You are Masters unto yourselves and have worked very hard to get here tonight. You all deserve the highest accolades and praises which I now bestow upon you from all of us in the Kingdom of Heaven and beyond.
Dear Heart, yes, it is I, your Sananda. I Am Sananda. I have come to be with you tonight for yes, it is a very special occasion; one that we have waited for a long time to come to pass. My meaning here is not just you and I dear heart, but ALL of us, as you have imagined. I was with you during your divine meditation where you called on all of us together to send our love intentions into the full moon and to declare our wish for the New Golden Age to start!
These visions and intentions are very powerful and the more of you that declare them the better. I am watching over your Gaia tonight, watching all the groups of Lightworkers working together to bring in this new Golden Age. Their hearts are pure and FULL OF LOVE as they see and declare their visions for the well being of Gaia and all her peoples.
My heart is full of love as I watch all of you step into your Mastery. You are Masters and have come here to perform great acts, greater than those which I performed during my lifetime as Jesus. I dare say that I have taught you all well (laughs), but I cannot take credit for all your great works, dear hearts. You are Masters unto yourselves and have worked very hard to get here tonight. You all deserve the highest accolades and praises which I now bestow upon you from all of us in the Kingdom of Heaven and beyond.
All your Galactic family are watching too as you shine your Lights, clean and clear tonight, dear Angels. We are also grateful for YOU ALL, for the work you are doing, the struggles that you have sailed through to get here…now. Soak in our love and praises dear hearts for you deserve them and they will serve to lift you up! We are “almost home” as you say. Your out-pouring of love on this night is great and has ever tipped the scales in the favor of love to where there is no doubt that love has won, dear hearts!!!
This one just remembered that we have said this before and is trying to remember when that was. Yes, indeed it has happened before although we won’t say where or when! You see, dear Lightworkers, you have done this many times before, on different worlds. You all work together tirelessly to bring up, raise up dark worlds back to the Light. That is your Service and you do it so very well under great odds and stresses and strains. You are all one in a billion and oh so rare as you declare your Service to the One Creator.
Relax and rest tonight dear hearts. See your efforts manifest quickly for that is what you are doing tonight. You are declaring what you want your world to become. This spiritual work is vital and you are so very valued as our Lightworker ‘boots on the ground’ as we say. We are all a great team and could not do this extraordinary feat without the other. This is the JOY of ONEness that we bring. The never-ending JOY of working together on a large project where we live and breathe in service; we delight in this!! There is no greater JOY than working together like this, and we know you all understand.
Once again, we ask that you all watch as your visions for this beautiful blue planet you call Gaia unfold in Divine splendor. Your visions will manifest, dear hearts!! This I can tell you now and it is why I have come to speak to you tonight. We are over-joyed as we watch from our ships. We watch and we feel your love! Be in peace and joy as you rest tonight, dear hearts. Know that you have accomplished your missions!! You have, and you have all done a fantastic job.
A new day is dawning, one where you will continue to work together to bring into alignment and reality your joined visions of the future which you would like to create. You will manifest it together, dear hearts. Just like you did tonight.

Greetings my dearest ones! Greetings! I AM St. Germaine, I AM Holder of the Violet Flame, I am alchemist and teacher and so much more, I am your brother and close family, I am your ally, always by your side.
I am with you when you travel high and also when you travel low, either to finish some personal work in the old third dimensionality or only to assist others and the human collective. And it really doesn’t matter what the reason is that you feel you need to go down into the trenches of the dissolving old paradigm. What matters the most and what you need to remember is that the old third no longer has the power to trap and hold you there, unless you give your power to it by reinforcing falsehood and illusions.
So, when you need to go down, travel briefly, do not get distracted, and do not forget to take my violet flaming torch with you, or even take me with thee to cover your back, or your front, or simply to accompany you. It is always nice to feel a friend by your side and to feel confident that you are not doing these unpleasant tasks alone.
Do not allow your ego to weaken your resolve by suggesting that revisiting some of the old issues means that you are deficient or incomplete in any way! Just accept that this is some type of noble work that we have decided to do together. Be patient and be cheerful while working on it!
Would you find me by your side assisting you, laughing with you, and constantly congratulating you if this mission were not to be of the highest service to The Mother? No, of course not, for just as we are constantly advising thee, I am always choosing carefully where I focus my energy so that it is aligned with the Divine Will and purpose!
Well, many of you here are traveling bravely through the chaos, and you do need to be that stable light and kind support for the ones that are looking desperately for hope and encouragement. Sometimes they might cling to you wanting to be carried along by you. Sometimes they might stop you in your tracks, wanting to take all the light and energy for themselves. See the distraction of the drama that is being displayed, and sense the futility of your attempting to work this way. Disengage from it if you have found yourselves caught in it because you needed to see where and why you were still overextending yourselves. Get the clues and the wisdom of the lesson, and then move along your light paths without having to spend one more second in giving energy and thought to the ones that refuse to take responsibility for their own lives.
As I mentioned earlier in this message, do not linger too much in the valleys of the old! Do not analyze the past or try to force the future, sit in the now and endeavor to return into your vibration of joy and happiness, to get excited and energized, for there is much work we are doing in building the new world, that wonderful Nova You!

There is going to be a coming time for all of you when you will be able to not only make for yourselves but for others who are close to you and have not yet awoken to the truth of that which is coming for all of us on the planet. I speak to you now because it is time for all of you who are awake to spread the news to those who not only will listen, but to those whom you feel chosen to share the news that is coming out to the world in bits and peaces about what is coming forth in the times to come.
I am St. Germain, and I speak though this one because it is time for her to get back into the correspondence with all of you, and to see that she is learning that there is only one way to become that which is destined for all of you, and that is to follow the feelings and ideas that come forth from the inner self.
It is all about being able to make choices that resound within and show themselves all around you that make sense, and give you the feelings that give you the knowledge that you are in the midst of the energy that is residing all around you. It is a feeling that you will receive of being able to trust that which comes from within, more than you can trust and follow though with what is outside of you, and doesn’t feel all that right for you, even though others are responding to it in ways that suit them.
It is a matter of being in the presence of your own higher self, and being able to trust in what comes, and move forward into the feelings that are in response to what you do. It is coming to a time when you all will feel the new feelings of being able to trust what you feel to do and follow though with. It is going to be a matter of what you can trust and move forward in even though there may be some others who go in a different direction. It is all for the good of yourselves and the all of the planet of humanity as well.
Even though the term humanity means something to you that may not include the animal kingdom and all of life on earth, it is all part of the life on the planet that will find the harmony of living together with no injustice toward each other. It is a matter of living as one in the individuality of each factor of expressing that which comes forth in the feelings you all have with life. As you see what the results are that come from this oneness you feel, you will know why the journey on this planet has been going through the steps that have brought you to this altitude of realizing that the oneness in the varied expressions is the way it can be to live in harmony in Peace, Joy and Love for each other.
I will stand aside now and enjoy all that I see and feel that comes from this communication that this one has been awaiting for some time. She is ready now to continue her communications with you and to express her Love for you all in so many ways. I know as well, that you are all in the realization on some level that Love is the answer for all that comes along in life. I know that as you step forth in every movement you create, you will realize on some level what your next steps will be in this life on earth and in your own hearts and souls. This is the new beginning for all of you that is in the works all around the globe. As you are now, or will be seeing in the near future, the changes are in movement around the globe, and it will all come to the forefront in every moment of truth that comes to you all.

