the way people look at your governments and also reality itself. You are also contemplating a timeline where there will be discoveries of hard, undeniable physical evidence that extra-terrestrials existed on your planet a long, long time ago. And another possibility exists that there will be evidence found that connects humanity with the time of the dinosaurs.        

And so, as these possibilities are laid out before you in your waking, conscious state, we suggest that you decide which one would be most beneficial to you and the version of reality you want to experience. That being said, it is just a matter of time before all of what we have just laid out for you is experience. But you are the ones creating this experience of your journey through the fourth dimension.

And so, you get to choose the order of these revelations and experiences for you, as an individual. As we said, you are not choosing for the entire collective because each timeline holds within it a different version of the human collective.

There is more than one reality that you have the option of experiencing, and we delight in witnessing you all choosing that you reality that you want to experience more consciously. Whatever you choose, make sure that you spend some time on the Solstice, whenever it is where you are on the planet, opening yourself up to receive the energies that you have summoned and the experiences that you desire.

Being Right vs. Feeling Good ∞The 9D Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been very interested in noticing how far you will all go in order to protect your sense of being right, or on the right side of an issue. When you attach yourself to an ideology, a political party, some sort of movement that is afoot, you are attaching yourself. And that’s something you always want to be careful about. You always want to allow your mind to expand with the rest of your consciousness. Your mind is not the reason you have consciousness. You have a mind because you are consciousness, and you are expanding.

You want everything that you entertain with that mind of yours to reflect your expansion. And so, you don’t want to attach yourself to a belief system, or a set of beliefs, that limits your ability to see from all angles. You do want to understand where the other side is coming from. You don’t want to just dismiss someone because of their affiliation with a political party, or because they have a different way of looking at something than you do. Be open and allow yourself to also be spontaneous.

When you are locked in to a particular belief system, you lack flexibility. And when you lack flexibility in your thoughts and beliefs, you lack flexibility in your ability to act according to your feeling in the moment. You always want to trust your feelings, which is another reason why you don’t want to stay attached to thoughts. You don’t want to be attached to thoughts that are limiting. And so, we recommend that you spend as little time in your heads as possible, and even less time arguing with people who disagree with the thoughts and beliefs that you are clinging to as right.

Being right will only satisfy you for a moment. Feeling the way that you want to feel needs to be your top priority. It needs to be your top priority because of how important it is to feel the way that you want to feel. It is how you create your reality, and the more time you spend trying to be right, or on the right side of an issue, the more time you are spending pushing against and resisting those who have a different perspective. And that’s when you’re not paying attention to how you feel, and that’s when your feelings start creating a reality that you don’t want to experience.

And then you probably blame those over there for the problem, and that disempowers you. We are here to empower you and to remind you of how silly it is to get attached to a perspective, and then to argue about it with others who are never going to see your side. That’s why we call upon those of you who are awake to be the bigger people, the people we know you can be.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Life, dear ones, will have its challenges. You spill your milk. The refrigerator breaks. You stub your toe, or more seriously lose a job or a loved one. Elements of your dream here upon the earth shift and change. The constant behind and beneath all things, however, is and always will be, love.

In even your deepest challenges you can find the frequency of love. If you have deep debt, you can love the food upon your table today. You can love the people in your life. You can love the blue sky and the scent of your spring flowers. If you have suffered a devastating loss of someone in your life, you can still find love in all of those who still surround you, in the arms of God in prayer and meditation and from your angels – and even your dearly departed loved ones – if you are willing to sit, breath, and receive. If you have pain, you can see love in your own heart’s willingness to persevere.

The reason challenge and loss hurts so much is that it is perceived as a loss of love. In truth dear ones, love lives! Love lives in every challenge and every inconvenience. Love waits for you on the other side of every loss. Love lives beyond death. Love lives in every particle and manifestation of life. Love lives … inside of you.

You cannot ever lose love. You simply tune into it, or not.

It is all too human when you face challenge or loss to feel a loss of love. Your life has to change. You will have to work harder to find the frequency of love. It is easy to feel the energy of love when life flows smoothly. It takes more work to find it again amidst the chaos. It is easy to feel the frequency of love with a loved one, and much more difficult to find it if they leave. Nonetheless you can discover the One love anywhere, indeed everywhere, even when you feel challenged, hurt, or abandoned. Love will never leave you. It cannot.

