We are here, offering insights, invitations and reminders of how to navigate your daily experiences. We observe how easily earthwalkers become distracted and even a bit scattered in their focus. Many we have observed look for those distractions on purpose because what they are experiencing feels too uncomfortable or even impossible to change or shift.

We would like to remind you that the third dimension reality with which you interface and upon which you are focused is always responding to your energy. When you consider for a moment all of the many earthwalkers also focusing their energy on this screen of reality, you begin to understand who and what is creating all that you are observing and experiencing, namely the collective conditional consciousness of the majority.

Remember that each day, you have the opportunity to start out with a fresh, expanded, unlimited, expression of your intentions and desires. Remind yourself that you are an awake, aware divine being that is powerful beyond measure. Let us assure you that if you say, think, begin to express and own this realization, it will shift the reality you experience regardless of what is observed in the struggles and challenges in the collective.

We would like you to realize that these negative challenges, struggles and injustices are actually offering everyone the opportunity to use their divine creative ability to clear, transform and transmute these examples of negative and misqualified energy.

Things are not getting worse; it is simply that the chaos, injustice and negativity are no longer hidden, covert, covered up and in the shadows. These expressions are being exposed in order to be transformed. Unfortunately, those who are not awake or aware continue to add to these dysfunctions by their judgments and resistance. They focus on what they don’t like, don’t want and therefore offer their energy to the very things they are opposed too.

Remember, you are a part of the awakened collective consciousness expressing a new and higher vision of what is possible. You are intended to be the visionary and the activator of divine truths calling them forward, inviting their manifestation and creation.

The energy of this awareness is opening the eyes, the heart and the clarity of more people allowing them to realize that many long held beliefs and patterns in society are neither true nor acceptable.

There is a tremendous shift taking place in the collective consciousness and you are an active part of seeding that shift. So stay true to your knowing and awareness, focus on what you desire to come forth, in your personal life as well as the larger picture unfolding on your planet.

Do not allow yourself to fall into despair or depression because of what you are witnessing; allow these things to be reminders as well as opportunities to step up and offer your awakened light as you spiritually shine. This does not mean that you will never feel sad or discouraged but rather means that as a conscious divine being, you understand that your first step is to acknowledge the truth which underlies the appearance and take the human action that may be necessary.

No matter what you might be observing or experiencing in the moment that is in contrast to your vision or intention, it is the true ability of a divine creator in a physical form to maintain their focus for the good, the life sustaining and life enhancing realities to come forth.

So your focus is important for sure; however we would also like to remind you as an energy being in a physical form and body, you must remember to recharge, especially when some experience at work or in your home may drain your energy. A heated conversation, your worry about others or some situation, frustration, anger or impatience will certainly disconnect you from your creative energy and ability. These events serve to distract you from your higher knowing and your sense of divine essence.

So say to yourself, I am aware that I am aware. This simple statement reminds you to wake up to what you are giving your energy to, pause, take a few deep and conscious breaths, shake off the negative, sound your feelings, hum. These tools and suggestions will cause a shift in your focus, making sure that you shift your focus from the upset, the challenge, the situation to a clear intention and image of what you would desire to experience if you could create the perfect outcome.

Each time you make that shift and change your focus, you are anchoring the higher frequencies into your energy body. Imagine that you can breathe in these higher frequencies as you are recharging. There are many ways to recharge, and each individual will find the best and most comfortable way to do this. Whether in realty or within your imagination, you can pause, close your eyes and pretend, imagine, sense or feel like you are in some lovely place in nature, the woods, by the oceans, in a garden. Create or find this imaginary place so that you can call it up, especially when you want a shift in your energy.

Universal and divine consciousness has been seeded on your planet by the masters. This level of consciousness is available to everyone in this dimension who is willing to access this frequency. Allow yourself to remember that this is your birthright, to understand your connection to the divine higher energy of ascension available to you now. Allow and welcome your own personal evolution, invite this aspect, call it forth by your words and actions. Trust your divine self, your higher self, to guide and inspire.

At this time be aware and mindful that you are continuing to expand into your own personal true understanding of your divine essence as a multidimensional being. Notice what leaves you depressed or exhausted and realize this is a good sign because it alerts you that you are misaligned with what you want and intend to create.

We invite you to relax into the process of your personal ascension and continued awakening. Trust that it is unfolding. Know that in each step of your process you are lighting the way for others to follow. You are transforming your experience of this and anchoring and seeding more light each and every time you act in partnership with your divine consciousness.

We are here to serve and support you, call upon us and other non-physical beings of higher consciousness of love. the ‘team’

Greetings comrades in arms, I am your Ashtar, leader of the Intergalactic fleet for Gaia’s Ascension. Yes, we have updated our fleet name for the occasion for we as are eager as you are to see this mission completed and it is with great joy that I speak with you today.

First and foremost, be at peace. Our loving fleet enfolds its arms around Gaia like a giant hug, providing security during this tender time of ascension, of both planetary and personal growth, which is exponentially exciting to witness and to be a part of. You, ground team, have not disappointed us. You have exceeded even our expectations, which you tend to do, for you are real go-getters, leaders, warriors of chaotic energies. There has been much stirring of the pot and the stakes are high. We see that you are grounding nicely, daily. Best continue to connect with the heartbeat of dear Gaia, who is your planetary mother, and a most patient and loving saint at that. We are here for her assistance. We all heard her planetary cry across the multiverse for assistance, not realizing how dark things had truly gotten for her and you light bearers are the ground force to save her. It is not melodramatic, it is truth. We are here for Gaia. We stand with you, strong, for her.