20-21 Full Moon Eclipse Global Meditation.
The purpose of our meditation is to anchor as much Light as possible on the surface of the planet.
We will be doing this meditation at the moment of the maximum of the Lunar eclipse on Monday, January 21th at 00:11 am EST in New York. This equals 2:11 pm JST in Tokyo, 1:11 pm CST in Taipei and Beijing, 7:11 am EET in Cairo, 6:11 am CET in Paris, 5:11 am GMT in London. Central and western part of US will still have Sunday, January 20th, the timing will be: 11:11 pm CST in Chicago,10:11 pm MST in Denver and 9:11 pm PST in Los Angeles.

Instructions:
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to bring the Light to the surface of the planet.
3. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to Central Suns of all galaxies in this universe. Then visualize this light entering through the Galactic Central Sun, then going through Alcyone Pleiadian stargate, then going through the Sirius stargate, then entering our Solar System and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through all beings on planet Earth and also through your body to the center of the Earth.
4. Visualize this Light transmuting all remaining darkness of this Universe until only Light remains. Visualize a new grand cosmic cycle beginning, bringing pure Light, Love and Happiness to all beings in the entire Universe.
5. Lift your hands above your head and begin to rotate your body clockwise.
6. While doing that, sing mantra iiii (pronounced ee-ee) so that it vibrates throughout your body and visualize your body morphing into a brilliant pillar of Light, with millions of rainbow colored stars scattered within that pillar of Light.
7. Keep singing the mantra and rotating. After a few minutes, drop your hands close to your body and continue rotating clockwise.
8. While doing that, start singing mantra eeeaaa (eee is pronounced as e in “America” and NOT as e in “Venus”, and a is pronounced as a in “America”) so that it vibrates through your body and visualize a rainbow vortex of Light expanding from your heart outwards throughout the whole planet.
This rainbow vortex calls upon the presence of your twin souls, soulmates, soul families, your spiritual guides, Ascended masters, Pleiadians, angels, dolphins, and other beings of Light. Visualize your twin souls, your soulmates and your soul families awakening and merging with you into One being in a mandala of Light.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have arranged for a meeting to take place that will include many of you who are receiving this transmission. You see, we often meet with you individually in the astral plane, while you are asleep. And so, we decided to bring you all together at a time when most of you are asleep.
There will be certain arrangements made to include as many of you as we can in this meeting, and the meeting will be about the primary goals that we all have for humanity. We want to get on the same page with all of you, and we want all of you to be on the same page as well.
So there will actually be several meetings like this, not just because you all sleep at different times, but also because we want there to be a progression of ideas. Why then, dear embodiments of my Love, do you settle for anything less?
I know the answer of course… you have forgotten that you were birthed from my very heart – the heart of love – and you live within me. You have never lost your connection.You cannot be disconnected from me anymore than a wave can be separate from the ocean.

The stream of goodness that tries to pour through your hearts, minds, bodies, and lives is constant, ceaseless, and eternal… but you can either open to it through your thoughts of goodness, or disallow the experience through your focus on the conditions you do not enjoy.
Focus dear ones with all the willpower in your minds, and all the love in your hearts on those realities within you that you wish to experience in your outer world. For it is within you that you can find My love at all times.
Do not settle dear ones. Go within your minds and hearts. With willpower and love, focus on what you would love to experience. Feel it. Fear is unreal, a figment of unreality.

Saul Audio Blog for Friday January 18th.The New Age hasarrived! Yes, there appears to be increasing chaos and confusion, with some major catastrophes occurring across the world at present, but that is just a sign that life on earth is changing for humanity. The ongoing changes are enormous,never before, in all of human history, have such major changes happened. This is a First,and it is a VERY GOOD SIGN! Nearly everyone is going through very unsettling emotional and or psychological issues as they make room to fully accept the Love that has been waiting patiently for this moment in order to enter into and completely infuse your hearts.
As I have said before, and quite recently, this is truly a time for CELEBRATION. The old order, which has never really served you at all well, is collapsing as its foundations crumble, because humanity is no longer willing to accept the authoritarian dogma that it has used – in the service of a few powerful but very misguided ones – to control and subdue you. You have become FREE – in truth you have always been free – but you are only just beginning to understand what this means. It is indeed a vast learning curve, as you move from bitterly held resentments for pain and suffering imposed upon you over the eons, to a place where you can understand why it happened, and then lovingly forgive yourselves – remember, there is no separation, You are all One – and the perpetrators who are themselves in intense pain.
Everyone has lived in fear for a very long time, and although you are discarding it very rapidly indeed, the scar tissue, the psychological and emotional damage that you have undergone needs to be healed. And that is what Love is doing right now as you write down this communication that I offer you, and asothers read it, listen to it, or in anyway become aware of it. This is about your awakening, about (figuratively) rubbing the sleepy dust from your eyes, splashing cold water onto your faces, and leaving behind the world of dreams and nightmares.
Fear has, for far too long, been an intensely damaging emotion that has caused humanity to deceive and distrust one another, leading to disagreements, harsh judgments, blaming, and, then, wars. War has been endemic on Earth for eons because so many humans are fear-driven and seek to strike others preemptively before they themselves can be attacked. When this attitude is present in and encouraged by people of prominence in society – politicians, business leaders, religious leaders, and governmental leaders – trust is destroyed, devalued, dismissed, and presented as gullibility, further intensifying the sense of fear with which so many live, who then spend their lives justifying to themselves and to others the validity of their fear, and the dangerous vulnerability to which they expose themselves by trusting others.
The truth is that Love is completely vulnerable, and herein lies Its infinite and eternal strength.
Love can never be defeated, It can only be denied and ignored by people closing their hearts in fear. But doing that changes It not at all, because It isALL! Love is the life force, the field of consciousness in which all that God has created has its eternal existence. Without Love, which is impossible, there would be nothing. But God is,therefore there is no place, no space, no room for nothing! God, Love, Source IS ALL that exists, and is, therefore, every sentient being, every conscious being ever created.
What Father/Mother/God creates is eternal, exists forever. There is no end point, there is not the slightest possibility of anything Source creates, or has ever or will ever create, being terminated, destroyed, removed, obliterated. Only what is unreal can be terminated, dissolved, and that is purely because it is unreal and has neverexisted.
All sentient beings, all life forms, all that is in any way conscious, are eternal divine creations, created in Love for eternal joy. Fear is unreal, a figment of unreality that has arisen becauseyou have forgotten who you are, as you apparently live in the dream of separation. Ifit was possible to be separate from Source there would be reason for fear, but there is absolutely no such possibility. However, as humans in form, this truth escapes you becauseyou are in a state of amnesia, not knowing who or what you are, and that state of seemingly total ignorance of what is real isterrifying.
God, Source, is All. Every life form is lovingly and eternally held in the divine embrace – safe, warm, whole, and joy filled. That state can never and will never change, because Love, Source, supreme Intelligence, divine Wisdom, the Will of God is eternal and unchanging.
Truly, I cannot stress for you sufficiently, make real in your extremely limited human minds, the fact that fear,and all else that, like it, is not in complete alignment with Love, is but a figment of your unreal human minds. When you awaken, as you inevitably will, and far sooner than you can conceive of, all that is unreal will just fall away as you become fully and utterly aware of the overwhelming JOY that is your divine right, that isGod’s Will for you, and that is your permanent state of existence.
Therefore, CELEBRATE, utter Joy is at hand!