Suppose your car breaks and you have to wait all day for the repair. Perhaps love can be found in the form of a kind person to speak with while you wait, or from inspiration that comes while reading that book you’ve been putting off. Perhaps the love will appear in the form of having to decline other commitments that you didn’t really want to do anyway. Maybe love appears because your car broke down in a safe place and your life was spared due to the repair… Maybe love appears within your own heart as you realize that there is a purpose to all things.

Suppose you lose a loved one. Maybe this is the point in your soul’s eternal evolution where you are going to learn to make contact across the “veil” and once and for all banish the notion of death being the end. Maybe it is a time when you will grieve deeply and be inspired to do great good in the world as a result of the human tragedy. Maybe it is your soul’s time to learn to love yourself instead of always caring for others. Even in spite of the grief and pain, love is waiting to be revealed and to heal you.

In all things, dear one, there is love. Even in your human challenges, love is waiting to be revealed. Allow yourself your very human feelings first. Love yourself through them.

Then, ask a potentially life changing question,“Love, how are you trying to reveal yourself more deeply in my life as a result of this challenge?

Dear ones, love waits for you to discover its Presence. It is an energy frequency that you can find no matter what life presents. Look for love in easy times and, especially, in your challenging times. “Seek and ye shall find. Knock and the door shall be opened.” Look for love, and your life will be an experience of love no matter what the outer world presents.

Nothing can prepare you for the future except that you expect the best of everything. Be assured that you are already on a path to great changes that will be more than welcome, and fulfil your dreams of having everything that you ever needed and more than you can presently imagine. Already different groups are receiving promptings to advance mankind, but for peaceful purposes and to set up societies that work for the betterment of all without any exclusion. It clearly will take much time to reach the ultimate stages but everything has to have a beginning at some time and that time has already commenced. The goal that will be achieved is to promote more group plans, and as you would say ”small is beautiful” and that will be the challenge to arrange things accordingly. Already you have been finding that smaller set-ups operate more efficiently and you are being guided in that direction.

As you are entering a new period that will of necessity involve many changes in the way societies are formed, you may be certain that many souls that have recently come to Earth are here to give you the advantage of their experience that will help you advance in leaps and bounds. You will also have the benefit of new inventions that will be given to you as soon as it is safe to do so, without them being stolen or misused. As you will realise it cannot take place until the dark Ones and their cohorts are moved out of the way. They have been carefully monitored for a long time and their intentions have been known. Eventually they will be incapable of interfering with your progress that will then go speeding ahead.

Your Inner Earth is home to many E.T.’s that reside at depths that are not usually probed, but with the changes many will have no option but leave. They certainly will not go forward with the new Earth that will be your ultimate home. However, some of the E.T.’s that are positive and evolved are part of your evolution, and will openly work with you well before Ascension. In the long run you will find that all experiences help you to evolve, and it is because every soul has a life plan that is calculated to help their evolution, and would have been agreed by them beforehand. Planning your evolution is a complicated matter as it relies on many other souls playing their part with the help of your Guides and without interfering with your freewill.

Death is subject that some people avoid having to discuss and it often comes from not understanding the information they are given. There are a number of explanations that mainly come through religious sources but none are completely accurate. The main fact is that immediately upon death of the body – when your heart stops beating, you leave your body and are usually attracted to another level of Light where you will be met by family or friends who have obviously been waiting for your arrival. Because of religious teachings some will find a different reception upon arrival, but you will all be in your etheric body that is of a much higher vibration than your old physical body. If you can accept this much about life after death, you will understand that you have nothing at all to fear. 

To stay on the path of Ascension bear in mind that there is a need to empower yourselves with the new energies. Do not look back and know that there is a sound reason for this advice as the old ways will no longer advance your evolution. The ultimate would be to live in the “now” and not try to pre-determine how your path would work out. Clearly there are many pathways to Ascension, but as a collective you are all treading a personal path that has been especially designated for you. Allow things to flow and what you need to evolve will come to you. We know it is difficult to suddenly change your approach and understanding of your evolutionary path, but you have entered a new paradigm that calls for a different reaction. Try it and see for yourself how your life progresses if you simply take it as it comes. You can then rely more on your intuition, and be assured that should you make a mistaken decision your Guides will do their best to redirect you to your correct pathway.