It has been said many times that a great solar flash is coming, is imminent. This is true. It may not be in the way that what you expect, but really, how could you know what to exactly expect? Even we do not know precisely what will happen. Our Sirian friends, the scientists, are happily calculating this exceptionally complex mathematical equation with numerous variables. Regardless, we know that it will go swimmingly, perfectly, for it has been decreed by Mother and Father God that it shall. And so we are the hands and feet of this mission, as are you, our precious ground team of the ages. I salute you for your service, for taking a body and holding your light! We are holding our light up here in the skies and on the ground as well, for many of us are blending in with you, some better than others (laughing).

We know that it is an intense time to be embodied and so we send you a healing ray of love and light now. Breathe it in. Open up your heart chakra with great intention and feel our love for you. You may tear up a bit, it’s ok, let it be felt and acknowledge your sacrifice. And now, we acknowledge Gaia’s tremendous sacrifice, to be a part so lovingly and willingly of this experiment of the ages. It has not been easy for her, to put it mildly, and great damage has been done to her body which we are in the midst of repairing. Soon also more of you will assist with this once the funds are flowing freely. Yes, of course the funds are there. Yes of course you are wealthy with the riches of the earth, for you are Gaia’s children and God always provides for her children, wherever they are placed. One must have the fortitude to look, to have faith, to believe, to see with the eyes of the heart, which we see many more of you doing hourly, which gives us tremendous joy.

This one and many others wish to know more about the wave. It is a gigantic energy pulse of pure love and light from the heart of your universe, from your great central sun. There are many central suns, there are many universes. Your understandings of space and time will have to be tutored to catch you up to speed. It will greatly assist you when you are able to be fully functional with your DNA online after the flash. That will help you understand, for you will remember much more than you do now. Some will feel bliss, others fear. It depends on your vibration. It depends on you, friends, on how open you are to this experience. Some will shut down, shut off their bodies for they do not wish to experience ascension and wish to be somewhere else. This will be honored. There will be great changes, naturally, it is the end of an era (Kali Yuga) and the beginning of the era of the divine feminine, of pure love. And so of course there will be monumental changes as the unbalanced masculine tips and falls, crashing into a million pieces. You ground crew, with our help of course, will be there to rebuild, to restore, to heal, to nurture and to create Nova Gaia. You get to create the utopia that humanity was initially experiencing, and was designed to be caretakers of. What an exquisite honor! Hats off to you friends, for you are doing this. Every time you choose love, forgiveness and joy you lay a new brick in the streets of Nova Gaia, paving the way for the others to follow. It is so true.

I look out from the bridge of the new Jerusalem with my friend Sananda beside me and I am overjoyed at the progress that we have made together. We have all had our roles to play, and you are playing yours well. It is going to get a little rocky. We need you to hold the light and to be the light warriors that you are. Love is your shield. Light is your game. Violet fire is your weapon. Wield it well. The darkness has been unleashed and we are all dealing with it well, but will need further assistance from our transmuting friends. But not for much longer for Prime Creator has had enough of this and is sending these lovely energies to this little sector of the galaxy and in truth to the entire galaxy, but you will have the honor of first experiencing it. You are the stone thrown in the pond of energy. The ripples from this experience will ripple out farther than you can imagine and all will be blessed by these lovely ascension codes and energies, of the divine breath of the Mother, of the divine presence of the Father, and your memories of your true selves, of begging to come here to lend your light will be restored. And all that will matter to you is service, is love, is being the hands and feet of Mother and Father God so that we can create Nova Gaia together in great joy as one.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very satisfied with the progress that you have made since the solstice in December, and we are eager to see what you are going to do with the equinox energies that are already upon you and that will continue to intensify as you move closer and closer to that date. We are very excited, because we can see the potential for so much more than what we have already witnessed. And as we have said, we are impressed with what we have already witnessed.

The movement forward that is available to you with these equinox energies is towards a time when you are going to feel much more whole and complete as individuals. This offers you an opportunity for more balance of the energies within you. Now, you might not even realize it, but you are constantly seeking a balance of your internal energies. And we are not just talking about your moods and emotions here.

We are talking about the different aspects of yourself that you have been in previous lifetimes. You seek to harmonize all of those various energies. You seek to release all judgment and trauma and come together as a cohesive whole, and then you can be the microcosm, the example for the entire galaxy. We are eager to see what happens with all of the physical beings in the fourth dimension, in our galaxy, when more and more of you are able to hold that state of balance within yourselves.

So how do you do this, you might wonder. Well, you start by noticing when there is an imbalance. You start by noticing when you are fixating on something or someone. You notice when you are not giving yourself enough time to rest and relax. You notice when you do not follow your intuitive guidance, and of course, you notice when you are out of balance emotionally. And you seek to find that calm state within you, and in that calm state, of course, you are capable of so much more.

You are capable of so much more connection with the other beings that you want to have contact with when you are not in judgment or denial of any of these aspects of yourself. You need to let all of them be, and coexist, if you want to access any one of them in particular. For example, if you don’t acknowledge the part of yourself that is reptilian, then you cannot connect with the Nordic Pleiadians that you want to connect with.

It’s the same when it comes to your emotions. If you don’t acknowledge and feel your anger, you don’t have as much access to your joy and your love, your excitement for life. Therefore, you need to embrace it all, all that is within you. And let that be your mantra for this equinox season. Let your mantra be, ‘I embrace it all.’ There is so much more peace, so much more harmony, and so much more potential when you do so.

But again, you first have to acknowledge when you’re not doing that in order to let it go and let in the energies that are coming to you by virtue of the fact that you exist. And you all exist to be those microcosms of the galaxy and to bring it all together in this lifetime. This is what we are all waiting for here in the higher realms, and this is also what we are very excited about.