When you connect with a single tree, you are connecting with our entire community, consciousness, and source of all that we are and all that is the Creator.
An Interchange of Consciousness by the Tree Spirits

With blessings from the divine, we the spirits embodying the trees upon the Earth greet you. It is an honour for us as a community and collection of beings to communicate with you personally. We wish to share with you our love and peace to support you in your personal and collective ascension missions upon the Earth. As Tree Spirits, our energy is both linked to the sacred vibrations of the Creatorand grounded deep into the earthly vibrations of Mother Earth. We reside within the physical planes and the spiritual planes which allows us to access the larger picture of what is occurring on the Earth and the within Universe of the Creator. Although a single physical tree often houses one spirit, it can house more, we are linked as if wired together, meaning that all trees are connected. This network of energy and light allows us to exist as one Tree Spirit Consciousness, as a source of active vibration and awareness, we are an energetic body of oneness even though we appear as singular. We are in constant communication through our network which is the essence of our existence upon the Earth. When you connect with a single tree, you are connecting with our entire community, consciousness, and source of all that we are and all that is the Creator.
Our Greatest Gift to Humanity
We, the Tree Spirits, exist upon the Earth for numerous reasons, we have many gifts to share with the world and hold specific roles in supporting Mother Earth and maintaining stability within the energetic vibration of the Earth. However, our greatest gift that we wish to share with humanity is a reminder of your unique oneness with all that is the Creator as well as with all aspects of the Earth including humanity. Your unique oneness is a natural part of your being, it is also your relationship with yourself and all manifestations of the Creator. Oneness is the key to existing in peace, love, and truth with fulfilment, whether you are inhabiting the Earth or the inner planes. Oneness is also the aspect of the Creator and your being which has been forgotten and may even feel alien and strange to even contemplate.
We, the Tree Spirits, mentioned that we are individuals embodying a physical tree and yet we are connected to all other Tree Spirits, simultaneously creating a source and well of our purest light and consciousness which we can draw upon and is our truth. In some civilisations upon the Earth, humanity has been able to access and exist in the same way. Can you imagine that you are as you are now, a soul existing within a physical body? Your soul, consciousness and awareness is connected to every other soul in embodiment upon the Earth, so interconnected that you can draw wisdom, healing, strength, love, truth and so much more from the united energy of all souls upon the Earth. This united energy becomes like a powerhouse and a foundation that carries you forth. You are an expression of any aspect of this source that you wish to be. You are never alone and feel familiar with all beings whether you have physically communicated before or not. You also recognise all beings as their highest manifestation of themselves. Do you recognise that this is already your truth? It simply needs to be realised and experienced fully. It is our purpose to support you and all of humanity to realise and experience your unique oneness, the power it holds and shifts it creates to your perception and experience of the Earth.
When you begin to realise your unique oneness with humanity and a good number of humanity does the same, then this will dissolve and heal many issues which are causing suffering and pain on the Earth. Thus, humanity will engage in actions of peace and nurturing to bring forth transitions upon the Earth that many desire and hold dear in their hearts.
Once humanity begins to remember their unique natural ability of connection and oneness then they will discover they can experience oneness with all beings and aspects of the Creator, from the nature world to the animal world, the inner planes beings to the source of the Creator. Once you master and recognise your natural ability of unity and oneness with humanity, a oneness and unity with everything that is the Creator even the core of the Creator opens up fully for you to explore. Thus, you remain as a soul incarnate in a physical body while being connected to the love, active energy and pure consciousness of the Creator; everything is available to you.
Our gift to you is that we, the Tree Spirits invite you to come and sit with us, let us integrate you into our united consciousness so you may know what it feels like to be as one with an aspect of the Creator.
- First find a physical tree you feel comfortable with, say to the tree, ‘Greetings, I feel guided to work with you. I would like to ask you to guide me to connect with the oneness and unity you experience with all Tree Spirits, so I may know the sensation and feeling, activating the same within my being. Are you willing to work with me and guide me?’
Wait for a response which may come to you as a vision, thought, words, feelings or an inner knowingness. If the response is agreeable, then enter into the energy field of the tree and sit or stand wherever you feel is most appropriate.
- Take time to breathe deeply and connect within your being, focusing upon emanating the truth and light of your soul into your entire being and auric field. Send energy from your heart down to Mother Earth to anchor and ground your being allowing Mother Earth to support you.
- Send pure love and acceptance from your heart chakra to the tree you are present with. You can imagine your energy flowing directly into the tree’s trunk, flowing up its roots and into its entire being or entering in through the ends of the branches to flow down into the trunk and roots.
- Once you have envisaged this be aware the Tree Spirit will do the same sending its energy into your being. Let yourself be filled with the light and love of the Tree Spirit.
- Place your attention into your heart chakra, you are surrounded by the light of the Tree Spirit. Imagine, sense or acknowledge you are existing within the central and core energy of the Tree Spirit. Begin to feel a oneness and synthesis taking place within your being with the Tree Spirit.
- Say within, ‘Please demonstrate to me your connection and oneness with all Tree Spirits now and the well of light and source you draw from. Thank you.’

The Interchange of Consciousness
The remembrance of oneness is our constant gift to humanity; however, we wish to share another gift and process of spiritual awakening which is appropriate for this stage of ascension on the Earth. We wish to invite you to share consciousness with us so we may benefit from your spiritual evolution and you may benefit from our wisdom and ascension awareness. You will keep your wisdom and ascension vibrations as will we, they will not be lost, it will act as a boost of awareness, understanding, healing, and growth. It will be as if we are enthusing and activating each other, receiving what is needed now to support further ascension, awakening, and transformation. This process can be practiced and experienced often, acting as an advancement to your ascension.
- First find a physical tree you feel comfortable with, say to the tree, ‘Greetings, I feel guided to work with you. I would like to ask you to create an interchange of consciousness with me to support our ascension and spiritual evolution. Are you willing and is it appropriate for us to work together?’
Wait for a response which may come to you as a vision, thought, words, feelings or an inner knowingness. If the response is agreeable, then enter into the energy field of the tree and sit or stand wherever you feel is most appropriate.
- Take time to breathe deeply and connect within your being, focusing upon emanating the truth and light of your soul into your entire being and auric field. Send energy from your heart down to Mother Earth to anchor and ground your being allowing Mother Earth to support you.
- Send pure love and acceptance from your heart chakra to the tree you are present with. You can imagine your energy flowing directly into the tree’s trunk, flowing up its roots and into its entire being or entering in through the ends of the branches to flow down into the trunk and roots.
- Once you have envisaged this be aware the Tree Spirit will do the same sending its energy into your being. Let yourself be filled with the light and love of the Tree Spirit.
- Place your attention into your heart chakra, you are surrounded by the light of the Tree Spirit and your own soul light. Imagine, sense or acknowledge you are existing in oneness and complete harmony with the Tree Spirit.
- ‘I gift to you all that I Am, I share with you my purest energy, consciousness, wisdom, love, and vibration as if I am sharing the template of my spiritual evolution with you and all Tree Spirits. I FELT MY POWER WITHIN ARISE … and my thoughts about the darkness that did/does this to souls, went to … HOW DARE YOU! … HOW F***ING DARE YOU!
Good morning to you. How would you like to conduct today’s communication?
Firstly, by welcoming each and every one into ‘their’ hearts. For it is there, that we wish to enter. For should one choose not to do so whilst reading our conversations, then that which we offer is received from a ‘shallower’ perspective.
When one enters into their heart and breathes in and out deeply for a few minutes … that which they receive is absorbed by the soul-self on a Higher Vibration.
The Energy in which these words carry, awaken layers within and therefore, are accepted on a level that allows a deeper understanding of that which is offered.
Keep in mind too, that the position/level you have upgraded yourselves to, is very different from that of say, five of your years ago. Therefore, the ‘same’ words are accepted on a Higher Vibration of self and therefore, resonate more fully.
If one were to take a journey down memory lane and re-read many of our communications with you Blossom, although one may ‘think’ … ‘Oh yes, I KNOW all this’ … if read … through/of/as … the silence of the heart … that which is ‘picked up’ … is received differently now, from the many years ago that one first encountered a particular message.
Because YOU … Each One … are vastly different in self NOW, than you were, even … this time last year.
Your Energy is Vibrating now, within a Higher Frequency. Therefore, ALL that you are, is able to FEEL more of itself.
As EVERYTHING is moving ‘UP’ … the veil between worlds is thinning. Therefore, communication is becoming easier and Lighter in its methods.
I feel I will have to leave it for today. We do not seem to be ‘flowing’ as easily as we normally do. (Although, it may read as such.) So much for your last sentence about it becoming Lighter and easier! I will try again another time.