At this stage nothing should be able to put you off your goal to ascend, as you are now too advanced to fail. You have done all of the hard work by getting through the lower dimensions, and have established your selves as being worthy of continuing in the higher dimensions. You will never have to go back to the lower vibrations as they are unsuitable for the level you are at now. It is “fast speed ahead” and very soon the new innovations will start to be released having been well prepared in advance, knowing the inevitability of a grand increase in your vibrations. Not every soul is interested in moving out of their present dimension, as instinctively they know that they are not ready and they should therefore be allowed to progress at a rate that suits them. Nothing is to be gained from rushing them before they are prepared and ready to make a great leap forward in their evolution.

Dear Ones you are so loved for your dedication and determination to succeed in the tasks you have undertaken. You were so positive that you could be cut off from the Godhead and still find your way back in spite of the darkness that would engulf you as you plummeted through the depths. You have little if any idea as to how long you have been travelling the road back to the Light, yet it has been for many thousands of years, but you have finally made it. Your consciousness levels are now moving quickly forwards, and with it will come a greater level of awareness and recollection of your real selves as mighty Beings of Light. No wonder you are revered by those who have followed your exploits and given you every encouragement to keep going, regardless of the obstacles in your way. You have completed all of the hard work and experiences to move into a period of release from karma into joy and freedom.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very impressed by the acceleration of humanity’s growth, especially when you have so much energy there to sift through. There are more energies being tossed around from other humans, most of whom are using technology to spread that energy around, that whenever we see one of you tuning in to the higher frequency energies, we are extremely impressed. It is a time when it is so important for you all to be going within and accessing your own truths, and it is also a time when those who want to influence, and possibly manipulate you, are getting louder and louder.

So here is what we have noticed happening in the human collective lately. We are noticing a tendency for those of you who are awake to pay more attention to what is happening within you, and we are also noticing that you are not taking a lot of direction from those outside of you. In your recent past, and certainly in your past lives, you were heavily influenced by what your parents, your siblings, your extended family members and your community wanted you to do or not do.

Breaking free from those chains of limitation are a big part of awakening. Being the black sheep in your family is a very good sign that you are awake. Now, many of you understand from experience how challenging it is to be a pioneer, to go against the grain, to say, ‘no thank you’ to something that others just accept as the norm. We are noticing that there is a greater tendency for you all to be guided by how you feel than by what others think, and this is yet another way that you are leading humanity into the fifth dimension.

When you break free from the limitations of what is expected of you, then you can be certain that you are living your own life. When you go with what resonates with you, instead of what those around you are trying to intimidate you into doing, that’s when you know you have a strong intuitive sense. It is so important for you to live your own lives and to be true to yourselves that we believe this is the most important teaching that we could ever deliver to you. The only problem is, you don’t need to hear it from us, and you are demonstrating that.

We don’t even want you to look to us for advice in that way. The best advice we, or anyone else, could possibly give you is to listen to your own heart, your feelings, your gut, and your intuition. This is one of the ways that you can know you are going with the flow. And going with the flow is going with Source. It’s becoming more of who you really are, and it’s what you came here to do. And that is all that we have to offer on that.

Receiving Healing Energy ∞The 9D Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are fascinated by humanity in general, but we are most fascinated by your ability to heal. Perhaps this is not something you recognize as one of your strengths. You are amazing receivers of healing energy, and we are talking about your abilities to heal both physically and emotionally, because the two are so closely linked to one another. If there are emotions that you haven’t healed from, they will manifest in your physical bodies.

Now, sometimes your physical bodies can receive the healing they need before you really do the work on the emotional pain that you have been enduring. What then happens is that you will then create another illness or physical malady of some kind.

You continue to do this until you get to the point where what is happening to you physically really gets you in touch with what’s happening emotionally. And then that healing process can begin. Given how much trauma and tragedy there has been on planet Earth, the healing that you have done emotionally is remarkable. A lot of what you’ve experienced there on Earth, we do not have an equivalent for in our star system.

You chose a very challenging place to incarnate, and you did so for many reasons, one of which was specifically to experience that healing. You wanted to know what it would feel like to go from despair to joy.

And we want to help, and so do many other beings in the higher realms. When you ask for healing, those requests are always heard and they are always answered, and we see more and more of you opening up to receive the healing energy.

What we also see more of is a willingness to move through those negative emotions so that you can get to the positive ones. And this is something that makes us feel very happy. We suggest that you take some time to pat yourselves on the back for all of the healing journeys that you have ever been on there on planet Earth. They are many, and they are significant. They are also ongoing, and you will continue to have our support.