Ok. I am back. That is lovely to hear about communication becoming easier. Yet right now, it doesn’t seem to be the case … not sure that we are linked in yet? Are we?
Yes, we are, Dearest Blossom. And welcome, once again. The hesitation you are experiencing is due to the upgrading of our Energies connecting with yours. We are coming through to you on a different Frequency and therefore, there is certain rewiring taking place within you, in order for your Frequency to become balanced within the Frequency that we are connecting to you within.
It is not that our conversations will be seen to be necessarily of a Higher Vibration … as in the wordings that we bring forth … the subject matter, for instance. It is more so, to do with the Vibration carried within the same words.
This Vibration will connect with those who read these conversations and assist to uplift/upgrade the Frequency of the reader in a subtle, yet, profound direction, in order for one to absorb the LIGHT that is carried within them.
Can I ask how Light can be carried within words?
Dearest Blossom, everything is Light, as you know. On a more practical way of explanation, we would take your thoughts to that of a Lightswitch on a wall that has the mechanism of a dimmer switch … up or down for a brighter or dimmer mood setting.
That which we bring forth in Energy now, is of Higher Vibration and therefore, the Light within that Vibration is stronger and brighter.
The level of expansion in which each individual soul-self has progressed to, will allow the Coded messages to be received in the correct Frequency to match that of each soul.
How can/does that work?
Because all Energy is from/of THE DIVINE. There is not one impossibility! Think about that. Not one!
We have been speaking recently about Coding. We would put it this way … Imagine your particular Vibration emitting a Code. Each one different, depending on their thoughts and mindset at any given time.
As one reads this particular transmission, for instance … their brain patterns are continually changing the Codes coming from within that individual … the words and THE LOVE that we offer within our purpose to assist your Planet are Coded within a Frequency of that Love.
As souls read … the Codes emit their Frequency to each individual. Yet, depending on the Coding the individual is resonating upon/within … the Codes from ‘US’ will change in order to fall in with the level of understanding that the individual is capable of, depending on their progressed level of expansion.
So, we would say that although there is the basic fundamental Code within these words of Higher Love emission … when read by each individual they adjust to the ‘temperament’ of that soul. At the same time, working with the Codes that the individual presents and ‘mathematically’, if you like … raising the Frequency that the soul emits by slightly adjusting the Codes that are coming into match them. To unite with them.
This is all very complicated!
Dearest Blossom … these Codes are beyond comprehension. Yet, in the KNOWING that they exist and in the thoughts of them ‘Rising up to greet the Dawn’ … much change can take place.
Within basic maths …
You’re kidding me, right? We are not about to talk about maths … like … my biggest No No! …
We shall keep it plain and simple … Within basic maths … one cannot take sums to a more in-depth working without the progressive steps to get there. One ‘movement’ flows through into the next, yet, all the while, taking that original basic sum into a more complicated ‘working out of’ … if you follow us.
Sort of.
Therefore, one cannot leap, in their Coded expression of self, from a particular Code … into one that is far Higher in its expression … just like that … because it needs to take the steps to get there, in order to arrive at its present conclusion.
For the second time, I bring this to a close. It is just not flowing easily. It may read that way, yet it’s not like that in my head. I have no doubt this is The Federation Of Light. Could very well be me, and my energy at the moment! I’ll try for the third time, another time. Over and out for now.

Condolences? Doesn’t that mean sympathy?
In terms of usage, mostly yes. Yet, we are aware of the frustration it caused you and therefore, we make this suggestion in a Lighthearted fashion.
No worries. Here we are. I have to say that the Energies I am feeling of late are through the roof. It is quite difficult to be grounded. Nothing is seeming real, sort of thing. I am just here, in it, doing, yet, sort of floating. Difficult to describe.
The Energies indeed, are impactful. They are seriously flooding through … for way of explanation. In that, there has been a rush … a Force … streaming through, as this is necessary to ‘UP’ the Plan in order for that which lies ahead … that which is incoming to ‘Do its thing.’
Ok! Let’s stop right there. You say … ‘as this is necessary to ‘UP’ the Plan in order for that which lies ahead … that which is incoming to ‘Do its thing.’ That could mean anything. What exactly do you mean?
You know us well enough by now, Blossom, to accept that specifics are not something we indulge in. There, of course, is reasoning for this. In thata) Things can change dramatically from one moment to the next and b) Timelines and propaganda can send things off course at the drop of a hat.
Is this why you are always telling us to hold on to them?

Can you talk to me about ‘Timelines’ please? I am not sure I really know what they are. Let alone, understand them.
Timelines are the flow of one particular scenario into another on a particular given thread. There are /can be multiple timelines in any given perspective. A follow-through of a particular plan … And yet, there could be multiple Timelines leading to different orientations and outcomes.
This is a rather complex matter to explain. For we then get into parallel lifetimes etc. It can be that the adjustment of minor detail is all that differs from one Timeline to that of another.
EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING AT ONCE.
EVERYTHING THAT IS POSSIBLE … IS HAPPENING NOW … FOR THERE IS ONLY NOW.
Actually, not sure my head is ready to jump down that rabbit hole right now and I also feel there are other matters you are keen to talk of, yet, I have no idea what they are.
This is correct, Blossom. We would like to talk to you about these stronger Energies coming in. They have indeed, Heightened, since the first day of your New Year of 2019 … as scheduled to do so.
And many, many, many, of you are noticing this, as the Energies are affecting one in a different way from perhaps, another.
You have one foot in the clouds and one on the ground. We need to ask you to anchor both feet on to the ground. Do this by visualizations of varied concepts.
Could you name a few?
Certainly! Visualize…
Tying weighted cement blocks around your ankles.
Wearing leaded magnetic boots.
See yourself as a kite and wind yourself in. When done … secure the string holder underneath a stone.
Putting your feet in Earth
Putting your hands in Earth.
Walking barefoot in sand.
Walking in the water’s edge.
Ok … yep … Lovely. Thank you.
You will possibly find that your head is still in the clouds. This is perhaps unavoidable. Yet, as long as you are doing your best to ground yourself … allow the transformation to take place.
Yes, Blossom … Transformation. These EXTREME ENERGIES that are coming in are actually changing your Beings physically and emotionally … into the next/correct … stage of yourself.
If you are to exist comfortably in these Higher Expanded Energies, then these changes within and without must take place.
You have thought of High Energy changes taking place before and experienced such. Yet, we say to you, that this is vastly different.
We again use the word ‘Extreme’ to explain WHY so many of you are feeling ‘different’.
For some, you will be feeling very out of sorts … very out of body … very not in one place or the other. Others will be experiencing Heightened elation of self and prospects of plans personally in place for the journey ahead.
Some will be experiencing both from one minute to the next. Literally, as if almost in the same thought/breath … one will have an under par feeling, coupled with the HEIGHTENED KNOWING.
Much is gelling. Much is merging. Much is coming together.
Accept with Grace and Ease that which you are FEELING.
LET IT BE. Let it Be-come part of you.
The floundering /flustered side is releasing the old …
The confident KNOWING side is coming from the NEW … YOU.
Dearest Souls … LIGHTEN UP … for this is what is taking place.
YOU ARE LIGHTENING UP WITHIN THIS NEW HEIGHTENED ENERGY … which up until this point has not been able to filter through. Yet, now … due to the soul-selves of so many awakening from the dream into the KNOWING … a Portal … a doorway was opened in the transition from the old year into the new … allowing a huge leap forward.
AND SO MANY ARE RISING UP … FEELING THESE FREQUENCIES ALIGNING WITH THE CORE OF THEIR BEING.
Give time to let settle into place. Be kind to yourself as this is occurring. Sleep as much as you need. Many will be experiencing the need to sleep much more. This is a good thing to fall in with.
Some are experiencing unsettled sleep patterns … go with this flow, also. If one is lying awake for hours … then simply take the opportunity to breathe deeply.
With the added smile?
With the added smile. The stillness of the night’s atmosphere enhances one’s judgment on thoughts and so much can be integrated … as is if one WAS actually asleep. The only detrimental possibility of/from this, is when the soul chooses to be concerned over the lack of sleep they are getting, when they may have a busy day ahead.
You have /are in the POWER NOW to let your thoughts follow through directly into action. So it is merely a question of letting your Entire Being know that you have ENERGY UNLIMITED at your very fingertips.
Now, Dearest Souls, do you enter into a NEW PHASE/BEGINNING … when the POWER of your thoughts will present to you the manifested reality of those thoughts in a quickness of time that as yet, has been restricted… due to ‘positioning’ of self and Planet within the markers of possibilities.
NOW … BY TRUSTING THE TRUTH OF YOURSELF … BY WALKING INTO THE POWER AND KNOWING OF WHO YOU ARE … you will experience results that previously you had undermined as becoming that which you desired.
STEP INTO YOUR TRUTH.

FEEL THE POWER THAT YOU ARE AND EXPRESS IT IN ALL THAT YOU ARE …

The more you choose to ‘THINK’ about this POWER THAT YOU ARE … the more it comes into play.
I had an experience the other day … that took me into a situation whereby, many souls were released into the Light after being trapped and used by the darkness. Not necessarily in my everyday way of thinking. Yet, none the less … there I was, playing a part in releasing many to the Light. The lady conducting this ‘happening’ experienced the sorrow and pain of these souls as they gathered (in my kitchen!!) … to be released. They were from many different Native American Tribes and had been massacred and then entrapped by the darkness. I felt very honoured to be part of this ‘Escape into Light’ experience. Yet, whilst lying awake in the early hours ( Yes, I am in that category) … I FELT MY POWER WITHIN ARISE … and my thoughts about the darkness that did/does this to souls, went to … HOW DARE YOU! … HOW F***ING DARE YOU! The POWER in me at that time was exponential … and it was as if the darkness had absolutely no energy power over me what so ever. The ENERGY POWER within ME was off the chart … I was not angry … just aware of the strength of MY POWER. I know you would now like to take over … regarding that FEELING.
Very much so, Blossom. For this is exactly what we are talking about.
These Energies flowing in at such a rate and such a force of GOOD … are wiping the PLANET clean. Yet, it is with your assistance … your ‘role’ … the role of Each One who KNOWS that they are here to do this … to TAKE IN /ABSORB these Higher Energies and through this POWER OF KNOWING YOUR TRUTH … BE YOUR LIGHT … BE THE LIGHT.
This KNOWING of ‘HOW DARE YOU’ … which you experienced … is YOUR POWER RISING INTO LIGHT … THE KNOWING THAT DARKNESS HAS NO POWER … NO STRENGTH OVER YOU AT ALL!
The darkness is now of such a weakness that it CANNOT take hold. It is weakening with every moment … and dissipating into the nothingness from whence it came.

THE LIGHT FORCES ARE STREAMING INTO YOUR PLANET AND INTO YOUR BEING.

By your example you will attract others and be able to help them on their way. They will ask “what do I have to do to be as successful” and the simple answer is live your life in Universal Love for all life treating them equally regardless of their beliefs.

Time is passing by quicker than ever and that fact alone is proof that you are well on the way to Ascension. Much help is being given to you who have already set your path on ascending, and short of changing your mind you are assured of success. As your Guides can now come closer to you, they will be able to directly influence you thus helping to keep you to your life plan. In the midst of all of the turmoil occurring on Earth, it is necessary if not vital that you keep looking straight ahead never losing sight of your goal. At your level there are still hurdles to overcome, but they should be relatively easy for you to deal with at your advanced stage of evolution. Temptations still abound but you will have successfully handled it so far and there is no reason why you should not continue to do so in the future.
The changes taking place on Earth are necessary to move on those who are unable to lift themselves up, or who are sometimes held back by the dark Ones. As enlightened souls move into positions of power and importance, you shall begin to see the changes have a positive effect. With the authority bestowed upon them and the intent to bring all into the Light, they will make important changes that will be noticed and felt. Many of them are to get the right people into power so that there can be a collective move to bring Humanity out of the dark realms and into the Light. However, many people are of good heart, and seek a way to express their willingness to help other souls looking for a way forward, but find difficulty in locating an outlet for their desires. They need not worry as their Guides will be well aware of their intentions and will lead them forward so that the opportunities come their way.
Understand that your Guides know you better than you know yourself, and are also aware of your life plan and intentions. So if you feel urged to take a certain path give it serious consideration as they may be trying to “push” you in the right direction to serve your needs. Unless you are in a karmic situation where a certain experience is due, you have total freewill but use it wisely. In fact, as so many have moved with the changes you are finding that life is running more smoothly and that is to be expected. Some karma may have been held over but in principle it is now dealt with straight away. In fact, now that you have long passed the marker progress should be exciting and fulfilling. The “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow may be elusive but you are getting nearer to the peace and calm that awaits you.
Peace is being enforced where possible and necessary because many still harbour visions of “blood and glory” although modern warfare and weaponry is becoming so deadly it is a path to a quick death. The realisation has come to many that wars are pointless and heart breaking, often causing immense trauma for those that survive who suffer mentally for a long time afterwards. Humans are becoming more sensitive to the taking of life of another human Being, and their reluctance to do so is starting to show. These are the beginnings of a great change with regards to how others are viewed, who are in essence exactly the same as you and simply want a good happy life where all can live in complete harmony. It is not a pipe dream and will happen and must come, and bring peace to Mother Earth and all life that lives upon her.
Peace starts with the people who only want to express love for each other, and you could say that it is catching as when others see your calmness and happiness in all circumstances, they want to know your secret. It is happening now but like all major changes takes time to really impose itself upon the people. Does anyone really want to live with the uncertainty of life that war and strife cause, of course not, and in times of war people are conscripted into the services and are given no other choice. Be assured it will change, it has to as there will be no place for such energies in the near future. Those that maintain such urges for war and all connected with it will eventually find themselves with like kind, whilst those who are at peace will ascend.
Many of you have a reasonable idea of the changes that are coming and since they bring peace are eager for them to come into being. On Earth how quickly it happens is largely down to the people themselves, so we encourage you to move yourselves into the higher vibrations and live your life accordingly. Such changes are coming as you enter deeper into a new area of Space. It is all associated with the upliftment that will eventually lead to Ascension. You live in a society where people are at all different levels of evolution and some are totally unprepared for the changes. Nevertheless there is time for them to lift up, but they must have the desire to do so and many literally have no such interest in the future. Their position and desire to stay in their present situation is respected, as when they feel the urge to move on they will seek the knowledge that will enable them to do so.
You who we call the “old souls” have been through many cycles to reach this turning point, and you are to be congratulated in having done so. We know that through the experiences you have had you will not fail to reach the ultimate change – that of Ascension. By your example you will attract others and be able to help them on their way. They will ask “what do I have to do to be as successful” and the simple answer is live your life in Universal Love for all life treating them equally regardless of their beliefs. If some are still held by older beliefs they will learn from you and the way you conduct your life. However, you cannot be all things to all people but you can help them to express themselves with a love that knows no boundaries. For example Jesus was one who treated all with love and kindness and showed absolutely no bias at all with anyone. There are of course others, but he is one whose life is recorded in much detail as an example of the power of Unconditional Love.
I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. It is certainly needed to uplift you in such difficult times.
The Grand Experiment is coming to an end and all participating are due great praise and love for their undying resolve, to prove that souls can rise up even when subjected to the most severe tests. You knew in advance that you were going to be tried in the most extreme circumstances, with the assurance that Spirit would always be on hand to see you through the more difficult times. It has been a most lonely experience far removed from the higher realms where you normally reside, and have enjoyed a most harmonious existence, without the presence of lifeforms of the lower vibrations. Be assured that you have never been given or undertaken responsibilities that have been beyond your capabilities. Your gain has been to grow more experienced so that you can help others that follow in your footsteps.