Gender in the Higher Realms

People may wonder about gender in the higher realms.

Higher-dimensional star brothers and sisters don’t experience gender the same way we do.

The way the Arcturians through Sue Lie describe it, “we are neither male nor female, rather we are the integration of male and female.” (1)

Diane of Sirius explains that biological differences are unnecessary in the higher realms. That isn’t what gender means there.

“Even in the highest levels there is still a feminine energy. Not as you may use the terminology to distinguish male and female, which is more for the physical attributes. Such differences are unnecessary as you go into the higher levels.

“The Beings of Light are androgynous, and only use form as you understand it when it is deemed necessary. You have seen them as your glowing godly Beings from which beautiful light radiates in all directions.” (2)

She goes on to discuss the Divine Plan for Gaia as it relates to gender.

“I come to bring the feminine energies to a world that until recently was dominated by the powerful influence of the male energies, and reflected his often aggressive approach to life. In fact as an intentional plan to bring a change of direction for mankind, women have been helped to take their place alongside men.

“In ages past there were times when women ruled, but they carried more of the male attributes that meant they were warriors. However over time, a balance has come in and the male and feminine energies have come closer together. For example the role of mothers and fathers is no longer strictly defined, and there is sharing of family responsibilities.

“As you approach Ascension, so each of you will experience a softening of the extremes of personality as normally defined by gender. The gentle touch and caring of the female will also be found amongst the males, and it signals a closure of this period of duality amongst the sexes.” (3)

We’ve been talking about remaining in the center; Diane’s “softening of the extremes of personality as normally defined by gender” would be a welcome development.

Biology is different, but I don’t have time within the confines of this article to go into it.

The subject however does lead one to wonder whether they make love and if so how. Ashira addressed this question on Heavenly Blessings with Suzi:

“When we procreate it is through ‘conjoining’, and I am not trying to be prudish here because many of you think, “Well, how do they do it?” Do you think I do not know? Let us say that we have the equipment, but to truly have – and you have touched upon it – Sacred Union is a meeting of the Souls, and this is what you are truly beginning to experience in your own evolution on Earth.

“Before, you used to think – I do not mean you, sweet One – but you collectively often felt that Tantra was the highest form of prolonged union, or heightened ecstasy and union. Take it twenty-two steps further – it is a union of the heart, the mind, the body – and the Soul. (4)

“And when you are in that form of Union – not only is it profound joy – it can sustain you for thousands of years. When you join with another like this – and that is what we do – the bond very rarely can or would be severed.” (5)

If only we were lucky enough to experience the same forms of love and union. And we will.

Greetings, I am Mira. I am pleased to update you today.

There is much on the horizon. The energies coming to the earth are broad and swift, sweeping waves of change. They require receptivity and we know that some are not really ready for what is being given.

The sensitive ones like the ground crew are challenged more than others. Your bodies are transducing miraculous amounts of crystalline light. Your light bodies are upwelling into increasingly powerful energies. You are the points of light that are uplifting the planet. You are the preparers of change and the wayshowers of a new way of living on the earth.

We are working closely with you and also communicate with the influencing energies that are being released through the sun, the photonic energies, etc. that are affecting the magnetic fields of the planet and all of life. We don’t want these energies to overwhelm you and we thank you for your patience.

Remember that you have been prepared for these times and it has also been a bit of an experiment to see how the bodies can stay on a planet during an ascension process. As most of you know, usually when a planet ascends there is no life left on a planet–the planet goes nova. You are an exception.

Please understand that the work you are doing on yourselves is significant. Follow the pain in the body. Trace its origins from past lives or to current ones. See how much more sensitive you have become. Tune into the emotions and release as much of the past as you can. Let nothing stop you from clearing what needs to be released. It is a part of the ascension process.

Free your heart and soul from the separation and pain that has encumbered you in this or past incarnations. Stop pushing yourself like a work horse and forcing yourself like you did when you were in the third dimension. Let the softer, more feminine energies, assist you in receiving. There is no one to blame for how you have lived. It is part of the third dimensional experience. Bring in balance between your divine feminine and your divine masculine. It is all a part of who you are and will facilitate you becoming all that you can be.

We stand in line assisting you along with many other Galactics, and beings from the Light Realms. We see you becoming free and polishing up your sparkly new selves. This is an amazing process of which we are a part.