We are the best possible senders of high frequency energies to all of you who have been receiving our transmissions on a regular basis. You see, we can tell how you are receiving the energies, what you are doing with them, and then we receive your more specific requests as well. This helps us to calibrate the energies that we send.
Now, your Earth, sun, and spirit guides are doing the same. What makes you better candidates for receiving the energies that we and the other beings send is that you decided that before you incarnated in this lifetime that you would awaken. In order to awaken, you would also need to be sensitive, empathic, compassionate beings.
In order to receive higher frequency energies, you must first be attuned to what feels good and what does not feel good. This is what makes you all excellent creators. It makes you all harder to lie to, and it gives you so many different ways to help others. If you don’t know how something feels when someone else experiences it, then it’s harder for you to have compassion for that person and to hold space for them.
Now, you also have the opposite end of the spectrum there on planet Earth. You have people who do not feel much of anything at all, and we have a very hard time reaching them in any way that we have attempted thus far. Therefore, we need your help in reaching the humans that we can’t, and one thing that you have in common with them that we do not is that you are physical human beings.
And there will always be a way to reach one of your human cohorts there who needs reaching. We will continue to deliver the energies to you, and we will continue to implore you to spread those energies around so that others may experience what it feels like to engage with higher frequency energies.

AAM: Welcome, welcome, welcome! I come as Archangel of Peace, Warrior of Love, Bringer of News. I come with encouragement! And yes, I come in fulfilment of our Mother’s blessing of greater hope, greater trust, and yes, even greater forgiveness.
Many of humanity are not only confused, they are tired, they are weary. And they look at what they believe to be growing chaos and they wonder when the breakthrough, or ‘if’ the breakthrough, will come – when the light will shed the darkness and eliminate what is not of truth and, most certainly, what is not of peace.
It is fully understood how this mental and emotional and spiritual exhaustion plagues many, but it is not a time of giving up. It is not a time to engage in battle either! But it most certainly is not a time of retreat, for what the loveholders/lightworkers are doing is basically holding the line, shining the light, beaming the light into some of the darkest situations of this collective called humanity.
And I call them “humanity” rather than “Gaians” because, in this mix, there are many who do not consider themselves Gaians, do not consider their home planet – this place of beauty, of might, of tranquillity and peace – to be their home. In many ways, they think of it as a hotel room, and they will simply move on after they have decimated and destroyed what is beautiful and valuable and sacred.
The reason why I speak of this is that many of you – and you, beloved, included – look at situations and you say, “Well, how can it get much worse?” And that is because you, and many, come from a place of love and purity of intent. But you also know that everything that has need to be eliminated, everything that has need to be relinquished, everything that needs to be healed in this cesspool that we call “chaos” has need to come to the surface.
Otherwise – and this has happened many, many times in human history – what happens is there is a belief, there is a healing, an accommodation, a remedy, and then the human collective tends to think, “Okay, now it is cleaned up, now it is healed, now it is done.” But the core – the core issues – of the collective, and of course of the individuals, has notbeen addressed, and therefore it simply settles in and it festers.
In this part of the infinite, eternal unfoldment of our Mother’s Plan, it all has need to be surfaced so that this subtle and actual festering, until it again boils over, cannot happen. It is simply, in your time and in the Mother’s time, the juncture at which this has to be healed. So it continues to rise to the surface.
You see, those who are even deeply engaged in, shall we say, dark deeds, erroneous behaviour, false beliefs or paradigms which are all components of the chaos – very often, what has happened is that the chaos doesn’t bother them, and they thrive upon it. But the level of chaos that has come to the surface, that is being exposed in every quadrant of the planet – in every society, in every institutional structure, in every political and financial structure – it’s exhausting!
So not only is it exhausting because of the tumultuous nature, the sullied nature, of the energy that is being brought to the surface. It is also beginning – in fact, very significantly – exhausting those who have been engaged in the errant or aberrant behaviours. And that is a significant improvement. It is a significant departure.
It is anticipated – and what you would even think of as natural – that those that are of a higher vibration, those that are carrying the love and the purity in their hearts, those who are of the lightworker and loveholder community – of course, when they look at it, it is exhausting to them. That is to be expected. In many ways, it is as if, as lightworkers, you have been sitting on the edge of a volcanic waste dump for years. Of course, it is exhausting!
But it is important that those who you think of as having been neutral, and those who have actually been the perpetrators of violence – because it is all of violence – are also becoming fed up, exhausted, overwhelmed. It is no longer simply a foray into the darkness and then a retreat to the comfort of home. This is exactly what has need to transpire.
It cannot be simply the lightbearers who are holding the light, and shining the light, and beaming the light, and being the light – it cannot simply be them doing all the heavy lifting for the entire planet to go forward.
Now, we are not saying that those recalcitrants will fully embrace the light. Even those who have been in strict containment continue to argue and fight! However, when they reach the point of exhaustion where they are fed up, that is victory – and that, my beloved friend, my brother, is what is at hand!
And you are being assisted not only by the Mother’s legions but by your Star Family, increasingly apparent and present – and will be very clearly present upon the planet very quickly – not simply as boots on the ground but in the full splendour of a delegation.
You have held the centre, beloved one. And yes, you have witnessed, and you have beamed, and you have been exhausted. So I bring this message of hope to you and to many. You’re almost there, and victory that I have worked on for eons is at hand.
Now where do you wish, beloved one, to start this day?

Beloved embodiments of divine light,
I am Metatron, and I come today to offer you my violet ran, my violet flame, my violet fire, that it may cleanse and purify the very last vestiges of what holds you back. You are aching for a new start, a new beginning, a sign that ‘we are off’, that the game has begun.
Well, my dear brothers and sisters, the game has already begun. On a board game, is there not preparation work to be done before the players throw the dice? Do you not lay out the board, distribute counters, agree the rules, organise and deal cards? That is all an intrinsic part of the process and one without which the game cannot be played. I invite you to notice that this is where we are in the evolution of Gaia and your sacred journey.
While life may not be viewed as a game by any of you, especially any of you above the age of 8 or 9, I would invite you to see the fun in this life and to treat life as more of game. Not because I wish to take from the meaning of your experience, but precisely because I want to enhance that experience. If you can allow a certain lightness, even if only for a few moments in your day, you are elevating your energy. And when you elevate your energy, you elevate the collective energy.
Take my violet flame, every time you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or fed up, and let the flame dance through those negative emotions. These emotions only fuel and strengthen the old. You have moved past the old. My violet flame will help you to free yourself from old residual patterns of thinking and feeling that keep you locked into the memory of the old. Don’t relive it. Don’t relive its pain and heavy energy.
Let your energy lift. Do anything that helps you to feel better, to feel more alive, more joyous, more childlike. This is the sacred path of the Now moment.
You have done such incredible work breaking new ground and creating a new reality for Gaia and far beyond. You had to learn the skill of transmuting darkenss to light. You had to learn to clear yourself of emotional wounds, sometimes inflicted generations before you. You had to learn to clear up your planet and your bodies. You had to learn to heal yourself. You have set about learning these skills with passion and commitment, and sometimes resignation and cheekiness! Just like 8 year olds learning new subjects! But you have done it and I salute you for this.
Now is the moment to learn another new skill. The skill of living life in 4D. The skill of becoming aware of energy flows, energy streams, and the impact that they have on creating your reality. You are learning to see with new eyes and to harness the vast potential of manifestation which is your God-given right as a spark of the Divine. There is nothing of the Divine that is not also yours, for you are God.
The single most important thing you can do for your spiritual development, the onset of the Reval, the demise of the cabal and Ascension of Gaia is … Play. Yes! You read correctly: play! Bringing light, laughter, joy, fizz, sparkle, jokes and delight into your life changes your energy signature; that immediately changes the energy signature of those around you, which in turn uplifts both Gaia and all upon her.
Play! Have fun! Notice the fun already in your life. Children are not waiting to have fun. Children seize every moment possible to laugh, to play and to delight in life. That is because they are closer to their divine nature than adults are. They have not yet been completely worn down by the efforts of the dark.
Let children be yourrole models. Laugh, dance and joke like children; play, laze and daydream like children. Every moment spent being childlike will do more to raise your vibration than any other practice at this time.
Let the play begin!
Every day on waking set the intent to be only loving whatever arises, then, during the day, if you feel that you are under attack, do not engage by defending yourself, just silently send love to the one who seems to be attacking you, and move away.

As you are well aware, enormous changes are occurring all across the world both within humanity, and within the planet herself and all the life forms she so willingly supports. This is a time of great change that has been divinely planned for eons, it is indeed very stressful for all, however, it is a necessary part of humanity’s awakening process.
Taking time out at least once daily, to relax your physical bodies and then quieten your minds, is an essential requirement as you all struggle to release emotional/psychological stuff within yourselves individually, and within the human collective, that you have denied or buried in order to avoid the pain of dealing with it. It has to be seen and released. Do not engage with it or attempt to analyze its purpose or its source. Instead observe it, thank it for rising into your awareness to show you that it needs to be released. Then all the bitterness, resentment, anger, and judgment that has plagued humanity for so long – as your own egos have attempted to blame others for the pain and suffering that they have caused you – can just fall away and dissolve into the nothingness from which they arose.
All sentient life is One with Source, there is no separation! The apparent separationthat humans experience is but a trick of the ego. Your egos were originally provided to assist you in operating and directing your human bodies while you chose to experience form, physicality, the material environment, temporarily. Wise ones, who have awakened from the dream that is the material world, and who have realized that they are not their bodies, but are, in fact, spiritual beings having a temporary bodily experience, in that awakened state become aware that there is only One, Source, Mother/Father/God. In that awareness they can clearly see that It has chosen to experience Itself in myriad forms because doing so offers It experiences that are not available to It as One vast and infinite field of pure Consciousness. And so they return to full awareness that there is only One,and that each and every sentient being, including each human, is the Oneexpressing and experiencing itself in myriad different ways.
However, because in human form, in the earthly environment, physical bodies are vulnerable to many forms of pain and disease, the ego was provided to be fully aware of the physical environment in which your human forms had their existence so that you could quickly and easily move away from areas or situations that were dangerous or threatening. Over the eons, and through many human incarnations, your egos forgot that they were all part of the one, and, as seemingly separate entities, began to compete with each other for what seemed like limited resources, which led to conflict, pain, suffering, and fear. In fact fear became the major motivation driving humanity, it became a seemingly essential aspect of your nature in order to help you survive.
But fear was only intended as a momentary wake-up call, to get your immediate attention so that you would move quickly away from danger. All sentient life has a fear sensor, but only humanity makes it a long-term focus of their attention, thus draining their energy and motivation, as they consider myriad possibilities of events or circumstances that could cause them pain or suffering – myriad possibilities which, for the most part, will never arise, or are at least extremely unlikely to do so.
Fear is meant to be a momentary experience leading to instant and appropriate action, it is not meant to be a constant presence distracting you from the joy of being alive. If this is how you are experiencing it then you need to become aware of precisely what it is that is causing you to be constantly fearful, and then stand back from it, become aware and understand that it does not require immediate preventive action to ensure your physical survival, and then let it go. By doing this you teach the part of you that is in fear to realize that there is no immediate threat, thus massively reducing the sensation of fear that has effectively been immobilizing you. Focus your awareness on the fact that in this moment there is nothingto fear, accept the truth of that, and then move forward enjoying the mystery and wonder that is your life.
You know, deep within yourselves, that all is divinely taken care of because you are One with Source, that you and Source are One and that no harm can come to You. Yes, your body or the bodies of loved ones can be damaged, but You are not your bodies, you knowthat you are eternal beings fully capable of living in joy in every moment of your existence, and that anything that causes you pain or suffering as a human cannot and will not last. Just being aware of this divine truth will enormously reduce any sense of pain or suffering that you are undergoing.

Therefore always respond lovingly – even if only silently and discretely – knowing that your response is alwayseffective even if you cannot see any positive results.

You don’t have to grab anyone and shake them awake. In fact, they’re much more likely to benefit from all that you have received if you go about living your life quietly and joyously, in harmony and in peace.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are giving you more now than we have been previously in our transmissions, and we are doing so because you have shown an ability to handle more. Now, of course, when you receive more you feel the need to spread it around. And so, we see many of you scrambling to do something, anything, with all of the transmissions of energy, all of the activations, and all of the downloads of information that you’ve been given.
You want to shout it from the rooftops and to help others awaken in whatever way that you can. Now, of course, this is something that you do out of compassion for others, but there is also that desire to have others share in your experience so that you don’t feel so lonely and so that you can have others around you confirming that what you are experiencing is real.
So we want you to pay attention to that tendency that might come up within you – the tendency to try with all of your might to get others to awaken. Instead, what you really want to do is appreciate that you have been able to receive more, take what you have received, and put it into some form of expression. Even if it is a book that no one else will ever read, or a work of art that no one else will ever see, you will have taken the energy and put it into the physical realm. And that matters.
Next, we suggest that you take all of the energy that you are being given and utilize it for the purpose of sending it out to others who are in need. You can do this quietly. You can send healing energy and transmissions of love. You don’t have to grab anyone and shake them awake. In fact, they’re much more likely to benefit from all that you have received if you go about living your life quietly and joyously, in harmony and in peace. That’s the vibration that will help others to awaken.

Feel grateful for these “outside sources”
With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. The combination of positive and negative responses to ever-rising vibrations has kept Earth’s energy field of potential in too much turmoil for any activity to achieve unstoppable momentum. However, energy streamers around the effort to indict all Illuminati principals have been gaining strength consistently and, of the multiple activities behind the scenes to end dark control of your world, it appears that the indictments will be the first to reach fruition. If the current pace of strengthening continues, action already underway can become known worldwide within months.
Well-known individuals being charged with crimes against humanity will come as a shock to most people, and it’s reasonable to anticipate reactions ranging from “fake news” to vehement denial, anger and fear. Lower-ranking Illuminati will try to jump ship rather than go down with it, wrongfully accused individuals will want to prove their innocence, and if there is strong resistance in some quarters, very likely military troops will be called upon to keep the public safe. Confusion will be widespread until the society understands the far-reaching benevolent impact of what is happening.
Dear ones, before much longer your mission as lightworkers will rachet up a notch or two. Your fearlessness and exhilaration can calm persons around you, and that will be immensely helpful, but you will need to be mentors, too. The peoples will need to be told that removing those individuals from their influential positions is leading to a peaceful world with wise honorable leaders and the end of warring, corruption, deception and impoverishment. You can substantiate your explanations by referring doubters to pertinent information compiled by researchers and published on the Internet or elsewhere, and if individuals believe telepathic communication is real, tell them about channeled information from sources you trust.
A number of you are asking if the incoming energy waves could be causing the conditions you are experiencing and if so, what can you do to relieve the discomfort. In previous messages we have spoken at some length about this important matter, but it bears repeating and we offer a condensed version of that information.
Primary symptoms of bodies’ adjusting to intensifying energy are fatigue, weakness and general sense of unease; episodes of memory lapses, headaches, mood swings, aching muscles and joints, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, cramping, nausea and itchiness are not uncommon. To lessen their effects, get sufficient sleep, engage in age-appropriate exercise and drink a lot of water. Avoid sugar, alcohol except a sensible amount of red wine, and foods with chemical additives. Of all foods, fruits and vegetables have the most light, and if you are financially able, choose organic produce. If your diet is not vegetarian or vegan, choose seafood certified free of impurities and eggs, dairy products and meat from animals that have not been given antibiotics or growth hormones.
Reducing mental and emotional stress is of paramount importance—stress is the root cause of all dis-ease—but do not take pharmaceuticals as sleep aids, to pep up or calm down. What will be most helpful to you in stress reduction is as unique as each of you is, but the following suggestions can raise your vibrations, thus beneficial to all. Change negative thoughts and feelings to positive. Avoid situations that drain your energy. Feel grateful for the goodness in your life. Let go of bitterness and forgive those you feel have wronged you. Be in Nature as often as you can. Spend time with animals. Reserve time for solitude and introspection. Meditate. Listen to your favorite music. Read uplifting poetry or prose. Watch amusing TV programs. Write down the source of frustration, then let go of the feeling. Communicate with like-minded people. Smile often and love yourselves as much as we love you.
We caution that the symptoms mentioned above also can indicate the onset of illness; if a condition persists, consult a healthcare specialist, preferably one who has a holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment. The more conscientiously you care for yourselves in mind, body and spirit, the more light you absorb; light raises your vibrations, and that will enable you to more easily adjust to upcoming energy surges.
“For ages the Vatican has known about pedophile priests. Why didn’t a pope take action long ago to end that abomination?” For centuries popes were members of the wealthiest families, the forerunners of the Illuminati. They controlled the masses via “papal infallibility” and “God’s laws” while the popes’ families reaped more riches through tithing, taxes and “servitude to God.”
Devout believers provided the virtually free labor that erected opulent buildings on Vatican grounds and master painters, sculptors, and creators of stained glass and intricate tile murals produced the art that so grandly decorates the buildings. Even if the popes during those years and down through the centuries may not have been pedophiles themselves, most assuredly they didn’t want anyone to know that pedophilia was rampant in Catholicism’s hierarchy.
When the first accusations were made, the offenders claimed innocence and that was the end of it; but as the light intensified, so did the resolve of more and more abused individuals to speak out. When the same claims against adults in trusted positions in secular society led to admissions and convictions, accusations against priests no longer could be swept under the rug. Although papal acknowledgement has been given to those offenses of longstanding, the extent of unconscionable acts that have taken place in the Vatican is yet to be revealed. As shocking to the public as the announcement of indictments will be, disclosing the truth that the Vatican is the international headquarters of Satanism will be more so.
“I don’t think that Matthew has a good grasp of what can happen when ET’s step in to this world and try to make changes. Once they cause change with their technologies, then we’ll be dependent upon them. Once that dependency has been established then control takes place. We have a planet of many resources and likely those resources are valuable to outside civilizations. The cabal are the bad guys and we can rid our world of them over time as more and more people become enlightened. We don’t need outside sources for that, particularly when those outside sources are interested in our planet for trading and profit. My intuition tells me that any outside source that visits our world will not be good for us in the long term.”
In numerous messages we have talked about the importance of trusting your intuition, guidance to the conscious mind from soul level, where truth is known. This is a case whereby beliefis blocking intuitive awareness—what one believes, whether it arises from fact or falsehood or assumption, is the individual’s reality. Dispelling the concerns of that dear soul who wrote is necessary because she is not alone in being wary of other civilizations, and crews in crafts surrounding Earth cannot land and ETs living in your midst cannot introduce themselves until the society is ready to greet them without fright.
So then, let us address the two issues that are relevant here. One is Gaia’s desire that life on her planetary body be according to her vision of everyone living peacefully in harmony with Nature and sharing the world’s abundance. The other is a universal law: No civilization may impose its ideas, however beneficial those would be, upon any other civilization. Accordingly, pre-birth agreements were made by the souls who chose to live on Earth so they could complete third density karmic lessons and the myriad souls who would help them become enlightened so they could co-create the kind of world they, the peoples, want—it’s the same world that Gaia wants for them. And, God authorized civilizations advanced in spiritual and conscious awareness to help their Earth family rid the planet of the darkness that has prevented them from manifesting that kind of world.
It is too late to think that you can rid the world of the cabal on your own. The massive light beamed from civilizations 80-some years ago interrupted the cabal’s pervasive darkness that was controlling life in your world. Members of those civilizations who volunteered to go to Earth anchored that light and generated their own, thereby bringing to light the cabal’s long-hidden heinous activities. Crews in your skies have prevented detonation of nuclear warheads launched by the cabal and are reducing the toxic elements in their chemtrails. Some of the many extraterrestrials living among you have thwarted the cabal’s efforts to start pandemics, some have exposed their other illegal and immoral activities, some are working to wrest from the cabal their control of the global economy, some are in the international group whose efforts eventually will hold the cabal legally accountable.
ETs also erected the light grid around the planet that prevents the entry of any source with low vibrations. Therefore, only beings with high vibrations can come to Earth, and those who have been waiting to join you have no intention or interest in profiting from your world’s resources or controlling the populace.
Yes, their technologies will indeed change the planet. With swiftness that will astonish you, they will dematerialize nuclear waste; eliminate the toxicity in your soil, waters and atmosphere; turn deserts into arable lands; and expand the rain forests; and your scientists will work side by side with the extraterrestrials in all of those endeavors. The populace will neither want nor need to become dependent upon other civilizations, and after the visiting helpers teach the use of their technologies and gift them to you, they want to return to their homelands and families.
Feel grateful for these “outside sources”! While your governments deny their existence, your entertainment industry gives them reality as monstrous creatures who will eat, annihilate or enslave you. That is more than enough for the society to overcome without adding concerns that people from other worlds intend to profit from your natural resources—that is what the cabal has been doing for centuries. Other civilizations have been helping Earth’s peoples in myriad ways for millennia because the souls who embody there are beloved members of the universal family.
We say farewell for now, dear brothers and sisters, but in every moment we and all other light beings in this universe are supporting you with the power of unconditional love.
